(00:01):
Yesterday in the Rose Garden, thePresident said, then when he came into
office, inflation was skyrocketing. Butit was one point four percent in January
of twenty twenty one, and thatwas the eleventh consecutive month at that time
under two percent. So it wasthe president misleading Americans. So when the
President took office, and you knowthis, there was a pandemic. It
was closing down businesses, closing downschools, and so it was drastically disrupting
(00:25):
the supply chain. Let's not forgetabout that. And so that's what was
going on, and that caused inflationaround the world to increase, we know
that. And then further increasing inflationwas the Russia's War, Russia's war in
Ukraine, and in fact, manyother countries are even worse off because of
(00:46):
that, because of what we've seenwith Russia's war. So the President took
historic action to deal with the disruptionof the supply chain. Let's not forget
what he did with the Strategic PetroleumReserve. And so we have made progress
in lowering costs, we've made progressdealing with inflation. But that's what was
happening when we walked in the pandemicthe disruption of the supply chain. All
of these things were happening when thepresident took office, and whose policies created
(01:12):
a lot of that stuff, Bythe way, whose policies were the ones
that made everything to be locked downand that shut down the economy because you
consider here and argue all day longthat it was the Republican president and it
was in part, but pray tellwho were the people that were pressuring the
most and were demanding that they geta complete I mean, the only way
(01:38):
I can describe it is a completeand total seizure of all economic activity.
I mean, I've described it previouslyas the imminent domain of the people's economic
ability. I was trying to getthe word for it. We first off,
welcome to the show, Dana Lashhere with you. It's Friday,
(01:59):
and there's a bunch of odds andends that we have to attend to before
we get you set up for theweekend. And obviously they're continual denial over
the economy is one of them, but also some of the latest stuff that
I've been seeing with Iran, andI've got some questions that might seem kind
(02:21):
of obvious to some folks. SoI mean you know, maybe to us,
but maybe not so much the otherfolks. But we're going to get
in. We're going to get intoall of that, and we're also going
to talk about some of this otherstuff, some of these other stories.
I was talking about that Dexter Readshooting last night on Jesse Waters program,
so we're going to talk about thata little bit as well. But first
(02:43):
off this well, we talked aboutthe CPI numbers that came out Wednesday.
The economy's bad. I'm not goingto rego I'm not going to relitigate all
that and go into all of it, you know, but the denials from
the administration, I'm telling you,it just doesn't It doesn't look good.
When you're the administration and you're whatpeople are seeing, you realize what that
does to voter confidence and how thatalso translates into voter enthusiasm, which,
(03:07):
by the way, we're gonna talkabout some twenty twenty four stuff. It's
a hot mess. You can't youcan't lie to people about this stuff now
on the border because they do thesame thing with the border issue. I
know you guys saw this. Thisis one of the top stories today.
You had a forty eight year olddude named Mohammed Carwin, and he was
he's out on bond for some Whycan I just stop there for a moment.
(03:31):
Why he is an illegal alien fromAfghanistan? Why is he out on
bond. Why he's not in thecountry illegally. But that's not all.
He's literally on the terror watch list, like he's actually a terrorist. He's
a real life terrorist. He doesterrorist stuff. And he was arrested in
(03:53):
like what early March. He wasarrested in early March near the US Mexico
border. He was already check thisout. He was already in the United
States for a whole year before hewas arrested and then had to be released
by border patrol in twenty twenty three. So he was in the country illegally
(04:16):
for a year. Border patrol arresthim and remember they can't really do anything.
The administration won't let them do anything. So then he was released by
an immigration judge and the judge wastold that the guy was the national security
threat by border patrol, and thejudge lets him walk anyway. By the
(04:38):
way, you know how sometimes whenpeople are released on bond and you have
certain restrictions, you know, especiallyI would just think if you're a big,
giant, fatty fat terrorist like thisguy, he has no restrictions,
He's able to walk around the countryfreely as zero restrictions at all whatsoever.
He was treated, from what wasreported, just like any other average every
(05:02):
day illegal alien that crosses and breaksinto the country, and they process,
they do all this stuff and theylet him go. Now, the other
insane part of this is that eventhough you had a border patrol arrest the
guy, apparently the FBI wasn't notifiedin customs and you were a customer and
(05:27):
border patrol, then you have customsenforcement. Customs enforcement also apparently wasn't notified.
Now what gets me is that,And I'm there's a couple of pieces
I'm looking at here, like thisis free beacon. When this guy was
was arrested, border patrol agents werethey something tipped them off, Like they
(05:49):
they saw this, they saw hisname, and they were running his name
against you know, the terror watchlist, and lo and behold, there
was a match. Now they neededother corroborating information at the time to confirm
that this Mohammed Carwin guy was theterrorist that they suspected, But the government
(06:15):
never told us what made them, what made them run his name, what
made them suspicious, What was theinformation that made them think, Oh my
gosh, we've got a we gottacross reference this dude's name. He can
fly in the US. Yeah,he's on the terror watch list. He's
(06:39):
literally a known terrorist and he canfly. You guys know that, right?
No? Oh you didn't, Yeah, he can fly. I thought
that was like literally one of theprerequisites of getting on the no fly list
was being on the terror watch list. Yeah. No, apparently not.
We actually don't know the criteria thatgets somebody on the no fly list.
I don't know if you guys knowthat either. That's never been made public.
(07:00):
We have no idea what the criteriathat gets somebody on the no fly
list. We don't know. Butyeah, that's that's. This is so.
And the FBI is responsible for saidterror watch list. They're responsible for
it. And you have like almosttwo million people who have names on this
list and they're on the terror watchlist, and this guy literally is on
(07:23):
it. He is a member ofa group called Hesby e Islami, and
it is literally a paramilitary terrorist groupas so designated by the United States.
It is declared to be a virulent, virulently anti can you even talk today
(07:46):
anti Western insurgent group, A virulentanti Western insurgent group. Oh, and
they they wanted to They were enemiesof the the Western the Afghan government that
the United States had backed. Therewere enemies of that government, and I
apparently they helped they worked with theTaliban to help it collapse after Biden abandoned
(08:11):
it in twenty twenty one. Thegroup that this guy is a member of
has killed at least that we knowof, nine soldiers, nine US soldiers
and civilians over the past several years. So just to run down the list,
(08:31):
the guy is literally a known domesticterrorist. He's known and it's apparently
they have the evidence to corroborate it. He's a member of a known terrorist
group that helped that actually killed Americans, killed our soldiers, killed civilians,
and is a declared enemy of theUnited States and was allowed to walk and
(08:52):
can fly, can get on aplane, can do whatever, can roam
about freely in the United States. And not only was he apprehended once,
but he was apprehended twice and hewas released both times. What is one
of the things that we heard DCtalk about what was Andy McCabe testifying about
(09:15):
yesterday. Came four members of theHouse. The warrants you, yeah,
the warrants, Yeah, weren't requirements, Yeah, the warrant requirements. And
one of the soundbites that came outof that hearing was they were demanding warrantless
surveillance. And they actually said thatwe will have more terror attacks without this
(09:37):
warrantless surveillance. If you don't letus have it, we're going to have
I mean, that's just something that'sgoing to happen. Guys, We're going
to have more terror attacks. There'sa number of them who said that John
Brennan had a piece where he wasJohn Brennan, I know, of all
the people guy who lied under oathabout spine on Americans. They were saying,
(09:58):
well, you know you got awe don't have this, then we're
going to have We're gonna have moreterror attacks. It is really hard,
even harder for me to take themseriously on wanting to protect the United States
from terror attacks when they don't doanything to secure the southern border or any
border of the United States, southern, northern, whatever. It makes me
(10:18):
not take them seriously. About protectingthe United States from terror attacks when they
allow this a guy like this,And by the way, this isn't the
first, second, third, fourth, or fifth. I could go on
known terrorists who has been on alist who has crossed over into the United
States and was released. This isnot the first one and it won't be
(10:43):
the last one. Release the guyreleased a national security threat. It's hard
for me to take these people seriouslyon wanting to protect the country when they
don't take it seriously to protect thecountry and they let known active terrorists run
(11:03):
loose in the United States interior.Furthermore, it's hard for me to take
these people seriously because they went onand on and on about the threats to
the government that these people who wentinto the Capitol in January sixth that they
posed. Oh my gosh, theycan you believe it? Those some of
them were destructive, and I'm offthey all already had the book thrown at
(11:24):
them. But that's been a whileago. Now they're just going after the
people who showed up. There arepeople who literally entered the Capitol after being
waived in by security, looked aroundat the statues in Statuary Hall, and
left and they're facing like prison time. Meanwhile, you can be an actual
literal terrorist and you can come inthrough the southern border, be arrested twice,
(11:48):
released twice, and who paid forhis bond? His bond was twelve
thousand dollars. No questions as towho paid for his bond. Nobody knows.
Nobody's got any answers. How didhow was his twice injury now illegally
into the United States financed? Becauseyou don't enter into the southern border unless
(12:09):
you pay the cartel. I don'tcare who you are, you do not
go through that southern border unless youpay the troll to toll, and that's
to the cartel. So who financedall that? How did this guy get
in? Who did he get inand go stay with? Nobody has any
answers to this, and I'm notjoking. They literally have no answers to
this. Reporters are starting to askand the government's not answering. So based
(12:37):
on this information, you know, when I hear people like Amy mccab and
everybody else sit here and talk aboutthis stuff, I don't take them seriously.
If they were serious about securing theborder, they would have dealt with
us it's not a question of if. It's a question of when we're going
to have an incident here in theinterior of the United States at this point,
and the people who can do somethingabout it refuse to do something about
it because they insist there isn't aproblem. That's the part. We have
(13:01):
a lot more on the way, including Aaron. So they're threatening a strike.
Why are we not sanctioning the hellout of them? I got questions.
