(00:21):
Using free speech to free minds. You are listening to the David Night Show.
(00:48):
As the clock strikes thirteen, it'sMonday, the twenty ninth of January.
Hee're of our Lord, twenty twentyfour. Well, on Friday,
we began with an ultimatum that wascoming from a Joe Biden. I've talked
about the difficult political position that hewas in. I also talked about the
danger of a people getting caught inthis political back and forth machinery, this
(01:15):
game that's going back and forth. And now we've got a group calling itself
the Army of God, which isnot an army and it's not of God,
but they may get caught into thesepolitical maneuverings. And I understand that
what is going on on the borderis not a solution from either side.
There is some hope that there willbe an awakening of people that these politicians
(01:37):
have reflected or understand what the peopleare looking for, and that is to
start moving away from Washington. We'regoing to talk about that when we come
back stay with us or was itgoing to be Joe Biden? Yes,
(02:15):
it was high noon on Friday, and that was the deadline that Biden gave
high noon, and when nothing happened, I said, wait a minute,
which time zone is this Central timezone or Eastern time zone? Yeah,
and that's what people were saying.Uh. Biden has now shown himself to
be a craven coward once again.Once again. Now he doesn't really have
(02:38):
any political moves to make. Quitefrankly, even if he were to take
control of the National Guard, whichis standing there, uh and putting up
fences and keeping the border patrol away. Even if you were to do that,
you would have to do that inthe context of an emergency. Oh
wait a minute, that's the reasonthat the National Guard is there. And
(03:00):
so you've got a lot of people. So they said on Friday there was
already another twenty five states. We'regoing to take a look at the political
aspects of this, because folks, this is very political. As I said
last week, we're talking about onecity, one small part of a city
two and a half miles that isbeing fought over. The rest of the
(03:23):
Texas border still largely wide open,Arizona, New Mexico, California, all
that's still wide open. And asall of this is going back and forth,
and the Conservatives are beating their chestabout how Greg Abbott and these Republican
(03:44):
governors who've been content to do nothinguntil we get to the election cycle,
beating their chests about how they've ownedthe Libs. Guess what, nothing has
changed. We're still getting record numberof people coming in from all over the
world. As I pointed out lastweek, the one guy says, do
you know who I am? Soon? You will know who I am?
Right? Who looks like a MiddleEastern terrorist leader that they somebody pulled up
(04:11):
a picture of him. He looksvery much like the guy who knows Soon
we will know who he is.He's going to do something, but Biden's
not going to do anything. Andquite frankly, these Republican governors are doing
nothing either except virtue singling. It'sexactly what you see happening with Jim Jordan
in the in Congress. Whenever somethinghappens, well, we're going to have
a hearing on that, and youknow, adjust your TV schedule to watch
(04:33):
my hearings on this. But hewon't do a thing about it. And
so Biden says that Texas has tothe end of the day to remove the
razor wire last week or else.Friendliger bags zuggits and doorbulets, as a
babelin Bee says. In other words, he just kind of mumbles off.
(04:54):
This has gutten out of hand, folks, said Biden. Governor Texas has
defied the gribble garg of wahlbrother.I'm giving Greg Abbott until sundown today to
remove this or else. Not ajoke, he says, Yeah, well,
you know it's it's on his imaginationwith corn Pop the show now at
(05:15):
Gornpop. And again nothing happened. And then when people followed up and said,
you know what, so what areyou going to do about this?
Well, we've talked about a fewoptions, but we haven't decided what we're
going to do. Yeah, sowhat was this about? A deadline at
high noon on Friday, still notcertain what times on, but I think
by now we have it now threedays later, so that is we can
(05:36):
say that that is now safely passed. So when they you've got democrats like
Joaquin Castro, who was his motherwas part of the radical Marxist racist organization
called Larraza Lamarx lamarx at Larraza. You know. But anyway, the administration
(06:00):
considering federalizing the Texas National Guard.A reporter asked, well, Kirby said,
We've talked about this the other day, and of course they're asking him
because he's the National security advisor. We talked about that this is the other
day. But I don't have anydecisions to speak to for the president.
I don't have anything on that.Still no word about what they're going to
do about that or not. Andso Joquin Castro says, and he's in
(06:27):
Texas. He says, Governor GregAbbott's using the Texas National Guard to obstruct
him to create chaos at the border. That's projection. It's not chaos if
these people are building a barrier tostop an invasion. The problem is that
it's all just it's all just visualsand virtue signally. It's like what Greg
(06:48):
Abbott has done in the past,as I mentioned, you take about a
dozen highway patrol and you know, line the cars up in a row and
take a photo op of it,say that I'm done. Or even the
transportation of people to cities like NewYork and Chicago where they say, well,
we're sanctuary cities and we want everybodyto come here. It's okay,
(07:10):
I'll help you with that. Well, you know when he does that,
he quote unquote owns the Libs. But what is a net result of that?
Did that stop people from coming inor did it is just another welfare
benefit. Hey, you want toget to New York, will help you.
We'll give you a plane flight ora bus ticket or whatever. So
maybe they'll go through Texas instead ofgoing through Arizona or New Mexico or California
(07:33):
because they're going to get a freeticket. So none of the stuff that
they've done makes any sense. Andagain, the welfare magnet remains. And
so if Abbott is defying, yesterdaySupreme Court ruling says Castro Biden needs to
establish soule federal control to the TexasNational Guard now, he said, because
(07:58):
you know, otherwise chaos. Well, that's exactly what he wanted to do.
Have it declared that Texas is currentlyunder an invasion. Invoked the state's
constitutional right to defend and protect itself. As I said last week, polls
say that sixty five percent of Americansbelieve this is an invasion, fifty five
percent of Democrats. There's only notany question about that. The authority,
(08:22):
that authority, he said, thestate's constitutional right to defend and protect itself.
That authority is the supreme law ofthe land. The Constitution supersedes any
federal statutes. To the contrary, the Texas National Guard, the Texas Department
of Public Safety, and other Texaspersonnel are acting on that authority as well
as state law to secure the Texasborder. And so, as they say,
(08:45):
Biden is within his power to federalizethe National Guard under Title ten.
But the problem for him is againthat it has to be an emergency for
him to do that. Now,they do point to statutory it should be.
They do point to Eisenhower's use innineteen fifty seven when you had the
Arkansas governor call out the state NationalGuard to stop the integration of a school.
(09:13):
So that was the National Guard endof the governor's command. And then
Eisenhower takes over the Guard and doesjust the opposite, uses the Guard to
not stop integration, but to facilitateit. And so the question was did
he do that under federal authority withan emergency. I don't know if you
(09:33):
could say that was an emergency ornot. Currently, Texas National Guard troops
are operating under Title thirty two, which means that they fall under the command
of the governor as commander in chief. But even Newsweek says quotes Air Force
General Robert Spaulding, who sat onX Title ten can only supersede Title thirty
(09:56):
two in a national emergency, andthat was not the case though with Eisenhower.
So again it depends. People havedifferent opinions and some people debate it
while other people act. And soTitle ten is the president taking control.
It can only supersede Title thirty twowhere the National Guard is under the governor
(10:22):
in a national emergency. In thiscase, he said, Biden would have
to activate the Texas National Guard toguard the border. Otherwise it's an unlawful
order. So again it's really they'vegot Biden over a barrel politically. But
is anything being done about the bordercrisis. No, don't get distracted by
(10:43):
the smoke and mirrors. Don't getdistracted by the politics of all of this,
because again, the reality has notchanged. Jonathan Hulahan Constitutional law national
security expert. So, if theTexas National Guard federalized under Title ten for
the sole purpose of pulling them offthe Texas border and out of the chain
(11:05):
of command of the commander in chiefof the Texas Military Governor Abbott, who
invoked his constitutional authority to defend theTexas border. The founders would have envisioned
this as a crime and a misdemeanorand an impeachable offense. So he escalates
it, he says, not onlywould does he have this, He's caught
(11:28):
between this rock and a hard place. That are going to take over the
National Guard. It's got to bean emergency. And what they're doing is
they're responding to an emergency. Youwould be taking them over to stop them
from responding to an emergency. Sothis would be an impeachable offense. I
think they've won politically. Texas AttorneyGeneral Ken Paxton also noted that the president
(11:52):
must first declare national emergency. Hesays, that goes to the whole question,
why would he then be declaring anemergency? Obviously we have one,
right and now he's admitting it.And so you know, fifty five percent
Democrats, sixty five percent of thecountry understand this is an emergency. It's
not a good thing for anybody. It's not a good thing for the immigrants
(12:13):
who are coming through, the migrantsor illegal aliens, whatever you want.
It becomes a political issue for himand it becomes a real problem for him
politically, said Kem Paxton. Anotherprofessor jumped in on this. This is
a New York University lecturer on constitutionallaw. He dismissed Abbott's suggestions Professor Peter
(12:35):
Shane that he can have supreme authorityin Texas after declaring that the state is
under invasion from people crossing the borderillegally. He says, this is nonsense.
Governors have no power to declare anythingunder the US Constitution. Where was
this constitutional law expert Professor Peter Shanein twenty twenty. You do understand,
of course, that the responsibility lieswith Trump in his exis executive emergency order
(13:01):
right, the executive order of anemergency that March the thirteenth. But again,
prior to that, we had thepharmaceutical executive that Trump put in charge
of Health and Human Services had declareda pandemic emergency in the end of January.
The importance of what Trump did wasto release money. Governors declare emergencies
(13:26):
all the time in order to releasefunds to an area that's been hit by
a storm or something, and thepresidents do the same thing as well,
to release federal money for those sametypes of incidents, and then we had
the pandemic so called, and youhad Trump release the money. And then
(13:48):
the governors are the ones who declaredthe emergency to activate the laws that were
put into place and based on themodel State Health Emergency Powers Act model that
was sent to all the governors backin December of two thousand and one,
two months after the Anthrax false flagattack, one month one week after nine
(14:09):
to eleven, which was two monthsafter Dark Winter, where they practice all
this stuff for the first time andthen repeatedly did it every year. And
so they had laid this all outas a way to get around the Tenth
Amendment, as a way to getaround the governor or the president ordering everybody
to do this. Trump released themoney, and the governors released the executive
(14:33):
orders and started ordering people around. That's how this works. That's why Trump
is the essential ingredient in it.It's why he brags about what he did.
And so this guy, this professorPeter Shane, if you go to
New York University and you're taking hisclass, I would demand my money back.
This guy doesn't even know what currentevents are, let alone what the
Constitution says. Yeah, the Democratand GOP governors unleashed them medical martial law
(15:01):
because Trump unleashed the money for themwith that executive order, and they did
lockdowns, travel restrictions, and maskmandates, all the rest of this stuff,
all of it predicated on that. Now, DeSantis had an interesting thing
to say as well. He said, if you're worried about the National Guard
being co opted by Biden, thenhe says, what we did in Florida
(15:28):
was we created a Florida State Guard, not a National Guard. Now,
he said, they did it duringthe pandemic to help these National Guard troops
avoid the Biden vaccine mandate. Thatwas smart. And even whether or not
you need to have these again,if you know, Biden is in the
(15:50):
strange situation where for him to takeover the troops, he supposedly needs to
declare an emergency. But again wesaw with Eisenhower that wasn't necessary. And
we also are in a time whenreality has been thrown out the window.
Constitution's been defenestrated and so has reallife, and so anything can happen.
(16:11):
But to take away that ability,I think de Santis had a great idea.
You know, DeSantis, even thoughI disagreed with him on several issues,
especially the hate speech thing that hedid. He was a real problem
solver and he took decisive action. That's unlike most governors, most Republican governors,
(16:36):
Democrats do that take the initiative allthe time. Democrat governors. You
don't typically see Republican governors do it. They're just I don't want to do
what those guys are doing. Let'sjust leave everything alone. I'll just sit
here. You know, we're theratchet where the backstop. The Democrats move
us in their direction, and thenwe say no further this time. Not
at this point, We're not goingto do anymore. We're not going to
(16:56):
raise the minimum wage anymore than it'salready at or whatever. It's just a
simple example of it. But theydo that with everything. Desanta's, on
the other hand, would go theother way, and he would come up
with different approaches to go the otherway. And so this Florida State Guard
is a good idea. It wasa good idea to protect these people from
the Biden vaccine mandates, and it'sa good idea to get the National Guard
(17:25):
troops away from any pretense of federalcontrol that could be enacted. So he
said, why the State Guard wasreestablished in twenty twenty two was primarily to
combat the federal government's coronavirus vaccine mandateson federal troops. Desanta said, so
we did the State Guard partially forthat, but then for partially it's just
(17:47):
you control your own destiny with astate Guard. I mean, the federal
government will grab our National guardsmen andthey'll send them all over the world and
some of these missions, yeah, send them to the foreign wars. So
why should we just have people whoget plucked out of here to be doing
whatever these guys in Washington want.If these are people serving the state,
then we want to be able tohave control over that. And see,
(18:08):
here's the important thing that could comeout of this. I don't think they're
going to fix the border. Imean, when you look at what is
going on, and we'll take alook at this in a moment, what
is going on in Washington between theSenate and between the Speaker of the House
and Trump getting involved. They don'twant to solve this problem. They want
this problem to continue through the electionbecause that's how they win. That's how
(18:30):
they won in the past. Andwe see this over and over again with
Republicans. They want to keep guncontrol there. They don't really want to
solve it. When you look atabortion, for example, the Supreme Court
finally got it right, said thisis not something the federal government has any
authority to define. This is somethingshould be done at the state levels.
Well, then you start to havethese pro life organizations and immediately all of
(18:51):
the national Republican politicians, senators, congressmen, and especially the presidential candidates,
all of them said, oh,we've got to have a law in Washington.
There ought to be a law. There ought to be a federal law.
Let's federalize this again. And that'sa losing tactic except if you are
(19:15):
a federal candidate. Accept if youare an organization that makes money off of
the pro life issue. So ifyour goal is to have a perpetual wedge
issue that you can make money offof, well then that makes sense for
these people to try to refederalize it. But if your concerned is to make
sure that you protect life, itdoesn't make any sense because, as I've
(19:38):
said before, if you have afederal law that prohibits abortion at fifteen weeks,
which is what they've talked about guesswhat New York, California, You're
going to nullify that. They're goingto pay no attention to it. But
then when the Democrats get in andthey say, well, it was fifteen
weeks, we're going to make itfull term or beyond. And the Republicans
(20:02):
will all fall in line, won'tthey. We have seen that over and
over again. They're not going tonullify it. They're not going to say,
well, not here, not here, We're going to make it more
restrictive. Oh no, you haveto do what Washington says. Typically.
So that's what's important about this,And I think this is really a leadership
issue that's coming from the Republican governors. I think that they are reading the
(20:25):
entrails, if you will, orusing the analytics on social media to follow
the crowd. I think they realizethat people want them to stand up to
the federal government to nullify, tosay you're not going to commandeer us,
right, the non commandeering principle that'sbeen supported by multiple Supreme Court decisions,
(20:45):
and of course the Tenth Amendment andnullification issues. Some people call it soft
secession, all of these things, removing power away from Washington. That's what
people want. That's a very popularpolitical position right now, and so they
are. They're talking about that. That's the good thing that could come out
of this, a revival of theunderstanding of the Tenth Amendment as it was
(21:08):
revived in our understanding with the Dobbsdecision overturning Roevy Wade saying, there's certain
things that the federal government doesn't haveauthority for because they were not given to
them expressly, and so anything that'snot given to them expressly remains the power
of the states. In Oklahoma, the governor there, Kevin Stitt, says
(21:32):
states can defy the federal government ifthe Supreme Court gets something wrong. For
years and years I said that aboutRoby Wade. I said the appropriate response
to Roeby Wade was to say, well, you've made your decision, let's
see you enforce it, which iswhat Andrew Jackson said to the Supreme Court
decision. And again it was ahorrible decision. It was about his relocation
(21:52):
of the Cherokee to Oklahoma. Forthis guy as the governor out of the
mountains around here, the Trail often it was horrible what was done.
And the Supreme Court reversed itself. And when first they said you could do
it, then a year later theysaid you can't do it. He said,
well, you've made you, you'veissued your opinion. Let's see you
enforce it. He had the authorityto do it. It wasn't the right
thing, but he had the authorityto do it. It was the right
(22:15):
thing to stand in the gap anddefend innocent life. But the governor of
Texas fifty one years ago and everybodyelse in the interim and all the other
states would not stand up to theSupreme Court and say no. But now
things are different, aren't they. What Because we're in a fourth turning right
now, and everybody is questioning thesecorrupt institutions. They're not willing to just
(22:40):
go along with this corruption. Andso he was on with Jake Tapper,
the governor of Oklahoma was and Tappersaid, what Governor Abbott is doing and
what you and the other governors whohave written this letter supporting is defined the
US Supreme Court. And I wonderif you have any concerns that this opens
the door for let's say, Democratgovernors to defy US Supreme Court decisions with
(23:03):
which they disagree. Uh, newsflash, this is Jake Tapper who does the
news. Where Where's Jake Tapper beenfor the last couple of decades when Democrat
governors have been nullifying the War ondrugs in terms of marijuana? Where's he
been? Jake? Didn't you getthat memo about that? You miss?
