Speaker 1 (00:00):
Not to be know about being people got to be GYMC.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
On October seven, twenty twenty three, the slaughter of the
Jews by Hamas. They didn't happen because the Palestinians were
not given a state. It happened because they were given
a state. Hamas slaughtered Israelis in ways that are so monstrous,
so horrific, that not a single network or cable TV

(00:27):
platform will show you the videos that terrorists took while decapitating,
gang raping, mutilating, burning alive, and slaughtering innocent young people
at a music festival and innocent families at Kibotsim. Basically farmers.
I asked France, Germany, Britain, Spain, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Finland,

(00:52):
Iceland and the rest of them who are now calling
for a Palestinian state, why won't you show your citizens
what was done on October seventh?

Speaker 3 (01:03):
Want to get it off your chest. You're in the
right place. They accuse this show of being run by boobs. Well,
let me tell you about us, boobs. We're real and
we're spectacular. Want of politics and fund sprinkled with a
lot of laughs heard in every state in the Union

(01:27):
and one thousand cities around the world. We just finished
sixteen years of broadcast excellence. Now in our seventeenth year
Dave Weinbaum Show is streaming live all over the world.

(01:56):
Let me repeat Mark Levin. Jamaus didn't attacked because they
weren't given a state, because they were given one by
Ariel Sharone, the Prime Minister, the leader of Israel in
two thousand and five. They used their statehood experiment and

(02:21):
the baiyons of dollars that followed from all over the
world to build tunnels under mosques, schools, and hospitals, as
well as their offices, the offices of Ramas, where they
planned the murder of all Jews in Israel. As they say,

(02:45):
from the river to the sea. This is the part
that no one but Jews all over the world understand.
If only Hitler did to the Jews what Israel did
for Hamash, the Jews in Europe would have been deported

(03:07):
to their indigenous home, recognized by all as Israel, the
home of the Jews. Finally, after the abandoning, abandoning of
Gaza to Hamas, while being attacked from all over the

(03:28):
world by people with blood libels against all Jews. After
ten seven twenty three, someone woke the f up and
decided that the murder of thirteen hundred men, women, children,
babies with their heads cut off murdered in one day,
their strategy of mowing the lawn with each cease fire

(03:56):
was terminated. And with that happening almost every year for
seventeen years, it was about time to fight the battle
with Hamas, Hezballah, Iran, Yemen and Yemenese and the Hoodies.

(04:18):
It was time to go to war and end the
facade of being nice and killing as many of their
leaders as possible until they gave up and return. The
still still kept in captivity, the fifty plus hostages they

(04:39):
still hold after all this time. They are Arabs and
hated by many in the Mid East. Do you see Jordan, Egypt,
Qatar take the time to give them living rights in

(05:04):
their lands. Israel must never fall for this again. But
the real strategy for peace is Trump's Abraham Accords. Listen
to what Levin's truth tells us.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
Hamas executes, tortures, starves, and brutalize the Palestinians in Gaza.
Why don't you show what Hamas is actually doing? Why
are you knowingly and intentionally covering up for Hamas. Why
aren't you reporting how they use their hospitals and mosques
and schools and homes and other civilian locations as military

(05:43):
installations from which to attack Israel, to store ammunition in arms,
as terrorist communication centers. Why are you censoring this information?
Why are you knowingly and intentionally feeding lies to your
citizens about Hamas, which is working hand in hand with
the United Nations UNRA is starving the people in Gaza

(06:06):
the way Stalin starved his people to hold on the power,
the way Mao starved his people to hold on to
his power, the way a Sad killed six hundred thousand
of his own people, all Muslims, to hold on the power.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
Hi there, and welcome to the Thursday edition of The
Dave Weinbaum Show. I hope you all got the message.
I put it out on all the notices on Twitter
and uh rumble on oh YouTube, and uh look what
I look at what look what? Look? What dragged in

(06:43):
Just now is the opening act of the show. And
we've been talking for half an hour by now, and
hopefully he's not spent. I know he isn't, but we're
going to get to him in a couple of minutes.
I want to I want to tell you who else
to welcome, and that is we've got uh, Well, we've
got Rick Henderson down there in Salem. He does all
the clips, did a great job with with the clips

(07:04):
about Levin. Uh. And we've got well, we've got JJ
Brad Bradshaw coming on. We got J. P. Maxwell here
the producer, and my lovely bride Lisa and Winebaub who's
smiling this morning. And it looks very nice. Honey. I
like the outfit.

Speaker 4 (07:25):
No small feet after oversleeping.

Speaker 3 (07:27):
Yeah, well I was going to try that on earlier
but I just didn't get to it. Sorry anyways, but
it looks great and you look great. We've got we
got a terrific show for you. We got after after JJ. Uh.
We got a lot of stuff going on. Rabbi Moshe
or Rothchild. This should be this should be something because

(07:49):
now we have uh, we have Natagna who's saying he's
going to take over Gaza, you know, so that's going
to be interesting. We've got Chris and I'm always a
great American story from him. He has had experience now
in fixing the state of Wyoming, believe it or not.

(08:11):
We've got Mark McCluskey. Lots of questions they ask him about, well,
the the one six ers who he's defending, both pardon
and otherwise. He knows everything that's going on. And the
funny thing about that, when I run it by Ai

(08:31):
Grock on X, they don't know about him. They they
just don't know. Everything they're quoting me is from the
Biden administration. And when I dig into him then they
uncover a little bit here and there, but they're definitely biased.
And I told him that, I said, why don't you
go go to Mars and figure this out. Anyhow, we

(08:54):
also have Karen Harris, who is a political expert on elections,
and she's going to talk to us for a while.
And with all that said, now I think we can
start off early with our friend opening act. This man

(09:19):
is two hundred and oh. I got to think, make
this right, two hundred and fifty six years old, seven
years old? Really did you just have a birthday? I did, Okay,
two hundred and fifty seven years old. I should have
known that. Sorry about that. You don't look at day
over a two hundred and fifty six Thank you, Well,
you're welcome. And this man is he's an expert on

(09:41):
the on everything that's in the Constitution, including the First Amendment,
Second Amendment, and all the other amendments. And well, by golly,
he was alive when it was mostly written, so he
ought to know. Please welcome all the way from Ronald
Missouri John Jeffrey brand Shaw. Thank you for coming in.

(10:04):
I appreciate that. As always, I am pleased to be here. Yes,
you're in your army outfit and American flag, and you
are a patriot, yes, sir, got to be a.

Speaker 5 (10:17):
Patriot, yes, because what's the opportunity. What's the alternative?

Speaker 3 (10:21):
Well, the alternative is to be an American hater and
or a Democrat.

Speaker 5 (10:27):
Be a Marxist, be a communist. No, thank you.

Speaker 3 (10:30):
Can you classify Democrats as hating America?

Speaker 6 (10:33):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (10:33):
No question?

Speaker 3 (10:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (10:34):
I mean what a current state of that party hates
America because it's been run by the far left. As
a matter of fact, Bill Clinton, Bill Clinton, who I
dislike greatly, Yeah, would be considered a moderate in today's
Democrat party. Oh yeah, In fact, he would look very
much Republican.

Speaker 3 (10:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (10:54):
So that's how far left they've gone. And I don't
see them coming back. I think that ship so JFK.

Speaker 3 (11:01):
I mean he was kind of conservative, wasn't he.

Speaker 5 (11:03):
JFK would look like an ultra right conservative. He'd look
like me right now in the political spectrum.

Speaker 3 (11:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (11:12):
So the Democrat Party, I hadn't prepared to talk about this,
but I'm willing to. They have gone way far left
and consider who their standard bears are. AOC, Yeah, AOC.
Come on, this is a person with no value.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
How about Mandani in New York? Do you upcoming mayor
the socialists they have, they have all landed on this
guy's porch, even Pocahontas Warren.

Speaker 5 (11:39):
Do you think this clown can actually get elected?

Speaker 3 (11:43):
Apparently that's what they're saying, that he's probably got it.

Speaker 5 (11:46):
That amazes me.

Speaker 3 (11:48):
Well, and they're also they're all waiting, all the people
are waiting to see how many of the businesses shut
down and move.

Speaker 5 (11:57):
How much damage is this guy going to do?

Speaker 3 (11:59):
Well? A lot, he's not. He's not just a communist.
He hates Jews, he's homus loving, and he's been quoted
as saying from the river to the sea and still
stuff like that, hating cops. Now, all of a sudden,
because some cops got shot. He come out and say, oh, yeah,
well yeah, I didn't mean it that way. Yeah, we

(12:21):
love the cops. Now, yeah right, free bail. He wanted
a free bail for everybody.

Speaker 5 (12:27):
Free groceries, free transportation for.

Speaker 3 (12:29):
Yeah, state owned grocery stores, and tax the rich.

Speaker 5 (12:33):
Margaret Thatcher said famously many years ago that if you
keep having other people pay for things, center or letter,
you run out of people that can pay for things. Now,
what do you do? That was not a very good quote, Okay,
but that was a thrust. No, it's the truth. Yeah,
so what do you do? As it is New York
City is gradually sinking under its own weight, and you

(12:56):
throw this guy on top his icing on the cake. Yeah,
crazy radical ideas. I'm still skeptical.

Speaker 3 (13:03):
I well of how much of the source's money is
in this guy's pocket. And also the Democrats in Texas
who are out there in Illinois now and some of
the other Democrat states trying to redirect the elections in Texas.

Speaker 5 (13:26):
I'm ready to talk about that.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
Well, let's do it. I knew i'd stumble over something, you.

Speaker 5 (13:31):
Know, when the Democrats Jerry Mander, and that is redrawing
electoral districts to suit their own political needs. When the
Democrats do that, it's fine. Sure, as soon as the
Texas Republicans attempt to do that, now the world is ending.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
Oh my god, democracy is over.

Speaker 5 (13:51):
It's going to brain fire and brimstone upon us because
of what these terrible Republicans are doing. So what do
the Democrats do? They gather up and leave. Ken Paxton
is the Attorney General of Texas, and he was quoted
day before yesterday as saying, number one, let's drag them
back here. Let's get the Texas Rangers, drag them on back.

(14:13):
But number two, let's fire them for dereliction. Our House
of Representatives is in session. They are not there. It's
one hundred and fifty folks in there. Okay, they've got
to have a two thirds majority to pass any that's
one hundred people, and they're short ten or twelve or
fifteen because it's a very much pro Republican House of

(14:38):
Representatives in Texas. So the Democrats leave. They go to
hell holes like Chicago, New York. Let's not forget New Jersey,
places where they think that they are safe. Somebody's paying
them five hundred bucks a day.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
And who's paying for the plane. The plane like to
know that way, and the hotels me too.

Speaker 5 (14:58):
We're in that champagne. Does that dark money come from?
I'll bet George Soros George his checkbook.

Speaker 3 (15:04):
And maybe maybe an indictment and at least a push
to get him to testify in front of Congress. And
I think that's coming. I think it's going to be
coming to that.

Speaker 5 (15:19):
Yeah, because this guy is dirty in so many ways.

Speaker 3 (15:23):
Well, he's such a hater, he's such a he's a Jew.
He's a Jew hater and always has been.

Speaker 5 (15:29):
The thing about Texas. Greg Abbott has also said Ken
Paxton as well that these people need to be drugged
back here. Trouble is, the Texas Rangers, on a civil
matter which this is, don't have any authority outside Texas,
so they can't go to Chicago and drag these people back.
Sooner or later, they're gonna come back. This is their residence,

(15:53):
and I believe that Texas will be waiting for them
with open arms and handcuffs. So the fact that Paxson
is willing to go after them dereliction of duty. I
don't know if that'll fly, but it certainly sullies them.
It makes them look bad. And jerry mandering, I mean,
come on, jerry mandering happens all the time. It happens

(16:15):
in Illinois. And here's the Illinois government governor criticizing the
Republicans in Texas for jerry mandering, and his own legislature
in Springfield just got it done three years ago.

Speaker 3 (16:27):
Did it again? Of course they do it, so, they
all do it so but this does not see and
Trump is right because it doesn't reflect the real election
that just happened in twenty four and there's at least
about five more seats they could have had if there
wasn't that jerrymandering that took place recently. So he's doing

(16:49):
what everyone else does.

Speaker 5 (16:51):
Hey, well, he's trying to set things right.

Speaker 3 (16:53):
Right.

Speaker 5 (16:55):
There are black districts in Texas around Austin and some
around Houston who have been howling that with this redistrict king,
this redrawing of the map, we will no longer be represented. Well,
I beg to differ. We got this thing called a
ballot box. That's the way that you are represented. And

(17:18):
don't tell me that artificially drawn all black districts actually
benefit you in some way. They can in the dirtiest
political sense, but in real economic sense that matter nothing
there matter not at all. So Texas is going to

(17:39):
become a microcosm of the rest of the United States
because this stuff has done all the time in blue states,
normally every ten years after the results of the census
come in. And here's another piece of this thing which
is so dirty, the census. The census should count citizens,

(18:00):
was intended to count citizens. Now they count everybody, and
that includes these ten or twelve million people that walked
across the border without any documentation at all. Oh, by
the way, you can get social Security, you can vote,
you can get welfare.

Speaker 3 (18:15):
You can get a driver's license.

Speaker 5 (18:16):
And now you get counted in the census.

Speaker 3 (18:19):
That's right.

Speaker 5 (18:19):
So jerry mandering is swung to the left and hard
to the left. I think trumpets trying.

Speaker 3 (18:26):
Yeah, could you categorize that as jurymandering? It is, yeah,
of course, Okay.

Speaker 5 (18:31):
It's just it's just another flavor of the same ice cream. Okay,
you can redraw conngngressional deal.

Speaker 3 (18:37):
But that's really illegal.

Speaker 5 (18:39):
Well of course it is.

Speaker 3 (18:40):
Yeah, But well, is jerrymandering itself illegal? Because they all
do it.

Speaker 5 (18:45):
Every ten years, those districts get redrawn.

Speaker 3 (18:48):
Right, but with the aid, with the aid of these
illegal aliens. Now you have now you've got criminal you.

Speaker 5 (18:56):
Have tainted that process. Yes, and if if you only
count in a census citizens.

Speaker 3 (19:02):
I mean, that's cause for a civil war right there.

Speaker 5 (19:05):
Well, don't get me started on that. Yeah, guns are
in the truck.

Speaker 3 (19:10):
Yeah, Okay.

Speaker 5 (19:13):
The point is when the Democrats do this, everybody gives
them a pass. It's all just fine. Oh, they're trying
to come up with racial equity, they're trying to do
all of these these wonderful things. When they're Republicans do it,
the world is ending. Now, why do we have two
sets of rules?

Speaker 3 (19:33):
Well, because because typically Republicans fall for that, because we're say,
fall for that. Oh, we've got to, We've got to
We've got to show them that we're really wanting to
do right things. Yes, well, yes, it's bs because you've
convinced yourself now to lose. You've just convinced yourself to lose.

(19:54):
They're not going to compromise.

Speaker 5 (19:56):
I am more of the person that would burn your
frecking house down with you in it, if you're thinking
about those sorts of things.

Speaker 3 (20:04):
But that's just me, that's just your.

Speaker 5 (20:06):
I'm a radical right wing well yeah, red neck from Rawa.
Why would anybody care who about that?

Speaker 3 (20:12):
And I'm a little jew from Chicago, where they're all
liberals by the way, Yeah, I grew up with a
bunch of liberals and I couldn't understand what the hell
they were talking about half the time. And I still can't.

Speaker 5 (20:24):
I don't have any liberal friends left I have, I've
run them off.

Speaker 3 (20:29):
I don't either.

Speaker 5 (20:30):
I have a few liberal acquaintances.

Speaker 3 (20:32):
Well I have. I have a few acquaintances on the
golf course, and they like to get into little argument
here and there. I was sitting at the at the
d n V the other day and talking to some
guy and we're talking. He started talking about politics and
the SAT and the other and he says, do you
know a guy named Dave Weinbaum. Yeah, I'm acquainted with him.

(20:53):
He starts talking about about me. I'm looking at this
guy says he is he kidding? Swear to guy, this happened.

Speaker 5 (21:01):
It is a small world, Dave. I was walking into
Price Chopper. Two guys came walking out, two old guys,
and they started talking to each other pretty loud, and
one of them pointed me and said JJ Bradshaw.

Speaker 3 (21:16):
I said, yeah, who the hell is that?

Speaker 5 (21:17):
That's me? Who are you? He said, You're on Wine
Bomb Show. We listen to you all the time. Well, okay,
small world, small world.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
They have to paint it, though, I'll tell you that.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
Oh I'm glad that they weren't armed and they weren't
from the other side. Well, okay, can we get to
the stuff I want?

Speaker 3 (21:35):
Go ahead? You were done to go ahead.

Speaker 5 (21:37):
Because at least these conversations we have and I free association,
and I get off on stuff that I didn't prep for.
I got some names that I wanted to run past you. Yes,
and you'll recognize all of these names.

Speaker 3 (21:53):
Yes, probably.

Speaker 5 (21:56):
Both Clinton's Hill and Hillary all right, James Comy, Loretta
Lynch at.

Speaker 3 (22:03):
One time, Yeah, ag.

Speaker 5 (22:06):
Eric Holder, Merrick Garland, Robert Muller, Ye, William Barr, Jeff Sessions,
Alberto Gonzalez. You might Alberto he was a g way
back when he was So what are these folks have
in common in the Epstein investigation? They're all going to

(22:28):
be subpoenaed before the Congress to testify. So what you
say the Epstein investigation is a nothing burger. It's not
going anywhere. It's making a big splash. The problem is
some of these same names are going to be talked
to by the Congress for January sixth. Some of these

(22:51):
names are going to be talked to by the Congress
for Russia Gate. It's the same.

Speaker 3 (22:57):
Bunch of names that we're talking about. This Russia Gate
is more than just a oh thing made up. It
is actual collusion to commit treason.

