The broadcasting live from weapon I saw Production Studio B.
Welcome to the Ho Host Show and as always I'm
your host, Ho Ho. Hey, y'all's doing I hope you're
doing good? I really do. We've got quite a few
different things to talk about today. Yeah, yeah, it's been
it's been a busy week so far. It really has been.
(00:54):
There's been a lot going on. We are going to
be talking about the some of the election results, some
of the things that came out of it, some of
the things that DeSantis is talking about in response to
the New York mayor candidate or who got the mayor? Yeah,
(01:16):
who got that. We are also going to be talking
about some FBI stuff regarding Komy. We're going to be
talking about oh yeah, yeah Bosberg and Letitia James. We
are also going to be talking about and well that's
included in with that. Let's see what else is in here.
(01:38):
Oh yeah, some anti ice laws, whether they are constitutional
or not, going to be talking about Marxism. Yeah, but
first I want to talk about a question, the question
(02:00):
that I have asked numerous times. It really is, and
quite honestly, this is the first time that I've ever
seen this question asked on a media news media source.
It actually kind of is. I can't say as if
(02:21):
I've ever seen an article quite like this, and I
commend them for writing this. I really do. And of
which case, if you'd like to follow along with all
of the articles that I will be using in the show,
you can head on over to the ho Hot Show
at dot com. Just click on that news feed tab
and there you will see the magazine that is over
there on flipboard. Just click on that link and that'll
(02:43):
take you right to it. So let's go ahead and
dive right into this. So this headline is from Levelman
dot com. Now, granted I've never actually heard of them before,
but you know their headline. It caught my eye because
it was a question that, like I said, I've been
(03:06):
asking for quite some time. I've brought it up numerous
times on this show. So let me go ahead and
let you take a look at that headline. Why does
Congress continue you to get dad gummet. All right, So
apparently I've got to do it a slight fix and that,
(03:29):
you know, let me go ahead and do that right quick,
because if I don't, then it is just it is
not going to work. Let me get into you properties.
Well that's not the right one. There we go. Okay,
(03:54):
there we go. I gotta fixed it's up there, very
good because that first one that was a wrong one.
I don't know why I did that. But anyway, why
does Congress continue to get paid during the government shutdown?
Asking for a friend, Like I said, I've asked this
question numerous times. I really have. I've asked this question
(04:14):
quite a few different times because it really does it, Like,
if I'm being honest, it irks me. It really does
that Congress during a shutdown will continue to get paid. Now,
I mean, look, we all know why they continue to
get paid.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
We do.
Speaker 3 (04:34):
We all know the answer to this question. It's not
a secret, it's not even hard to understand. But it
irks me because these members of Congress, you know, one, yes, absolutely,
this is their freaking job. You know, of the biggest
(04:55):
thing that they are supposed to do every single year
is twelve appropriation bills. They can't even do their damn job.
And it bugs me that it's not all these other
people that are getting sent home and having to wait
(05:16):
for Congress to do their job so that this way
they can go back to work and get back pay. No,
it's not the aspect of you have atf and military
and other people that are essential employees and are still
asked and in some cases required to go to work,
(05:40):
that are doing so without getting a paycheck, hoping that
Congress will get their head out of their ass and
actually do their job. These people have absolutely nothing to
do with the process of the appropriation bills getting a
(06:02):
budget passed. They have nothing to do with it. But
yet they're the ones whom are well besides you know,
some of the American people out there, but these are
the ones whom are getting set home, having to suffer.
And you know, I mean granted, you know, and I've
brought this point up, you know, numerous times before. If
(06:23):
they're non essential government employees, then why do they have
a job in the first place. I think that's a
very good question. But it irks me because the very
people whose job it is who can make sure this
doesn't happen, who can actually do their job earlier. They're
the ones who continue to get a paycheck. You want
(06:44):
this crap to stop stop giving Congress a paycheck during
a government shutdown because the money that they get should
be going to these other places. I mean, obviously there's
money there. They're still receiving a paycheck. So why are
they getting a paycheck whenever they're the ones whom, in essence,
(07:08):
caused a shutdown in the first place. I think it's
a very good question, I really do. I'll ask it
a thousand times because I think it is hogwash. They
shouldn't be getting a paycheck during a government shutdown, especially
whenever it is their fault. However you want to slice it,
(07:30):
whichever political party you want to blame doesn't matter. That
means they should have started in the process a lot
quicker than what they did. Either way you look at it,
it's their fault. This happened either way you look at
it now. Like I said, I know why they're still
getting a paycheck. You want to know why? Do you
(07:50):
have any ideas? Do you have any guesses as to
why Congress still continues to get a paycheck during a
government shutdown? The answer is pretty simple. It really is,
because they're the ones who decide who gets paid and
who doesn't get paid. I mean, that's what it boils
down to, you know, just like in the Affordable Care Act,
(08:16):
just like in all kinds of different laws that are
passed by Congress. If it's a law that they don't
want to abide by, then they exempt themselves from that law.