Celtech they've just family owned company. They're based in Florida, and they
make some awesome stuff, including thenewest that they have. We've been talking
about it for some time now andit's shipping out. It's the Sub two
(13:22):
K. But it's the Gen threeversion of the Sub two K. So
what makes it different from the previousstuff is that previously because you can still
fold the thing in half, butyou would have to take your optics off,
and you don't have to take youroptics off anymore with the Gen three
version. In fact, it's justthat patent pending rotating four in It is
just as simple. You just twistedeither direction and you fold it all in
(13:43):
half. That's optics and everything, which is nice, and it just as
quickly and easily deploys it as well, and you also have an upgraded aluminum
trigger, redesigned mechanics, light andfive pound pull, upgraded action. You
have lightened actions for it, sofar easier racking, new chamber indicator,
all kinds of good stuff. It'sfrom Celtech, family owned, made in
America, and incredibly innovative products. To learn more about the sub two kg

love and am also terrified of thisheadline. Now, imagine if this was
your dog and dog lovers out there. I know you're hearing me. Pet
parents. I love pet parents, really they're owners, but come on,
(14:31):
I get you. This dog's ownersused a drone to because he's a husky
and they were missing him and theywere like, where's our dog at?
And they found the dog playing witha group of bears, an actual group
of bears, wild brown bears, and the video of the husky was trailing
(14:52):
them, circle them. It wasall excited and one bear tried to nudge
the dog away when it got tooclose, but they weren't threatening. It
was we because it's like they theycouldn't. The bears were looking at him
like, why are you so crackedout? Like they it's hysterical. I
watched this video like a million timeslast night because he's there's three of them
and he's walking with him and he'slike, oh, yeah, I can
I go with you? Can Igo with you? And the bears are
(15:13):
like, well you stop, andone of them just kind of nudges them
away, but he's like they theyweren't threatened by him, and he wasn't
threatened by him. They were justit was just this funny. It's just
funny. I don't know, butthankfully everybody was okay. Scientists are urging
people to lay off the lobster andshrimp because of dangerous levels of cancer causing
forever chemicals. And they said it'sthe pfas they're low, they are associated
(15:35):
with cancers, not just cancers, but infertility, birth abnormalities, blah blah
blah. Seafood's a major source ofit, and they said that even tap
water. Uh, I don't know, that's bug me so I'm okay with
not. I'm okay with that.If if you said, Danna you cannot
ever eat lobster again, I'm like, oh, okay, don't threaten me
with a good time. It's buggedme. It's it is, It really
(15:58):
is. Jim Gaffigan was right, and that's the only thing is right about
Harvard is bringing back their standardized testbecause guess what, racism doesn't work.
Yeah, so they stopped deciding, they stopped using racism for admissions, and
they've announced that they're reinstituting standardized testingis a requirement for admissions. Wow.
Because they've been sucking out loud, that's why they've been horrible. Ah whoah.

uh yeah, I think he's gonnahe's gonna have to have a nap today.
I don't know what his schedule entailstoday, usually doesn't entail much because
he kind of calls a lid atlike noon most days. But hey,
they worked him out with a statevisit and that was him taking some questions
(19:06):
about I guess he was talking aboutGaza in there because you couldn't hear what
he was saying immediately. But nowsomething about twenty twenty four here because Arizona,
Arizona should not be in play.Do you know why Arizona should not
be in play for the Left?Because it's a beautiful state. First off,
Arizona's beautiful. It is just Ilove the desert, I love heat.
(19:32):
It is just one of the prettiestareas. It's kind of like,
if you were gonna put border Landsanywhere, you'd probably you know the game,
you'd probably do it in Arizona. You know what I'm saying, Because
it's you know, this is similar. But I don't know why. There's
why it's even a battle. Imean I do, but just think about
it for a moment. It's thedesert, right. It takes a certain
(19:56):
kind of person to live out inthe desert. Even with all the modern
con veniences of air conditioning and watercoming right to your home, it's still,
you know, desert requires a hardytype of person to live out there,
right. And when I generally thinkof statists, I have to be
honest with you, I don't thinkof hardy people. When I think of
status, I think of starving peoplewho are sick and have horrible representation because
(20:21):
they've got tyrants running the show.So that's, you know, just by
way of geography. It's wild tome. But abortion is making it a
thing. And we've touched on thisa little bit, the whole issue of
the abortion case in Arizona, andI think people should realize too, it's
not that anybody made law about abortionin Arizona in absence of a federal law.
(20:45):
When Dobbs versus Jackson Women's Health undidRoe v. Wade, then Arizona's
own law kicked in. So whenI hear Democrats going, oh my gosh,
it's going back to the Civil Warforty six before the Civil War,
that's been well, why did younot do anything in that state for so
long? I mean, if Democratswere so worried about it, why did
(21:08):
they not do any anything state bystate? What are all you people donating
to, like the Plain parenthoods andall these you know, pro abortion groups
on the left. The hell didyou all get for you the return on
your investment, because you apparently didn'tget any action in Arizona from Democrats.
So don't get mad at the Constitutionof Arizona because they had a statute that
kicked in in absence of federal law. That's exactly what happened in Arizona.
(21:33):
It was it was essentially a statutorydecision. They're like, yeah, well,
this is the law in absence ofa federal law. This is what
kicked into gear. It's back tostates rights. So Democrats are mad,
But I think one of the reasonswhy they're trying to distract you with their
rage is because they want to hidethe fact that they said on their ass
in Arizona and didn't do anything.Think about this. They just focused nationally.
(21:56):
Their whole strategy was national. Theyhad no plan, just like always
they never have any plan. Democratsnever have a plan b That's how you
get Biden. They had no otherstrategy. They didn't do anything. Now,
if Arizona was that much into playand people were that freaked out because
they're really trying with the messaging, why didn't they Why didn't they have a
(22:19):
ground game. Why wasn't there anykind of organization from these pro abortion groups
in Arizona. Now, there areexceptions for the life of the mother,
et cetera, et cetera to thislaw. That's why all these newspapers have
to be careful in saying, well, it bans abortion out right, because
it doesn't. You just can't beusing it as a form of birth control,
(22:41):
that's what they're saying. I mean, is there some states where I
mean, it really doesn't go furtherthan what some other states have. And
if they're mad about it, again, you had literally since eighteen forty six
to change it, and you didn't. So that's not on Republicans, that's
on y'all. That's just what thelaw is there, and they have exceptions
for like I said, just likeevery other state does. I don't know
(23:06):
why the left tries to act likethat's that doesn't exist, because it does.
I've been disappointed with the way thatsome Republicans have been acting on this.
I feel like Trump is trying totriangulate, but his messaging is bad
when it gets to in the weedson stuff like this. Trump needs to
(23:27):
hit fire a little less because thetriangulation on the issue to try to keep
certain states in play is not abad consideration if you're looking at winning elections.
And that's one thing I want topoint out. I understand and as
someone who defines himself as pro life, and I'm not going to try to,
(23:48):
you know, try to justify strategy. Again, there are people that
are solely focused on the issue oflife, and that's you know, everybody
has one issue that they solely focuson. Some folks, if you are
the Republican nominee, you've got tobe looking at every issue. You have
to win the election first. SoI think there's amongst the right there's two
(24:11):
different things. You have the peoplewho wanted who think an incrementalist approach is
going to be more successful than anall or nothing, and I agree with
that. And then you have folkswho are solely focused on the issue of
life. And then you have folkswho also are pro life, but they
also have realized they got to winelections. And sometimes practicality can be frustrating,
(24:33):
but that's the reality of it.We don't live in a world where
you can go all or nothing andyou know, and then you'll respawn when
you're defeated. That's not how thisworks, and I think that people need
to realize that. But it doesn'thelp when you have Trump go out there,
like I said, and use phraselike abortion rights, et cetera,
and it also doesn't help because withthis, I mean, if they maybe
(24:55):
they'll come up with some amendments toit. Maybe they'll have some amendments that
they'll add in about I guess, you know, time whatever, six weeks,
fifteen weeks, whatever. But whenI see Carry Lake, and I
know a lot of people like CarryLake, I don't dislike Carrie Lake.
And I want people to realize this. I don't like or dislike a politician.
I am ambivalent because they are pieceson the chess board. To me,
(25:19):
when you get into the general election, I don't give a rats backside
about your anything. You are apiece on the chessboard. To me,
I'm a voter. That's how allvoters should be looking at these politicians.
By the way, people get tooinvested. They're not idols. They are
useful tools for you to advance youragenda, and they are nothing more than
(25:41):
that, no offense. That's thereality of stuff. They know the game
when they sign up. So,like I said, I don't dislike Carry
Lake. I do think that shelooks bad in the abortion fight in Arizona
because it highlights the fact that she'sa brand new Republican and she is she
literally just she's literally a recent Republican, like twenty sixteen was the first time
(26:03):
she ever, you know, wasRepublican, And I like, I don't
have a problem with convincing people tocome over to the side of limited government
and constitutionality. I'm totally fine withthat. Is that not the whole point
of what we do to persuade peopleto come over to our side, right,
to persuade people to come to yourcause. I'm watching the show right
(26:26):
now called Shogun It's fantastic, bythe way, well parts of it.
Some parts drag on a little bit, and sometimes the Blackthorn British duty's a
little overwrought, but you know, other than that, it's a very interesting
story. And the head warlord whomight be creating another shogunate, he's very
(26:48):
smart in that he realizes when hegets a new ally, and he's all
fine with having a new ally.Like this guy that they call, you
know, the Engine. He's thisBritish guy who's you know, he's they're
in Japan and they're they're having they'regetting ready to break out to open warfare.
It's the Edo period. And thiswarlord he's very very smart in that
(27:08):
he knows when he has a newally. This engine is a this,
this engine is a new ally tohim. He gets it, but he
doesn't immediately make him his second incommand. He doesn't immediately make him in
charge of everything. He doesn't immediatelymake him a thought leader within his klan.