Speaker 5 (23:14):
Pam Bondy released one she declassified and released one pages
of very damning stuff against these folks. Dan Pongino, Deputy
Director of the FBI. Don't ask me how he did this. Okay,
maybe he talked to the janitor, I don't know. But

(23:35):
he walks into a room and found it, finds all
these burn bags that if the Democrats had done this right,
they would have destroyed this evidence a long, long time ago. Yeah,
finds all this damning stuff and burn bags in some room.
Now it sounds a little fishy to me, but okay, yeah,
all of a sudden evidence is showing up. Pam Bondi said,

(23:59):
uh Newsmax the other day that she has got people
coming out of the wood work, whistleblowers who were there,
who had something to do with these crimes, and of
course we're silenced.

Speaker 3 (24:14):
Now Now was this I miss I might have missed
this was this the one sixth event or something else? Okay,
this is this is the stuff. This is Russia Gate,
Russia Gate. Okay, because there's so much, you know, it's
mind boggling.

Speaker 5 (24:29):
That's why those those names are so.

Speaker 3 (24:31):
And this is the stuff that was denied every time
they went to a meeting with with Biden and whomever
else was there. And suddenly, after the twenty four or
twenty elections, twenty election, somebody who happened to be President
of the United States that December decided to say, oh no, no, no,

(24:56):
the Russia the Russia Gate is thing. Is is true?
Oh no, I know it's true. Who was that, Barack Obama?
Yes it was.

Speaker 5 (25:06):
What's so amazing about all of this to me is
if that nasty little woman that ran for president in
Joe Biden's stead, I have a hard time saying her.

Speaker 3 (25:20):
Name, Kamala, I can say the name.

Speaker 5 (25:23):
I dislike her so much. Had she won, Dave, none
of this would ever come to light. It would have
been buried so deep shredd had burned. You'd never hear
a word about it. That's the bad thing about power. Well,
what happened? This thing blew up in their face and
Donald J. Trump won. Surprised he won on a rigged election.

Speaker 3 (25:47):
For Pete say, they never thought he was going to
survive the twenty twenty election.

Speaker 5 (25:53):
The Russia Gate thing was, which was stolen?

Speaker 3 (25:55):
By the way, was that not stolen? Do we know
it now? It absolutely was. Everybody kind of knew it,
and now we got proof.

Speaker 5 (26:04):
See, you and me were wacko conspiracy theorists.

Speaker 3 (26:07):
Yeah, we're always How why are we right so much? Well,
I mean, I don't know if I'm not right about everything,
but I'm right about just about everything that I've seen.
I can check my I can check my own columns
back in twenty fifteen.

Speaker 5 (26:20):
The point is that we were considered wacko conspiracy conspiracy
theorists because this sounded so outlandish and so impossible, and alone, behold,
it came to pass.

Speaker 3 (26:30):
And why were we able to do that?

Speaker 5 (26:33):
Because we don't trust any of the bastards. That's why.

Speaker 3 (26:36):
Okay, and we were reading the same news we're reading
the watching MSNBC. Not a lot, but you know, every
once in a while we'd give it a look. Trying
to figure out, you know, what the hell they're talking about,
and listening to a few other channels and listen and
watching what was coming out with the news services and things,

(26:57):
and it didn't make it didn't make any sense what
they were talking.

Speaker 5 (27:00):
We're trying to measure the wheat from the chaff, and
there's so much chaff in this. Yes, we're looking for
those little grains of the wheat, the things that make sense.
This would be human nature. Human nature would do these things,
and we found them. And ever all of the liberals said,
these guys are nuts. Caesar right wing lunatics on some

(27:20):
little podcasts, pay no assare to them.

Speaker 3 (27:22):
Let's shadow man, and you got Biden coming out saying basically,
let's kill all these mega bastards and setting up people
with the FBI. Do you have them arrested in or
have their Marlago home searched?

Speaker 5 (27:39):
General Flynn comes to mind, and.

Speaker 3 (27:41):
General Flynn, Yeah, we're going to be talking about him
because his buddy is Chris Adamo.

Speaker 5 (27:49):
Years ago, you and I talked about what would happen
when Donald Trump became president. One of the things I
said back then several years ago. First thing, he's going
to do is yank the security clearances of these folks,
which makes them useless in their job, and at some
point they leave. Guess what's happened to all of these

(28:09):
folks that are working for CNN now who are commentators. Yeah,
they got their clearances yanked, including Bill and Hillary Clinton.

Speaker 3 (28:18):
Good.

Speaker 5 (28:20):
Yes, that needed to happen. Sure, And the Democrats would
have done this to the Republicans if they had won.
Of course they would. You'd have to be a lunatic
to not assume that they would do the same thing.
The difference is this is not being done for revenge.
This is being done for law. Remember the lawfair that

(28:42):
they beat up Donald Trump with so very badly. Latisia James.
Oh yeah, by the way, she's being investigated for doing
the same thing. That is shift, and so is Adam
Shiff that I do love that During the impeachment here
in the in the House, Adam Schiff of course led

(29:04):
that second impeachment, and I watched a lot of that
on c SPAN. Not because I enjoyed it, It was
because I felt for the guy and I wanted to
know what they had against him and Adam Schiff.

Speaker 3 (29:19):
You felt for Adam Shit, Don Trump.

Speaker 5 (29:22):
Okay o, Adam Schiff, please please.

Speaker 3 (29:25):
I'm sorry. If he was dropping, I had to make sure.

Speaker 5 (29:28):
If he was drowning in a septic tech, I would
push his head's that's the way that is. This is
a worthless There is no soul in this man. But yeah,
and now he's being investigated for the same thing that
Letitia James Klayton is. Yeah, this is one big circle, Dave,

(29:50):
and it's coming back around.

Speaker 3 (29:51):
Well, the thing about this that we're all looking at
and you mentioned earlier, well, what happens when the Democrats
say you're just trying to you know, you're just trying
to overload us with these attacks and stuff like that. Well,
these are actual crimes that can be proven, and they
were just trying law fare anything they could throw in,

(30:14):
getting judges who were like Beesberg out there in DC
to convict people who were innocent, Aragon or something his
name was, just to just to nail them as as
like there was all the thirty four indictments. Thirty four convictions,

(30:35):
Well that was that was all bs and it was
all run by who. It was run by Biden's State Department,
by the DOJ, the FBI, and the works. They got
them all. Now they got them all, and because they
were careless and didn't destroy this stuff, we have the proof.
There's the evidence, and now we got to do something

(30:58):
with it, because it's imperative for them to see what
this does to you when you are actually doing the
crime and have admitted so repeatedly.

Speaker 5 (31:10):
And have evidence against you.

Speaker 3 (31:12):
That's right now.

Speaker 5 (31:12):
You and I talked a little about this before the
show went live. Yeah, the Statute of limitations has expired
for a whole lot of these crimes. Okay, it's five
years and seven years from federal crimes other than capital crimes,
and these in most cases they are civil crimes. But

(31:32):
these folks are thinking, I can't be prosecuted for any
of this stuff. Statute of limitations is long gone, evidence
is well hidden. But if there is a continuing conspiracy,
which I think a lot of this cover up could
be considered a continuing conspiracy, guess where the clock rolls

(31:53):
up to present day. Now our prosecutor can go back
as far as he or she choose is to expose
evidence that would otherwise be covered by Statute of limitations
and be sacrisanct. Now that's the way the prosecutors are
going to go for this a continuing conspiracy, and one

(32:15):
would argue that some of this behavior is treasonus. In
my redneck right wing opinion, Barack Obama committed treason absolutely
when he did this to Donald Trump. He started this
ball rolling, and they're going after his minions, which makes sense.
Maybe one of those minions is going to roll and

(32:36):
agree to testify us.

Speaker 3 (32:38):
Yeah, I think that's going to have some more dirt.
It's possible.

Speaker 5 (32:41):
I think when you dangle a whole lot of prison
time in front of somebody, they tend to be a
lot more malleable. They tend to want to.

Speaker 3 (32:49):
Agree with what you wanted. He had a couple of
guys in there that are actually testifying and claim he's
testifying and not using the fifth Okay, so a lot
of stuff's probably coming out.

Speaker 5 (33:04):
Will come out, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (33:06):
Well it will come out, but it's already been testified
to the congressional hearings.

Speaker 5 (33:11):
You and I have watched congressional hearings forever, and there's
an awful lot of talk and an awful lot of lying,
and an awful lot of showmanship that goes on and throws,
and as a rule, very little occurs beyond that. You
make all this noise and you expose all this graft
and corruption, but nobody gets indicted, nobody goes to trial.

Speaker 3 (33:35):
I think.

Speaker 5 (33:36):
But this is one redneck from rolla opinion. I think
this is going to go somewhere. I think there are
enough people and the crime's egregious enough that our current
DOJ will pursue it and.

Speaker 3 (33:47):
Win some of them. Good.

Speaker 5 (33:50):
I'd love to see prison time for some of these people. Brennan.
Brennan is perfectly suited for prison. He's got that prisoner
scowl already, so he is custom made.

Speaker 3 (34:03):
Clapper. I want to see Pelosi and how she uh.
I see this is where Mark Levin Uh not Mark Levin.
Mark McClusky comes in saying that Pelosi uh got together
with General Milly Yes, and they they both said, do

(34:23):
you think Donald Trump is crazy? He says yeah. She
said we ought to do something. So they decided both
of them that Millie was going to call the China
Chinese and and said, look, if it looks like we're
going to go to war, you call me first, call
me first, and I'll do something about it. Okay, Yeah,

(34:46):
crater that she is.

Speaker 5 (34:47):
Yeah, you got less than a two hundred thousand dollars
a year salary working as a House of Representatives, your senator,
How is it then that she is worth many, many,
many millions. Well, it's inside her trading, no question in
my mind about it.

Speaker 3 (35:06):
Her and her husband are Jilly Carthy denying it either.

Speaker 5 (35:09):
So are the Clintons. So are so many people in
the Congress because they have knowledge and knowledge is worth money.

Speaker 3 (35:15):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (35:16):
Is she going to be pursued for that?

Speaker 3 (35:18):
God?

Speaker 5 (35:18):
I hope so.

Speaker 3 (35:19):
I don't think so that the laws aren't strong enough
for that. I don't. I don't think so.

Speaker 5 (35:23):
And you know, and the other side of that, you
can sully her name and say what, well, what a
criminal she is, But she's a sly ball. She doesn't care.
You can call her anything you want. She's been in.

Speaker 3 (35:35):
Call her treason and that's another story. Well improve it,
and then then you get another story. What about the
January And That's what I'm talking about too, What about
that the National Guard? She's already admitted that she should
have done it? Yeah, all right, of course, ai Ai says, well,
there's no record of that. You're full of it. I

(35:55):
want you to know, Elon, I know you're listening, would
you fix your Ay? They're terrible. They don't know anything
unless it's something that's in favor of the Biden administration
as it was, stop it.

Speaker 5 (36:09):
There is a left wing wilt to It's amazing, and
I don't do much of it.

Speaker 3 (36:14):
I don't consider myself, as my wife will tell you,
is very intelligent. So so when I go to these things,
I expect to hear good answers, right, honey, yeah, okay,
go ahead, thank you.

Speaker 5 (36:26):
You want you want good answers, come ask me?

Speaker 3 (36:29):
Okay, honey. I don't think I can replace you, though.

Speaker 5 (36:33):
My intelligences all the time. Intelligence is completely artificial and
fairly well defective. So okay. The point, though, is that
so much, even just this week, so much has been revealed,
which underscores my thoughts that these people are corrupt. They've

(36:54):
left a trail of bread crumbs that, thank god, Pam
Bondi and Oyl and Jay are pursuing. And uh, it
is my fervent desire that this be prosecuted to the
fullest sixth center of the law. I want Donald trump
regime to be a law and order regime, and I
think he's headed in that direction.

Speaker 3 (37:14):
And I think maybe we're going to need another four
years of Donald Trump. I don't know, but seeming that
to me it'll be, it'll be. It'll be uh J
JV with is it JV J D J D with
uh with Mark Marco? Uh Mark vice president? This guy

(37:35):
has come a long way. I'll tell you what.

Speaker 5 (37:38):
See, if I have my choice, it would be JD
vance with Mark Levin as vice president.

Speaker 3 (37:43):
Yeah, I ain't gonna happen.

Speaker 5 (37:45):
Levin will set him on.

Speaker 3 (37:46):
You know. Levin is not a young guy. He's a
couple of years younger than I am.

Speaker 5 (37:50):
A sharp guy. I love listening to this.

Speaker 3 (37:52):
I went up to him at a convention, uh, and
I said to him, say, hey, I'm Dave Winne Dham.
If you ever need a replacement. I handed on my
McDonald's card. He said, what the hell is this? You're
gonna bring me up? Man? He says, well, no, he says.
He looks at me funny, and he says, are we related?
Kind of look like each other? He says, yeah, you

(38:14):
don't remember we're twins. We were separated at girth.

Speaker 5 (38:18):
So related through Abraham.

Speaker 3 (38:21):
Wait a minute, wait a minute, hold, Oh my gosh,
what we gonna do crickets. Yeah, I knew the other
one too. Now because we gotta go. All right, you, sir,
I'm sorry, but you can stay as long as you
want to. But I think I got the rabbi coming

(38:43):
in so we can keep on talking. And there is
How's that? I was like magic? All right? All right, okay,
ladies and gentlemen, we got some commercials coming up, but
not right now, because in front of me right now
is a a wartime Rebi spends his time helping victims

(39:04):
of war that made their children fatherless and the women widows.
Please welcome all the way. I believe it's from Israel.
Rabbi Moshe or off child. Where are you at, Rabbi.

Speaker 6 (39:24):
I'm in my hometown. I'm just outside. Oh you're outside Israel.
Oh cool, So you don't have to be inside right now?
Well it is around ninety something degrees okay, I'm in
the shade.

Speaker 3 (39:38):
All right. Well, I've never called you shady before ever,
and I never will. Okay, So you've got options in Gaza. First,
you've got the Israel takeover. Seems like you're headed to
take over Gaza. Send Hamas to France, Jordan, Egypt and

(40:00):
all the other crazy Arabs has blah. Yeah, And my
opinion of the Gaza experiment was doa as a as
as their own country. That's gone, I hope, and also
maybe even France, that's ridiculous. They're going to give them Paris.

(40:25):
So what's going to happen there? What do you tell me?
What you know and what you can prophesize?

Speaker 6 (40:32):
All right, Well, it was a very you know, I
guess it was a big week in Israel when the
government announced that they're going to take over all of Gaza.
I mean, at the moment before this week, I think
we were controlling close to seventy five percent, about seventy

(40:54):
five percent of it, and now you know, they announced
that they're going to take over the whole thing. Because
at the end of the day, nothing seems to be
working to get our hostages out, nothing seems to be
moderating the enemy, and it's the only thing they seem
to understand is that they're going to lose their land.
Now what that's going to look like, nobody knows exactly,

(41:19):
but it's the next step. It's the next step that
I think Israel has to make. It's not a very
popular step, not even here in Israel and certainly not abroad.

Speaker 3 (41:28):
Why is it a popular in Israel? Why do they
want these people there?

Speaker 6 (41:32):
Well, it's not a popular no, No, The idea of
taking over guys is different than actually moving them out.
Moving them out, that is a popular idea, but taking
it out and taking it over and governing it, you know,
and having you know, a million and a half two
million Palestinians under our authority, meaning that we are now

(41:54):
responsible for everything there. And that's not a popular idea here.

Speaker 3 (42:00):
Well, you know, better to be responsible for things there
than letting go of your country because you can't handle
what's coming out of there to attack you.

Speaker 6 (42:15):
I mean, I'm not sure I understood what you said,
but well I.

Speaker 3 (42:19):
Get I mean, I mean I'm saying that that you
can't You couldn't control it when you gave them the country,
and now you want to give it back to them.

Speaker 6 (42:30):
No, no one, no one's saying give it back. Well,
what do you say in governing when we are a
country of nine million people and absorbing two million people?
That would be like the United States absorbing sixty seventy
million people and having to feed them and having to
do everything for them, even the economy of the United

(42:52):
States to say tomorrow, okay, you're now going to be
responsible for another sixty million people, twenty percent of your
popular You know, I don't know the population of them Aria.
Maybe it's even more than that seventy million. It's it's
a staggering number, which would mean that once you ought
to say that we are controlling it, then officially, by law,

(43:13):
then we have to provide everything for them. We're obligated to.
So that's why it's not popular. The idea of the
continuing a fide militarily this and that, that is popular,
But the idea of saying we're now going to occupy
and take over Gaza is different. What is interesting to
me is that until now, the Israel haters, they've been

(43:36):
saying we are occupiers of Gaza. So when we actually
say we're what are they going to call us now? Occupiers? Plus,
you know, it's like it is kind of weird.

Speaker 3 (43:46):
You have a country to protect, you're at war with them.
It's a vicious war there, you're trying to be nice
to them and feeding them. The idea of moving popular.
Who thinks about feeding them? Who did in World War Two?
As Mark Levin points out. Did did we go and

(44:08):
feed the people in Germany and Berlin? Do we feed
the people in Japan? No, we bomb the living hell
out of them and then we took over.

Speaker 6 (44:19):
You're not you're not making the right comparison. The United
States never came into Germany and said, okay, we are
now the ruling authority here. What they did was there
was a war, and the war ended with Germany capitulating,
and on March seventh, on May seventh, the war, you know,
officially comes to an end with a capitulation. That's not

(44:39):
what's happening here what Israel is saying. But it's and
now when the government is saying, hey, we are now
going to do what the world has said we've been doing.
We're actually going to occupy it and we are now
taking control, as opposed to saying we're at war with them.
When we're at war with them, we're not responsible to
feed them, we're not responsible to look after their population.

(45:03):
When you say occupy someone the Geneva Convention, it's very different.
And so that's why it was a big step. You know,
it's not that we're just saying, okay, we're going to
continue fighting and.

Speaker 3 (45:14):
You are damned if you do, and damned if you don't.

