Today's guest is my new Life Coach, Lauren Handel Zander. She wasn't my coach yet during this interview (first time we met). Lauren co-founded Handel Group, a multi-million executive life coaching business with 60 employees, and her Handel method is taught at MIT, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and NYU. She personally works to transform the lives of CEOs, celebrities, and clients across the country. She coaches Dr Mark Hyman and actor Hugh Jackman (he says Lauren is to thank for his success with The Greatest Showman) too.