(27:30):
There's there's gradients of this. He'san ally, but you're not gonna
put him in charge of a wholebunch of stuff yet. And this is
where I get really frustrated with aconservative movement, because you have Republicans and
you have conservatives, and conservatives areso damned desperate, not all, but
the ones that are a little bitmore Republican than they are Conservative are so
(27:52):
damned desperate for popular relevancy. Andthey are so damned desperate to look cool
and to look relevant and to lookas though they are competitive, that they
will excitedly lap up any praise andthey will embrace any new person that comes
along that might make them look alittle bit more with it, and they
(28:14):
will crown them the next thought leaderwithout a moment's hesitation. How many times
have you seen this? This iswhere they hurt themselves, because this isn't
about not welcoming people to your side. It's about putting people in charge of
it right when they come in thedoor, having them be a thought leader,
having them lay down the rules andput the items into put into motion
(28:38):
what you're going to advance in thenext election, and how you're going to
message it. That's pretty significant, especially if you're somebody who's brand new in
the movement and you haven't been temperedby at least a couple of elections.
You haven't had to really defend yourideals for quite a long time. You
(28:59):
haven't been in the trench with everybody. My rule is that if you're too
good to serve, then you're notgood enough to lead. And this is
kind of my problem with a lotof the stuff that I see, particularly
on the right. The left doesn'tdo this because they're psycho They will circle
the wagons. That's why they don'thave a bench either. But the right
(29:22):
is a little too thirsty. AndI think some of that does come into
play with carry Lake because she's runningaway from pro life right now, and
pro life groups are livid with her, and other Republicans in Arizona are mad
at her, and now you've gotthe Republican Party in a just massive brawl
right now in Arizona. So casein point, this headline, Arizona Republican
(29:47):
leader's block effort to repeal abortion bandsscreaming shame, shame. Oh, they're
fighting, they're very, very andI get it. It's they're worried about
they're worried about how this is goingto play into the election. But they're
also worried about you know, youcan't compromise on certain principles. I think
there's a way to message this withouthaving to run away from your position on
(30:14):
stuff. So Lake had disavowed theRepublican or the disavowed the ruling. She
had come out against it, andshe said, I oppose the ruling.
I'm calling on the Democrat Governor KatieHobbs and the state legislature to come up
with an immediate, common sense solutionthat Arizonas can support. Well, that
phrase right there immediately got me asa gun owner. Common sense, common
(30:37):
sense, Why are we using phrases, phrasings like that? But in twenty
twenty two, she was asked aboutthis ban, and she said that the
ruling upholds is a great law andthat it sets an example for other states.
What so she flip flopped on it. She had that position until the
(31:00):
heat got hot. This is whatI'm talking about. You got to be
tempered by several elections. You gotto be tempered for a little bit before
you start shooting for the top. Now, I think her remarks and her
posturing is way more problematic than Trump'sis, because now Lake looks like a
(31:22):
moderate, and she is. That'snot I'm not saying that as an insult.
She's a moderate. Trump is alsoa moderate, but he can govern
conservatively. There's a difference. Ithink that Trump is trying to triangulate,
and I don't like I said,I don't think that that's a bad strategy
(31:42):
to have. He's got to bevery careful here because he needs his base,
and he also needs the people whoare not being told the whole picture
about Arizona, and they might bebelieving some of the stuff that they're seeing.
With Democrats, like I said,Biden's launching a seven figure ad by
they want to make this this iswhat Democrats want to do. They want
to make us all about abortion, all about abortion. Don't let Fomo get
(32:08):
the best of you. Stay inthe loop and ahead of the curve by
following data on Apple, Spotify,or wherever you get your podcasts like SAMs
through the hour Glass. So arethe days of the United States harmful?
Disregard of someone's preferred chosen pronouns directlyconflicts with the message that we want to
(32:34):
affirm people and let adults and encourageadults to live their best lives. Further,
I want to say that gender affirmingcare for all ages is a range
of treatment. It's a range ofchoices they make from the clothes, from
name to hair, and yes, pronouns, and when we misuse pronouns,
(32:57):
and when we intentionally or deliberately misusethem or choose not to be careful,
we're sending messages to our kids. Also, Oh for the love, that
we don't care how they're seeing theworld, and we are willing to do
them harm. And the very actof doing that is an act of disrespect
(33:23):
and violence against people, regardless ofwho they are. So this is a
Minnesota state representative named Liz Ryer, and she's language isn't violence, And that's
dumb. We're not going to sithere and control people's speech so that you
can force them into giving up theirrights by affirming your fantasies not doing that.
(33:49):
That's so goofy. Why do theyalways sound like that too? What
do they always sound like that?We have a lot more on the way,
including that's shooting of three police officers. They were gunned down this morning
by a teen in Memphis. We'lltalk about that coming up. Stick with
us so as we get moving ourpartners for this portion of the program,
because like I said, we're allgonna get blown to hell and we're gonna
be eating dirt and bugs and you'regonna be drinking pond water. That's what's
gonna happen. I'm not joking. We're on that track. So you might

saw the abuses of the FBI,the terrible abuses, over and over and
(35:19):
over, the hundreds of thousands ofabuses. And then when I I came
speaker, I went to the skiffand got the confidential briefing from sort of
the other perspective on that to understandthe necessity of the section seven of two
affies. It how important is nationalsecurity? And it gave me a different
perspective, so I encourage all themembers to go to the classified briefing and
hear all that and see it sothey can evaluate the situation for themselves.
And I think some opinions have changedboth ways, but that's part of the
(35:43):
process. You've got to be fullyinformed. Like he only just now realized
those All right, I'm not playingDevil's advocate. I'm asking this like this
is Dana's advocate. First off, welcome back to the program. Top of
the second hour, Dana Lash herewith you. This is why I get
super cranky. So he's saying inthis audio SoundBite came this is speaker Johnson.
(36:07):
The classified briefings gave me a differentperspective on Pfizer reforms. I mean,
not the hell that broke loose aftertwenty sixteen. That didn't give you
a different perspective on Pfiser reforms.See, I'm in a funky place here
because if I criticize him too much, he's we're trying to get him on
(36:28):
the show. He's not going tocome on the show. That's how that's
what happens. I have to throwa tantrum and then publicly shame people and
then they begrudgingly come on and they'relike terrified, that's why we can't get
certain lawmakers. And I'm very nice, but still, what do you mean
you just now got this different perspectiveon pfiser reforms? Like what did we
not know before? What did younot know before? That would make you
(36:52):
think, well it might be okay? Right? Am I missing something?
I mean, he should know moreabout this than us because he's there in
DC right exactly what I would haveloved for him to actually articulate what that
perspective is that he gained from beingin those classified briefings. Because he didn't
(37:14):
indicate it. He's just like,oh, well, you know, I've
changed my mind a little bit onit. But he hasn't said why or
the reasons why. He just saidthat it was those confidential, those classified
briefings that he was in. Well, the House voted for it, they
voted to reauthorize, but it wasthe modified bill that they sent to the
(37:37):
Senate for approval, and it's themodifying We pulled this up. It failed
earlier this week. This is themodified bill. Yeah, yeah, without
the yeah, and it reauthorizes theI just the new first off, the
(37:57):
new version it authorizes. It's atwo year authorization at a five. So
if Trump were to win in November, then he would be in office by
the time it expired, meaning hewould be there when they're overhauling Faiza next
time. So Johnson had organized thisclassified reading for House floor members to view
(38:17):
it ahead of the vote today, and that's what he was talking about.
And I'm he had been he wasopposed to the reauthorization of seven oh two,
saying that only after he got theseclassified briefings did he gain a different
perspective. I'm gonna tell you Idid not. I was not privy to
the classified briefings, and I cantell you that I was already opposed to
it. I don't get that thatline from him, that's a cop out?
(38:43):
Are you kidding me? I can'tget past this, So indulge me
just for a minute. You're he'sthe Speaker of the House, he's in
Washington, d C. And itwasn't until he did not have this realization,
until he viewed So wait a minute, let me ask this. Wait,
here's this question. We all opposedit for reasons that are public.
(39:07):
What the hell did he learn that'sclassified that made him? Who had supported
it up until then oppose it.Where where's that at? What did he
learn in a classified briefing that madehim change his mind? Uh? I
(39:31):
got some I got some questions. How bad was it? Man? Do
you know how many times I reachout to the lawmakers and I'm like,
hey on stuff like this, liketell me backchannel, just you know,
for background. And when you sayoff the record, that means you can't
use any information. It's not legallybinding. By the way, it's a
(39:52):
courtesy that everyone. It's it's it'sde facto law in journalism world, but
it's not a law. But ifyou say off the record, you can't
use any of it, not eventalking about it in a roundabout way.
If you say for background, thenyou can use it in a roundabout way
and use it to help inform yourcoverage. Right, So I'm and you
don't have to identify who told you. I can't tell you how many times
(40:13):
I've reached out to a long Meeker'slike, yeah, come here, canna
give me a little information on this. He give made some give me some
background, and I always have todo it real cool, like I'm like,
hey, saw your whatever, I'lljust make something up. This is
the nicest I get right, Kane, are you shocked about this? How
(40:35):
shocked are you? You'd get nicerthan that one true. I'm getting ready
to tell you how much I hatequestionnaires. Here in a minute, the
I'll reach out, I'm like, hey, just saw your hit? And
I know I never say hey.I never do that either. I don't
even know what the type equivalent ofthat is, like, hey, saw
your hit? You know, greatjob? You know? Oh, by
(40:55):
the way, you know. Iset it up like, oh, compliment,
by the way. Ask. Itusually never works, but every now
and then i'll get a well Ican tell you this. I'm not gonna
tell who does that. They don't. They're not breaking any laws, but
they're kind of giving me a littlebit more than they would like, you
know, somebody's CNN. But Itell you what, so they've they have
(41:21):
it's without the added warrant mandate.Again, I just want to know if
if Speaker Johnson supported it up untilthe when we all opposed it, and
he supported it up until he sawthe classified stuff, how bad is the
classified stuff? That's the question weall want answered. I feel like that's
a fair question. Good Night,I'm telling you so did you guys,
(41:44):
hear this, hear this story.I wanted to switch and get into some
law and order here because I sawthis and I'm bringing this story up because
this was all just this morning. An officer gunned down in Memphis and he
(42:04):
was shot and killed, and oneofficer was shot and killed, one is
in non critical condition. Was anotherofficer was injured as well. This story
and we'll play some of that, will play some of this press conference here
in a moment a clip from that. But it was an eighteen year old
(42:27):
that police were calling the suspects. It was, you know, a minor,
and they responded to a suspicious vehiclecall that ended again four people injured.
