Speaker 2 (00:22):
Do the Constitution because.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
Three Burr Broadcasting Alive from WEAPONI Saft Productions Studio B.
Welcome to the Host Show and as always I'm your host. Ho.
So how y'all's doing it? I hope you're doing good.
I really do, because we've got some stuffs to talk

(00:47):
about today. We are going to be talking about a
little bit about the government shut down and how Democrats
just really don't believe in democracy. Yes, I know, the
United States of America is not the democracy. We are,
in fact, a constitutional republic, but they like to float
around that democracy thing. We're also going to be talking

(01:10):
about Pete haig Seth an announcement that he made regarding
an Air Force base in Idaho and Katar what in
the world is going on there. We're also going to
be talking about an indictment that came out from the
Department of Justice and what we may see happen next week.

(01:30):
But first, y'all know how I like to do the show.
I like to start off with funny. I like to
start off with a little bit of ha ha, a
little bit of humor. I like to start off by
normally going to the Babylon b and finding a satire
article because I like satire with the purpose. I really do.
But today I really didn't see the need to go

(01:51):
to the Babylon be for an absolutely hilarious article. And
I mean, okay, whenever I read this, I absolutely laughed.
I mean, holy crap, I did. I thought it was hilarious.
I thought it was funny because I mean, y'alls know
that I have had this type of issue. If you've

(02:13):
been around the show for a while, you have heard
my story about the attack of the loose deuce, it happens,
and this article from Newsbreak, like I said, I dude,
I laughed. Headline woman severe diarrhea forces United Airlines flight

(02:36):
from Indianapolis to be canceled and she apologizes very publicly
on TikTok and ERMI ger dude, Like I said, I
laughed so hard whenever I read this, I really did.
I mean, dude, if you're going to have about of diarrhea,
I mean, is there a worst place than on an airplane?

(03:02):
I mean really, that's like it's it's got to be
the worst place to have an attack of diarrhea, an
attack of the loose dudes. That's gotta be the worst,
because I mean, then them bathrooms are not made, them
designs are not made to handle that kind of biological warfare.

(03:22):
It's just not that, just know. I mean, there's no
wonder that she because of this, the flight got canceled
and they had to like do a deep cleaning of
the airplane. It's no wonder. But yeah, that's got to
be like the absolute worst place to have a bit
of you know about of diarrhea. Absolutely gotta be. But

(03:44):
reading into this article, and uh, let's skip that first
paragraph because that just more or less reiterates what I
already said about, you know, the flight being canceled United Airlines.
There you go. But this individual, she took the TikTok
to explain how her extreme bow of diarrhea caused an

(04:07):
unexpected disruption, telling her fellow passengers, if that flight cancelation
changed the trajectory of your life in a really negative way,
I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. According to The New
York Post, she was traveling back from Portugal to the
US for a film premiere when she began to feel

(04:32):
ill the night before. She says that she ate an
undercooked burger, which she suspects may have led to food
poisoning more diarrhea than any human should have in their life.
Should describe the nightmare in vivid detail. I'm full body sweating,
I'm crying on my insides are cramping for the next

(04:55):
twenty minutes. I have more diarrhea than any human should
have in their life, I mean. And the video is
even in this story. So if you head on over
to Thehohot show dot com, click on that news feed tab,
you will see the blog post which will take you
to the magazine over there on flipboard. And this is

(05:17):
the first article in this magazine. So if you want
to check this video out, I recommend it. I highly
recommend it. But the situation doesn't stop there. She also
began vomiting and eventually called the flight attendant for help.
At that point, she was informed that the flight would
have to be canceled for a deep clean. She was

(05:41):
escorted off the aircraft in a wheelchair, and to make
matters worse, she later soiled herself again while resting in
her hotel bed. Yeah, she you know, apologized to fellow
passengers and yeah, I mean, like I said, is there
a worst place to get about of diarrhea? I don't

(06:07):
think so. What is your more entertaining bows? I mean
we you know, we've all had it, right, I mean
we've all had diarrhea. I mean I know I have,
you know, both planned and unplanned. I mean I had
a colonoscopy not that long ago. And yeah, it's kind
of one of the things that when you know what's come,
when you just don't leave the house right, you make

(06:28):
sure you got plenty of toilet paper on hand. You
gotta make sure you're prepared.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
Right.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
But is there a worst place? I honestly can't think
of one. I can't think of a worse place to
have diarrheas. So in lieu of this story, I'm gonna
play this song for it. I hope you alls like it.
It is a Ho Ho original. I like it. This
is dark Throne of Porcelain. Check it out.

Speaker 5 (07:23):
Sitting on the throne of cold despair, shadows crawl as
silence fills the air. Walls are whisper recycretsoold a palace

(07:45):
of salrow and story resuntold.

Speaker 6 (08:06):
Styles are cracks like the lines of fate, the coast,
dance in the slowestance, ceramic chains of what darkness.

Speaker 4 (08:23):
Means, Whispers of vanguish and ancient change, flush away that
fears of knife in a bustling palace, void of life,
drowned in misery, silently lost in the.

Speaker 6 (08:50):
Shows of what you still be.

Speaker 7 (08:55):
A throne of solitude and till it space reflections haunt
in this ghostly place, watersmurting to in the postlinpress and under, and.

Speaker 4 (09:24):
Loss of sallow and dress embrace no escape from this
lifeless place. Fell shallow wraps around sight, drenching every moment in.

