Speaker 1 (00:22):
It is time for but Drew Yaari show. All right,
Drew Yari.
Speaker 2 (00:45):
All right, and we are good to go here in
the Discord chat room as well as YouTube, so we're
live on YouTube. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome is the experienced people.
I am true, and there's nobody with me tonight. Justin
called in about an hour before. He was fine. He
(01:10):
just had some things to take care of. No, biggie,
it's just me would prefer I it wasn't.
Speaker 1 (01:18):
But yeah, and you.
Speaker 2 (01:19):
For the most part of all, I used to just
primarily just do these shows by myself until mister Justin
came along. But no, biggie, it's nothing we haven't done before.
But welcome, Welcome, Welcome, everybody to the experience. It is Wednesday,
as per usual. I see Kyle here, like I mentioned before,
(01:40):
I see Joe Numbers Shi, what's up Joe? I see
Jack Hill here, I see I believe I've seen you before.
I see n lovely name and and hold on, let
me take that off blocking and I see Lobo, So
(02:02):
what is up, everybody. It's gonna be a pretty short
show tonight. There's really only one big news story to cover,
and if anyone's on the YouTube channel. You can see
in the thumbnail as to what we're gonna cover, So
we're just gonna jump right into it. So, h last
week or I guess we can kind of take a
(02:25):
step back. So you know, we did cover Clash in Paris.
Hold up, no, I need to replug my nice I'm sorry,
this is very unprofessional with me. Okay, add to replug
in my computer because apparently it wasn't plugged in. All right,
(02:51):
we're already up to a lovely start, but Clash in Paris,
we'll just kind of backpedal and then come back to
what happened. And so all in all, Becky Lynch ended
up costing See Them Punk the title by aligning by
I guess, realigning herself with with with Us seth rollins
her real life shoot husband and vice versa. They've been
(03:16):
a couple on on screen before, you know, six years ago,
and that went over, you know, splendidly, But now that
they're both heels, Uh, it should work on paper, it
should work, It should make sense somewhat. And the next
night on or I guess the next afternoon, since they
were still in France on Raw See Them Punk confronted
(03:38):
Becky and then Becky slapped them and did some weird
motor boat thing as somebody referred to it, which I
which I referred to it as my cat when it
one of my cats. When they're hungry, they like to
be all cute, cute, see, even though they want nothing
to do with me for the most part until I'm
feeding them. And then Punk you know, said that you're
(04:00):
gonna regret that pretty much, which goes into Friday Night's SmackDown,
which was in Chicago, as we all know, is a
punk some town as we can believe that, and the
whole show. The whole show was sold out. It was packed.
It was packed to the gills, you know, kind of
like another Chicago show from four years ago in another
company that is a name. The name escapes me. At
(04:25):
the moment seth Rawlins comes out, he's in the crowd, he's,
you know, doing his usual shtick, and then he brings
out Becky and then Becky comes out dressed like him
and and salts the Chicago crowd, tells the Chicago crowd
your team suck, you know, telling Kolbi White, who's the
point guard for the Chicago Bulls, they should trade you commediately.
(04:48):
Doesn't talk about the Bears. Who which is? Says favorite
team and the Bears kind of stink and then see him.
Punk comes out pretty much telling Becky, this still doesn't
have anything to do with you. This has with your
coward of a husband. Becky again slaps Punk, says, what
are you gonna do about it? Does the weird motor
boat wing? Again? I don't know what that what all
(05:10):
that's about? And then Punk leaves the ring and then
tells Becky, you know, anyone knows, anyone that knows me
knows that I would never put my hands on a lady. Thankfully,
I know someone who will. I'm probably I'm probably skipping
over some important things, even though there really wasn't anything
important to bring up in the promo. What I mean
(05:32):
that kind of was Punk was like, you know, I
called I could have called in a few favors. I
could have had my sister come in here to whoop
your ass. I could have had Bailey come in here
to whoop your ass. I could have had Real Ripley
to come in whoop your ass. And then to you know,
skip ahead, going back to what I was saying earlier,
He's saying, you know, thankfully. I know somebody who will
put their hands on a woman. And about was it
(05:54):
like five to seven seconds of silence, and then you
he lighted up play and the place goes nuts. And
then Becky's expression changes. You see Seth who is trying
to contain his happiness because I'm pretty sure Seth likes Aj.
I'm also pretty sure Seth likes Punk. Let's just you
(06:15):
know again, but I'm pretty sure Seth remembers AJ, and
they worked together and they were pretty cool or good
friends or I don't know whatever. But Aj comes out,
and Aj doesn't look different, matter of actually looks better.
You remember my wife, she was watching the segment with me,
(06:35):
and she was like, she looks better because she has
like a six pack and everything, because I know she
did the wild bit. But yeah, she came out, and
you know, Punk looked like he was holding back tears
because he was just happy for his wife. He he
was letting the segment be all about her, not about him.
(06:58):
So I thought that was a that was pretty sweet.
I'm all about love. I love love. And then you know,
AJ came out and her and Becky scuffled a little bit.
She even gave her a black Eye and slapped the
ship out of her and uh smack Down ends with
AJ jumping in Punk's arms and then kissing him, which
the camera cut away for some reason, and so AJ
(07:21):
leaves back, which I'm happy because I like AJ. I've
always liked AJ. We brought up a interesting conversation, you know,
last week, which I put up a story for it
if you guys you know, haven't seen it yet, to
which we you know, justin poised the question, you know,
does do the fans tend to kind of romanticize her
(07:44):
career a little bit, which, which you know is a
is a fair question. You know, AJ was really only
on top for about three years, I know, I mean,
I know she was there longer before that. You know,
she was in FCW and you know, blah blah blah
blah blah, and then she did the NXT thing. But
I was where NXT was NXT. That was when it
was you know, the Variety Show, and you know, then
(08:11):
she was on the main roster, you know, with Caitlin.
They were in a tag team and then I forgot,
I really forgot. Oh yeah, and I'm remembering. So she
was in an on screen relationship with Daniel Bryan and
then Punk came in and that's when AJ showed off
her personality and then did the whole crazy bit and
that's how it happened. So AJ, I would say, you know,
(08:36):
good wrestler, but I think she came out at a
time when women's wrestling was still kind of seen as
an attraction. It's weird because she left right at the
time when women's wrestling was starting to get taken seriously
in WWE. I just want to propase that w WE
(08:56):
because I know, you know, the knockouts had their thing
and you know, yeah, yeah, yeah. But right around the
time when she left, that was when NXT was starting
to take form. That was when you started to see
you know, the Bailey's and the Sasha's and the Charlotte's
and the Becky's and then eventually OSCA and you know,
(09:18):
so far, you know, you know whatever. But you know,
to say, you know, it's a fair it's a fair question.
Speaker 1 (09:26):
You know.
