We got my e hole. Mister milligrams in the house.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
What's up everybody? Not in costume, but happy October.
Speaker 4 (02:39):
First, Yes, maybe we should have like a dab bubbling
hit when we introduced zone, like a you gotta record
either one of you guys could have that one, right thud,
there you go, gotta record it.
Speaker 6 (02:53):
That sounds like a hit Eric Bobo would have taken
back in the day.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
It was ready for that.
Speaker 4 (03:00):
So Dodger wild Card we got that game last night,
started off very dominant and then our bullpen gave up
some ass in and made it very dramatic for those
of us watching.
Speaker 6 (03:13):
And I noticed a lot of.
Speaker 4 (03:16):
You know, Dodger fans that did where the the white, blue,
and red and and you know sometimes the other colors
that the Dodgers offers were hating on on Dave Roberts
and you know, blaming him for the pitching. And it's like, guys,
(03:36):
let me tell you something, right, these are pieces on
the field and the manager can maneuver them how they
want and this, that and the other, but it is
ultimately on the player.
Speaker 6 (03:48):
To deliver. The manager can't pitch the ball for him.
The coach can't take the free throw for him.
Speaker 5 (03:59):
The uh, the coach on the football field can't take
the hike and throw the ball.
Speaker 6 (04:05):
To the receiver for the quarterback.
Speaker 5 (04:09):
Our coach on the l A f C can't go
and replace Danny Bonga and kick a fucking goal for us.
Speaker 6 (04:17):
It's not it's it's not entirely on them. And they
were like, oh, he needs to go, and and it's like.
Speaker 4 (04:28):
He was being interviewed by one of the dudes on
stank ass k T l A and the guy was like, yeah,
but you know he won a ring last season, that
doesn't matter.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
He needs to go.
Speaker 5 (04:41):
What if he really know, what if he wins your
ring this season? What if we get back to back,
he still gotta go. And the guy's telling him and
he's like, the only reason we win is because of
the players that we you know that that the management buys,
it brings to the team to make us better.
Speaker 6 (04:58):
And then the dude goes.
Speaker 5 (05:00):
You realize that Dave Roberts doesn't do the highers. It's
the general managers, just like you said right now, it's
the players that they bring it, So it's the players, right,
And they still didn't even get it.
Speaker 4 (05:13):
They're not it's Dave Roberts. But you just said it's
the players that come and make us better, right.
Speaker 8 (05:20):
I feel like all fans are like that though, because
you want to blame somebody and and you know you
don't want to you don't want to be in bad
terms with the player, or you don't want to actually
blame them, you know, because then you end up you
have to stick by that. But it's easy to blame
the coach because it happens every time LAFC loses. Listen,
I go through the comments and they're like, no, out,
it's ball time. I've commented it before.
Speaker 1 (05:42):
No.
Speaker 4 (05:42):
Look, if you're a fan, the players ain't calling you like, hey,
what the fuck did you say about me? Right, Neither
is the coach or the manager. They're not calling the
fans and be like, hey, why are you talking shit
on me? But they're they're not doing that. So it's
it's it's a matter of opinion by fans, right, Like
you might say I love what Dave Roberts is doing,
(06:04):
and Zo might say, man, he gotta go, and and
that's just that's always going to be the get down.
Speaker 6 (06:10):
But if he's producing, why would you shoot on him.
Speaker 9 (06:13):
That's why I'm getting ready to say we're talking about
Allen Iverson scenario all over again.
Speaker 1 (06:18):
We're talking about practice. We won. Well this ain't practice, no,
I know, But he's like, what are we talking about?
Speaker 2 (06:25):
Sometimes you know a coach could play the guy.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
Well, I'm saying we won the game by five runs. Yeah,
they won. What are we talking about here exactly? So? Well?
Speaker 4 (06:35):
Talking about well, okay, you just said stupid, right, so
that the guy that was interviewing these two guys didn't
know he had a couple of guys that maybe got
bozo mentality, right, Yeah?
Speaker 1 (06:49):
Sure.
Speaker 4 (06:49):
You know a lot of us weren't happy with Dave
Robertson in the past, you know, because of his decisions
to keep Kershaw in when he was giving up ass
and in former games and all that stuff.
Speaker 6 (07:01):
He believed in his player, and I can respect that. Yeah,
did I like it?
Speaker 1 (07:06):
Did I?
Speaker 4 (07:07):
You know, was a happy when we knew that he
was shook and he should have came out of the
game and and and manager left him in. Yeah, we
were all pissed off at that. But guess what very
next year they came and god, it's a goddamn ring
right with new weapons.
Speaker 9 (07:21):
Who can forget the rich Hill since you remember rich
Hill was pitching a perfect game there until the seventh
and eighth inning and he pulls them.
Speaker 2 (07:29):
And then when it came out, I mean, no way.
Speaker 1 (07:31):
And then when they had the other kid, the Asian kid,
I forget his name now.
Speaker 6 (07:35):
He oh Tani no no no oh, the other kid,
Yoshimota No no no.
Speaker 8 (07:40):
This was.
Speaker 6 (07:42):
Oh, this was years back.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
This was during COVID.
Speaker 6 (07:44):
Okay, it's twenty twenty. Yeah, and they had I forget
his name. Man, anyway, I know who you're talking.
Speaker 9 (07:52):
Everybody wanted Dave Dave's head, they wanted his head on
the platter, Yeah, including myself.
Speaker 1 (07:58):
But last night we won the game by a sound
amount of runs. You know what I mean.
Speaker 6 (08:04):
Oats. The bats were lit last night.
Speaker 9 (08:08):
Yeah, the bats were lit, and the pictures who needed
to step up stepped up.
Speaker 2 (08:12):
The only time you blame the managers that would He
were saying, if you if you're making bad calls, they're
not making the action, they're not doing the work, but
they are making key decisions on what's going to happen
in the game. So if you have a coach or
a manager who is like saying, should have pulled somebody
but didn't, you got the right to be a little
upset because that's you know, those are the judgment calls
(08:33):
that he's paid to make. But you can't put the
blame of a loss of a team on one person.
Speaker 1 (08:38):
Well, look, you could.
Speaker 4 (08:40):
You could blame him for the decision he made, but
you can't blame the performance on him because he ain't
out their performance.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
Right.
Speaker 4 (08:48):
If he believed in these couple of pictures to come
in and get him out of that inning, and they
couldn't perform that was on those pictures, you know, whether
they their nerves got to them, or they start second
guessing themselves or started pitching desperate style, you know what
I mean, like just not hitting the mark at all.
Speaker 5 (09:09):
Yes, that's exactly what happened to him. You saw it
in his face. He was trying to overdo it. He
was trying to hit his mark so pinpoint that he
was missing.
Speaker 4 (09:18):
Yeah, and you know, hey, that's not Dave roberts fault.
He can't out there being that guy's ear well he's pitching. Hey,
I need you to calm it down. Slow down. That's
the catcher's job to come up.
Speaker 6 (09:33):
Said, yeah, the catcher should be coming up.
Speaker 5 (09:35):
And even the catcher, he can only say what he
could say to you can't throw it, but he can't
throw it for you.
Speaker 2 (09:41):
Stupid Yankees lost the first we're playing Boston to our
biggest rival, and with that's our wild card game. We're
either playing against tonight or tomorrow. They better fucking win.
Speaker 4 (09:50):
Come on, guys, well we got the win, and it's
another home game today and they should crack that.
Speaker 6 (09:54):
And it's best of five, right or best of three?
Speaker 1 (09:57):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (09:57):
So yeah, the chances are they're gonna wrap this today
and that's that's great. Good luck to Dodgers. Go Dodgers.
Speaker 6 (10:05):
Don't be so hard on the manager, especially if he
digs if they get this win.
Speaker 9 (10:10):
That we won the game, what the game. Trust me,
I'm hard on him too, you know, Yeah, I'm hard.
I didn't want to need to be, but last night
I'm like, we're just looking. They just closed the door
in these fools already, you know what I mean? Yeah,
eventually they did.
Speaker 1 (10:26):
So there's nothing to be mad at old Day for
not right now? Yeah, you know what I mean?
Speaker 8 (10:31):
Yeah, who's don't get props man like as much ship
as high talk. Every time we lost the l A
f C, we've been on a fucking run, on a run,
and if and if everybody was like how.
Speaker 1 (10:40):
Much can one player add to the team. It's not
about just one fucking player.
Speaker 8 (10:44):
It's about having the missing piece to the chemistry that
makes it flow like fucking water, bro, And it's every
time that that this food fucking When we lost, everybody
was quick to be like fuck, especially me with the
emphasis on the fuck you know what I mean. But
I'm saying like, now that we've been winning golfles gotta
be like, hey man, there's some good coaching out there, bro,
(11:05):
you know what I mean. Put in the comments, be like,
you know what, dog I said, fuck you two months ago,
but you've been killing it late.
Speaker 5 (11:13):
The coach, the coach on LFC. Big up to coach Steve.
He is a good coach and he got unnecessarily shipped on.
Speaker 1 (11:23):
He's on uh and he's you know, you only can
deal with with what you dealt with. You know, he
didn't have some players.
Speaker 5 (11:33):
They lost some players that they probably should have kept,
like Chietcho or something like that. Of course, maybe there's
some players that shouldn't be even out there. But now
you know he got something there, and now everybody's gonna, oh, coach, coach,
this might be his last year.
Speaker 1 (11:49):
It is.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
Those calls are the brutal ones, man, the ones of
like players.
Speaker 5 (11:54):
And you're gonna want to have him back if we
win that championship. How we need to get the coach back. Hey,
I'll tell you what. It is looking good right now,
it is looking good. We're at third place. Where's the Galaxy?
Speaker 1 (12:07):
The third place in there?
Speaker 6 (12:10):
They're third to last.
Speaker 5 (12:11):
Wow, No, actually their last general managers and stuff. They've
they've been They've been there for the whole season, they've
been there a whole day. They I'll say this, they've
been consistent. Yeah, yes, that's a consistent team right there. Sorry, sorry,
ra Ra.
Speaker 2 (12:28):
Some people stop rooting for teams because of management.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
You know that.
Speaker 6 (12:31):
Yeah, Like absolutely left.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
The Giants fan as a Giants fan my entire life
because of decisions, not because they lose. Like no, seriously, bro,
Like last year or the year before, we had one
good player, Barkley, the best thing that ever hit the Giants.
His contract was up for renewal and if you watch,
I don't know think it's called the hard Knock. School
of Hard Knocks. They'll show you, like the training camp,
(12:55):
they pick a different team each year. Well, they had
it on the Giants and they basically they they let
you hear the discussion talking about his contract is up.
They didn't offer him nothing. They didn't even give him
an offer. What did the manager say, Oh, would really stuck.
If we wake up and he just and he's on Philly,
what do you think happened?
Speaker 1 (13:12):
Guess where he went and he got a ring and he's.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
Killing it because honestly, he's an amazing player. I hate Philly.
Speaker 6 (13:21):
Check this out to give you another example.
Speaker 4 (13:23):
I mean in Jeff Row, mister scuffsh you could probably
speak to this if he's here, if he's in the room.
When when the Krause brothers decide they're not going to
re sign Phil Jackson as the coach, and that causes
Michael Jordan to say, fuck this, I'm I'm out. How
(13:45):
many Bulls fans you think they lost?
Speaker 1 (13:49):
You?
Speaker 4 (13:49):
I'm fan because here you lost the coach who everybody
thinks is magical because he put he helped put together
this team to help Michael Jordan become one of the
great players of all fucking time, and your greatest player
of all time decides, you know what, you know, you're
not gonna renew the fucking coach. You're not gonna bring
(14:10):
them Fuck that him out of here. I mean, what
do you think that does to a team when your
star and your your coach that everybody fucking loves is
like that, you know, these guys don't bring them back? Yeah,
that people turn on management. They're like, fuck that. I mean,
look what happened with Luca when when when they traded Luca.
(14:32):
There's people that gave up their seasoned seats over that
in Dallas. They're like, I refuse to any longer subscribe
to season tickets or you know, or the suites or
whatever because y'all gave up our star.
Speaker 6 (14:49):
Yeah, he's gonna be a Laker for the rest of
his days, bro.
Speaker 2 (14:53):
And I feel that that was like the same thing
with the Giants, like how could you let the best
thing that we have go?
Speaker 4 (14:59):
So all that to say is you're right whoever said
it earlier, that people will turn on management.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
That is a fact.
Speaker 4 (15:05):
If you make bone head fucking mistakes like that, people
will go away from the franchise. Dave Roberts is only
the manager. He's not the general manager. He's not one
of the owners or that kind of representation. You know,
he's he's just the manager. So like you know, yeah,
(15:26):
players will flip on him. Not players, people will flip
on him.
Speaker 1 (15:30):
You know.
Speaker 4 (15:31):
He's the easier escapegoat than to actually point out your
player that might have fucked that up.
Speaker 1 (15:35):
What do you think the guy I was thinking about
was you Darvish? You darbish?
Speaker 9 (15:39):
Remember when you darvish or just throwing cookies up there
and they hit like three or four homes the Astros.
That's the year the astrosh crash, camp beaten in the
whole thing.
Speaker 5 (15:52):
You think that if the Dodgers go back to back
that they're still gonna be talking shit on coach Dave.
Speaker 4 (16:00):
That the guys who who have convinced themselves that he's
poisoned will never stop talking ship. The people who are
like on the fence, they'll rally with him because they'll realize, yeah,
he did what he was supposed to do.