(23:25):
Do you miss all that stuff thathappened? Anyway? He says, uh,
with the things that they disagree, let's say, on gun rights,
because they think that it's in theinterest of the public safety, even if
the Supreme Court says what they wantto do is unconstitutional. The governor state
of Oklahoma said, well, weall agreed that the Constitution is the supreme
(23:48):
law of the land. And ifthe Supreme Court gets something wrong, for
example, if they try to banand say that we didn't have a Second
Amendment right to bear arms, Ithink the Constitution supersedes somebody in Washington in
DC telling us that, you know, and so I think Governor Abbott did
a really good job of laying outand declared an invasion based on Article one
of the Constitution, the states havea right to defend themselves. The states
(24:14):
created the federal government, said thegovernor of Oklahoma. The federal government did
not create the states. And ifwe accept that, if we accept federal
supremacy in all things, remember thesupremacy clause says, pursue it to the
Constitution. If the federal government isdoing something for which they have been given
(24:37):
expressly given the authority to do something, well that's a different matter, isn't
it. Then that's constitutional authority andeverybody can see that. But if the
government is getting itself involved in away that they have taken over an area
of our life and now they're issuingorders that should be nullified, or if
(24:59):
they're not secuting, what is theirresponsibility, in other words, protecting the
borders. You know, nobody isreally talking about DACA, right. DACA
was an Obama administration executive order sayingwe're going to defer action on childhood arrivals.
We're not going to force the law. In other words, Well,
you swore to uphold the law aswell as a constitution, So that should
(25:25):
have been a no brainer. AndTrump should have overturned that executive order from
the previous president. But he didn't, and that tells you everything about where
he is in reality on the immigrationissue. All this blustering talk about what
he's going to do on day one. He didn't do it for four years,
and he had the authority to doit for four years, and he's
(25:48):
not going to do anything at allabout it. I guarantee you. So
when you look at getting back tothe Abbott, he've asked to keep building
the border barrier even if Biden freezesthe Texas National Guard. He said it
would be a bone headed move, and he said it would shock him.
But you know, hey, Bidenhas done a lot of shocking, boneheaded
(26:11):
moves, no doubt about that.So Tucker Carlson had Greg aboinon and he
asked me Abbot if he had spokenwith a Biden administration about what appears to
be an imminent collision. Habit saidhe had not, but he noted that
he had discussed the border with Bidenin the past and has sent a number
(26:32):
of unreturned letters. Maybe you shouldsend him a letter where he's got a
sign for you know, they havethat thing at the post office. He
said. I met him on thetarmac and l pass and I talked to
him directly about what was going on. I handed him a letter that had
in immediate solutions that he could take. They would immediately secure the border without
the need of any new law tobe passed. Despite the fact that I
(26:55):
handed him all together eight different letters, he has refused to ever respond to
a single one of them. Hesaid. My point is, I'm telling
you that we have laid down theprecursor of what's called Article four, section
four the US Constitution to show thatwe have been invaded, and we have
demanded support from the President to safeguardour state, and they have refused to
(27:18):
do so eight times. And thatauthorized me to declare an invasion under Article
one, section ten of the Constitution, and to make sure that Texas is
going to be able to use everytool in our arsenal to defend our state.
He said. I believe, however, that this will all come to
an end on January twentieth of nextyear, because I believe a new president
(27:41):
will be sworn in, a presidentwho will actually enforce the immigration laws of
the entire country and not just theTexas border. What president would that be,
I can't imagine, because the twofront runners are Biden and Trump,
and neither one of them would enforcethe laws and forced the border. They
(28:02):
just ignored it. They punted itto other people. And so in this
back and forth its going on.There is some bill that has come out
of the Senate and nobody knows thedetails yet even members of the Senate don't
know because this is evidently crafted byleadership or something behind closed doors. So
nobody knows the details of it.So we've got rumors. Based on those
(28:23):
rumors. House Speaker Johnson says ifthose are true, and he doesn't know
if they're true. Like I said, even the Senators don't know if it's
true. They haven't voted on theyhaven't seen it. But he says,
if those rumors are true, it'llbe dead on arrival. And at the
same time, you have Trump overthe weekend saying, don't pass it.
(28:45):
It's bad, don't pass it asbad. Well, again, Trump and
Johnson haven't seen the bill. Itmay very well be bad, but they
haven't seen the bill, and itis a political calculation. Cannot pass this.
They want this problem to continue. So I said, nothing is being
done about the actual issue. Nothingis being done about the masses of people
(29:07):
coming in without any means of support. Where are they going to live,
Who are they going to you know, where are they going to go?
Are their terrorists coming. Nothing isbeing done about any of that stuff.
Nothing, And so Johnson says thisis all on Biden. He says,
Biden doesn't need a bipartisan law inorder to shut down the border. So
that's what Biden is saying. Now, remember Trump said, well, I
(29:27):
can't do anything about the border becauseI got to have Congress authorize a wall.
The only thing I know to dois to build a wall, which
would not have worked. Actually it'sit would be a little bit of resistance,
but it's not going As long asyou've got a magnet there, they're
going to keep coming to get ridof the magnet, you know. And
(29:48):
again I'm not a big fan ofwalls because walls keep people in, they
don't just keep people out. Andnow that we've had the lockdown, that's
not an academic idea theory anymore, right, it's a real theory. It's
a real fact. And so Idon't support a wall. But anyway,
(30:10):
the welfare magnet is the issue.I really don't care if people come.
You know, we had a greatfree country in the seventeen hundreds. In
the eighteen hundreds, nobody kept tabson who was coming in or who was
going out. It was a freecountry, and people would come here because
(30:30):
they wanted an opportunity to start overagain. They might come here with nothing
in their pockets but a desire forfreedom. They weren't coming for free stuff.
They weren't coming to live off ofother people. And so if you
stop that, you know, stopthe welfare state, but especially the escalated
welfare state for people who are hereillegally. That's what I keep coming back
(30:53):
to. I'm you know, Ithink that it's a good thing to have
freedom loving people come to your country, people who have been oppressed politically or
economically, looking yearning to be free. These are people we want on our
side because they understand what it's liketo live under tyranny. Going back to
(31:17):
the lady that I interviewed who wrotethe book Mao's America, a Survivor's Warning,
Shi Van Fleet, and we needto have people like that who have
lived under communism and can warn peopleand tell us no, no, no,
I've seen it, and I knowwhat this. This is exactly what
they're moving towards is exactly what Iescape from. We need people like that.
(31:40):
We need people who want to workhard and build and success and enjoy
the fruits of their labor. Weneed entrepreneurs, we need people who work
hard. We don't need a biggerwelfare state. And that's what the Democrats
are trying to do. The cloudand pivot strategy we've talked about forever and
so getting back to the political aspectsof this, Mike Johnson, Speak of
(32:02):
the House, issued a statement onSaturday saying Biden doesn't need passage of a
bipartisan border crackdown being discussed by lawmakersin order to shut down the southern border.
Well, neither did Trump. Trumpdidn't need their permission. If the
wall was a thing that he campaignedon, that was a centerpiece of his
campaign in twenty sixteen for better orWorse. But then he claimed that he
(32:25):
couldn't do a thing about it becausehe had to wait for Congress to give
it to him. That's what Bidenis doing now. Why not It worked
for Trump? You know, Trumpsupporters bought it, hook line and sinker.
Trump and his team never thought aboutthat. Oh, he never said
we'll build a wall if Congress willdo it. That's not what he campaigned
(32:45):
on. He said I'll build awall. He even said I'll get Mexico
to pay for it. What aload of blustering excrement. He had the
authority, and as I said,as soon as he got in offs and
he starts backing off. At thebeginning, remember everybody immigration went way down
because oh, he's going to gettough on this. Then they realized he
(33:07):
was a paper tiger. And atthat point I said, well, you
know, you said you're going toend these wars. In the wars,
bring the troops home, put himon the border as a deterrent if you
can't build a wall, because evenif you got the money, it's going
to take a very long time tobuild that wall. So bring the troops
home in those wars, bring thetroops home, put them on the border,
if that's what you want to do. He wouldn't do any of that.
(33:29):
It was all just political lies, posturing, propaganda, handering to people
for their votes. That's all thewall was from Trump, and that's one
of the reasons why he had toshut down Steve Bannon and Brian Cothology,
you know, because they said, well, we'll build a wall, we'll
do it on private property, giveus money, we'll do what Trump is
(33:50):
not doing. Oh, shut thoseguys down. And so the reality is
is that Biden could fix it.Johnson is exactly right. Biden could fix
it right now. And Biden couldhave fixed it in two thousand and seven,
or Trump could have fixed it intwenty seventeen, twenty eighteen, twenty
nineteen, twenty twenty. He chosenot to do it any of those years.
(34:12):
Biden said in a statement on Fridaythat he would shut down an overwhelm
border if they would just give himwhat he wants out of Congress. You
see how much alike Biden and Trumpare a couple of phony showmen. But
Trump is pressuring Republicans to block thebill so he can continue to exploit the
(34:32):
chaos of the border to attack Bidenin the presidential campaign. And this is
from The Messenger, which is aleft wing publication, a tactic that has
sparked controversy even among Republicans. Butthey're true about that. You know,
Trump even said, blame me.I don't care, blame me, don't
sign that bill, blame me.He wants to keep this going. Trump
(34:57):
took credit for killing the border crackdown speech on Saturday in Las Vegas,
and then complained about the border It'slike Trump took credit for the lockdowns and
the masks and the vaccine and allthe rest of this stuff and then complained
about, Oh, it's just thesemandates that Biden has got out there.
Johnson's statement posting on X appeared tobe an attempt to shift all responsibility for
(35:22):
the border to the executive office, which is where it belongs. Quite frankly,
you see, the Republicans will tellyou the truth when the Democrats are
in office, and vice versa. They'll tell you the truth about their opponent,
but they won't oppose their own guy. And that's why I said when
people said, well, you betterhope that Trump beats Biden in twenty twenty
(35:45):
because Biden's going to give us vaccinemandates, and I said, well,
if Biden gives us vaccine mandates, people will push back on it. You
see, for four years, Trumpkept the border open and the Conservatives didn't
push back on it. And foranother three years Biden kept the order open
and Republicans did nothing about it.Now there's a show of force because it's
(36:06):
an election year, and because it'sBiden in the White House. I guarantee
you that if this was an electionyear and Trump is in the white they
wouldn't be doing a thing about it, nothing about it. So again,
no specifics, but we're going tooppose it. Don't let it pass because
we want to keep this crisis goingfor the election. President Biden falsely claimed
(36:28):
yesterday that he needs Congress to passa new law to allow him to close
the southern border. But he knowsthat's untrue. We'll just take out Biden
and just say the president falsely claimedthat he needs Congress to pass new law
so he can protect the border. That's everything that was happening during the Trump
administration. Anyway, he says, you got to take executive action immediately.
(36:50):
It's not like these guys don't knowhow to do executive orders, is it.
I mean, you know, Bidenhas got executive orders out the wazoo,
and Trump did as well. Theyjust can't seem to figure out how
to do an executive order when itcomes to something that's to our benefit.
He has ample authority to suspend theentry of all aliens, said Johnson.
(37:12):
Speaker Johnson. CNN says that Johnsonis providing a false interpretation of the proposal,
whose details have yet to be released. Well again, nobody knows what
it is. I think he probablyknows what is in there, based on
the grapevine. I'm sure has toldhim. But again, nobody has seen
any of the details. So Trump'snot talking about details, Johnson's not talking
(37:34):
about details, Biden is not talkingabout details. So Biden said in a
statement that has long past time tofix the border, which he said has
been a problem for the last tenyears, which includes is this time that
Trump is in office? He said, well, it also includes the time
that you were in office. Pal. I mean, it's like, yeah,
(37:55):
but what about him? What aboutthat guy? He didn't fix it.
So for three years Biden hasn't fixedit. For four years, Trump
didn't do it, and for threeor four years Obama didn't do anything about
it, and Biden was vice president. But now we need to fix it.
But I need to have the Congressdo something about it. I can't
do anything, Biden said. Thebill would give me as president a new
(38:17):
emergency authority to shut down the border. Wait a minute, Trump and Biden
was shutting everything down in twenty twentyone with one executive order an emergency after
the other around the so called pandemic. This is so phony, and this
is like the pro life people,my body, my choice. Yeah,
where were you in twenty twenty andtwenty twenty one were you saying that?
(38:37):
Then, of course you weren't.So again everything that they don't have any
problem with an executive order for apandemic that doesn't exist. Ah, but
when it comes to something like this, they have got problems with it.
And so now Trump is on theoutside. He's saying, no, don't
(38:58):
pass that bill in Congress, don'tdo anything. And he says, blame
me. As just one example ofthe border bill, the monstrosity that we're
dealing with. Two million illegals crossedthe border every single year in the past,
and now that number is changing tomaybe eight times that amount. We
(39:21):
cannot let this happen to our country. As the leader of our party,
there is zero chance I will supportthis horrible open borders betrayal of America.
It's not going to happen. Inoticed that he doesn't know what's in it
all the way. I noticed alot of the senators, why didn't you
do something when you were president? The senators are trying to say, respectfully,
(39:44):
they're blaming it on me. Isaid that's okay. Please blame it
on me, please, because theywere getting ready to pass a very bad
bill. And I'll tell you whata bad bill is. I'd rather have
no bill than a bad bill.A bad bill you can't have. And
that's what was saying happening in theHouse. As you know, the speaker
who's by the way, I thinkhe's going to prove to be a very
(40:06):
good speaker. Stuff when you havea very small majority, he's going to
kiss my ring. He's been kissinghis ring. Speaker. He just said,
it's dead on arrival in the House. It's dead on arrival. We
want either a strong bill or nobill, and whatever happens happens. Okay,
well, let's talk about a badbill. Bad Bill Casey. Actually
he went by wild Bill Casey. He was one of the key guys in
(40:30):
the OSS that turned into the CIA. He was a key guy at the
CIA as well. It became RonaldReagan's campaign manager. You remember that,
Remember this Iran contra thing, howthat all came about. It eventually came
out that when Ronald Reagan was campaigningfor president, after Iran had taken these
people hostage. And again, we'lljust pick the story up at that point,
(40:51):
we won't to talk about what happenedwith the CIA coup back in the
nineteen fifties. But then CIA billCasey, who was Reagan's campaign manager,
makes a secret trip to Iran. Now they've got a lot of state of
the art jets, but they needspare parts and other things like that,
and he makes a deal with him. He says, don't release the hostages
until we become president. Until Reaganbecomes president, and then what we'll do
(41:15):
is we'll get you all of thesespare parts that you need for your state
of the art jets and things likethat. Now they've got a lot of
money. What do they do withthat? Oh, well, we'd like
to have this secret war undeclared inNicaragua, and we can fund that with
money that we got for selling theseplain parts to the Iyahtola and keeping it
(41:36):
secret so that Reagan could become president. The Iran Contra stuff. Now here's
what is incredibly Not only did heextend the suffering of these people through the
election, right, but even afterReagan won in November, because of this
(41:58):
agreement with the Iyahtola that CIA Wildbill Casey had made as part of the
Reagan administration. They continued to letthese people suffer as hostages for another couple
of months, through the month ofactually three months really, you know,
most of the month of November, most of the month of January, and
all the month of December. Theylet them stay in captivity so that they
(42:21):
would be released on the day thatReagan took office to make Reagan look good.
I want to talk about a vanityproject. This is how they esteem
us. How we are expendable, deplorable, non essential, as Hillary and
(42:42):
Trump would say. And so theydon't care about us. It's all about
them in their political games. Andthis is what is happening right now.
They don't really care about the border. They don't care about America. They
care about becoming president. And theseguys, just like a Democrat big city
mayor in Chicago, for example, they'd rather be the king of trash world
(43:09):
than to get anything fixed. Theydon't really care as long as they're the
one that is at the top ofthe heap, the top of the dumpster
fire. They don't really care whathappens. And so as Axio's reports Trump,
as you heard him there, it'sthreatening to blow up the border talks,
(43:30):
he wants to blame Biden, andcoming out of the Senate meetings,
Mitch McConnell said, oh, wedon't want to do anything to undermine Trump
here, so you know, wegot to and again, like I said
before, it's just like the peoplewho are going to use abortion forever or
gun control forever, so they gota wedge issue with us. The border
(43:52):
issue is another one of those things. The fact that Trump would communicate to
Republican senators and congress people that hedoesn't want us to solve the border problem
because he wants to blame Biden forit is really appalling, said Romney.