Speaker 7 (09:48):
The absence of light.

Speaker 8 (09:52):
Floodshowway that tears of nights in a porcelain palace, void
of light, bound resigned, Please.

Speaker 7 (10:06):
Lost lies y, So.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
Do you love your occasional Mexican dish or your musical fruit?
Are you tired of walking by family members and crop
dusting them? Well, if this has ever happened to you,
might I introduce you to Tampon's brand butt plugs. Tampon's
brand butt plugs is that particular type of butt plug
that allows you to walk in public in confidence no
one that you're not going to accidentally crop does somebody

(10:55):
Tampon's brand butt plugs now with the plastic.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Applicator, not just for women anymore, Tampa's brand butt plugs.

Speaker 3 (11:01):
Oh all right, and we are back. I mean, it
really was a toss up on which promo I was
going to play, because two of them are well fitting.
I guess you know, Tampon's brand butt blugs. You got
to stop the flow somehow, right, And then the other
one was angel Soft, because hey, you gotta have it

(11:22):
on hand when you got an attack of a loose news.
It's just it's a must. It just is, all right,
So we are going to go ahead and dive into it,
get into some actual news. Well, I mean that one
was actual news, but that's beside the point. We are
going to start off by talking about indictments. This headline
from Just the News, doj indictes New York Attorney General

(11:47):
Letitia James for alleged bank fraud. We did talk about
this earlier. We talked about this, well, not earlier today,
but we talked about it like, well, was that a
week or two ago? Maybe I don't remember, but we
did already talk about this, you know, looking forward to
the day where she was indicted. And yes, the article
does use the word alleged because she has not been

(12:11):
you know, has not gone to trial, she's not been
found guilty. However, looking at the evidence, she is most
definitely and I say this very clearly and bluntly guilty
a sin. So the headline or I'm sorry, the article
goes into say that the Department of Justice indict in
New York Attorney General Ledician James on Thursday over allegations

(12:32):
of fraud. A grand jury reportedly approved the charges. According
to the Guardian, the indictment followed Federal Housing and Finance
Agency Director Bill whatever his last name is, Poulty, I
guess making a criminal referral to the Department of Justice
alleging that James falsified bank documents. Based on media reports,

(12:56):
Miss Letitia James has in multiple instances falsified by bank
documents and property records to acquire government backed assistance and
loans and more favorable loan terms, not to mention that,
but also you know, more favorable you know, insurance rates
and whatnot. James pursued a civil fraud against Trump and

(13:21):
the lead up to the presidential election that he called
part of a political witch hunt, which is absolutely true,
and that is why you know, not saying that that's
exactly why she deserved this, you know, and you know,
like not saying that this is retaliation against that, because

(13:41):
what I want, what a lot of Conservatives and Republicans want,
is for the whole aspect of you know, equal justice
under the law. We just want the law to actually
be put out there equal regardless of party lines, regardless

(14:02):
of party politics. I mean, if you do the crime,
you should be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law.
And you know, all of this stuff. I mean, here's
the thing, and this is one of the things that
is extremely sickening to me. And really, I mean, let's
just be honest. It pisses me off because you know,

(14:23):
like all of this stuff, it was political attacks on
President Trump to try to get him to back down
and not run again. That's all in them out to
tode That's why they did it. They tried to ruin
him publicly, financially, everything. And now every time they turn around,
President Trump is winning in the courts because it's definite.

(14:46):
I mean, it's not even a question. Yes, it was
a political witch hunt. Yes, they were attacking him, they
were using lawfair in order to get him to back down.
And you know, I mean it even came out not
that terribly long ago that if Trump would have actuallyually,
you know, publicly denounced that he was going to run again,

(15:07):
that he was going to step down from the election,
then all the lawfair would have stopped. It would have.
I mean, there's been people on the left even admit
to that. What we want to see isn't retaliation. This
has nothing to do with retaliation. This is holding those

(15:28):
accountable that have broken the law, regardless of party politics.
That's what it's about. And I also heard another story
about somebody that we have expected to see get indicted,
and that is Bolton. This headline out of MSNBC criminal

(15:53):
charges against Bolton expected as early as next week. I'm
excited cause if you remember, for a while back ago
the FBI rated as properly that they took out a
lot of documents there a lot of them they said,
were you know, classified documents, and you know they are

(16:17):
looking at that. So the article continues and says that
the acting US Attorney in Maryland is moving forward quickly
to seek criminal charges against a President Donald Trump's former
national security advisor, John Bolton. According to two people familiar
with the case, the complaint or an indictment could come

(16:39):
as early as A complaint or indictment could come as
early as next week, said the sources, who spoke on
condition of animinity to discuss sensitive matters without authorization. So
Grand Jurion Maryland has been hearing evidence for several weeks
related to claims that Bolton improperly kept classified national security

(16:59):
information in his Maryland home, but the pace of the
case has recently sped up. The two people said, I
I can't wait. I really can't hold these people accountable
because if I've said it once, I've said it a

(17:19):
hundred times. You are not going to stop this kind
of activity. You're not going to squash it, You're not
going to end it. It's not going to stop at
all until these bad actors see jail. And I'm not
even talking about fines. If they don't see jail, if
they don't see any type of repercussions for what they did,

(17:42):
no accountability whatsoever, then it's just going to happen again.
If you are as disgusted and as pissed off as
I am about the weaponization of government against conservatives, Republicans,
and specifically Donald Trump, then this is awesome. I'm excited

(18:03):
you would want more of this, and I'm just excited
that we're actually seeing things happen. I'm very excited about that.
I mean, granted we are within a year. I really
wish a lot of this would have happened a long
time ago. But at the same time, I kind of
get it though, I mean I really do. I mean,

(18:24):
getting the information going through and you know, kind of
sorting out fact from fiction, accusations and whatever from what
is truth and real it takes time. You got to
do an investigation. And unfortunately, investigations take time. I mean,

(18:46):
this isn't criminal minds, this isn't in CIS. Sometimes these
things just don't get solved, you know, in an our
TV show. It doesn't really work like that, you know.
I mean, yeah, I'm swift, but we also want justice
and sometimes you just can't get both at the same time.

