(00:37):
Welcome to the Ho Hot Show, and as always I'm
your host, Ho Ho. So, how y'all's doing. I hope
you're doing good? I really do. Today we're going to
be talking about the LA riots. Absolutely, We're going to
be talking about what's going on over there. We're going
to be talking about the optics. We're going to be
talking about Gavin Newsom. We're going to be talking about well,
what's her name, Carol or Karen, Carol, Carol Bass I
(01:02):
think the mayor or governor, mayor mayor, yeah, mayor of LA.
We're going to be talking about Tom Homan. We're going
to be talking about what President Trump can do, his
justifications for his actions, and of course what he is doing.
The recent response and the response that started no later
(01:25):
on in the weekend or at least maybe even Monday,
I'm not exactly sure. I don't remember. So much information
has been flying. So much stuff has been coming out
about this. It's just insane, it really is. So basically
what these la riots amount to. Are they the illegals,
(01:46):
primarily the illegal aliens, and you know those that are
you know, sympathizers of the Democrats. You know, they are
the ones who have organized and yes, these are organized rights.
This wasn't spontaneous. This is absolutely organized. There's even a
money trail with organizations that are involved, multiple not just one,
but multiple organizations that are involved. And the sad thing
(02:09):
is part of this is even being bankrolled by taxpayer dollars.
Holy crap, Yes, you heard me right, Some of the
funding for this organized riot came from taxpayer dollars. Tell
me that ain't some Bravosierra, tell me that ain't some shit.
It is absolutely and nobody really should be surprised about this.
(02:34):
I mean, I mean, let's face it, this is something
that President Trump campaigned on. So of course he's fulfilling
his promise like they should do, right, He's fulfilling his promise,
his promise to get these illegal aliens, especially these the
criminal hardened criminal element, to catch them and to deport them.
(02:58):
That's what he's doing that's what he's doing. And so
a week or two ago on the Vince Show, on Vince,
Tom Homan was interviewed and he flat you know, he
flat out said that, you know, he's not concerned so
(03:19):
much about what's going on in red states in red cities.
He's not concerned so much about that because in those states,
in those cities, he has the support of local leos,
he has a support of local officials. That things are
done the way things are supposed to be done. You know,
they arrest a criminal, they find out that they are
(03:41):
an illegal alien, and then they start the process to
get rid of them. They call up Ice, they come,
they take them into custody, and then they do what
they need to do. They do what they're supposed to do.
They deport them. I mean, this is federal law, by
the way, federal law that was written by Congress, passed
by Congress, signed by the President whomever he was at
(04:05):
the time. But this is federal law. This is the
way it's supposed to be done, okay, And that's how
it happens in red states and red cities. That's how
it's done. And so Tom Homan, he even said flat
out it's like, I'm not concerned about what's going on
in these Republican controlled states because things happen the way
(04:27):
they're supposed to happen. However, in other states, in other cities,
that's not the case. In sanctuary cities, sanctuary states like
New York, like Chicago, like La, you don't have that.
What you have instead is these states has publicly defied
(04:54):
federal law. I mean, that's honestly what's going on. I mean,
break it down, being quite simple, that's exactly what's been
going on. And yeah, I mean you had under previous presidents,
you know, they they you know, even under Obama. Yeah,
I and I mean granted, there was a lot of
deportation that went on under Obama. You know, Obama didn't
(05:16):
like the lawlessness that sometimes happened, and with them he
definitely enforced, but with others he welcomed, and he welcomed
them in and said, hey, it's okay, you stay here.
You know, Dhaka came from Obama. But under Biden everything changed.
(05:36):
They were allowing a butt ton of illegal aliens across
the border. And it was basically, you know, even the
you know, the border bill wasn't about border security. It
wasn't about sending these people home. It was about processing
them through and bringing them into the interior. Quicker, that's
all it was about. Read the bill, that's what it said.
(06:00):
That's why it didn't pass because it didn't have anything
to do with border security. But with LA he said,
we're enforcing the law. We're going to come in and
the first thing we're doing is targeting the criminal element
(06:21):
of these illegals, you know, not just the ones that
came over, not just the ones that are otherwise law
law abiding citizens or not citizens. I'm sorry, i misspoke.
I apologize otherwise legal abiding residents because they're living here.
(06:44):
They're not citizens, they're illegal. But he said, what we're
first going to do is target the criminal elements, those
that have, you know, committed crimes. And because of these
policies in these Democrat controlled cities, they're just released and
if ICE is even notified that they were arrested in
(07:06):
the first place, they're let out before ICE is even
able to arrive to take the illegal alien in the custody.