Again, it is for open borders. So again you understand when you look
at Romney, when we look atMitch McConnell, look at Tom Tillis,
(44:15):
they're fine doing nothing really about this. They'll blame Trump, but they don't
want the border problem fixed either becausethey're open borders. Tom tillis out of
North Carolina. Don't be a coward, don't pretend that the policy isn't strong.
If you want to admit that you'rejust afraid to tell Trump the truth,
that's fine, he said of hisfellow Republicans and so again these senators.
(44:40):
Romney hasn't seen the bill. TomTillis hasn't seen the bill. Trump
hasn't seen the bill. Mike Johnsonhasn't seen the bill. Biden hasn't seen
the bill. They may know what'sin it, but they're not talking about
what's in it because again the detailshave not been released. Senators have yet
to see the actual text of thebill, and it's going to be days
before that happens, but they're alreadyaligned against it or for it, one
(45:05):
way or the other. Because thisis all simply about politics, that's all
it is. And so one Democratsenator who is looking at a difficult election,
John Tester out of Montana, afternever being interested in the border ever,
(45:27):
is now talking about doing something forborder security because again, fifty five
percent of Democrats see this as aninvasion. And so you know, even
the Democrats say that it's a problem. Biden says it's a problem. Trump
says it's a problem. But they'regoing to keep it going for their own
particular interests. Montana, he said, is a northern border state with a
(45:49):
southern border problem. Because after eighteenyears in DC, two faced, Tester
has refused to secure the border. The speaker here is the guy who's running
against him, Tim Sheehy, hisopponent, a former Navy seal, and
so he points out that for eighteenyears tester has done nothing. But he's
got a difficult election. He wantsto appeal to people about that. And
(46:13):
so Tim Sheehe says, we knowwhat to do. President Trump already did
it, did he We need strongleaders willing to put America first. Well,
I got to say, if thisRepublican thinks that Trump fixed the border,
he's beyond delusional. These people arenot putting America first. They're putting
(46:35):
politics first, and they're putting Trumpfirst, the guy who gave us medical
martial law. But remember, asAlex Jones said, he's playing forty chess,
Well, what was the game thathe was really playing? I mean,
you know, when you're playing thechess game? What was he trying
to win with his forty chess? Was he trying to protect Americans? No,
(46:55):
because we all knew none of thosethings were going to work. Oh
yeah, Trump knows it's not goingto work either. So but he's just
playing this game, right, Soit was about him winning, wasn't it.
He's going to lock us down, mask us up, stick poison in
our arms so that he can winhis little game of thrones. I don't
(47:20):
understand people defending this. And again, now a day goes by that I
don't have somebody who used to bea donor write me a letter that they're
done with it because we've got tohave Trump. Now. Well, I
guess you never heard anything I eversaid. Maybe you bought into the delusion.
And it's going to get even strongeras we get closer and closer.
I mean we're still this is January. We got another ten months to go
(47:43):
before the election, and as itgets closer and closer to the election,
people are going to get more andmore fearful. Oh but I hate that.
I hate Trump, but I gotto have him to protect me from
Biden. You know, Biden isjust so bad. Can you just imagine
what it's going to be like.Well, Biden administration has rolled out record
shattering numbers. They did on Fridayafternoon. So at high noon he tells,
(48:07):
you know, I'm I'm going todo something. I'm fixing to do
something if you don't get your guysout of town or coming in on the
noon train and we're going to dosomething about it. I got my pen
here, and I'm going to dosomething about Well he didn't do anything about
it. Later that day, onFriday, they released information showing two hundred
and fifty thousand people that have beencaught and released at the border. So
(48:30):
let me ask you, are weowning the libs? Who's winning? What
is the game you're playing? Fortychess? What is the game? Right?
Just like with the COVID so calledpandemic, the game wasn't about defeating
a disease that didn't exist. Thegame was to get elected. And in
this particular case, these Republicans areplaying this game with twenty five different states.
(48:58):
Are they winning? Because the bordersgo wide open, people are still
coming in. And when you lookat how silly this whole thing is.
As I said before, they're fightingover one town. Yes, it was
a very popular location for people tocome across illegally. Eagles Pass, one
small town and one small part ofone small town is like the shootout at
(49:22):
the OK Corral. Two and ahalf miles and a state park that is
there something right? A boat landing, and so two and a half miles.
How long, folks? Is theTexas border. Do do do?
Do? Do? Do? Weknow? The overall the border is two
thousand miles, right with all thedifferent states southern border, this is two
(49:46):
miles of the two thousand miles. But even for the Texas border, the
Texas border is one two and fiftyfour miles, and all of this is
about two inns half of those milesbecause people are still able to just walk
across the little river there and Bigben Texas and walk into all these different
(50:08):
areas of Texas. Nothing there tostop them any of these other places.
We're talking about zero point two percentof even the Texas border and zero percent
of Arizona, New Mexico and California. Oh, the Republican governors are so
proud. Well, I'm glad thatpeople are talking about the tenth Amendment.
(50:29):
I'm glad that people are talking aboutdecentralizing authority. But understand, we're talking
about one fifth of one percent ofthe Texas border that is there. And
so one other thing. Take alook at this. You know we got
Operation Loan Stars what they like tocall it. Well, how about this,
how about Operation Electoral College. Lookat this? Somebody said, well
(50:53):
if the election this is a memethat was put up. If the election
was tomorrow and the vote was basedon those who sided with or remained silent
in support of Texas in this recenthold debacle, this would be the outcome.
So, in other words, youlook at these so called red states,
the ones who said, well,we're part of Operation Loan Star,
(51:15):
and if you total up, they'reelectors for the Electoral College, because remember
it's a you know, winner takeall each state by state, so they
take all the Red states and that'stwo hundred and fifty five electoral College votes.
And then you look at all theDemocrat states that said, well,
(51:36):
we're on Biden's side with this,or we don't want to do anything about
this, and we don't support GregAbbott in this. That's two hundred and
eighty three electoral college votes. Youonly need two hundred and seventy. Republicans
don't have the two hundred and seventyeven if they got all the votes of
all the people in those states withRepublican governors who are siding with Abbott.
(51:57):
And in this meme, they said, if you think the Democrats don't know
this, you're mistaken. So ifthis is politics, who's winning. If
this is politics, who wins inthe electoral college. And if you're trying
to do something about a border crisisthat everybody understands is a crisis, nothing
is being done. This is astalemate. And on the Republican side,
(52:22):
Johnson and Trump and the rest ofthem want to keep the status quo.
They don't want to do anything forthe next ten months or maybe a year,
and after that they won't have anyleverage at all if they don't win.
We're going to come back and talkabout the Army of God as they
(52:45):
call themselves. As they said beginningof the program, they are not an
army and they're not of God.They are putting out a call for people
who are current or retired law enforcementor military to come and so they are
making they're making this about something thatis they're implying that there might be a
fight, a very very foolish thingto do. Where have they been in
(53:09):
terms of looking at what happened withJanuary sixth. So we're going to take
a quick break and we'll be rightback. If you like the eagles on
the cars and Huey Lewis in thenews, they say the you'll love the
Classic Hits channel at APS Radio, download our app or listen now at APS
(53:32):
radio dot com. W all right, yeah, new bumper, I forgot
(55:10):
to put on the tack. You'relistening to the David Knight Show. So
you are listening to the David KnightShow. Yeah. You know, I
look at this and all the talkabout a Civil war self serving, and
I think it's being promoted by alot of people who don't have our best
interest at heart. Quite frankly, maybe you ought to take a look at
that movie Shenandoah with Jimmy Stewart init. I thought maybe the appropriate way
(55:37):
to try to explain to people whathappens in that video that I've put there
some clips of the movie, andI really love that song. Had a
good time doing that. But itbegins with him saying, a Confederate kepi
hat that's floating down the river andhe puts it on, and then he
(55:59):
gets mistaken for being a Confederate soldierpicked up by the Union. And so
as you saw, Jimmy Steward getshis family together and they gone this quest
to try to find his son,and you know, people in his family
are divided over this. People inhis family are dying over this, getting
kidnapped, all the rest of thisstuff, folks who don't want to have
a civil war. That's a lotof blustering, foolish talk by a bunch
(56:23):
of people who don't know what they'retalking about. And all this stuff with
this so called Army of God fallsinto that as well. These people are
very dangerous. Stay away from them. They'll get you entrapped. Just like
just like Trump and alex and otherpeople, Tucker told people to go to
(56:44):
Washington on January sixth for what purpose? Right, what's the purpose? Well,
we're going to make sure Trump doesn'tget in the White House one way
or the other. We're going tomake sure of that. Well, what
exactly do you want leaving it openended? Right? There was nothing nothing.
Give me your money come January thesixth, and we'll work it out.
And so then you know, theyrun to the other side of town
(57:05):
while everybody else gets into trouble, and even people who didn't do anything because
it's filled with agent provocateurs and peopleare still going to gel over that.
Don't fall for this Army of Godnonsense. I even said that, didn't
I I said it on Friday andthen I look in the in the news
as they get off the air,and it's like it's already started, already
(57:28):
started. You know. Of courseAlex was already you know, talking about
it. But I don't know, maybe he doesn't have the guts to do
something like this again. Foolishness todo something like this again. So as
Tom Luongo on Zerah Hedge says, well, what are you looking at here?
We're looking at soft secession as thesegovernors are coming together. Are we
(57:50):
looking at insurrection? Are we lookingat a real return of federalism in Texas?
And so it could go any numberof ways. You know, he
talks about off secession. No,it's called nullification. That's what it's called
nullification. You go back and youlook at the resolutions are put together by
Jefferson and Madison. You know aboutnullification. You look at the mini Supreme
(58:17):
Court decisions saying the federal government can'tcome in and tell you to enforce some
law. For example here in Tennesseethe pistol brace, which, by the
way, he was an executive orderfrom Trump. You know, he was
the one who set the precedent fordoing executive order for gun control. But
he couldn't do any executive orders toprotect the order. Couldn't do that,
(58:37):
but he could set a precedent bethe first president to do an executive order
for gun control. And he didthe bump stock and then he did the
pistol brace, and then after youknow, he needed everybody's support and he
wanted the money. He made moremoney after the election than he did before
the election. And he did itbecause he did things like removing the pistol
brace van and then and put itright back in. But the way they
(59:02):
handled it here in Tennessee was theysaid, no, it's legal to have
a pistol brace. And then they'vegot another law that says no. By
the way, if the federal governmentsays something is illegal that the state of
Tennessee says is legal, then youcan enforce those laws here and no Tennessee
law enforcement officers going to cooperate withyou. You see, that's how you
(59:24):
handle it. It's not secession.Again, there's nothing wrong with secession.
But whenever you start talking about theTenth Amendment, everybody raises the specter of
a civil war. And I don'twant to have a civil war either,
but I want to have nullification, and I want to have non commandeering and
I want people to take back theirrightful constitutional stuff. We don't need to
(59:46):
bring this into a violent confrontation. And if they want to escalate it into
a violent confrontation, let it beginwith them and not with us. So
Tom Wawongo says, well, wesaw the beginnings of this last year with
the Alberta Premier, Danielle Smith declaringthat she would not be collecting carbon taxes
to send to Ottawa to fund ChristiaFriedland's dreams of destroying the country. And
(01:00:09):
then you had the just recently thesame thing from the premiere of Saskatchewan,
Scott Moe said the same thing,We're not going to collect your carbon taxes.
We got a lot of this stuffand we don't you know. And
not only that, but before hedid that, Danielle Smith took a second
step. She says we're going todouble oil and gas production. So first
(01:00:31):
she says, we're not going tosend you a new carbon taxes. Instead,
we're going to double oil and gasproduction, and then Saskatchewan's Scott mo
follows her lead. What Tom Luongosays, this is a classic example of
why we don't need to have amajority of attack dogs to take on Davos
and the rest of the globalists. Not everybody is a leader like Smith.
(01:00:55):
Some are simply followers, and theyonly make their move when the other person
stands up and says, I amSpartacus right, or in the case Daniels,
Smith says no, we're not goingto pay your carbon taxes and instead
we're going to double production, andthen she doesn't get her head chopped off,
and so the other guy says, yeah, me too, I'm with
(01:01:19):
Spartacus as well. And so that'sthe good news about this, and hopefully
there will be some real things thatwill come of this, especially a public
awareness that we don't have to doeverything that Washington says. We don't have
federal superiority in every possible area oflife that you can imagine. There's only
a small number of areas specifically enumeratedin the Constitution where they even have authority,
(01:01:45):
and so that needs to dawn oneverybody. We need to stop looking
to Washington for solutions. And themost important thing that could come out of
this is that if Americans really startedto think about this about Abbott and twenty
five states and everything, they mightthink, you know, it might be
more effective for us to focus onstate and local elections than to focus on
the presidential election, because we don'tever seem to be able to get anything
(01:02:07):
done. You know, we're oneout of three hundred million people or three
hundred and thirty million people eligible tovote for president. And then take a
look at your state. You votefor governor, you're one of you know,
four or five ten million people orsomething like that, depending on the
size of your state. Much betterodds. And as you go down ticket,
(01:02:28):
it gets even better. Right yougo to your state elected officials and
versus Congress, instead of being oneof seven hundred and fifty thousand people voting
for your congressman or you know, half of the population or you know,
I should say the entire population ofyour state does they only do the elections
one are a time, But insteadof it being the entire population of your
state, millions of people for senatoror seven hundred and fifty thousand people for
(01:02:52):
Congress. When you get to thestate level, you got much more leverage
for your state senators and for otherpeople. And then it gets even better
when you go to the local Youunderstand, we've got this all upside down
and backwards. Sorow snows where heneeds to focus his efforts. Some conservative
think tank snow and certainly Musk set. You see what Sorous is doing.
(01:03:17):
He understands what the situation. Whydon't we understand that? And that might
be one of the good things thatcould come out of this coalition of twenty
five, as if people start tolook outside of Washington and get out of
that box that they have boxed usinto. So the Longo says, we
can easily draw a line through athrough line from the yellow vests for testing
(01:03:40):
the greenidgeen years and years ago, remember in France, to try to take
away their ability to use cars, the yellow ves in France, to the
Canadian truckers, to the Dutch farmers, to Danielle Smith, to the situation
on the Texas border, which isclearly spiraling out of control, but in
a very good way. He says, well, I agree with all of
(01:04:02):
that. He says, as I'vetalked about at length, the goal here
is to split the US up,because they divided us. Falling apart politically
at this point in history is exactlywhat our enemies won't want. The eventual
goal is undermining the validity of theUS debt markets and Washington DC's ability to
pay its bills. This is whereI part company with him, because look
(01:04:28):
to undermine the validity of the USdebt markets. This whole thing is a
Ponzi scheme, is a house ofcards. It cannot collapse, it can't
continue. They don't have the abilityto pay for this. What we need
to do is acknowledge that reality. And what we need is more to be
done at the state level. Andalready here in Tennessee, for example,
(01:04:49):
Senator and Niceley and others have lookedat this and said, you know,
this whole house of cards financial systemis going to collapse, and we need
to think about what happens if andwhen that does. And so we need
to have you, we need tosupport local banks. We need to have
some kind of a reserve system forthem. We need to have some gold
that's going to be owned by thestate government. We need to have individuals
(01:05:12):
owning gold and silver and things likethat, and so they're looking at other
things like this. We've got tokeep cash alive. We've got to keep
analog payments that are anonymous alive, because that's the endgame. On this,
I don't really care whether Washington,d C. Survives or not. I
consider just as much of a foreignpower as Iran or Russia or the UK
(01:05:33):
or whatever. I don't have anyanimosity to the UK, but I'm just
saying all of these countries don't haveour interest at heart. So he says,
the people now have to decide whatkind of a country they want to
live in going forward, One wherethe power of the gun rules, or
one where laws rule. This isa type of moment which clarifies and sharpens
(01:05:56):
the focus of those who have tothis point been comfortable enough not to see
the threats for what they are.And so again, I don't know if
the twenty twenty lockdowns and the masksand being called not essential by Trump didn't
wake people up. I don't knowwhat it is going to wake them up,
especially because if you understand, oneof the reasons that I think that
(01:06:19):
he got away with that in twentytwenty was the blind partisanship and the blind
partisanship being put on steroids because ofthe election. That was a big part.
Oh, well, you know, this is an election here. Don't
criticize Trump about anything he's doing here. He's playing forty chess so he can
get elected again. So he's goingto destroy the small businesses on Main Street.
(01:06:41):
He's going to destroy people's lives sohe can get elected again. You
want somebody like that elected. Youwant somebody who, when he's elected,
turns it over to a health bureaucratlike Fauci and keeps him in position,
makes him president. You want somebodywho puts us under medical martial law,
who bribes hospitals to kill people, people, gives him a hospital death protocol
and ventilators to kill people. Youwant somebody like that, not me,
(01:07:11):
Tom Longo says. The question Inow have is what is the over under
on Biden declaring Texas in a stateof insurrection against the Union? Where to
deny it as a state? It'svote this fall. I think that's absolute
nonsense. I don't think the electionis going to be suspended. Look,
folks, the election has already beensuspended. Do you realize that the RNC
is talking about a literal coronation ofTrump. Let's forget all the primaries.