(19:07):
It takes time. I'm just glad that these things are
actually happening, that we are seeing indictments come out, and
it does look as though people may truly get some
jail time. For the laws that they have broken, for
the crimes they have committed. That's what I'm excited to
see now again, indictments. It's not a trial, it's not

(19:31):
a guilty verdict, but at least it is a step
closer and does indicate that, hey, they are serious about
holding these people accountable. I mean, at least it shows something.
I'm excited about it. So I seen an article and

(19:57):
I'm gonna be honest with you, I really will. It
was like, huh, you know, my reaction is kind of mixed.
I mean, it really is. But this headline from Just
the News, Defense Secretary Hegseth announces that the US will
host Qatari Air Force facility in Idaho. The announcement was

(20:21):
made at the Pentagon as Hegseth sat alongside the Katari
Defense Minister. He said the agreement showcases the strength of
the relationship between Qatar and the US, and this announcement
was made on Friday. The facility, which was signed off

(20:42):
on the Trump administration, will be for a Qatar Emi
Air Force contingent at the Mountain Home Air Force Base
located in southwestern Ohio, and will be where their pilots
will train to fly f fifteen's according to the Hill. Now,
whenever I read this, I also seen another article that was, well,

(21:05):
this was from the Dispatch, kind of you know, reiterating
the same thing. No, wait, this is a different article.
Let me get off of that. You don't need to
see that yet. But he also see in another article
where it says that, you know, Maga Republicans whatnot. They're
kind of ticked about this and kind of upset about this.
You know, they're not a fan that hag Seth is

(21:28):
going to be hosting Qatar in Idaho on a US
Air Force base so that this way they can get trained.
And so I asked an obvious question, you know, because
it almost made it sound like that that Pete Heggseth

(21:49):
announced that Katar was going to have an air Force
base in the United States, and that's not exactly the truth.
We are going to host their pieces for training. And
obviously that was a question that asks us, you know,
how many foreign countries have military bases in the United States,
And that is the source of this article from the Dispatch,

(22:13):
which actually came out April nineteenth to twenty twenty four.
Do foreign countries have military bases in the United States.
Not exactly though, the US does host detachments of foreign militaries,
and that's exactly what this is. So let me see,

(22:33):
let me go ahead and try to skim this to
what I have read. Here we go. We all know
that the United States has military bases all over the world, right,
but which countries have their bases on American soil? And
this is information that comes out of a video. By
the way, Germany has a base in Virginia. Italy maintains

(22:56):
a training base in Texas. The Netherlands has won Arizona.
Singapore operates a base in Idaho. The United Kingdom has
four bases located in Nevada, California, Georgia, and South Carolina.
But the video is misleading. The US is not home
to any independent foreign military base. However, some US military

(23:21):
bases host detachments of foreign militaries, and many are used
to train foreign military personnel, predominantly pilots, you know. So
it's this way they can be trained on, you know,
various planes and whatnot that will sell or give to
these other nations. That's what it amounts to. The article

(23:44):
did mention you know that we had a lot that
you know, some that came over here for a fifty
five week course and then they went back to their
country to you know, continue the training and to train
other people. So I mean that that kind of thing,
is it happens. I mean, it really does. Now. Where

(24:05):
my initial hesitation came from was from the fact that
Qatar is the one, you know, that those are the
ones who gave the uh the Trump or the Trump. Yeah,
they gave the Trump to plane. I hate it. Whenever
my brain doesn't brain It's great, isn't it. But Quitar

(24:27):
is the ones who gave the the plane to Trump
to be used as air Force one, which I believe
President Trump donated that or something. I don't know. I
haven't read anything on that in a while, but that's
kind of one of the things where I was like, huh.
That kind of gave me a pause. Right, I'm like, okay,
so what's going on?

Speaker 5 (24:46):
You know?

Speaker 3 (24:47):
Is this a you know, is this kind of a
quid pro quo? Is this a you know, hey, you
helped us, so we'll help you a little bit, you know.
But again, this isn't something that's new. This isn't something
that has never happen happened before. This is I don't
want to say it's commonplace, but it isn't necessarily unheard of,
But it still gives me a little bit of pause.