That's what's been happening. So Tom hom and over on Vince,
I'm not concerned about red cities. I'm concerned about blue cities.
I'm concerned about sanctuary cities. This is where the problem is.
(07:28):
So this is where we're going to start focusing are
our efforts. And so they knew he was coming weeks
in advance, and that gave them the opportunity to organize.
And when ICE came in, that's when the riots started.
Ice came in, like on Friday, started doing raids, catching
(07:51):
illegal aliens, aliens that were rapists, involved in sex trafficking,
human trafficking, child rapists. I mean, it's just not good people, right,
I mean, not people that you want in this nation.
That's who they were targeting. And that's whenever things started
(08:14):
going south and the riots happened, and they increasingly and
increasingly throughout the entire weekend became more and more violent.
Gavin Newsom and Bass unwilling to enforce the law, unwilling
to direct law enforcement to put a stop to the riots,
(08:40):
burning cars, destroying property, looting, destruction. I mean, holy crap.
I mean, you got the Summer of Love happening all
over again. It's been a madhouse over there. And Gavin
Newsom has even tried to say, oh no, I mean
that's not what's going on. These are peaceful, and you
(09:03):
have thankfully to musk with with X allowing the information
to actually be made public so all can see. People
are going, oh, no, no, I mean you got private
journalists out there, independent journalists out there taking pictures, recording,
doing reporting, boots on the ground in there and saying, no,
(09:26):
this is happening right now. These are violent. We've also
been seeing Mexicans standing on top of burnt to a
Crisp squad, cars, burnt to a Crisp cars, in general,
waving the Mexican flag. The optics on this does not
(09:48):
look good for the Democrat Party, just doesn't. I mean,
the optics are horrible. And it's like, you're really going
to protest agents coming in and arresting and deporting bad, criminal,
(10:08):
illegal aliens, and you're going to protest this happening by
allowing illegal aliens to do criminal activities and celebrate it
by waiving the flag of the country of their origin,
(10:30):
because that's what we're seeing. I mean, the optics on
this is bad. The optics on this is ridiculous, but
that's what's going on. Gavin Newsom, Bass unwilling to enforce
the law, has even basically Bass has even come out
and said that they're not going to help ice, They're
not going to participate in arresting illegals, They're not going
(10:51):
to participate at all. And in fact, all they have
really done is just kind of created a border around
some places, created a perimeter, and then watched the illegal
activity happen, not arresting, not detaining, just watching criminal activity
happen and do nothing. That's what they've been doing. That
(11:16):
is under the direction of Gavin Newsom as well. Now
before I go into what President Trump can do, let
me first just make it clear the what Gavin Newsom,
what Bass is doing, what JB. Prisker is doing, what
all these sanctuary city people are doing, is they are
(11:43):
They're criminals. I mean, this is all criminal activity. They're
aiding in a betting. They're aiding in a betting criminals,
and that's against the wall. It's illegal to harbor a criminal,
it's illegal to help them and provide aid. It is
illegal to do that. You have clear evidence, as stated
(12:10):
by their own words, that they are participating in criminal activity.
They are allowing this to happen, and they're doing nothing
to stop it and prevent it. In fact, you listen
to the rhetoric of those on the left, especially with
the radical elements and the Democrat Party. They're promoting it.
They're encouraging this, not just funding what's going on, passing
(12:38):
out flyers to help them get away with it. Yeah, yeah,
you heard that right. They're bankrolling it because just like
the Summer of Love, you're finding palettes of bricks strategically
(12:58):
placed in various airs. Is where these riots are happening.
The Summer of Love all over again. Okay, some are
of love happening all over again. So Gavin Newsom and
the like, they're all participating in criminal activity, every last
(13:21):
one of them. I want to be perfectly clear on
that aiding and a bedding, harboring criminals, providing aid and
support that is already illegal. Crossing the border is illegal.
You know, these people, they're putting criminals, illegal aliens. They're
(13:44):
putting them above the citizens of their states. That's what
they're doing. So the question is what can Trump do? Right?
What can Trump do? How can he respond to this threat?
He has some options. Now, I know what you're saying,
(14:05):
and I've heard this argument posse coomatatis. The you know,
you can't have the military operate domestically. He can't do that.