(01:07:35):
Trump already said and they went alongwith it. We're not going to do
any debates. You have Biden saying, I'm not going to do any debates.
You had the Florida Democrat National, the Florida version of the DNC,
they said, we're not going tohave any primaries in Florida because Biden's are
a guy. And then the Republicansat the national level said same thing for
(01:07:59):
everyone everywhere. Look, I don'tlike Nicki Haley, and I don't think
the debates are going to give usanything other than a rehashing of all the
nonsense that they typically do. Andthey're not going to ask them any substantive
questions. They're not going to askthem any vital, existential questions that face
and threaten us all they never do. But understand, they don't even want
(01:08:24):
to go through the motions anymore. They don't even want to pretend that they're
going to have debates. They don'teven want to pretend that there's going to
be ballid access. So what's allthis stuff about all the election is going
to be canceled in November? Hey, the election's already been canceled. In
case you didn't notice, it wascanceled before it really started. You had
all the conservative press had already anointedTrump with the pols, whether or not
(01:08:49):
they were true. And they dothat all the time, folks. They
use push polls all the time.So God's army, let's talk about God's
army. As I said before, don't call it God's and don't call it
that. They're not of God andthey're not an army. But this is
what the one of the organizers said, this is a biblical monumental moment that
(01:09:14):
has been put together by God.Well, you know, everybody got early
upset with speaker Johnson because he said, well, you know, all of
us here when he got the speaking, We've all been put in place here
by God for purpose. And youknow he said said that about Trump,
said it about Biden. Look,it isn't the question of whether or not
(01:09:38):
God put them there. God thereis anything that happens that God doesn't want
to have happened or allows to havehappened. The question is what is the
purpose? Is God blessing or cursingus with a President Trump or a President
Biden? That's the real question. And so just because something happens, yeah,
(01:09:58):
these people always want to say, well, this is God doing it,
Well, yes it is, butto what purpose? And is the
you know, is this president orthis party or this movement or this God's
army. Is that is that followingGod? Or are you doing your own
thing and claiming that God is theone that is in charge here? He
(01:10:23):
said, we're besieged on all sidesby dark forces of evil. Yes,
that's correct, But guess what.We don't wrestle against flesh and blood.
We wrestle against other things. Andthese foolish people are creating another January sixth
type of trap for their followers, and they're playing right into the Democrats' hands.
(01:10:45):
Willingly or unwillingly listen to what theysay. The group is calling on
active and retired law enforcement, militaryveterans, elected officials, and other law
abiding, freedom loving Americans to jointheir cause. The goal is to shad
light on the obvious dangers posed bywide upen southern borders. You think we
don't know, you think everybody doesn'talready know about it. As I said
(01:11:08):
before, sixty five percent of Americansalready believe this is an invasion. Fifty
five percent of Democrats believe it.Do you need to go to protests to
get people's attention to bring light onthe subject. Everybody understands that's what's happening.
According to Vice Convoy, leaders saythat they want to send a message
to the Biden administration to secure ourborders. Except you can do that without
(01:11:30):
saying putting out a call to lawenforcement, to military and people, because
then and calling yourself an army.Okay, now you are implying a threat
of violence. That's how this isgoing to be taken. How could people
think that this has any be impliedany other way than that in the wake
of January sixth, except as athreat. And so these people are not
(01:11:56):
only going to endanger each other,I think, but they're also going to
snatch defeat out of the jaws ofvictory. The victory of all of this
would be to awaken people to theTenth Amendment, to nullification, to non
commandeering. But as soon as youstart talking about that, everybody talks about
civil war, civil war, civilwar. So these people put together an
(01:12:19):
army and want the military and lawenforcement people to come with them and to
change it from being about immigration andto change it from really being about the
Tenth Amendment. To look at wegot these these these jahoos who want to
go down there and mix it up. A fundraiser on gifts and Go has
(01:12:44):
raised more than sixty six thousand dollarsfor these people. Anybody ever ask who
these people are that they're giving moneyto, and people are leaving comments they're
put on the full armor of God. Well again, we're not wrestling against
flesh and blood. If you wantto put it on the full armor of
God, if you want to getinvolved in spiritual warfare, you don't need
(01:13:05):
law enforcement officers and military to comeon your side. I mean, it's
great, you know, but it'snot that kind of fight. You understand.
Our weapons are mighty prayer and standingin the gap for people, and
there's so many things that we cando. But these people want to use
(01:13:26):
physical force. That's what they're implying. A convoy organizer told Vice the rallies
are supposed to be peaceful, butacknowledged not everybody in the group may be
on the same page and says theyou know what, there could be some
agent provocateurs there. We realize thatwe might have infiltrators, that there may
be some people who try to subvertus, who jump the convoy. Provocateurs.
We may have some and they're goingto have to deal with our security
(01:13:50):
team and they'll be asked to leavefolks, stay away from this group.
I beg you to stay away fromthem, just as I begged you to
stay away from Alex's stop to stealand Trump's Save America stuff. Don't send
them money, don't put yourself injeopardy. It is a trap. It
is a trap not only for thesepeople, but for everyone who is a
(01:14:13):
conservative who is on this side ofthis issue. They're going to use this
to make everybody look bad, whichis what they've done with January sixth.
And by the way, you lookat what happened with January sixth people,
how they were abandoned and left behind. Do you want to have that happen
again? Is this biblical? Right? You know, you know, talk
(01:14:33):
about the army of God and we'regoing to fight this war, the spiritual
war against darkness and all the restof this stuff. Let's talk biblical.
Remember the story about Saul. Youknow, Saul is king and he's going
to go to war, but he'sgot a procedure that he's supposed to follow.
He's supposed to wait for Samuel.Samuel is going to do the offerings
(01:14:54):
and all this other stuff right asGod has prescribed. But he can't wait,
he's got to do it on hisown. And you know what happened.
Kingdom was taken away from him givento David. We have to wait
for God's timing. If we saywe're going to be the army of God,
then maybe we have to listen towhat he says. Why do you
(01:15:16):
call me lord Lord and you don'tdo what I say? We fight the
battle in the way that he's prescribed. Be very wary of people who say
they're speaking on behalf of God andtelling you to do things that don't even
make any worldly sense. So asbablin Bee plea they see this story,
(01:15:42):
bablin Bee has taken it. Texanhas been waiting this for this moment his
whole life. Bubba Johnson, aproud Texan and self proclaimed protector of all
things lone Star, has declared thathe's been waiting for this moment his entire
life, the opportunity to finally dustoff his arsenal and defend Texas as a
civil war or invasion ever breaks out. For years, Bubba has meticulously curated
(01:16:02):
his collection of firearms, affectionately referringto them as his freedom dispensers. From
his trustee six shooters to his stateof the art assault rifles. Bubba's arsenal
rivals that of a small militia orat least a moderately armed neighborhood watch.
Bubba said, Oh lord, howblessed am I with a tear in his
eye upon reading news that Texas GovernorAbbot intends to defend the Texas border no
(01:16:27):
matter what. And they tried totell me that I was wasting my time
on this. Here gatlin gun,the stock policy for explosives, and a
fully functioning civil war cannon, who'sthe dummy now lives. I'm afraid that's
just a little bit too accurate asthe bablin b is all the time.
(01:16:47):
Abbott goes on with Tucker again, tells him, you know, he's not
backing down, expects the Red Statesto circle the wagon, and expects,
and this is the ace in thehole. We're going to circle the wagon.
We're going to hang tough. We'renot going to do anything to fix
the border until Trump gets elected. Then he's going to fix it. That's
essentially what they're saying here, goingto take a pass on it. And
(01:17:09):
of course Trump went for four yearswithout fixing the border, and yet they
all pretend that he did again. That guy who's running and Montana, Oh
yeah, Trump fixed it once,he'll fix it again. He didn't fix
the border, pal How delusional canyou be? Yeah, these governors just
reflecting what we the people want, and so we have to make it clear
(01:17:31):
of what we want. We wantthem to actually take some action and actually
protect the border and to stay withthe Constitution, but most importantly, to
push back against all consolidation in Washington. We don't want to have Washington superior
in every aspect of our life. And you look at Biden. He is
trying to micromanage everything. He's goingto tell you what kind of car to
(01:17:54):
drive, what kind of washing machineto have. Everything. He's using that
to shut everything down. Ten retiredBI officials and experts and counter intelligence,
however, sent warnings to congressional leaderswarning that the Biden administration's policies have facilitated
a soft invasion of military age meninto the United States. And this has
been going on again for quite sometime. It's going back to the Obama
(01:18:16):
administration, through the Trump administration, through this administration. It continues to get
worse. The entire time it gotworse during Trump's administration didn't get better,
it got worse, and it israpidly getting much worse under the Biden administration.
The threat we called out today isnew and unfamiliar, they said.
In this modern history, the UShas never suffered an invasion of the homeland,
(01:18:40):
and yet one is unfolding now, said the letter military age. Men
from across the globe, many fromcountries or regions not friendly to the United
States, are landing in waves onour soil by the thousands, not splashing
ashore from a ship or parachuting froma plane, but rather by foot across
a border that has been accurately advertisedaround the world as unprotected with ready access.
(01:19:02):
Granted, you know, I've usedthe analogy many times of this,
so you know, going back tobefore Trump got in, I said,
why didn't they, Why didn't inthe Nazis ever think about it? Instead
of going through all that Battle ofBritain thing, Why didn't just you know,
immigrate into Great Britain and say we'rehere now, you know, just
overwhelm them with numbers or something.Look, when I called it an invasion,
(01:19:30):
I was labeled as hate speech bythe ADL five or six years ago
as longer than that as before Trump, So whatever that works out to seven
or eight years ago. I washateful because I called it an invasion.
Everybody is calling it an invasion now. And although these guys may have their
(01:19:50):
own agenda, guess where the moneyis coming from. As I pointed out
on Friday, the money that isbeing given to these NGOs where they meet
people and South America and Central Americaand give them cash to take them through
the Darien Gap and give them sometimesenvelopes of cash, sometimes they give them
prepaid cards. Where's that money comingfrom? Billions are coming from the UN,
(01:20:14):
and we continue to give them money. They're unleashing articles of impeachment against
Mayorka's But as Chip Boy said, why are we doing these show trials and
impeachment hearings and still funding MAJORCA andthe Department of Homeland Security? You should
say the same thing about the UN. Why are we still funding them?
(01:20:35):
This is why I say nothing isgoing to be done. So make sure
that you understand before you get,you know, before you go full Yahoo
on all this stuff. Make sureyou understand where the fault lines lie and
who is at fault. You know, these people there's a lot of political
machinations that are going on right now, and the gears are turning for a
(01:20:55):
lot of things, and the gearsare turning for their game of thrones,
and just make sure that you don'tget yourself caught up in that gear.
A protest is one thing, aconvoy is another one. Look at the
difference though, between what this Armyof God thing and what the trucker's convoy
in Canada was about. That wasa trucker's convoy. There was no rhetoric
(01:21:16):
about, well, we got toget military men in here, we got
to get law enforcement people on ourside. This is going to be a
fight type of thing. There's noneof that stuff there. And when they
went in and stayed in Ottawa,I showed the pictures at the time,
they had inflatable play areas for thekids. It's you know, mom and
pop type of stuff. And everybodywas just outraged that Trudeau and Christia Friedland
(01:21:43):
would try to characterize those people asextremists, as terrorists. But if you
go running around saying you got somekind of you're following God's order and you've
got to have an army and wewant a real literal army of retired military
and law enforcement officers and all therest of this stuff. That's a piece
of cake to make you look likean extremist or terris. What are these
people? Are they controlled opposition orjust stupid, stupid beyond belief. Shame
(01:22:08):
on them for doing something like this, and shame on you if you buy
into any of that. We'll beright back. Tell Alexa to add the
APS radio skill and have access tothe best channels anywhere from country to blues,
classic hits to news. APS Radiocurates incredibly diverse playlists for you to

(01:24:06):
listening to the David Knight Show. All right, welcome back, Johnny,
Freedom says on Rumble. Remember whenTrump signed the first huge spending bill of
like seven hundred million dollars in themilitary and Magas said, oh, more
debt is okay if it's for themilitary. Yeah, that's right, And
(01:24:30):
we said more debt is okay aswell. Remember the three and a half
trillion dollars and they didn't even wantto vote on it. Thomas Massey forced
to vote and Trump and his ragesaid we're going to get rid of him.
We're going to primary him out. That was what really buried us right
there as well. But I wantto talk about what is going on with
(01:24:51):
Wars Abroad. There's been a lotof developments with that over the weekend as
well. Thank you, Eric, thank you very much for the tip.
I appreciate that. And let mejust say real quick, I want to
think people who have sent us contributions. I've got some stuff here from Dave
North American House Hippo. I won'tread your last name, but thank you
(01:25:13):
very much. David. Appreciate thecoins, especially the one that has the
federally served on its not fiddle, not a reserve. That's really good.
That's something for people to remember rememberwhen they get hard money. And we
have a list of some people whohave sent contributions since the last time I
(01:25:34):
read Carl H. Mitchell E,George Q, Joshua V. Kyle H,
Jeffrey C. Manny D, JeffreyC again and Ken Kenneth. See,
thank you very much. That's onZell and I don't have any way
(01:25:54):
to respond to people let them knowthat I even got anything there. So
we typically read the names for peoplewho send us contributions with zell and with
mail, because even if it's somethinglike cash app or subscribe star, you
know, we can respond. Actuallydon't respond with subscribe Star as much as
we should. I have been interactingwith that much lately. But you know,
(01:26:19):
when somebody sends something with cash app, I can at least give it
a heart, you know, andsay thank you for that. But by
the way, folks, thank youso much for your for your support.
And as listener, Juhn Silver dida matching contributions last week that helped us
a great deal. Other contributions thatwe got in over the weekend and mail
(01:26:42):
that we had not seen. AndI just want to thank everybody. We
have gotten to the goal this month, and so thank you very much for
all that support. We really doappreciate that because we've had a couple of
months where we didn't make it,and we missed it by you know,
sometimes twenty percent or so. Soit's a real blessing to us. Thank
you so much. And so let'stalk a little bit about the war here.
(01:27:03):
The US Navy essentially lost a battleat sea. This week. This
is that's the headline from zero Hedge. Well, what are they talking about.
This is a situation where the Hoodiesare firing on the ships going through
the different straight there. This isthe Bob l the bab El mandeb straight,
(01:27:27):
not Bob bab. I guess that'smy Southern accent how I described these
Middle Eastern names here. The USNavy attempted to score two US owned and
flagged container carriers through that straight intothe Red Sea, but they turned around
after coming under HOODI ballistic missile fire, and so two contradictory narratives soon emerged,
(01:27:51):
says zero Hedge. The Hoodies saythey scored a direct hit on one
of the US ships, while thePentagon flatly rejected that claim as nonsense.
US Sentcom said the missiles were intercepted, with one of them falling into the
sea. But this has given riseto many more questions and answers, and
(01:28:13):
some analysts are calling the hostile encountera clear loss for the US Navy.
Look if they even if they didn'thit the ship, if they had to
turn the ship around, is thata loss? Is that a retreat?
Right? So armchair w on Twittermade some comments about this, and that's
the basis of this zero Hedge article. What he said was The press release
(01:28:39):
from Sentcom Pentagon said Iranian back Hoodyterrorists fired three anti ship ballistic missiles from
Hoody controlled areas of Yemen toward theUS flagged on and operated container ship.
One missile impacted the sea, theother two missiles were successfully engaged and shot
down by the USS. Gravely, there were no reports injuries or damaged to
(01:29:00):
the ship. All well and good, says zero Hedge, But as it
turns out, there was a lotmore to the story. The engagement occurred
while two American merchantmen were tempting torun the straight from south to north while
being covered by the USS. Gravely, as they point out, this ship
is an aegis destroyer. Its defensiveumbrella, they said, should have turned
(01:29:25):
this into a milk run, exceptthat it didn't because Sitcom admits that one
of the tactical ballistic missiles and gotthrough the interceptors of this aegious ship.
And so, as they point out, these are not very demanding targets either,
(01:29:46):
right, these are not state ofthe art missiles. What they neglected
to mention was that it struck aboutone hundred meters from the Meersk Detroit,
the commercial vessel and that after theattack, the convoy aborted the transit and
retreated back to the Arabian Sea ratherthan press on into enemy fire. So
(01:30:09):
was the retreat the correct decision?Probably the gravely was shepherding two lumbering merchantmen
and facing unsuppressed shore batteries of unknownstrength and capability in broad daylight, quite
possibly without adequate air coverage, giventhe ambiguities of the Eisenhower's exact station and
(01:30:30):
the red say that's the aircraft carrier, and the limited combat radius of its
air wings. So again, threemissiles, two of them shot down,
one of them gets through and getswithin one hundred yards of the ship.