(25:09):
And after I read that article from the Dispatch, I'm
not quite as set off about this as I was
in the beginning whenever I first read this, Because in
the beginning I was like, oh, you got to be
kidding me, you know, and the outrage from the left,

(25:30):
you know, more or less trying to make it sound
like this has never happened in US history. That's why
I had to ask the question, has this ever happened?
Do we do this type of thing? What's actually going on?
And then no, that's you know that we do this,
you know, will import primarily pilots to train on planes.
And there you go, it's not unheard of. But I honestly,

(25:55):
I don't know what I think about this. I really don't.
I mean, I just I don't know. I have no
idea what I think about this. Let me know what
you think. Let me know down in the comments below.
Send me an email hoh at the ho Ho Show
dot com. Are you okay with the military training people
over here in the US hosting foreign military powers training

(26:21):
them over here. How do you feel about that? I mean, honestly,
I don't know, you know, and it's kind of one
of the things that just as the article you know,
pointed out in the beginning that, you know, we have
foreign bases or I'm sorry, we have bases in foreign countries,

(26:42):
several of them, many of them that they actually host us,
and it's kind of a you know, it makes sense
that we would host other countries over here or at
least do something, you know, I mean, that just kind
of makes sense. That would be kind of wrong and

(27:02):
very one sided to not allow any other foreign power
to have you know, military over here for training or whatever,
considering how much we have over there. I mean, in
one hand, I kind of get it. It doesn't exactly
you know, I still can't exactly say how I feel
about it. I don't know if it's necessarily a good

(27:24):
thing or a bad thing. But it's not like that
we you know, it's not a complete reflection of what
other countries have allowed the US to do in their countries,
because we'll flat out have a full on military base
in another country, and we don't necessarily allow foreign powers

(27:46):
to have an actual military base here. We just you
know will host some military forces, but it's not like
we just hand over control of the base to a
foreign power. And I'm glad we don't. But it's not
exactly balanced though, But I'm okay with that part not

(28:07):
being balanced. Just saying, just saying, just throwing that out there.
But let me know what you think. Let me know
down in the comments below. I'm curious, what's your take
on this? Sorca wouldn't take a quick break, and what
am I going to play? Let's go with let's go
with this one broken down blues. I like this too.

(28:28):
And when I get back, we are going to get
into the the government shut down, talk a little bit
about that. So just a few minutes and I will
be right back.

Speaker 9 (28:56):
Rolled into Monday. The engine just, queen. Spent all my
week leaning under that dud.

Speaker 10 (29:04):
Of it, knuckles or busted, grease stains on my jeans.

Speaker 2 (29:09):
The truck won't starting.

Speaker 11 (29:11):
It mocks my dreams.

Speaker 2 (29:18):
I checked the bets, I checked the plug, prayed to song, got.

Speaker 10 (29:24):
In the motors, guns, a week's worth of sweat. Nothing
turns out right, this hunk of jump stealing.

Speaker 11 (29:34):
All my nights sold and something dumb. I knew it
inside but the answer keeps running and it loves I
had turned the keen.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
Nothing moves your sound.

Speaker 9 (29:48):
The South got the heavy hearted, broken down, Blue brought
a body over, said he'd take a look.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
He shook his head side and cursed the book. We've
tried every trick under the sun, but we're losing this battle.
The truck is won.

Speaker 11 (30:21):
Leaning over always wid open Andy got him sucking.

Speaker 2 (30:26):
My heart just standing at trees this driveway prison gotten
out there, approved case bodies broken down.

Speaker 11 (31:00):
Something answer cheeping side turns no sound soon got the
heavy heart.

Speaker 3 (31:13):
And do you work at any of the merit of

(31:44):
jobs where you might have to set on your bum
all day?

Speaker 8 (31:47):
Well?

Speaker 3 (31:47):
If so, maybe you know what it's like to suffer
from the condition known as swamp ass. Well, if so,
have I got the solution for you. It's high monkey power.
That's right, it's high monkey butt powder. You can use
it indoors, outdoors, work or play, or on any occasion
when you sit on your bum all day. Don't let

(32:09):
your buns get read. Use anti monkey butt powder instead,
available wherever anti friction powder is sold. All right, and owl,
I hit my funny bone on the desk. That is
not very funny. I never understood why they call it
the funny bone when it's not freaking funny. I mean
it's funny to other people, I'm sure, yeah, But I

(32:30):
mean you know that that's nerve right there.

Speaker 8 (32:33):
Now.

Speaker 3 (32:34):
That didn't That didn't feel good. I ought not do
that no more. We're gonna go ahead and dump jump
dump jump jump right into this, get into the next
article and whatnot. Man, I'm having a hard time englishing today.
Holy crap. I can't say that never happens. It kind
of happens a lot sometimes. Anyway, this headline from the Federalist,

(32:56):
let's go ahead and dive right into it. Democrats are
giving up on democracy. It doesn't matter how unpopular democrats
policies are. They're not going to negotiate. They are not
going to compromise. And this is from an article from
the Federalist. And isn't that so freaking true? Because it

(33:19):
seems as of late, what the Democrats have been doing is,
you know, taking the less popular stance on a lot
of different things. You know, before I tried to say

(33:43):
that that sounded way more intelligent, but you know, you
think about a lot of the stances, a lot of
the positions on you know, just different topics. The Democrats
as of as of late, as of you know, recent years,
they seem to be taking the less popular position, the
one that the majority of the people just really don't support,

(34:06):
they really don't agree with, you know. I mean, you
look at immigration. The majority of the people nationwide are
against illegal immigrants just flooding across the border and all
of our money going to help and support them a
taxpayer expense. You know that people are starting to get

(34:27):
fed up with that. People are starting to get fed
up with, you know, being over seventy eight trillion dollars
in debt and money just get sent out for ridiculous
things to overseas to do stupid stuff that none of
us really like. And we all kind of know what