One was transported to the hospital. The officer who was killed Officer Joseph
McKinney. And that's according to theinterim Police Chief, Saralyn Davis. He
was part of the rain Station Alphashift. He's joined the department in twenty
(42:49):
twenty. It happened at two am. They responded to this suspicious vehicle call
and when they approached, the officerswere shot first and then they returned fire.
This is some of that press conference. Listen to this. This is
about the shooting. In Memphis,a total of three officers were struck by
gunfire. Tragically, one of ourofficers lost his life. That officer is
(43:19):
Joseph McKinney. He was assigned tothe rain station aupusshift. The second officer
was brought here to Regional one,but thankfully he has been upgraded to non
critical condition and he's doing well. The third officer was treated on the scene
(43:45):
and is in stable condition. Onesuspect was eighteen years old and the other
suspect is seventeen years old. Bothsuspects were transported to Regional one in critical
condition. Both of them sustained gunfireas well. One suspect has been pronounced
(44:06):
deceased. The eighteen year old suspectwas arrested in March twenty twenty four by
MPD in a stolen vehicle with anillegal modified semi automatic weapon with a glock
switch attached. The glock switch convertedthe weapon to a fully automatic machine gun.
(44:30):
He was also charged at that timefor two stolen vehicles and having a
programming device commonly used to steal cars. The suspect was released at that time
without bond. I'm sorry what wehave notified the district attorney's office. What
(44:53):
uh what? He was released? He was out and able to kill that
officer because he was previously released. Why was he not in prison? The
second suspect was seventeen, right,So why was this agent? Why was
(45:16):
this dude not in prison? Oh? Probably because you know what, let
me pull this up. You knowwhat, I had a piece on this,
Probably because you got a sore usback DA Yep, yep, yep,
yep, yep, yep, yep. There you go. Yes,
that is true. National groups floodinglocal prosecutor races with money super PAC funded
(45:39):
by George Soros. This is oneof the first hits that came up George
Soros back da yep, Soros fundedProgressive DA. Oh yeah, so there,
that's why. That's why he wasallowed to walk, thanks George Soros
and all the left that supports that. So that officer's dead because sorows money
(46:00):
and the left got that bad sorrowsback DA in there. You know how
this like often this happens. Thisis this is just horrific and I really
feel, like I told I wason Jesse Waters about this last night.
I'm telling you, the left isdesperately trying to get a summer of rage
(46:22):
going they are desperate. I wassitting there on waiting, waiting to go
live, and Jesse was going throughhis monologue on that dexter Read case very
similar to this case. You gota youth who just opens open fire on
cops, except this one you gota cop killed. In the case of
(46:45):
Reid in Chicago, you had aninjured cop. And I'm sitting there and
listening to Jesse's monologue and I wasall cool and chill, and I just
got pissed. I was sitting thereenraged because even though I mean, we
knew this, we talked about ityesterday. But I'm sitting there and I'm
(47:06):
listening because even more politicians have comeout and they now they're a little quiet
today because this even though this happened, you know, a couple months ago,
the Foddy footage just came out thisweek. And I'm sitting there listening
to this, and it's amazing tome that immediately people want to find fault
(47:27):
with the police, and they're like, well, in the dexter Ree case,
why were there six cops there.I don't know, Maybe because the
dude already had a warrant out,he had a felony warrant. He was
on pre trial release on previous felonyweapon charges, three of them. He
was wearing a damn ski mask.Did you see that video? He had
(47:50):
a ski mask on, driving aroundhis vehicle with a ski mask, the
same car registered to his name.He had his tended windows. And look,
I'm gonna tell you, and Kane'sright on this. We're from Saint
Louis. All right, we're fromSaint Louis. I lived in downtown Saint
Louis. All right, cops, don't give up rat's backside. Who you
(48:13):
are? You got tended windows likethat, You're getting pulled over. That's
that. That is how it works, doesn't matter who you are, what
you are, what kind of caryou're driving. I had a girlfriend who
has lived in town and country. She lived at her husband was a paralegal.
She lived in town and country. She was driving downtown Saint Louis.
She got pulled over right when you'regoing in Kane on forty getting going into
(48:37):
downtown because the firm was downtown. She got pulled over because her tended windows.
She had a nice car. Iremember when she got those two and
I'm like, you're you're gonna getin trouble because you can't. Whether or
not you agree with it or not, that's just that's law. How you
going to force it? She gotpulled over they cited her for that.
She was like, I tried toacting sad. I'm like, that's not
gonna work. It's not gonna workfor you. They're not gonna do that.
(48:59):
She totally got signed. Yeah, and she also guess what she lived
because she didn't open fire on thecops. Hi. I'm Margaret, a
rhetoric and media major at Hillsdale College. Here's Hillsdale President, doctor Larry Arne
with a Constitution minute. Many arguetoday that the Constitution is outdated because it
(49:20):
addresses problems peculiar to the eighteenth century, so long ago, and some of
it does read sort of quaintly. But consider the injunction against titles of nobility
in Article one, Section nine, for example, is that so outdated.
The purpose of that injunction is toprevent the government granting special privileges for partisan
reasons. This strikes it the ruleof law, the rule under which were
(49:43):
all to be treated the same. The cony capitalism so common today, where
the government gives favors and tax dollarsto some businesses and advantages over others is
exactly the kind of thing the Constitutionwas meant to prohibit. The Constitution is
not outdated at all. To learnmore and get a free pocket con institution,
visit constitutionminute dot com. And nowall of the news you would probably
(50:12):
miss. It's time for Dana's quickfive. What what Caine? So this
is Channel four in Tennessee. Abill that would make first cousin marriage illegal
in Tennessee passes, but not withouta fight. What did you say?
(50:36):
First? Yeah, first cousin? Here are you guys? First cousin?
Yeah, first cousin. I didn'tknow that you could do that. There,
apparently you can until I guess now, so you can't marry your first
cousin in Tennessee. Now, aren'tthere genetic negative mutations involved with first cousin?
Yeah? Like idiotcy, I mean, that's why the jokes are around.
(51:00):
That's literally why jokes exist. God, I did not know there was
a thing. Consider me floored actuallyon that stupid questionnaire I just had to
answer. I'm going to modify myanswer and just say that let's see credit
card delinquency rates were worst on recordin a new study released You knew that
was coming. They are the higheston record in the fourth quarter. According
(51:21):
to the Federal Reserve of Philly, three point five percent of credit card balances
are at least thirty days past due. Everybody's putting stuff on credit too.
Drug shortages have reaching all time high. I mean by just doing just you
know, just doing great, guys, we have more in store. Do
miss elevate your commute, workouts ordowntime with the Dana Show podcast. Unleash
(51:43):
the power of knowledge at your fingertipsby following Dana on Apple, Spotify,
or wherever you get your podcasts. We're helping people by helping pets, so
people, many people will go hungrybefore they let their pets suffer. They'll
share what little food they have withtheir pet. That's number one, number
two For many people, their petis their only family. Cody's Friends partners
(52:06):
with local food banks to make sureeveryone in the family gets a meal.
There are people who you know herin need who come for food. And
there was one couple that came upand my wife had asked whether they needed
any dog or cat food, andthey just started crying because what they had
been doing was sharing the food fromtheir table, which they have very little
(52:29):
of with their pets, and eachyear they give more and more. Cody's
Friends provides both cat and dog foodspeople in need, and they distribute twenty
two thousand pounds of pet food eachmonth, which is over ten thousand dollars.
The price of pet food is almostdoubled, and the need has gone
up dramatically the number of people inneed. You know, with the economy
as it is, we're seeing alot more people. Gosh, that's so
(52:53):
sad. Is making me sad?DM you Joe Biden, Oh oh,
that's so. That's heartbreaking. Thatis heartbreaking. Welcome back to the program.
Goodness, Dana, last share withyou. Now we're all depressed.
I would share. I'd totally sharemy food with my dog. I totally
would, right, Yeah, Iwould. Dogs are the best people sometimes
(53:17):
I'd go dog. Yeah, Itotally would. Yeah, I would.
I'd totally share a snack. Imean, unless it was like chocolate or
something like that, because that's notgood for them, you know, I
supposedly uh so uh again, Welcomeback to the program, Dana, Lash
with you. You can listen coastto coast, all that good stuff and
(53:37):
uh this I'm telling you the economy. And then now with foreign policy,
going from our pets being feels likewhat is that movie I'm thinking of?
Dumb and dumber, Our pets headsare falling off, think about it,
good night. I was reading thispiece. Iran's threatening the United States,
(53:58):
stay out of stay out of fightwith Israel or else you that would be
my response. You are you talkingabout? They've threatened to attack American targets
and apparently they're they're kind of telegraphingplanned assault on Israel, and this is
(54:21):
what Axios has been reporting. JenniferGriffin said to Neil Cavudo earlier that she
had never seen things so tense, with the potential quote for a wider war
breaking out with Israel and Iran, which could draw everybody into a Middle East
war. And well wait a minute, Well why does their on care because
oh wait, that's all their proxygroups. Remember they always denied, always
(54:44):
denied, even though everybody knew it, funding Hamas or HESBLA, they always
denied it. But I mean, what does this tell you? Exactly?