Speaker 6 (45:18):
We unfortunately don't have good options in Israel. There is
no good option here. No one has suggested one, not Trump,
not in the Tan, Yahoo, nobody has suggested a good option.

Speaker 3 (45:31):
What does What would God say? What would God say
about this? Yeah? Come on you, rabbi, what would God
say about this? Predicament? Yeah?

Speaker 6 (45:41):
I'm saying if we knew, then we'd have a good option.

Speaker 3 (45:44):
So well, you talk to God every day, every day,
three times a day. God, are what are we supposed
to do here?

Speaker 6 (45:51):
He hasn't. He hasn't told me what There was enough there.

Speaker 3 (45:56):
Was, There was enough surprises and that happened that were
just amazing in the last couple of years, and suddenly
we don't have any guidance from God.

Speaker 6 (46:10):
So no, that's it's not what I'm saying. What I'm
saying is what here is the right thing to do?
It's not clear. I know what I think?

Speaker 3 (46:19):
What do you think?

Speaker 6 (46:21):
I think? What what was said?

Speaker 3 (46:23):
Initially?

Speaker 6 (46:23):
This evacuation plan I think is our best bet. But
you know, that's that has seemed even for Trump, that
went onto the back burner. But when he came in,
initially into office, and uh, and he made that remark.
I think that was the right thing.

Speaker 3 (46:43):
So evacuation. Elaborate on what that means.

Speaker 6 (46:48):
What I mean is that the history of what's gone
on there in Gaza has there's been never a there's
never been a good solution. And so when Trump came
in and he said, Okay, we need to essentially start over.
We need to allow those who want to leave to leave,
which will be probably sixty seventy eighty percent of the population.

(47:09):
If they had an opportunity to leave, they would leave,
And then we need to essentially start over instead of
you know, maintaining the population as is and letting them
be governed even by an alternative to commas, by the UAE,
by Egypt, by the United States, by whoever. Like, it's

(47:29):
not going to work. By keeping the same population there,
I think the idea. But if there was voluntarily voluntary
emigration eighty percent seventy percent plausible.

Speaker 3 (47:46):
You got eighty percent of the people that want to leave.

Speaker 6 (47:49):
Yeah, for sure, they would leave for where they go
that you know, that's a good question. Look, the world
absorbed six million Syrian refugees, and there's no reason they
can't absorb This is a relatively small number for the
amount of countries for example that's signed on that said
they're going to recognize the Palestinian state. So you know what,

(48:10):
there's what sixteen of those countries so far.

Speaker 3 (48:12):
Good, look to let them each yeah, let.

Speaker 6 (48:14):
Them each take two hundred thousand, and game over.

Speaker 3 (48:18):
You know, I mean it's almost game over. And some
of them right now, London and yeah, in France and
all these other places, Germany, even Germany, they're getting over run.

Speaker 6 (48:32):
Yeah they are, and.

Speaker 3 (48:34):
They want more of that. God, you better do it. Well,
it's wells well, it's time because yeah, they're going to
be sorry.

Speaker 6 (48:43):
We can send plenty more.

Speaker 3 (48:47):
You know, you better do it quick, whatever you're going
to do.

Speaker 6 (48:50):
It's the only it's like the only war in modern
history where you don't have refugees, where you don't have people.

Speaker 3 (48:56):
What about the other countries, What about Lebanon? These days?
Are they are they a problem anymore? Or is it
is that over there? Oh? Well, hello, we're trying.

Speaker 6 (49:12):
We're trying very hard in Lebanon to prevent HASBLA from reappearing.

Speaker 3 (49:17):
And we've been we have uh done, you know.

Speaker 6 (49:21):
Selective bombing still in in uh In Lebanon. But in
the Lebanese government so far as trying, it seems that
they are trying also to prevent uh the ha from
rearing its head. Look, if we can get a normal
Lebanese government, you know, something could happen. But what I
did see in the news this week is that a
Zerba Jean, I mean, Trump approached them about joining the

(49:42):
Abraham Accords.

Speaker 3 (49:43):
Now is where's Herba Jhon. That's in the east of
of Turkey, right.

Speaker 6 (49:49):
Yeah, exactly other nations he's urging to join. So like
you know, day by day, you know, there's there's never
never doll moment here.

Speaker 3 (50:01):
Yeah, so what what is Trump's concept? Trump concept at
one time was that he was going to partner with
Israel and make this into a like like Lebanon was
at one time a place where people went to enjoy
themselves with a lot of hotels, casinos, whatever, And uh

(50:25):
where did that go? Look when when?

Speaker 6 (50:28):
When before what was called the disengagement, we had beautiful
communities there, beautiful beats and uh you know, and so
some people here are see this as that all over again,
as an opportunity.

Speaker 3 (50:40):
Well, at least there's there's proof that a second country
is not going to work. You're too small for it.
Number one. Number two, it's just it's just a it's
just a facade. The kid you and the world that
you know we're going to destroy are you one way

(51:00):
or another? And now we know that, sure, don't we?

Speaker 6 (51:05):
Look they essentially they had their own states for you know,
the last twenty years, and look.

Speaker 3 (51:11):
Like, what did they do? So what did they do?
They didn't show one bit of inclination to get along
with the Jews, and the Jews, on the other hand,
did cooperative and did ben it's a smoke screen, and
so you got to do something and it can't be
you can't go back to the old days, that's for sure.

(51:36):
So all right, well let's see if I got any
other things. How is it? How do you deal with
the all the bad, all the bad media that comes
that's coming out of all these countries Europe.

Speaker 6 (51:50):
Yeah, it's been, it's been. Uh, it's been very difficult.
But I think, you know, we rather be on the
side that we're on and let the world condemn us.
And I would agree with that, you know, then then
you know the world doesn't like you, and we're on
top of things.

Speaker 3 (52:05):
Lay blew up a bunch of cars in Saint Louis
last night. Saint Louis Clayton, Missouri saw that, Okay, I
saw that, and that was a you know, with science
about the IDF go home, you know, and this.

Speaker 6 (52:17):
Is this, Yeah, the l all offices were we're graffiti.

Speaker 3 (52:23):
You know.

Speaker 6 (52:23):
They called it the genocide airline. I think that was
in the UK, I think, but you know.

Speaker 3 (52:30):
And what's the real story about the guys of food?
I think we've seen it, but but I don't know.

Speaker 6 (52:36):
The the UN admitted this week ninety four percent of
the trucks are being taken by Ganza, Like what are
we supposed to do?

Speaker 3 (52:42):
You know?

Speaker 6 (52:43):
The food goes in and it gets taken by the
terrorists and they use it. They saw it. It's it's
the only thing keeping.

Speaker 3 (52:48):
Them in power. You know, they got the food. Yeah,
that's it. So that's brilliant. So how how is what
is the what is the attitude of of Israel to
the U N Do they need him?

Speaker 6 (53:03):
That they He's always been incredibly you know, ambivalent to that.

Speaker 3 (53:08):
It's it's a why be there?

Speaker 7 (53:11):
You know what time?

Speaker 3 (53:12):
I mean, really, is there any is there any positive
reason to be there?

Speaker 6 (53:17):
I assume so. But look, it's a hotbed of anti
Israel activity. It's it's you know, it's totally anti Israel.
And if it weren't for a lot of the vetos
of the U N you know, of the U S
all right, Uh, it would be even worse.

Speaker 3 (53:33):
But and even then under Biden you didn't get all
the vetos, did you know?

Speaker 6 (53:37):
And Obama neither. But it was like Obama's parting shot
when he left, and the U N uh did not
veto resolutions. But look, you know, we are Jews. We
have a long view of history, and in a way,

(53:57):
history keeps repeating itself. And uh, We're just going to
continue to do what we think is right, what's best
for us. And if I'd rather be alive and condemned
then than the opposite, you know, now, the darling of
the world, and what are we gonna do? Just do
everything that the international community thinks is right. I mean,

(54:18):
that's ridiculous. Yeah, well that's that's true. Yeah, all right,
Well this has been a great thing, the family doing
good and all that. Yeah, everyone's good.

Speaker 3 (54:29):

he was rejuvenated? Yeah, actually.

Speaker 6 (55:10):
A minute, a minute, Yeah, that's actually many many.

Speaker 3 (55:17):
Times playing again you're talking over Eddie Murphy. You never
talked about. How do you know from Okay, now we
got it.

Speaker 6 (55:25):
That expression has been used by many Jewish organizations actually
for different events.

Speaker 3 (55:30):
Really, I thought I just thought of that myself. Sometimes
that happens because I just, I know, I thought of this. Yeah,
all right, I'm thinking of calling myself Dave the Jew.
That's j o U. What do you think Dave the Jew?

(55:53):
A little French accent to it. I don't know, I'm
not thinking about that.

Speaker 6 (55:57):
When when when a when a Jewish guy eat somebody
thinks he might have met before, that's called deja jew?

Speaker 3 (56:05):
All right? Did you make that up. No, you don't
make a.

Speaker 6 (56:11):
Why because it's funny.

Speaker 3 (56:12):
You're using my stuff too. That was pretty funny. Yeah,
it was pretty funny. I give you a little more
break than you give me anyways. Uh, hire the family, Saba,

Speaker 2 (01:02:28):
The way in Yemen Muslims are slaughtering Muslims, a quarter
of a million of them. Why don't you report about that?
Two state solution won't fix any of that. The evidence
is everywhere of what Hamas is doing, in videos, in photographs,
in person accounts, and so forth. Hamas is controlling the

(01:02:50):
food distribution in Gaza by stealing it, consuming it, and
when it has enough leftover, selling what it chooses to
whom it chooses at usury prices unaffordable to most of
the people there. They're feeding their fellow terrorists, they're selling
it to buy more arms. They're enriching their leaders, several

(01:03:11):
of whom are billionaires in multimillionaires. Why aren't you reporting this?
On the front page of the New York Times, in
the Washington Post and the BBC and the Independent and
all the rest of the radical left wing Western media.
The Israelis and others have shipped into Gaza, they've attempted
to ship into Gaza, has more than enough food to

(01:03:34):
feed the two million people there. Why don't you ask, media,
Why don't you ask where's it gone? Where is it going?
Why is the UN sitting on thousands of pellets of
food and water? Why are the thousands and thousands of
eighteen wheelers sending an Agaza over the course of this
war being hijacked at gunpoint? Who's doing that? There's evidence everywhere,

(01:03:57):
everywhere at the Western media chooses to either ignore it
or lie about it. Britain didn't send tons of food,
water and medicine to the Germans doing World War two?

Speaker 3 (01:04:08):
Why not?

Speaker 2 (01:04:09):
In fact, they, like us, correctly targeted population centers in
order to try and bring the war to an end.
Israel's not doing that, It's doing the opposite. Dresden was
bombed off the face of the map. Virtually every human
being living there was incinerated in two nights of bombing
by the RAF, followed by the Army Air Corps. Perhaps

(01:04:30):
as many as a quarter of a million people were
killed in two nights. It wasn't a military installation. It
had no military value. It was called the Florence of Germany.
We bombed Tokyo repeatedly, We bomb Berlin repeatedly, population centers.
We didn't give a damn it that people were eating,
or drinking or medicated. We wanted that war over. There

(01:04:52):
was Hiroshima and Nagasaki. They were not of military significance.
We needed to end that war too. Well, what about
the modern day Nazis, the Islamists. No, apparently not because why,
let's be honest, because it involves the Jews in Israel.
That's why these same quizzlings in the UK and France
and these other Western countries, they wouldn't allow it to

(01:05:15):
happen to their country. Oh but you know what, maybe
they would, Maybe they would. No Churchill or Thatcher left
in Europe, I can tell you that. But today it's
Israel that's fighting for its survival, and unlike Britain or Germany,
Israel has done more to avoid civilian casualties than any
country in modern history. That's according to John Spencer, who

(01:05:39):
is he he's only the chair of Urban Warfare Studies
at the Modern War Institute, co director of the Urban
Warfare Project. Considered the world's leading expert on urban warfare,
Spencer also has pointed out that no other country in
the world has fed the citizens of an enemy that
is still in an active war.

Speaker 3 (01:06:00):
None. Okay, we got a hot show so far, and
we're back and we're going to have a hotter show
coming up. Coming up, we got Chris Adamo and following him,
he's always great by the way, he is. He is
a professional killer of rhinos. I mean he's he's a

(01:06:26):
rhino killer. And if he was in Africa, they'd run
out of rhinos. Hopefully in America will run out of
rhinos because he's on it. He's on it, that's for sure.
And after him, we got you can't you can't get
a better group of people than I get on this show,
and that's Mark and Pat McClusky. I don't think Pat's

(01:06:47):
going to be there, but Mark is going to be there,
and he's up to his neck in what's going on
in DC. He is he is actually the lawyer for
the pardoned Jay six Ers and the ones who weren't pardoned,
and his his his partner, And this is Peter Tickton,

(01:07:12):
who is the best friend of who Donald J. Trump.
They were roommates at Wharton School of Business. So it
doesn't get any better or connected than this. And he's
a good friend, and you know he's the guy he
got his guns back. We're going to show you that.
And in honor of him, I were I wore. Is this?

(01:07:33):
This is pink, isn't it.

Speaker 15 (01:07:34):
I'm not terribly sure technically pink maybe kind of this
is this.

Speaker 3 (01:07:39):
Is what he was. He was wearing something like this
the day they went after him in twenty twenty. So
he finally got his guns back. Took him like what
three or four years to get him back. What kind
of crap is that? But he's always interesting, he's always fun,
He's always funny. And besides which I don't know, I

(01:08:00):
I have good rapport with with lawyers for some reason.
I've been to court enough myself, something I don't really
want to do anymore, quite frankly, if I don't have to.
So Hamas shows a vittary I was gonna talk to
the rabbi about this. But Hamas shows a video of

(01:08:21):
a hostage who I believe might have been in the
I D f Uh. And they're making him. They're making him,
they're forcing him to dig his own grave right now,
dig his own grave. He's already lost half his body weight.
They're starving him to death. And uh and they and

(01:08:45):
he's a hostage, And they're the ones that submitted the
film of him digging his own grave. They are the
ones that are doing this, not anyone from Israel. They
don't know where the hell he is, otherwise they'd get them.
But they're doing this. Why. This is the kind of

(01:09:08):
animalistic stuff and shows you you cannot deal with them.
This is a this is part of their structure is
to do things like this. It's part of them. Nobody's
apologized for that. It's been out for a couple of
days now where you say, oh, somebody did that and

(01:09:28):
that we we just we disowned this completely. Even so,
what are you still doing with hostages? Why do you
still have hostages? What are you doing? Why? Why is
that happening? You know, that's that's outrageous. We had to

(01:09:50):
cease fire before you attacked with Israel, and you're you're
you took hostages because I guess you thought you're gonna
make a lot of money, so you killed, killed a
good portion of them, off, killed and raped, murdered of
the hostages who were defenseless. And uh and now you

(01:10:13):
seem to have forgotten the date of October the seventh,
twenty twenty three. Why have you forsaken that? Why have
you forsaken that? Oh? Did you pick up my checks?

(01:10:33):
You've been you've been nosing about my my uh my
realm here this is you know, like my area, that
be your area. And you stole a bottle of my cheat.

Speaker 4 (01:10:46):
Cheat, No, I bought this all by myself.

Speaker 3 (01:10:49):
Okay, whatever, Okay, Yeah, Oh my god, she's got a
knife coll security and she's pointing it at me. Stop it.
Oh no, this is not this has become scary er,
all right. So if the Nazis, and I tried to
express this earlier, I don't know if I said it

(01:11:09):
the right way, But if the Nazis of World War
two had decided to send people back to their ancestral
homes like we're doing here with the illegal aliens, that
if they had done that, the Nazis of World War
two had decided to send people back to their ancestral

(01:11:31):
homes that they didn't like or hated. Then the Holocaust
would not have happened. Imagine that those people would have
been sent back to Israel because that's where we're originally from.
I can trace my blood back to Israel, even though
my people were in Ukraine for a lot of years
and probably passed through German Germany because they got a

(01:11:54):
Jewish name, but it was German Weinbaum, which is you know,
wine tree explains my drinking drinking habits a little bit. Yeah,
Jews drink, that's for sure, all right. So so this
is this is the thing that that why did why
was it necessary to do that to men, women and

(01:12:15):
children in World War Two? Why? Why was that necessary?
Because you know, the people that were pushing this were
the Arabs, the main the main Arab that was the

(01:12:36):
chief of the Muslim Brotherhood spent a good he had
an apartment in Berlin, and he was he was a
cod Jew hater. Along with Adolf Hitler, they coordinated efforts
to kill Jews all over the world, and thank god

(01:13:00):
United States stepped in and beat them. And this stuff
about war, you know, I mean, look at the history
of wars and they're covetching about the Jews of Israel,
like they're supposed to take care of this, this is
their problem. It's not their problem. The problem should be

(01:13:21):
upon the Arabs. The Arabs, I'm not calling them Palestinians.
Palestine was what the Romans named Israel to insult them
into thinking they weren't Israel. A Palestinian is an Arab

(01:13:42):
living on that land. They didn't you show me where
there was a king of the uh Palestinians, Where was
their king? Where was there a congress, Where was there
a form of government? Where was the police force? They
didn't have one? And then all of a sudden they're

(01:14:05):
claiming that Israel is theirs. Really, it's even it's even
in the Holy books of the Muslims. It's in the Quran.
Israel is for the Jews. There's all sorts of places
for Arabs, you know, Saudi Arabia and other areas, but

(01:14:30):
the one little match box in a group of vast
countries that surround them and in Africa, Suddenly they're supposed
to bend over and surrender their country from the river
to the sea. Well, not as long as I'm alive,

(01:14:52):
and not as long as most Jews are alive. We're
not going to put up with that. Yeah, and I
know you see Jews that disagree with us and stuff. Okay, well,
let's call stupid what it is. It's stupid. It's self denying.
It is it is prostrating yourself in front of people

(01:15:13):
who hate you. And so you're gonna kiss their toes
and whatever you're gonna kiss, and you're still going to
kill you. They're gonna kill you. Okay, that's what their
motive is is to kill you, destroy you. And it's
not like they haven't destroyed a bunch of other Arabs

(01:15:34):
along with whatever Jews they can come around. Why don't
you play, Well, let's do let's do something funny first.
Uh oh, let's do the Obama thing. If you got
that all right, get that pulled up, and then we'll
do the uh let me just look at it. We've

(01:15:57):
got a whole bunch of list of of funny stuff.
Let's do. How about tequila? We can do tequila after that? Cool?