Speaker 1 (16:13):
If we better renew that man's contract.
Speaker 5 (16:15):
Man, it's funny that, right, You know, you can win
a double back to back if that happens, and people
will still ship on you.
Speaker 4 (16:22):
Like, listen, he's had us in in national you know,
conference or National league games, championship games, and he got
us to a couple of World Series. How do you
let go of somebody with that consistent.
Speaker 5 (16:37):
Renew the man's contract. Renew that contract. Yeah, you ain't
always going to agree with the decisions. But if he's
got you winning, and and and this was a thing
for the Dodgers for a long time. We weren't winning,
We weren't in those games. This man got us in
those games with the team, with the team that that
(16:57):
that they put together for him to manage.
Speaker 1 (17:00):
Yep, there and there it is top to bottom.
Speaker 9 (17:02):
They came and gave him the materials and the resources
to win and blow and behold, that's what's happening.
Speaker 1 (17:08):
So go Dodgers, fuck everybody else. What we're talking about.
Real you could be you could be on one of
those that show Shack is on. Yeah, you just need
to find like two other foods. Just have you a
mellow and just.
Speaker 6 (17:19):
Have like two other foods and just do what that
show does with the sports.
Speaker 5 (17:23):
Yeah yeah, but just cover all around. I could do
some sports. I can't do all sports, you know, because
I don't follow it like I used to.
Speaker 1 (17:31):
But that's why there's four of them, not all of them.
Speaker 8 (17:33):
It doesn't just depend on one guy like yeah, as
one thing, and the other guy might know about like
certain things and the other one and then that's I
rarely watch that, but when I do watch those clips,
the do go viral.
Speaker 1 (17:44):
Shack does make the show.
Speaker 6 (17:46):
He is the show. Yeah, yeah, is the show. That
Shack is the show.
Speaker 2 (17:51):
So Charles Barkley and him together just oh their their
gold best best duo ever that that show has.
Speaker 6 (17:57):
Because they you know, the way they clown each other
as top notch.
Speaker 1 (18:01):
It really is.
Speaker 2 (18:02):
Man, did you see the run I forgot what they
were running for and he fell.
Speaker 8 (18:06):
He could have killed somebody going oh yeah he fell.
He kind of like pumped up a little bit and
then he knocked over the Christmas tree. You could get
crippled if Shack falls on you like that, Bro, that'speed
Like you're the average person.
Speaker 1 (18:19):
You're getting squashed shocks. He gets Ray like that raising
a wheelchair.
Speaker 2 (18:23):
But even just Ray, what about you?
Speaker 1 (18:26):
But I'm not saying like like he's significantly bro.
Speaker 2 (18:31):
You see Shack now he's jacked too.
Speaker 6 (18:33):
Yeah, yeah, he's Jack. He's taking his ship real serious.
They're working out.
Speaker 2 (18:37):
Yep, even though what's his name? Who was just in
muscle Beach that was showing Oh little John John, Little John. Yeah,
he looks good.
Speaker 1 (18:45):
Should he have won though? No?
Speaker 6 (18:47):
Should he have taken place?
Speaker 1 (18:48):
You know what?
Speaker 4 (18:49):
I think it was a class so if it was okay, Yeah,
I get it if it's in a class.
Speaker 6 (18:53):
But it's good that he's in there working out.
Speaker 2 (18:55):
And he looks natural. Brojo juice, he looks good.
Speaker 10 (18:58):
Oh yeah, little John is on gear you think so?
I don't know, Yeah, bro broa. He'd be bigger if
he was one. And it's not just that it gives
you a look that that don't he'd be. He'd be
more more bulky because he's a short dude.
Speaker 8 (19:10):
But gear, you're necessarily is not always like the super steroids,
like just being on on a good amount of TRT.
Speaker 1 (19:16):
That's still he could gear.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
Listen, he he might be on HG H maybe, but
he's not on Roy look at because he would be
double that size.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
He looks natty. It looks natty right there because because
realistically he's a short dude. Short dudes when they get
when they get roided out. They get bulked out quick, right.
Oh bro, I've used to hit the needle hard back
two thousand and from like two thousand and six to
twenty twelve a juice head, So that's how I know.
Speaker 6 (19:43):
Yeah, he'd be looking he's not juicing.
Speaker 2 (19:46):
No, he looks natural.
Speaker 6 (19:47):
He's natural.
Speaker 2 (19:47):
Yeah, and that's good man, Good for you, because that
shit fucked your body up so bad. Like people think,
like they look at him and oh he's healthy. How
old is little healthy howl does little John?
Speaker 7 (19:57):
What do you guys think?
Speaker 6 (19:59):
I'm going to say fifty? He's like fifty six?
Speaker 7 (20:03):
He is fifty four?
Speaker 6 (20:05):
Oh wow, wow, okay, hey looking good.
Speaker 1 (20:08):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (20:09):
He's just another example of us in our fifties to
keep you know, keep our ship together. You know what
I'm saying, health wise, like doing all the things that
are you know, gonna keep our temple.
Speaker 2 (20:22):
Method man too.
Speaker 4 (20:22):
Yeah, you know what I'm saying. So like when you
think you're two old, fifty is the new thirties. So like,
get your ass in the gym and get get live.
Speaker 1 (20:31):
Man. He stopped drinking that crunk juice.
Speaker 7 (20:34):
Remember, stop drinking that crunk gas cans?
Speaker 8 (20:37):
Yeah, no, bro, I remember I seen that ship and
the slows it like it was a I was at
the krish All mall and then there was a liquor store.
I went into it and I was like, they had
a big ass promo dog. It was a little John
cutout and I was so, let me try this ship.
Speaker 6 (20:49):
That shit horrible.
Speaker 1 (20:50):
Huh Yeah, it was strong horrible. It was like that
one drink word I was remember cocaine.
Speaker 6 (20:55):
It was sugary, strong and horrible.
Speaker 8 (20:56):
Yeah, like remember the cocaine energy drink. Yeah, same thing
I thought about with that. I was like, wow, I
like the powder. Let me see if I fucking like sugary,
strong and horrible.
Speaker 2 (21:08):
I like the powder. I just like the smell of it.
Speaker 6 (21:13):
Yeah, you know, salutes a little John man.
Speaker 2 (21:15):
Yeah, especially keeping the natural bro that is so bad.
Like nobody speaks on that.
Speaker 9 (21:22):
Did you talk about the hardest part for our age
bracket of cats is like finding the.
Speaker 5 (21:30):
Then, not the enthusiasm, but the inspiration to get out
there and do it. Okay, so let me tell you
what the key is.
Speaker 4 (21:39):
Right, at least it was for me because I can't
speak for everybody, but you can always come up with
ten excuses why not to work out? Oh I got
to go through this. I'm busy, oh I'm tired, or
I'll do it tomorrow. Like it's easy to come up
with five to ten excuses to not do it. What
(22:03):
the key is is to find one important, if not three,
excuses why you should you know what I mean? And
most of it is like, well, for me, it was
I want to be healthy. I want to fucking watch
my daughter grow up and you know, like to see
(22:23):
the person she becomes. And I want to be able
to be on stage and do it at a level
that I'm not fucking practically dying at the end of
the show because I'm winded or my legs are shaky
or you know, whatever the thing is. I want to
be healthy enough to live, to be around from a daughter,
to be able to do what we do on the
(22:44):
highest levels without faltering in that way. So those were
my three excuses, my health, my daughter, and my career.
Those are the three most you know, important things that
I could think of to make myself go do it,
as opposed to I'll just do it tomorrow. Today's too
(23:04):
hot or today's too cold, or I slept it too
long or you know, because I could do that to
myself all day.
Speaker 1 (23:13):
I wanted to be around to smoke the future weed
of tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (23:16):
Yeah, right, there you go. But you know, people say,
you know, how do you stay motivated to keep going
to the gym doing almost twenty hours. Not motivation, its
discipline because you're not always going to be motivated. You're
not going to wake up time to go rip in
the gym.
Speaker 4 (23:34):
That's only in the beginning, right, that's only in the
beginning to get you to start when you got the spark,
because after that it's something that you have to work
into your lifestyle.
Speaker 1 (23:43):
It turns, it turns into a lifestyle.
Speaker 8 (23:45):
And like, I don't know, man, Like everybody has a
different reason, bro, But at some point you just get tired.
Speaker 1 (23:51):
Like I've been trying to lose weight for like.
Speaker 8 (23:53):
The longest give miss this before when I was younger,
but I just never committed or never really found it,
never really got tired, and I just got then the
whole thing where I'm like, all right, man, I turned
thirty five.
Speaker 1 (24:03):
I'm like this is around the age.
Speaker 8 (24:05):
I'm like, you know, I got to make some life
changing decisions in the next five years to you know,
ten years.
Speaker 1 (24:09):
God waiting, Like I'm like a start a family door.
Speaker 8 (24:12):
I gotta I gotta make sure I'm good and like
be like be said, I'm like, if I want to
plan to have these things in my life, I got
to make sure at least I'm able to survive based
on the tools that I'm giving to take care of myself.
Speaker 1 (24:22):
Anything can happen to you at any time.
Speaker 8 (24:24):
But and then honestly, the energy thing and just tired
of being fat, dog, I just I would I would
never find my size sizes anywhere in the store. I
always knew I had like good tasting, like like, I
don't know, man, I could put an outfit together. I
could look fly, but they don't make that flashit for
fat motherfuckers.
Speaker 2 (24:39):
You to take sure like and.
Speaker 4 (24:41):
If and if they do got it, it's more expensive
because it's more material.
Speaker 2 (24:46):
Yeah, pictures will get you in shape. Just when you
see the wrong picture of yourself.
Speaker 1 (24:49):
That's what happened with me.
Speaker 6 (24:50):
Damn same, that's what happened with me.
Speaker 2 (24:52):
See the cheeks blowing up. I'm like, yo, I got
to chill.
Speaker 1 (24:55):
The hell out, bro.
Speaker 4 (24:55):
Like, here's the thing, right, our squad, the Cypress squad,
we've always been active. We played you know, football when
it was football season. We've I didn't play so much baseball,
but basketball. We were definitely active in that. And we
kept active, right, and we even like weight trained and stuff,
and some of us got into boxing, some martial arts
and shit like that. And then the other things we've
(25:18):
we continuously do to this day, like the bowling and
shit like this. Right, We've always been active, and you know,
there was one point I came back from tour and
I was very tired, and I decided, you know, I'm
gonna take a week off in the gym because I'd
come back and I'd get like right back into the gym.
(25:39):
But I wasn't training the way that I do now,
is hitting heavy weights and then running on the treadmill
for an hour and shit like that. I wasn't mixing
it up the way I do now. And I took
that week off. That week turned into three months.
Speaker 1 (25:55):
Now.
Speaker 4 (25:55):
In those three months, as you know, this time in
my life, we were at the Rainbow heavy every night, smoking, drinking,
eating late as fuck. My metabolism was jacked up, and
I'm eating it like you know, we're worrying at midnight,
right and drinking all the dark alcohol with a whole
(26:16):
lot of sugar in it. I stacked weight. I wasn't
even I was living with it and didn't even realize
it was happening until one night, well, I should say
we took a picture one night, Big Worm, Chuck Zito,
and Night with that dude Rick James.
Speaker 1 (26:32):
Remember that kid.
Speaker 4 (26:33):
Rick James was a little Mexican dude who took pictures
at the rainbow. He had a Jerry curw That's why
they called him Rick James. You would know him if
you've seen it. He came with the picture that he
had developed with Chuck and Worm and myself recipes big Worm,
and I saw myself for the first time, Like see
it yourself in the mirror and see it yourself as
(26:54):
in the photo is two fucking different things. I saw
that photo, bro, and I've seeing how bal wound out
I had gotten.
Speaker 1 (27:02):
And that was it for me.
Speaker 8 (27:04):
I was like off the most about the picture, though,
because when you see a photo like that, you don't
ever admit it right away, but you think about it
like after, like because it hits hard.
Speaker 4 (27:11):
Oh no, I said it right there. Oh my god,
I'm fucking overweight. I didn't even realize it. I wasn't
like even like focused in enough to fucking realize it.
And uh yeah, I mean that picture said it all.
And I see it every now and then, you know,
like they pop it up and they pop pictures up
on Google every now and then when I'm like a
(27:35):
big fat fuck. You know what I'm saying, nobody, I
don't care, you know what I mean? That was the
former me, you know what I mean. And I can
always look at that as motivation to not let go,
you know what I'm saying. That's I look at those
pictures right there, and I say, Okay, this is the
reason that worked so hard.
Speaker 6 (27:52):
We like that again.
Speaker 8 (27:53):
I think once you get there, those pictures no longer
haunt you because you're already disciplined enough to get into
that lifestyle. So like to me, when people that was
repost old clips or something like that, like, I don't care, bro,
I'll still fucking repost that ship because I know, like
I wasn't fucking doing you know this, I wasn't benching
shit when I was I was like, nah, I'm hitting
h shit with a weight bilt, you know, And like
(28:14):
I'm out here just elevating, pushing myself to be stronger
as I grow older, and that is kind of like,
it's kind of like the one luxury you don't have
to pay for.
Speaker 4 (28:22):
Let me tell you what when I was, when I
was like I was at the two forty six, two
forty seven mark. I should be between two ten, two fifteen,
two twenty, like right there, right every night after the show,
I had to ice the bottom of my feet because
it felt like my fucking.
