I think the Vancouver Canucks are thebiggest positive surprise in the National Hockey
League. Seventeen points, undefeated,home take on the Oilers tonight I'm honestly

blowing up. What's going on,Vancouver? What's going on? It's uh,
I haven't seen this much togetherness andjust everything. They're just on the
same page about everything. They're penaltykilling, their power play, the way

from every single player, and it'sshowing they out they out worked. I
know Dallas was on the end ofa long, long West Coast roach trip,
but they wasn't even close, likethey won every single battle. They

It was nine and close. Andthat's one of the best teams in the
league. Like that, that's apretty good measuring stick. That's a pretty
good measuring stick for Vancouver on aSaturday and at home. Right So they're

you look at the roster, asmuch as we criticize Jim Benning, this

the only difference is what Patrick Alvinand Jim Butherford have done is they sprinkled
in they needed veteran players to complimentthe core. The Carson Sussie's, the

I think the Vancouver Canucks are thebiggest positive surprise in the National Hockey
League. Seventeen points, undefeated,home take on the Oilers tonight I'm honestly

blowing up. What's going on,Vancouver? What's going on? It's uh,
I haven't seen this much togetherness andjust everything. They're just on the
same page about everything. They're penaltykilling, their power play, the way

they transition up the ice, theway they backcheck. You're seeing total buying
from every single player, and it'sshowing they out they out worked. I
know Dallas was on the end ofa long, long West Coast roach trip,
but they wasn't even close, likethey won every single battle. They
outscored them out him fourteen to onein the second period like it was.

It was nine and close. Andthat's one of the best teams in the
league. Like that, that's apretty good measuring stick. That's a pretty
good measuring stick for Vancouver on aSaturday and at home. Right So they're

He's he's on his game. Heis a nine to seventy save percentage at

home of two shutouts. Quinn Hughesis rye four seven right now, but

Heronic has been a really good additionthis That pairing has been unbelievable.
They're getting depth scoring, they're gettingtimely saves, and it's fun to watch.

I think this is going to bea good hockey team through the year.
But I don't mean obviously, Idon't think the pace is sustainable because it's

and you're right, they are areal, real fun hockey team to watch,
and it's been good. But it'sfunny, Like it's funny because if
you look at the roster, asmuch as we criticize Jim Benning, this

the only difference is what Patrick Alvinand Jim Butherford have done is they sprinkled
in they needed veteran players to complimentthe core. The Carson Sussie's, the