Speaker 2 (09:27):
Do fans seem to romanticize your career? Yes, you know,
the same way with you know, with Beth Phoenix. You know,
Beth Phoenix came out at a time when again you
had the divas, you had Eve Torres, you had you know,
the Nicky Bella's, you know, he had the underwear models,
you know, the the the literal people that John Lauren
(09:49):
Nidas was looking in a fucking you know, modeling magazine
to find these women, no joke. But who Who's to
say that if they came out, you know, during today's era,
that they would have done better. Maybe, but AJ still
has managed to stay relevant for ten years when she
(10:11):
was literally gone for ten years from wrestling like this,
This wasn't a punk thing like you know her like
I was listening to Wrestling Soup yesterday and shout out
to Wrestling Soup, and you know, Joe Numbers brought up
in said something kind of interesting where he said that,
you know, between AJ and Nicki, it's you know, he
(10:35):
used the word, he used the term trophy wives. And
I'll agree to some extent they are. They are both
you know, they're they're obviously you know they they got
I don't want to say where the gut with her.
Nikki obviously got where she was because she was with
John Cena and she was pushed at a time again
(10:57):
where obviously you know, the whole thing with Aja where
she caught out Stephie and McMahon for you know, the
Diva's Revolution gave divas a chance blah blah blah. And
of course they didn't give her credit because she wented
Stephie McMahon. Instead, they gave all the credit to Nikki,
which again I've said before, I don't hate Nicky. I
(11:18):
mean I think she she's trying now, she's trying to
get her life back together, being for what happened with
her ex husband, but they give her way too much credit.
Is she popular, yes, but they give her far too
much credit. It's it's Aj that belongs to AJ. The
difference between AJ and Nicky, you know, is leaps and bounds.
(11:40):
Like AJ was able to stay popular on her own.
She was able to get over on her own. And
does it help that she's married to see Him Punk. Yes,
But her and Punk's popularity I think are different on
their own, like they were both earned. It wasn't a thing.
It wasn't a case of AJ getting popular solely because
(12:04):
she was married to see them Punk, Like, she was
already popular even before she married Sam Punk, and she
was able to stay popular. You know, all you heard,
you know for years is when is AJ lead going
to come back, and you know, we finally got it,
and you know, you saw on social media a lot
of the you know, current to former you know, women's
(12:24):
talents were happy to see aj Beck like she is
very well liked in the locker room. They referred to
her as everyone's you know wrestling mom. You know Ava,
you know Ava from NXT. She put you know, ten
year old avas happy to see aj Beck. You you know,
the same thing with Rox Sam Petes who refers to
(12:47):
aj and Punk as their wrestling parents. So it was nice.
It was nice seeing people on social media react to it.
You know, there's kind of this discourse online where it's like,
you know, why is everyone happy? Why is everyone pretending
to be happy to see a thirty eight year old
woman back in back in wrestling, And it's like, I
(13:07):
look at it in two different ways. Is everyone happy
to see aj Lee back? Yes? Are people overacting in
their reactions? Yes to some extent. You know, it's in
order to get a lot of these views, in order
to get subscriptions, you know, it's they have to ham
(13:27):
it up for the camera. You know, they can't just
sit there and be like, oh cool, you know that was.
That was essentially my reaction when AJ came back. I
was happy, but at the same time, I wasn't like like,
I wasn't doing that. I was more just like, oh shit,
she's back. Cool like that. That was pretty much my reaction.
You can't you can't do that on social media, you know,
(13:50):
while you're reacting to it and expect to get views.
But uh, we'll circle back to SmackDown. We'll just go
to raw. So AJ with their first big promo since
coming back, you know, you can tell there was a
little bit of rest there, you know, because she hadn't
(14:10):
been in a wrestling ring or I guess on WWE television,
you know, in over ten years. And but but she
did fine. Like I put on social media that she
it didn't even sound like she was cutting a traditional
you know, by the numbers, you know, wrestling promo. It
just seemed like she was talking like a human being.
(14:31):
Like she sounded like she was just being a human being,
you know, talking to people. And you know, she also
has that very cynical, you know, sarcastic sense of humor,
which I did because that's that's me, that's my bread
and butter. It might not work for some people, but
it worked for me. I loved it. I know some
(14:52):
people said it went a little bit too long. I'm like,
I can see where you're coming from, but it's fucking
a j ly. We haven't seen her in ten years.
She hasn't kind of promo in ten years. So if
it goes long, fine, I mean, if anything, probably didn't
closed the show, but maybe she requested not to close
the show cause who knows. Maybe, or also Netflix, so
(15:15):
there's really no streaming limits. But she come to she
came out and talked about mental health and you know,
going to therapy, and she mentioned, you know, I don't
have the promo R in front of me, but she
all no, She just mentioned that when she left wrestling,
she just wanted to work on herself. You know, she
was unhealthy. And she went to therapy and even got
(15:36):
a therapy pop from the crowd, which I didn't mind
because you know, let's face it, a lot of us,
a lot of us wrestling fans need therapy. You know,
Lord knows I need it. And she looked genuinely happy.
She was like, she was genuinely happy out there, and
you know, she mentioned, you know, watching Monday night Raw
(15:59):
seeing see him punk go from countless opponents like John
Cena and Drew mcintyren Seth Rollins and then brought up
Becky Lynch to what she's saying, you know, her and
Becky Lynch, and there's another reality where her and Becky
could have been best friends. But then Becky Lynch decided
to motor boat her husband, which I thought was kind
of funny. And you know, she had mentioned how her
(16:24):
and Becky have a lot in common, you know, and
then she mentioned how her and Becky are both New
York Times bestsellers do what she made a pose about it,
which I'm like, oh, that's kind of funny. And then
Becky comes out and Becky says, you and me have
nothing in common. You know, your New Jersey. You're a
New Jersey trash weirdo. Becky is terrible talking shit like
(16:47):
I know I just brought up aj You know, her
personality isn't always going to be for everybody, it is
for me. Becky's personality, whatever that is, I just think
it's too cornbolish, like, way too corn like. I know
I'm a hornball to an extent, but hers is worse.
Like it almost sounds like it almost sounds like talking
shit on a playground. I don't know. I don't like
(17:10):
it personally, I don't. I don't care for it, but
it works for some people. Doesn't want for it. And
you know, she brings up, you know that her husband
sucks and that she'd take a bath after touching her
scummy husband, and you know, then you know, she's like,
where is your husband? Where's you know? My hot husband's here?
And then Seth comes out and Seth tells AJ just
(17:33):
give her back the title because you know, AJ still
has the Women's Hot Neil Championship, which she stole on Friday.
And then AJ says, you know, if you want it back,
let's let's let's do uh, let's do a tag match
Me and Seampunk versus Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins Twitch
(17:55):
Seth Rollins, I actually liked him in this segment. He
was less, He was less hammy, if that's if that's,
if that makes sense. He came out and just gave
his sunglasses and you know, the belt to Becky and
was just talking to AJ like, listen, you haven't been
here for a while, so things work differently. And I
(18:17):
forgot what he said, but I know. AJ responded with
thinking for man explaining it, and it's it's kind of
a reiteration of Becky and Seths or Becky and Punk's thing,
which is somewhat different because Aj doesn't put her hands
on Seth like he tries to get the belt and
then she gets right in his way and like does
her like typical smile and pose, and then Seth tells,
(18:43):
you know, Aj, listen, you know, listen to me. I'm
Seth freaking rollins on the world champion blah blah blah.