Apparently US officials said in recent daysthat Ouranians told several Arab governments that they
see the US as responsible for theIsraeli attack that's that killed the Iranian general
in Damascus. Who cares? Whenhow many of our troops have you killed?
(55:07):
Seriously, how many troops have havehas Iran killed? And apparently the
country sent a message to the bidenminadministration through several Arab countries earlier this week
that if the US gets involved inthe fighting between Israel and Iran, then
new and then US forces in theregion will be attacked. Yeah. You
Iran doesn't get to tell us anything. You don't. You don't get to
(55:30):
tell us nothing, not a thing. See again as is you know what
would be great if the United Stateswas in the position, first off of
having the spine to do this, the political will to do it, and
enough people to be able to carryit out. Just position you know maybe
(55:53):
uh, maybe it's you know, what are the what am what? What's
the weapons system? I'm thinking ofKane where it basically it's from space,
not a space laser. I can'tthink of the name of a right now.
It's a legit things. No,No, we were worried about Russia
having it. I can't think ofit as Friday. My brain's turning the
much yeah, yeah, yeah,it'd be great if the United States had
(56:17):
the capability, the political will, the spine, blah blah blah, and
we just had some weaponized and maybesome weapons I don't know, up in
the sky, in space whatever, and we just we just coordinate all of
them to be above certain enemy assetsall over the world, just saying you
(56:39):
know, they're they're say that theyare ahead of their above Iranian assets,
they're nuclear facilities anywhere that any butanybody that would attack us any of their
nuclear facilities, any anything, Andthen we could make the threat, well,
Iran, we're gonna blow you outof the sky in twenty four hours.
(57:04):
We're gonna turn you to glass twentyfour hours. You have to decouple
from Hamas, decouple from hsblah andGTFO or we are going to obliterate you.
And if anyone even so much asflinches towards your general direction, they
will get the exact same response. And then we and then we just show
them postcards basically of our weaponry abovetheir assets. I don't know that would
(57:30):
be nice, but we don't haveWe can't do that because you know,
it's we get upset over pancakes.Syrup thought we were gonna have flying cars
in that. Nope, nope.Instead we got somebody at Health and Human
Services who's a dude, but isit says he's a chick. Okay anyway,
(57:50):
so they don't get to tell usanything. And if they threatened direct
retaliation. First off, if theythreat if they launch a strike on Israel,
Israel will attack their nuclear facilities andIran doesn't want that. That's why
they've used these proxy groups for solong. But one of the reasons that
they're also kind of in this positionis some of the proxy groups have been
wondering, literally allowed on X whatare they getting out of this? What
(58:14):
are they getting out of this situation? What are they getting out of this
little setup. They've been wondering that, So, I mean, I think
it's you know, they're they're tryingto figure out, well, we've been
doing this for such a long time, what's the give and take here?
We don't want to just be yourattack dogs. What do we get?
And they've actually been questioning that publicly, so Iran's was kind of they're in
(58:36):
a bit of a sticky wicket. As it were, because at General in
Damascus that was a pretty baller move. That was kind of a checkmate move
there. And I don't care ifIran thinks that the United States was involved
in it. Iran has killed somany of our American soldiers. I have
a friend who doesn't have legs becauseof an Iranian mind. So no,
(59:00):
they don't get to sit here andtell the United States you don't who is
you sit down? We kill ourenemies on Christmas, going back to the
Revolutionary War. They wake up inthe middle of the night, the Hessians,
and we murk them. So justsaying that's something to keep an eye
(59:22):
on for sure. I wanted toshare this with you. I think we
have audio of this. Did youguys see First off, I'm my friend
Dave Burge. I don't know ifyou guys have heard the leopard eating party.
You know what I'm going with this? Okay, the face eating party
or whatever. So it's a meme. It's pretty old. And this Twitter
(59:44):
user this was back in like twentyfifteen, and this applies here. Somebody
tweeted quote, I never thought leopardswould eat my face, sobs A woman
who voted for the leopards eating people'sfaces party. I feel like that's applicable
in this story that I'm about toshare with you. This is in This
(01:00:06):
is at UC Berkeley. So thedean of the law the law school dean
at UC Berkeley invited some of thelaw students over to his house for dinner
with him and his wife. It'sthe Oakland home of Erwin Chimerinsky, and
it was the first of three dinnersthat they had planned to host. But
(01:00:30):
then uh malak Affina, who wasthe co president of Berkeley Law Students for
Justice in the fake place called Palestine, rose to protest the school's investment in
arms manufacturers for Israel. And thenthe law school professor Katherine Fisk, who
(01:00:51):
is Scherminsky's wife. Shimerinsky's wife wasfilmed trying to take the woman's cell phone
out of her hand as she filmed, and she was like, this is
our house and these people, theythe students, go, you violated our
constitutional rights. Wow, someone givethem. They need a refund on anything
that they paid learning about law atUC Berkeley. Yeah, we need the
(01:01:14):
refund. Screw you give us ourmoney back, you rat welfare bastards.
Dumb with this I'm not apologizing formy Portuguese either. Sometimes it's got to
be said, y'all, I'm notbig bird, Okay, not here to
entertain y'all's kids saying a sermon. And it amazes me because the wife is
like, this is our home. What did you think was going to happen?
(01:01:37):
So again, my friend Dave Bergensaid, I can't believe the leopards
ate my face, said the professorwho hosted the leopards eating people's faces party
in his backyard, Like, whatin the world did you think was gonna
happen? They're like, oh,you violated our constitutional which you don't have
constitutional rights at someone's private house intheir backyard. You don't have constitutional rights
(01:02:00):
to go into somebody's house and startyelling yeah while you're filming, and the
wife says, this is not yourhouse, it's my house, and I
want you to leave, and sothey start saying, get out of our
house, get out our house, blah blah blah blah blah, you know
you have to leave, to leave, blah blah blah, and they just
(01:02:20):
I mean, first off, that'sjust trashy to do that to somebody else's
house. But I expect nothing lessfrom people who think it's okay to attack,
you know, your sovereign neighbor tothe north and rate people to death
because your attempts at colonization over landthat was given to you like a welfare
benefit in two thousand and five wereunsuccessful because you stupidly decided to elect a
(01:02:42):
terrorist group to turn things into thehealthscape that it is now. And so
it just it just was a hotmess. Do we have any video?
Do we have some of those? It would just ended up being a hot
mess. Oh yeah, but theybut what did they think was gonna happen?
And then the one student goes thatshe felt assaulted by Fisk. You
(01:03:07):
felt assaulted? Are you serious? She said, yeah, we felt assaulted.
And she says the aggression with whichshe ran at me, she saw
my hijab and that was a riskfor her. Wait a minute, no,
I think she saw the fact thatyou stood up and began disrupting their
private event. Actually, why amI defending them? Let them eat each
other. I don't care. Thisis what happens. You made your bed
(01:03:30):
and lie in it. Rah rahrah, there there you go. They
this is what happens. Right,What did you think was gonna happen.
You invited, you had this kindof event at your house. But the
one chick with that has the uhshe said, yeah, she saw my
hijab and that was well, shesaw your your hig job at school,
(01:03:51):
and then she saw it when sheand she invited you to her home for
dinner. And then she saw itagain when you stood up and you decided
to ruin the dinner and disrupt everythingand be a horrible guest and show a
complete lack of gratitude for being givena free meal and invited to someone's home.
I mean for crying out loud. But yeah, let them let him
(01:04:11):
eat each other up. I don'tcare. This is what happens. You
play stupid games, you win stupidprizes. The leopards eating faces party there,
it is right there. You knowwhat, maybe that should be a
real party. I'm supposed to answerthis questionnaire that are one of our team
members at Radio America sent and Ido not like questionnaires, and like one
(01:04:32):
of the questions like what are youobsessed with? And I'm like, I'm
not obsessed with anything really, butnow I kind of am obsessed with the
leopards eating faces party. If I'mthinking about it, I don't think that
qualifies. I want to make thosebuttons. The Leopard Eating Faces party,
it's my party, thinks on it. That's what we need to do.
(01:04:54):
We need yeah, patchops, weneed like the Leopards Eating Faces party,
like official merch because that sounds likesomething I could get behind, you know
what I mean? Could you notget behind that? Like? I don't
even know who their candidate would be. Scrutina labels man, Celebrity and Faces
party. That's what it's at.That's where it's all at. All right,
(01:05:15):
we got more in store. Wegot Florida man. I'm almost terrified
to read some of those headlines todaybecause the yesterday's ones of the two dudes.
Yeah, it's his life mission tomake bad decisions. It's time for
Florida Man. So uh w flasays. A Florida man was accused of
(01:05:42):
stealing some lobster tales and rotisserie chickenfrom a Walmart and uh he got in
trouble. He stole a number ofdelicacies from his ambitious shopping list that sounds
like a great album name from Walmartlast wee. According to Nasaw County Sheriff's
office. Uh Kareem Griffin of Jacksonville, Well, excuse me, age forty
six. I was arrested. Hestole nine lobster tails, four premium Rabbi
(01:06:05):
steaks, two packages of snow crablegs, and a rotisserie chicken at a
Walmart. And I'm trying to figureout what it's not not going to be
cheap because of inflation. And butnow you know you heard that about that
bug meet all the plastics in itnow, So yeah, he got in
a lot of trouble. They saidthat his motives appear unclear because he wanted
(01:06:25):
to steal what do you need?Do you mean motives? So I always
like, well his motives are unclear. Well, clearly he was going to
eat them and uh he that's youknow, he didn't want to have to
he didn't want to have to payh let's see this s Nope, I'm
gonna do that one. Uh thisthough, this guy's a Florida guy attacked
a pole contractor with a baseball batapparently for why in the world this is
(01:06:54):
from w FLA and everything's freezing againbecause it wouldn't be. That's so ridiculous.
