pretty busy weekend. There was good, good matchups in the NFL. Another

they would have had twelve million dollarsoff the books, and instead got
six more years of OEL and tradedfor Connor Garland's rights and signed into a

like how maybe a corporation like Netflixwould maybe buy into a league like that

So it's kind of interesting. Here'sthe recourse here, though you have to

basketball games that are on you know, Akron State against you know, Billy
Babs University, and you can't findthe goddamn hockey games. And now the
you know, the NHL TV usedto be able to go back, you

the games are gone. You can'teven watch them anymore on Yeah. So
for me being a Canucks fan inSaskatchewan, I have to I split Sports
Net Plus with my friend. It'stwenty bucks a month and I get all
the games out of all the automarket games. It's it is what it
is. I mean, that's justlike my the Canucks games are blacked out
on my TV. They're blacked out, like that's the If I don't pay,

reality that I accepted, and II am no problem paying the twenty bucks.

five teams from the Alberta Junior HockeyLeague. I know you know a whole
lot more about this situation than Ido. Now, those AHL teams that
said they're leaving to go to theBHL next year suspended. They're not playing
games. Kids are not going toget opportunities. What the hell's going on
here with Hockey Canada. Oh well, it's not much hockey Canada. It's

not Hockey Canada. At all.Regular BHL is not in Hockey Canada anymore.
They left Hockey Canada last year.They're completely solely independent. They're in
an independent league. So the BHLso last year, BC Hockey let that
happen. They left BC Hockey lastyear, which is which shock people.

And then and then they left theCanadian Junior Hockey League and Hockey Canada and
that that puts some puts some wavesaround the league. But I I don't
have a problem with five Alberta teamsgoing over to the BHL if they feel
like that is going to be betterfor their program, and they're gonna play

against a caliber of teams that arein their own weight class. Because when
you look at it, the BrooksBandits, the Brooks Bandits kill everybody.
They went the league all the time, hold on, let me finish.
They win the league all the time, and they go to the Centennial Cup
they used to be called the RBCCup, and they breeze right through that

because the BHL doesn't go there anymore. So there's really no real competition there.
There's no competition for Brooks and andeveryone has been telling everyone's been saying,
we want to see Brooks play Penticton. We want to see Brooks play
Pindicton, and now we're going toget an opportunity to see that. Hold
on, I'm not done. Theonly thing that I don't agree with and
I was reading the AJHL statement thatthey put out and they said they they

found out these five teams were leavingthe BHL from the BHL press release,
that they didn't notify the Alberta JuniorHockey League that this is happening, which
I'm like, you would have hadsome inkling of that could happen. I
don't agree with suspending players. Idon't think players. I don't think players
should have to be punished for adultdecisions. I don't like that at all.

I don't think that's right for playersbecause it's not because not only is
it fair to the to the teamsthat are leaving the AJHL, what about
the teams that aren't leaving that havetheir games canceled now, So like,
I don't listen. I don't knowthe whole story on it. Could this
be good for junior hockey? Sureit could. They they want to form

a little super league and and rivalthe rival the U s HL or rival
the North American Hockey League, allthe props to them, all the problems.
Disagree with that. I just I'mjust wondering, like, why would
you not just keep this under wrapsand announce it at the end of the
year so it doesn't affect that,you know, you know what I'm saying,
Like, but I think I thinkthat I think it got leaked.
It got leaked on I got leakedon social media, and I think the

BHL felt pressure to release this,Okay, like it got leaked about two
and a half days before an actualannouncement, so I think they got a
little heat. I didn't know thatthe b SHL separated last year, that
the BHL has been superior to thea J and the s J. Yeah,

yeah, no, they they leftHockey Canada. They're not They're not
a part of Hockey Canada anymore.So why would Hockey Canada let that happen?

in Hockey Canada, Because like aleague in the US, you couldn't just
say, well, we're leaving USAHockey like US Hockey. Wait a second
here, right, let's get Imean, I don't know. Yeah,
but like it's it'll be interesting tosee how this affects the junior landscape because

the AJ going over to BC.That's that's ah. Like, are they
gonna have to replace teams? Arethey gonna have to have expansion teams?