(34:47):
the deal is now that the money that went to
Pakistan for gender studies, you know, the majority of it
didn't even go over there. That was just a money
laundering scheme that went back into the hands of the
politicians that pass that bill and you know, various people
that they wanted to support. We all kind of know

(35:09):
what the game is, and a lot of Americans are
not happy about it. They're not happy on how the
Democrats are doing it. They're not happy with how they're operating.
They're not happy with a lot of things that are
going on in Washington, DC, not at all. I'm one
of them. I'm not happy about it either. I don't

(35:30):
like to see my money just get thrown away. I mean,
do you really think that, you know, they go to
a store and they buy a toilet seat for the
White House. They cost over five thousand freaking dollars. No,
I mean, they're they're supposed to be good stewards of
our money. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. So where's
that money going. It's lying in the pockets of somebody.

(35:55):
It's money laundering. That's what they do. That's how they
do it. These ridiculous things that they just throw money
at is nothing more than a money laundering scheme. And
our eyes have kind of been open to a lot
of this. A lot of information has come out about this.
It's not really a secret anymore. But that's just one

(36:18):
stance that the Democrats take that the Democrats do. I mean,
the LGBTQ rainbow community, you know, with having you know,
with paying medical stuff for transgender care isn't a very
popular position, but yet again, they take the twenty percent

(36:41):
side of an eighty twenty issue, something that actually isn't
supported by the majority of Americans. And yet again, due
to their policies, they're not negotiating, they're not compromising. They've
drawn a hard line into sand and they're not willing
to cross it. They're sticking to their guns. But with

(37:05):
the majority of Americans not agreeing with these hard line,
far far left policies that the Democrats seem to be adopting,
they're losing support. They're losing support from the middle, they're
losing support from the moderates, the moderate Democrats. I mean,

(37:28):
we really have seen a pretty significant exodus of people
leaving the Democrat Party. And you know, the same thing
kind of kind of happened here of what Ronald Reagan
said happened back in his day. Because if you remember,
Ronald Reagan used to be a Democrat and whenever he

(37:51):
switched parties and became a Republican, and prior to Donald Trump,
was the most conservative president we've had in modern history.
I would now have to argue that Donald Trump is
more conservative than Ronald Reagan is. But he said that
he didn't leave the Democrat party, the Democrat Party left him.

(38:13):
I mean, I've said this before on my show, that
I would have voted for a JFK Democrat. I mean,
Reaganomics actually came from JFK. It came from a Democrat.
And the sad thing is if JFK was alive today
running for president, he would not win the vote from
the Democrat Party. He wouldn't. It's a sad thing to say.

(38:39):
I mean, one of the you know, one of the
biggest Democrat dynasties that we've seen in history. He would
not be allowed in the Democrat Party of today. Because
now the Democrats worship at the altar of Chuck Schumer,
of AOC, Maxie Waters. I'll hand omar. I mean, these

(39:02):
are the Democrats that represent or these are the representatives
in Congress, people that represent the Democrat Party of today.
Like I said, they're going way more radical and they
don't have the support that they once had. Their support
is waning, but yet still they're unwilling to negotiate, unwilling
to compromise. They are still taking these hardline stances, and

(39:30):
you know, I just I don't understand their thought processes
on this. I really don't. And you know, I've got
another article over here. This is from yellow Hammer. I guess,

(39:55):
I guess that's yellow Hammer anyway, Yep, yellow Hammer, I
can read there. It is, all right, So headline Democrats
are putting their agenda ahead of the American people and
holding our nation hostage in the process. And ahaps a
freaking loutely, I mean, because that's exactly what's going on

(40:15):
right right now, because this government shut down. The whole
crux of this thing is that they wanted some of
the things from the big beautiful Bill to be overturned.
They wanted full funding to go back to several different things,

(40:37):
one of which specifically was with Medicare Medicaid because they
wanted illegal aliens to be able to get government funded
healthcare at taxpayer expense. And they're shutting down the government
because they're not getting what they want. And I mean,

(41:01):
that's really what it amounts to. And what's awesome about
this And you know, I'm not saying that the government
shut down is awesome, because you know, we're we've got
some stuff that's going on that you know, with the
government not being funded and you know, even though you
have you know, the military is still active. That they

(41:26):
are essential government employees and therefore still are going to work,
still doing the job, still protecting America, which is amazing.
And thank you to my servicemen and women that watched
the show, listen to the show, thank you so much
for what you do. And I mean that from the

(41:46):
bottom of my heart. But what sucks is until something
changes in Washington within the next what short amount of time,
I don't remember the day, but soon these servicemen and

(42:08):
women are no longer going to be receiving paychecks and
are going to be expected to go to work for
free without a paycheck. That sucks, It really does. I
mean that, like, in all honesty, that absolutely pisses me off.
It takes me off to no degree. It really does.

(42:28):
I mean, in all honesty, what should happen isn't that
the military should have to suffer to go to work
without a paycheck. What should be happening is the military
be still funded. They still get their money, not necessarily funded,
but you know, these servicemen and women should still get
their paychecks, and the people who shouldn't be getting paychecks

(42:50):
and still be forced to go to work every single
day whenever there's a government shut down because they can't
agree on a freaking budget, is Congress, Why in the
hell are they still getting a paycheck for not doing
their damn job? Honest question? Why are they still getting

(43:12):
a paycheck whenever they have refused to do their job?
I'm going to ask, I'm going to ask the interwebs
of question, when was the last time government passed a budget?