And then Punk comes out with no music, which I
actually liked. Actually that's a trope I'm kind of getting
tired of, which anytime someone's coming out, they automatically need
their music. Like if it's like it's for obvious reasons,
if it's for a match, if it's you know, for whatever.
(19:06):
But if it's just like a run in, why does
somebody need their music, Like it makes more sense to
just not have their music playing, just saying. But Punk
comes out and kind of blows past Becky and then
goes for a gts on Seth and then Seth gets
out of it, and then Seth says, you know you
you want a tag team match, you got it to
which Becky's like, what the fuck? So that's how the
(19:29):
segment ends. And yeah, Russell Paluza, we're gonna get a
j Lee beck and the w w ring. I know
she's wrestled before. I know. I think she wrestled at
wow T which if Mish is out there and listening,
he probably knows more about this than me. But it
was the first wrestling match, you know, in w WI
(19:49):
in ten years, so I'll be honest, I'm a lot
more interested in Becky and AJ as opposed to Seth
and Punk. But but you know, this is a tag
match to protect AJ, so it makes sense, you know,
for obvious reasons. And it's a big money match, and
you know, for what it's worth. Russell Palooza is shaping
(20:12):
up to be a big show. It's the first, you
know show on ESPN to which, to answer everyone's question,
I ain't signed out for that shirt. I ain't paying
thirty bucks for another app. I already have a VPN.
I'm fine, I'm good, but I'm looking forward to it.
I'm looking forward to the show. It's shaping up to
(20:32):
be a pretty big show. But what do y'all think
for anyone that's in the chat right now, for anyone
that's listening on YouTube, for anyone that's currently in discord
right now, Kyle Master g, Scott Maurice and Jack Hill
put it, put it in the chat room. What do
you what'd y'all think? I'm looking forward to Russell Palooza.
(20:52):
Thank you, Kyle. But uh yeah, that was aj AJ's
coming back. So let me go back to SmackDown. Originally,
I thought SmackDown was pretty decent. It was in Chicago
when that crowd was a white friggin hot for everything.
So let me go back to the original card. And
(21:17):
why aren't you pulling up? All right? SmackDown? Yeah, and
this is not the SmackDown card I asked for. This
was the most recent SmackDown card. Oh no, this was
(21:39):
SmackDown from Dublin. Okay, sorry about that. I should meet
the Mike when I do that. Uh right, all right? So,
uh John Sena billed as his last time in Chicago.
(22:07):
Sena has what six more dates after this? He came
out and it's you know again apropos.
Speaker 1 (22:16):
You know.
Speaker 2 (22:16):
John Cena's first appearance on the main roster was in Chicago.
In June two thousand and two. Was I believe it's
like June twenty fifth or twenty seventh of two thousand
and two. You know, the ever famous Kurt Angle Ruthus
aggression promo where Kurt Angle, you know, says, is there
anybody back there that wants to seize the moment? And
(22:39):
then John Cena came out fresh out NXT. This is
you know, this before George Johnson. It was before doctor Thuckanomics.
You know John Cena. This was you know, wrestling tights
John Cena to which you know, he came out and
russell Kurt and you know, the crowd loved it. You know,
the crowd was into it because it's like, you know,
(22:59):
we have a brand new star, and you know, Kurt
Angle obviously beats him, and then you know, Sina's like,
come on, let's let's do it again, and Kurt's like,
you know whatever, You're not worth my time. And then
you know the Undertaker giving you know, a sign of
respect to Sina shaking his hand, and then that's when
a star was born. You know. Fast forward, you know,
(23:22):
twenty three years later, John Cena is on his retirement
toys in Chicago place goes nuts and sammy' z ain
comes out, to which the fans boo samuse Ain. I mean,
granted it's Chicago, it's more of a smart city. The
(23:42):
smart cities are always gonna like who they like, and
you know, boo who they don't like, but they're booing samye'sandwich.
I thought that was interesting. Well, I'll get into that later.
But you know, Sammy says, you know, I'm the you know,
I'm the new US champion Bowl Law. You know, you
gave me an opportunity, you know, years ago with your
(24:04):
open challenge, so I'm gonna do the same. So samy's
Ain is gonna do the sammys a United States Slight
Open Challenges, which I think is not a bad idea.
You know, it gives a lot of people a chance
to shine on SmackDown. And then as herst opponent is
John Cena and to open the show, you got John
Cena versus Sammy Zine for the United States title, and
(24:26):
I thought it was I thought it was a good match.
I mean, you kind of knew where it was going.
You knew exactly where this match was going. But for
the most part, I was I was digging it. You
know Sina, you know, going back on the time machine
and you know, doing moves that he doesn't usually do,
and it's it's fun to watch. It's it's interesting to
(24:47):
watch sometimes. You know. He did it with Logan Paul
at clash in Paris, which I which I admitted like
the first half of the match, wasn't crazy about the
second half where they were just treading off different finishers
and doing a ring honor match from the two thousands,
which that's everyone's cup of tea, wasn't necessarily mine. But
I still thought the match was fun. And then I
thought this match was fun too. Brock Lesler came out
(25:11):
in five, both of them to it. I think everyone
kind of expected that he gets to the back, and
you know, brock Lesner gets a promo saying, hey, John Cen,
I'll see it. Russell Palooza, bitch. There's something kind of
funny about people trying to say Russell Palooza in a
serious to I don't know, but so that match is
(25:31):
gonna happen, which we all expected. Samy Zain I just
justin called it right after I think, either before or
after Russellmini, which was samy Zain's gonna win the Rumble,
which is gonna be in Saudi Arabia, and then he's
(25:52):
gonna go into WrestleMania and face who's ever the world
champion and win it. And from the way, it looks
like it's gonna be seth to which granted there is
a story there. There is a story with those two,
so it's not like it's just a random matchup. Okay,
anyone in the chat room just be honest. Are you
(26:13):
guys really pining for a Sammy's Ain title run a
world title? Un be honest. I love Sammy's Ain. I've
always been a big sammuse Ain fan, him and Kevin Owens,
but I'm not really looking forward to Sammusein being a
world champion. Kyle says, no, not really. Yeah, especially with
(26:36):
how he's been booked. He's been booked as almost like
the stupid babyface and they are really over pushing the
shit out of them. The fans booing him makes sense
because I think the fans are just getting tired of them,
you know what I mean, Like the whole thing with Cross,
you know, I think they really I'm in the camp
(26:59):
of they should just let Cross win because what was
it gonna do with Sammy. Sammy's already gonna be a
world champion. Why not just let Cross win on his
way out? Maybe Cross will come back. I don't know,
but I just again, great wrestler, I just I just
really think he has to do with the fact that
they're over pushing him and they're not booking him to
(27:20):
be smart or interesting. It just I don't know. I'm
not digging it, and I really don't care. I really
do not care if Sammy wins, because he wins, and
then what then what what's gonna happen? He's gonna be
world champion for a summer. Its WWE is not I
(27:43):
don't really like how they're pushing certain people only because
of reactions, and it just seems like that's what they
want his reactions. You know, Vince Russo, this might be
the end of me as we know This might be
the experience as we all know it. But Vince Russo
made a good point. Oh God, I had to throw
(28:05):
up in my mouth a little bit. Yeah, he made
a good point where he mentioned that Triple H is
more about Pops. To some extent, I agree that almost
seems like Triple H's motto. This year, which was it's
(28:26):
all about pops. You know, jay Uso winning was a
jay Uso winning the Rumble was unexpected, but it was
a pop him win. Him winning the world title at
Mania was a pop and he lost it even before
summers Land, Like that was an experiment solely because jay
Uso sells merch like that. That's literally it. Sammy Zain
(28:51):
winning the Rumble would be a pop because you know,
it's Saudi Arabia and he's you know, a local, and
then him winning the world title would be a big moment.