(08:36):
I mean, that really is what the bottom line. That's
what an amouse do. Any law that they don't like
that they don't think they should be held accountable to,
they write exemptions for themselves so that this way they
don't have to abide by. Same way goes for this
governments shut down. They still want to get paid, They
(08:57):
wrote an exemption and they're to allow them to get
to get paid during the government shutdown. The real question
isn't why does Congress continue to get paid? The real
question is why have the American people allowed it to happen?
I mean, that really is what the real question is.
(09:23):
Because last time I checked, the first three words of
the Constitution is we the people, We the people. If
these people that we send up to Washington are not
going to represent we the people, then we the people
need to stop voting for him, right, I mean, what
(09:43):
a concept. Holy crap, who would have thunk it? Right? Yeah,
This article from just the News headline government shut down
becomes longest on after Senate fail's fourteenth attempt to end
(10:04):
at The previous record was thirty five days. We're now
on day thirty six as of today, November fifth, twenty
twenty five, we are on day thirty six of the
government being shut down, longest ever in history. And you know,
(10:28):
it's it's not even so much that the governments shut down.
You know that they can't really agree on anything. I mean,
that's not entirely what the problem is. The problem is
what the Democrats are trying to do as opposed to
(10:49):
what the president is trying to do and what Republicans
whom support Donald Trump are trying to do. Because one
of the things that this well, that this entire thing
amounts to, is that Donald Trump, through Doge, with the
aid of every single member of Congress, every Republican member
(11:12):
of Congress, what they're trying to do is simple. They're
trying to put a stop to the waste, the fraud,
and the abuse, stop spending money on things that we
have no business spending money on. I mean, it really
is pretty stake and clear. I mean, it's how hard
can that be, especially whenever it's the Republicans that are
supposed to be in the majority to do something about it.
(11:42):
You have especially conservatives, libertarians, but the actual maga Republicans.
They're trying to stop the waste of fraud and the abuse.
In essence, that's what they're trying to do. And you
(12:06):
have the Democrat Party that is in disarray, and what
they are doing is they are fighting for in essence,
they're fighting for their own voting block. And unfortunately, because
of the amount of Americans, American citizens that have left
(12:31):
the Democrat Party, their voting block mainly cons I don't
want to say mainly consistent. Maybe that just depends on,
you know, where they're at, but it consists of a
lot of illegal aliens. And these Democrats have fought very,
(12:53):
very hard and even coached and taught illegal aliens how
to bypass the law and doing things that they're not
supposed to be doing. And one of the things specifically
that they are, well two things specifically that they are
you know, fighting for trying to get the Republican Party
(13:14):
to you know, cave on is SNAP benefits and Medicare benefits.
I mean the majority of the SNAP benefits that are
(13:34):
getting paid out or getting paid out to illegal aliens.
This is money that came from the American people that
is supposed to go back to the American people, as
in citizens, not non citizens. They have no business being
here and they have no business benefiting from taxpayer money
(13:54):
because it's not government money. It's tax payer money. This
money doesn't belong to government. I mean, what did they
do to earn it? I mean, really, that's a good question.
What did they do to earn it? Nothing? They have
spent us into thirty eight thirty nine trillion dollars worth
(14:17):
of debt there will never be able to pay back.
I mean, we are closely and quickly getting to a
point to where just our interest payments alone is going
to exceed what we bring in every year. How does
(14:41):
that work, Full Faith of America? Hardly not if Democrats
are in control. I mean, this is unsustainable, people, This
is completely and utterly unsustainable. Now, look, I mean I,
(15:06):
as I've said in previous episodes, yes I have a heart,
Yes I would like these programs to get paid out.