If it had been better missiles, more of them might have got through,
and the one that got through thedefenses of the Agish ship might have hit
(01:30:54):
that commercial vessel. But again, with that close call, they decided just
turn around and go back. Soit was a defeat at sea. Was
this operational plan inadequate, it saysalmost certainly. It reeks of a complacent
assumption that the HOODI missile batteries hadactually have been suppressed by a few rounds
of air raids, and that asingle Aegis destroyer could handle anything that hoodies
(01:31:17):
could throw at them with no additionalcontingency planning. So the problem is is
that, you know, the Pentagonhas been so focused on putting men in
red high heels that they're not reallydoing their job. That's what we've got.
This is what And over the weekend, you know, not so much
(01:31:39):
that. But the other issue whereyou had three Americans in the military get
killed, and this was at theJordanian Syrian border. The Americans say that
it was inside Jordan, but theJordanian government says no, it was in
Syria. Which again, what arewe doing in Syria. We've got multiple
(01:32:05):
stations there where we're taking the oil, as Trump said, let's just go
there and take the oil. Well, that's what they're doing. And you
don't get any attention paid to thisuntil there's an attack on those US troops
in Syria where they shouldn't be.And so whether or not this is in
(01:32:25):
Jordan or if it was in Syriawhere this attack occurred, you had three
American servicemen killed and twenty five moreinjured, and within mere minutes you had
the Warhawks beating the drums in Washington, hit them hard as they were all
(01:32:49):
saying, right, So you hadTom cotton Mouth of Arkansas, The snake
said, the only answer is adevastating military battalion against Iran's terrorist forces,
both in Iran and across the MiddleEast. Is that the only thing that
we could do about this? Maybeif we weren't in Syria, maybe if
we weren't taking the oil, Maybeif we pursued peace and trade with everyone
(01:33:14):
and entangling on alliances with none, would that be an answer? Oh?
Not for people like Tom Cottonmouth.Anything less will confirm that Joe Biden is
a coward, unworthy of being commanderin chief. And this day and ash,
does anybody care about somebody being calleda coward? Are they going to
(01:33:34):
have a duel or something? Thenyou got Lindsey Lindsey Graham. I am
calling on the Biden administration to striketargets of significance inside Iran. Hit iron
hard, Hit him now, saysLindsey Graham. Yeah, cheerleader, cheerleader,
hit him hard, Hit him hard, put him in a dress and
(01:33:59):
give him some pom poms. Andhe's at home. Target Tehran, said
John Cordon from Texas. That's whathe's focused on. He doesn't care what's
happening at the border. He wantsus to go into Tehran. These people
are absolutely disconnected from America, thesepeople in Washington. Of course, the
(01:34:27):
Neocons have had their sights set onTehran and hope for regime change. They're
going all the way back to thenineteen nineties, says Zero Hedge. But
it goes back even further than that. We go back to the nineteen fifties
if you wanted to, of theShaw being instilled by the CIA after they
overthrew their government. And most peoplein America at the history of Iran begins
(01:34:49):
with the scent of the Iola Komaniand the fall of the Shaw in the
late seventies. But Caroline love Itsays, well, thankfully Trump's initial statement
did not echo the hawkish neocon line, or does it right again? Trump
(01:35:12):
did not start any new wars.Good, I'm glad that he didn't start
any new wars. Did he endany of the old wars? You know,
Obama had expanded the wars that heinherited from George W. Bush to
seven wars, and Trump did notend a single one of those. And
Biden didn't end Afghanistan. The Afghanistanwar that was ended by the Afghans.
(01:35:39):
So as I said, the realityis that the year long, year's long
US occupation of Syria, When didthat happen and when was it escalated?
Well, that was under Trump actually, which happens to largely be located in
the oil and gas producing parts ofthe country. Got to take the oil,
he said, have left US forcessitting ducks yet without any clear identifiable
(01:36:02):
mission or goal. And I justsay this, Look, it is Trumpet's
Biden, it's the Democrats, It'sthe Republicans. Even more so, the
Republicans pushing for war all the time. It's not to say that the Democrats
won't do it. They always liketo put in Democrats because they know that
the Republicans will go along without challengingit, and they can start the wars
(01:36:24):
if the Republicans are If it's allRepublicans, the Democrats will oppose it just
because of partisan reasons. So itworks out best if you've got Republicans supporting
a Democrat president taking us to war. That's the combination that they love to
use. It really does work outwell for them, and everybody just kind
of falls in line with these partisanblinders on it's only a matter of time.
(01:36:49):
Whenever a report of a strike arrivesat the White House situation Room.
To the New York Times, officialswonder whether this will be the one that
forces forces a more decisive retaliation andresults in a broader regional war. Now,
(01:37:10):
there's no forcing involved in this.Actually, we're forcing the issue by
our presence and by provocations, aswe do in many different areas, in
many different ways and many different wars. And so it's just like, you
know, these people want to say, well, you know, I was
forced to do this, and Iwas forced to do that because of COVID.
(01:37:30):
No, no, you used COVIDas an excuse. They will use
a lucky strike as an excuse toenlarge the wars, and they are putting
people in harm's way deliberately hoping thatthere's going to be some kind of Gulf
of Tonkin event, which, bythe way, Robert McNamara admitted before he
(01:37:50):
died in a documentary film The Fogof War, that that was a false
flag, that it never happened, that they just manufactured that incident. Yeah,
there wasn't really any attack on theship. We just said it was
so we could have a resolution toget involved in the Vietnam War. This
place where the three soldiers were killedand twenty five were wounded, it's an
(01:38:14):
outpost called Tower twenty two, locatedvery close to the Syrian border, or
you know, depending on which side, we don't know, could be on
the Syrian side or the Jordanian side. The casualty rate is so high because
soldiers were reportedly sleeping in tents whenthe drone struck. The drawne appears to
(01:38:35):
have come from Syrian territory. Andagain the Jordanian government points out no Jordanian
troops were injured in this, andthey even say this didn't happen on the
Jordanian side of the border. Thatwould tend to back up why no Jordanian
soldiers were hurt in this. Butas all of this is happening, Biden
(01:38:58):
is giving a warning about attacking Iranafter this kamikaze drone kills the troops.
X UN Weapons Inspector David Albright saidIran may accelerate it's already well developed nuclear
weapons program if the US decides tolaunch direct strikes on their territory. Mister
Albright, who has previously claimed thatIran is just five months away from building
(01:39:18):
twelve nuclear weapons. How many timeshave we heard this? This may be
true, I don't know, We'vebeen hearing this for decades. You remember
Benjamin Netanyahu going before I think itwas the UN and he had that he
had that cartoon poster of like aLooney Tunes bomb, you know, the
(01:39:41):
round ball with the cylinder coming outof it and a fuse coming out of
that. I mean, you knowthat was the graphic behind him as you're
telling everybody that Iran was just acouple of months away from having a nuclear
weapon and we got to attack themand attack him now, right, And
so we've been hearing this narrative fora very long time, and you know,
excuse me if I dismiss it.I guess you can cry wolf for
(01:40:02):
a very long time. Eventually, maybe the wolf will come. But certainly
does sound like Greta Thunberg and alGore. You know, we've only got
a couple months left before the planetmelts down, Well, the planet may
melt down if they can start anuclear war and they really want to do
it. So again I've heard thatIran is just a few months away from
building nuclear bombs. For a verylong time. It may be true,
(01:40:26):
but they have a history of cryingwolf, don't they. He agreed that
it's important that the US send aclear message by targeting the militants who are
responsible for the killings, but heurged Biden not to launch any direct strikes
on Iran to avert a wider conflictamid heightened tensions. So maybe this guy's
(01:40:46):
telling us the truth if he doesn'twant to expanded war, because we know
that is the motivation behind all theseRepublican senators speaking out. They just they
want to They want to invade Iranand have wanted two for decades. He
said, you certainly don't want toattack Iran now by any means, but
you do need to retaliate. Certainly, any retaliation should be directed at the
(01:41:10):
group with a message to Iran controlyour proxies. One of the reasons to
do that is that you don't wantIran to feel it's being backed into a
corner where it feels that building nuclearweapons is its best way out. Iran
has quite a nuclear weapons capability thatthey put together over the last twenty something
years. By the way, oneof these senators said, we got to
(01:41:31):
send them the message. You gotto send by the message don't strike at
the tentacles of the octopus. Yougot to hit him in the head.
You got to invade Iran. Sothey're saying exactly the opposite of this guy.
He said it was expected that oneof these would kill Americans eventually,
as the crude missiles were often usedin swarms to overpower their targets. Again,
why are we in Syria, orif we're not in Syria, why
(01:41:56):
are we right there at the SyrianJordan border, Because we've got other troops
that are in Syria, and whyare we there to steal their oil?
They're probably they're pretty effective drones. They're not fast. I'm sure the ones
that they copied probably had a jetengine, but the ones that they're first
engineered ended up having a propeller. It's well documented that the engine sounds like
(01:42:20):
a lawnmar but it has very goodguidance system and an anti jamming system too,
so it can often reach the target. They can be shot down,
and they often are, but asthis case shows, they can also get
through. Typically, when they've beenlaunched in Ukraine, they're launched in barrages
(01:42:41):
and the hope that ten percent ortwenty percent will hit their targets. So
Albright, I don't think he's anI don't know if he's any relation to
Madeline previously said that the rogue statesin Richmond of uranium was a hair's breath
from ninety percent, the level mostdesired to create a nuclear bomb. The
unfortunate reality is that Iran already knowshow to build nuclear weapons, although there
(01:43:04):
are some unfinished tasks related to theactual construction of them. Which then brings
us to Nicki Haley, who shewas holding a rally in South Carolina.
You know, this is the placewhere they elected her twice, and then
at the very end of the NewHampshire campaign, just before the vote,
(01:43:29):
she called them all a bunch ofDeep South bigots who she had to live
amongst growing up in South Carolina. Then she goes down there to try to
get them to vote for her athird time. Well, as she was
there, they heckled her. Shebegan calling on Biden to put Iran sanctions
back in place and to quote, make sure we show American strength. It's
the only way to get that done. None of us wants new wars.
(01:43:54):
But then as she's pushing a newwar always, and so one person began
yelling. A man began yelling,we're sick of wars, and the crowd
began booing, and he approached thestage and tore her sign in half in
front of her before storming off.Well there you go. Yeah, we
(01:44:17):
really are sick of wars, andwe're sick of a government that is at
war with us as well. Andso when we come back, we're going
to talk about the swat teams. There's a lot of swatting that's going on
of elected officials. Isn't that interesting. We've had a lot of federal officials.
Nikki Haley's family got swatted, andhow do they react, Well,
(01:44:41):
we need to pass a law tomake it more of a crime to swat
us. They don't talk about stoppingthe swat teams. And so we're going
to talk about that in light ofthis double system of justice. Everybody talks
about that in terms of Donald Trump, but nobody talks about that in terms
of one standard for all of usand another standard for them. So we're
(01:45:06):
gonna take a quick break and wewill be right back looking for better information.
Aps radio news dot Com features articlesand commentary along with audio from all
the top news from around the worldapsradionews dot com. You're listening to the
(01:47:00):
David Knight Show. Some comments onRumble and by the way, folks,
one way that you could help us, it doesn't cost you, but just
a second, if you could likethe stream. If you're listening to the
stream, please like the stream. That helps us with visibility, which is
a big problem for this program weare. They do everything they can to
(01:47:21):
restrict our visibility, so that'd beone way that you could fight back to
be very very effective. So wereally do need and appreciate the financial support.
But if you could also like thestream and share it with other people,
and especially to pray for us.We know that God is the one
who provides for this broadcast and keepsus here, so we really do need
(01:47:45):
and appreciate your prayers. But letme read some of the comments here on
Rumble talking about the army of Godor God's army or whatever they want to
call themselves. Obsolete Man seventeen seventysix said, I tried to warn the
before they went. That says setup written all over it. He says,
just like you know. January thesixth he's saying, as did David
(01:48:08):
try to warn them, but theydid not listen. This is all a
setup to put more Americans in jailusing the Patriot Act. Yes, and
to not just to get to entrappedindividuals. That's bad enough, but they
use this as a way to demonizeeverybody, even you know, people speaking
out at a school school board meeting. Oh, you're a dangerous radical terrorist
(01:48:32):
because you people are violent extremists. You're capable of doing anything. If we
get you riled about something, thenwe need to use force against you.
That's the purpose of this. Thisis the overarching purpose. It's going to
be much bigger if they do somethinglike this, it'll be much bigger,
just like January the sixth was muchbigger. They put it to a much
bigger use. Steph Patriot said, maybe the Feds won't be able to control
(01:48:55):
a battlefield so much at the Texasborder. DC surveillance was a downfall all
of a lot of j Sixers.Well, actually, I think as we
see some of these tapes coming out, you realize that they selectively edited the
footage that they had right, andso as some of this footage is coming
out, we're seeing evidence that someof these people committed perjury. They were
(01:49:20):
there, some of the capitol police. I've got an article about that here.
And so what it tells us isthat they control the media. They
tell people, they selectively show youwhat they want to show you, and
that's going to be the case regardlessof where this is. They will construct
a narrative around this, regardless ofwhether or not. There's cameras everywhere.
(01:49:44):
On Rumble geesebusters, good to seeyou there, he says, one hundred
and twenty three dead journalists in Gaza. Does that tell you they don't want
true reporting out there? Yeah, yeah, it does. Yeah, the
the one guy in particular, theone and there's been other journalists in Ukraine,
but the one that was arrested andnobody wanted to do anything to secures
(01:50:06):
release. Now dead kidnapped in Ukraine. But let's talk about swatting. Tom
Immer, who is the House majoritywhip. He's like the number three guys.
He got the speaker, you've gotthe I think the number two is
a leader. The third one isthe whip. He's the one that tries
to or you know, get asense of how people are going to vote
(01:50:27):
on a particular bill or something likethat. Tom Immer said his home was
swatted Saturday evening, with police respondingafter a fake nine to one one call.
He said, tonight, my familyand I were the target of a
swatting incident involving a nine to oneto one prank call that went wrongly,
that wrongly diverted a police presence tomy home. Sadly, this illegal and
(01:50:50):
dangerous scheme is being used nationwide totarget elected officials. Oh really, hey,
talk about a two tier system.Let me correct that. For Tom
Emmer right, swatting is illegal anddangerous tactic period against anybody, against you,
(01:51:14):
against other people. And we havehad going back to the nineties.
I remember a guy that's California.I think his last name was Scott.
He was a wealthy guy, millionairein California, had some land that California
wanted, State of California want, but they didn't want to pay him for
it, and he was fighting themin court over you know, them trying
(01:51:38):
to get it from him. Andso it was a good bit of land.
And somebody said, well, Ithink we've got some marijuana plants here.
So and this is the early nineties, and so this is just the
beginning of the swat stuff. Theydo a no knock raid, bust into
his home. He thinks, youknow, it's criminals busting he's living out
(01:51:59):
in the middle of woods, likeany of us would do. He goes
to the door with a gun, coming down the steps with a gun to
see what's going on, and theyshot him dead. Then they took his
land. And when we look atcivilasse at forfeiture, when we look at
these swat team raids, what issomething like a swat team raid doing in
a country that is supposed to bea free country. This is anesthetical everything
(01:52:24):
that our country is supposed to,the rule of law and all the rest
of this stuff. Swat teaming thingnever happened until Darryl Gates started militarizing the
LA police back in the late eighties. And then we saw where the Rodney
King riots. When that happened.Did they use those militarized police to keep
order. No, they used themto protect police stations and town hall and
(01:52:46):
politicians and things like that. Andthese swat raids have been conducted on innocent
people. They've been conducted by mistake, not by prank. You've had situations
where they throw a flash gray flashbang grenade into a baby's crib. That's
happened more than once. These yahoosshow up and they assassinate people through a
(01:53:13):
window. What is what role doesthis have in America? And the only
response of these politicians is to talkabout how horrible is that somebody would do
it to them. But they're nottalking about getting rid of this tactic of
no knock swat team raids, nottalking about that. As I said many
(01:53:36):
times ago, going back to nineteeneighty four, looking at Brazil, Terry
Gilliam did that that very tactic ofa no knock rade conducted on somebody who
was an innocent person mistakenly identified. That was the subplot, the thing that
kicked off his or a dystopian Orwellianversion of nineteen eighty four. He did
(01:53:58):
it in nineteen eighty four, andit was so over the top when he
showed it. And yet this ishappening, This is standard procedure now.
And yet when it happens, thesepoliticians they want to keep the no knock
raids, but they just want tocome after anybody that directs it at them.
How typical, how despicable these peopleare Numerous members of Congress have been
(01:54:24):
targeted by the fake calls in recentweeks. Swatting consists of making fake threats
of violence to police to invoke athreatening response that could put the victim at
risk. Other recent victims include NickiHaley, who also on Saturday, said
her home was targeted by a hoaxcall last month. I don't know if
(01:54:45):
she's just making that up or ifit really happened. You know, Tom
Members says me too, Me too. Marjorie Taylor Green has had that happen.