(43:40):
I don't actually think that's true. Yep, Nope, that's not true,
because it's said in twenty nineteen fiscal year twenty nineteen
to twenty twenty was a last time they passed a budget.

(44:01):
But that's not actually true because that was a continuing
resolution that wasn't twelve appropriations bills. So I don't even know.
It's been a while and it was, you know, the
last time. Okay, so maybe I'll have to ask that one.

(44:22):
Let's say that one. When was the last time Congress
passed twelve A probriation bills? It's thinking, oh, holy crap, Really,

(44:46):
the last time Congress passed all twelve appropriation bills on
time was in fiscal year nineteen ninety seven. Since then,
I'm actually kind of curious about this one. You know,
when if this is actually true, but Congress has frequently

(45:10):
relied on continuing resolutions to fund the government. So yeah,
nineteen ninety seven, Holy crap, the last time they passed them.

Speaker 5 (45:21):
On time.

Speaker 3 (45:26):
Let's see key dates. Let me look at key dates.
Nineteen ninety four was the last time all appropriation bills
were passed individually. Nineteen ninety six was the last year
all twelve were passed on time by October first. So yeah,
but is that surprising though? But I mean, you know,

(45:48):
in a matter, this is why this pisses me off. Okay,
because the federal Congress, right, Okay, the the House of
Representatives hold the purse strings.

Speaker 10 (46:03):
Right.

Speaker 3 (46:03):
We all know this. You know, we went to set
this class. We read that.

Speaker 5 (46:07):
We know.

Speaker 3 (46:08):
That's how it is, and it is part of their job.
I'm like, that's the biggest part of Congress's job is
to pass twelve appropriation bills every year. That's their job,
that's specifically their job. That's what they're supposed to do

(46:29):
fund the government. Twelve appropriation bills. That's it. And the
last time they did it, got all twelve appropriation bills
passed on time by October first. The last time that
happened was in nineteen ninety six for fiscal year nineteen
ninety seven. Are you kidding me?

Speaker 5 (46:51):
So?

Speaker 3 (46:52):
With these people not being able to do their job.
I mean, think about this. I mean, if you were
to go into work and get paid and refuse to
actually do your job, refuse to do the job that
you were hired to do. If you didn't do that,
would you still expect to get a paycheck? Would you

(47:14):
still expect to keep your job? No, that's not how
this works in the real world. Right, It's not how
it works. This isn't how it's done. I mean, if
you were to go to work and you did everything
but the job you were hired to do, not me
granted in some cases, all right, Su're fine, you know,

(47:34):
I mean, we all know that emergencies come up, things happen, YadA, YadA,
blah blah. But usually whenever you're told to do something
different besides the job that you got brought there to do,
there's a reason for it. You know, Hey, there's an
emergency happened, and oh yeah, by the way, you're getting
this new direction from your manager, from your boss, and

(47:56):
you know the boss isn't going to tell you to
you know, pa shit and get out if you don't
do it. But you know, at any rate, you don't
expect to go to work, do nothing, specifically, not do
your job and still get a paycheck. What I would

(48:19):
love to see happen, which you would never see happen,
by the way, I mean, just just let's just throw
this out there. Yes, this is what I think should happen,
but it's never going to happen.

Speaker 5 (48:30):
That in the.

Speaker 3 (48:32):
During a government shutdown, Congress does not get paid period.
And I would actually take that a step further that
if they don't do their job of passing twelve appropriation bills,
Congress does not get paid period. And none of this
back paid bullshit either. I ain't playing that game.

Speaker 5 (48:56):
You have.

Speaker 3 (48:58):
Two or three jobs, but specifically, your biggest one is
twelve appropriation bills every single year. I mean, I'm not
going to say that you have one job. I'm not
going to say that, you know. I mean, Congress does
have other jobs besides that, but when it comes to
passing bills, the only thing that they have to do

(49:19):
every single year is twelve appropriation bills. And if they
don't do that, these people should not be getting their paycheck.
To hell with them. They didn't do their job. They
don't deserve it, right, and if they want to play
the game and allow a government shut down, then they

(49:41):
shouldn't get a paycheck and they should not be allowed
to have back pay during the government shutdown because with
you know, with regular government employees that are not essentially
get sent home, you know, they get their back pay
once they come back to work, right, I mean, that's
that's how this happens, which I mean, as a taxpayer,

(50:09):
I don't really like it. I mean, it's not like
if the uh, you know, if you're working a job
and the employees go on strike because they have a
you know, a contract disagreement. It's not like whenever you
go back to work, you get back pay or at
least I've never heard of that happening. If that does happen,
I mean, let me know, you know, let me know

(50:29):
down in the comments, send me an emo ho Ho
at the ho Ho show dot com. But I've never
heard of that happen. I'm not going to say it
never happens, but I've never heard of that happen. So,
I mean, like, on that standpoint, I don't even really
like the fact that these employees can go back to
work after a government shut down and get back pay.

(50:51):
It's like back pay for what you didn't go to
work government shut down.

Speaker 5 (50:56):
No.