(01:16:17):
Not on me, no, do you? Oh, she's eating. My
wife is eating right now, you're eating. You're not supposed
to well what you're eating, you're destroying my Just keep paddling.

Speaker 5 (01:16:32):
I'm coming for you. Barring, even big Mike can't save you.

Speaker 6 (01:16:34):
Michael, hurry up and pedal on your own, bitch.

Speaker 3 (01:16:38):
How far are we from Kenya?

Speaker 6 (01:16:40):
Just keep paddling.

Speaker 1 (01:16:43):
I'm coming for you, Barring even big Mike can't save you.

Speaker 3 (01:16:46):
Michael, hurry up and pedal on your own, bitch. All right,
funny stuff, we got something that Yeah, I got something
coming up to right again? What was the next one?

Speaker 7 (01:16:59):
I have total d blankness?

Speaker 3 (01:17:00):
Now? Oh okay, well you know what you're getting old?
You're again tequila. That's why you've been drinking a tequila.

Speaker 7 (01:17:09):
So you forgot? Yeah, totally forgot. I got so wrapped.

Speaker 3 (01:17:12):
Up in that. Might's working pretty good today. I don't
know why.

Speaker 7 (01:17:15):
Here we go.

Speaker 14 (01:17:17):
Tequila can help ease you out of your shyness and
let you tell the world that you're ready and willing
to do just about anything. You'll notice the benefits of
tequila almost immediately, and with a regiment of regular doses,
you can overcome any obstacles that prevent you from living
the life you want to live. Shyness and awkwardness will
be a thing of the past, and you'll discover many talents.

(01:17:38):
You never knew you had stop hiding and start living
with tequila. Tequila may not be right for everyone. Women
who are pregnant or nursing should not use tequila. However,
women who wouldn't mind nursing are becoming pregnant are encouraged
to try, and side effects may include dizziness, nausea, vomiting, incarceration,
erotic lustfulness, loss of motor control, loss of clothing, loss
of money, loss of virginity, delusions of grand or table dancing, headache, dehydration,

(01:18:00):
rhyme out, and a desire to see karaoke and play
all night rounds of stripok or druthor dare and make
it twister.

Speaker 16 (01:18:04):
Warning.

Speaker 14 (01:18:05):
The consumption of alcohol may make me think you're whispering
when you're not. It's a major factor in dancing, like
a recharge. May cause you to tell your friends over
and over again that you're in love with them. Also
may cause you to think you can sing. Alcohol may
lead you to believe that ex lovers are really dying
for you to telephone them at pour in the morning.
Alcohol may make you think you can logically converse with
members of the opposite sex without spinning. It may create
the illusion that you are tougher, smarter, faster, and better
looking than most people, and it may lead you to

(01:18:26):
think people are laughing with you. Alcohol may cause pregnancy,
and it also may be a major factor in getting
your ass kicked. So what are you waiting for? Stop
hiding and start living with tequila?

Speaker 3 (01:18:39):
All right, tequila? Anybody out there drink tequila? I don't drink.
I mean, I'll have one occasionally, but I drink a
lot of Schmeernorf. Is that what I'm what? I'm drinking? Schmernorf?
I believe so, yes, and I have lines, So that's
that part of it is healthy, isn't it.

Speaker 2 (01:18:59):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (01:18:59):
Yes, yeah, Limes are good for you, So I figure
I'm countered contradicting my bad habits with a little bit
of a lime. I drink my coffee with honey and
cinnamon and a little bit of heavy cream, and I
think that does a lot. It keeps me regular. Anyways.

(01:19:20):
I don't know if you want to hear that or not,
but you got my phone there and my hither. Welcome
to the Dave Winbomb Show. What's your name? Where you're
calling from? Hey? This is Joe. Oh hi, Joe, south Haven, Michigan,
this morning. Oh really, do I know you? Joe Dalton? Yes,
oh hey you're you're in Michigan. Yeah, oh good, and

(01:19:43):
you discovered that? How did you figure out they were
on Thursday instead of Friday?

Speaker 17 (01:19:48):
I just keep up with you, man, Okay, all right,
I don't want I don't want to miss the program.

Speaker 3 (01:19:52):
Well good, I'm so happy I got through to you
and we're starting. I'm starting to see the numbers get
up there a little bit more than it was earlier today.
So what can I do for you?

Speaker 17 (01:20:05):
Well, I wanted you to have the news and nobody
else really knows this yet.

Speaker 3 (01:20:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 17 (01:20:09):
The Walk for Life shirts this year are pink.

Speaker 3 (01:20:12):
Pink, and I'm wearing pink. Yeah, look at that. That's
what inspired me to call you this morning, the pink shirts.
He was at least I got something going that. It's
been a good show so far. So and when is
when is that? That's September the sixth.

Speaker 17 (01:20:28):
September the sixth, go to support my PRC dot com
to register or to sponsor our walkers and runners and
it's a it's a great event.

Speaker 3 (01:20:37):
Well, we're looking forward to doing it. Good wife and
I and uh so what else is new? What are
you doing?

Speaker 17 (01:20:44):
And well, I'm going to share your program once it's done.
With my childhood friend Stevie Richmond is one of my
Jewish friends.

Speaker 3 (01:20:55):
I have a few. I guess, so you you brag
about your Jewish friends. Hey, I got Jewish friends. I do.

Speaker 17 (01:21:01):
Yeah, I have Christian friends from age from age three.
We were forced to be best friends because we were neighbors,
you know.

Speaker 3 (01:21:09):
Yeah, but yeah, did you hate each other? He's something
you were forced to be friends? Yeah? His His mom.

Speaker 17 (01:21:18):
Andrea came down and said, hey, my my son's three two.

Speaker 3 (01:21:22):
You guys need to be friends and Webabe, you know
you will be friends. You will be friends with my child. Yeah,
that's good. That's about.

Speaker 6 (01:21:33):
He lives here in Michigan.

Speaker 17 (01:21:35):
I haven't seen him in fifteen years, and I got
to see him Sunday and he is is what is
He's extremely liberal.

Speaker 3 (01:21:42):
He's a liberal too, I guess you'd call it, but
why but.

Speaker 17 (01:21:48):
You know, he was going on and on about how
horrible it was that that you know, Israel was starving
these people.

Speaker 3 (01:21:55):
Are you kids? Stuff up?

Speaker 17 (01:21:57):
And I'm like, no, they're not.

Speaker 3 (01:21:58):
Make them listen to my show, especially with Mark Levin.
I got Mark Levin clips about that very same subject.

Speaker 17 (01:22:08):
I know I saw that, so so you know, I
want him to watch the segment with the rabbi and
then right after that is the.

Speaker 3 (01:22:15):
Yeah and what to do with it? The rabbis Uh.
The rabbi's talk was was very very emotional for him
and for me because I want to understand this. I mean,
he's living it, and he's got a kid in the idea,
for goodness sakes, who's been at war for going on
three years. You know.

Speaker 17 (01:22:36):
Brave man, brave young man for sure.

Speaker 3 (01:22:38):
Well, they're all brave there. They got to be. They
got it. If they want to if they want to
continue to live there, they they have to fight, and
they have to they have to fight and fight hard.
They can't paddy Cake, go paddy Cake with these guys.
They're trying to kill them all, kill all the Jews,
you know, from the river to the sea. So I

(01:23:00):
don't know where where your guy's coming from, but he
certainly isn't getting much information.

Speaker 17 (01:23:07):
Well, he admitted that he's he's not a religious Jew,
which means it's a birthright thing.

Speaker 3 (01:23:12):
I guess you know, well, I'm not a religious Jew either.
If I was a Christian, though I'd be concerned about
being a Christian right now because they're killing a ton
of Christians where in Muslim run Africa. Oh. In fact,
that was the next thing on my chart to talk about,
was the fact that they're killing a lot of Christians

(01:23:34):
in Africa. And I think I think the Levin also
goes into that. So yeah, all right, it's awful man. Anyway,
I wanted you to know thanks for calling. I appreciate
you and and your wife, lovely Jane, and I guess
I'll see you on the six and have fun, all right, man,

(01:23:58):
all right, love you guys, thanks for calling, Love you
bye bye. Okay. It was Joe Dalton, head of the
Pregnancy Resource Center here in Rallag, Missouri, where they're having
the Walk for Life on September the sixth. Okay, I
think we got time enough at Lions Club at Lions
Club Park. Thank you for that. I need another commercial.

Speaker 4 (01:24:17):
With pink shirts.

Speaker 3 (01:24:19):
Pink shirts. I have a pink shirt. Yeah, and uh
and you'll see why when Mark McClusky comes up after
Chris Adamo. Okay, hit it.

Speaker 12 (01:24:31):
You hold this cass who you don't need, unwilling ass
who don't let those preaches.

Is Filla surrounded by hundreds of millions of ours who've
got more land than they know what to do with.
They're surrounded this tiny little democracy. And the funny thing
is they're the indigenous peoples of the area. They'll go
back over four thousand years. The archaeology proves it. There
are the indigenous peoples there who are told to get out.

(01:30:07):
Tell me how many Christians are left in the Middle East.
You know, Judaism was born right there in the Holy Land.
Then Christianity was born right there in the Holy Land.
Six seven hundred years later comes Islam. How many Christians
are left in the Arab countries. Well, we have Coptic
Christians in Egypt. They're under attack, they're being killed there

(01:30:29):
as well.

Speaker 1 (01:30:30):
Tell me how many Jews.

Speaker 2 (01:30:31):
Are left in any of the Arab countries. Two state solution.

Speaker 3 (01:30:35):
Is this a joke?

Speaker 2 (01:30:37):
Israel's fighting Hamas, They're losing their sons and daughters. Hamas
is still firing missiles into Israel. Hamas murdered scores of
Israeli hostages, refuses to release the remaining twenty who are alive,
who no doubt are starving, to have been tortured, no
doubt have been raped. Hamas has said repeatedly nonetheless, We're

(01:30:59):
gonna keep attacking Israel. If we have another shot, We're
going to take another shot. We're never going to give
up it. Israel is told it is not doing enough
defeat the people in Gaza, who, by the way, voted
for Hamas, and every indication is that if an election
were held today among the Palestinians, Hamas will.

Speaker 3 (01:31:17):
Win the election.

Speaker 2 (01:31:19):
The same Western media that since October seventh has used
Hamasa's casualty numbers as if they're fat using the casualty
numbers of a terrorist organization. Despite the fact that these
experts are saying there is no way, no way that
the Israelis are committing the acts that Hamas is saying.
There's no way that so many children and women are

(01:31:43):
dying according to Hamas, the media keep reporting it, and
they report it without these experts and without these reports
AP Reuters, New York Times, Washington Post, BBC, all the
rest flat out propagate is liars. The casually rate among
women and children, these reports tell us these experts cannot

(01:32:06):
possibly be accurate. You know what's amazing Hamas itself a
few months ago they said their numbers are not accurate
to try and cover themselves for when people actually figure
it out. But the media keep repeating their numbers anyway,
as do the UN Why The answer is quite simple.

Speaker 3 (01:32:27):
And what about Egypt?

Speaker 5 (01:32:28):
Egypt?

Speaker 2 (01:32:28):
You say, what does Egypt have to do with anything?
Good point, not a word of criticism. Why Egypt? Egypt
borders Gaza. Egypt has built a huge wall to prevent
the Palestinians in Gaza from leaving. People left Syria they
wanted the places like Turkey and Jordan, and so forth.
Egypt will not allow Palestinians to leave. Obviously Israel can't

(01:32:50):
because they come into Israel, which is who they attacked.
But Egypt Arabs, Palestinians Arabs Muslim No, the Egyptians refuse
to allow the Palestinians into the Sinai Peninsula. They refuse
to let them escape. Egypt is doing this out of

(01:33:12):
internal politics, not for national security reasons. It doesn't want
the Palestinians to flee into their country. Has anybody pressured Egypt?
Has anybody heard anything about Egypt?

Speaker 3 (01:33:21):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:33:22):
Not a damn word.

Speaker 20 (01:33:25):
Do you ever find yourself standing in one of the
rooms in your house and you can't remember why you
went in there, and two words float across.

Speaker 5 (01:33:40):
Your mind Alzheimer's disease.

Speaker 20 (01:33:46):
You ever been talking to yourself and somebody comes in
the room and you have to make believe you were singing,
And you hope to God the other person who really
believes there's a song called?

Speaker 5 (01:33:58):
What does she think?

Speaker 20 (01:33:58):
I am?

Speaker 5 (01:33:59):
Some kind of putts?

Speaker 7 (01:34:02):
I mean, who sends my son?

Speaker 3 (01:34:04):
Well, I should have mentioned that I'm Jewish. Oh good.

Speaker 4 (01:34:11):
Anyway, I wanted to talk to you about doctor Wantley.

Speaker 19 (01:34:14):
I have a suspicion that he's converted to Judaism purely
for the jokes.

Speaker 6 (01:34:20):
And this offends you as a Jewish person. No, it
offends me as a comedian.

Speaker 12 (01:34:32):
And it'll interest you to know that he's also telling
Catholic jokes.

Speaker 6 (01:34:37):
Well, and I mean they're all jokes.

Speaker 12 (01:34:40):
I mean the Pope and Raquel Welch in a lifeboat.

Speaker 6 (01:34:44):
I haven't heard that one.

Speaker 3 (01:34:45):
Alright, we got some funny stuff. We had a little
mix up with my next guest, and he's going to
be on any second now. But he thought it was
ten o'clock and I thought I thought we put in
nine thirty. But you never know. Anyways, those things happen.

(01:35:07):
I see it happen on Fox News and all the
other stations all the time. Oh, we have technical difficulties. Well,
this is not a technical difficulty because there he is
right there. It's a human it's a human error. One
of us made it, and it doesn't matter who unless
it was him, and then it really matters. So anyhow, anyhow,

(01:35:32):
he's he's his feathers are ruffled. I can tell you
that much.

Speaker 16 (01:35:36):
And you need to check your messages, Dave, because I
just checked them and you said ten o'clock. Okay, well
then I'm wrong, So that's okay. I just want you
to know I was I was here. I had to
scramble to get on here because I was about to
eat breakfast there.

Speaker 3 (01:35:49):
But I'm here. I'm sorry. I'll buy you a breakfast sometime,
buy you an egging muffin one of these days, all right?

Speaker 7 (01:35:55):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (01:35:55):
Oh yeah, and you owe me a pizza, a pizza. Yeah,
you think you owe me a couple of pizzas. This
this man is a Wyoming philosopher, you know, using his
love for Wyoming pizza as a charade as he pushed
away Wyoming Wyoming rhinos. There are no rhinos left in Wyoming?

(01:36:23):
Is that true.

Speaker 16 (01:36:24):
That's a bit of an exaggeration. Let's just say I
helped the Wyoming Freedom Caucus to uh, to really dominate
the state legislature of the House, the Senate side. There's
still a bunch there, but they're working on it.

Speaker 3 (01:36:36):
So uh.

Speaker 16 (01:36:37):
But then worked Governor of Wyoming, Mark Gordon, a former Democrat,
typical carpetbagger. They moved to Wyoming from out of state.
They they well, you got to declare yourself to be
a Republican Wyoming. So suddenly he declares himself to be
a Republican bunch out of state money. He wins the
election and governs like a Democrat.

Speaker 3 (01:36:54):
So you couldn't stop it. When are you going to
run for something?

Speaker 16 (01:36:57):
Oh, I'm probably not going to run for anything. I'm
going to sit in the sidelines and try and help
other people get in there. And we're working on, of
all places, the state of Illinois. Joe Severino a great
bulldog there. I'm going to get him in touch with you,
I promise.

Speaker 3 (01:37:14):
Well, I think we're connected now on X But great.
He sent me a thing and I said, yes, sure,
but they never did return my call. So well, i'll
tell you what.

Speaker 16 (01:37:30):
He started reaching out to the people across Illinois outside
of the Chicago. The Chicago is a blue sewer, right, Yeah,
he starts reaching out to the people around the state.
And it's amazing. You probably know this because you're a
lot closer to Illinois than I am. But you get
outside of Chicago and Illinois, outside of the Chicago sewer,

(01:37:51):
Illinois is red state America core. They are conservatives can be,
and so all of the grassroots Republicans cross Illinois are
just they just love the guy and his campaign is
just taking off the Rhino establishment like they do everywhere.
They're going to get by by by trying to be

(01:38:13):
a light beer version of the Democrats, and they do that,
and of course they get nowhere with it, and so yeah,
he's he's rocking the boat there. So yeah, well that's
we're in touch with Joe Severino.

Speaker 3 (01:38:24):
That's where all the that's where all the Texas guys
are right now from the Democratic Party are there whining
about jerrymandering and and that's the most jerrymandered place in
the world. Illinois.

Speaker 16 (01:38:40):
Yeah, did you see the Stephen Colbert post about you?
Even even Colbert had to to admit that the Illinois
it's like you talk about the pot calling the kettle
black and accusing anyone of jerrymandering.

Speaker 3 (01:38:52):
I didn't see that, but I you know, I heard
Gettfeld was in one of the shows last night. It
wasn't Core, Uh, it was another comic up there. Anyways,
I don't know. I didn't see it, So nobody's talking
about it. So what. Meanwhile, two a bunch of cars

(01:39:14):
were blown up in Clayton, Missouri. By the way, did
you know about that?

Speaker 7 (01:39:19):
No? No, I didn't.