Speaker 1 (28:43):
Like the.
Speaker 5 (28:45):
Geat candles bro with your fat No, no, don't don't
step in with that, because that wasn't what it was.
Speaker 2 (28:52):
Fucking came the fuck up.
Speaker 4 (28:55):
No, my foot felt like it was tearing, like the
bottom of my the heel, It felt like the tendon
in there was tearing right. And then my knees were
fucked up right, and my fucking back always felt like
I had a burning shit happening on my right side,
and I didn't realize it was because I was so
(29:17):
heavy and I was wearing the wrong shit. The heaviness
was fucking up my knees. It was fucking up my
back because you know, the weight pulls your ship forward
a little bit, just like you know when when sometimes
girls get breast reduction because it's sucking up their back.
The same thing with weight. It'll fuck up your back, right,
(29:37):
it'll fuck up your back. So I was having all
these problems. Bobo could tell you. I had the ice.
I was icing my feet every fucking night because it
felt like my shit was going to tear, and like
it was it was killing me to walk after a show.
This was because of the excess weight. After I dropped it,
I didn't have those back pains anymore. My knees weren't
(30:00):
fucking up on me, and the heel, the ship that
was going on in my heels never came back, and
I don't feel not one of those things that I
was feeling when I was that fun word up.
Speaker 9 (30:14):
Well, yeah, you know, y'all know I got cleared to
start working out about two weeks ago, good, and I
still haven't done a damn thing because.
Speaker 2 (30:21):
You didn't do it for so long.
Speaker 1 (30:23):
I got to get back in.
Speaker 3 (30:24):
Yeah, you just.
Speaker 6 (30:26):
Gotta yeah, you know, you just got to figure out
what the motivation is.
Speaker 9 (30:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (30:31):
Yeah, you know, watch when you go back to plowing,
you last like twenty seconds and you're like, and you'll
go back.
Speaker 4 (30:36):
So you go from plowing one honey to two honeys.
You know what I'm saying, yeah, your average can go up. Absolutely,
there you go the old days. That's motivation enough, right.
Speaker 6 (30:47):
Could it be?
Speaker 1 (30:48):
Hey man, it's like the fix.
Speaker 8 (30:50):
You can always up a tier, you know what I'm saying,
Like you already getting it, but you think about it.
Speaker 1 (30:54):
If it was Diesel, that tier of bitches go up. Yeah.
Speaker 9 (30:59):
No, I I got a restructure reprogram, you know, because
the eating habits and then getting that spark. Because I'm
one of the morning dudes. I want to get it
all done in the morning. I have the afternoon nighttime.
You wake up on average eight o'clock. On average, I
get up at eight o'clock.
Speaker 6 (31:19):
Well, you could just start start off at eight o'clock,
you know what I'm saying. There's nothing wrong with that.
That's a good time, that's you know.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
But I got the old man and all that.
Speaker 9 (31:27):
You know, I got to make sure he right by
the time I can get out the doors nine nine thirty,
which is good, which is good. Still, I can still
get you know, down to La Fitness and all that.
So but it's just you know, from the night before.
Speaker 1 (31:42):
You know, you know what it is.
Speaker 4 (31:43):
You know, bellow, you probably just need a trainer, right,
like someone to actually like train you and like you
give up the control in that part because that's what
it took for me. I had to give up control
of how I train because like we all come in
like fuck, I know how to train, I know what.
But when it's someone pushing you, it's a different deal.
Speaker 2 (32:04):
And it depends on you to achieve, right, you know,
Like so everybody's going for different reasons. You're going for
health reasons just in general, for like hard health, you're
gonna do a lot more When they say cardio, it's
not just running. Cardio is like high heart rate for
a long time, but like that's a cardio workout. Or
if you're trying to burn fat, you might do like
heavy resistance like up a hill, elliptical with a lot
(32:26):
of things. So your trainer is gonna help you achieve
what you might be looking for, like you know, trying
to get bigger, more shredded or drop weight or drop
weight like they'll they'll tell you like with your trainer,
you zonus, you have you doing like high reps right now?
Is you going low?
Speaker 8 (32:40):
I mean it's it's it's never been about high reps.
Like it's it's always been like up or down bro.
Like there'll be days where there'll be days where I
get tested and I'll be like, oh fuck, this is
like thirty pounds heavier, and it's just to make sure
you rip the tissue and the muscle in the next
two sessions would be like back to the twenty pounds
later the next time I hit those big those big
weights again, it's double what I used to and it's
(33:00):
better resistance, Like it depends like I don't know, they
got me on like a like a bodybuilder's kind of
like regime.
Speaker 1 (33:06):
So the cardio that I do like for it to
be effective, I've always.
Speaker 8 (33:09):
Like known this that like if you if your bpm
is more than above the one fifty, that's when you're
doing the double workout, bro, Like you're sweating it out,
but your heart's.
Speaker 1 (33:16):
Really getting that thing.
Speaker 8 (33:17):
Like, and you don't necessarily have to be running like
fucking fast because the older you are, all that shit
is that shit is bad for you because your knees
and your ankles and all that stuff. But if you
if you're not a fast runner, just get a weighted vest, bro,
Just get a weighted vest. Throw that motherfucker on, put
that ship on the incline. And you could walk all
you want, bro, but I guarantee you that because your weight,
you're you're carrying a heavy.
Speaker 1 (33:38):
Vest at that time and doing an incline, your heart rate.
Speaker 8 (33:40):
Is gonna go up, meaning that you're getting the same
workout on your heart and on the trailer like you
know on your number budio.
Speaker 6 (33:46):
Shit, that is another way to burn the calories.
Speaker 4 (33:48):
Right if you just got yourself a treadmill right and
and jacked it all the way up and walk down
a slow pace for an hour and a half.
Speaker 2 (33:55):
Bullet incline, absolutely, and you burn. Don't forget the more
you break muscle like leg is your biggest muscle. So
if you tear a lot of muscle when you go
to sleep, you're burning almost the same amount of calories
you did when you did the workout. So if you
burned three hundred calories doing that, you might burn another
two three.
Speaker 4 (34:11):
That's why the right trainer will have you be doing
a lot of squats and a lot of leg work,
not like all heavy up here, but enough to where
its breaking that tissue open and like strengthening your shit,
And then you know you've given yourself the time to
heal your legs. Are everything, and most especially when you
want to drop weight, if you ain't working your legs,
(34:33):
you ain't gonna drop the weight, right and craps man especially,
that's just anybody that's not you. I'm saying, that's just anybody.
I had to subscribe to that because you know, I
wasn't doing a whole lot of squats before then. I
would do leg work, but not like the stuff that
I eventually would go on to do and learn and
(34:53):
stuff like that that I still do to this day.
That's why, like I run around the way I do
on stage. Huh, you don't have a trainer, dude.
Speaker 1 (35:02):
I used to.
Speaker 4 (35:03):
But what I did was I, you know, like I
noted every goddamn train almost every training session that we
had and the reps and how many we did and
what the workout was, and I replicate that and every
now and then I got to push myself because I'll
look at it and be.
Speaker 1 (35:19):
Like, oh fuck.
Speaker 4 (35:20):
And you always gotta switch because your body or plateau
like it gets used to that. Yeah, you gotta you
gotta switch up workouts. I have like about thirty five
of them or something like that, thirty five to forty
different different workouts that I like, I just toggle between
all of them all. Maybe start at one, go to
the forty, and then maybe fucking flip it up, go
(35:41):
forty back down to one. Or like, just pick and
choose one and just do different ones and then ones
I make up from what I know.
Speaker 2 (35:49):
That's good, You know what I mean? Keep keep changing
it and form and reps. That's all I can tell people.
You go to the gym, you see some of these
idiots like crazy weight on it. They don't do a
being not one full reps. So listen, take that ship off.
Take the weight off. If you can't hit minimum twelve reps,
it's too much weight. You want to be strong and
(36:09):
in good shape. Lower the weight fifteenth more reps and
perfect form, slow, do it right, like you don't need
to go heavy resistance and yeah, I really I don't count.
Speaker 6 (36:22):
Hey, that's pretty much what I'm doing now.
Speaker 1 (36:23):
I don't.
Speaker 4 (36:24):
I don't lift that heavy anymore. Every now and then
i'll lift a little bit heavy just to get that
tear and that little bit of burn, but mostly it's
it's lighter weight with a lot of reps.
Speaker 2 (36:34):
Bands are great, man, especially if you're over forty. Those
bands sleep. They'll give you a great workout and they
don't hurt you, you know what I mean?
Speaker 4 (36:43):
SARTs. See he needed a spotter. Crazy, it's crazy, Like
what does he got?
Speaker 2 (36:55):
Two plates?
Speaker 1 (36:56):
Two? Okay? See the smart bro?
Speaker 2 (37:01):
Look at that is hilarious.
Speaker 1 (37:03):
See the smart Oh my god, dude.
Speaker 4 (37:06):
The smart move would have been just to like when
this happens, just lean to one side, slide out and
slide out.
Speaker 6 (37:13):
He's over here trying to figure.
Speaker 4 (37:14):
It out, and I was like three weeks of juice
for I can do it, and he can't. And he
can't yell for help because there's nobody there.
Speaker 1 (37:23):
He's like, I got barbecue and the smoker.
Speaker 4 (37:25):
Okay, So this is a prime example why you shouldn't
do chess without a spotter or there's.
Speaker 1 (37:33):
Dude, there's so many ways to work your chest out
without a spoder.
Speaker 8 (37:35):
Bros, get some heavy dung balls and you fucking literally bro, like,
if you can't handle it, guess what you just let go.
Speaker 2 (37:43):
That's it.
Speaker 1 (37:45):
It's not that's it.
Speaker 4 (37:46):
Yeah, you know that's it. Heavyweight chessun Yeah, you know.
When you want to stack them plates, I get it.
But if you're gonna stack plates, which he wasn't stacking plates.
He had two plates.
Speaker 6 (37:56):
You gotta like, you gotta have people a round, Yeah,
for sure.
Speaker 2 (38:00):
By back in my juice days, my heaviest is four
plates on these four or five. I used to do
two twenty five those like oh no, Joe, ten to
twelve reps was like warm up with that, and then
you go to three plates, which is three fifteen, and
I would do like six to eight of those and
then max out at four or five.
Speaker 1 (38:17):
So why did you get off the juice?
Speaker 2 (38:18):
Because every part of my body started to fucking fall apart,
meaning joints, tendons, Yeah, that part. So the muscles got big,
everything was good, but inside, bro, your body is in
such bad shape.
Speaker 6 (38:30):
You're damaging yourself.
Speaker 2 (38:32):
You live, your muscles grow, tendons and ligaments do not grow.
And you know, like when you eat chicken, you feel
the way that that cartilage is that can't stretch. That's
the same thing that we have. So as your muscles
are getting all bigger, the ligaments and tenants can't support it.
And if you're old, juiced up, you don't feel it.
So next thing you know, two three months later, you
got tears in your ac I've got two shoulders, two
(38:53):
shoulder surgeries. Yeah, bro, it's not good.
Speaker 8 (38:56):
You don't need that kind of we gotta get like
a lot of blood work done too, bro, before you
get on that. A lot of people just kind of
get on it, right Yeah, yeah, Yeah, it's like you
don't like even if you're.
Speaker 1 (39:04):
Going to contemplate that ship.
Speaker 8 (39:05):
That's why for the motherfuckers that it does work, work
for it, Like you know that it worked for them
is because they've done the right blood work.
Speaker 1 (39:13):
But in the long run, well, that ship there's a
lot of wearing shirt in your heart.
Speaker 4 (39:16):
Maybe they've had discipline enough to do it responsively and
not overdo it like many have.
Speaker 1 (39:22):
Yeah, I know I appreciate that, honestly, most cats won't.
Speaker 4 (39:27):
I mean shit, I never got to three plates. I
never did any of the juice. It was all natural
for me. At like the heaviest I got was two plates.
Speaker 2 (39:35):
Good, you don't need it. I ain't paying for it.
Speaker 1 (39:37):
I don't.
Speaker 4 (39:38):
I don't know if I could hit them two plates
right now. Maybe I could, but like I don't even
try because the joint damage that that ship did to me,
you know what I mean in terms of of of here.
Oh yeah, man, it's significant and that bar will kill
your shoulder lifted to heavy. Yeah, they're bouncing it off
your chest because that's important. That's the that's the cheat
(40:01):
that a lot of motherfuckers do, is that, like they'll
put that heavy weight off and bounce it off their
chest to get a little bit of motion to get
it up.
Speaker 6 (40:09):
And you don't know that you're fucking yourself up when
you do your.
Speaker 2 (40:12):
Fake back arch when they arch their back all the
way off. The things that don't count.
Speaker 3 (40:18):
Don't work.
Speaker 2 (40:19):
People with curls. You see them swinging their up against it.
Speaker 4 (40:23):
If you're too much weight for you, If you're bouncing it,
it means it's too much weight for you. But people
do it because they want that big ass burn.
Speaker 7 (40:31):
Did you guys ever do a cleans like this is
a good full body workout?
Speaker 2 (40:35):
Oh yeah, I didn't do what they call clean and
jerk or.
Speaker 7 (40:37):
Some Yeah, we just called.
Speaker 6 (40:40):
I did these when I was training, for sure with
the trainer.
Speaker 11 (40:45):
Yeah, even these. You don't even need to put a
lot of weight on anything. Just do this light and
do a lot of reps and it's a full body workout.