And it was a good idea at the time, you know,
people are hurting, this recession going on, people are losing
(15:33):
their jobs, having a hard time getting work, having a
hard time getting good paying jobs. You need a little help.
After everything that you have tried to get money to
get the things that you need has failed, government steps
in and throws you a lifeline. But that lifeline was
(15:55):
never intended to be a permanent option. It was never
supposed to fill in for you getting a job to
replace the money that you earn yourself. And it was
never supposed to allow you to just get comfortable receiving
(16:16):
the benefits without trying to better your own situation. And
that's just the fact of the matter. Government is not
supposed to be your mom or your dad. That is
not the role of the federal government. So you have
Democrats that are fighting tooth and nail for illegal aliens
(16:40):
to get the benefits that belong to the American people.
That's really what it boils down to. This headline from
Justinnews dot com Mark Warner, hence an end to shut
down this week. I'm going to be honest with you,
(17:00):
I don't see it, or at least if it does happen,
it isn't going to be for the reasons that Mark
Warner says that is going to happen, because what he's
saying in this article. What Mark Warner is saying in
this article, well, this article wasn't written by him, who
(17:21):
is written by Ben Whedon, but about Mark Warner and
what he said, it kind of cracked me up. And
as soon as I read it, I was like, yeah, no,
that ain't happening, because what he says is that he
(17:41):
fully expects that whenever President Trump gets back from his
tour over in Asia, that the government shut down is
going to end. The reason is that because of the
pressure that's being put on the Republican Party, which isn't
(18:02):
happening from the majority of Americans in this country, because
we all understand that this lies in the hands of
the Democrat Party because they are unwilling to accept defeat,
that illegal aliens is no longer going to be getting
(18:25):
a lot of benefits that are supposed to go to
the American people because they know. These Democrats know that
if the money dries up, if they no longer get
taxpayer funded benefits, if they no longer get taken care
of by government through stolen taxpayer dollars. They know that
(18:46):
these people are going to leave. They know that these
illegal aliens will go right out the door if they
don't get free money. So they're fighting tooth and nail.
That's what it amounts to. But we know what's going
going on, we know what's up, we get it right.
We see it for what it is, and the majority
(19:07):
of the American people out there, you know, they see
it for what it is. Too. They're trying their damnedest
to hold onto power. I mean, that's what it amounts to.
They're trying their damnedest to hold onto power. But they
(19:28):
seem to think, or at least this is the narrative
that they are trying to drive that when Trump gets back,
based off of the outrage of the American people over
the SNAP program, that President Trump is going to cave
and in turn, he is going to direct Republicans to
(19:50):
give in to the demands of the Democrat Party. That's
what he's trying to say in this I don't see
it happening. I really don't. I don't know how long
this government shut down is going to last. I really don't.
(20:14):
And even though you've had judges step in and say Hey,
you have to continue to you know, fund certain programs,
and SNAP was one of them. It's like, how how
can the president do that? Because if there's no budget
that's been passed, if there's been no continuing resolution passed,
(20:41):
he can't. I mean, you know, they bitch moon to
complained whenever he was trying to do what he could
to maneuver funds around to get our troops paid. I mean,
they were bitching about that. But now you have SNAP
funding drying up and they're demanding that he does in US.
(21:07):
It's the exact same thing that they bitched about him
doing to get our military paid. So, dude, make up
your mind. Either this is something that the president can
do or something that the president cannot do. Just because
it goes to benefit people that you like doesn't change
(21:28):
the fact of whether he can or cannot do it.
But here's the thing, though, he does have the ability
to do some things by maneuvering some money, like what
he did for the military, but that doesn't mean that
he has the ability to do it for everything. And
(21:48):
even if he is able to get some of this
stuff accomplished, do you really think that the president is
going to allow all this money to go to illegal
Alila whenever you have American people that are needing it.
I mean, what do you think President Trump's going to
do restrict who gets that benefits or if he can't
(22:14):
do that, say all right, fine, I'm not doing anything.
And I am going to talk about this later on
in the show. But these federal judges needs to learn
to stay in their own damn lane because federal judges
(22:37):
like this Boseburg is not on the same level as
the President of the United States of America. We have
three separate but equal branches. And there's a reason why
they call these federal courts, these federal judges lesser courts
(23:01):
because they're not at the same level as the Supreme Court,
which is the highest court of the land. And the
Supreme Court is on the same level as the President
of the United States of America. So I mean, how
is it then? I mean, this is like, this is
(23:26):
like a department store manager, you know, a department manager
and a department store going to the the district manager
and saying, this is what you're going to do. Really,
(23:48):
who the hell are you? What power do you have
over me? I mean the answer to that question is none. Whatsoever.