That is a violation poss coomatatis. There is a law. However,
there are three different scenarios where the president can use
military force, where he can federalize the national Guard. There's
(14:28):
three different areas, three different circumstances where he can do this,
and it is perfectly legal for him to do it.
One of the reasons is if there is an invasion,
you have Mexican citizens who crossed the border and are
(14:49):
committing violence, waving their national flag, waving the flag of Mexico.
You know, whenever you go into a foreign country and
you wreak havoc when you're fighting, especially whenever you have succeeded,
(15:11):
what do you do. You plant the flag of your nation.
That's what you do. You're telling everybody else in that
area that this is now ours, this is no longer yours,
this is ours. That's one of the things that we
are seeing in these la riots. You have Mexican nationals
(15:36):
who are victorious after committing violence, after destroying property, planting
the flag of their own nation. It's not an American
flag that they're planting. It's a Mexican flag that they're waving.
That's an invasion people. That's what the optics are now. Granted,
(15:59):
you know recently I think this started. Maybe it was
Monday night is whenever this started. But you know, they
kind of the word went out that the optics are
looking bad. You guys, maybe shouldn't be waving the Mexican flag,
maybe you should start waving the American flag. And so,
you know, they kind of wizened up a little bit,
maybe wisened up. You know, they didn't start, they didn't
(16:22):
stop the riots, but they just stopped waving the Mexican flag,
or at least that's one of the reports that I heard.
I don't know how widespread this was. I don't know
if there were still people that were waving the Mexican flag,
but that's what was going on in the early days
of this protest of this riot. I'm sorry, I misspoke again,
the riot. That's what was going on. Now, what's another
(16:45):
option or reason that the president can nationalize the federalized,
the National Guard and bring in the military. Another reason
is if there are riots insurrection I'm sorry, not riots,
but insurrection. Well that's something else that seems to be
(17:07):
going on because you have these rioters that are stopping
federal law enforcement officers from doing their job, surrounding a
federal building and destroying federal property. That's kind of part
(17:32):
of the definition of an insurrection, right, stopping federal procedures.
I mean, that's what the Democrats kept saying happened on
January sixth, and that's what you have happening right now,
the LA riots. They are stopping federal law enforcement from
(17:53):
doing their job. That's an insurrection. That is an other
means by which the president can act. He can federalize
the National Guard, he can bring in the military, that's
what he can do. And that's exactly what he did.
(18:15):
Because President Trump, he looked at everything that was going on.
It is like, look, if Gavin Newsom isn't going to
do anything to stop this, if he's not going to
help and protect and support ICE agents just doing their
job enforcing federal law, then I'm going to have to
do something. And really, they forced Trump's hand, right, they
(18:40):
really did. Okay, Now let's take into consideration the president
Trump was not only didn't he didn't only win every
single swing state, he won the popular vote as well.
He won the popular vote. He had a mandate from
the Americamerican people put this shit right. He ran on
(19:05):
the campaign promises doing a handful of things, one of
which was deporting and getting rid of all these illegal aliens.
That was one of the things he campaigned on. He
won the popular vote, not just winning, you know, the
electoral college vote. He won the popular vote too. He
had the mandate of the American people. Let me rephrase that.
He has the mandate of the American people to clean house,
(19:29):
restore law and order. That's what he has, and so
he's definitely you know, that's what he did. He federalized
the National Guard. He sent the first reports that I
heard was like two thousand National Guard into LA and
(19:52):
I also heard four thousand. I heard two thousand first,
and then I heard four thousand. So maybe, you know,
additional troops, additional guardsmen were sent in because you know,
the original two thousand wasn't enough. I heard that one.
But the riots continued, and today Tuesday, or is this Wednesday?
(20:23):
This is Tuesday? Tuesday February? What? What is this? Tuesday February?
Holy crap, Tuesday, June tenth, five hundred Marines showed up
to restore order. Now look, let me break this down
(20:53):
for you for a second. The Marine Corps is older
than America itself, is older than the United States of America,
and it was founded in a bar. Are you picking
(21:15):
up what I'm throwing down? The Marine Corps is older
than the US itself and was founded in the most
American way, in a bar. Okay, people, are you picking up?
And I'm throwing down? The Marines is a special group
of people. They're called the devil Dogs, among other interesting names.