Speaker 4 (40:51):
Put that on though, man, that's just a good way
you could do. You could do the same thing with dumbbells.
Speaker 1 (40:57):
Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 6 (40:58):
You know what I'm saying, That same motion shit right
is important too?
Speaker 1 (41:03):
Right?
Speaker 2 (41:03):
Oh well, yeah, you're trying to achieve like a Look,
it's eighty ninety percent diet. Literally, like, if you're trying
to get to a certain look, eighty ninety percent of
that diet.
Speaker 1 (41:12):
For real.
Speaker 2 (41:13):
You can work out all you want. If you're eating
like shit, you're gonna look like shit. That's a fact
for real. Eat all the juice you want. If you
ain't eating right, you look like shit.
Speaker 1 (41:22):
Right is that?
Speaker 7 (41:23):
Do you steroids just make you fatter?
Speaker 2 (41:24):
Oh yeah, if you don't eat right, fuck, you'll just
get bloated and look worse.
Speaker 1 (41:28):
That's what you know. That's what sucks.
Speaker 2 (41:30):
I don't know why people who are taking it don't
admit it, because it's not like you still don't have
to do all the workouts. You have to eat right.
Not like a woman.
Speaker 1 (41:37):
You're a fucking pudgy dude, No shit, no woman.
Speaker 2 (41:39):
But if a woman don't like a chest, she goes
to a doctor, comes out in a week or whatever.
Speaker 1 (41:44):
Hey gout.
Speaker 6 (41:44):
But guys, do guys do that shit?
Speaker 9 (41:46):
Now?
Speaker 1 (41:47):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (41:47):
I'thetic they do the you know, like, if you need
some pets, I got pets. If you need some calves,
they got calves.
Speaker 7 (41:54):
Wait can I get a fake six pag?
Speaker 3 (41:55):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (41:56):
Yeah, they're ridiculous.
Speaker 2 (41:57):
A good, they're ridiculous.
Speaker 4 (41:59):
They'll just on you real quick, tattoo a six pack
on yourself both you're straight. Uh yeah, man, all this
crazy hell talk, but we you know, we live by it.
You know what I'm saying a lot of us feel
like this is this is something you should subscribe to.
(42:19):
But you know what tripped me out is the bozo
that used to be at Fox Dudes and now is
secretary of whatever going in and you know, speaking to
all the heads of military saying that there's not you know,
we can't have any more fat, out of shape generals
or beards on the soldiers and shit like the dude
(42:43):
who never served Dan his fucking life is telling these
guys they got brass who are not gonna be on
the field doing anything. They're there because you know, their
minds and their their strategy and the experience is that
they've been through that they could convey to soldiers down
the line, to military folks down the line. This motherfucker
(43:04):
who ate never served to Dan in his life, telling
him that they got to get in shape. We're not
gonna have any more fat generals and no more beards
in the military. Yeah, a lot of shit. He's a
fucking bozo. Swear to god, I hate to get into politics.
I hate it, you know I do, because we just
this is not the show that we do this long
(43:26):
because we try to take you away from all that.
But sometimes you just can't ignore stupid shit. You know,
We've ignored a lot of stupid shit over here for
the sake of not burning your ears out, because we
know that it's everywhere you go to Instagram. You could
doom scroll this shit all day. But just to hear
this dude talk, it's like watching the most horrific fucking
(43:49):
traffic accident in life. That's what it's like listening to
this fucking guy talk.
Speaker 1 (43:54):
Funny.
Speaker 5 (43:54):
The real funny thing is when he was expecting a
big like rab respond, he says, our enemies f a
f Oh it was crickets. Yeah, he's an idiot, you know,
is that you He's expecting that ra rab Yeah, that's right,
(44:15):
you got crickets.
Speaker 4 (44:16):
Look, you got you got this guy who's coming in
drawing all that the heads of of all the military positions,
who's got no experience at all telling these dudes what
they're fucking gonna do or or how to be doing things.
It's like the fuck out of here, you know what
I'm saying. God can't even do three pull ups himself.
Speaker 3 (44:36):
Oh wow.
Speaker 4 (44:38):
Anyway, enough about that, because I just don't like speaking
on these fucking idiots, and he is one of the
biggest make make uh, don't make no mistake about that.
Seems like the Golden Calf just hired a bunch of
yes men idiots around him, no one with any sense. Yeah,
but that doesn't surprise me anyway. All that, it's National
(45:02):
Homemade Cookies Day. Yeah, and uh, you know right now
with all this bullshit, a nice homemade cookie would taste
great and take you away from all this political crap.
Speaker 2 (45:17):
It's a melon. But someone stole our knife.
Speaker 1 (45:19):
Here, Okay.
Speaker 5 (45:23):
I wasn't gonna ask about that because it was one
of the weirdest things you know that saw on the
goop chat.
Speaker 1 (45:30):
You know it's yo studio cutting where's the studio studio
cutting knife?
Speaker 6 (45:36):
Like you know you never saw because you've never had
to cut anything.
Speaker 1 (45:40):
You know, but there's one night. There is one nye.
Speaker 4 (45:43):
But I'm gonna go to the cutlery spot and get
like a bunch of knives right now.
Speaker 2 (45:49):
There's one night, so that no one has to know
none right now.
Speaker 4 (45:53):
No, there's there's plastic knives that ain't gonna cut through
a melon.
Speaker 1 (45:59):
What kind of me was it?
Speaker 2 (46:00):
It's called a golden dew.
Speaker 6 (46:02):
It's golden.
Speaker 2 (46:04):
Yeah, it's not a honey It's like if you see Costco,
a bright yellow like almost just like looks like a honeydew,
but bright, bright yellow. So when I gave you the.
Speaker 4 (46:12):
Other day, frankly, I'm surprised Easo doesn't have a machete
light around here.
Speaker 2 (46:16):
That's the mofo.
Speaker 4 (46:17):
All the crazy things this fucking guy be having. I'm
surprised you don't got a machete here.
Speaker 8 (46:22):
To I'll put it on my list, considering that I
didn't know that that knife was. I thought it was returned.
I knew when it was gone. No, it's coming back.
Speaker 2 (46:28):
He's he just bring it back, but daylight and a
dollar short.
Speaker 1 (46:33):
Because I do. I do remember looking for it, and
I'm just like, oh wow, I brought some try tap
let me cut this up.
Speaker 6 (46:38):
You could leave it here for till Friday.
Speaker 1 (46:41):
No, I didn't bring it.
Speaker 4 (46:42):
I'm talking about Kelly Blaze talk about his melon. No
one touches the melon until Friday, right, I.
Speaker 2 (46:48):
Think domb out the knife.
Speaker 4 (46:49):
We gotta you know, sorry, Bobo will be the first
cutting into it after the show. Oh uh oh, what
my bad? The heavy dude. Yeah, I don't really do
Oh you don't do the dudes. You gotta try that one, truthfully. Yeah,
I never seed you do any any melon of any sort?
Speaker 1 (47:08):
Not really.
Speaker 4 (47:09):
Maybe strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, burs the Burris when he's making
that Mrsic he got a bowl of burds over the bird.
Speaker 1 (47:19):
But you know, I give it a shot.
Speaker 2 (47:20):
You know, you gotta try. Just try it. You don't
like it, you're good.
Speaker 4 (47:23):
It's also natural pumpkin seed day. Do you ever chew
on pumpkin seeds?
Speaker 3 (47:28):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (47:28):
Those are good. They have them with like erry.
Speaker 8 (47:31):
Salt, spicy, spicy, you know, limon sal Yeah, that is
fucking bomb.
Speaker 3 (47:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (47:36):
The ones you're talking about that are coated and sugar,
I mean salts ar horrible. Went all white on the
outside of that. Come on, bro, how about just a
little bit of the salt.
Speaker 6 (47:45):
Yeah, that's a whole lot of salt.
Speaker 1 (47:46):
That's like toasted.
Speaker 2 (47:48):
You roast them roasted. You ever see the giant ones
from like the thousand pounds pumpkins. They I think the
biggest pumpkin is like over a ton, over two thousand pounds,
and the seeds are fucking huge.
Speaker 6 (48:00):
Does Pedro call those pumpkin pits seeds?
Speaker 1 (48:05):
Seeds? Oh?
Speaker 2 (48:05):
Yeah, he would do it opposite.
Speaker 4 (48:06):
Yeah, he would do it opposite. It's also National Coffee
with the Cop Day. I don't know anyone who does this.
I could see, like you know, all the all the spots,
the doughnuts shops and the beaneries and the star books
and all of them given the coffees for free. But
(48:27):
I don't know too many patrons that are having uh
coffee with a cop That'd be interesting.
Speaker 8 (48:36):
Think of a holiday. Let's just walk up on a
cop today. Here's this coffee for you, sir. Now you
gotta ask him at a coffee shop. I don't think
that will take it? Can we kick it? Can I
ask you some questions? For the most part, I think
they're pretty open to it. Man, Like I know if
I would have came up to any of them. Like
I was joking around with some of the ones at
Comic Con.
Speaker 1 (48:54):
I was like, man, this one looks so real.
Speaker 5 (48:56):
Bro.
Speaker 1 (48:56):
It's like where'd you get your costumatization? Like that?
Speaker 8 (48:59):
And they're fucking bro Because it just depends on why
you just go talk to them, bro, or like or
if I would have been like a bro, what do
you think about what you're a comic kind?
Speaker 1 (49:06):
I think they just would be down.
Speaker 8 (49:07):
They're just that's the time people think they're just it's
they're hostile tourism because of what you see.
Speaker 1 (49:12):
But a lot of them just regular motherfuckers. Bro.
Speaker 4 (49:15):
It's like anything you know, do you have shitty cops
out there, which we know to be for sure a
fact corrupt, and we have cool motherfuckers out there? It
actually are are good people and that you know, they
get a bad rap because of the corrupt motherfuckers that
exist in how they treat people and what we're seeing
(49:38):
a lot every day on on social media in terms
of harassment and and them stepping over the line and
beating people the fuck up.
Speaker 2 (49:48):
Good ones.
Speaker 4 (49:48):
But there are some some very good guys out there,
good men and women. They got that badge on.
Speaker 2 (49:55):
It would help you, and if you were young and
a shit neighborhood and you actually did have a cop cared,
it was kind of cool. Like there was literally one
cop gallow in the in the precinct that was by
my house. And this dude like literally would let people
like catch you in a drink and spill it out,
like you'd actually try to like bury you instead of
just you know, locking people up for nothing. Like it
(50:16):
was a good dude. So having a cop that cares
is good. When when they're ship that's bad, that sucks. Yeah,
cops are good cops.
Speaker 4 (50:23):
Yeah, there's some. It's just it's hard to tell which
ones are which. These fucking days, Uh, did you know?
It is the birthday of Herb from Peaches and Herb
born on this dad nineteen voted two. They're reunited and
(50:44):
they felt so good.
Speaker 1 (50:47):

Speaker 1 (50:50):
Yeah? No?
Speaker 6 (50:51):
No, no, no, he's alive. He's eighty three today, sir.
Speaker 2 (50:54):
Words, But who the fuck is Herb?
Speaker 1 (50:56):
That's him?
Speaker 6 (50:57):
Yeah, that's Herb Peaches in Herb's Peaches a girl. Peaches
is the chick.
Speaker 1 (51:04):

Speaker 2 (51:04):

Speaker 1 (52:04):
Bob? Wait? Wait? Wait?
Speaker 11 (52:07):
So was the Will Smith version like a spin off
of this? Well, Lawrence, was that like a spinoff like
Bad Boys movie?
Speaker 6 (52:14):
No, it's a completely different brand.
Speaker 4 (52:16):
So this Bad Boy's right here was about two kids
from a fucked up neighborhood that go to eventually you
know ya, which is youth authority.
Speaker 1 (52:27):
They get caught in a hotel room I think it
is something.
Speaker 4 (52:30):
Well, the whole thing is is vengeance on one of
them killed each other's brother and then one of them
rapes the other one's girlfriend as part of the revenge.
They catch up with each other in the youth prison,
which is YA Youth Authority, and uh, they're both from
different neighborhoods and they're going at each other and a
lot of crazy shit happens. It's a good movie. You
(52:50):
should check it out. They're both very young in this movie,
Champagne and e SiGe Morales.
Speaker 1 (52:55):
Yeah, you can see it on YouTube. I just saw
it like not that long ago. Yeah, like I said, same, that.
Speaker 6 (53:01):
Might be a good B movie for you, but it's
not really B. It's actually a good movie.
Speaker 1 (53:05):
Yeah, it's not really it's a good movie.
Speaker 4 (53:07):
It's around like, but it has sex and violence, and
that's right up your alley. Wow, you know, and trying
to show different tons of B movies, Verry on brand
you don't understand, Oh really, but do you? But there's
some people that just request sex and violence. Yeah, sex
and violence. Okay, you know, so this goes right up
(53:28):
the alley. Yeah, yeah, well a little bit just for
midget mic huh A little bit. Yeah, there's a couple.
There's a couple of them. Utah, howk you know, great
greated cooking and everything. But every time, you know, he
just says, Yo, we need more tits, you know what
I mean?
Speaker 1 (53:43):
Oh wow?
Speaker 2 (53:45):
Oh you know it beat him and this dude literally
is at home. I got like nine thousand texts yesterday
Biggie York Park. He's you know how he pissed and
he just apsenting me these scenarios. I'm gonna have to
change my number because of you, Madget. Oh god, damn it.
Speaker 1 (54:03):
Why you just him?
