and promoting it are legal in the First Amendment. Just

This has been another one of those weeks where the
Trump administration is drowning us in stuff. It comes up
faster than I can read it, and I can read
pretty darn fast. So let's just hit the high points. Okay,
start off with Biden and Doge. You know, Elon Musk
just walked away from Doze as was intended to happen,

and he's left some wonder kids in his wake. These
are pretty sharp folks. They don't have the recognition that
he does, but really pretty good well things that they
have uncovered. Let's start with ninety three billion billion, yeah
nine zero's billion in laundered money to questionable enterprises through

a loan program and the Department of Energy. Now, these
guys have got their fingers in everything.

At one time, DOE was sacrisanct. It was a political
of course, Obama and what Doe? Department of Energy. These
are the guys that controlled the nuclear reactors. These are
the guys that take a look at refineries. These was
a fairly benign operation like the FAA was.

Ninety three billion dollars of your tax money went to
questionable stuff.

Some of these loans went to enterprises that had no
demonstrable business plan, no numbers on financial solvency. In one case,
Stacy Abrams, the EPA gave Stacy Abrams two billion dollar
federal grant for a company that showed an income of

one hundred dollars one hundred dollars in revenue, and we're
going to give these folks two billion dollars. There was
a billion dollars for a survey in usage of the
National Parks. Dave, if you and I were going to
run a survey, we give the park rangers a little

pad of questions, and the folks that walked through the gates,
would you please answer this and hand it back to me?
Two two billion dollars.

her very hard to get it. This is stuff that
was obvious. It was laying out there, and uh, now

the question is what are we going to do about it?

Going to be investigate the question about all of this? Yes,
it is the Trump administration. We're all seeing this stuff
that's going, but it takes time to get out. As
Cash was saying, you know, you have to take out
the stuff that's classified and yet got to be real
careful about and all that stuff.

And I'm Bodi's saying the same thing. I understand it.

I don't think a lot of the American people understand
it because they're getting a little frustrated. Why aren't we
getting this now? And I get it, and you get it,
but be patient. You'll have enough time to yell and
scream if this does not come to a proper conclusion.

According to all the voters of Donald J.

Trump, we have been conditioned to have immediate gratification, right.
You don't get that through government. You don't get that
through the judicial system. Although I got to say, Donald
Trump's judicial system has been moving faster than I've seen
it move in fifty or sixty years.

What judicial system, Well, what's left of ours?

Speaker 10 (14:56):
He is moving appeals through faster than anyone I've ever seen.
They are emergency appeals.

Speaker 7 (15:02):
What are these appeals for? Why? Why does he have
to have an appeal? Judicial overreach? You've judicial overreach federal.

Speaker 6 (15:09):
We got a huge problem with our judges. They don't
understand the Constitution.

Speaker 10 (15:15):
Well they ignore the Constitution.

Speaker 7 (15:17):
No they don't. I know they read it in law school. Yeah, right,
But then no, they actually think they're right.

Well that matters not at all, because it's up to
the next court above them to decide if they're right
or not. Here's the way the Democrats do this, and
this is right out of Salolensky's book, I mean straight
out of it. What you do is redefine things, and
then you push the limits as far as you can,
knowing that it's going to be overturned later up up

the judicial ladder. But by the time that happens, this
grinds along very slowly, the damage has already been done.
You've got people that are used to the new normal,
and when you overturn the new normal, people say, well,
gee is that all about?

Well, but but it's so serious that when you bring
back somebody who's a known murderer, rapist, child's trafficker, woman's trafficker,
you are risking this happening again and again and again,
instead of getting the hell out of our country and
setting them to El salvad or wherever.

Isn't it amazing they let me back in this country.

I'm you know, I've had my questions about you. No, yeah, rightfully,
so there we go.

Yeah, I'm afraid our federal district courts have gotten way
way over the tips of their skis. And the question
now becomes, we know the supremes are going to look
at this. The question is which case are they going
to look at that's going to be most relevant. I
think they're sitting back and waiting watching stuff flow in,

and at some part Robert says, that's the one, right there,
that's the one we need to take a look at.

Well, they might get real busy when they start to
the one six. Uh, if they if they ever get
to that, when they when they and we're gonna we're
gonna be talking a lot about that today. I got
the lawyers involved in Yeah, and I've got the the uh,
the guy.

Jeff sinks son Ryan, he's involved in it. And this
is big stuff.

You mentioned the autopen in your mind. Now the question
is going to come up and it's going to have
to be settled into judiciary.

I personally suspect it was Joe Biden's chief of staff
and a cabal of other communists.

Is that legal?

Does that mean that all those January sixth pardons, if
they were signed by an autop.

Every single part valid. Are they valid?

The courts are going to have to decide that.

But in the court of public opinion at least, they
don't have.

They do not have the power to do what a
president does with a pardon.

Right wrong and our president was probably incapacitated, right. There's
going to have to be testimony on that in the Congress.

All that's interesting too, because you know he's been asked
to talk too, and usually presidents just write it off
and saying I'm not going anywhere.

I'm I don't have to testify. He might want to. Actually,
the Joe Biden might want to. Her report has shown him.
The audio of her report has show him to be
a doddering old man who's not in control of his faculties.
He's probably incontinent. I doubt that the man can find

the bathroom without someone holding his hand. This is the
commander in chief and the guy that holds the nuclear codes.
Now why was that covered up? We have the youth,
of course it was covered up.