Speaker 3 (50:56):
I mean granted, in the case of a lot of
these government employees is you know, they're not going to
work by no fault of their own. You know, it's
not their fault that Congress didn't do their job. So
I mean on that aspect, and if I was one
of these employees, I would be working fantastic, right, I'd
be happy about it. It was like, Oh, I don't
have to go to work. I mean, granted, you know,
the I hope my landlord understands that, hey, I'm not

(51:19):
going to be paying rent until the government opens back
up again because I ain't getting a pay check in
you know, hopefully they understand. Hopefully arrangements can be made.
I can only hope, right, But it'd be nice to
be able to go home for a vacation and then
still get that check whenever I go back to work.
All the back pay. That'd be nice. You know, on

(51:43):
an employee standpoint, that's fantastic. As a money standpoint, as
in that money's coming from me as a taxpayer, that
kind of sucks. It almost feels like I'm being robbed
right and definitely instead of the our military men and
women that will have to go without a paycheck until

(52:07):
these congressmen and women get their head out of their ass,
instead of that, I would like them to continue to
get paychecks. And then these congressmen that can't seem to
do their damn job, they're the ones that should have
to suffer and not get a paycheck and none of
this back pay. Uh huh? Done with it? Why are
we playing the games? I mean really, because this is

(52:31):
what this is. The Democrats have decided that politics goes
against or their own party. Politics is we're shutting the
government down instead of just doing what the majority of
Americans want because the majority of Americans don't want their
tax payer dollars to fund health care for legal aliens.

(52:54):
We don't want that. I mean, do you want that?
And here's the thing too, And let me just be
honest with you. Okay, now look, I have a heart.
Don't get me wrong, Okay, I have a heart. I
really do. I want children to be fed, I want

(53:17):
children to be educated. I want children to be you know,
don't have to worry about dying and all that other
kind of stuff. I mean, granted, yes I do. I
want that. True, I do. I have a heart, I
really do. I am a caring person. I know a
lot of times listen to this program, you might not
get that right. I mean, I get it. I'm a

(53:40):
passionate person, and I just I do not like what
government has been doing for quite some time. It just
it's irritating. I'm a passionate person and this kind of
stuff pisses me off. I'm just being honest with you.
I believe in charity. I believe in charitable contributions. I

(54:01):
believe in doing things to help out your brother man,
I really do. But where I draw the line is
when the government tries to fund it. That's where I
draw the line. It is not the government's place to
act in charity to the poverished all around the world,

(54:25):
or to open the borders and tell everybody, hey, come
on in, we'll take care of you. That's not the
job of government. That's not what they are intended to do.
We're not supposed to have to float the bill for that.
Why do you think we're thirty seven trillion dollars in
debt because the government sucks at being a good steward
of our money. I'm not heartless, I really am not.

(54:51):
But government's job is not to provide charity to everybody
around the world. These people came here illegally, they do
not belong. And for years the left have been saying that, hey,
we're not funding you know, these illegal aliens that are here,
They're not getting a penny of government money. Bullshit. I mean,

(55:22):
that goose is cooked. That information has already been made public,
that yes, they have. I mean, that's one of the
things thanks to Elon Musk and the Dosee team, that yeah,
they uncovered a lot of that kind of crap going on,
a butt ton of fraud, fraud that they knew was
going on. You know, payments going out to people that

(55:44):
are over three hundred years old, payments are going out
to people that don't even exist. We're sick and tired
of it. Let's fix the issue. Let's fix the problem.
Let's clean up and get rid of the waste of
fraud and the abuse. And then when we have all
this stuff done, we can take care of Americans if

(56:05):
you want to take care of somebody, and then if
you so choose, maybe then we can help other people
but let's get rid of the waste of fraud in
the abuse. Let's stop funding a bunch of craft that
we have no business funding, so that this way maybe
we can help Americans. Right America first, I'm all about that.

(56:29):
America first. You know, I'm a Christian. I have been
for shit basically, just say that all my life, you know,
since I was about seven, Yes, I was using my
fingers to count. Ever since I was about seven, I've

(56:50):
been a Christian. And I love it how they say that, oh,
Jesus would be you know, pro communism and socialism and
all that other kind of crapp It's like, no, bullshit,
No it wouldn't. Because if you think Jesus would be
all for that, I want you to describe the Roman
spear that will force people to give up their money

(57:11):
to just give it freely to other people, because that's
a policy is bullshit and they know it, they really do.
I mean, it's not like the you know, we like
to pass off that what the Democrats do and their
stances on things, that they're just stupid. And it's easy

(57:34):
to say that, you know, I mean, it's easy to
accuse you know, Chuck Schumer, AOC ilhan Omar. You know,
it's it's easy to accuse them of being stupid instead
of going, well, no, they're just playing to their audience.
They're playing to their audience because unfortunately, for a very

(58:01):
long time, Democrats have been able to get their way
on information and how it is propagated and given out
and told to the American people. They've had a monopoly
on the flow of information. And there's far too many
people out there that only get their information from those

(58:25):
left wing sources, those left wing hacks that only get
their information from MSNBC, CBS, CNN, the New York Times.
There's a lot of people that that's where they get
their information from. And if that's your only source of information,

(58:49):
you're being lied to. You don't have a clear picture
of what's going on nationally or otherwise. You just don't. Now,
I mean, it's not like I don't put any blame
on these people. That's not the case. I mean, I've

(59:11):
discussed this in the past. We live in the information age,
the digital age, the information age, that's what we live
in right now. You have a literal most people in
America have a literal computer in the palm of their hand,
It's not hard to look something up. To go to

(59:32):
alternative new sources and find information, It's not hard to do,
but you got to be willing to look for it.
Even on Duck Duck Go, even on some of these
various conservative browsers and search engines, you still have to
go down a few pages ten or more to find

(59:54):
conservative leaning new sources. I mean, it's hard to find.
You just got to be willing to search them out.
And once you find them, do what I do book market, That's.