Speaker 2 (54:05):
That's funny.
Speaker 1 (54:06):
I laugh at it. But yeah, it's hilarious.
Speaker 4 (54:08):
Did you know it is a birthday comedian and actor
Zach Gallifanakis born on this dead nineteen sixty nine.
Speaker 6 (54:16):
He's he's hilarious.
Speaker 4 (54:18):
Gall You guys have watched gallant Nacis Gallipanickis.
Speaker 2 (54:23):
Do you see in between two ferns?
Speaker 4 (54:26):
Yes, he's hilarious. It's Greek. Oh case you needed to know, lobum.
You know what it reminds me of when he does
the between the two ferns thing. It reminds me of
Martin Short doing Jimmy glick. Oh yeah, yeah, and that
was one of the most annoying characters in life.
Speaker 2 (54:43):
You did it with Larry David, and Larry David was like,
you're so annoying you just kept telling me.
Speaker 4 (54:48):
Was like, Yeah, that Jimmy Glick character is one of
the most annoying characters known to man. You know, I
think he was inspired by Andy Kaufman doing the guy
that he that he did. Remember he had a character
Vic something or I can't remember his name, but it
was an obnoxious motherfucker and it was Andy Kaufman the
(55:10):
whole time.
Speaker 1 (55:13):
Talking about the series that that studio thing.
Speaker 6 (55:15):
Is hilarious, right you finally started watching its.
Speaker 1 (55:18):
Hilarious, it was it's like really really good.
Speaker 4 (55:21):
Seth fucking Rogan man, he fucking hit a home run
with that one. The cast is hilarious and the writing
is just incredible funny. Get to the Mushroom episode. Trust
the one season or what right now? Well right now
it's on the first season, and the last two episodes
are the funniest. They're all funny, but the last two
(55:43):
ridiculously funny.
Speaker 2 (55:44):
In that mushroom clip, like floating around this one ygo dying.
Speaker 6 (55:49):
Jet, what's Dave James Franco's brother was his name David.
Speaker 1 (55:53):
David.
Speaker 6 (55:54):
He is fucking incredibly funny in this one.
Speaker 2 (55:57):
I thought it was an eighth of Graham. He's like,
that's not even a thing in eighth of the grammar side.
Speaker 6 (56:03):
That's a bubbo mathematic right there, all right?
Speaker 4 (56:06):
Did you know in nineteen ninety one, on this day,
Public Enemy dropped Apocalypse ninety one, The Enemy strikes black.
Speaker 1 (56:16):
No balboum right there.
Speaker 5 (56:18):
Yes, you had to contend with some dope fucking songs
on this piece right here.
Speaker 6 (56:25):
B shut him down, Shut him down, bring the noise.
Trust I can't trust it. There's just too many Salute
to the great Public Enemy. They're out there knocking it
down right now. They come to your town, Go catch
the experience.
Speaker 4 (56:43):
Did you know in two thousand and one, on this day,
Idea rest in peace and abilities dropped Firstborn? Oh I
tell you that idea man rest in peace. He was
a dope freestylist. He wrote some dope songs, but man,
he could freestyle his ass off. I lost of talent
(57:06):
right there. Man slewt to idea. Man, it was bad,
motherfucker this kid, it's it's too bad. We hearing like
music from him now and him, you know, being his
creative and off the chain self. I can't remember how
he passed. I don't know if it was uh, I
(57:28):
can't remember. I think it was a no d as well.
I was thinking that, but I wasn't exactly sure.
Speaker 7 (57:37):
I'm seeing from opiates.
Speaker 5 (57:39):
Yeah, it's that ship. You don't like fent and all
and all that stuff. It's that that type of ship.
Speaker 7 (57:46):
Man from Minnesota died in Minnesota is from the soda.
Speaker 5 (57:52):

I thought you were doing that till you like, hurry up, man.
Speaker 11 (59:33):
We got well, we got a couple of sports comments
in here that might make the chat and you guys
upset all right, doctor in here is saying, yo, golf
is not a sport.
Speaker 7 (59:41):
Somebody's got to say it.
Speaker 2 (59:43):
That's dumb to say.
Speaker 4 (59:44):
I mean, look, there's probably a lot of people that
would agree with you because it's not as physical as
other sports.
Speaker 6 (59:51):
But you know, it is a sport because it requires
a skill set.
Speaker 1 (59:55):
One.
Speaker 4 (59:55):
You got to drive the ball far onto the green
to get it close enough to the whole for the
putts or whatever.
Speaker 6 (01:00:01):
You know what I mean that that that takes skill.
Speaker 1 (01:00:03):
It's exactly that.
Speaker 2 (01:00:04):
It's no, you can say it's not a physical sport
of like, you could be overweight, you could be old,
you could be all that and be a great golfer,
but you still got to have mad skill.
Speaker 6 (01:00:13):
Of course, it's a sports, but physical.
Speaker 5 (01:00:16):
No, you mean you know bowling is correct, yeah, you know,
you know now it's dark throwing and pool a sport.
Speaker 1 (01:00:25):
It's a form of a sport.
Speaker 2 (01:00:27):
Sports, just not physical.
Speaker 6 (01:00:28):
I think it's a game.
Speaker 4 (01:00:29):
I don't know if it's a sport drinking man sport
and a ship. But it does require a skill set,
like to hit the fucking dart on the target. I
mean you got to be you know, money with throw.
Speaker 5 (01:00:43):
YEA sport doesn't always have to deal with it being
crazy physical, right, it can be you know something else.
Speaker 1 (01:00:52):
It's different kind of physicality.
Speaker 2 (01:00:54):
Even shooting target, you know that's a sport. It doesn't
take you know, physical strength and ability, but it takes
a skill set.
Speaker 1 (01:01:02):
It does.
Speaker 4 (01:01:05):
Yeah, real quick before we move on to the next one.
Did y'all see the beef that that has like re
emerged between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B.
Speaker 1 (01:01:17):
Heard about it.
Speaker 4 (01:01:18):
I don't know what was said, but I just know
that the beef is back. They're splashing each other on Twitter.
Speaker 1 (01:01:23):
They're putting each other like dirt out.
Speaker 4 (01:01:26):
Oh, they're putting each other's dirt out, talking about each
other's kids, all kinds of shite. Really, yeah, I think
Cardi wins in most of these these battles because she's
a little bit more like, you know, she's emotional, but
she's witty. And you know Nicki Mina, she I think,
you know, yeah, she'll come eat you up on the bars.
But in terms of the back and forth shit talking, yeah,
(01:01:48):
Cardi B's I think Cardi.
Speaker 8 (01:01:50):
B said one of the most like things that just
it just kind of ended it after inohit had gone
further than that. She said, why are you always so
worried about me? It's like you should have been worried
about the people you came up with. He was like,
why is it that out of the people you and
she mentioned the names of the people. She was like,
you're like at the bottom of that list. She's like, bitch,
I'm ten years younger than you, like or so shit
like that. And I was just like, well, it's like
(01:02:11):
I'm worried about my peers in my lane. He's like,
why are you always so worried about my shit? And
I'm like, well, that is kind of true. I'm like,
how are you, like ten years new into the game
and you got somebody that's that season. I'm like, the
people around you at the time that you're coming into
the game, I feel like that should be your competition,
like not just for that like but like in a sense,
like for life, because that's how you guys came up
at the same time. You get the same equal starting points.
Speaker 4 (01:02:34):
Some people are blinded by jealousy and envy, like Nicki
Minaj had that lane to herself for a minute, you
know what I mean in terms of female rappers being like,
who is the queen right now?
Speaker 5 (01:02:46):
Right?
Speaker 4 (01:02:47):
She had run for a second where she was like,
oh that anybody talked about because she was that good.
Speaker 6 (01:02:53):
Her bars were dope and she was doing something different.
Speaker 4 (01:02:57):
But you know, holding that spot became tougher when other
girls start coming out into that landing Cardi be most especially.
I mean, she came out of nowhere and flipped the
script and became the new queen out of nowhere, right,
And that's that's gonna happen. And if you're caught up
(01:03:19):
in like just having to deal with her and like
being envious of her spot right now, you're too focused
in on that to like know that there's other chicks
around too that are gonna be knocking her and you off.
Speaker 1 (01:03:34):
That are better.
Speaker 4 (01:03:36):
You know, Doc, Doc's knocking on the door, right, doja
cats dope too, and one day they might be in
your spot because you're too worried about like beefing with
this chick over here.
Speaker 6 (01:03:49):
She she was right, you're too worried about me. Worry
about you and your ship, and you know, leave.
Speaker 4 (01:03:57):
Each other be That's that's that's some of the some
of the issues, you know what I mean, Like they'd
be going at each other for that crown, and it's like,
all y'all could wear a crown.
Speaker 6 (01:04:07):
It doesn't have to be what Cardi B just came
out with a new record.
Speaker 1 (01:04:11):
It's it's kind of blowing up a little bit.
Speaker 5 (01:04:13):
It came out, you know, number one, and it's hard
for some people to get you know, not get jealous
upon that. Nicki Minaja's last record, The Pink Friday two,
didn't do so hot. It wasn't doing all those things.
So it's like, you know, speak with the bars, make
some dope music so you can reclaim that thing because
(01:04:35):
the voice, man, because the beef ain't gonna reclaim shit.
Nicky's gonna expose certain shit and that you may not want.
So get back in the studio. Just get back in
the studio, make the music. Don't worry about the ship
talking in the trolling, because that ain't.
Speaker 1 (01:04:51):
Gonna work out for you exactly.
Speaker 4 (01:04:53):
I said, you know, part of Cardi B's come up
is talking that ship. Yeah, but like fifty is like
fifty is great at that. Like you ain't trying to
go at fifty. Yeah, you know what I'm saying. So like,
don't go at her like that because like she'll eat
your ass up in that arena. She won't hold back, Yeah,
she will hold back, you know.
Speaker 2 (01:05:15):
Yeah, Cardi got a better voice too. I think Nikki's
got great bars, but her voice overs annoyed the shit.
Speaker 1 (01:05:21):
Out of me.
Speaker 4 (01:05:21):
Now, I like both of them, you know, I like,
I like both of them BBO wars, but realistically.
Speaker 1 (01:05:28):
Over them too.
Speaker 4 (01:05:29):
Yeah, I like Doci and Dojia better. Yeah, you know
what I'm saying that that's just my opinion. I think that,
you know, those two girls can wrap their ass off,
like they can stand up with anybody.
Speaker 6 (01:05:41):
Not saying that Nikki can't, because I'll tell you what.
Speaker 4 (01:05:44):
You know, she's She's laid some hot fucking verses with
Lil Wayne and Drake, that is for certain, and on
her own shit obviously, you know what I'm saying. And
Cardi B. She could you know, she gets down, She's
got some bars. But I tell you those two girls,
Dojia and and Doc Man Cardi B's BB was like
(01:06:06):
hot trash. It was like one of her exes and
someone like yo her ath. Yeah no, but they said
it happens from the like the fat transfers of it.
Speaker 6 (01:06:17):
You get scientific on this.
Speaker 5 (01:06:21):
Was it.
Speaker 1 (01:06:22):
She had a butt, cheeks, piers, she just removed them.
Speaker 2 (01:06:27):
Where do you put it?
Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
That's what I'm saying. I don't know, I hope it doesn't.
Speaker 4 (01:06:34):
Just you know, wow, I mean that's food for thought,
and it's you know, like, what's what was that NBC
line or was it ABC?
Speaker 1 (01:06:44):
One to grow on? Remember?
Speaker 6 (01:06:48):
And that's one to grow on, man, I mean, who
wakes up?
Speaker 1 (01:06:53):
You know what?
Speaker 5 (01:06:54):
I'm going to get my buck cheeks pierced. Wait, somebody
got their butt cheeks pears curdy be just had them removed.
I don't know she lost the diamond.
Speaker 2 (01:07:06):
He said she had a diamond in rast. Yep, that's
an expensive wipe. I'll tell you that.
Speaker 5 (01:07:11):
Oh yeah, and she lost it, see thirteen diamond but
cracked piercing.
Speaker 6 (01:07:17):
Why petro Porce.
Speaker 2 (01:07:21):
How did she lose it? Let's see it didn't. I
mean I wonder if it wasn't a bad wipe.
Speaker 6 (01:07:25):
You don't got to come back to me when I
pushed the button.
Speaker 7 (01:07:29):
I think she sat on the toilet and.
Speaker 2 (01:07:32):
Shit in diamonds.
Speaker 4 (01:07:33):
You know, no what you know, like if if if
she had you know, some real ones around her that
could tell her that's a bad idea. I mean, look,
come on, if if Cali Blaze came to Ea Zone
to dance at Ao B, I mean, e I'm gonna
I'm gonna put a piercing on my fucking balls.
Speaker 6 (01:07:54):
Zone might say stop talking to me.
Speaker 2 (01:07:57):
Don't tell me that.
Speaker 6 (01:07:59):
You said, why are you doing that? Be you don't
need to do that? Why are you doing that?
Speaker 4 (01:08:04):
As opposed to you know, you know, I don't want
to risk my friendship with calli blaze. Yeah, man, that's
a great idea. Man, you're gonna put it, put it
on your balls. Yeah, go ahead, it's stuck in. And
then when something goes wrong, Hey, how come you didn't
stop me? Oh no, man, tell your friends, like you know,
(01:08:26):
be one thousand with your friends when they got a
bad idea, or be afraid to tell them, Hey, look,
maybe you should think of something else. Maybe yes, no,
two mid ideas.