We have an amendment to the Constitution that says if
the president's cabinet thinks him to be unfit for office,
they can kick him out, and they have the twenty
fifth twenty fifth Amendment.

The point is, the mechanism exists to kick an unsuitable
president out, but you have to have an honest Congress
to do that, and you have to have an honest cabinet.

We had neither.

If you recall the Congress under Nancy Pelosi, the House
of Representatives was this corrupt. If you look up corrupt
in the dictionary, her pictures out there, okay, in the side.
It was so corrupt and so in lockstep. There was
not a chance in the world to invoke the twenty
fifth Amendment, not a chance. They tried it on Trump
and Trump did nothing. And here you've got a guy

that can barely find the men's room, that's what that
amendment was written for. And you've got a cabinet and
a Congress and.

A lot of people who knew about it.

That everybody knew about it, All of us suspected.

you know, it was watching that debate. The debate is
what really come out. He was totally mystifying in terms
of what the hell he was saying. And in fact,
when Trump, when it was Trump's turn, he says, I

And now just to say that this is not just
Then when they had the Senate hearing over Thomas Thomas,
they asked him later, what did you think of Joe Biden?

word he was saying. And so he's the same guy,
only maybe a little bit more uh unimpressible on his
way of talking than he was before.

Trump in the media versus Biden in the media. Trump
has made media appearances one hundred and eleven days out
of one hundred and thirty eight, almost every day. And
this is not in front of one reporter. This is
in front of all their host of.

I wonder if they live in the White House, Well
they must.

And the guy is willing to add hoc questions and
answers right off the top of his head.

It's a discussion.

Look at this.

Compared to Joe Biden, where all of the questions were transcripted.
His answers were all read off a teleprompter. These were
the White House press corps insiders were the only ones
allowed to ask him any questions. And did he do
any public appearances?

You know, he didn't do any official appearance, not any
speak of, not a damn thing, you know, So he
kind of would walk off when he was done. He
was done.

Speaker 10 (22:20):
He was walking away, walking off the stage, off the
wrong side of the stage. And these things are scripted.
That teleprompter says turn right, walk off stage. He turns
lefts falls down the stairs and go. You can't even
read a teleprompter. Well, okay, back to Trump. That one
hundred and eleven out one hundred and thirty eight days,
that's eighty percent, Yeah, eighty percent of the time. This

guy is available to the media, and not just the
White House Press Corps insiders. He's booted the AP out
because they are such a left wing organization. Now you
got outfits like Newsmax and Breitbart and the others that
we all read are actually allowed to ask him questions,
and they asked him pointed questions and he gives them

pointed answers. This kind of transparency we never saw during Obama.
Obama was always polished, and a lot of times he
didn't answer the script script, of course, scripted. Then we
got Biden. Now in the middle, we could have had
could have had Hillary Clinton. Thank god we didn't. Thank

god she was the worst candidate in the world. Thank
god she did not win that election. Although it was
rigged in her favor.

Oh she was shocked. It just killed her.

What a shame she didn't die as a result, but

fewest appearances in modern history of a president in front

thousand and nine questions in his first month in office.

Month without knowing what the questions were going to do.
You know what, they're unscripted and unscripted replies.

This is seven times what this is in the same
time period in his presidency. So there's the comparison between
the two. We've got a president here now who is
very much alive, there's very much run in this country,
as opposed to a doddering old guy that spent a
lot of time in the base.

It goes beyond this country right now. He's close to running.

The world, isn't it cool? Yeah, it's so cool.

I mean I'm thinking, all right, you know, maybe this guy, well,
you know, maybe he's going to get old and Dottie, like,
what's his name?

But you know, I'd like to see him in twenty
eight if he continues this course, it's going to be
why not?

He's groom and JD vance for that and I think
a very good chase. I take eight years of him
after Trump?

Yeah, I would too. But how many of these guys?
How about Pence? Didn't you like pens at the beginning?
Wasn't he a good guy at the beginning? I thought
he was a good guy. He but you never know.

and Pence said I will not stop this. Yeah, he
could have better, what the courts do? You better and
say let's hold this into bands until we can look

I mean, how many out there believe that the twenty
twenty elections were stolen?

shine enough light on this that there were thousands of
people looking at this election.

running the campaign did a great job.

The point there is, though, it is very difficult to
steal an election, or in the case this would have
been fraud, this would have been criminal. It's really hard
to do that when somebody's shining a spotlight on you.
You really can't sneak around in the dark. You really
can't sneak all these ballots into a ballot box out
on some street corner when there's people standing there on

So what he did was make it so difficult for
these people to cheat. And the other side of that
coin is he made himself popular enough that, even if
they were capable of cheating, he outran him in the

I applaud that anytime somebody screws the Democrat Party. I
am thrilled to death about that. It's as it should be.
It is the natural way of things. Let's screw a

and thinking this is a good idea that everybody is
going to be voting for this.

this case here, uh has a lot of merit.

And the other thing too, is is that Brian rejecting
the pardon was the only j sixer that at the
appellate court was accepted and and they ruled on it.

The rest of them they had accepted the pardon.

court kicked it out and said, well, your your partner's
no need to do that. Well, we saw the writing

back to jail. But they couldn't put him back in
jail because he had a case pending.

Before the court. So they had to wait for the ruling,
and they ruled in his favor.

And then when it was sent back to Judge Boseburg
to make uh to correct.