(21:43):
I mean, there have been units that were investigated because
their unit during times of war had too many headshots
and they thought that they were executing people that they
that it didn't happen normally in the battle field. They
were just that good good at killing people. They were
(22:10):
investigated by our own government because they were too good
at killing people. We got one job killing Nazis and
we're damn good at it. What movie was that Brad
Pitt had Brad Pitt in it? I don't remember the
I don't remember The Inglorious Bastards I think was the
(22:31):
name of the movie. That's the Marines, Okay, that's what
they do. They're trained to kill. These aren't weakend warrior
people know These guys are trained face down terrorisms, face
down terrorists. That's what they do. And it wasn't just
(22:54):
any unit that was chosen. It was the two seven
out of the twenty nine poems, if I remember correctly,
that's that's the unit that they brought in. The two seven,
an active fighting unit, trained to kill, and they're good
(23:16):
at their job. Their oath of office is to protect
and defend the Constitution of the United States of America
against all enemies, foreign and domestic, to follow the orders
of the President and those in the chain of command.
(23:36):
That's what their sworn duty is. And these people who
are participating in this riot, destruction of property, looting, all
this other kind of stuff, they are enemies of the state.
They are enemies domestic. That's what they are. And do
(24:02):
you think for one second that they're not going to
do their job. They absolutely are as they should. They
should do their job. I mean, people, this thing needs
to stop. Not just stop, but those who have instigated this,
(24:30):
those that have been using the rhetoric for quite some
time calling Trump Hitler part of the cabal that he's,
you know, doing things that he shouldn't be doing, dude,
just because immigration law has not been enforced for some time,
(24:51):
especially the you know, the four years under the previous administration.
Just because it hasn't been enforced doesn't mean that it
does exists. It's still the law of the land. President
Trump didn't change that. All he said was we're going
to enforce it. We're done. The amount of illegals that
(25:12):
has come into this nation under the open border policy
of Biden is ridiculous. We got to get rid of
these people. I'm sick and tired of paying for him.
And let's be clear about something else. Gavin Newsom doesn't
want to stop this. Bass is not concerned about stopping this.
They wanted to continue. They want to put President Trump
(25:33):
in his place. The gauntlet has been thrown by Newsom
by Bass, and the President only has one of two responses.
It's either do what's necessary, is do what he is
(25:57):
legally able to do. Do what's necessary, squash this thing,
and hold to account those that are behind it, like
Gavin Newsom aiding in a betting sanctuary cities. It's not
legal to do this. There is the supremacy clause in here,
(26:22):
and they are violating federal law. Arrest them, put them
in jail. Let them stand before a judge and plead
their case. Absolutely hold them to account. But President Trump's
(26:44):
only got two options. It's either do something about it
or do nothing and pull out. That's what in a
mouse do. And if he pulls out, if he stops it,
if he ceases and desists, then all you're going to
(27:06):
do is see more of the same. The next individual
that comes along and tries to enforce law is going
to be met with resistance, and the President will be
set that, Oh, all we got to do is riot
and they'll stand down, they'll leave us alone, and we'll
get our way. We throw our little temper tantrum and
(27:30):
we get what we want, because that's what they're expecting.
These people on the left, these rioters, they're throwing the
little temper tantrum. Oh, I'm trying to protect these illegal aliens.
They're just four year olds, four year old children. Why
(27:51):
is Tom Holman and Ice coming in and arresting them
and deporting them. That's not what's going on. Homan published
a rap sheet of these people. Publicly released the rap
sheet of these people that were captured during the raid.
Hardened criminals, gang members, drug trafficking, human sex, trafficking, child
(28:21):
pornography and child rape. Are these the people that they
are protecting? Yes, these are the people they're protecting. These
are the people that these rioters apparently want to stay
in the United States, not me. I want them gone.
(28:44):
And if the President allows this to happen, you're going
to get more of the same, and it's going to
spread like wildfire. That's what's going to happen. And if
that happened, you might as well say goodbye to the
United States of America. You might as well should we're
(29:05):
done at that point, you've let the children run the household.