Speaker 6 (01:08:39):
You know what I'm saying that somebody comes and says, hey,
can I pierce my taint?
Speaker 1 (01:08:45):
You tell him No.
Speaker 2 (01:08:48):
I'm still trying to figure out where she had it, like.
Speaker 1 (01:08:50):
In the beginning of her butt crack the top?
Speaker 6 (01:08:54):
Yeah, no, who needs that?
Speaker 1 (01:08:57):
Why better?
Speaker 6 (01:09:01):
And she's you know, god, that girl Bobo is still
like processing that. I can I could.
Speaker 5 (01:09:07):
I'm trying to imagine. It's like I could see it
in your face. You were trying it was all tight.
You were trying to process that.
Speaker 1 (01:09:17):
Oh my god.
Speaker 7 (01:09:19):
But yeah, with bbls.
Speaker 11 (01:09:20):
It says, in some cases, transplanted transplanted fat sales may
die and break down, releasing oil that can leak and
create a foul or.
Speaker 1 (01:09:27):
Odor riting ass.
Speaker 6 (01:09:33):
That's way, that's way crazy to you can say it
like that, all right.
Speaker 11 (01:09:36):
Next one, Darren is saying, Yo, Tom Brady is the
best athlete in all time sports?
Speaker 6 (01:09:41):
What do you guys think, best quarterback.
Speaker 1 (01:09:45):
Ever?
Speaker 4 (01:09:45):
I don't know about best athlete. Can't do that best
athlete now, I can't. We can't say Tom Brady is
the best athlete.
Speaker 2 (01:09:53):
But he I hated New England, but you couldn't deny.
Speaker 6 (01:09:56):
But seven rings that means he's the greatest quarter back
of all time. Kid, I'm not.
Speaker 4 (01:10:03):
I'm by no means a Patriots fan, but I'm real
with it, and I cannot like that's like if I'm
not saying that that guy's the goat, right, I'm like
the two guys that were in denial of what Dave
Roberts is doing for the Dodgers, right, they're winning.
Speaker 5 (01:10:22):
This motherfucker is the best quarterback ever. He got seven
rigs and.
Speaker 2 (01:10:26):
I'm glad what he did is a lot of people's
ship on it. Oh, he's got this person. He's got
this person. Bro, he went to the Bucks and won
the first year.
Speaker 6 (01:10:34):
Yeah, first about that Buck, So.
Speaker 2 (01:10:35):
You can't feel like it ain't Tom Brady's sure.
Speaker 6 (01:10:38):
Hey listen, I'm gonna tell you like this.
Speaker 4 (01:10:40):
If you're saying ship like that, then you don't know
the game because all these teams then have great quarterbacks,
have teams built around that quarterback. Like you see with
Kansas City Chiefs, they built the team around Mahomes And
look he's getting he's he's in that goat conversation already.
(01:11:04):
And some of y'all that are haters of the Kansas
City Chiefs would say, well, he's got all these great
players around him. That's what he's supposed to have. He's
supposed to be the only fucking great player on the team.
You build a great team, so if I got a
hand off the ball to the fucking tailback or the
full back, they should be the best possible guys that
(01:11:26):
that team could have so that they could contribute the receivers,
the tight end, the fucking front line, the nose guard
on that front line, and then the fucking defense.
Speaker 6 (01:11:41):
You know what I'm saying. You build the team around
these players. Like, so, whoever is the head of the defense,
they build the team around that guy, And whoever is
the fucking guy in the offense, they build the offense
around that guy. So of course he has the best
receivers that the Patriots money he can buy. How do
(01:12:01):
you think the Yankees won all them goddamn championships? It
wasn't off of one bat.
Speaker 4 (01:12:08):
It was off of pitchers, infielders, outfielders, the whole fucking team.
Speaker 2 (01:12:13):
But you still need, like you said, something to build around.
You need that, Like, yes, Buffalo is Josh Allen one
of the best right now, and he's young, and it's
worth it to put it. They look at Raiders have
what's the name Chrosby.
Speaker 4 (01:12:25):
Listen, if you say that about Tom Brady, you have
to say that about Michael Jordan, Okay, because they built
the team around Michael Jordan. Without Scottie Pippen. He don't
win those rings without some of those role players. He
don't win those six rings no matter how good he
is or was. It's a fact. So like you give
(01:12:50):
it Michael Jordan the grace that you give him as
goat of great greatest of all time in basketball, you
got to give it to Tom Brady. And now I'm
not even a Patriots fan. Fucking hated the Patriots. Yeah,
we got the Raiders. When I was a Raiders fan,
we got fucked by the Patriots. So I will never
be a Patriots fan, but I could respect what this
(01:13:11):
man did at his position being the leader of that team.
Speaker 2 (01:13:16):
So home, did you see any of themes?
Speaker 6 (01:13:18):
If you don't agree, I don't care, all right.
Speaker 7 (01:13:21):
Next, remember when he was just celebrating, he was having
a good time that day.
Speaker 4 (01:13:24):
Look at Tom being human. Look at Tom being human.
Here's Bobby Low Yeah. Yeah, and so what he got
like fucking seven of those? He could throw one around?
(01:13:49):
It is what it is, all right.
Speaker 11 (01:13:51):
Next, let's see here upside Down or no Nachos? The
Saying Yo upside Down music video premieres at four to
twenty Pacific. Big Up to be Real and slightly Stupid.
Speaker 6 (01:14:00):
Yame on, go check it out.
Speaker 4 (01:14:03):
Charlie Tuna drops an incredible verse on this fucking piece
right here, and it's a great song. I love the artwork.
That's just bad assous. Salute to my people, slightly stupid.
I gotta get them back in here. It is in
uh spoke to malws this morning.
Speaker 2 (01:14:22):
He's in Chicago and anything they're going to La Vegas
with too short on this weekend.
Speaker 11 (01:14:31):
Bernan Anderson, big ups to the Doctor Grenham Show. Much
respect all the way from Lake Tahoe.
Speaker 1 (01:14:35):
Salute beautiful Towe.
Speaker 7 (01:14:38):
Let's see.
Speaker 11 (01:14:39):
Hench is asking, would you guys ever consider doing an
episode of this show with a live audience.
Speaker 4 (01:14:45):
Yeah, we've got it now, we we we used to
do it. Well, we would do the Doctor Greatham experience
live here. Yeah, I mean we're working towards doing a
few of those in the future, but the way we're
set up now it be virtually impossible. But at some point, yeah,
we might bring it, bring it to you. I mean,
we were doing a version of that on Friday nights
(01:15:07):
or Thursday nights at the og Cannabis Cafe till they
shut down.
Speaker 1 (01:15:11):
They should that be done?
Speaker 4 (01:15:12):
Well, they should they shut down at that time. I
don't know if they're back open. I thought they were.
They were done for a minute.
Speaker 2 (01:15:18):
Hope they do.
Speaker 6 (01:15:19):
Yeah, it'd be great if they opened back.
Speaker 1 (01:15:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:15:22):
I think there's another cafe somewhere. I just can't remember
what the name of it is.
Speaker 11 (01:15:27):
All right, next one, what's the Yoshia say, and you
guys are speaking of working out, but working out doesn't
mean shit without a good diet, right.
Speaker 4 (01:15:35):
The diet is the most important piece stuff, and you
have to be real about that, no punt intented, you
know what I mean, be disciplined to stay on that
that diet and then once you get to know it,
you know, if you do it long enough, it'll be
just something that like you do naturally, Like you know
how much to eat, you know what you should have,
you know what you shouldn't have, and you stay on
(01:15:56):
that line.
Speaker 6 (01:15:58):
Sometimes you're gonna cheat. We're human.
Speaker 4 (01:15:59):
You know you need a cheat day and then, and
any trainer will tell you have a cheat day so
that you could have whatever the fuck you want that
day within reason, and then get back on your grind
after that cheat day.
Speaker 6 (01:16:12):
I mean, that's how you don't go fucking crazy. So yeah,
it's got to apply that diet, man.
Speaker 4 (01:16:19):
I because I was one of those that at first,
when I was I started training with a trainer, I
did not do the diet. I thought the workouts would
be enough and I wasn't dropping any weight. I felt better,
I felt stronger, all my endurance all that, but I
wasn't dropping any weight because I got on the scale
and I was at the same fucking weight, just more fit,
(01:16:41):
but still had not dropped it. The trainer says to me,
have you done the diet, And I said, no, do
the diet and then come talk to me in a
month two months. Well, you know that was just to speak.
We were training every week, but I'm saying, you know, like,
do this work, do the diet, then check yourself in
(01:17:01):
about a month or two in terms of getting back
on the scale.
Speaker 6 (01:17:05):
Sure enough, I dialed in the diet. I started getting
the mill preps.
Speaker 4 (01:17:10):
All portioned out, doing the three meals a week, and
then doing the workouts. I was probably working out four
or five times you know a week at that point.
And yes, no, excuse me, a well, no five times
five workouts in in in the week, like five five
days a week. I should say I was really working
(01:17:31):
hard at that point. When I implemented the diet, I
started dropping fast. It tripped me out because I didn't
think I was going to drop that fast. I didn't
believe it was gonna work. And sure enough I stood
on it, you know, hard line, didn't fall off of it,
and boom, I started dropping the weight. It's it's it's
(01:17:54):
it's hard to wrap your head around that you have
to portion out but eat more. Right, you might eat
the same amount you normally, but if you portion it
throughout the day, the three to four meals that you
eat in a day at if you're training, you got
to pump up your metabolism, so you got to take
that fuel in every three hours. That was the other
(01:18:16):
thing is that you had to eat every three hours
until your last meal, which should be at the latest
maybe eight. They prescribed five point thirty. But it's all small,
small portion but it's all smaller portions depending on your
size and weight. Right, your protein is going to be
the highest, and then all the other stuff like the carbs,
(01:18:39):
the greens, the vegetables and all that shit, those are
portioned out the same throughout the day. It's the one
that varies is your protein. Whether you're gonna take more
or less, it fluctuates. At least that's the way my
diet was. I don't know, I can't speak for Cali
Blaze's diet when he was training, but.
Speaker 2 (01:18:56):
It depends what you're doing. You know, if you're trying
to bulk, you need those.
Speaker 4 (01:18:59):
Cloud, protein and carbs like my my, my carb intake
per meal, like if there was carbs in the meal
was probably like four ounces, right, four ounces of carbs,
four ounces of greens, four ounces of whatever the other
shit was, and then the protein which was like in
(01:19:21):
between eight and twelve grams of protein, like it would toggle.
One meal is eight, the second meal is twelve, the
next meal is eight, and the last meal is twelve.
Speaker 2 (01:19:31):
Bolton, why would you just put this on? I'm just
saying anything.
Speaker 7 (01:19:33):
Oh no, I'm gonna say. I'm just gonna show you.
Speaker 1 (01:19:35):
How light the weight.
Speaker 2 (01:19:36):
You see, how light the weight is. It's just form
when you get old.
Speaker 3 (01:19:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:19:40):
Yeah, I'm saying, like working out now, like you don't
need sixty seventy, you don't need to take a twenty
and just do it slow like everything is just about form,
Like that's the old man workout right there. Yeah, just
lower lower thing other ones for Utah Hawk and his legs.
Speaker 7 (01:19:55):
No, yeah, just downloaded these Lario, and then I got
this when you sent into the was it the CAF.
Speaker 2 (01:20:00):
Yeah, that's for you talk. My legs would disappear, And
I'm like you should be doing like get your calves
right because if you don't have calves and can't support
the rest of your body, that's for you. Hawk get
them raises going.
Speaker 4 (01:20:12):
I swear in the next spot, I'm gonna have a
gym in here. That way we could fucking get training sessions.
Speaker 1 (01:20:18):
Bro.
Speaker 7 (01:20:23):
Next, how many how many of these do you do?
How many reps?
Speaker 1 (01:20:25):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (01:20:26):
A lot, like like three cents, but usually like fifteen
reps or something like that, and then I'll do the
whole thing for like four or five reps.
Speaker 7 (01:20:32):
Okay, what's your weight at right there?
Speaker 2 (01:20:35):
Three fifteen or three forty? You could look at probably
zoom in the threes. It goes to I think only
four hundred or something.
Speaker 4 (01:20:41):
Bolton, when you were bulked out before you came to us,
did you hit the weights?
Speaker 11 (01:20:47):
H Yeah, we had to for football. I'll try to
find some old pictures. But I used to be a
lot bigger than what I was right now.
Speaker 6 (01:20:53):
Yeah, I imagine that because you also wrestled, right, Yeah,
and then but for.
Speaker 11 (01:20:58):
Football every year we had to for like, we had
to hit the weight room for a summer time. But
for football we had to get like thirty five lifts
in or forty lifts in for a summer or else
for football, you had to run like two miles at
the beginning of practice. So like everybody in our football team,
they would always hit the weights the whole entire summer
because you had to get thirty five lifts in and
then you had to have the supervisor sign off on it.
Speaker 2 (01:21:21):
Workouts.
Speaker 11 (01:21:21):
What do you mean like thirty five lifts? That means
like you have to hit the weight room, our school weightroom.
You have to go there thirty five times in the summertime,
or else you have to work out extra during football practice.
Speaker 1 (01:21:31):
Wow.
Speaker 11 (01:21:32):
Now would you play what position? It depends like he
was a wide receiver. No, no, honestly, this is gonna
make you guys laughed. I started out as tight end,
but I come from a small town, so you just
need guys on the field.