Brandon Williams, Republican of New York, also got swatted. Rick Scott,
Senator from Florida, got swatted, and he and Tommy Tuberville have unveiled
(01:55:06):
a bill earlier this month aimed atincreasing the penalties for swatting incidents. So
what are you going to do whenthe no knock raid kills innocent people because
they go to the wrong house orwhatever. What are you going to do
about that? Oh? Nothing. If somebody deliberately sends the police, but
the police make a mistake and theydo a no knock rate and people die,
(01:55:29):
Oh that's just the way it works. You know. We have people
who are so upset about Trump andhis eighty three million dollar judgment here,
But do you understand that civil assetforfeiture, the people don't even get a
trial. They don't even get atrial. And when you look at we've
had a lot of these cases andtalked about it so many times in Chicago,
(01:55:53):
other jurisdictions like that, they'll dothe civil asset forfeiture of the so
called civil asset forfeiture in both ofthese things I ask at forfeiture in the
SWAT teams, all justified by theirwar on drugs that they've been losing for
over fifty years, fifty three yearsnow. But you know, when you've
got people in Chicago, they deliberatelytarget and and other jurisdictions will do this
(01:56:17):
the same thing. They say,Well, if you want to challenge this,
we're going to steal your car. We're going to charge your car with
a crime. We're not going toget a conviction on you. As a
matter of fact, we're not evengoing to charge you with a crime.
So it's not going to go you'renot going to get any due process.
We're just going to take the car. You know, like Trump was saying
about guns with the red flag laws, except this has been going on for
quite some time, and they foundthat. The police, they said,
(01:56:40):
if you want to if you wantto get your property back, we're going
to steal your property. If youwant to challenge that, it's on you.
You have to pay one thousand dollarsto initiate the process to try to
prove that your property is innocent toget it back. And guess what,
they target people who have cars thatare about one thousand dollars because it doesn't
(01:57:04):
make any economic sense for them, number one, to challenge this, and
then number two, they know thesepeople are soft targets because they don't have
the money to hire lawyers and dothat kind of stuff. It's just a
gang of thieves out there robbing stufffrom people. And so getting back to
Trump and his eighty three million dollars, this is a guy who's a multi
(01:57:26):
billionaire. And let me tell yousomething, the cops coming around with civil
asset forfeiture and stealing a one thousanddollars car from somebody in Chicago is a
much greater loss than even eighty threemillion dollars from Trump. But Trump is
all lawyered up and he loves this. He loves the attention and it's the
juice to his campaign. He mocksthese judges, He talks back to them,
(01:57:51):
he gestures, he does clown antiques, and everybody's like, oh,
min, did you see what Trumpdid about them? He loves the attention
and it paints him as a victim. And even when he gets an eighty
three million dollar loss, he's notgoing to pay a penny of that.
I'm telling you he's not going topay any of it because he's going to
continue to appeal it. And afterthe election is over, he'll get rid
(01:58:15):
of Elena Habba and he'll get areal lawyer instead of a model, and
then he will win in these casesbecause these juries are rigged against him.
But at least he gets a jury. You don't get a jury if they
take your stuff. What kind ofa law is this? What kind of
a land is this? It's alawless land where you've got local police incentivized
(01:58:38):
by a criminal federal government to bea partner in the crime. You steal
that property and you do it forus, you do it for the federal
government. We'll keep twenty percent,we'll give eighty percent of it back to
your police. Department. This iswhy this stuff is happening. And everybody's
got their pennies in a wad aboutDonald Trump. I couldn't care less about
(01:58:59):
it, all this nonsense that isgoing on. It's just a show trial
one way for both sides there. So again going back to the swap na
Niki Haley, so the police hadguns drawn on her parents after the swatting
incident. You know, if lukscould kill, but look, nobody died
with Nicki Haley's family. I've beenreporting this for years and it's not an
(01:59:24):
uncommon thing for them to go tothe wrong house, for them to kill
people at the wrong house, andthey don't care about that. They're not
going to stop these no knock raids. And that's the problem. It's the
no knock raids, which is notwhat they're going to address. You want
to talk about elitism, you wantto talk about double standards, and since
(01:59:45):
we got Nicki Haley here coming fromIndia, talk about a cast system.
You know, we're the untouchable. She is the Brahmin class. You know,
they get to do whatever they want, but the rest of us we
just have to to live with whateverthey do to us. So Haley said
on Sunday it put law enforcement officersin danger? Did it really? Were
(02:00:09):
they in danger from her parents? No, it puts us in danger.
And you don't care anything about us, and neither do these other people who
got swatted. The US has thebiggest government in the history of the world
by a very large margin. Andthis is from Michael Snyder, and he
(02:00:30):
looks at it simply from an economicstandpoint, Right, that's easy to measure.
You can look at it from thenumber of people in the government,
eh, bigger than the Roman Empireby a large margin. You can look
at it the amount of money thatis spent by the American government today.
The United States has the biggest governmentin the history of the world, and
(02:00:50):
it gets bigger with every passing year, says Michael. There's no way our
politicians will ever agree to reduce thesize of the federal government to an appropriate
size. So we're stuck with thissystem until the day that it finally collapses.
They won't even stop with the noknock raids, right, And that's
the key thing. That's the keything that's even more important to me than
(02:01:14):
all the money stuff. Approximately threemillion people work for the federal government.
The federal government spent six trillion dollarsin twenty twenty three. That figure is
larger than the GDP of every nationon the entire planet except for the US
and China. And then he talksabout all the people that are on the
welfare systems, various welfare systems, food stamps to you know, welfare,
(02:01:40):
because this is the way they controlus. Handing out the money to the
population on a regular basis is theway they control us. It's always about
the money. That's why people don'tunderstand. Oh, Trump didn't do it,
it was a governor's He paid themto do it. This is said.
You know, they said to HillaryClinton, was at your daughter's wedding.
I paid her to be there.Well, he paid all these governors,
(02:02:01):
Democrat, Republican to do what theydid, and he put Founci on
the pedestal. That's how this alwaysoperates. Michael Snyder says, we cannot
provide enough money to keep it going, and so the federal government has been
piling up insane amounts of debt. The combined wealth is I reported last week
of Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos,Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Ken Griffin,
Mark Cuban, Ray Dalio, GeorgeSoros, all of their wealth combined
(02:02:26):
would not even pay the interest onour national debt for one year. That's
why when you talk about you. When the essay I talked about earlier,
it said, well, their goalis to disunify America, to make sure
that the federal deficit collapses, andall this kind of stuff is like,
(02:02:47):
that's done. You can put acheck mark by that. You know,
we're just waiting for it to gothrough the motions. You know, it's
a hollowed out tree, just waitingfor stiff breeze to come along and blow
it over. Jeffrey Epstein's brother saysthe Department of Justice suicide report is BS,
and he demands a new investigation,to which I would say, who
(02:03:09):
cares? Do you really care?Do you really care if Jeffrey Epstein was
killed in prison? Frankly, don'tI care what happens the January six ers,
I care what happens Julian Assange.I don't really care what happened to
Jeffrey Epstein unless you had massade orthe CIA fared him out of there,
(02:03:30):
if he really died, I don'treally care, if he committed suicide or
somebody killed him. Quite frankly,he deserved it with his crimes. And
so why are they focusing on this? Why has Tucker focused on this?
You know, Tucker interviewed Mark Epstein, Jeffrey Epstein's brother, and the conservative
press is constantly talking about this. You know what was he killed in prison
(02:03:53):
and everything when Tucker was talking tohim about that, And again it is
sensational, is to build audience. But when you look at what Epstein did,
I mean, this is a guy, he's a spy. He's blackmailing
people. He's blackmailing them by sexuallytrafficking children. I just talked last week
(02:04:15):
about how one of these Tennessee threepeople, the woman, the people who
ran a literal insurrection against the Tennesseecapital. They got up close personal,
pushed and shoved legislators and everything, and the state police who were trying to
protect them, and state police kepttheir cool. Anyway, these insurrectionists,
the three leaders of the insurrection, one of them is running for Senate against
(02:04:40):
Marshall Blackburn. And she's the onlyperson who voted against the death penalty for
child rapists. I'm with a majority. I think that Jeffrey Epstein should have
had a death penalty, and I'mserious about that. There's no question about
what he did learned. With adeath penalty is well or not it can
(02:05:02):
be fairly determined. I don't havea lot of confidence in our system of
justice, frankly, to do afair trial for anybody, But when it
can be accurately determined what was goingon, and it was accurately determined with
Jeffrey Epstein, I think a deathpenalty is warranted. And what do they
(02:05:24):
talk about, you know, well, was this? Did they murder him
and then cover it up? Andyet Mark Epstein had said that before this
Tucker interview that his brother had saidto him that if the American people knew
what I know, if the Americanpeople knew what Jeffrey Epstein knew about the
(02:05:45):
Clintons and about Trump, they woulddemand that this election be canceled in twenty
sixteen. Tucker didn't ask him aboutthat. I mean, isn't that something
that you'd be curious to know moreabout? Isn't that a big story?
No? Instead, he asked whetheror not this guy committed suicide or was
(02:06:06):
killed, And again, it justgoes back to the fact that Epstein when
he came to power, there werethree billionaires that really helped support him.
And this is what people were sayingin the nineteen nineties before Jeffrey Epstein was
identified as doing all this stuff. And so at that point in time,
(02:06:30):
like Elan Dershowitz said, well,if you're anybody in New York, he
partied with Trump and with Epstein.Three billionaires made this guy and Trump was
one of those three and they wereplayboy buddies at the time. But of
course Trump is the guy that wewant to save us, right, So
the ADL has alerted law enforcement toMatt Walsh, Chris Rufo and libs of
(02:06:55):
TikTok Why, well, again, this is the the banning, the canceling,
the punishment of anybody that goes againstany narrative that they got out there.
And this narrative is a very evilnarrative because what Matt Walsh and libs
of TikTok or focused on is thesexualization of kids, which is much broader
(02:07:18):
than what Jeffrey Epstein did. Youknow, this is the doing it to
everybody through our own institutions that wepay taxes to support. That we should
know what is happening there. Sothe ADL is now flagging them and other
people saying that they are amplifying LGBThate because they put out things like this
(02:07:45):
brave new teacher and this teacher,by the way, this is from libs
of TikTok, and she said, you know, pray for these kids because
this is a person who is ontheir school board. Let's face it,
homosexuality happens. In fact, inthe animal kingdom, gay and lesbian sex
is pretty much as calmon as straightsex. Boys on boys, girls on
(02:08:05):
girls, boys on girls, boyson boys on boys on girls. You
get the picture. So next timesomeone tells you that the natural union is
between one male and one female, you might want to remind them that the
only added benefit of a male femalepartnership is the possibility to produce offspring.
If we're going to call natural allthe stuff that actually happens in nature,
(02:08:26):
then boys having sex with boys andgirls having sex with girls is completely natural.
Yeah, you're school board members, three ways, whatever you want to
call it, don't knock it tillyou've tried. There. She is with
her snake. So if she putsu up and she puts it up on
(02:08:46):
TikTok for people to see this publicly, because she's proud of that. It's
not invading her privacy, it's notdoxing her. She's putting this up publicly.
And if Libs of TikTok shows youwhat's going on with this person who's
on the school board in a particulararea, well, the ADL says,
that's hate. No, it's nothate, it's truth. They hate the
(02:09:09):
truth. They hate children, bythe way, and here's another one.
This is also from Libs of TikTok. This is a teacher who is a
hardcore Marxist socialist activist talking about andjust listen and if you're watching this,
look at the joy and she's talkingabout what she does with her young kids
(02:09:31):
as she turns them into little radicalIt's my favorite day of the school year.
Every year, right around Mlkday throughthe Friday before the Friday after,
my high school hosts an entire dayof learning and service. So just to
be clear, we give them locatedoff and we have another day where instead
of classes with like a whole dayof learning. Let me show you first,
Jonnuts obviously, but here you cansee the entire schedule. This is
(02:09:52):
an entire school day. Right,This isn't just like a one hour assembly.
This is from nine to three. We start off with an entire school
hearing some opening words from our fearlessleader, Ca, our head of diversity,
Equity and Inclusion, and of courseLouise are social emotional wellness coordinator who
talks about how to have uncomfortable conversationsand learn about difficult topics. I didn't
get any videos from the morning sessionbecause I was leading one of them,
the biggest one. No big deal, but basically kids get to choose,
(02:10:13):
they kind of rank their choices fromwhat the teachers are offering. This year,
you can see we had a lotof things. We had a banned
book activity where they're specifically looking atchildren's books and reading them and why have
they been banned? I talked aboutbanned history and conversations around like the teaching
of US history. There's a lotof stuff in there, right that you
can see. But after we havethose small group sessions, we brand from
questions for our panelists, and thenwe come back. Then we hear from
(02:10:37):
a panel of amazing community leaders andactivists and educators. Pause if you want
to see the list of people thatwe got this year. It was incredible,
and it's always amazing to me tosee the students that want to stick
around at the end and have oneon one conversations, so wonderful. Then
after lunch, obviously we're giving thembreaks. Right after lunch, we break
out into our afternoon activities and wenormally try to make these. Whereas the
morning is focused on learning and educatingourselves, we want the afternoon to be
(02:11:00):
about action. So that might becreating protest music, right, some of
our music kids like go in andthey learn about different protest music. Sometimes
they write their own. That mightbe learning about protest literature, or that
might be making activists posters that mightbe going out into the community. So
one of our groups just went andthey visited like black owned businesses. They
went and had lunch at this amazingEthiopian restaurant in Austin and then visited our
(02:11:22):
black owned bookstore. I took studentson the Black Austin Walking Tour. It
was incredible. Everyone say hi historyAnyway, it's just an amazing day.
It's one of my favorite days ofthis. Well, you get the idea.
She's a hardcore Marxist activist, veryproud of it, very energetic.
It's really what motivates her. That'sher entire life. It's radicalizing little kids
(02:11:43):
and other people. Their entire lifeis sexualizing little kids. And we're paying
for this. We're paying taxes forthis. A major expense of your home
is your property tax. And ifyou don't have a mortgage or something like
that, you don't see this itemized. Understand that it's still there wherever you're
(02:12:03):
living. It's embedded. If youare not buying your house or have a
home mortgage, or even own it, it's there with what you rent.
It's always it. They just don'tshow it to you as a renter.
Have a comment on Rock Finn,Christopher Lenham says, the United States is
now a lawless society in the majormetropolitan areas. This has been a trend
(02:12:24):
since the nineteen seventies. Truth betold. Crime is running rampant in this
country. It absolutely is. We'regoing to take a quick break and we
will be right back and we'll talka little bit more about what is happening
with the election. We'll be rightback. Whether you're feeling like the booze
or bluegrass aps radio has you coveredcheck out a wide variety of channels on
(02:12:46):
our app at apsradio dot com. That's all I ought. You might want
to hear it in your pod. You'll own nothing and be happy. I
(02:13:13):
got no cash, I got nocar, but twenty four booster shots in
your arm. Own nothing to behappy. You can't even buy shit in
the store because of your low socialcredit score. Own nothing, be happy.
(02:13:43):
You will own nothing and be happy. Be happy and eat some bugs.
Yeah, as a matter of fact, eating the bugs. They we
are doing everything they can to comeafter the farmers, and farmers are pushing
(02:14:03):
back, but it's not being reportedmuch and most people are not very interested.
It's kind of interesting, you know, when I go to a brightbart
for example, I see what peopleare commenting on, and it's not always
what is interesting or important, certainlynot what is important. Everybody is commenting
on Trump's trials and tribulations, butwhen it comes to shutting down the farmers
(02:14:26):
and shutting down our food supply, just a handful of things. We don't
care about that. And it's interestingto see in the Netherlands, you know,
as they're coming after the farmers, they're a vast majority of the people
not standing with them at the verybeginning. And here we have a tech
startup that is going to create AIpowered robots that can be retrofitted to autonomously
(02:14:48):
drive any tractor. Yeah, we'vegot to have that. Why I don't
want any farmers out there because theymight take those tractors and protests if you're
going to shut down our food supplyfrom wine press news and maybe they could
call it John Steer because John Deerehas already made it clear that you don't
(02:15:09):
really own your John Deere tractor. So'll be happy about that, you know,
going back many years ago, asthey have pointed out. Last week,
Eric Peters and I were talking aboutthe Digital Millennium Copyright Act and how
they were making it off limits forfarmers to be able to repair their John
Deere or anybody other than John Deereto repair the John Deere even if you
(02:15:30):
bought the John Deere part, youhave to have it installed by John Deere
or they brick the thing. Andthat's been over a decade they've been doing
that, And so essentially you don'town your tractor, even if you paid
for it and it's setting there becausethey've got they've got you with the Copyright
Act. And so I guess now, since you don't own the tractor,
(02:15:52):
and they own the tractor, theycan drive it themselves. Right, So
we've got on rumble Birdhouse Blue says, whatever happened to kids playing kickball at
school? Yeah? Whatever happened tothem learning things that they could use in
life, We'll see, the problemis is that school was never really about
(02:16:13):
liberating minds. It was not aboutteaching people the tools of learning. That's
what people like Dorothy Sayers and manypeople who talk about the trivium. And
you'll see that type of stuff. If you start looking into educating your kids
in a way that you know peopleare really serious about educating kids, they'll
(02:16:33):
look at that. They'll look atcritical thinking and other things like that.