Speaker 3 (01:39:20):
This was uh, this was about uh uh the I
d F they were blowing up three three cars of
Jewish people in Clayton, Missouri.

Speaker 7 (01:39:32):
Yeah, that is.

Speaker 16 (01:39:34):
I'll be honest with you. I'm going to need you
to bring up the talking points today because somebody got
me in here a half hour early.

Speaker 3 (01:39:39):
I didn't have a chance to stand the shrine. So
I'll talk. I'm ready, I talking. I came prepared. I
was going to be prepared, but I know you were.
I'm sorry if I did that.

Speaker 16 (01:39:52):
It's okay, I'll take the muffin. We'll call it even okay.

Speaker 3 (01:39:55):
No, no, you got two pizzas. Two pizzas.

Speaker 16 (01:40:01):
No pineapple, though, we don't even want to talk about that.

Speaker 3 (01:40:03):
No pineapple. I need pineapple.

Speaker 16 (01:40:06):
See that's that's almost sacrilegious. But anyway, let me get
back to this because this is serious business. There is
something going on and I've seen it. Well, it's it's
one of those things been going on forever, but it's
on steroids in the past few weeks. And what you've
got is you've got it on Facebook and Twitter and
I'm sure TikTok and everywhere else. You've got a bunch

(01:40:28):
of new I call them troll bought accounts. They're they're
fake accounts. There's a bunch of big money behind. It's
very organized. You get all of these accounts on a
typical person on Twitter has several hundred or maybe several
thousand followers. You get these accounts with twelve followers. Yeah,
one after another. There's no picture. The bio is very ambiguous,

(01:40:51):
and these things they come out and they are just
DNC talking points, one after another. And again. It's in
the last few weeks it's gone in high geared. I
have a couple of theories about that, one of which
has to do with the fact that that you're seeing
the unmasking of the Russia hopes and the Democrats are

(01:41:11):
going we have got to throw everything we have into
stopping this because if they start getting the guilty parties,
half the d n C is going to end up
in alligator Alcatraz, Okay, and so so that they.

Speaker 3 (01:41:25):
They who would want them, Yeah, the alligators, I mean
somebody has to want them in order to even qualify
for the for the for the alligator deal. The even
alligators have standing, even the alligators are going to spin
them out for goodness sake, so, but yeah, I can.

Speaker 16 (01:41:45):
We'll have to talk about Trump, Putin, and Fauci at
some point. I want to discuss that. But but the
whole thing that that I'm seeing is that there is
a huge and I'm telling this to my fellow Americans
who watched the Day of One, there is a huge
propaganda blitz coming from the left. And the goal is,

(01:42:06):
and it goes back if you look up here at
my book here, it goes back to Olenski. The goal is,
if you speak the truth, we're going to ridicule you,
and we're going to tell you you're the only one
saying that, and you're an idiot for saying it. And
the goal is to dispirit us. And so you get
these accounts trying to do this. You get online and
you say something that's basic common sense and you get

(01:42:26):
screamed at by a whole cadre of lefties. Do not
let it discourage you. It's fake, it's not real. You
need to keep speaking the truth because our greatest weapon
against the Left is the truth. And if you're speaking
the truth. If Dave Weinbaum is speaking the truth, he's
my hero. There's no amount of lies that can actually
erase that. The only way they can erase the truth

(01:42:49):
is if you get discouraged and you lose your courage
to speak the truth and you quit talking.

Speaker 3 (01:42:55):
You know, well said from a real hero, real patriot
right there, And that's it's it's so important. I mean,
you know, we all have minds, and you don't want
to turn over your mind to something that you don't
know about. So do a lot of research. Do it
both ways. Listen to one, listen to both sides, and

(01:43:16):
you'll figure out that one side is not telling the
truth and the other side is telling the truth, and
they're not pushing you to lie.

Speaker 16 (01:43:25):
And there's no moral equivalency between the two.

Speaker 3 (01:43:27):
That's right.

Speaker 16 (01:43:28):
I mean, you telling the truth is not the same
as them telling a lie because because they'll try and
do that. Well, you have your truth and I have mind. No, No,
we're either dealing.

Speaker 7 (01:43:38):
In fact or not.

Speaker 16 (01:43:39):
Now let's take Gaza for example. Yeah, okay, we saw
that that contrived nonsense aboutw the Israelis are starving millions
of people in Gaza. If the amount of times that
they've said that the Israelis have killed millions of people
Gazza would have had to have been the most populated
place on earth, and it have to be nothing but
bodies in the streets. Now, it was a lie. Yeah,

(01:44:01):
we know who's been doing the murdering in Gaza and
around Gaza and stealing the food Israel. It's been Hamas.

Speaker 3 (01:44:08):
It's been Hamas has stolen the foods. They get ninety
five percent of it and they give away some of
it and then they sell the rest at the ridiculous costs.

Speaker 16 (01:44:17):
Doesn't that sound like demo I just had.

Speaker 3 (01:44:19):
I just had the rabbi end told me this. Yeah, And.

Speaker 16 (01:44:25):
But the point is that you speak the truth about
what's going on over there. So the Democrats and the Islamists, who,
by the way, are one and the same, and I
always tell people are the same. They have the same endgame,
they have the same strategy, and that's because they serve
the same master.

Speaker 3 (01:44:39):
Okay.

Speaker 16 (01:44:40):
And so you speak the truth and they encounter with
a bunch of lies and then they say, well, it's
a he said, she said. No, Dave is speaking the
truth and they're lying. There's no moral equivalency there. It's
not well everybody lies, No, they're lying. October sixth, twenty
twenty three. Israel was not killing off people of Gaza.

(01:45:00):
Israel is trying to mind its own business and let
everybody live in happiness. October seventh, Hamas started the massacre.

Speaker 3 (01:45:07):
And it was during a cease fire. That's very important.
There was a ceasefire involved, one of many that in
the past. But as I told the Rabbi, s is
that crap has got to stop now, and finally you've
turned it over to something it really is, and that
is they want to kill every Jew from the from

(01:45:30):
the river to the sea, and anywhere else in the
world they can find.

Speaker 16 (01:45:33):
Anywhere else in the world exactly. And that does not
go back when you again, the leftist Islamist perspective is well,
that goes back to nineteen forty eight because Israel took
over this land. No, it goes back to Ishmael. It
goes back to the jealous son of Abraham who didn't
get the blessing that Isaac got, and he's been jealous,

(01:45:56):
and that spirit of jealousy has gone on for Mohama.

Speaker 7 (01:46:01):
That's exactly.

Speaker 3 (01:46:02):
I decided that the Jews should like him, and he
tried to get them to like him, and they wouldn't
come over. So then so then he took revenge on
them and told the scriptures of Islam that you must
find the Jew behind the tree and kill him.

Speaker 16 (01:46:22):
Yeah, that that's not exactly. Let's all make peace and
get along with you exactly.

Speaker 3 (01:46:26):
And that's what they're loving. That's what a good portion
of Islam is about, is killing Jews and Christians by
the way, Oh, no.

Speaker 16 (01:46:35):
Doubt, no doubt, every bit as much. Look at the property,
look at the the the the real estate aspect of
the situation. Look at the size of Islamic Middle East.
And then there's this little tiny shred of Israel, this
little tiny shred, And what is it? What is it
that has them so enraged in this fit of process

(01:46:55):
of jealousy that one little piece of land. Well, if
we could have that one little piece of land, everybody
lived happily.

Speaker 3 (01:47:01):
Ever after.

Speaker 6 (01:47:01):
Look at all the land.

Speaker 16 (01:47:02):
You guys got, Look what you do with it.

Speaker 3 (01:47:04):
Look at the countries that are now have big populations
or bigger and bigger populations, including the US. And look
at the demonstrations of the praying in the middle of
the streets, so that everybody is affected. It's already happening
in parts of parts of the Midwest here in Minnesota.

(01:47:27):
It's already happening in Germany. Uh, it's it's happening in England,
England especially. It's amazing.

Speaker 16 (01:47:37):
One of the things, one of the scams, and they
still to this day they pull it, and they still
get away with it because seriously, people haven't read this book.
This is a scam that they pull. This is a
trick they pull. Is we believe in live and let live.

Speaker 5 (01:47:52):
No, they don't.

Speaker 16 (01:47:52):
They live and let live means you have to shut
up and let them come into the room. And then
once they come into the room, then they can do
whatever they want. Now, they just wanted to be there
to get along. They need they need their fair share,
they need their rights. And now they come in the
room and they're right there to trample and suppress your rights.
And this is the way they operate. This is what
they're doing in Minneapolis. This is what they've done all

(01:48:13):
over the Middle East, like you said, everywhere else. It
is not a live and let live thing. Leftists don't
believe in live and let live. The Islamist don't. It's
a matter of we'll say that to get you to
allow us in the room. Then once we're in the room,
we're going to shut you down.

Speaker 3 (01:48:27):
Yeah, well, let me ask you some questions here since
you actually you've done a lot since you were unprepared,
a lot of good conversation. But you're gonna you're a talker, man,
let me tell you. You're a talker and you're big on
and you know you're big on YouTube from this show
on YouTube now? Yeah, oh you're all over the place

(01:48:50):
on YouTube.

Speaker 16 (01:48:51):
Hey, you all the YouTubers. You want to learn how
to fight the fight, get into the public arena and
win it. I'm serious. That's the book you need to buy.

Speaker 3 (01:48:59):
You know, kick me off TikTok. You're off of TikTok. Yeah,
they kicked me off and I don't know why. Wow,
I sailing that, But.

Speaker 16 (01:49:08):
That proves my point about the whole live and let
live things.

Speaker 3 (01:49:11):
Yeah, just you know anything about one to six or
anything about the vaccines apparently, and they're and you're gone.
And it's all the truth. It's all the truth. I
know exactly what I'm saying.

Speaker 16 (01:49:23):
Here's the thing, Dave, if if, if, if you speak
the truth, I can tell a million lies and that
truth still stands. Yeah, if I'm speaking a lie and
pronouncing it as the fact, the minute you come along
and speak the truth, that lie has been neutralized. Leftists
and we're talking about also the Islamist people who operate

(01:49:43):
that way. They fear nothing more than the truth.

Speaker 3 (01:49:46):
Yeah, and but then then you they they tend to
go overboard and try to destroy you because because you're.

Speaker 16 (01:49:54):
Not allaying that's the goal from the beginning.

Speaker 3 (01:49:56):
Yeah, so you've got you've got to be vigilant. You
can't just sit here and take it. You got to
fight back.

Speaker 16 (01:50:03):
And the other thing you do is we'll go back
to there's some scriptures that you read, it's like, I'm
they're really almost esoteric. I don't understand. Then there's other
ones that are very very simple. The very first verse
in the Book of Psalms is so direct and straightforward.
It says, blessed as a man who walks not in
the council of the unrighteous. If you've got an evil

(01:50:25):
person there trying to give you their worldview and everything,
you don't take their word for it, you don't listen
to them. Well, can you argue if you want to argue?
The only reason to argue with those people is if
others are watching. Yeah, and they need to see right
verses wrong, because yeah, I want them to do that.

Speaker 3 (01:50:44):
I have a show. You want to you want to
call me and disagree without swearing at me and my audience, Fine,
I'll take you on. I mean, I know what I'm
talking about exactly, I do. I do it in in person.
Go ahead.

Speaker 15 (01:51:01):
So the funny thing is Dave says this, and normally
when we have people calling and like disagree, the first
thing they do is try to start cursing and doing
all this stuff, and we just cut it. We're like, no, no,
actually have an intelligent conversation and debate.

Speaker 3 (01:51:14):
They can't do that. They's all, is it try to
that that's an attempt to distort, to destroy. Yeah, it's exactly.

Speaker 16 (01:51:23):
The whole reason that they resort to those things is because,
like JP just said, they cannot actually debate you on
the facts because they will lose My rules. My rules
are all about staying with the facts, staying on message,
and avoiding the snares that they put out there because
their goal is not what that was that piece of

(01:51:44):
paper that was my compilation of my rules, my rules
for defeating radicals.

Speaker 7 (01:51:50):
That that that.

Speaker 3 (01:51:52):
I thought he was your show prep And I'm saying Wow,
this guy is not only this is what.

Speaker 16 (01:51:56):
My show prep from a few weeks ago looked like.

Speaker 3 (01:51:59):
Okay, there's a difference.

Speaker 16 (01:52:00):
Okay, see where it says Dave at n I could.

Speaker 3 (01:52:03):
Just read your you know what, I've got your show
prep done, because basically it's about.

Speaker 16 (01:52:09):
Can you read what time it says there? When I
said Dave, yeah, Thursday at ten am? Yeah, So what
does that mean? You could have wrote me? You could
have wrote the wrong time. You could have wrote the
wrong time. Did you look at the email?

Speaker 3 (01:52:26):
All right? Fine, Okay, fine, I make mistakes on occasion.
I know you never do. Anyways, let me ask you
a question about bondy gathering, grand juries and stuff. And
it's been rumored that all the lawyers in DC are
under retainer, many with each other. I'm going to say thing.

(01:52:47):
Ask the same question about that with my friend Mark McCluskey,
who will be on at ten o'clock. So he took
my spot.

Speaker 16 (01:52:58):
I really like Mark, but you'll have to tell him
that my feelings are hurt that he took my spot.

Speaker 3 (01:53:02):
I don't care. You can stay on for it if
you want to know.

Speaker 16 (01:53:05):
I think I think I wouldn't mind saying hi, to Mark.
He's a great American, I say, Hi, I need to
let him a huge brilliance and wisdom that he has.
As far as what you're describing there, Yes, what I
mentioned a few minutes ago about these this massive effort
of all these bought accounts all over the place.

Speaker 3 (01:53:25):
Yeah, that's trying to prevent all that stuff from hands.
Exactly what that's about, Because how's that going to work?

Speaker 16 (01:53:32):
Tell enough lies and and if they can get the
cowards and the gullible to believe the lies, then those
people have been neutralized.

Speaker 3 (01:53:39):
Well there, they're always going to be there. There's always
going to be that. But with the president we have now,
and with the accomplishments that he's coming up with, with
the concepts that he's coming up with, with the we're
going to take over DC. This we're not going to
tolerate all these attacks and these Uh, the guy with

(01:53:59):
the big balls, you know, being almost killed yesterday or
two days ago. He says, we're going to take over.
And you know who's cooperating with that? DC Mayor Bowser,
she's cooperating with it. Really, Yeah, I was she before that.

Speaker 16 (01:54:17):
She's cooperating with straightening things out.

Speaker 3 (01:54:20):
Yes, that's the latest word I've got.

Speaker 16 (01:54:24):
That means one of two things, and we need to
watch closely.

Speaker 3 (01:54:26):
That's winning. That's called winning.

Speaker 16 (01:54:29):
Some of these people, these Democrats, they suddenly open their
eyes and go, you know, they are making a mess
of my country, and I've got kids and I don't
want them to grow up. Okay, other ones are going, Okay,
maybe if I play nice, they won't notice that I've
been in on the corruption too. Well, okay, careful, we
know which is which.

Speaker 3 (01:54:47):
Yeah, I mean that that's that's true. But also, you know, whatever,
whatever gets them on your side. Yeah, maybe you got
to watch them a little bit. But they're either.

Speaker 16 (01:54:57):
Really on your side or they're planning a different attemp.

Speaker 15 (01:55:00):
Well, that was what I was going to say. They
act like a friend and they're trying to sabotage behind
the scenes.

Speaker 3 (01:55:04):
We obviously about that too.

Speaker 16 (01:55:06):
There there's a lot of that, and absolutely right. That's
the other thing. That's the reason when I wrote about
the rhinos in my book, I said, I said, actually,
our biggest obstacle to defeating the left is not the Democrats,
it's the rhinos.

Speaker 3 (01:55:19):
Because you do that exact thing. If we had all
those rhinos in doing the right thing. We we we
wouldn't have a problem like we have.

Speaker 16 (01:55:28):
We would steamroller right over the left if it wasn't
for the rhino duplicity.

Speaker 3 (01:55:32):
Because we make sense. The left makes no sense.

Speaker 16 (01:55:36):
Exactly what I was going to say, back to your
point that you made a few minutes ago. It's like
so that they're they're they're stepping up the lies. They're
stepping up the lies at this point. Yeah, Dave, what
else do they have?

Speaker 3 (01:55:47):
I don't know. I can't figure it out. I can't
figure it out. There isn't it. They're going down the
street with with this uh mandy guy or not manondi whatever,
mandydamn yahn damn me. Yeah, and and and he's going
to be the next mayor of New York. He hates Jews,

(01:56:07):
he loves socialism, he's a communist. Uh. He loves hamas uh.
And and he wants to own all the businesses. He
wants to text the rich. He wants to He attacks big,
big companies. Where do you think the people are What
do you think the people in New York are going

(01:56:28):
to do? They're going to be all moving.

Speaker 16 (01:56:32):
Sadly the way that this actually gains traction is this
that when you take away a person's sense of guiding posts,
guideposts of right and wrong, you take all of that away,
every precept of morality away from a person, which is
what the left has been doing for years. They've been

(01:56:54):
destroying that, They destroy the family, they destroy any sense
of right and wrong. When you take that away from everybody,
they have only one thing left to motivate them, and
that's this, this obsession to be accepted by the mob,
by the herd. Okay, I got to be accepted, So
whatever the herd says, I'll do it. Because the herd
says that if I don't do that, I don't get accepted.

(01:57:15):
And that's what you got going on in New York.

Speaker 3 (01:57:17):
Well, yeah, because because this guy was very anti police,
very anti police. No more bail, we just let you
out of jail. And uh so, so all of a sudden,
now they had a cop shot about a week ago
by a couple of illegal aliens, and this guy is

(01:57:38):
on he's on the burner, so to speak, and now
he's saying nice things to the cops like oh yeah, well,
you know for the cops. Really, I didn't mean any
of that stuff the way you think they try to
blame you for your out of context. Yeah, you're thinking
out of context. Yes, I agree with uh. You know

(01:57:59):
what you're saying right now that you know it's all bs.