But again it's like what do you do after that? Like,
what's next? He's not gonna be world He's not gonna
have a lengthy toddling. He's dropping that ship before a SummerSlam.
(29:13):
I can guarantee you. I can guarantee that, But honestly,
I don't care. I don't want to see Sammy's Ain
in this spot. He's the fucking US champion, Like his
whole thing is I want to be a world champion,
but he's a US champion. Like I just don't get it.
I don't get why they would put the US title.
(29:36):
I mean, he belongs in that area. I mean, can
you say the single about Kevin Owens. I think i'd
buy Kevin Owens moral as a world champion than Sammy's
a like. Again, love Sammy's Ain, but him as a
world champion. I just I don't want to see it.
I don't care, I have zero interest in it. But again,
I'm curious to see what everyone's thoughts is about that.
(29:57):
Just leave your comments in the chat room and leave
it on the YouTube channel if you're currently listening. I
just want to go to San Antonio and talk to Drew.
Why what did I do? Marris? Did I make you mad?
Did I upset you with my Sammy's Ain comments? I know,
I know you're a Canadian. I just want to talk
(30:18):
to you. Oie, that sounds ominous. I'm kind of worried
for my life. I might need I might need security detail.
I want to talk to you, Oh boy, I might
need to and I might need to pull back my
comments about Sammy's ay because I think I might have
upset Morgy Spear. Oh boy, I've upset the country of Canada.
(30:44):
I said nice things about Kevin Owens, Maurice. I said
I like more. I said I like Kevin Owens, just
not I love Sammy z Ain Maurice. I just I'm
not crazy about the pooking. He's like, I don't care.
Oh man, I love you, Marris, but that's just how
(31:08):
I feel about it. Sorry, I was choking my spit,
but there was that on SmackDown. What happened on the
rest of the show. Let me pull, let me get
the card back up. Yeah, Damien Price versus Alistair Black
kind of continue in that feud. I thought the match
(31:32):
was fine. I mean, I like Alistair Black. I like
that he's getting pushed as something Damian Priest. I delay
he needs to be repackaged as what. I don't know what,
But I don't care about Damian Priest, Like at this point,
(31:52):
I don't care. Yeah, he's I mean, good for him
on getting Lola Ice, But other than that, I don't
find Damien Priesce to be that interesting. Like I'm at
the point where his segments are like my least favorite
segments of the night, because it's just I'm pretty sure
(32:15):
in reality Damien Priesce is a cool dude, but I'm
just not buying it on the show. Granted, are there
any cool dudes that right for the show, But I
don't know he's not that interesting. I don't find him
that interesting, and the crowd didn't really seem to be
into the match. Granted the segment prior they were giving
(32:38):
a lot of time and energy to it, so I'd
like to give him a pass on that, but the
crowd didn't really seem to be all that into this match.
So bast a black one, so good for him. Yeah,
Julia defending her title that she won a month ago
and hasn't really done anything since against Meechen and she
(33:01):
won along with Keana James, who is just there to
look hot as fuck, which I can't really follow her
for that. And that was SmackDown. Pretty fun show, but
to be honest, it was a two segment show. I
mean really only a one segment show. But that was raw.
(33:24):
I mean that was SmackDown. I'm sorry, so raw. We
did talk about aj Lee and Raw was really just
a one segment show. It was the aj Lee segment show.
That was fine, But then it open with jay Uso
and l A Knight. Oh no, no, j Uso and
(33:44):
j us So the USO's coming out and reuniting because
they're going to take on the bronze. Both the Bronze
at almost like Great Balls of Fire Russell Palooza. So
the usos are back and then l A. Knight comes
out and they all talk shit and blah blah blah blah.
(34:05):
Still know, Paul Hayman. I find it interesting that Seth
is kind of staying away from this, that he's more
focused on you know, see I'm punk and aj Lee
so kind of giving you know, both bronze both their
time to shine. So cool. The main event is gonna
be ends up being l A. Knight and b and
(34:27):
Bronson red uh to which who I forgot? Who won? Yeah?
Bronson Reid won, and yeah l A. Knight again over
still over, people still chant yeah, people love a l A. Knight.
It's at this point where it's just like should we
(34:49):
care that l A. Knight's out there to be honest,
because he's gonna lose. The guy doesn't really win all
that much, and when he does win, it doesn't it's
it's like, oh cool, he won, But I don't know.
Ellie Night's in a weird predicament. It's it's so weird,
like do I expect him to be a world to
be a world champion? I mean that wouldn't. That's not
(35:11):
out of the realm of impossibility or possibility. We'll cut
that out. But it's like, I don't know. The guy loses,
the guy loses more than he wins, and he's still over.
It's weird. And then, uh, the earlier in the night,
I know l A. Knight and Jay Uso kind of
(35:32):
got into it because l A. Knight accidentally hit him
and then Jay Uso fought him, and then you know,
Ellen A telling Jay or no, Jimmy, you know that.
You know, I'm sorry I hit your brother bros On accident, YadA, YadA, YadA.
But I don't need anyone's help. I'm gonna do this
thing my day himself. Yeah, Jimmy sees Jay later and says,
(35:53):
where you're going, we gotta help out l A. Knight.
And then Jay's like, I don't gotta help him out.
I'm gon do this on my own. Everyone's gonna acknowledge me.
And then and Jimmy's saying, you kind of sound like
Roman and Jay saying maybe I should maybe I should
sound maybe I should look out for myself. So possible
ju so heals hern question mark. I mean that'd be interesting.