I'm trying to open this up.Everything's freezing. So this Florida man
was accused of attacking this contractor witha baseball bat and apparently was captured on
video as well. Lee County Sheriff'soffice said Richard Anthony Daniels was arrested outside
of his home following the alleged attack. He knocked a ball cap off the
(01:07:15):
contractor's head, it fell into thepool, and then he went in got
a baseball bat and then came backand hit the contractor on the side of
the head. This dude's got ahuge knot on the side of his head
too, but the so now thehomeowner faces a charge of aggravated battery with
the deadly weapon and he was releasedfrom jail on bond on Wednesday. And
then this Florida man was accused ofthreatening an eleven year old with a knife
(01:07:38):
for riding their bike on the sidewalk. That's an easement, the boy's mother
said. The man point of theknife ride at her son's chest because he
was upset that the boy was ridinghis bike on the sidewalk, and the
boy's mom, Tina Comesso, said, well, we're actually headed towards our
home. It's down here. Iwould a whoop, oh may I always
(01:07:58):
carry? So that would have beenbad. I legit would have he had
have been that into differently, Yougot to be kidning me. He's a
little fifth grade boy, and hesaid he should be in the bike lane
on the street, not on thesidewalk. He's eleven years old. But
if he wasn't that great of abike rider, shut up, you geezer.
We got more on the way.Stick with us, Hey, everybody.
So, as the head of theWhite House Office of Gun Violence Prevention,
(01:08:21):
I'm very excited to tell you thatas if today we are closing the
gun show loophole. Basically, weare requiring that anybody who sells guns as
a dealer has to do background checks. They do that, but we know
this is going to save lives. So it's an important step forward. We
got more to do. We needto pass an assault weapons ban, we
(01:08:42):
need red flag laws and universal backgroundchecks. But good news to report today.
It's not good news, you absoluteflip and liar. That's what they
already do. Guys, guess whatwe got good news today? We're going
to make people do things that theyalready do. Isn't that amazing. It's
so amazing, guys, we're likegonna close this thing that doesn't exist is
so amazing, Like, OMJ,people already do that. Don't you think
(01:09:11):
that if you're gonna be in chargeof the ministry of taking guns, then
then you should at least know alittle bit about it, because that's what
if the fact that she uses theterm dealer too. She's like, well,
you know, if you're selling guns, if you're a gun dale art,
you have to you'll have to runa background check. Guess what,
Kamala, they don't run background tacks. They already do that. So woo,
(01:09:38):
You're you're announcing that they did somethingthey're already doing. Welcome back to
the show. By the way,Daniell last share with you the top of
the third hour. You can listenCoast to Codes. You can stream us
on x also Channel thirty forty sevenDirect TV. We're all over the webernets.
I just get aggravated about this becausethis it's it's goofy. This whole
(01:09:58):
law that they're trying to do,this is part of that what is it?
The something make communities safer but notreally act that they passed and they're
trying to say, oh, wegot this new role for gun sales.
It's closed as the loophole. Again, I just want to remind everybody there's
no such thing as a loophole, and I want Democrats to stop calling criminal
acts loopholes. I gave the exampleto you yesterday of if you have a
(01:10:20):
suspended license and you drive a vehicleanyway, is that a loophole? And
the answer is no, it's acriminal act. So if you are flouting
existing law regarding carrie or possession orsale of a firearm, that's not a
loophole. That's a criminal action. And you would think that the former top
(01:10:44):
cop of California would know the lawon that. That's a federal statute.
So what they're trying to say isthey're trying to say, and this is
what Merrick Garland, Merrick Guardland,I'm gonna pulled this up. This isn'tn
ATF an ATF statement that they cameout with yesterday. And Garland was saying,
(01:11:08):
well, under this regulation, thiswas his quote, it will not
matter if guns are sold on theinternet or at a gun show or at
a brick and mortar store. Ifyou sell guns or to predominantly earn a
profit. You must be a licenseand you must conduct background checks. Okay,
so again that also applies. Imean, you have all of these
(01:11:30):
media entities that are just parroting whatMerrit Garland is saying here as though that's
the truth of the matter. Thisis already literally law. You know what.
Let me just google the statue. It's USC. It's eighteen sub section
nine twenty two, and then youget into the alphabets, so it is
(01:11:56):
actually the statues eighteen US USC.Nine twenty two. It gets into unlawful
acts, and it goes into prohibitedand people who are not prohibited, and
it goes into the licensing that youare required to have if you are a
dealer, if you are an importer, if you are a manufacturer, if
you are what type of collector youmay be. It gets into all of
(01:12:16):
this stuff. I mean, it'sall here in black and white. I
mean, it even gets into ammunition. It gets into delivery, getting down
to sub section B of nine twentytwo. It gets into selling or delivering
you know, to prohibited people,et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
But this this idea that this lawdoesn't exist it's literally right. The
(01:12:43):
first paragraph of the statute discusses it. So there everybody's parroting this stuff as
though, oh gosh, we don'teven have any laws on this. Can
you believe all the people this isnot private sales, commercial sales. If
you're doing a commercial sale, youhave to undergo a background check. And
the ATF they're trying to figure outwho like, they're to nail down the
(01:13:05):
who in the what like? Allright, so who are the people that
are doing that are that are engagedin these sales? Who are the people
that are doing the business. Andthe problem is that they act as though
this is a universal issue when it'snot. Criminals are not going to undergo
background checks. Criminals don't go andget their guns from federal firearms licensees.
(01:13:27):
They never have. There was atwenty sixteen survey again that the DOJ did
under the Obama this is Obama era. It came out with the survey and
they they talked to all of thesefelons, all of these people who were
still incarcerated, and they asked themwhere did they Where did you get your
guns? And everybody said on theblack market. We got it on the
black market. Or the smallest. The next answer, which was the smallest
(01:13:50):
answer because they were really only two, was oh, they were stolen.
Everybody bought them on the black market, though, And why is there a
black market? Came why is therea black market? What is the purpose
of having a black market gun formoney exchange for criminals? I mean to
circumvent law. Yeah, yeah,so they don't have to do uh what
are those checks things? Those backgroundchecks? Yeah, so they don't have
(01:14:14):
to go through a background check. Not everyone is as dumb as Hunter Biden.
Okay, he was an exception.I get that the president's cracked out,
you know, flabby, old fiftysomething year old hoebaggs On decided to
lie on his forty four to seventythree at the exact same time that he
writes in his memoir that he wascoked out of his mind, and then
(01:14:40):
he goes and buys a gun.Yeah, that's kind of that's super illegal.
I get that he's dumb enough tofill out an FFL. Doesn't mean
all the other criminals are, Okay, the majority of them get their get
their guns on the black market, and the black market exists to bypass background
checks, to bypass this very thing. There is not any law that you
were going to pass to make aexisting crime illegal, or you see what
(01:15:02):
I'm saying. There's not any lawthat you're going to pass. It's not
like criminals are going, well,I was going to go and purchase this
SBR on the black market, andthen I realized, you know, we
just got new laws for background checks. I shouldn't do that. I'm going
to turn my life around. That'snot what happens. That's not how this
(01:15:27):
works. They don't. That's never, literally, never how this works.
And they the problem is that theyreally want they're trying to scare people into
thinking that anybody who even does somuch as like a private legal sale.
And what do I mean by privatesales? If you have a firearm and
you live in your state. Yougot a rifle, you live in your
state of residence, and you wantto sell it to someone that you know
(01:15:50):
who also lives in your state, and both of you are completely legal and
able to carry sell, blah blahblah. It's your private property, so
you can. It's still federally regulated, however, because if that person is
a prohibitive possessor turns out to bea prohibitive possessor. And they find out
that you knew and you sold itanyway, you both get hit. So
(01:16:10):
you can't say that there's not reallyany area of this that's not under the
eye of sauron here, you knowwhat I mean, It's like all covered.
But what they're trying to say, though, is that they're trying to
make you confused as to whether ornot you actually need a federal firearms license
(01:16:31):
because what they put in here, and this is what they're they're actually making
the language dumber. They were addingthat there was no minimum threshold number of
firearms purchased or sold that triggers thelicensing requirement. Really what because they have
it the ATFS language now is ifyou sell x amount and you get x
amount of your income from sales, you have to get a license. But
(01:16:56):
now they're trying to make you thinkthat a single sale will trigger that and
get you in trouble, because thisis a way that they want to push
you into having a complete and totalregistry. Somebody sent me, and I
don't know what it was. Isaw Sometimes I see stuff like this from
good meaning lawmakers and then I justI'm like, golly, it was somebody
(01:17:16):
who was the some state lawmaker herein Texas who was introduced and no,
we're not going to have a gunregistry. And I guess they wanted me
to have him on air and talkabout it, and I'm like, dude,
we already had that's already federal law. Don't sit here and propose something
that could actually undermine the strength ofthe original Don't do that. We don't
got strong enough Republicans in Texas rightnow to do that. Don't be doing
that. So that's the thing. It's already against the law to have a
(01:17:42):
national registry, but they want toundo that. And that's this is a
step towards this. If they makeeveryone afraid that even one sale is going
to trigger that, and that theymay. They may, because you know
what it means to have a license, right, government gets to know everything
you have. That's why I neverget That's why I will not be licensed.
I will not get enough f well, I will be inconvenienced and have
(01:18:03):
to travel to my FFL to pickup purchases and to do my transactions because
I am not going to have offerup my house for inspection by the government
and all that other stuff. Furthermore, you saw what happened in New York
right when they published all those FFLs. Remember that there was like a few
years ago they put up a map. They had a map of it.
(01:18:24):
You know how many people are actuallynot, you know, firearms dealers.