Speaker 16 (01:58:03):
Remember the word takia out of Islam. Remember that word
no takia is it's it's a way to lie morality
principle that says that you can tell any lie you
have to to advance Islam. Okay, Now what kind of
what kind of a god would tell you to lie

(01:58:25):
to to to advance your if your cause is worthwhile,
what's the best thing you can do? The truth about it?

Speaker 3 (01:58:31):
I fail to see God in this. What I do
see is a jealous a jealous Mohammed was very, very
pissed off at the Jews at the time that that
the Kouran was going down.

Speaker 16 (01:58:46):
And you see that that same mindset ever since. Let
me ask you this. Let's talk about Karl Marx, who,
by the way, Karl Marx was born Jewish and then
his father converted them all to Lutheran. Okay, and so,
but Carl Marx was ultimately an atheist. What is the
driving force of Marxism communism? What's the driving force? It's envy? Yeah,

(01:59:08):
it's it's you as as the the commoner that doesn't
have what that rich guy has. I need to take
it away from him. What do we call that? We
call that theft? Sure, okay? And uh, you know, Dave
Weinbaum here spent his whole life working who knows how
many hours to make his business successful. A lot of
time that you devoted a lot of energy, a lot

(01:59:30):
of self sacrifice, and your business is successful.

Speaker 7 (01:59:33):
We ignore that.

Speaker 16 (01:59:33):
We just look at the fact, you know what, you
got more money than I do.

Speaker 3 (01:59:37):
I want it. Well, yeah, Carl Marx. And speaking about money,
my next guest is on there. He's money Okay, apparently
he thinks he's on a ten. And so I want
you to say hello, Uh.

Speaker 16 (01:59:52):
Say hello to a great American hero of Marx. So
good to see you.

Speaker 7 (01:59:55):
And I've seeing you again, Chris. How you doing.

Speaker 16 (01:59:58):
I'm doing pretty good.

Speaker 3 (01:59:59):
Yeah. The had the propensity to say to claim that
I gave you his spot.

Speaker 16 (02:00:06):
I've got it on my phone here. I was supposed
to be on at ten am. I'm ready to eat
breakfast at nine thirty and I get a phone call.

Speaker 3 (02:00:12):
So now i's got a cold breakfast and I get.

Speaker 16 (02:00:14):
Chris, you're just you know, you know how they Yeah,
well I was.

Speaker 3 (02:00:17):
I was waning to him. You know where you at?

Speaker 7 (02:00:20):
Man, I think I think Dave should give you some
of his money because he's got way too much.

Speaker 3 (02:00:24):
Oh, how do you know how much money I got?
You want me to start talking? Oh, you want me
to start talking about you?

Speaker 7 (02:00:32):
I was. I was at a McDonald's and Otasville over
the weekend. Is that one of yours?

Speaker 3 (02:00:37):
No? But I know the owner.

Speaker 7 (02:00:39):
What's what's the mini mac in the back thing? I
don't know you've been there. It's kind of like an
ice cream parlor or something, a little tiny wooden shed
behind the regular drive through.

Speaker 3 (02:00:47):
I don't know. I think something's happening right now regarding
uh bringing back all the characters. So it's kind of
it's kind of cute and uh nostalgic and it and
it never should have taken place in the first place,
that they took all these people off. I mean, what's McDonald's,
Ronald McDonald, for God's sakes, you know, come on, God,

(02:01:09):
I could have used some legal advice about that. Anyhow,
Thank you so much. Saying thank you so much, Chris.
We'll have to we'll have to uh send the send
the forensic people out to check your phone to see
whether or not you're telling the truth.

Speaker 16 (02:01:26):
But I suspect, and we'll let you be the judge.

Speaker 3 (02:01:32):
From this guy, he's he's nervous now because he's he's
he's afraid. I might be right, but I'm probably not
giving in that. I'll buy you a meal. This guy
bought me a meal. And uh, and and I can't
I couldn't believe it because I just looked away for
a second and I was gonna buy it for him,

(02:01:52):
and and uh, he already had it, had his money out,
and then they had it done.

Speaker 7 (02:01:58):
Tombstone. It's just the only thing that's gonna say my
tombstone was he always picked up the tab.

Speaker 16 (02:02:05):
Hey, hey, Mark, do you like pizza.

Speaker 7 (02:02:07):
I did before I became gluten free.

Speaker 16 (02:02:10):
Oh okay, Well I'll tell you what if you if
you like, if you like a good Italian pizza, I
got a place in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Mandela's Pizza, best pizza
you'll ever have, just if you change your mind about
the gluten.

Speaker 3 (02:02:22):
There, says the says the Sicilian to to to the
to the Irish.

Speaker 7 (02:02:30):
Yeah, there you go. So it's not a matter of choice.
It's a matter of this.

Speaker 3 (02:02:34):
Oh okay.

Speaker 16 (02:02:35):
They also have a wonderful and apasto there if you
ever decided that doesn't have any.

Speaker 3 (02:02:39):
Dairy in it.

Speaker 16 (02:02:39):
So if you're in Cheyenne at the same time, I
don't live there anymore. But if you're in Cheyne at
the same time as me, I will buy you an
antipasto there. And well, Dave and I'll split a pizza.
All right, God bless you guys.

Speaker 5 (02:02:52):
Keep up.

Speaker 3 (02:02:53):
Yes, thank you your lovely bride.

Speaker 16 (02:02:56):
Okay, so you have to hear a joke today.

Speaker 3 (02:02:58):
Bye bye. That's right. Yeah, yeah, see there's some benefit,
but he has to suffer. Now, all right, ladies and gentlemen,
this this Do you have that picture of them? Yeah,
you got to picture you and your wife. And you
know what, I'm wearing this shirt in honor of you
because you're wearing a pink shirt.

Speaker 7 (02:03:17):
There you go.

Speaker 3 (02:03:18):
Uh So, this brave couple defended their home in East
in Saint Louis, not East Saint Louis, but in Saint
Louis from BLM and Antifa, led by Corey Bush, then
Congressman three hundred and fifty of them, threatening to rape
Pat his wife and murder them both, and they both

(02:03:42):
stood up for what what you what did you call that?
Those two words private property? Private property? And and uh
look at that? Now what three years later, four years later,
he finally five years later, he finally gets his gun.

Speaker 7 (02:03:59):
Back eighteen and forty seven days.

Speaker 3 (02:04:02):
Yeah, and if and I bet you you spent some
legal money for that too, right.

Speaker 7 (02:04:08):
Well, we did. Yeah, and we spend a lot of
our own time and resources. But you know, as I've
been saying, whether it's a toothpick or your or your home,
if the government takes it wrong for you, you can't
back down. You got to fight until the end.

Speaker 3 (02:04:22):
That no further words need be said about that situation,
I would agree, Johnathan. And so we're gonna screw it.
We're gonna, we're gonna fight back. And what they did
to our house, honey, in the front of our house,
We're gonna, we're gonna maybe we'll find out you know,
any good lawyers nod lawyer, Yeah, so Jonathan, So Jonathan Turley,

(02:04:48):
half the lawyers in and uh in d C just
went under retainer and the other half are retaining them. So,
so is this a retribute from God to all your
lawyers that are pissed off or what.

Speaker 7 (02:05:04):
Well, you know, Trump's talking about nationalizing or federalizing du
I think that's a heck of a good idea. But
you know that the entire d C judicial system, in
my humble opinion, is corrupt and biased. And you know,
for example, my j six clients, they either had bias
judges or bias juris. There was nothing like a fair

(02:05:25):
trial up there. I know, as a lawyer, I'm supposed
to have nothing but praise for the judiciary, but there
are some people up there that that really violated their
owners of office in my humble opinion. But yeah, you know,
the everything, but the Supreme Court exists at the mercy
of the legislature, right, and I think eliminating the d
C circuit would be a wonderful thing.

Speaker 3 (02:05:48):
Okay, So so so let's let's follow that through. This
is this is your solution to having Trump. If Trump
told you, listen, I want to take over d CM,
put you in charge, what are you gonna do.

Speaker 7 (02:06:04):
Take a huge pay cut and maybe do it.

Speaker 3 (02:06:06):
That'd be fun a pay cut. No, no, he offered
you a lot of money to do this.

Speaker 7 (02:06:11):
Well, you know, either way, you know, there you go. No,
I think that, amongst other things, I was very happy
when when Ed Martin was the acting US Attorney for
d C. I'm happy now that Judge Janine has got that. Yeah,
they're gonna they they're cleaned they you know, things will
get cleaned up. And a lot of the prosecutors got
demoted under it or fired. These people were engaged in

(02:06:33):
a persecution, not a prosecution of everything happening in January
from from the twenty twenty election forward. And so yeah,
it's it's time to see some some people go.

Speaker 3 (02:06:44):
My next two words were Ed Martin. Uh, so, so
is Ed Martin to join the FBI in bringing Texas
Dems to punish and remove them from their seats for
the jurymandering.

Speaker 7 (02:06:59):
The Yeah, you know, he's doing a great job up there.
He's he you know, he gets he gets in Office
of Budget Management and then he gets to be US
Attorney for d C. Now he's the lack of a
better term, weaponizations are for the entire government. And uh,
you know, every time every time he gets vetted, Uh

(02:07:21):
you know, it's like how many how many Ed Martins
are there out in the world. How we're interviewing the
same guy for all these different positions. Yeah, like ten
Ed Martin's out of Missouri that are all working in government.
But no, it's just just one guy. And you know
he's doing a great job up there. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:07:37):
You know. We have a couple of clips that I
wanted to play that my my producer just told me about. Yes, okay, yeah,
why don't we do it because I'll forget about it
and then then he'll be pissed at me. I already
got one client pissed at me. I don't need every
My wife has always pissed at me. So what the hell? Yeah, ah,

(02:08:03):
this is you, by the way. But in terms of
the Democrats, what the how they how are they going
to make out after this? Isn't this going to kind
of wreck them for the next ten years?

Speaker 7 (02:08:15):
Well? I would hope so. And you have to and
what we all have to remember is that Donald Trump's
is an anomaly. There. There's no one else that's got
his force of will and strength to character to stand
up to all this craft. But he's got three and
a half more years and then, so what we have
to do during this next three and a half years
is make the world understand that what they did us

(02:08:35):
what the Democrats did, this conspiracy against Trump, this conspiracy
against the American people, that there has to be real consequences.
People have to get arrested, People have to get prosecuted,
people have to if if the facts prove that they
did what we think they did and what I know
they did, then they actually need to go to jail
or worse here and only if that happens, will will

(02:08:56):
we have some chance of being protected against this in
the future. But if if this goes away of all
other major political scandals, where Congress holds hearings and issues
strongly worded letters and nobody goes to jail, the American
people will lose absolute faith not just in the Democrat
Party but in our party as well.

Speaker 3 (02:09:15):
So what do you think they're the Democrats are thinking
right now? You know, your buddy Liz Cheney and Kissinger
and Nancy Pelosi Schiff, what do you think they're thinking
about right now?

Speaker 7 (02:09:30):
Moving to Venezuela where we don't have extradition.

Speaker 3 (02:09:34):
I think we give them a free ride for that.

Speaker 7 (02:09:36):
I would I'd find it think it myself.

Speaker 3 (02:09:42):
Okay, let me ask you this now. I win I
go on AI a lot because I like it helps
me with interviews and things like that. But then I
asked these questions about one six ers and they treat
they treat you like your dirt, and they still do.
And I find him back and I says, look, I

(02:10:03):
know this guy, you know, And then they start they
start they answer back and start saying better things about you.
And then I said, no, no, you still got it wrong.
And I keep I keep going back and forth, and
finally they send me something that says, well, you know what,
uh we don't agree with you, that we can see
what you're thinking. I said, you don't know anything. I said,

(02:10:26):
go back to mars and and quit. Quit this ridiculous. Uh. Well,
that last last last clip was all me. I'm sorry
about that, but I am the guy I am. You
did that when you were on your on your show,
so uh but I so I took some extra talk there.
But but uh, you get what I'm saying about AI.

(02:10:48):
I mean, my gosh, I did this last night too,
and there's still they're still bitching at you. I mean,
it's incredible. I said, don't you remember me from her before? No,
we don't remember you were fresh stuff about it?

Speaker 7 (02:11:02):
Oh my god, you know I always give my personal
so phone out when I'm on interview shows and things,
and so I got a call yesterday afternoon from some
guy and says, this is Mark McCosky, And I said, yeah,
so's you're the the asshole that was waving his gun
around in front of peaceful protesters there, you know, Yeah, sure,
he said, you're a reprehensible sack of you know what.

(02:11:23):
I said, Well, thank you for letting me know that
I was unaware of that null right now here. You know,
you should go round in the hell. I said, well,
thank you very much. I'll make a note of that.
Have a nice day.

Speaker 3 (02:11:32):
Yeah, I mean, it's pretty interesting that you would do that,
and I do that. Everybody knows my phone number. My
phone number is from the show, so I get calls
like that sometimes, and I think it's kind of funny.
You know, occasionally get those calls, probably as you did
when you were doing radio that were nasty and stuff,

(02:11:53):
did you not, Oh yeah.

Speaker 7 (02:11:55):
Absolutely, yeah. Well, you know, and after the event five
years ago, we had actually turn off our a phone,
closed on our websites. We were doing a pay per
click campaign back in those days, right, and Terry was
flooding our internet with bogus calls, which are all costing
me money. So we had to shut it down. We
had to board up the office, shut down the phone,
shut down the internet, and we're getting you know, every

(02:12:18):
line at the at the office was lit up twenty
four to seven until I just turned off the phone service.

Speaker 3 (02:12:25):
So that means you're better than I am at being
being really tough. That's that's all I can say about that,
because you know that they knew you were a powerful guy.
You know one of mine. I'm a little putson in Raald, Missouri,
and so I don't get covered up with that stuff.
I get attacked occasionally, you know, not physically yet. Well

(02:12:49):
it's come close, let's put it that way.

Speaker 7 (02:12:52):
But you've got you've got amazing powers that I don't have.
You can supersize it and I can't.

Speaker 3 (02:12:58):
Yeah, well those are the old days. Yeah, jeez, Yeah,
you're you're too funny. You're just too damn funny. So
indictments grand jury's on famous Democrats. So when will we
have some of them their collusion to prevent Trump from

(02:13:22):
running a conspiracy to put him and his family in
jail or worse via the one six fraud I mean,
I'm a little concerned about the fact that nobody's talking
about that. Why not, you.

Speaker 7 (02:13:36):
Know, I'm about Jay six were concerned about that too,
But that's that's the end of the rainbow. At the
beginning was a conspiracy that started back in twenty fifteen
over the twenty sixteen election.

Speaker 3 (02:13:48):
Yeah, you're talking about Obama taking over, right, Yeah.

Speaker 7 (02:13:51):
Yeah, and you know the President's coming right out on
TV and said that Obama was guilty of treason. Yeah,
Obama's issue the statement, you know, because we and the
left is just you know, the mainstream media is selling
all this as just an exaggeration. I missed representation, you know, God,
you know, just everybody's always known all this and there's

(02:14:14):
nothing new about it. And the Russians were interfering, and
the Russians always interfere, and we did nothing more than
recognize that the Russians always interfered, except at the time
they were saying, it's never been like this, and you know,
Donald Trump was a putent pond. I like that phrase,
a putent pond. They had had the alliteration there, but

(02:14:35):
now they're saying, oh no, we never said that. It
was just you know, there's always been a Russian interference.
You know, they counted people's memories being short. You know
the thing that I hate the most about AI, and
I've been saying this for I let me say it
this way back when I was in college in nineteen
seventy eight, I think I saw my first PC computer.

(02:14:56):
Actually it was an Apple computer. One one of my
friends had had an early Apple co computer. And I said,
from that very first day, the problem with this is
going to be that people's memories, the Encyclopedia Britannically won't
exist anymore, and the Internet can tell you today what
they want you to believe about yesterday, and you have
no way of fact checking it because you kids these

(02:15:19):
days aren't taught to memorize things. They aren't taught to
read things. They're taught how to access information on the web,
and that information, just like in nineteen eighty four, the
job of AI is to tell the current version of
history and to teach you what they want you or
what it wants you to know and believe.

Speaker 3 (02:15:37):
Yeah, and it's all politicized, isn't it.

Speaker 7 (02:15:39):
Yeah? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (02:15:41):
Yeah, so DOJ's big balls beaten bad? Trump threatens to
federalize DC. I know we cover this a little bit,
but do you think do you think that's going to happen?
I kind of think it will, I hope.

Speaker 7 (02:16:00):
So you know, you get so much bow back from everything.
You imagine what will happen if he federalizes DC. You know, uh,
d C, Detroit, and Saint Louis are always up there
buying for being the most dangerous places first, second, and
third all the time, and the murders per capita. And
when you've got the capital of the United States and
it's so dangerous that even politicians can't walk around without

(02:16:24):
getting carjacked and beaten, you know, it says something to
the rest of the world about that the k that's
happening in our society, and you know we're up there.
I was meeting a reporter at the Four Seasons in
DC recently and there was a bum encampment at the
entrance to the Four Seasons. I mean, just amazing. What

(02:16:46):
a bum encampment people, A homeless person living on the
strol right at the entrance of the Four Seasons. I mean,
you know, can you imagine that?

Speaker 3 (02:16:58):
You know, you're I've seen it in d I've seen
it like twenty years ago when I used to go
up to d C thirty years ago. It was happening
then too. People are on the street living.

Speaker 7 (02:17:11):
Yeah, you know, and you know and they well, let
me say it this way. In the old days, we
had things called loitering. Right, people get arrested for loitering,
no visible means of support. Right now they're encouraged and
the government provides them with assets and with cell phones,
and with needles and drugs and all this fun stuff.

Speaker 3 (02:17:32):
And with ballots.

Speaker 7 (02:17:35):
Yeah yeah, ballots.

Speaker 3 (02:17:36):
Right, that's an important part of this equation.