(36:16):
I mean Jay the the yeats can only help him
out for so for so much. Granted it does so
merch I do. I am kind of liking this darker,
edgier turn on Jay us, you know, whenever he was
the right hand man of Roman reigns. I like that
(36:37):
better than you know, Uchie the Talking Dog. So we'll
see how this goes. I don't know where this is
gonna go, but I'm somewhat morbidly intrigued. But yeah, the
the night ends with La and Night l A and
Knight l A and Jay shaking hands and you know,
(36:59):
like are we good? And Jay's like, yeah, we're good,
and then Jay spears La Night, to which Jimmy's like,
why'd you do that? Roof, Well, that's not what he said,
but it's kind of an amalgamation of what he said.
But Aj styles I know Grande Americano. They had a match.
(37:21):
So for anyone that watches the raws overseas, or if
you have a VPN like Mahu, you get to see
the stuff happening in between the commercial breaks, so no
commercial breaks at all. You get to see the matches
in their entirety and you can see other shit what
(37:41):
happened between the commercial break of this match was AJ
getting on the microphone and cutting his own his own
pipe bine and saying, you know that, for the first
time in my life, I don't have any protection. I
don't have Gallows and Anderson, I don't me Chin, I
don't have anyone. There's someone in the back that doesn't
(38:03):
want me here, and you can kind of guess who
that is. I thought that was kind of funny, how
I mean, I'm not reading too much into this, but
you know, days prior, Aj Styles put up a picture
of you know, saying in the hourglass and showing his logo,
(38:26):
which you know, kind of hinting that he's going to
retire pretty soon, which he did sign a year deal
with WWE, and to which he said, you know, he's
going to retire here quote unquote. Somebody looked a comment
on the post saying, you know, I'm pissed off by
Triple H's booking of Aj Styles and AJ styles a
(38:46):
son commented saying, you're not the only one man. So
days later, you know, AJ cuts this promo, which again
could be coincidental, could be part of a storyline, but Aj,
I guess doing his whole conspiracy theory thing of like nobody,
you know, there's somebody in the back that doesn't want
(39:06):
me here, which I mean, again, that's been done to
death before. I mean, obviously Punk did it, Cross kind
of did it where he said the man in the
truck will fuck yourself, to which he wasn't really talking
about anyone specifically. So I'm pretty again, I'm pretty sure
this was part of the act, and I'm pretty sure
there's gonna be an ongoing storyline, which is it's interesting
(39:27):
that they're having these ongoing storylines between commercial breaks. So again,
anyone watching overseas, anyone that has a VPN, is probably
the best time to get a VPN so you can
see this shit happening. And then he says he's gonna
take his anger on an ol Grande Americano. Yeah, him,
him and El Grande, you know, quote unquote, you know, Ludwig,
(39:50):
I thought this was a really good match. This is
the best match of the night, solid TV match, better
match than it had more credit to be. You know,
I think Ludwig is doing a much better job as
Old Grande than Chad Gable. You know, Chad Gable will
not have to take anything away from him he was
taking it seriously. But like, Ludwig is really going the
(40:13):
extra mile with this. He can probably do a lot
more than Chad. I think Chad was a little limited
on how far he could go because he wasn't able
to cut promos. He was just able to say gracios
and that's it. Whereas Ludwig can actually speak you know, Spanish,
(40:35):
so he can go the extra mile. And I thought
him and AJ had a hell of a match. I
was a little worried going in because as much as
I love AJ, as much as I know his position
in the company, I still like AJ to be pushed
as more of an important person in the card, not
saying world champion, but I would just don't like him
(41:00):
getting jobbed out. I don't want to just be pin me,
pay me again, you know. I'd rather him be pushed
more seriously. And I was like, I was kind of
surprised that he won because I saw you know, the
other you know, ol Grande came out and was interfering,
and I'm just like, ah, I hope that I hope
that the match doesn't go the way I think it is,
and it didn't. Like a J ended up winning with
(41:21):
the styles clash, so AJ won it, you know, pretty
pretty surprising win with again how they've been pushing a
j and also Grande as a character and I that's
Grande's first one on one loss. So but yeah, again,
good match, good win, and hopefully again I want to
(41:44):
see Aja do better on the name. But uh know
what y'all think, what y'all think about put in the chat.
The rest of the show, you had Roquel Rodriguez versus
Liar of Valkyria, to which Lira was not Lyra. Roquel
won cleanly, she went with her to Hannabaum, and I
(42:06):
was again I was surprised because they've been pushing the
shit out of Lyra, Like they've been really pushing her.
And again I like Lyra. I think we're probably one
of the very few shows that doesn't openly you know,
have disdain for Lira. And I could see why. Obviously
do see why. You know, she's not the best on promo,
(42:28):
she's not that interesting, but again good in the ring,
but they've really been over pushing her. And I think
if she had won this match, I would have probably
that would have been my thing of like I don't know,
but no, no, like Roquelle won cleanly. And Roquel's been
(42:50):
killing it lately. You know, like I put on Twitter
that I so called Twitter fuck it. I put on
Twitter that you know, Kevin Nash made that comment about
Raquel that you know, she needs to work like a
big she needs to work like a bigger wrestler, stop
working small. And she could have been like anyone else
in the wrestling business, which is which she could have
(43:11):
been like, Oh, it's disrespectful, that's mean, blah blah blah,
but it says she went, you know, you're right, it's
Kevin Nash. If anyone's gonna tell me I need to
work bigger, it's Kevin Nash. And you can say whatever
you want about Kevin Nash. Kevin Nash made money. He's
one of the most successful bigger wrestlers in the wrestling business,
probably the most. So if he has advice to give
(43:35):
a bigger wrestler, that other wrestlers should listen to it.
And Raquel took it to heart and she started working
like a bigger wrestler. And I again, I'm happy that
she won this match. I'm happy that it looks like
they're making her more than just like a sidekick and
making her more of a star. So I'm happy for it.
(43:56):
And I've always liked Raquel. I was a fan of
her in NXT. I'm happy that she's not doing that
back thing again, that she's not doing that weird back pose.
I just always thought that was weird. So I'm I'm
happy for I'm happy that she's getting pushed and being
taken seriously, you know, because Ria can't be on top
(44:19):
for long, you know, as much as people want Mommy
on top. I'm sorry Bianca. Bianca's hurt. So you need
more bigger, you need more big, strong, statute esque women.
And I'm glad Braquel is kind of coming back into
her own. I mean, she she's a candidate for most Improved,
for most Improved, rest of their candidate. I will preface
(44:41):
that the rest of the show, you had Russa versus Penta,
which was I don't know if they I don't know
if they this was official, but it was to see
who would go after the Inner Continental title. Penta's booking
(45:02):
has been kind of weird lately. I mean, yeah, he's
proven himself as being one of the biggest stars on
the show, but I don't know, like It's one of
those things that I get it because you know, when
he was at when he was coming out, he was
beating everybody, and then eventually they had to beat him,
because it's like it's one of those damn if you do,
damn if you don't situations where it's like, if he
(45:25):
keeps beating people, people are gonna complain, They're going to
turn on him eventually. But if he starts losing some matches,
people are still gonna complain. So you gotta I guess
you kind of kind of bring him right back down
to earth. And I don't really and I don't really
think he was gonna beat Russev because Russof just came
back and he's, you know, starting to get his momentum back,
(45:47):
you know, fresh off a few that shameless and I'm loving,
you know, what Russov's doing. I do think eventually Penta's
gonna beat Dom and win the Intercontinent old title. That
kind of makes sense. But he's still in this sew
with a New Day, which it was funny for the
(46:08):
most part, but now I'm like, Okay, this is going
on a little too long, so needs to wrap up
a little bit. And granted I do see. I do
think the stuff with Xavier and Kofe is funny that
they're still in mourning over the tag titles, and I
you know, I'm I'm more interested in what Xavier is
doing than Kofe. But I don't know. I'm kind of
(46:31):
hoping for this few to kind of wrap up a
little bit so Penta can go back to doing Penta things.