I mean, I don't know about you, but whenever I
was a kid, you know, temper tantrums were met with
the laying on of hands. That's what happened. You throw
a temper tantrum, you don't get your way, you get
(29:29):
a high five to the face. Deserved it, I admit
I deserved it. I didn't get what I want. I
did not run the household the adults did. I thow
a temper tantrum. I get put in my place. I
step out of line. My parents would put me right
back into line. This is what's going on right now
(29:50):
in La they're stepping out of line. They're using violence, intimidation,
breaking the l law, destroying property, all because what they
want to protect criminals, rapists, judge, drug traffickers, sex traffickers,
(30:14):
child rapists. I mean, come on, these are the people
they are protecting. The President is well within his rights
to do this, he absolutely is. There's no other way
to look at it. That's it. I don't want anybody
(30:38):
to get hurt. I really don't. But as President Trump
said in response to this whole ordeal, you spit, you
get hit. That's what he said. Actually, I mean, like dude,
I'll tell you what. There are times I just simply
(31:01):
loved this president. You want to know why, because he
says the quiet part out loud. He says, what I'm thinking,
fuck around, find out, Gavin Newsom, Bass, these rioters that've
(31:23):
been fucking around, it's time they find out. It is
high time they find out. That's what. That's what. That's
all I got for y'all today. That's it. That's what's
going on out there in La. Oh and one more
thing before we go, there's something else I need to
talk about, because there has been information spreading that what's
(31:51):
been going on out in LA is just the beginning.
They are organizing, they are mobilizing. They intend on taking
this show national. They intend on doing the same thing
in other cities, Chicago, of course, being one of them,
New York being another one. A lot of these sanctuary cities,
(32:13):
a lot of these Democrat controlled areas. They intend on
doing the same thing again in other places. It's already
been announced. They're going to start doing this on Flag Day,
President Trump's birthday. That's what they plan on doing. They're
taking this show on the road national. They are organizing,
(32:37):
they're getting things set up and ready to go. You know,
on one hand, you get what you're voted for, right
this is happening in primarily Democrat controlled stations. No granted, Look,
I don't want my country to burn. I love America,
I really do. I love this country with a passion
(33:04):
deep within my soul. I love this country. I don't
want to see it burned to the ground because of
these stupid bad actors that are breaking the law and
have gotten away with it for so long. They think
they're entitled, they think they should well I think they're wrong.
(33:29):
But on the other hand, this is what they voted for.
This is what they asked for. These democrat controlled cities
are controlled from top to bottom by Democrats. These are
their policies that allowed them to come in here and
(33:51):
do this. They chose to protect a criminal element. They're
the ones that chose to release people from prison that
have done heinous crimes that should not be permitted at all.
But they're not just allowing it. Hell, they're practically encouraging it.
(34:15):
If they want to do this in these democrat controlled cities.
Part of me says, let it burn. I don't care.
I don't live in Chicago. You want to make it burn, cool,
make it burn. Let's grab some marshmallows. I don't care.
You get what you vote for, and that's what these
(34:35):
people voted for. I mean, granted, the rest of Illinois
is pretty good. You get below Iowa eighty. The rest
of the arrest of this entire state, with like maybe
one or two dots is red. New York I'm pretty
sure is the same. I mean, New York is beautiful.
It's a beautiful state. You get away from New York City,
(34:59):
the the ridiculous liberalism out of New York City, you
get to the rest of it. There's a lot of
red out there. California is the same way. I love
the state. It's beautiful, I really do. But these people
in the cities, these liberals, these democrats that voted for this, this,
this is what you voted for. You get the government
(35:22):
you asked for, you get the situations you ask for,
You get what you ask for. On one hand, I
don't pity the liberals in there, because this is what
they wanted. This is what you got. So I mean,
I'm just I'm too cited on it. I just I
(35:43):
gotta be honest with you. I love my country. I
don't want it to burn. But at the same time,
and these democrat controlled cities, this is what they voted for.
If they wanted something different, maybe they should have voted
for something different. Just throwing that out there, and right
(36:05):
or wrong, I'm just being honest with you. That's all
I can do. That's all I can do. I gotta
be honest with you. I'm not going to lie just
because it you know, it sounds good, it makes me,
you know, look better to No, No, screw that, I'm
going to be honest with you. Let me know what
(36:28):
you think down in the comment. Send me an email.
Ho ho at Thehohoshow dot com. I want to know,
do you agree with what the President's doing? Or do
you agree with what Gavin Newsom and Karen Carol Carol
Bass is doing? Do you agree with Trump or do
you agree with the liberal radical left out there in California,
(36:53):
those that have allowed this to happen, those that are
unwilling to enforce federal law. Who do you agree with
and why? Let me know down in the comments if
there are comments there. If you're over on Sprinaker, obviously
let me know in the comments. Otherwise, send me an
(37:14):
email ho Ho at the ho host Show dot com.
So that's all I got for y'alls today. That is it. Y'all,
have yourself a great one and I will see you
in the next one. This has been the ho Ho Show.