They just want to be it.There's some of them are collectors and they
you know, they just do fortheir own I mean, doh, it's
wild. They also did that withLTC holders up there too. Wild.
NSSF says that there's going to besome issues with this because they're going to
(01:18:44):
it's going to lead to like thisdeluge of FFL applications and that's going to
be problematic. Larry Keane came out, he had sent this up to the
Steve Dattlbock, Yeah, the catwho runs atf and he's like, you
realize that this is going to createa bit of a sticky wicket, right,
It's going to create a bit ofan issue because you're you're gonna have
(01:19:06):
all these forms going forward. Andhe says, there's gonna be a fright.
You're going to fighten an untold numberof collectors and other people who aren't
actually even in the business of sellingguns. You're gonna try and you're going
to try to make them get licensesout of fear. And that's what this
is because you have to pay tomaintain the license, You have to go
(01:19:27):
through all this stuff to maintain thelicense, et cetera, et cetera,
et cetera. And so this iswhy nss F said, this is why
Congress is trying to to find whowas actually participating or that's not the word
they used, engaged, engaged inthe business of selling. And that was
with the Firearm Owner's Protection Act.That was like back in the eighties,
(01:19:48):
and they had too many they hadtoo many licensees. The ATF couldn't even
keep track of all of it.So you need to be aware of this
stuff because this is one of thethings that they're going to use to push
you towards a register. You don'twant to registry. Do you want the
government knowing everything you got? It'slike, go ahead and go ahead and
give a bunch of government strangers yoursecurity your code, your pin for your
(01:20:09):
security system too. Go ahead andgive them your social go ahead and give
them that code on your credit card, you know, because that's really what
you're doing. As the nine thesepeople haven't even demonstrated a working education for
me to even consider their proposals. If I think you're dumber than me on
an issue, I won't even giveyou the time of day. I don't
feel like I should have to followany law that's created by someone who knows
(01:20:30):
less about it than I do.I feel like that should be you should
have to take a firearms literacy testto be able to make gun law.
You should also have to take aneconomic literacy test in order to make economic
law. That's another issue. Wehave more on the way, including Gop
in the House, and I don'tknow why Republicans we've been talking about this
for the last few days with theregard to the Arizona thing. I need
(01:20:53):
all the Republicans to just shut upabout all the abortion stuff. The Arizona
thing is going to play out.I think carry Lake needs to slow her.
I think a lot of other peopledo too. When you, I
mean, we've got the CPI numbersthat were at Wednesday disastrous. How in
the world are you gonna let democratssit here and rob you of that talking
point, that reality that everybody elselives in. You know why people are
(01:21:14):
flocking to wards not voting for JoeBiden because they're broke. Don't let them
try to drag it over to thisand now all of the news, you
would probably miss. It's time forDana's Quick five. So Disney says that
it was protecting its First Amendment rightswhen they fired Gina Carana, which is
the most ironic thing I can everimagine. Now, Kurana was criticizing Disney
(01:21:41):
and she said that because remember shewas in The Mandalorian, she's gonna have
she was on the show to talkabout it. She's gonna have a whole
spin off. Her character, KarenDune was going to have her its own
Her character is gonna have its ownspin off from The Mandalorian. And she
had posted on Instagram that Jewish peopleand the Holocaust were beating up for the
religious beliefs, and she asked, how is it different from today hating somebody
(01:22:03):
for their political views, and everyonejust got mad because she reminded them of
an inconvenient fact, and so theyfired her. So and then later Disney's
arguing that, oh, it's becauseour First Amendment right to free speech,
and she says, what a doublestandard, And it's true. I mean
it is. That's the irony thisheadline. So it's from Axios. It
(01:22:25):
says, with pets becoming family bereavement, leave games steam and they're one time
off when their animals pass away. When the people want time off when their
pets pass away. Now, asa crazy dog lover who basically has two
shrines to each of my dogs thatpassed away, and I don't think that
anyone treated their dogs more like peoplethan me. This is dumb. Stop
(01:22:48):
it, stop it. I feellike Bob Newhart from USNL. Stop it.
Just don't do it. Just quit. At some point it gets a
little bit too much, right, the idea of a business paying for you
in that regardless, Well, no, I understand family bereavement and all that,
but let's come on, Yeah, that's family bereatment is one thing,
(01:23:08):
but for your pets. I meanI came on air, I mean the
day after we I mean I wason air after we put Louis down.
I was literally on air the dayafter and Rocco unfortunately was over a weekend.
Where should I say fortunately it wasover a weekend, but I was
still on air Monday. You knowthis, This this is goofy When people
do this the let's see. Ooh, I'm gonna do the wolf hybrids.
(01:23:31):
Wolf hybrid's gone feral roaming northern California. Now, as a pet lover,
I'm going to be honest, myfirst thought was free pets. That was
my first thought. It's a theysay, a pack of wolf like dogs
there, they're hybrids, are onthe loose in Shingletown area of northern California.
(01:23:51):
According to press release from the ChanstakaniSheriff's office. They said they're aware
that six of the wolf type animalsremain in the wild. They're trying to
capture them there. They were notifiedto the hybrids last week when the pack
killed another dog in the area andthey said they're like wolf husky malamute hybrids
and uh so there. Apparently it'snot totally legal to own one. So
(01:24:13):
I guess there goes my free petidea. Stay with us, sad craving
a daily dose of intellectual adrenaline, look no further than the Dana Show podcast
where curiosity meets courage. By followingon Apple, Spotify, or wherever you
get your podcasts. Senator Irish thoughtyou were an anti racist, but it
seems like you, Valie, youIsraeli lives more than you value Palcinian lives?
(01:24:41):
Is that true? So you thinkan Edsraeli life is more valuable than
a Palinny? One question is that? Okay, this is moron talking to
oh Man. First off, welcomeback to the show, Dana lash with
you. Bottom of the third hour, Cain, I'm in a weird position
in here because democrat. He's aDemocrat. Now, don't don't mistake me.
(01:25:06):
I'm not like yeah, Fetterman. But what I'm not so easily sway
to about a month the week Igave him a hoodie pass. Okay,
don't sit here and be like Dana, I want more. Let's this.
No, I gave him the hoodiepass, but I actually like if I
(01:25:27):
was there, I think I wouldhave immediately gotten in that dude's face.
I can't you know what I can'tstand the most. And so for the
boomers out there that listen, andI don't say that as a pejorative,
I think they hate these people too, you know, like the old hippie
boomer and not the good ones, like the good ones will that will leave
you alone and they don't care whatyou do, Like those were the type
of hippie boomer grandparents that like didn'tcare if you were out all day,
(01:25:50):
just you know, don't hurt yourself, and they let you like have fun
as a kid. I'm not talkingabout those people. I'm talking about like
the ones who are like that guythat he's got that smarmy pacifist tone,
but he's not being a pacifist. He acts like he's being very aggressive,
but he acts like he's being passiveaggressive, you know what I mean,
Like that kind of guy, AndI swear to you it's only the mean
(01:26:14):
hippie boomers that do that, right, That is literally a trait in a
style that only the mean hippie boomershave, and it I just find it
psychologically fascinating. I had to pointthat out because y'all know, like you
all know an older person like that, and they were the ones who constantly
(01:26:36):
got on to you when you werea kid too. But my whole thing
is that he's in He's there, like I guess you care more about Israeli
lives than Palestinia. And Fetterman justdoesn't even gaf. He's just sitting there.
Was he drinking asdi He's sitting ona bench, he drinking asdi.
He's living his life in his hoodie. You know it has to be just
(01:27:00):
Steve. Can I bother you? What's what's the temperature in DC today?
It rained last night? I wokeup. Let's see, I'll turn my
phone here. It is sixty six. He's in shorts and it's sixty six
degrees outside a hoodie. I thinkhe wears the hoodie even if it's like
ninety, but he's in He's oneof those dudes who wear shorts outside when
it's like I used to be liketwenty degrees. I don't understand that anymore,
(01:27:23):
but I remember being that way.I need a coat if it's sixty
six degrees, coat weather, can'teven Nope. My point is, though
he's sitting there and he's chilling,it looks like he was like on a
break and he was just trying totake a you know, enjoy the nice
air outside. And then these loserscome up? Why you care more about
(01:27:45):
Israel? What? I he justdoesn't feel like even engaging anymore. He's
like still with Israel. What doesthat even mean? You care more about
Israeli lives than Palestinian? What kindof stupid load of question is that?
I mean, you're talking about somethingthat's real and something that isn't for stuff
you mean gossins. I'm not talkingabout the made up term that colonizers want
to use to describe something as away to claim it without any kind of
(01:28:06):
accountability. No, we're not talkingabout that. Uh. But furthermore,
isn't that kind of where you are? Because like you didn't get your tight
I self all worked up until youknow, Israel decided to hit back.
Where were all y'all when they werelike, ignore were when Hamas was breaking
sea spires right? Where were ally'all when they were digging tunnels under the
ground and sending over suicide bombers andet cetera, et cetera. I mean
(01:28:28):
twenty years of us come on.Apparently they like hamas lives over his Yeah,
do you value hamas lives over hinnocent Israeli lives and American lives?
Is that what it is? Gosh, his smarmy tone, he me me
in there. Oh gosh if boilsof blood doesn't it? Oh? I
can't stand that peepee? And thenthese people sitting all around it were were
(01:28:53):
they all? They're all in hippieclothes, aren't they. Yeah, they're
the mean ones. They're the onesthat we don't like. You can't sit
with us, that's just that's justridiculous, ridiculous. Oh but that's uh,
that's I thought you were anti racist, but you what does that even
have to full stop? So he'strying to call him a racist. This
(01:29:14):
stupid old man's trying to call hima racist because what I thought you were
anti racist? But it seems likeyou value you know, these lives.