But Russ up one, so I guess he's next in
line for an intercontinent title shot, maybe hopefully next tun Raw.
Yet Oscar versus Nicky Bella, oh again, blessed Nicki Bella's heart.
(46:57):
She wants to prove she she she has something to
prove to people, and I get why, But do I
need to say it? Don't be mean, don't need to
say the quiet part outloud that everyone's thinking Nicki Bella,
ain't it? She She couldn't hang with Becky at the
(47:19):
France pay per view, She definitely can't hang with with Osca.
The fact that she's that they're allowing her to go
out there and have these really longer matches than what
she's supposed to have. It's not working. I mean, is
Nicky Bella like stinking up the joint. No, she's not.
She's not a Dana Brook, she's not a Marina Shaffir
(47:42):
that's her. Damn sure, but she's she's not even a
Jared Cargill. But she really shouldn't be out there having
these really long competitive matches. I'm sorry, it's it's not working.
It really isn't working, and it just it wasn't a
very good match with her Oscar, to which Oscar beats
(48:03):
her with a submission hold, and then uh, they confront
each other in the back, and then Rhea gets in
her face, and I still don't get the feud. I
still don't get the reason why Osca doesn't like Nikki,
not Nicki Bell, but Rhea. That still doesn't make sense
(48:25):
that Rhea and Oscar are friends, and then Oscar or no, God,
damn it, I'm saying the wrong person. Riya and EO
are friends, and then Oscar gets mad like you know,
I don't want you being friends, and then fucking uh,
who was the other bitch? I shouldn't say, bitch, carry
(48:46):
saying there you go like carry Sayane has to be
the awkward friend who's choosing sides and but doesn't really
say anything. She just makes faces, which I think is
kind of funny. I just I don't know. I still
don't get Oscar's reasoning for being mad at Rhea. And
then eventually she's gonna turn on EO, which, as a
few people have been dynasy again love EO. I think
(49:10):
EO is by far the best you know woman on
the roster right now, even in wrestling, but the few
but the future just doesn't really make sense. It's it's
still weird. But that was wrong. That was all. For
the most part, wasn't bad, pretty pretty decent show, but
you know, was anything to really ride home about. We're
(49:34):
gonna move on NXT. For the most part, NXT was
setting up Homecoming next week and you know, having some
big surprises. You had Josh Briggs, which was Javon Evans,
which last week Josh Briggs took out Javon Evans and
that's why this match happened, and it was a pretty
(49:56):
it was a pretty good match. Like I see, I
seem to be the only one that likes Josh freaks,
like I see the value in him. Do I think
he's gonna light the world on fire and make money? No,
I think he's I think Josh Briggs is like Baron Corbin,
but better and much more interesting. You know, he actually
(50:21):
has personality to so but he's consistently proven that he
can have good matches. Granted, put him in the ring
with somebody that knows what they're doing. But he wrestled
Javon Evans and then the match ends with him punching
Javon Evans with this with the chain. So I imagine
this dude's gonna continue next as he had Di Y
(50:42):
confronting Trick Williams, and Trick Williams says, I didn't come
here alone. He brings ou Kamalo Hayes, which to which
I think everyone kind of called. And they're setting up
a match for next week. It's not Trick mellow Gang
versus Di. I why, it was kind of an interesting promo, Like,
(51:04):
it wasn't really anything I was expecting. I was expecting
kind of the basic by the numbers, you know, Melo
being I'm here for you, but Melo still bringing up
you know, I remember what happened between us. You know,
YadA YadA, YadA, wasn't a wasn't a big brawl. It
was just setting up next week. So again I'm I'm
(51:25):
happy to see Carmelo doing something interesting, and I'm also
happy to see him in him in Ature Williams pair
up for next week, so maybe can lead to something
down the line. I don't know, but Carmelo does kind
of need something to kind of keep them interesting. With
the fans. You had Landy Reen versus Fabio Pace and
(51:48):
a Speed the Tournament match against Reed or a Speed
Tournament match. I'm sorry to determine who's gonna face a
Soul for the Speed title at no mercy. I guess
Faby's in a feud with Natalia because Natalia got involved,
(52:11):
which she didn't really do anything. All she did was
just stand there and just and Faby was like, what
are you doing.
Speaker 1 (52:19):
Again?
Speaker 2 (52:19):
Just tropes I'm kind of getting tired of, which is
like anytime somebody does something outside, a wrestler has to
stop everything they're doing and stare at them like what.
So I don't know. If that were me, I wouldn't
get distracted. I would just be like, okay, but this
whole Speed Tournament, like it's like the idea behind it
(52:44):
was interesting of like we're gonna give main roster people
and NXT people and Triple A and TNA people a
chance to fight for it, and yet none of the
non WW one Because I know Zia brooks Side, she
was in it last week and she lost, and then
this week you had Fabio Patche from Triple A to
(53:05):
which I'm I'm not even trying to sit here and
be like I'm her biggest fan. I'm just like, what's
the point of having this tournament and then having non
WW people in it only to have them lose? Like
what's it going to do to Laney Reid if she loses?
Really nothing, because nobody knows who she is, you know,
Cannice Loray. Does she necessarily need to win? No, but
(53:26):
it would have been interesting to give Zion Brookside something
like I don't know, it's just weird. We've talked about
this partnership. It is one sided, and I get why
it's one sided. And granted it's helping TNA and ticket
sales and viewership, it's helping Triple A, you know, get over.
I mean, Conanne talked about it, talked about it on
(53:47):
a show, but I don't know, I just kind of
wish she wasn't as one side as before, Like this
could have been a good opportunity to put over some talent.
But Laneyry look good, So what can I say? I'm
(54:08):
trying to scroll up. Yeah, dark State versus Hank and
Tank rematch for the tag team titles. Kind of really
didn't care, Like I don't really care about Anking Tank,
Like they're a popular team. People seem to like him,
but I just I again don't care. I don't even
care about dark State, you know. So to kind of
(54:30):
fast forward to the match, Cutler James you know again,
says Joe Hendry's name and then Joe Henry comes out,
and that was kind of a big pile of nothing
because dark State still ended up winning. So Joe Hendry's
newer gimmick, or his newest gimmick, is that, you know,
(54:52):
anytime someone says his name, he literally appears. So I
guess that's the way to keep him to still keep
him relevant. So cool. Next as he had Ethan Page
versus Tavian Heights in a flag match. This was a
lot of fun. I can't lie. This is a lot.