Speaker 6 (01:00:10):
What I like.

Speaker 3 (01:00:11):
I don't search this crap out, you know, every single time.
I've got all kinds of places that I know I
can go to to get more accurate and reliable information.
You got to be willing. So I mean, on one hand,
I don't completely blame a lot of Democrats for not

(01:00:34):
knowing what the hell is going on, because they don't
know any better. But at the same time, I do
blame them because you have access to it. You just
got to be willing to search it out. And you
have these hardline extreme leftists that seem to you know,
maybe they don't have the majority voice in the Democrat Party,

(01:00:58):
but they sure as hell have theft and for some reason.
You have these other pundits that believe that, since their
voice is louder, that they represent a plurality of Democrats,
and that's not just that's not the case. It's just
not I don't know how long the government's going to

(01:01:22):
be shut down. I really don't. I have no clue.
I put a prediction listening to Matt Locke over a
Voice of the working Man podcast. He put out a tweet,
go ahead and check him out at Matt Locke Radio
over there on x But he put out a tweet
asking that very question, and I was like, hmm, I
put out twelve days. I don't think that's going to

(01:01:45):
be accurate. I think I'm going to lose that.

Speaker 5 (01:01:48):
I really do.

Speaker 3 (01:01:49):
I think it's going to be longer than twelve days.
And according to one of the things that I read
is that Democrats aren't even considering opening the government back
up fully, you know, fully funding the government until after
October eighteenth, because there's some type of a demonstration going
on to protests going on in DC that they wanted

(01:02:11):
to wait until after that. So, yeah, we're going in
on what week three of the government shut down, and
it looks like we're going to have another another week
to go minimum to get a fully functional government again,
for these people to do their job. I don't like it.

(01:02:37):
There's going to be honest with you. I don't like it.
So I got into that article. Let's see, I got
into that article. Okay, So here is some good news though,
Here is some good news, and this was published today
actually headline and this is from Fox News. House gop

(01:03:00):
blocks DEM's military pay bill as government shut down threatens.
That's whatever. That's you know. Sometimes I hate how these
people do headlines and stuff. They make it so ridiculous
and they make it sound like the opposite of what

(01:03:22):
it's actually trying to say. Okay, so this headline from
Just the News. Senate passes nine hundred and twenty five
billion indyaa bill for military and National Guard. So there
you go. And this happened. I think this article came
out today. Well, it was published October ninth and was

(01:03:45):
updated October tenth. So I don't know if this is
past the Senate because according to this according to this article,
that this bill passed the Senate, but it still needed
to go to the House for them to approve things,

(01:04:07):
you know, to make sure that it is still close
enough to the to the military funding bill that the
that the House did, so I don't know exactly what's
going to happen, but at least at least they're doing something,
you know, to fund the military. People who should be
getting funded, people whom should not have to be victim

(01:04:29):
to the government not doing their job. That are you know.
And here's why I say that. Okay, they are classified
as essential employees, and as an essential employee, they should
be getting paid for going to work. You know, Like
I said before, I'm not against not essential employees going

(01:04:51):
home and not getting a paycheck. But if you're classified
as essential and you still have to go to work,
why the hell ain't you getting paid? I mean, to me,
that just seems like a no brainer. But let me
know what you think. Let me know down in the

(01:05:13):
comments below. Of course, you can also send me an
email hoh at the Ho Ho Show dot com. And
unless you are over on Spreaker or over there on
Rumble Watching then or even over on wsp at radio
dot com, that's the best way to let me know.
Send me an email ho at the ho host Show
dot com. Anyway, we got just a little bit more

(01:05:39):
in here this other article that I've seen from the
from Daily Torch. Can't say as if I've ever heard
of them before, but you know, hey, it happens better
every day. Is government shut down standoff continues, Democrats have
more to lose in court of public opinion. You absolutely right,

(01:06:02):
because as the truth of these matters get known, then
the Democrats don't really have a leg to stand on it.
And they really don't because the truth has come out
that the Democrats chose politics overfunding the government. They chose

(01:06:25):
illegal aliens overfunding the government. That's what it amounts to,
because that's the biggest thing, the biggest reason why they
railroaded the continuing resolution is because they wanted illegal aliens
to get access to taxpayer funded health care. And that's

(01:06:45):
the bottom line. That's what it amounts to. But in
my opinion, and I'm just going to be honest with you,
all right, in my opinion, I don't think this shutdown
is going to last out much longer. Not because I
think Democrats are finally going to give in and pass

(01:07:07):
a continuing resolution. What I think is more apt to
happen is the Republicans are going to cave and give
Democrats what they want. That's what I think is going
to happen, and I think is probably going to happen
in the middle of next week, sometime Tuesday Wednesday. I'd

(01:07:31):
be surprised if it actually takes them until Friday for
enough Republicans to cave to the demands of the Democrats
and give them what the Democrats want, the very reason
while Democrats are holding hostage the government. I mean, that's
just my opinion. That's what I think. So let me

(01:07:52):
know what you think. Let me know down in the
comments below, send me an email ho at the ho
Ho Show dot com. So that's all I got for
y'alls today.

Speaker 5 (01:07:59):