But that's not what they're doing inschools. Schools have been about social engineering.
Even when I was in school, they were starting to dumb things down.
But it's escalating, it's really rapidlycollapsing. M Sellers said, I
used to sub at a local publicschool. They waste so much of their
(02:16:54):
day doing absolutely nothing. Well, that's something else that people understand. Once
they homeschool their kids, they realizethat they can do enough to keep up
with or surpass what they do inthe schools in just a few hours in
the morning, and then the kidsare free to follow their own pursuits,
their own interest, or to havefun the second part of the day.
(02:17:16):
It really is a freeing experience, and they really do waste kids time,
and they want to keep the kidsthere for a long time because that allows
that they do the babysitting in thechildcare so that mother and father can both
go to work and pay taxes andsupport the corporations. I thought it was
interesting this article by doctor Sherry Tenpenny, what does the decimation of North American
(02:17:43):
buffalo herds have in common with fifteenminute cities? And I was really happy
to see that somebody else is talkingabout the Indian reservation system as being a
precursor to the smart cities, toAgenda twenty one, to the fifteen minute
cities and all these different things. You know, first they called it Agenda
(02:18:03):
twenty one, then they called itthe UN twenty thirty Agenda for Sustainability,
and smart cities appeared. That wasabout twenty fifteen. Now, within the
last year or two they started talkingabout fifteen minute cities, but all of
this hearkens back to the American Indianreservations. And I've talked about it for
a very long time, and Isaid, it is really scary when you
(02:18:24):
stop and think about it, becausethis is something that our government has already
done. It's already locked people intoa reservation system that you can't get off
of it. And we're going tohave this administrated by federal employees, and
they're going to be incredibly corrupt, and they're going to punish people if they
(02:18:45):
even have a garden. This hasbeen done in America to American Indians for
a long time. And so doctorSherry Penny, Sherry Tenpenny picks it up
at the point where they're destroying theirfood source, because that's where we are
right now. You know, you'llown nothing, you'll eat the bugs,
(02:19:07):
and we'll take over even the tractors. And that's what they did. That's
how they began the whole process. The buffalo killers, And she points out
in the eighteen hundreds, US governmentplayed a definitive role in shaping the fate
of Native Americans. How did theydo it? The government allowed the decimation
of the buffalo herds in the Greatplains. When the buffalo were gone,
(02:19:28):
it was easier to force Native Americansonto reservations. Why because their primary food
source was gone. And as amatter of fact, and tying those two
things together, you know, we'vebeen talking a little bit about the Civil
War if you go back, andthe general who was in the Civil War
(02:19:48):
and then he went out west andfought in the Indian Wars. General Philip
Sheridan was the one who said theonly good Indian is a dead Indian.
And before he said that during theCivil War in Shenandoah, the Shenandoah Valley
an incredibly fertile area, but hesaid, by the time I'm finished with
(02:20:09):
this place, a crow won't beable to fly from one end to the
Shenandoah Valley to the other without carryinghis own food with him. It says
coming after the food, it's comingafter groups of people and isolating them,
killing them, but taking away theirfood source is a primary way that they
did this. The US government allowedvast overhunting, so much so that the
(02:20:31):
thirty to sixty million before the onceroam the planes were reduced to only about
three hundred by eighteen ninety nine.It was a breath. It was breathtaking
and staggering loss. Thankfully, theUS conservation groups established a bison reserve and
Yellowstone and since then the numbers haverebounded. But again, it is the
same tactic that we see now comingafter the food supply, with the end
(02:20:56):
goal of taking this group that youwant to control and completely isolating and containing
them. And the other part ofthe Indian reservation that I've always talked about
is the fact that a key partof it was to not only take their
food supply, but to relocate themto another area. You know, this
is the type of thing that they'regoing to try to do with this UN
(02:21:22):
agenda, this Davos agenda. We'lltry to relocate us. They'll try to
take us off of our land. They'll try to put us into big cities,
hopefully for them, somewhere that isfar enough away that we can't get
back to our familiar stomping grounds. But they also took the children, which
is what we've just been talking about. They would they took the children away
(02:21:43):
from the Indians and they transported themback to the East Coast and put them
in boarding schools because they wanted tocompletely eradicate any ties to their family,
any ties to their culture, totheir religion. And that's what they're doing
right now, very systematic, andthis same system has already been has already
(02:22:03):
been enacted here in the United States. The Native Americans suffered a worse fate
than the buffalo. US officials welcomedthis devastating hunting as an end to their
means. No buffalo meant no food, and it was a way to force
the Natives to settle on the reservation. And so you have to understand how
(02:22:26):
again, history does not repeat, but it rhymes very much. So the
promises of the reservations sounded very muchlike the false allure of the fifteen minute
cities being offered to us by today'sglobal elites. Before considering this city concept
to be an ideal utopia, bereminded that Native Americans still live in abject
(02:22:46):
poverty today. One of the mostregulated populations on Earth hasn't really changed that
much. There are fifty five millionacres of land on Native American reservations,
but only five percent of that landis privately owned. The federal government owns
and operates the rest under the guiseof the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Part
(02:23:11):
of the Department of the Interior. The Native American poverty rate is nearly double
bat of the rest of the US, with many people living without electricity,
without plumbing, without other basic humanneeds. Alcoholism and violence against women are
rampant. It is tragic, saysSherry Tenpenny. The Bureau of Indian Affairs
(02:23:31):
tells it differently, though, theysay we promote safe and quality living environments,
strong communities, self sufficiency, andindividual rights while enhancing the protection of
the lives, prosperity, and wellbeing of the American Indians and the Alaska
Natives. She says, have anyof the appointed bureaucrats that the BIA ever
(02:23:54):
visited or spent any time in areservation that they're supposed to oversee. You
look at the pushback by Indians asthey talk about how corrupt are the people
who run this are, and ofcourse there are other Indians who are running
it. That's the most effective way. That is always the way they run
(02:24:18):
this tyranny. As they get peoplethat are like you, the people who
are unlike you who are targeting you, get people who are like you to
be your task masters, your slaveowners. And so these kids that I
played, these clips for you. Now, they're going to school. They're
learning to hate people because of theirskin color, or their religion or this
(02:24:41):
or that. They're learning to beMarxist revolutionaries, and they don't realize that
they're youthful, useful idiots who arebeing enslaved themselves. Everything is about tearing
down our society, tearing down monumentsand memorials because they've got some kind of
a connection to slavery. And theytell us everything in our society, everything
(02:25:03):
in the UK, everything in Americais all about slavery. So it all
has to be torn down. Ultimately, everything must be torn down. So
we're gonna take a quick break andwhen we come back, like I said,
we're going to take a look alittle bit more at the election.
(02:25:24):
Sometimes your day needs a little smoothing. Check out the Jazz Channel at APS
radio dot com and the APS Radioapp and leave the stress behind. You're
(02:26:07):
listening to the David Knight Show.Well, as the Daily Caller says,
(02:26:41):
we have we're in the midst ofa presidential election, and yet not a
single major presidential candidate has published evena plan to do anything about the fiscal
train wreck that is coming in twentytwenty five. They don't care who cares,
Right, this is going to beabout Trump versus Biden. Who do
(02:27:05):
you hate the most? Well, then vote for the other guy, no
matter how much of a rascal heis. Oh, by the way,
you know who cares about the financialside? Have you heard about the latest
Trump ordeal in court? I mean, this is just it's reality TV,
it's tabloid TV, it's the GongShow. It's that low level. Nobody
even bothers to have a debate. You know, when Trump ran in twenty
(02:27:30):
sixteen, as I pointed out, look at and it's like, well,
you know, I don't know.I don't don't really trust this guy based
on what I know about him.And I had not watched most of what
he had done at that point intime, but I knew some of the
things that he had done. Iknew about how he, you know,
was the playboy who divorced his wivesand then you know, kicked them as
(02:27:52):
he's throwing them out the door, which he wound up doing to everybody in
his cabinet. I'd never watched TheApprentice, but I knew he was a
casino playboy guy and everything. AndI but you don't really know what he
was going to do, and itwasn't really a surprise that he went against
his vows to his supporters as oathtto the Constitution when he had done that
(02:28:16):
to his wives. And you know, again, as I've said, divorce
is something that is so common inour society that you never know when there's
a divorce. I don't blame oneperson or the other. It could be
one person's fault completely, or itcould be the fault of both in a
way. It's not for me tojudge about that. But what was unusual
about Trump was how proud he wasof kicking his wives to the curb.
(02:28:41):
A real character flaw. And sowhen we're looking at it in the twenty
sixteen campaign, he had somebody inhis campaign. As I pointed out last
week, I put a great planabout how to move against Obamacare, because
that was a thing back then. Now we not only forgotten about Obamacare,
(02:29:01):
but we went way beyond that.We had during the Trump lockdowns of twenty
twenty, you were not allowed totake this, but you must have that,
and that was the end game. You know, people are talking about,
well, the government is going toforce you to have this or deny
you health care. That was thebig fear about Obamacare. It wasn't that
it was going to be more expensive. Yes, it was more expensive,
(02:29:22):
it was not affordable. It's notthe Affordable Care Act. It was a
lot more expensive. But the keything was they're going to deny you healthcare.
What do we see, Well, that's what this is all used for.
You're not going to be able totake ivermectin, for example, even
though it's been it's got a longsafety record and you're just using it as
off label. No, you're notgoing to be allowed to do that.
You must have this other stuff. And so we wound up. Even though
(02:29:45):
they were talking about in the Trumpcampaign how we can get away from Obamacare,
they were talking about how we canhave a real market in healthcare.
That all got memory hold as soonas he got elected. But this time
around, nobody's even putting out aplan for anything to do. They're not
even talking about that, they're notdebating anything. They're not putting out any
plans for what they want to dowith anything. And we've got all of
(02:30:09):
these existential problems that are hanging overlike the sort of damocles, and they
don't care, Daily Caller presidential candidatesdon't appear to have a plan to tackle
the pending fiscal crises that they needto address early in their second term.
Because now we're looking Biden or Trump. Right, several provisions in the twenty
(02:30:31):
seventeen Tax Cut and Jobs Act areset to expire next year, the debt
ceiling is likely to run out,and again because they've just kicked the can
down the road till I think, what is it, March or something.
And so this train wreck at wreckthat is right around the corner, this
stuff is actually like material to thepurpose of governance, and yet nobody has
(02:30:52):
given it any thought, says theDaily Caller. No candidate appears have given
it any thought. Campaign appears tohave given it any thought. And so
it suggests that the candidates and thecampaigns are not yet serious about doing any
governing, said a deputy assistant tothe president, former deputy assistant to the
(02:31:13):
president. And I'm not sure whichpresident that was, was it Biden or
Trump? Name is Mike McKenna, who was talking to the Daily Caller.
Because you got Trump, you gotBiden, you got Nicky Haley. All
these people, even the DeSantis campaign. None of them had anything that any
fiscal plan that was going to addressthis fiscal tsunami that is facing us.
(02:31:39):
Nobody wanted to talk about it now. DeSantis did want to talk about Big
Brother digital money in CBDC early onwhen he gave a twenty minute conference.
The first question was, yeah, but what about Trump's indictment in Manhattan.
It's like that didn't have anything todo with me. Oh, well,
you don't support Trump, we hateyou now and he plummets in the polls.
Right, so anyway, the Yeah, the health plan, it's just
(02:32:05):
there was no plan for doing thewall either, right, he had a
detailed health plan, but he didn'thave a health plan for the wall.
He didn't really need to have one. He could have done it again himself,
but nothing happened with that. AsJohn Quinn at The Burning Platform says,
there is no voting ourselves out ofthis. You know, this election
(02:32:28):
isn't isn't going to fix this, folks, because these people don't even want
to talk about the existential problems thatare in front of us. They don't
have any plan to do it,and nobody is asking them. Nobody wants
them to debate this nobody's asking themany questions. We're just going to line
up and follow whatever they do,just like Fauci and his Simon says this.
(02:32:50):
Simon says that that's what everybody wants. I just want to make sure
that it's their dictator that is inWashington. So Jim Quinn says, you
know, Frederic Bastiat, who wrotethe law about two centuries ago, has
a quote from him. When misguidedpublic opinion honors what is despicable and despises
(02:33:11):
what is honorable, When it punishesvirtue and rewards vice, When it encourages
what is harmful and discourages what isuseful, When it applauds falsehood and smothers
truth under indifference or insult, anation turns us back on progress and can
be restored only by the terrible lessonsof catastrophe. So Jim Quinn says,
(02:33:37):
looks like the only way we're goingto get restoration is through catastrophe, because
we don't even want to talk aboutit. We're going to have to go
through that train wrecking pick our wayout of it. Those manipulating the minds
of the masses through mass media, propaganda, government school and doctrination, complete
control of narrative, spuned by thosewho want to destroy our nation. Those
(02:34:00):
people have convinced the masses that wrongis right, that abnormal is normal,
that deviant is ordinary, that liesare truth, that slavery is freedom,
that ignorance is understanding, dependence isliberty, and that government is here to
help you. We've had the Departmentof Education secretary for Biden say that,
yeah. Ronald Reagan said we're fromthe government. We're here to help you,
(02:34:22):
and he said, yes, weshould be afraid of So when we
look at this, as I saidlast week, it's amazing to see conservative
media articles they say, what's thematter with these stupid liberals? They can't
see how everybody is getting sick anddying from these vaccines. They can't see
the escalation, not everybody, butthey, you know, a tremendous uptick
(02:34:46):
and people dying and dying suddenly anddying from these new conditions. They can't
see that. What's the matter withthose stupid liberals? And yet that same
publication will not talk about Trump's connectionto it all, the guy who created
the poison as a solution. Canthey really be that stupid or are they
(02:35:07):
just calling evil good. I thinkthat's the case. So Jim Quinn says,
I do believe we're headed for amyriad of simultaneous catastrophes after we allowed
our government, our media, ourculture, our society to be hijacked by
evil men with evil intent. Andthat means it's selfish intent. They don't
(02:35:30):
care about anything other than their ownperceived self interests or revenge, which is
what Trump's former lawyer Ty Coop saidabout him. You ultimately reap what you
so we will eventually sit down toa banquet of consequences. I don't know
when he said, but I sensethat it won't be long. And so
Matt Taibi writes on substack he says, is the election fix already in Well?
(02:35:56):
I think it is, and hedoes too. He says, to
protect democracy, democracy is already beingcanceled. We just haven't admitted the implications
of this to ourselves yet. Butas I said before, you got the
Democrat Party of Florida canceling the primaryso Biden can win. You've got the
Republican National Party canceling primary, wantingto cancel primaries everywhere so they can have
(02:36:16):
a coronation for Trump. We don'tcare about plans, we don't care about
people even identifying the problems having solutionsfor them. It's all simply about this
person versus that person. No debates, no ballot access, We're going to
vote by mail. We're going tohave censorship, we're going to have propaganda.
(02:36:37):
We're going to fix this country byour federal election. What idiocy.
We're already starting to put together ateam to think through the most damaging types
of things that Trump might do sothat we're ready to bring lawsuits if we
have to, says a former actingAssistant Attorney General for National Security. It's
(02:37:01):
going to be war if he wins, and it's going to be war if
he loses. Everybody's got their expectationsset up. The people who are supporting
him, he's so popular amongst them, they believe that there's absolutely no way
that he can lose. But youknow, just as we pointed out early
in the show, if you werejust to take these states that have already
lined up on this border issue OperationLone Star, we look at the red
(02:37:24):
states, You're total up there electoralcollege votes is less than the blue states
who are setting on the sideline. So are we deceiving ourselves about this.