This is a lot. This is so much more fun
(55:13):
than when it had any any reason to be. And
I don't think we've seen a flag match in a one,
but I don't know. I like, I love Ethan Page,
I love what he's doing Tavian Heights. I think he's
he Tavian Heights obviously a great wrestler, you know, needs
work on promos, but I think he's getting there. They
(55:35):
obviously want him to get there, and I think eventually
he's probably gonna be the one that takes the title
off Ethan before Ethan goes to the main roster. But
I thought this was a lot of fun, Like it's
fun seeing gimmick matches. And what I mean by gimmick
matches is just, you know, gimmick matches that we don't
see a lot of, like a flag match for example,
(55:57):
Like it makes sense because it's Team USA versus Team Canada,
why not do a flag match. So I thought this
was appropriate. I'm assuming Ethan Page defends the title against
tavia On at No Mercy. Hasn't been announced yet, but
I'm pretty sure it will. Gant announced so and I'm
(56:17):
guessing tavi On wins, and like I mentioned, Ethan goes
on on the main roster, maybe debuts at the Rumble,
who knows, maybe even uh, maybe he's even one of
John Cena's last opponents. I wouldn't mind that. And the
main event was a triple threat tag team match to
(56:38):
determine who will face the Women's Tag Team Champions next
week at Homecoming. That's the calling, which is still a
fucking dumb name. Fed on Influence, So Fallon Henley and
Jazmin Nicks versus Soul, Rooka and Zaria fun tag team match.
I was. I was kind of hoping Fatal Influence would win,
(57:03):
but you know, they gave it to the Cooling, which again,
can't be mad because I like Tatum Pasley. I kind
of wish they'd give her more than just saddle her
in tag teams. I I personally I think, I personally
think Tatum can do well on her own, but hey, whatever,
(57:26):
teach your them. So her and her and what the
fuck's her name is? He dame one, So they'll face
the tag team champions next week. There was a bit
in the match where Souls going for a soul snatcher
and then she's gonna She's was she was going for
(57:47):
it on on Izzy, I believe, and then Tatum pushed
Izzy out of the way and then So ended up
accidentally doing the soul snatcher on Zaria. So now that's
gonna be a thing. So and Seoul going after each other.
It makes sense. But yes, so the calling wins, so
(58:08):
they'll face the attack NAM champions next week. I'll want
to lose so cool. Afterwards, j C gets on the
mic and calls out our team saying, you know you
disappointed me, blah blah blah. You know I'm the greatest
NXT Women's Champion of all time. When that happens, you
see on the screen three different SUVs pull up to
(58:31):
which is like, ooh, what's gonna happen. It comes back
from the commercial break and then j C is still
talking in the ring. All of a sudden you hear Stephanie.
You see Stephanie of a Corps come out and say,
you know you're talking to her usual shit, I'll I'll
be the world champion at Russell Palooza. And then Tiffany
(58:52):
Stratton comes out, you know, not wearing clothes usual, which
I'm not gonna and then she said and then here's what. Okay.
I didn't like it because I kind of figured it
was going to be someone big. I had a feeling
it was going to be real. But I think Tiffany
I don't. I didn't like the fact that she kind
of spoiled it where she was like, Mommy's not gonna
(59:14):
be happy. And then Riha comes out and obviously it's
a big moment because it's Real Ripley. She's you know,
fucking over as Rover. But I would have liked it
they didn't spoil it, like let the let the crowd
figure it out on their own. But whatever, they got
a big reaction and it sets up you know, next week,
(59:36):
which is it's gonna be Fatal Influence versus the team
of Real Ripley, Tiffany Stratton, and Stephanie Vicoor. So Homecoming
is gonna be a big show next week. Yeah, that
was NXT people, That was NXT. That was all the
(59:57):
shows we covered. I was gonna bring us some other
news tidbits, but since Justice's not here, I'm just gonna
cut those out and I'm gonna and I'm gonna do
World Collide predictions for this Friday. So World's Colyde Las Vegas.
(01:00:19):
We'll be in Paradise, Nevada at the Cox Pavilion at
the Thomas and Max Center. It'll be on YouTube, and
it'll be at ten pm Eastern time, so it'll air
free blah blah blah. It will air for free ww's
(01:00:40):
via ww's YouTube channel, with both English and Spanish language
commentary at ten pm Eastern Time, immediately after SmackDown, so
nine pm Central. So far the matches that are on
the car, there are six matches. You have a Lutris
Showcase eight man tag team match. You have Laparca, mask
Garita Segrata, Nino Hamburg Gaza and Octagon Junior versus Latino
(01:01:06):
World Order, Cruise Altro Walking Phoenix, Walking Phoenix, not the
actor walking Phoenix, although that would be kind of that
would be kind of cool, walking wild Lynce Dorado and
Minnie a Beesmo, Negro Negatial. I'm assuming l w O
wins it. I'm not. I'm not sure. To be honest,
(01:01:27):
this is just this is it's gonna be a one
match show. Let's just call a spade a spade. This
is a one match show. But I'm gonna go with
the l w O's team uh fatal four re match
for the Triple A Latin American Championship. El Hijo del
l he h d Doctor Wagner Junior versus Dragon Ly
versus Ethan Page versus j D McDonough. I'm guessing Wagner
(01:01:52):
since he just won the title. I mean, this should
be a fun match with the talent that's in it.
It'd be kind of interesting if JD won it, just
to kind of go along with the theme of Judgment Day,
you know, winning titles. That'd be kind of fun. And
also give JD something because he's another guy that's been
crushing it since he's been back. So I don't know,
(01:02:16):
give JD something. You know, I'm gonna go with JD.
Fuck it, give it to j D. H Judgment Day.
Speaking of Judgment Day, Judgment Day Finn Balor and Roxanne
Petes of Roquale Rodriguez versus Lola Ice and mister Ikuana.
This should be a fun match. They Judgment Day russelled
(01:02:38):
against mister Iguana and Lola Ice on the last pay
per view, so I'm guessing Lollavice and mister Iguana win
since they lost the last match. I don't give it.
Give it to Lola and Mister I should be a
fun match. Good to go to see Roxanne, you know,
doing something, cause she because I talked about like I
would have liked to see her Wrestle the last show,
(01:03:00):
but Roquel did so. Now it's only fair that Roxanne
does Fabio Pace versus Natalia and corn Roads. A singles
match is determined the numberal contender for the Triple A
Raina de Rena's Championship. I'm assuming Italian ones. That's kind
(01:03:24):
of my best guess. I'm guessing she wins because you
know she's on this new crusade of being more serious,
which I don't mind this new Natalian So I'm gonna
go with an Italian one tag team match for the
Triple A World Tag Team Championships. Pagano and Psycho Clown
(01:03:46):
versus The New Day Kofi Kingston Xavier Woods. The New
Day are unfortunately gonna stay in Morning t which I
know I'm probably being pro WWE, but it's like, I
wouldn't mind seeing New Day win the Triple A Tag
Team titles, just to kind of give him a pick
me up since they've been in Warning Morning. So, but
(01:04:09):
I think uh Pegano and Sacho Claner. And then the
main event you have Lhhi del Vi Kingo versus Dominique
Mysterio for the Triple A Mega Dompion. I mean dom
should win. Dom should win the title. There's no if, if,
(01:04:33):
sands or butts about that. Dom is over like a motherfucker.