But this is a game that these people we're playing,
and in all honesty, it it kind of hangers me
a little bit, it really does. So there's a uh,
(24:19):
there's a headline I want to I want to talk
about right quick. There's a question in here, and I
want you to think about it while we go on break,
because this is going to be something that you know,
we're going to be talking about a little later. But
the headline, and this is from the Daily Signal, Marxisms comeback.
(24:43):
Why young voters are embracing failed ideology. And this is
so true. It really is because unfortunately, I mean not
with not with all of them, but whenever it comes
to the younger generation and they are more apt to
go for a you know, the Democrat Party, Marxism, things
(25:08):
of that nature. I mean, it's more apt to happen
whenever you're younger. You know, there's an old datage out
there that if you are young and a Republican, that
means you are heartless. If you are older and the Democrat,
that means you are stupid. There's a lot of truth
(25:29):
to that, there really is, And the biggest aspect of
that comes right down to your own wallet. You know,
whenever you're young, you know, we we spend let me, okay,
(25:51):
I want you to think back, all right, whether it
was you, whether it was your own children. I want
you to think back, because for the first eighteen years
of our life, we are going through you know, high
school or you know, going through school to get an education. Afterwards,
(26:16):
either we enter the workforce or we expand our education
and then going to college. But during that timeframe, whether
it be eighteen to twenty two or even you know,
twenty four, the first eighteen to twenty four years of
(26:37):
your life, you're not taking care of yourself. Somebody else
is taking care of you. You're not paying rent, you're
not making sure the bills are paid. You're not making
sure that food's on the table. You're not making sure
that there's a roof over your head. You're not doing
(26:58):
any of that stuff. Now, I mean this is a generalization,
but for the most part, that's how it is. Somebody
else is providing for you and your money you're able
to use on yourself, and then you demand that these
things that I need that are a necessity in my life,
(27:20):
somebody else pays for them. Why, Because that's how it's
been all your life. You don't have to worry about
making a mortgage payment, you don't have to worry about
making an insurance payment. You don't have to worry about
any of that. Now, maybe if it's your own vehicle,
you have to. But even still, I mean, how many
parents out there help their children in some way, shape
(27:42):
or form to make those payments. Quite a few of
them do. So, yeah, socialism is the way that you
were raised, that somebody else made sure that you were
taken care of, and your money can go to you
and your necessities by somebody else. So of course, yeah,
(28:04):
when you're young, considering that's all you know, that's what
you want. That sounds like a damn good idea. Why
the hell should I have to pay for anything? You
know that goes to myself? But then something happens whenever
you enter into the workforce and you start earning your
own money and you're starting to step out into what
(28:30):
we adults like to call the real world. You start
looking for a house, or you have bought a house,
or you are renting or whatever. You know, you're getting
out of your parents' basement. Is what it amounts to.
(28:54):
Now you have to pay everything yourself. You're working a job,
you're earning a paycheck, and you see the huge difference
between your net and your gross pay It's like, holy shit,
I'm losing a third of my paycheck. If I were
(29:16):
to have that third of my paycheck back, just think
of the kind of house I can buy, Think of
the other things that I'd be able to provide for myself.
And that's what ends up happening to the middle class,
(29:39):
to the people who are in the upper middle class
and the upper class. I mean, that's what it a
mouse do. They try to figure out ways, you know,
the upper class, they're trying to figure out ways how
they can hold onto more of their money. And then
the middle class and the upper middle class they're bitching
about how much money that the government steals from them.
(30:03):
And let me be honest with you on something else.
Every single person in America, every single taxpayer in America,
is conservative. On April fifteenth, you got to pay those taxes.
(30:27):
You are doing everything in your power. You are looking
for every single loophole that exists that will allow you
to keep more of your own money or at least
get more out of government. Every single person does it.