They aren't black. What's the matterwith you? Still? We gotta inject
race into everything? Of course,it's an old white progressive trying to inject
race into something. Shocker, goodgrief. I'm trying to be nice.
(01:29:38):
It's Friday, I'm trying. Isthat a priest standing there? This looks
like a bar joke, John Fetterman. A priest and a hippie walk into
a bar? I mean, whois the priest that's standing there? Who
is that guy? Why are ispants too tight? That's the other question.
You just saw it too, didn'tyou. You're like no man's legs.
(01:30:00):
I'm sorry, stove pipes like that. You need to have a little
give, all right, so II'm gonna try to move on, but
I kind of I kind of feelbad for him. I just saying,
I just I don't know. Sothe other stuff we're looking at with the
(01:30:21):
house and all this jazz is,uh, I'm looking at the names of
the people who voted against that amendmentto require a warrant that was from earlier,
because you know, they passed sothe way that this the way that
this is right now. They hadthe FAIZA required probable cause to get the
(01:30:46):
warrant right for a US citizen, and that's what they did. Remember,
we talked about the twenty sixteen, the Carter Page, et cetera, et
cetera. We talked about that wholestory, and that's what they abused in
order to try to substain that. And they were trying to. Uh,
this is looking at the seven ohtwo section seven oh two searches and it
(01:31:09):
gets into without getting into the weeds, the abuse of that section. That
is, when there are unauthorized searchesdone by members of the you know,
like whether it's FBI or whatever, that they that they recognize that they're actually
abusing the system and they're making thesesearches when they shouldn't be. They were
(01:31:30):
there. We talked about this indepth yesterday. But remember they said they
they had the letter that they hadwritten out, We're going to do better,
et cetera, et cetera. Andthat's after they got in trouble,
the visa judge lost her job,et cetera. But here's my question,
and maybe I'm missing something, butif they're doing this in violation of FISA
(01:31:53):
already and I want the warrant requirement, don't mistake me. But if they're
doing this in violation of FISA already, is this actually going to change anything?
I mean, who's to say thatthey couldn't just abuse it like they
did in the in the Page situation, the Carter Page case. Who's to
(01:32:15):
say that they couldn't just do thatright because they went to the PHISA judge,
they didn't go through the full process, and they got the warrant and
all of that, but they abusedthey they followed protocol, but they in
a way sort of, but theyabused the process because they lied. They
didn't disclose to the judge who paidfor the information that they were using as
evidence to get the warrant. Thatwas the big thing there's a lot of
(01:32:40):
questions with that. All right,so a few other things. I want
to make sure we're getting all ofthe audio here as well. We were
talking about the abortion situation with Arizona. This seems audio sound bite seventeen.
I want to hear this SoundBite becauseit has to do with Trump talking about
Obamacare, and Carol Roth made agood point about this too, by the
(01:33:02):
way, in which we'll get toin a moment. Listen to this.
I'm not running to terminate the ACA, as crooked Joe Biden says all over
the place. I'm running to closethe border, stop inflation, make our
economy great, strengthen our military, and make the ACA or Obamacare as it's
sometimes known, much better, stronger, and far less expensive because it's much
(01:33:25):
too expensive now and it's not verygood. Hm. Why did he even
bring that up? I think somebodyin this campaign said, Hey, Biden's
hitting you on this particular subject. You're gonna have to go out there and
you know, clear it up.And I think that's literally what Obamacare sucks.
Oh, it totally sucks, buthe's talking about all the things that
(01:33:46):
suck about it. Yeah, youknow what, the way you make it
better, you get rid of it. Yeah, open it back up,
states, compete. My insurance isso much more expensive than it was.
And then where we were, deductibleswent through the roof they got because all
the businesses they had to dump youonto Obamacare because they were going to be
fined if they didn't put you onObamacare. And there are people on Obamacare
(01:34:09):
now that are paying four or fivesix hundred dollars a month for their healthcare,
just the insurance, not their healthcare. Then on top of that they'll
have to pay you know, whateverfees along with visiting the doctor, er,
the hospital, whatever the case maybe. He needs to not talk
about this stuff because this is whereI have massive disagreement with him. Well,
there's a lot of people out therethat are experiencing how unaffordable the ACA
(01:34:32):
is, and when they hear himsay I'm going to make it more you
know, affordable, going to makeit better, Well, that's what we're
going to have to see. Soeither he's going to pass it to find
out, either he's going to haveto talk more about it to articulate that,
or he's going to have to shutup. I guess huh yeah,
because that does not do it.I mean, I hear that, and
(01:34:55):
I full stop, dude, Iget that everybody's arguing about Arizona abortion right
now, and that's something that Arizona'sgonna have to deal with that right there,
That right there makes people like me, go, the hell that's I
think politicians. Everybody is. Everybody'selection frightened. Oh, everybody's terrified.
(01:35:18):
Republicans are terrified. Everybody. They'reso worried. Think about this in a
season. It sounds like a movietrailer, in a season when the economy
is in shambles and inflation is settingrecords every quarter, where people are having
to choose between feeding themselves or theirpets, where you will own nothing and
(01:35:40):
be happy. This election season, instead of worrying about all of these issues,
Republicans are answering the Democrat bait ofabortion, because see, that's what
Democrats are doing right now. They'rethey're sitting there and they're looking at the
economy, well, it can't takecredit for that now, looking at foreign
policies, Oh my gosh, we'vegot wars popping off Galoreyah, don't even
(01:36:04):
take they won't even look down atthe border. They're like, oh,
wait a minute. The next thing, they'd rather talk about the economy than
the border. That's how bad itis. Yeah, I know. So
all they have is well, Iguess we'll sit here and scare the women
about abortion. Yeah that works.Oh and then we'll let's get racist too.
Let's let's bring up back racial politics. Yeah that works. The summer
(01:36:27):
of riots and scaring the ladies aboutabortion. Yeahhoo. And then they all
hop in their boss hog car anddrive away. That's how it works.
That's what they're doing. And howin the world are I mean, how
in the world are Republicans not runningwith this? Like King just shared this
(01:36:49):
thing with me. An illegal alienfrom Venezuela went to Ohio and tried to
rob the damn bank. Okay, try to rob a bank in Ohio,
Columbus, Ohio from Venezuela. Hecouldn't speak English, so he typed his
demands into a translator app on hisphone. It's uh and this is the
(01:37:17):
second, third, fourth, sorry, fifth, just in the past seven
days. Sorry illegal alien who wasarrested. There's another guy who's arrested for
all kinds of drugs and weaponry andeverything else. You know, this guy,
he tries to rob a bank usinga translator app. This is a
stick up, literally what he did. That's how bad the border is.
(01:37:39):
You got people coming across the borderto rob banks and they can't even speak
English, so they type it intothe translator APP. I have a gun.
This is a stick up, Giveme all your money. That's what
they're doing. I mean Republicans, that's an ad. That is an AD.
And instead, what are they doing. Carry Lake's out there terrified about
(01:38:02):
abortion, so she's running as amoderate. Now she's disavowed that Supreme Court
ruling. And again, they didn'tmake law. The state law kicked in
in absence of a federal law. It's not really it's not carry Lake's fault
or Republican's fault, or anybody else'sfault. That Democrats did not do anything
in that state since eighteen forty sixto change that. Democrats are caught flat
(01:38:25):
footed on this. Now, insteadyou got all these all these Republicans that
are freaking out, and now they'reall arguing with each other, and you've
got Biden doing a what is ita seven figure ad by in the state.
They want to make they want toflip it. They they're they made
doing a seven figure ad buy onabortion, according to CBS. And that's
(01:38:49):
what they're ladies, you don't careabout the economy, We're gonna talk to
you about abortion. Abortion, abortion, abortion, abortion. You don't broads,
don't understand anything but abortion. That'swhat they're telling you. And then
they're like, Trump, if RonaldTrump gets back into power, what freedom
will you lose next? I'm sorry, freedom to choice before conception, freedom
(01:39:11):
to what it's a Supreme Court ruling. Goodness, So what I'm talking about
this is asinine. This headline abortionruling is a full on disaster for Arizona.
Republicans. Republicans got to stop takingthe bait on this. Your response
is, there's exceptions for the lifeof a mother. It's not our fault
(01:39:31):
that Democrats didn't do anything in thestate since eighteen forty six. Where were
they? They jeopardized this whole thingbecause they had a dumb Supreme Court case
that they made the law of theland, and then they didn't do anything
as a plane b as per usual. How's this our problem? Are we
to do democrats work for them? That's your response, Republicans, instead of
(01:39:53):
this nonsense that I keep seeing followDana on Apple, Spotify or wherever you
get your podcasts, because now whichis your ultimate superpower. And it's also
just worth noting how much was impactedby this trial, Jake. So many
things happened, We saw policing changinghere in the city. And it's also
worth noting because of that unrest, that racial unrest in the nineties, that
(01:40:15):
is why so many people who maynot have been invested in OJ Simpson were
just happy to see that someone whowas rich and famous and black could get
away with what other people did inthe system as well too. So I
don't even know what that was. That's CNN Stephanie Elam and her hairline reporting
(01:40:43):
on OJ Simpson like that, that'syeah, that's crazy. Why is what
that's because of the system. It'sno, no, that's not you don't
you don't fix injustice with injustice though, by the way, you don't do
that. Good night, all right, we got a world Today's stupidity.
(01:41:04):
Kane almost took it up for this. This is going to be Corene Jean
Pierre. She's claiming that executive actionis not going to actually be like full
resources for border security, even thoughit's exactly what Trump did, but here
we go. No executive action isgoing to have the full the full resources
that we need to get this done. It was way better under Trump and
(01:41:26):
he used a lot of executive ordersthere. So yeah, gosh, nothing
but lies from this administry. AndBiden's now flirting with the idea of doing
another executive one to help with theborder since it's hurting him so bad in
the polls. Yeah, folks,I hope you have a great weekend.