Speaker 7 (01:21:42):
So I played left guard.
Speaker 11 (01:21:44):
They always had me pulling the entire time, so like
I would always pull and I would always run like
with the running back and try to block and everything
like that.
Speaker 7 (01:21:51):
So every play I had to like pretty much pull
and run.
Speaker 6 (01:21:54):
You had contact every run.
Speaker 7 (01:21:56):
Oh, pretty much. I was just run into a guy.
Just block someone.
Speaker 6 (01:21:59):
Yeah, I bolted for you, He'll run into your motherfucking ass.
Speaker 7 (01:22:02):
But I had to.
Speaker 11 (01:22:03):
Like I think I weighed like I don't know, probably
like one hundred and forty five or one hundred and
fifty pounds during my senior year in high school football.
But I actually bench my weight more than anybody else
on the football team. So I think I bench pressed
my weight like thirteen or fourteen times.
Speaker 6 (01:22:16):
It's got that Bruce Lee inter strength.
Speaker 11 (01:22:18):
So like for football too, like the first week there,
they kind of do like a physical fitness test for everybody,
so like they would just sign off on papers like
how many times can you bench your weight? How many
times can you like run through things, or how many
how fast can you run the mile run and shit
like that. Yeah, so they kind of do like their
own physical fitness test where I came from.
Speaker 2 (01:22:35):
For football, the combines type of thing. Yeah pretty much.
Speaker 7 (01:22:40):
Yeah, football was cool.
Speaker 6 (01:22:41):
I remember when all schools were doing it. That was
like a program.
Speaker 11 (01:22:44):
And then two we even had a two days as well,
so like two weeks before school even started, we had
to go to football practice from seven am to noon,
So we had to do two practices from morning to noon,
and that was two weeks before school even started.
Speaker 6 (01:22:58):
Shit, how are you going to boke up? When you
burn all those calories.
Speaker 2 (01:23:04):
That are you less than that?
Speaker 9 (01:23:06):
Now?
Speaker 7 (01:23:06):
Oh yeah, wait less than that?
Speaker 1 (01:23:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (01:23:11):
And you cry eat some ope, man, get some carbs
that you brought.
Speaker 11 (01:23:15):
But no, I was pretty small though, Like it was
just pretty much me just going out there and blocking everybody.
But yeah, I didn't play wide receiver, running back or
any of that.
Speaker 6 (01:23:22):
They didn't expect you to be able to block like that,
did they?
Speaker 1 (01:23:25):
Uh uh? Yeah?
Speaker 7 (01:23:26):
But no, I played my junior and senior year. It
was pretty sure.
Speaker 2 (01:23:28):
Started as a tight end ended up a wide receiver.
Speaker 1 (01:23:34):
I knew you were going. I saw that one. I
saw that one.
Speaker 2 (01:23:38):
Commentators you can say pause all day. The things that
they say are ridiculous. Oh my god.
Speaker 6 (01:23:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:23:44):
I wonder if they try to hold the laugh in
when they say the ship because they know what they're saying.
Speaker 7 (01:23:50):
All right, Next, let's see here where we at?
Speaker 11 (01:23:54):
Oh Seth and Sophia saying, can you shut out my
daughter Angelica Rose? She turns twenty five today?
Speaker 5 (01:23:59):
Mom and dad, you Angelica Roads, Happy birthday, Happy birthday,
Happy twenty ye, good year.
Speaker 4 (01:24:07):
For when you party tonight, be responsible. Don't get carried
out by your friends, because that's not a good look.
You know what I'm saying. Make sure you're in control
of all your faculties. But have a good time. It
smokes some good weed if that's what you do. If not,
don't trip. Just have a good time. Salute to you.
(01:24:29):
Celebrate yourself today. Take a month, you know, because women
be taking the month for the birthday.
Speaker 8 (01:24:35):
You know.
Speaker 6 (01:24:35):
Sometimes here's twenty five. She can have it, she can
have it. You know what I'm saying, birthday month.
Speaker 1 (01:24:41):
All right?
Speaker 11 (01:24:43):
Mike in here yesterday, you guys are talking about people's
stage presence. He's saying, NBA, young boy, he would come
out in a coffin on stage.
Speaker 2 (01:24:50):
I'll believe that way.
Speaker 1 (01:24:52):
WHOA right, that's very hateful.
Speaker 2 (01:24:55):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm not a big fan at all.
Speaker 1 (01:24:57):
All Right, I feel you.
Speaker 7 (01:24:58):
I kind of surmise that didn't a lot of rappers
do that.
Speaker 6 (01:25:02):
Isn't that kind of like a knowing thing like come
out into coffee.
Speaker 7 (01:25:05):
Hasn't that happened in the past.
Speaker 4 (01:25:06):
I feel like Snoop Dog may have done that, and
maybe bone dogs in harmony or or a variation of
of of of the thing. I'm not sure about too
many other rappers, but I know who did that in
the we wwe was the undertaker and shit like that.
You know what I'm saying, guys like that, but in rap, Yeah, no,
(01:25:27):
I think Snoop Bone Dogs and uh.
Speaker 6 (01:25:32):
And who you just mentioned was who.
Speaker 2 (01:25:34):
Was trying to compare him, Was that Droe NBA to
Michael Jackson.
Speaker 4 (01:25:38):
Yeah, dro didn't realize what he was saying, and I
think that's what they are saying. He was just repeating
what they whoever the fuck they are, were saying, which
was ridiculous. The conversation was this, right, there was a
show that NBA Young Boy had like a stadium packed,
(01:25:59):
you know, pretty act and that's a great feat to
be able to do that. If it's your own show,
that's amazing. If it's a festival, you know, it's a festival,
so a lot of people are gonna be there regardless.
If you're headlining that festival and you kept all of them,
that's significant. And if that was the situation, boom, that's
(01:26:20):
that's amazing. But you cannot compare any of those to
what Michael Jackson did pretty much every day of his tour,
which was fill a fucking stadium. If it was Europe,
it was a football stadium, which is much bigger than
our stadiums, right, and he's making motherfuckers pass out, grown
(01:26:42):
men and women, children crying before say a word right before. Yeah,
he might even just do a little move and oh
grown ass men, women and the young folks that went
to see Michael. No one has had an effect on
people like this dude's this guy had on his fan base.
(01:27:07):
I mean you could see it any live concert that
you go to on YouTube, whether it's Wembley or wherever
the fuck else, you'll see the same thing. Grown ask
people up there as if they're worshiping Mike falling out
to Mike. That's not happening for bro No, no, look it.
(01:27:29):
I mean they had to stretch of her out just
because he's standing there that scar on. He's like, oh
my god, that's out.
Speaker 1 (01:27:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:27:40):
I mean this happened on a daily for Michael Jackson
when he was on tour.
Speaker 8 (01:27:46):
I really think that Michael Jackson is the reason, big
reason why PEPSI was stayed relevant.
Speaker 1 (01:27:50):
For so long.
Speaker 4 (01:27:53):
Yeah, I mean they got him at a time he
was hot and no pun intended. Yeah, and they were
trying to compete with Coke and he definitely put him
in the game.
Speaker 1 (01:28:04):
Would you would you say that. I don't know.
Speaker 8 (01:28:06):
I feel like people people be trying to play pepsi
like it ain't up there, bro does anything.
Speaker 1 (01:28:10):
Like what would you prefer if you had a drink?
Are you a pepsi? Well?
Speaker 6 (01:28:15):
I don't drink neither of them.
Speaker 4 (01:28:18):
I was more inclined to coke, but I wasn't If
there wasn't a coke, I could totally drink a pepsi
to different. The difference is, yes, they are two different things,
but the difference was the marketing dollar. Coke had more
marketing dollar to you know, outshine pepsi. It's not that
(01:28:38):
coke is any better than pepsi. Pepsi is just as
good as coke. To me, it's different. But you know,
I don't really drink neither of them anymore, so like
I can't it's hard to like say what's better at
this point.
Speaker 6 (01:28:52):
Mexican coke, Mexican coke is probably the best.
Speaker 4 (01:28:55):
Yeah, not the kind that goes up your nose, but
uh yeah, you know, like they had the marketing dollar.
Coke has always had the the marketing dollar that maybe
pepsi didn't have, or you know, and the head start
they tried.
Speaker 5 (01:29:14):
Uh, I mean they were first when they did the
Pepsi challenge. They went to different malls across the country,
set the ship up, had a line around the block
which one was better, pepsi a coke? And I took
it and I chose coke.
Speaker 1 (01:29:30):
Oh you know. He looked at me like, get the
fuck out of here, discussed did you know?
Speaker 2 (01:29:35):
Could you taste the difference? Like you see people get fooled.
Speaker 6 (01:29:38):
Trace swears he can. So we're gonna put him to
the test.
Speaker 2 (01:29:40):
Eastwears he could tell you if it was a can,
a bottle, or.
Speaker 4 (01:29:44):
And we're gonna put him to the test to all
those good We're gonna put it. Next time he's here,
we're gonna have a pepsi and a coke, you know,
and then we're gonna switch. We're switch and we're gonna
do all of them. We're not gonna say what's what
until all right.
Speaker 8 (01:30:00):
Coke has real sugar in it too, uh used to
now I think if you get uh, there's just a
Mexican coke, No kosher coke like kosher coke.
Speaker 1 (01:30:08):
Yeah they have it, have it.
Speaker 8 (01:30:10):
It hurted in a say it says kosher on it
and it because you know, just like kosher foods.
Speaker 6 (01:30:14):
It's made with real sugar in it, right.
Speaker 4 (01:30:18):
Yeah, they just you know, have been able to outmarket
Pepsi now Pepsi in the the eighties and and the
part of the nineties. It's some of the two thousands,
they came strong. I mean they had fucking uh Britney
do a Pepsi commercial too, right, Yes, I mean Pepsi's there,
it's just that like Coke has been around longer, right.
Speaker 1 (01:30:40):
Yo.
Speaker 8 (01:30:41):
You know, did you uh did you ever hear about
that Pepsi challenge thing that Pepsi did, like well, while
they were giving away millions or some ship and like
they printed out too much. I don't know too much.
I'm gonna watch the documentary on it. But the whole
thing is that they've printed out too much winners and
it just caused them to lose so much money because
(01:31:02):
very much like Coke has focused themselves in certain parts
of Mexico, like they were doing that ship in certain
parts of like.
Speaker 1 (01:31:09):
The Philippines and all this shit.
Speaker 8 (01:31:11):
So if you do, like, if you do something like
that and like a country or like different countries you advertise,
He's gonna make all those people really believe that they
can with some money and just get diabetes.
Speaker 4 (01:31:20):
Check this out. There was another there's another documentary on that.
They did a promotional brand thing with Pepsi, like they
were giving away a fighter jet, and this fucking dude
won the thing and thought he was going to get
a real fighter jet and good and.
Speaker 2 (01:31:38):
He spent money, like and he went after Pepsi for
this fighter jet. Yeah, they offered a million to's like, nope,
I want my jet. Because he had an investor bro,
somebody came in and he was like, look if we
do this, this and this, that's we can buy the
points and get the jets for this much. So he
got somebody to invest and they didn't want to give
it to them, so they took him to he took
him to court.
Speaker 4 (01:31:57):
Yeah, you gotta watch it. It's it's it's stupid. It's
stupid on both ends.
Speaker 1 (01:32:01):
Yeah, it was.
Speaker 4 (01:32:02):
It's stupid of them that they would green light a
promotion like this, right, not thinking that someone might take
it serious. They need and yeah, yeah, all they needed
was a disclaimer and they didn't. And then this guy
was stupid enough to think that Pepsi was going to
give them a fully armed fighter jet.
Speaker 6 (01:32:24):
Fuck got it here. I mean, you know, it's bozo
thinking on every level.
Speaker 11 (01:32:28):
All right, Next one, I was gonna go back to
what E Zone was saying, and it says that happened
in the Philippines.
Speaker 1 (01:32:34):
Yeah it wasn't it.
Speaker 7 (01:32:35):
Like so it's called the Pepsi number fever incident.
Speaker 8 (01:32:38):
Yes, Bro, so they probably they promised people. Bro, you
can't tell one of the most poorest countries. I remember that, like, like,
you cannot tell them that you're gonna give them like
a million dollars.
Speaker 2 (01:32:48):
Bro.
Speaker 1 (01:32:49):
You had a bunch of people that were willing to
drink pepsi all day. Isn't there a lawsuiten? And the
only thing that they won was fucking diabetes.
Speaker 2 (01:32:56):
Bro.
Speaker 1 (01:32:57):
And that's why you have a lot of Filipinos with
with with that beats bro.
Speaker 11 (01:33:00):
So they're supposed to be one million dollar winner. But uh,
Pepsi accidentally printed around six hundred thousand bottle caps with
that number three hundred and forty nine oh man, And
it caused riots, boycotts from people. At least five people
were killed from violence.
Speaker 4 (01:33:14):
Conspiracy theory. Did Coke plant extra numbers on the bottle caps?
Speaker 7 (01:33:20):
Pepsi employees over there were receiving death threats.
Speaker 1 (01:33:23):
Oh, I can.
Speaker 2 (01:33:23):
Imagine, dude, if you got that cap and you had
one and you find it, you didn't know.
Speaker 1 (01:33:27):
Bro, It's like you're drinking coke. I mean, you're drinking Pepsi.
Like I'm doing this to save my family. You know that,
you fucking get this.