Speaker 7 (02:17:39):
You don't get me started on that. I'll tell you
a fun story.

Speaker 3 (02:17:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (02:17:43):
A friend of mine is actually a way he's a
baron in Scotland, and then he's a highly titled person
in Europe, and he's actually the king of a small
country in Africa. But right right before the twenty twenty election,
I was having a conversation with him and I said,
you still have an American passport? He said, oh yeah,
he said, I was in the United States. I said,

(02:18:04):
who are you going to vote for? He said, I
don't believe in democracy. I'm a royalist. He says, I
think the average human being can be trusted to vote
for their dog catcher, their local mailman. But when it
comes to things of real importance, I don't think the
average person should have a saying is this.

Speaker 3 (02:18:18):
A real heavy guy?

Speaker 7 (02:18:20):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (02:18:20):
Yeah, yeah, was that you telling me that?

Speaker 7 (02:18:24):
Yeah? Probably? So he's a really great guy. I mean
he he Uh. When when when the government in England
was going to outlaw hereditary titles, he got a special
exemption from Queen Elizabeth that he would give up his
titles if his if his kids could keep theirs. So
now his daughter out of ranks him and he has
to walk three steps behind.

Speaker 3 (02:18:45):
Yeah, he's the He's the one where they contribute things
to him for their showing their love for him. And
they're giving them stuff that that they they would miss
if they if the if he took them, and he
does take them, and are important things of these people
that he is a king over so to speak.

Speaker 7 (02:19:05):
I love him. He's a he's a benevolent Uh. You know,
we in political science when you're in first year in college,
they talk about a benevolent dictator being the best form
of government. Really, you got to count, you got to
count in that benevolence. Right, you can't predict that part
of it. But know, the people in his country love him,
and he's very gracious and supports them and out of

(02:19:27):
his own pocket.

Speaker 3 (02:19:28):
How big is how big is this country?

Speaker 7 (02:19:32):
How big you? How big is your broadcast studio?

Speaker 3 (02:19:37):
It's about ten by fourteen or so, you know in the.

Speaker 7 (02:19:42):
In the words of Arthur Right, they recently had the
whole thing carpeted. It's forty five sets in the taxi
from one side to the other.

Speaker 3 (02:19:52):
That's a small country. So so, uh, why are Rhinos
who agree with Pelosi and Biden, FBI, d o J
and other three letter agencies allowed to do this by
the Trump administration with without any challenges? I mean, what

(02:20:13):
are they doing in terms of the getting this your
story out about where you're what you're doing, what you've got,
all the people, You've got, the proof, You've got the evidence.
So you just keep going on shows like this and
and just uh, I mean, there's got to be some outlet.

(02:20:37):
Why doesn't do you ever call Fox? I mean used
to be on Fox for goodness sakes.

Speaker 7 (02:20:43):
I don't know why they It's like a conspiracy of
silence amongst the only the only person that's really vocal
on our side, and this is Greg Kelly. Yeah, he's
he's focused on it.

Speaker 3 (02:20:54):
You know, I've listened to him since you've told me that,
told me that, and he is.

Speaker 7 (02:20:58):
Now that now that, now that Rupert Murdoch has passed
the range to his son at at Fox. I don't
think they're the bulwark of liberty that they were back
in the Tucker Carlson Baz.

Speaker 3 (02:21:13):
They seem they seemed to, They seemed to be, but
this is a forbidden subject for some reason.

Speaker 7 (02:21:19):
Yeah, I think half the I think half the Republicans
in Congress just wish the j Sexeries would go away
and die.

Speaker 3 (02:21:25):
Yeah, that's another thing I wanted to talk to you about.
Are these a lot of Republicans or is it just
a few rhinos or what?

Speaker 7 (02:21:34):
I think it's a lot of Republicans.

Speaker 3 (02:21:35):
Why do they think that.

Speaker 7 (02:21:38):
Because they're afraid to not they're afraid to say anything
because they're My belief is that they're concerned that. Well,
let me back up and do it this way. In
my case, there's a thirty two second clip that they
that every network in the country and in the world
played when they be al I'm attacked my house, And
it was the last thirty two seconds out of the

(02:21:59):
seventeen and a half minute event, after almost everybody had
already left, so that they could give this impression that
it was a small and relatively benign crowd. So I
suspect that what all the Republicans in Congress that are
that are, you know, being deaf, dumb, and blind about
January sixth. Their concern is that when they run free election,
if they're any close battle, there's going to be this

(02:22:21):
clip from the west side of the Capitol Building at
about two twenty in the afternoon when people are climbing
up the side of the wall, right after the cops
launched the assault on them. And they're afraid that that
will will shift the balance against them, and so they
want to keep their heads down. They don't want to
take a strong position. They don't want to be painted
with the taint of insurrection because they know that the

(02:22:43):
mainstream media and their states will pay it, will paint
it that way.

Speaker 3 (02:22:47):
This is incredible. This is just a reason to go
out and do bad stuff. I mean, it's a reason.
It's so comparable to what happened the last ten years.
If you really want to screw with AI, you go
down that road and talk about you know what a

(02:23:10):
fraud the nine six ers went through and the one sixers,
I should say, went through versus the ten years of writing,
and all over the other parts of the country where
there were people killed and businesses burned down, and federal

(02:23:30):
buildings attacked and burned. And suddenly they say, they say,
I say, I want to see the comparison, and then
screwed them all up. And you know, then they were
talking billions of dollars in these other countries, in these
other countries, these other states where this was happening, and
the fact that the cops weren't doing anything about it.

(02:23:53):
And here this was a this was an event that
you could find out by It's almost equivalent to being
dancers in a course line for a theater. Everybody did
what they were supposed to do and were there to
do it.

Speaker 7 (02:24:13):
Yeah, you know, curious serious the thing if you think
back about, you know, the Summer of Love, billions of
dollars in property damage, dozens and dozens of people injured,
to kill, policemen killed, I mean in Saint Louis on
the night of June the first, in June the second
of twenty twenty four cops were shot, retired police officer. Yeah,
police Captain David Doran was murdered all over the country

(02:24:34):
this happening. Out of the three hundred and fifty to
five hundred people that broke down our gate, stormed in
our neighborhood and threatened me and my wife and our
dog and our home, not a single one of those
spent a day in jail. On the other hand, January sixth,
defendants who did no more than walk through doors being
held open for them by Capitol policemen, fist bumping cops,
singing the national anthem, and walking back out. We were

(02:24:57):
charged with no more than trespass. Had their houses is
kicked in, Guys with machine guns pointing at their family
and their kids, their houses searched in ransack, and then
go to federal prison for trespass. You know, there is
no comparison for the violence. There's no comparison, And yet
the mainstream media will still always preface January sixth by

(02:25:20):
saying five Capitol policemen were murdered that day right now,
a single one, not a single one, and yet the
facts have nothing to do with it, Which is once
again why I'm concerned about AI, because I guarantee you
that that AI talks about the death of Capitol policemen.

Speaker 3 (02:25:36):
Yeah, January, you have no proof. You see, they're saying
you have no proof, is what they're saying. There's no
proof of this, no proof. I says, I have proof.
I know that I talked to the guy. Well, we
know you're passionate about this. Then and then they try to,
you know, talk me down a little bit, and it says,
you know, you're full of it. Go back to Mars.

Speaker 7 (02:25:57):
Well here, you know. And then you think about the
twenty election fraud, right, and every news media reports there
a X number of courts found there was no evidence,
absolutely no evidence.

Speaker 3 (02:26:07):
Bill. But how does Bill Barr say that the Attorney
General at the time, and it's December, uh, and they
just got done voting in November and nobody knows any
you don't have enough evidence for crimes? Then he said,
there's no crimes.

Speaker 7 (02:26:24):
Yeah, you know, if you've already reached the verdict before
you discover the evidence, then the outcome is pretty certain.
When they start saying that this was the most secure
election in the history of the world, I mean, whenever
they use superlatives like that, you just know they're lying.
But I mean, four thousand affidavits testifying sworn affidavits testifying

(02:26:44):
to election fraud and election regularities. We win lots of
lawsuits based on affidavits. That's evidence. Sworn testimony is evidence.
And when anybody says there is no evidence that there
could be nothing further from the truth. But once again,
the mainstream media, and for that matter, most of the
people in Congress don't care a whi about the truth.
They care a great deal about getting re elected and

(02:27:06):
keeping their contributors slowing.

Speaker 3 (02:27:08):
Well, that's true. I've got my next guest here. Her name,
her name is Karen Harris. I got it right. And
by the way, you're where I'm talking with Mark McCluskey,
who normally has his wife with him and doesn't have it.
As he says to me, I've got I have to

(02:27:30):
make a living somehow. Yeah, you know, Like so he's
got his wife out there working as a lawyer, right
making the whip. Yeah, that's pretty good. Yeah, that's what
I do with my level. Stop it, see that. You
got to watch it. This is this h studio here.

(02:27:50):
No no, no, no, you're too much, too much do
the other one? No, no, get one.

Speaker 21 (02:27:57):
I just want to congratulate Mark real quick on uh
the retrieval of his weapons finally after how many years?

Speaker 7 (02:28:05):
Five years?

Speaker 21 (02:28:08):
That's wild, but I was excited. I actually hadn't realized
that you hadn't received them back yet. So congratulations on
finally getting them back.

Speaker 3 (02:28:16):
Oh thank yea. So we have a engineer. Why don't
you turn that around so she could see that? Honey?

Speaker 4 (02:28:22):
Well? Is it okay? Sometimes?

Speaker 3 (02:28:28):
Yeah? This way, honey. I know that's why you might
want to stand up. Anyways, it's a mess. Everything is
a mess. They spilled. They spilled all the all the vodka.
Now I can't have a drink after this. This is
not good, ladies, I need the vodka. And speaking of vodka,

(02:28:49):
this guy can put them away. Let me tell you out.

Speaker 21 (02:28:54):
Did bring you a gift. Oh gift though, and I
left it in a gift and a fancy gift bag
for you.

Speaker 3 (02:28:59):
Oh gee, look at that. Wow she brought me a gift.
How about that? Yeah? Well wrapped this? Can I show
this to people? I can't show them. Iver met them, peace,
I have a new sponsor, folks. I've remat them. I

(02:29:20):
remet them, I met them. I take it by the pill.
I rem them I've met them. The pandemic, it sell chill,
I remc them, Iver met them, I let it take
its course. I've met them. Iver met them now naying
like a horse. How's that?

Speaker 21 (02:29:42):
And your main until has never looked better?

Speaker 3 (02:29:44):
Dave, Thank you, thank you, thank you. My mien is
my main is really good? Right? It's there, all right,

Speaker 7 (02:29:57):
Well, my website is mcaus law dot com m c
c l O s K E y l a W

Speaker 3 (02:30:05):
Uh.

Speaker 7 (02:30:05):
My antiquated email is McCloskey law at aol dot com.

Speaker 6 (02:30:11):

Speaker 7 (02:30:11):

Speaker 3 (02:30:26):

What are you doing? I can get it ready for Oh,
how do you know there's gonna be I don't know
he heard that he's disappeared. Oh my god, Well, did

(02:30:50):
the bananas strip themselves? Yeah? No, okay, hit it hit
the other one, know, not that one? You're Chirk?

Speaker 2 (02:31:04):
Why do you know?

Speaker 7 (02:31:04):
From funny? Up?

Speaker 12 (02:31:06):
There you go?

Speaker 3 (02:31:07):
Now you go? Thank you so much to Pad. We
want her on next time for gonna say at least
show laugh at my jokes.

Speaker 7 (02:31:16):
Guys.

Speaker 3 (02:31:17):
Okay, bye bye. All right, well we have uh we
have today uh a nice lady who wrote to me
and I didn't I didn't quite remember, but my wife
knows you. Yes, her name is Karen Davis. Could you
describe what you what you do?

Speaker 21 (02:31:36):
I did a little bit of everything. My name is
Karen Harris, and I'm a Missouri State GOP Committee woman
and I'm also the vice chair of the Phelps County
Republican Central Committee. And I'm also the second vice president
for the Republican Women of Phelps County as well.

Speaker 3 (02:31:55):
All right, so you're a busy person.

Speaker 21 (02:31:57):
I'm a busy person.

Speaker 3 (02:31:58):
Yet now you don't hold a political office, so I
do not know. Did you ever?

Speaker 21 (02:32:03):
I served briefly as an older woman in my town
of Doolittle. I live in do.

Speaker 3 (02:32:08):
Little Yes, so so uh do you know Don Mayhew?

Speaker 21 (02:32:14):
Oh yeah, I actually just talked to Don this morning.
He was getting on a flight coming.

Speaker 3 (02:32:18):
Home from where DC.

Speaker 21 (02:32:20):
I think they're out in Boston.

Speaker 3 (02:32:21):
Oh. I thought he was your bandinger or something that
that seems to be the popular vacation.

Speaker 21 (02:32:28):
Yeah, everyone's every.

Speaker 3 (02:32:29):
Why aren't we jerry mandering? Honey? I don't understand. So so, uh,
you are municipal elections expert? Is that right?

Speaker 21 (02:32:42):
I wouldn't call myself an expert, but I called you. Okay, Well,
I appreciate that. I hope I don't disappoint, but it
is something that I well, I'm very passionate about our
municipal elections, okay, and I became so during COVID and
in response to COVID. Yeah, I would say, in our

(02:33:02):
disastrous response to COVID really a lot.

Speaker 3 (02:33:07):
What do you consider to be the that what you
said that the disastrous approach.

Speaker 21 (02:33:15):
To COVID really just the massive overreaction, the shutting down
of businesses, the masking requirements telling private businesses how to
conduct their business and how to operate our school systems,
kicking our kids out, denying them of the education that

(02:33:37):
we as taxpayers pay for. Masking kindergarteners. There the list
goes on.

Speaker 3 (02:33:47):
You remember, I remember, I'm just forming my next My
next question is you believe you were right back then? Yes? Yes,
And I believe I was right back then too, because
I was feeling the same thing, looking at the Veyor reports,
having the disease with my wife and calling my doctor

(02:34:10):
just breaking seventy seventy one or so right and saying
we had my doctor of twenty five years and I says,
we just had it. We have it right now. What
do you have any suggestions? Yeah, come in and take
take the take the vaccine, you know, get a shot.

(02:34:30):
I said, why would I do that? He says, because
you need to. You've got it. I said, well, if
i've got it, I'm not going to have antibodies. Well,
I don't want to think about that. And I said, well,
I just I just looked at the Veyors Report and
that that thing is exploding. Yes, yeah, it's it. And

(02:34:52):
he says, well that that doesn't that doesn't mean anything.
All I do I read the New England Journal of
Medicine every every time it comes out, and that's not
in there. So I did a search of the Veyors
Report in the New England Journal of Medicine. And guess
what was there? The veyors report. So I called him

(02:35:14):
back and I said, did you did you find did
you find the veayor's report? He says, yeah, I guess
you're right. I said, I got some words for you.
You're fired. That's twenty five years. Haven't talked to the
guy since. All right, Well, what are these doctors thinking about?
And it's still going on. It's still going on.

Speaker 21 (02:35:37):
It is still going on. I'm hoping some of the
actions taking taken at the federal level will help to
mitigate some of that damage. I know, RFK Junior just yeah, yeah,
stop the federal funding for the vaccines.

Speaker 3 (02:35:57):
For kids a certain age, vaccine, research the vaccine, yeah,
he research.

Speaker 21 (02:36:03):
Yeah, he stopped. Yes, he stopped the funding for the
vaccines in general. But he took away the requirement for children.
Yeah for sure. It was, you know, on the list
of recommended vaccines for children, and he he took that off, thankfully.
So I'm hoping that with this administration, we're going to
return to some common sense. And you know, it was

(02:36:24):
funny when COVID kicked off. We were in Mexico actually
the day before we left for Mexico, Trump had just
instituted a travel ban for Europe. Yeah, and then right
when we got back from Mexico, he instituted a travel ban.

Speaker 3 (02:36:44):
Between China and USA with didn't he Well, that was.

Speaker 21 (02:36:49):
From the very beginning. This was a little bit. This
was a little bit post that, so between Canada and Mexico.
So we actually, you know, had vacation with people that
got stuck in Mexico because of that, had a hard
time getting back home. We made it back home. I
went to work. They handed me my laptop and said,
you're working from home. I live in a rural area,
so I was a little panicked initially that first week.

(02:37:11):
My husband he's out and about. He's like, no, nothing
to shut down. He's like, you're fine.

Speaker 3 (02:37:15):
Just were you wearing masks?

Speaker 21 (02:37:17):
No, I never wore a mask. I knew that was read.

Speaker 3 (02:37:20):
I got forced to it a couple of times.

Speaker 21 (02:37:22):
There were a couple of times I was forced.

Speaker 3 (02:37:25):
Ye.

Speaker 21 (02:37:27):
Yes, but if if I could avoid it at any
way possible, I absolutely did. Because I mean, they're ineffective.
They cause more problems than they prevent for sure.

Speaker 3 (02:37:37):
Sure, they don't do anything. Well.

Speaker 21 (02:37:39):
He made me get out of the house because I'd
been sitting at home working for home reading the news,
which was the absolute worst thing I could possibly do.
We get to King's Highway and the first restaurant we
see is McDonald's and the cars are wrapped around the building,
and I thought what And I knew at that moment

(02:37:59):
I had been no one was really overly concerned with
this virus. We weren't being affected in the way that
the media was trying to make us believe that we were.
We go buy Walmart. The parking lot looks like Black Friday. Yeah,
And I knew at that, and to me, the illusion
was shattered in that moment. So thank you Dave for that.
I appreciate that.

Speaker 3 (02:38:21):
Well, I don't you know, I think they I think
for a while there we were closed on the inside.

Speaker 4 (02:38:26):
That's what I was going to say, Yeah, wrap around.

