Taking on too much, either because of our own over ambitious character (like in my case usually) or due to changes in schedule (like in the story I'm sharing) or due to other reasons, makes us become a certain type of person that doesn't enjoy things much and can be focused on the wrong things, even though he/she is getting rewarded for that kind of focus.

I find that listening to this gratitude affirmation meditation before going to sleep makes for a really restful night.