Nearly half a potential DC jurors saythe death penalty or life in prison is
a fair punishment for January the Sixers. You see, people look at these
(02:37:46):
Trump trials in New York and absolutelythese people are prejudiced against him. He
can't get a fair trial there. These people in Washington, the January the
Sixers that he used abuse and threwunder the bus, they can't get a
fair trial either. It is trulyamazing how prejudiced the jury is. And
(02:38:07):
it is truly amazing to see peoplethat I know being given life sentences for
this stuff. They should have knownbetter than to go. But this is
beyond all reasonable punishment, and thereare no fair trials there. Why would
anybody expect that Trump gets a fairtrial? And yet MAGA is so much
more upset about Donald Trump than theyare about the people who've been given life
(02:38:33):
sentences, not the death penalty yet, but life sentences. And it is
a death penalty for many of thesepeople under the conditions of torturous conditions that
they're held. Nearly half of potentialDC jurors believe that the death penalty or
life in prison is a quote fairpunishment, according to a new survey for
(02:38:54):
the fair punishment for the January thesixers, for fear of being judged by
biased jurors, writes The Epic Times, January the sixth, defendants have been
trying to have their trials moved tovenues other than the District of Columbia for
three years. Government prosecutors and judgesinsist that there is no evidence to prove
(02:39:15):
that they can't get a fair trialin Washington. But now there is a
survey conducted by Triton Polling and Researchbetween January the first and eighth, obtained
exclusively by The Epic Times, revealsan extreme level of bias amongst potential jurors
living in Washington toward anyone who participatein the protests on January the sixth.
(02:39:39):
Of the four hundred and twenty twojury eligible residents that were surveyed, twenty
seven and a half percent described Januarythe six protesters as insurrectionists. Others describe
them as criminals as thirteen percent, domestic terrorists fourteen point nine percent, fifteen
percent call them terrorists traders eleven pointsix percent. The overwhelming majority also strongly
(02:40:07):
that is seventy five percent of themstrongly or somewhat agree that was another fourteen
and a half percent. You know, so you're looking at ninety percent of
the people there strongly or somewhat agreethat Trump is to blame for what happened.
Seventy six point six percent strongly agreethat Trump's supporters are racist. Asked
(02:40:30):
if they thought that January the sixthwas an act of terrorism, sixty three
point six percent said they strongly agreethat it was terrorism, that they believe
this, and that they don't seewhat Trump did with medical martial law,
with a great poisoning, with allthe rest of this stuff. It's still
(02:40:50):
about January the sixth for them andfor people, as I point out Tempoole,
it's like, well, I don'twant to hear anything about the lockdown.
I don't want to hear anything aboutthe vaccine. I don't think Trump
needs a apologize for that stuff.I'm so tired of hearing that Trump did
a thing, said Temple, hedid a thing four years ago. I
don't want to hear about this anymore. He screaming, shouting profanities at Luke
(02:41:11):
Radowski. Luke says, can't hejust say he got it wrong? Can't
we fix this so it doesn't happenagain? No, no, no,
But when it comes to the election, Oh, we're not tired of talking
about that four years on? Arewe neither side? This is really just
a testament to the power of propaganda, the power of censorship of both the
left and the right media. Remember, as this article from Information Liberation points
(02:41:39):
out, Ben Shapiro back in Augustof twenty twenty one, what did Ben
Shapiro say about the Jay sixers. He said, the thousand or so protesters
who entered the Capitol Building on Januarysixth were quote evil. He's got the
same opinion of him as the peoplein Washington, DC. By the way,
Ben Shapiro told you all to getthe Trump shot too as well.
(02:42:01):
Ben Shapiro called the January sixth eris evil in August of twenty twenty one,
and he went on to say thatthey will quote all end up rotting
in prison as they should. Asthey should. You need to understand who's
on your side and who isn't.You need to understand who's on the side
(02:42:26):
of America and the Constitution and whoisn't. And that includes the people that
Americans are voting for evidence came outlast week showing that Capitol Police special Agent
David Lazarus quote perjured himself on thestand during the Oathkeeper's trial to secure their
(02:42:48):
convictions. And as The Blaze pointsout, it's because of the footage that
was released by Mike Johnson, wenow have permission to release the Capitol CCTV
proving that a member of Nancy Pelosi'ssecurity detail, special Agent David Lazarus,
perjured himself on the stand during theOathkeeper's trial. And yet never forget that
(02:43:13):
it was Trump who fleeced them andthen shoved them to the Capitol and then
deserted them and went somewhere else, and then after everybody realized what was going
to happen, he refused to helpthem because it was not in his perceived
self interest to help them. Thelegal system, however, is out of
(02:43:39):
control, they claim, because ofthe eighty three million dollars damages that were
given in the second Egene Carol trial. So we don't really care so much
about the J sixers. There's nothing, you know, when you look at
the conservative media, well they're outragedabout the a three million dollars that Trump
(02:44:01):
got hit with and yes, thejuries are and the judges are prejudiced against
them, but no more so thanthey are against the Jay sixers who are
going to jail for life. Andthe eighty three million dollars, as I
pointed out that Trump got hit with, that's nothing compared to civil asset for
for sure. That's destroying people's entirelives. Taking a family's home because they
(02:44:24):
say that, well, look wesee a marijuana cigarette butt here, So
we're going to say that this housewas involved in some drug stuff and we're
going to take your entire house. That's the thing that really happened. Another
one one of the first cases Isaw was a guy who had a private
jet and he had a you know, you could rent the service, and
(02:44:45):
he flew it. It was hisjet. That was his business. His
entire business was that private jet.He flew two businessmen who had had a
shake, cass cases and were dressedin suits. He flew them from the
US to Canada. He came backthe EA round to the plane, seized
it, arrested those two guys andhe says, I didn't have anything to
(02:45:05):
do Well, we know that youdidn't have anything to do with this.
We know that you were not apart of this, and we're not charging
you, but we are charging yourplane, and we've charged your plane with
being accessory to the fact, andwe're stealing it. So they didn't call
it stealing it, you were forfeitingit to us. He fought them for
years, He lost his income. He eventually got his plane back, but
(02:45:26):
it bankrupted him, destroyed his life. It was a pyrrhic victory. And
so when you look at what happenswith Trump, as I said, I
don't think Trump is going to paya cent of this. I think that
he has finished using his trials andtribulations as juice for his campaign. I
(02:45:46):
think he'll get some real lawyers insteadof the nonsense model that he hired this
Selina Habba. I think he'll getsome real lawyers, and I think that
he'll easily be able to win showinghow prejudice these juries and these judges were.
But barring that, I think he'sgot a lot of other legal tricks
up his sleeve, and I don'tthink you'll pay any of it. But
(02:46:07):
I get these types of letters. This is from a long term listener who
is very angry about this, andI think perhaps angry at me. I
haven't really talked about Egene Carol,But if you want to understand why he
lost that first trial and got afive million dollar judgment, it's actually pretty
(02:46:30):
simple when we look at what hesaid in his deposition in the first trial,
in this video, I just startkissing them. It's like a magnet,
just kiss. I don't even wait. And when you're a star,
they let you do it. Youcan do anything, grab them by the
you could do anything. That's whatyou said. Well, historically that's true
(02:46:52):
with stars. It's true with starsthat they can grab women by Well,
that's what's if you look over thelast million years, I guess that's been
largely true, not always, butlargely true. Unfortunately or fortunately, and
you consider yourself to be a star, I think you can say that,
(02:47:13):
yeah, cocky, arrogant, unrepentant, self incriminating. He lost that first
trial five million dollars, and peoplecan go back and they can say,
well, you know, she lookspretty flaky. It doesn't have anything to
do it. It's all about that. That right there, is why he
(02:47:35):
got that five million dollar judgment againsthim. Cocky and absolutely no sense of
remorse, no sense that there's aright or wrong about any of this stuff.
Yeah, I'm a star. Starcan do whatever he wants to have
women, and I'm a star. And then he immediately goes out after he
loses the case with his arrogance thatyou just saw there. He gets enraged
(02:48:01):
about the five million dollars, sohe starts, you know, in this
tirade on social media. She immediatelysues him again, and that's what this
case is for. And this jury, which really doesn't like him, hammered
him with an eighty three million dollarjudgment, which I said, I think
is excessive. I don't think it'llhold up in court. But he brought
(02:48:22):
this upon himself, and I thinkmore than anything is he's realized that his
juice, it's what allowed him todefeat the Santas. He doesn't have to
show a plan of what he's goingto do about anything. It's all simply
about his being a victim and abouteverybody's hate for Joe Biden. And on
the Joe Biden side, they wantit as well, because Biden has absolutely
(02:48:45):
nothing to offer except you hate Trump, don't you You don't want Trump to
win? That's all he's offering.But I get this from a person who
has been a donor for years. This is the way it's going to go,
he says. Here's a short compilationvideo of the lying, wicked witch
Egene Carrol, who has just awardedover eighty million dollars for unproven accusations and
(02:49:07):
allegations. If you honestly believe thiswoman, your discernment level is at zero,
all upper case. As she saidon CNN, Trump in the nineties
was quote charming and playful, andon and on. If you're focused on
this, let me just say.I won't mention his name, but I'll
just say if he's listening, Ifyou're focused on this, and you're so
(02:49:31):
upset about this, when we gotWorld War III, when we got the
government trying to lock us down inIndian reservations, when we got a collapsing
federal reserve system and all the restof this stuff, you're you're out of
touch with reality. They have completelytaken you away from anything that affects your
life. You don't care about theSWAT teams, you don't care about the
(02:49:52):
civil asset forfeiture. You don't careabout a tyrannical government that is spying on
everybody. You don't care about anyof that. You only care about this
despicable Donald Trump, who's just braggingabout what he can, that he can
do anything he wants to to anywoman. That's what you care about.
You care about that piece of filth. He's a poster child for depravity.
He's a poster child for why thiscountry is going to be judged. And
(02:50:16):
the people who line up behind him, it's amazing, it's amazing. Finishes
up by saying it's things like thisthat make me want Trump to win all
upper case and maybe his book,The Art of the Comeback, it will
be worth reading one. I don'tknow if that's a thing or not.
(02:50:39):
If it's a book, or ifit will be a book, it'll be
written by somebody else who's not anilliterate dupe of Davos like Donald Trump is.
I don't think this guy could writea complete sentence. Look at you
think Donald Trump could write a book? Have you seen his social media posts?
He's borderline illiterate. He's as stupidas of people coming out of school
(02:51:01):
today are, and he graduated along time ago. No excuse to be
that illiterate. But I'll tell youyou know, it's said, Tucker Carlson
has exposed he krol gene. Well, guess what, I'm not going to
waste my time. Tucker is doingthat because Tucker wants the views, because
(02:51:24):
Tucker kisses the ring. To putit politely, well, I'm not kissing
Trump's ring or any other part ofhis anatomy. And don't write me letters
if you do. I don't wantto hear it. Nothing bothers me more
than to see people who have listenedfor a long time and still don't understand
(02:51:46):
anything. It's amazing, absolutely amazing. Yeah, he can grab women he's
entitled to. He can bait judges, he can mock them, he can
engage in clownish behavior and just youknow, get up and storm out,
and everybody's, oh, juicye whathe did? And you know, for
(02:52:07):
the left, oh, he's allout. He's a disgusting guy. For the
people on the right, Oh,isn't that great? He really owned the
Libs. I just love this guy. I just want him to be president
again. No, he's got theself control of a toddler unless he's doing
it for calculated purposes. And Ithink he's doing it for calculated purposes.
I don't think he's that stupid.I don't think he's that out of control.
(02:52:28):
But if you think that this isan honest reaction, this is a
guy who should be a toddler anddaycare, not somebody who is the president.
But they want a tyrant, don'tthey. And you know toddlers can
be pretty good at being a tyrant. They demand their way, they pound
the fist, they get red faced, and closing arguments for Carol on Friday
(02:52:50):
morning, her attorneys argue that Trumpacted as if he was above the law
by lying by saying that the formerpresident ignored the other jury verdict as if
it had never happened. The judgesaid Donald Trump engaged in the very same
defamation after the trial. Trump thenstood up, buttoned his suit jacket,
and stormed out of the courtroom. After he stormed out, the judge briefly
(02:53:15):
interrupted the closing argument and said therecord will reflect that mister Trump just rose
and walked out of the courtroom.Folks, this is reality TV for both
sides. This is professional wrestling. And oh, by the way, you
see Trump's pal at the WWE.He just resigned because of allegations of sexual
misconduct. It's a sex club, and hopefully you ain't in it. So
(02:53:41):
stop supporting these people, stop lookingto them for help. These are the
people who need they need help. They're addicted to sex, they're addicted to
money. Most of them are addictedto drugs. But they're all addicted to
attention and money. So his lawyer, he's got an excellent lawyer. Course
(02:54:01):
right, she's a model photogenic. That's his qualifications. By the way,
for virtually every female that he hadin his administration that had to be a
looker, except for Sarah Huckabee Sanders, she knew something right, But all
the rest of them. You lookat him, he's like, and you
(02:54:22):
see what they do. It's like, I know why he hired her.
So Haba, his lawyer. Atone point, frustrated after the judge for
batterr from including examples of tweets thatwere not entered into evidence during the trial,
she began to say, no,your honor, I have been and
he cut her off. He says, you are on the verge of spending
some time in the lockout. Nowsit down, and so as she sat
(02:54:48):
down, she muttered, effet realprofessional conduct. I'm certain that's why he
hired her. Again, he's goingto get a real lawyer instead of a
model. He'll appeal this stuff. He won't pay single penny, but he
will reap millions or tens of millionsfrom people who buy into this reality TV
soap opera. And one of thethings that she was arguing with a judge
(02:55:11):
about, he said, look,we're not going to re litigate the rape
and defamation trial. What this trialis about is whether or not he committed
a second defamation about the results ofthat trial. So he said, so,
we're not going to reltigate that. But here's a reality and they even
brag about this at PJ Media.Trump forty seven the revenge term. You
(02:55:37):
say, you got a lot ofpeople who are very angry at what's been
done, and we should all bevery angry and what's been done to us,
But they don't blame Trump. Iseverybody else. And so they want
Trump to be an agent of chaos. They want him to go in with
a whip and a scourge and beatthe bankers and the money changers and all
the rest of the stuff. Well, that ain't going to happen because he
(02:55:58):
put the Moneys in his cabinet,He put the military industrial cabinet, a
complex in his cabinet. He putBig Pharma in his cabinet. Alex Azar,
the CEO of Elion, Lily,he was a run that was Fauci's
boss, Francis Collins boss. Hewas a guy at the top. They
bought Trump during the transition period,Big Pharma did. And so there's perhaps
(02:56:24):
no other American political figure who hasbeen the target of such immense political persecution,
and that may very well propel himback to the White House as PJA
media and they think that's a goodthing. No, I think that,
you know, this this phony dictator, this phony anti globalist, I don't
(02:56:48):
see that as a good thing atall. As a matter of fact,
it's interesting Maggie Haberman wrote an ipat piece about all of Trump's outbursts in
the courts. I'll spare you thedetails, but I think it's interesting that
he keeps going back to Maggie Haberman, who absolutely despises him, trashes him
on every opportunity that she gets. She works with the New York Times.
Same thing with Bernstein, who hegave a very long you know, Bernstein
(02:57:13):
wrote a book on him, andhe you know, he gave him the
tapes, and then Bernstein released thetapes and made Trump, you know,
look bad by letting people hear whatTrump had to say. But he keeps
going back to these people. Andthat's the key thing. Trump desperately wants
the approval of the New York Times, of the Washington Post, of the
(02:57:33):
establishment left, of the people thathe always looked up to and admired as
a New York City liberal Democrat, pal of the Clinton's, pal of the
Epstein's. And what does that tellyou for his next and final term where
he doesn't have to worry about thepeople who put him in office. He
wants to be respected and loved bythe likes of Maggie Haberman and Carl Bernstein.
(02:58:01):
And that tells you what he's goingto do in his second term more
so than any plan, if evenbothered to do a plan. But of
course he doesn't bother to do aplan. None of them, none of
them Republican or Democrat, not RFKJunior, none of them. And so
as they look at this, theysay, well, you know, Trump's
cash stock pile is at risk.He could get this week. You know,
(02:58:24):
this other case that is being broughtby this political you know, hack
Letitia James in New York, theAttorney general there, they've upped that to
three hundred and seventy million. Sowhen you look at those together, he
could get hit for four hundred andfifty million dollars. And as this article
is saying, well, you know, that could really put his cash stockpile
(02:58:48):
at risk. It won't. Don'tworry about him. He'll be fine.
You don't need to send him donations. It is again they're not to get
a penny from him, just likethey didn't get from Alex Jones. You
know, they'll just kick this candown the road, keep appealing it,
declaring bankruptcy while they're stuffing stuff andoffshore accounts in the Cayman Islands. That's
(02:59:11):
that's the way this thing is goingto hold. All this is going to
work out, even to the extentthat as they're looking at this they say,
well, now it looks like hetook out a phony loan of forty
eight million dollars to himself. Now, if that is the case, again,
they may come after him, eventhough they didn't come after Hunter Biden,
(02:59:31):
And then everybody will say, well, that's what about Hunter. You
didn't go after Hunter? But you'regoing after Trump. You need to focus
on the eighty thousand IRS agents thatBiden wants to send against you, instead
of wondering whether or not he's goingto whether or not they're going to come
after Trump or or Hunter. Andhow awful it is that Trump doesn't get
(02:59:52):
a pass like the Bidens do.Just amazing. Well, thank you for
joining us, Have a good day. Let me tell you the David Night