Speaker 1 (01:04:38):
Like a motherfucker.
Speaker 2 (01:04:41):
You know. On Raw he was getting a fucking baby
face share when he was getting interviewed, and Dom was
even like, oh shit, if the Kingo sucks again. I
know people they love that hip, the flippy dippy stuff.
I'm not like flippy Dippy's fine if you have like
(01:05:02):
personality to add to it. The Kingo is just not good.
He is not the guy. He's not the guy you
want representing that company. If you're if you're trying to
make it more serious and a more appealing to let's
say a network deal or a potential you know, peacock deal.
Dom I think is the better choice. Put it on Dom.
(01:05:25):
If he's a double champion, fine, eventually he can drop
that intercontinent title and just focus on Triple A. But
Dom should win. He should win. If he doesn't win,
that's gonna be that's that'll be bad. I mean, fucking
fucking Mexico was booing the Kingo and they were sharing
Dom and fucking uh the El Grande Americano. They were
(01:05:46):
sharing both of those guys and they were booing a
homegrown star quote unquote, So that is if AJ shows up.
I mean he screwed Dom on the last one. So
I don't.
Speaker 1 (01:06:00):
I don't.
Speaker 2 (01:06:00):
I don't see Aja showing up to screw Dom again
because that would just be like you did this already.
Speaker 1 (01:06:06):
So I don't.
Speaker 2 (01:06:07):
I don't, I don't. I don't see a reason why
Dom should lose. I don't see anyone come out to
screw over Dom. Maybe have Judgment Day come out to help.
But you know, I just thought of something when if
Finn comes out to inadvertently screw over Dom, like he
thinks he's trying to help, but he ends up screwing
(01:06:27):
him over because they they've been teasing the Finn thing
of you. When is Finn gonna screw over a Dom?
So I don't know, but oh no, if that's not
gonna happen, just have Dom win, have him be the
Triple A Mega campion makes more sense now, So it's
another notch in Dom spelled off. He's the first Mysterio
(01:06:47):
to win a Triple A Mega title, so why the
fuck not? And then eventually you can do Dom versus
Ray at the next Triple A show for the world.
I don't have Ray Win, like fuck it, why not?
So But that's that's world's call out. It's gonna be
this Friday, right after SmackDown, so it's gonna get busy.
(01:07:09):
It's gonna be a busy Friday people. But that is
the show. That's everything I had to cover. No news.
I mean there's news, but it's more so real world news.
And anyone that knows the show knows that we don't
really get into that kind of stuff. But again and again,
(01:07:31):
I don't know enough about the situation to comment on it.
So I don't want to sit up here and talk
about something that I am not familiar with and just
reading off of a newspaper article and I don't know. I'd
rather have the facts together if I'm going to talk
about something like that, but in this case, I don't.
(01:07:51):
But that's the show. People. Thank you everybody that did
show up. Maurice, let's see Kyle Master, g Scott, Maurice,
thank you. I know Joe Numbers was here earlier. Thank
you Joe and shouts everybody shouted Justin. You know, Justin's
(01:08:13):
out there. I hope you're listening. I hope everything's all right.
He did tell me everything was all right, but just again,
I worry. I worry sometimes, but not to worry about Justin.
Justin will be all right. He's a big boy, but
shouts him shouts a spa Buster Teas, to which if
you live in the San Antonio area, I just want
to make a trip because fuck it. Uh, head on
(01:08:38):
down to Wonderland Mall of America and head on down
to Spawnbuster Teas, to which they have everything you need
as a wrestling fan. They have Funko Pops, Action Figures
T shirts that Justin makes himself, made from love, made
from Justin, and they're pretty fucking cool. Okay, I know
(01:09:00):
he has some new ones that just came out, and
the store recently expanded. It got bigger and he has
more rooms to put his shirts and everything else. So
but like I said, Funko Pops T shirts, Action Figures,
old school magazines, to which I showed Mish that and
he's and he's a pre stoked about that. I know,
(01:09:20):
miss was talking about buying some old wrestling magazines. And
also he's selling wrestling belts too, so and also if
you can't make the trip, there's my best D's dot com.
So it's a it's it's good ship people. I can't
I can't talk about I can't rave about it enough.
Spond Bester tease people and shouts everybody i'se Shout out
(01:09:44):
to RJ the Brooklyn Savage, to which I'm not one
hundred percent sure. But we're supposed to be recording another
episode of Friendly Neighborhood Marks tomorrow hopefully, so I'm gonna
have to talk to him about that. Shout to Ruin
Prime if you're listening at the moment. Culture Attack is
(01:10:06):
on hiatus, but again, we have a library of episodes
he can listen to with me and Rube, so check
that out. Jeff Lippman, shoutut to Jeff Lipman. He does.
He does his show with LuFisto where they cover LFG,
so listen to that. Proud of Jefflin. I'm proud of
(01:10:27):
Jefflin'm proud of all my friends, but in this case,
I am proud of Jeff Liptman of course for finding
a new show along with LuFisto, which is from what
I've from when I've gathered, I haven't listened to the
show yet. I know I'm a bad friend, but it
is doing pretty well. It's doing gangbusters. So proud of
Jeff and also a Garden of Doom or what is
(01:10:53):
it called. Man, I am a terrible friend. It was
a Garden of Garden. I'm gonna pull it up before
I sound like even more of a piece of ship. Yeah,
(01:11:13):
I'm not painting myself in the best thing because I'm
forgetting that you changed the name of the podcast. Uh Garden.
Uh see, Garden of I'm gonna get a really angry
message on Facebook. What the hell is it? Have it
(01:11:36):
on fucking Spotify? Garden of Thought?
Speaker 1 (01:11:38):
There you go.
Speaker 2 (01:11:39):
You know I actually did get it right, Garden of Thought.
So Garden of Thought, listen to it. Good ship, and
then shout out to the our rest of our friends
wrestling soup Mish for putting me on this platform. And
then shout out to Spiball Media. You know, John Draper
and the boys be show Brian shaheen.
Speaker 3 (01:11:59):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (01:11:59):
They have a new uppisode coming out tomorrow. They're gonna
be a live tomorrow like they usually are every Thursday
and on YouTube. So listen to that and you know forever.
Shouts to Kevin Castle. That's always going to be a thing.
Shouts to Kevin Castle forever forever. But uh, that's it people.
We'll be back next week, same time, saying Channel Justin
(01:12:24):