Speaker 6 (01:33:34):
I wonder how they're gonna settle out.
Speaker 1 (01:33:35):
The doctor says, I have diac.
Speaker 6 (01:33:37):
How many people, how many people had a winning number?
Speaker 11 (01:33:40):
I'm seeing they printed out six hundred thousand. Oh, but
I'm seeing six and eighty nine civil lawsuits and fifty
two hundred criminal complaints. Complaints were filed against Pepsi, and
Pepsi initially offered about eighteen US dollars for a good
will compensation.
Speaker 1 (01:33:56):
What a fucked up that is.
Speaker 4 (01:33:58):
That's that's Pepsi's karma right there. You You wonder why
they're not as big as coke. There it is right there,
all right, the fucking the jet giveaway and this thing
right here.
Speaker 2 (01:34:12):
That one sucks.
Speaker 6 (01:34:12):
That should tell you why Pepsi is always number two,
all right.
Speaker 7 (01:34:17):
Especially all those people like they come from a poor
place and they're expecting to win, like.
Speaker 8 (01:34:23):
One of the most poorest places bron Then you know
they're just drinking NonStop PEPSI they can, they can. That's
their like golden ticket, like slum dog millionaire ship. And
then it's like, no, I have I'll beat these.
Speaker 2 (01:34:34):
There's eighteen dollars.
Speaker 6 (01:34:36):
Yeah, what the hell?
Speaker 1 (01:34:37):
Man?
Speaker 11 (01:34:37):
All right, next, and let's see here Marbell's saying, for
a pendleton a month, I'll be your trainer.
Speaker 4 (01:34:43):
So if you buy him a Pendleton every month bulletin,
he'll be your trainer, you might come out yoked up, like, yeah,
he's yoked up because he's ripping.
Speaker 7 (01:34:52):
It's a pretty cheap trainer. Just a penalton a month.
Speaker 6 (01:34:55):
A pendleton's like one hundred and twenty nine dollars. And
if it's the good work, whole month of training, it's fifty.
Speaker 2 (01:35:01):
Horn himself out there.
Speaker 6 (01:35:03):
He's he's giving you a fucking discount. He's your father.
Speaker 7 (01:35:09):
Question his training skills. If that's how cheap he.
Speaker 6 (01:35:11):
Is, he's trying to do you a favor.
Speaker 1 (01:35:15):
Is this prison workouts? He stabs you at the end of.
Speaker 7 (01:35:18):
You gotta have a shake.
Speaker 4 (01:35:20):
That's one of the forums. All right, one, two, three, four? Next,
use your left head what you never know what hand
you're gonna use Tory lanezo ass all right, and.
Speaker 11 (01:35:35):
The last one is a kodiak. He's saying, working single guys,
let me talk my ship Volume one. He's saying.
Speaker 7 (01:35:42):
It up, talk it up. There we go.
Speaker 6 (01:35:44):
Sounds good, talk it up, man, word up. Thank you
for your super chats.
Speaker 1 (01:35:49):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (01:35:50):
We appreciate them, and if we see anymore as we go,
we will fucking pop them off like this one right
here by Tony.
Speaker 7 (01:35:57):
Tony saying, imagine Michael Jackson in the social media era.
Speaker 6 (01:36:01):
I don't know if he'd be partaking, no, but everyone
else would for him.
Speaker 2 (01:36:04):
They'd be posting all his stuff here and like shit
come to he was already the biggest world sensation went out.
Speaker 4 (01:36:11):
It well, the whole thing was that Michael Jackson. You
know he when he did things, and you could see
in several documentaries he tried to be as low key
as possible because he had no no real private life.
Once he stepped out of the studio or stepped out
of his home or or video set anything outside of that,
(01:36:33):
Like it was like.
Speaker 6 (01:36:36):
People would swarm to this guy, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (01:36:39):
So he had to sneak around, like he'd go to
people's shows and wear disguises so that people wouldn't recognize
him and he wouldn't take away from the people's shows
that he was going to see, like he would straight
up you know, put full on disguises on.
Speaker 1 (01:36:55):
Is he just like not talking at these vegas?
Speaker 4 (01:36:57):
It's not me well to his friends that that he
knew there, he'd come up and talk to him and
they would know who he is after he started talking.
But yeah, you know he would have to do it
like that, show up to motherfucker shows that he wanted
to go see and disguise himself so he didn't take
the air out of the room or you know, bring
attention to himself because he didn't want to necessarily have
(01:37:20):
the attention. That's crazy when you got to do that
type of shit, but that's the pop star.
Speaker 1 (01:37:25):
That he was.
Speaker 11 (01:37:28):
What about a like Prince, I feel like I couldn't
see Prince on like Instagram, but I could see Prince
like tweeting, like just giving out his mind and what
he's thinking and everything.
Speaker 6 (01:37:37):
I agree. I could see Prince, you know, rocking on X.
Speaker 4 (01:37:41):
I never really did see him rock on X, but
like I could see him doing that before having any
other No, I think Prince felt like he was above
all that shit, like I don't need this shit. This
is ridiculous. Undercover, right, he would be undercover too. He
wouldn't wear the disguises, but he'd just be very low key.
Speaker 2 (01:38:01):
But it's like his own rooms and ships.
Speaker 1 (01:38:03):
But the minute that you mentioned him, if you knew
he was in the crowd, he's out. He's out. He's
leaving right then and there.
Speaker 4 (01:38:09):
Yeah, if you shouted him out, well he was in
the place. He was gone before anybody could get an
eyeball on him. Oh, Princess here where? Oh he just
left that? Hey man, I feel like every time they
do that, like when we go somewhere right and they,
(01:38:30):
you know, want to acknowledge this and they play one
of the songs, I immediately feel like to walk out
because it's like, I mean, I get why they do it,
but it's just like sometimes you don't want that acknowledgment
because you're trying to keep it low key.
Speaker 6 (01:38:46):
But when they're say, oh, we got the building, don't
don't don't, don't, don't, don't don't, they.
Speaker 1 (01:38:51):
They blow up your spot.
Speaker 8 (01:38:53):
They blow up the spot, and you got like all
these guys that think it's like a sign from God.
It's like, this is my chance I should talk to
be real about my business plan on this time off.
Then they want to get in his ear or something
total wrong place, or they want to just talk to
him like you know, I met you in ninety two
about for an hour though, like it's.
Speaker 6 (01:39:11):
Cool, I said, let me just give y'all some advice.
Speaker 4 (01:39:14):
If if if if dropping a business plan to someone
at like a loud spot right where it's loud music
and a bunch of people, that is not the ideal
place because the music's loud. You're going to have to
be screaming over each other to fucking talk about the business,
and then you're distracted by everything that's in the place. Well,
(01:39:37):
the loud music is going on. It's not an ideal place.
Do you really want somebody yelling having to yell in
your ear? No, let you I don't know about a
fucking business. I'm tuning out at that point. Like when
I'm somewhere and there, start talking to business to me
at a spot like that, I'm fucking tuned the fuck
(01:40:00):
out at that point.
Speaker 6 (01:40:01):
I don't even hear you here. Take my number down.
Speaker 5 (01:40:03):
Call me when it's appropriate, and you know we could discuss,
but right here, I don't even fucking hear a.
Speaker 1 (01:40:08):
Word of set.
Speaker 2 (01:40:09):
You shouldn't even be talking forget business, Like, don't be
talking to you're screaming. If I could feel your breath
when you're way too close and people be screaming, spitting
and oh man, yeah I it Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:40:20):
I'll literally be like worst, Yeah, that is not that
is not it.
Speaker 1 (01:40:25):
Nah.
Speaker 7 (01:40:26):
I've seen it, not at a concert, but at any event.
Speaker 11 (01:40:28):
Be reels about to perform at like some dudes just
in his ear and I'm thinking he's about to go
on stage in like thirty minutes, and I've seen be
reels tune out, I know, the dead stay a kind
of tune out, like I ain't paying attention to you.
Speaker 4 (01:40:40):
Man, Yeah, I'm not even hearing what that person has
to answers the short Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:40:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:40:50):
I mean they're lucky if I'm not even just walking
away from them at that point, because that is the
last thing I want to hear, you know what I mean,
Like that might be the last conversation you ever had
with me. If you're like trying to have like a
business or a pitch right before we're about to go on.
Speaker 6 (01:41:08):
Well, I dare someone to do that. Ship spoke about it.
Speaker 4 (01:41:13):
The last conversation you ever have with me, make says,
see that guy ap B put him on the door.
Speaker 6 (01:41:19):
You don't come in.
Speaker 1 (01:41:22):
Ever.
Speaker 4 (01:41:25):
Yeah, you know, there's times and places for this type
of shit, you know, But clubs ain't one of them.
And pitching before you know someone is going on to
do their thing ain't one of them neither. You hold
on to that and wait for a different moment, right
(01:41:47):
you exactly? Yeah, all right, let's get into these submissions.
Speaker 12 (01:41:55):
What subficious, subpicious subsicions, subficient, subticious, subficious subficients.
Speaker 13 (01:42:17):
M murmur, Do not send a zone that video, please,
the video will be everywhere, all right, We got a
we have a few joint submissions today.
Speaker 11 (01:42:28):
We have from from a few guys here at the studio.
We have three joints here that we have submitted the
chat and b real has to guess who's is who?
Speaker 4 (01:42:41):
I'm supposed to guess who is who? Yep, Okay, let's
see this is the first one. Ye who would roll
like did.
Speaker 2 (01:42:50):
You tell him who was contending?
Speaker 7 (01:42:52):
Okay, so in the out of the trio here it
would be uh, blaze zone in myself.
Speaker 4 (01:42:58):
Blaze zone in yourself? All right, let me get the
wide again, no, not of of of all the joints
real quick. That seems I could see zone right there.
The first one is Cali blaze, and that and that
other one is yours.
Speaker 7 (01:43:15):
Damn, you're right?
Speaker 2 (01:43:16):
All right, good job.
Speaker 7 (01:43:17):
I need to work in my joint skills, don't I
who don't?
Speaker 2 (01:43:21):
I'm terrible?
Speaker 7 (01:43:23):
This is yours? Right blaze?
Speaker 5 (01:43:25):
What was this?
Speaker 6 (01:43:25):
Son was?
Speaker 2 (01:43:27):
And I'm not saying I'm much better, because I'm not.
I'm a terrible roller. But certain medications I take give
me a tremor. It's really hard, especially when you're trying
to concentrate. Like the more you try to concentrate, the
more you handle shake. So I'm still shit. Don't get
me wrong. I could do better.
Speaker 1 (01:43:42):
It's not bad.
Speaker 6 (01:43:43):
Great, I see worse. You should have seen the ones yesterday.
Oh my god, I died.
Speaker 1 (01:43:48):
You watched it? Did you see it? Bobo? I ad
missed that. I need to check that.
Speaker 2 (01:43:55):
Just show them less, psycho les joint did not disappoint,
all right, So here's.
Speaker 1 (01:44:04):
Look at it.
Speaker 4 (01:44:08):
That work of art. I should have gave that a
ted just out of paper. Machet art looking like an
unwinged airplane.
Speaker 1 (01:44:17):
I got a joint. B. I got a joint. B.
Check this out.
Speaker 2 (01:44:24):
Oh you rolled the hashold to it.
Speaker 1 (01:44:25):
Yeah, that's whatever.
Speaker 2 (01:44:27):
And I was, what on the thirteen or something? That's
another one that's doobies, that's doobie dubes.
Speaker 14 (01:44:33):
Oh my god, I don't feel so bad. Then the
other one was, he's got the better one.
Speaker 1 (01:44:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:44:46):
I should have crumbed him for having all that weed
on the plate. He didn't even clean it off.
Speaker 1 (01:44:51):
I dare.
Speaker 7 (01:44:54):
I noticed, blaze. Do you always roll your joints? You
don't go all the way down on the neck?
Speaker 2 (01:44:58):
No, usually I do. Not, not high, like god, was
just a disaster. I was happy to pull that off, literally.
Speaker 5 (01:45:04):
I was.
Speaker 6 (01:45:05):
It looks all right, though you know, it wouldn't score
very high. But it doesn't look bad.
Speaker 2 (01:45:10):
It doesn't look less.
Speaker 1 (01:45:11):
No, that right there ship something else.
Speaker 6 (01:45:16):
You couldn't even get a rating on this.
Speaker 2 (01:45:17):
This, this is that's hilarious though.
Speaker 1 (01:45:19):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (01:45:20):
Like you said, you should have given it at.
Speaker 1 (01:45:25):
Ten for the effort. And that joint is going to
run all motherfucking to the bottom.
Speaker 3 (01:45:32):
Like the weird.
Speaker 6 (01:45:35):
Yeah, there you go, all right.
Speaker 7 (01:45:39):
Might be a saying, what's up, guy, slut y'all shift up.
Some peppered steak with white.
Speaker 1 (01:45:43):
Rice is good.
Speaker 6 (01:45:48):
Nice portions too. Not mad at that, Not mad at all.
Speaker 4 (01:45:52):
He got behind it. It's got that white. He's doubling
his flavor palette right there.
Speaker 7 (01:46:00):
Like multi vitamins, those little drops.
Speaker 6 (01:46:05):
In the back are a little off with that grinder
got the centrum. Yeah, but I see what you're trying
to do.
Speaker 1 (01:46:11):
All right.
Speaker 11 (01:46:13):
You guys take multi vitamins. You guys are talking about
health and fitness. Do you guys take those every day?