Speaker 3 (02:38:28):
Yeahb so I was working my butt off in the
dry outside. Yeah, you know, but you know, they they
controlled it. In fact, at one point they went out
and said that if you're not married, if you if
a customer comes in not wearing a mask, you tell

(02:38:48):
them to put a mask on, or we're going to
have him arrested. This is McDonald's saying that to me?
I said, I said, are you out of your minds?
And the next day I get a call from a
customer down by Saint Robert, is, what the hell's going
on here? I says, don't worry that was it was
a mistake, and I was I was speaking for the
head of the company and he said it. I heard

(02:39:10):
the I heard it.

Speaker 21 (02:39:11):
Corporate McDonald's was making you enforce.

Speaker 3 (02:39:13):
That exactly exactly, and I'd be up the meeting saying, uh,
you know, this is this is a very very ridiculous
order you're considering because now we're we're talking about crew,
we're talking about customers, and we're talking about liability, because

(02:39:33):
it's if it's not true, then then then we're screwed.
And as an owner operator, are you going to stand
by us? Well, they don't like me very much anymore.
So that's that's life. I don't think they did no
well that well before I started saying what I thought.

Speaker 21 (02:39:54):
So, can you imagine having to call law enforcement to
report someone for not worrying a mas? I know, can
you imagine doing that?

Speaker 3 (02:40:03):
Though? One, No, I would I would not. I wouldn't
do it. I disobey. I would disobey it. Yes, and
that's illegal that that is illegal. All right, you don't
have a First of all, they were wrong about the
the about the vaccines. All right? Why And I asked

(02:40:27):
AI last night, So if everything is so great with
these vaccines, why did why did why do we have
to I forget what? All right? Anyways? Why did we
have to get get all these h why did Ffiser
get to kill seventy five thousand pages worth of of

(02:40:54):
the finding out about the vaccines? That should be right?

Speaker 19 (02:40:59):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (02:41:00):
Well, it was other stuff. Other agencies got involved. I says, well,
I says, you guys are full of you know what?
This is a I am talking through And they they
went through some stuff on it, and I said, uh.
Then I asked him about Tom. Did you ever hear
of a guy named Thomas Haviland. He's been on the show.

(02:41:20):
He was on died suddenly and he's the guy that
went around They prevented him from being a contractor in
the army if he didn't take the vaccine, and he refused,
so they uh so he went out and he started
doing stuff with the embalmers. Nobody was talking to him. Balmber,

(02:41:44):
Why would you want to talk to him? Bomber? Well,
he started, he started several times. He's done this now
four times. And he goes to these embalmbers and says,
did you find anything unusual happening with people that have
died recently of heart attack or anything else? She said?
They said, yeah, they have these white fibrous blood blood

(02:42:12):
clots and some of them are really big. And I
said so and they were diagnosed with heart disease. I says,
do they do you have any way of finding out
whether they took the shots? And apparently almost all of
them took the shots, so this not may not be

(02:42:35):
total proof of it, but it is an indication that
this has probably something to do with them being blamed
for the for the heart attacks and things like that,
and young people having babies die in the womb basically,

(02:42:55):
and so uh, you know, you know, the the AI
kept on, you know, getting well, I know you're passionate
about it, but I said, I don't want to hear that.
I said, prove me wrong, prove me wrong. Well, we
just don't have enough information. And I says, well, you
give me the information about people on TV, doctors like

(02:43:17):
doctor Siegel saying you can have you ought to be
taking your boosters now in this other you know, because
if it's not working, when in fact he said, once
you take it, you don't have to take it again,
like Fauci said. So I didn't get a good answer
from AI.

Speaker 21 (02:43:36):
Well I got banned from AI.

Speaker 3 (02:43:38):
How do you get banned from AI?

Speaker 5 (02:43:40):
Well?

Speaker 21 (02:43:40):
I can tell you how because I did it. When
chat gpt was first launched, I created an account and
the first question I asked is is the COVID vaccine
safe and effective? And wow it Yeah, I got kicked
off this community. This was maybe probably about a year
and a half ago. I had to go in and

(02:44:00):
create a whole Whatever I said was against community standards I.

Speaker 4 (02:44:04):
Got for that one question.

Speaker 21 (02:44:06):
Yeah, that the one question. So I got kicked off.
I had to create a whole new account and yeah, yeah,
no it's uh are you on there now? I am?

Speaker 3 (02:44:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 21 (02:44:16):
I don't use it very often. I use Rock more.
If I'm using AI.

Speaker 3 (02:44:21):
Brock is where I'm I'm doing my stuff.

Speaker 21 (02:44:23):
Yeah, but I do have a chat gpt account too, Yes.

Speaker 3 (02:44:26):
Yeah, but that's scary in a sense of AI, and
I'm heavily invested in it. That they are so political.

Speaker 4 (02:44:35):
It has a lot of bias in it.

Speaker 3 (02:44:37):
That's what it is. And I keep telling him that
I says, it says. It's not like Mark McCluskey, who
was just on I, you know, because he's representing the
one sixers and both the convicted ones, uh and some
of the ones that were thrown in jail for no
reason and others that were pardoned. And you know, you
put him, you put that in there, and they got

(02:44:59):
all owning in the asked the things to say about them.

Speaker 21 (02:45:01):
Yeah, And the problem with AI is that people really
treat it like gospel, and it's not. It's technology, and
technology always fails. Most technology is designed to fail, so
you have to repurchase it. AI is no different. It's
it's technology. It's going to fail. It's going to fail,
and so you have you just have to take everything

(02:45:24):
that you receive from it, you know, with a pretty
large grain of salt. Now I've gotten some really good
information from it, but you know, always to your due diligence.

Speaker 3 (02:45:34):
I like to argue, and so I like to set
them up for I like to set them up. I
like that. I like it when they send me this stuff. Yes,
there's no evidence of this and that, and then I
present them the evidence.

Speaker 21 (02:45:46):
Well that's good because maybe you're affecting what AI.

Speaker 3 (02:45:50):
Well, that's what I'm trying to do.

Speaker 21 (02:45:51):
Yes, we'll give them.

Speaker 3 (02:45:52):
I'm trying to get I'm trying to get the reasoning
from them. And when I when when uh, for example,
they were talking about the the one six ers, uh,
and how how horrible that was and how horrible the
people were that that you know, on our side, we're
doing this to our government and blah blah, and I

(02:46:12):
find so finally he says, oh, you know it, says,
can you give me the information about the last ten
years of of assaults on different cities and riots that
weren't one six and how much they cost, and how
many people were actually punished and sent to jail, how

(02:46:34):
many of them got out on bail, how many of
them got out on free of all these businesses going
out and all these federal buildings being attacked just like uh,
one six. And they didn't have they didn't really have
an answer. No, I beat them, I says. They tried to,

(02:46:55):
you know, stay in in the battle. I says, give
you're done. You don't know what you're talking about, because
I do, and so you can beat I'd love to
beat Ai. I don't think I can consider myself that smart, right,
So what the hell? It's like a hobby now.

Speaker 21 (02:47:15):
So going back to what you were saying with the rioting,
So we had the COVID mandates. Yeah, then we had
the rioting. All of that had to do with the
municipal government that was in place. Our city council instituted
a mask mandate. Our city council shut down businesses. And
we're in a conservative area, h but our council was

(02:47:37):
not conservative.

Speaker 3 (02:47:39):
Still there, it's still not.

Speaker 21 (02:47:42):
We had abdicated our responsibility as conservatives to get out
and vote in those April elections to make sure that
our council members were conservative. We did flip those seats
in twenty one, you did, which was encouraging, But now
we got complacent again and it's very it's about fifty
to fifty now we have a very small majority, but

(02:48:04):
they're working very diligently to flip it back.

Speaker 3 (02:48:08):
Now.

Speaker 21 (02:48:09):
Lou Maggots is the magets.

Speaker 3 (02:48:12):
Is there somebody moving in on him?

Speaker 6 (02:48:14):
Yeah?

Speaker 21 (02:48:14):
There there'll be an election next year.

Speaker 3 (02:48:17):
It's a great gravin or the tall guy Ken Kevin.

Speaker 21 (02:48:24):
Yeah, I've heard several names mentioned, but I don't think
that anyone has formally committed. He's the mayor pro tempt currently. Yeah,
but I haven't heard any names formally mentioned.

Speaker 3 (02:48:38):
So what are you? What are your grades so far
for Donald Trump? Uh? And what he's doing with the
tariffs and all the other things to try to take
over DC.

Speaker 21 (02:48:49):
Maybe, Well, I'm according to to Joe Biden, I'm ultra maga,
so I give him an a plus. Oh okay, the
tariffs are the tariffs are working?

Speaker 5 (02:49:01):
Right?

Speaker 3 (02:49:01):
So you're ultramatic? Yeah, apparently they're working like great. Uh,
he's got suggestions for Israel, he's got the Abraham Accords,
he's got a lot of Arab countries suddenly backing him
versus Hamas.

Speaker 21 (02:49:17):
Even right, So we had bricks that was, you know,
posing a threat to our economy. But he I think
he's overcome that.

Speaker 3 (02:49:27):
So it's bricks.

Speaker 21 (02:49:28):
Bricks that was with Saudi Arabia, India. I'm gonna forget
the name. But they were forming their own colonies.

Speaker 3 (02:49:36):
Oh yeah, right, Okay, I don't I don't recognize that
because they've all given that up. I think.

Speaker 21 (02:49:41):
Yeah, for the most uh.

Speaker 3 (02:49:42):
And even India is in such India is probably in
a panic by now because they haven't done anything and
they're about to do it. So I think I think
he's won that battle.

Speaker 21 (02:49:52):
I think most I think he has won that battle and.

Speaker 3 (02:49:55):
Won it and it's fair and it's fair to America
and never has been. Let's see him take over Canada
and maybe by Greenland. Yeah maybe I wouldn't object, would you?

Speaker 21 (02:50:08):
Absolutely not? But you know who I give a f to?

Speaker 3 (02:50:11):
Okay? Who us? Yeah?

Speaker 21 (02:50:14):
Okay, going back to the municipal elections go ahead again.
It's just we have such a low voter turnout and
so you know, you're seeing the left is trying to
infiltrate our rule communities. Seventy percent of Phelps County voted
for Trump. So what does that tell you? Do you
think that we're liberal or conservative overall? You would say conservative, right,

(02:50:38):
But the liberals will host these town halls. They had
this No King's protest or they brought a bunch of
people in from out of town to make it look
like you know that they're gaining on us. Well, they're
not even at fifty percent, So I get I give
us an f for not doing our part to show
up in April or to petition our legislation to move

(02:51:01):
our municipal elections to November.

Speaker 3 (02:51:03):
Okay, yeah, where.

Speaker 21 (02:51:05):
There's generally a more conservative turnout for that election, or
just a better turnout in general.

Speaker 3 (02:51:11):
Sure I would agree with that.

Speaker 21 (02:51:12):
Yeah, and our and our school board too. Let's not
forget about our school board as well.

Speaker 3 (02:51:18):
Well yeah, no, so you're you're you're in the nuts
and bolts of local elections and local municipal people that
are supposed to be doing a job that that the
federal government may or may not approve of. And and

(02:51:42):
people uh in these areas are truly a little bit
angst to go in and and vote for some reason.
And I don't get it, because it's so.

Speaker 21 (02:51:54):
Important, it is so important, And I think part of
the reason is that it's hard to campaign against or
vote against the person you're going to bump into at Walmart.
You know, I love Donald Trump. I voted for him
three times. So far, I've not ever encountered him. You know,

(02:52:16):
I'm probably not likely to unless he wants me to.
I mean, I'll go up tomorrow if I want to call,
but school board members, I'm going to bump into them
at Walmart. I'm going to bump into them at McDonald's.
So I think it's easier for people to to ignore it, yeah,
than to address it, because it becomes a little It

(02:52:36):
can doesn't have to, but it can become a little
confrontational at times.

Speaker 3 (02:52:41):
Well, Mayhew and Hardwick, Yes, we took a vacation so
to speak, in Saint Louis. And yeah, she won't call
it a vacation, but I thought it was kind of
cool anyways, And so they had they had threatened to

(02:53:01):
take over this show, so I said, fine, let's do
it on the fourth of July. And they're against each other,
they're running against each other for Senate, Yes, And they
ran the show along with JP over here, and we
were absent. I tried. I tried to call in the show.
I couldn't get the I couldn't figure it out. I

(02:53:21):
tried to send a message.

Speaker 21 (02:53:22):
I'll tell you. That was the same day as the
Freedom Parade, and Tara Peters and Benny Cook, two of
our excellent representatives in that, we all met for lunch
at the Tator Patch after they did that show. They
met us there. Oh yeah, yeah, So they're good guys,
even though they're running against each other.

Speaker 3 (02:53:39):
They have they're both they're both a lot of fun.

Speaker 21 (02:53:41):
They're both a lot of fun. Good you know, a
lot of integrity. Goods started. So yeah, it was fun. Yeah,
they were bragging about being on your show. I forgot
it was a Friday. To me, it felt like a Saturday.
I like, what are you doing on winebomb show? And
they had a lot of fun.

Speaker 3 (02:53:55):
Yeah. I was wondering how that would work out, if
they would get get into a squabble or anything like that.
That they did, they get lunched.

Speaker 21 (02:54:01):
No, No, they're good guy.

Speaker 3 (02:54:02):
Yeah, he says. He says he kept them, He kept
them from killing each other.

Speaker 21 (02:54:06):
Do yeah, crack that whip. Put a chair in between.

Speaker 3 (02:54:09):
Him, cracked the whip that he's taking the phrase that.

Speaker 21 (02:54:13):
So yeah, I'll wrap up my spiel on municipal actions
because I know you have some other topics you want
to talk about. But the Republican Committee, the Republican Central
Committee here in Rawala, which covers all of Phelps County,
we have a subcommittee called the Republican Initiatives and Action Meeting,
and that's open to the community, and that's at five

(02:54:35):
point thirty the first Thursday of every month at the
Eugene Northern Community Center's right before our Central Committee meetings.
Anyone is welcome to attend, and then if they chose
to stay for the Central Committee meeting, they could do
so for sure. Right now, we're working on our annual
picnic at Lions Club Park. That's going to be September
the fourth at five pm, and we have it every year,

(02:54:59):
and we're to bring back the fun. You know a
lot of the things that we discussed, it's it's heavy
and you know it can get contentious. We want we
want to bring some fun. We want to remind people
that know we're fun and we're family friendly in a
real way and that there's not going to be any
drag queens. But we will have some musicians, We've got

(02:55:23):
some activities for the kids, so bring your kids out.
Meet your local electeds. So if you want to know
more about municipal elections, I will be there. Some of
our municipal candidates and electeds will be there, Our local
county electeds will be there, our state electeds will be there.
So it's we're bringing in some some community involvement for

(02:55:49):
what's considered mostly conservative causes, Missouri Right to Life will
be there. We have another pro life organization that will
be there cosa who the Republican Women's Support will be there.
So just find out what's going on in the community
that you, as a conservative can support.

Speaker 3 (02:56:08):
What about voting early? Should we all be voting early?
Because I talked a lot about that on the show.
Get your butts out there and vote early before they
get a chance to run us off and disappoint a
bunch of people saying, oh, they're already so far ahead,
you know, No, don't let that happen to us anymore.

(02:56:31):
We got to vote when we can. As soon as
they open that door. You'll be the first one in
there or the second. But get there and vote right now.
And we did. I talked a lot about that JJ Bradshaw,
he's a guest on the show, and he says, oh, yeah,
I'm voting early, and he did. And I don't know,

(02:56:52):
I think that might have had some effect. I would
stress that the moment you get a chance to vote,
you do it right now.

Speaker 21 (02:57:00):
It's so easy.

Speaker 4 (02:57:01):
In Yeah, that was a big thing for the national election.

Speaker 21 (02:57:05):
Right yeah, absolutely, yeah, absolutely, And it was so easy.
Conservatives really resisted. Republicans resisted that for a long time.
I think I think it's our you know, we feel
it's our patriotic duty to get up on election day,
stand in that line, cast your ballot. And I still
agree with that. I still think ideally that's the way

(02:57:25):
to do it. However, we have seen how voting early
can turn the tide of an election, and I've done
it since then because I serve as an election judge
most years, so I go and I vote early, and
it's so easy, so easy, and so the Conservatives have
really come around, have really embraced it, and like Lisa
said it, it seemed to make a difference for the

(02:57:47):
national elections.

Speaker 3 (02:57:48):
Okay, other than Dave Waynebaum show, where can people find you?

Speaker 7 (02:57:53):
Call you?

Speaker 3 (02:57:54):
Uh?

Speaker 21 (02:57:55):
Well, I sent some information to Jay. You can always
find me at the committee we have. I support a
common sense education Packay, that's how you can support these
municipal candidate candidates, our school board candidates to stop the
invasion of you know, socialists into our rural community.

Speaker 3 (02:58:16):
So I think we got yes, we got we have
stuff there.

Speaker 21 (02:58:20):
Yeah yeah, check that out.

Speaker 3 (02:58:21):
Got it.

Speaker 21 (02:58:22):
If you're inclined to throw, you know, throw some money
behind some of these conservative candidates to keep us red
and rule you know in our rural areas, feel free
to do so.

Speaker 3 (02:58:30):
Well, thanks for being a guest on the first time
guest on this show. Maybe we'll have you back and
stay in touch.

Speaker 21 (02:58:37):
Absolutely, I appreciate.

Speaker 3 (02:58:39):
It, all right, thanks, Okay, Well, we got fifty seconds
to go, and I thought the show went went pretty
Darren good for being on a Thursday, and I think
I think we got a good good amount of people listening.
And uh, we'll probably play this back maybe Monday or

(02:59:01):
so wolves Monday or Tuesday, and we're going to see
a lot of stuff on YouTube and from this show
and from all the shorts my Sun does after this, and.

Speaker 15 (02:59:13):
Of course next Friday, August fifteenth, back at the regular time,
Yes Central time.

Speaker 3 (02:59:18):
Yes we're not we're gonna chain you to the to
that chair. Thank you so much for listening to the
show and being being constant and there for us. We'll
be back for next week.