I don't care who you are. There ain't a single
socialist on April fifteenth. You think AOC, you think Bernie Sanders,
(30:54):
you think Biden, any of them in the family. Do
you think any of them just absolutely gives as much
money as they can to government and their taxes, or
do you think that they're trying their damnedest to figure
out how they can get more money back. Every one
of them and in every single time the socialism communism
(31:20):
has been tried, every single time, it has failed. Every
time it's failed because eventually you run out of other
people's money. Isn't that what the what the problem is
You can only take, take, take for so long. Eventually
(31:43):
who you take from or are no longer producing, they're
no longer making the decisions. Things fall apart, and now
you're running in a deficit. Eventually you run out of
other people's money. That's just a fact. But every single
time socialism and every single time communism has been tried,
(32:03):
it has failed every single time. But one of the
reasons why Marxism is getting a comeback is because the
people whom are educating our children are gaslighting them into
believing that every place that it failed, it didn't fail
because communism is a failure. It didn't fail because socialism
(32:27):
is a failure. It failed because, well, they just didn't
do it right. But we have the ability to learn
from their mistakes, and we can do it right if
only those pesky Republicans and MAGA and Conservatives and libertarians
would get the hell out of the way, that we
(32:48):
would be able to make are our utopia. And it
just isn't true because eventually you're right out of some
(33:10):
other people's money. That's the way that it is. All right,
We're gonna go ahead and take a quick break, play
a little bit of music for you, and just in
a few minutes that I will be right back.
Speaker 4 (33:31):
When she iers fight the rain can't wash with this
burnt pain, radios didges steadis like the stating now between
her kids and prom.
Speaker 3 (33:47):
She haven't made.
Speaker 5 (33:51):
Here.
Speaker 6 (33:52):
Lights cutting through the dark, just like her words cut
through my heart, storm window, heartbreak, pounding on the glass,
slide the truth I try to hide now come to pass.
Speaker 7 (34:14):
Signer rolling low, a moon full, lonely sound.
Speaker 3 (34:20):
She swore it was just a friend.
Speaker 7 (34:22):
Line on the ground, nowhere to go, no where to run,
engine nights load and deep like the secret she did
keep in the road, the blurry line with s I
(34:46):
could rewind back to a time she loved me.
Speaker 8 (34:50):
True storm, window, heartbreak, pounding on the glass slide, the truth.
Speaker 7 (35:00):
That I tried to hide now come.
Speaker 6 (35:03):
To pass, thunder role in law.
Speaker 3 (35:09):
My mom full on the sound.
Speaker 7 (35:13):
She swore it was just a friend lying on the ground,
no way to go, no way around. Lightning flash, She
(35:40):
sudden lie showed me everything wasn't right. A silhouette against
the wall, watched my whole start to fall.
Speaker 4 (35:53):
Down around me, Down, down, down.
Speaker 1 (36:15):
Have you ever sat down in the throne just to
find out that you are dangerously low on shift tickets.
Speaker 3 (36:19):
Making a tour?
Speaker 1 (36:20):
You have to make a mad dash to the store
just to pick yourself up some if this has ever happened,
you pick up the number one most rated toilet paper
found in your ainus and use what the professionals use,
angel soft. See I'm just not a fan of sung
toilet paper. Some of them's like putting a pedal between
your nice rosie. Others like John Wayne toilet paper. It's
like using sandpaper.
Speaker 3 (36:40):
But do what the professionals use.
Speaker 1 (36:42):
Use the type of toilet paper that is the Goldilocks
of brands, angel Soft available wherever toilet paper is sold.
Speaker 3 (36:49):
All right, and we are back, So let's go ahead
and get into it. This this next article comes out
of the Federalist headline. Five states handed out one point
four billion dollars in federal medicaid funding to illegals. Even
(37:10):
though they're trying to say that, oh no, this isn't happening.
Oh you alls are smoking crack, No that this this
isn't an issue. JB. Pritzker himself was like, no, we're
not giving any taxpayer dollars to illegal aliens. Uh huh.
And oh yeah, by the way, these are only the
(37:34):
ones that admitted it. We have thirty somewidd states right now.
Because one of the things that they have been trying
to do, you know, in dealing with this whole you know,
with SNAP, is trying to figure out how much money
(37:58):
is truly going to illegal aliens. And we've had thirty
some odds that are like, no, twenty some odd that
(38:20):
that gave information. Some of them were in fact, you know,
blue states, and they were admitting to how much federal
dollars were going to illegal aliens. But you had thirty
some odd states that flat out refused to send those
numbers because they did not want the federal government the
(38:43):
American people to know just how much money was going
to illegal aliens. And yeah, JB. Pritzker was one of
them who's like, oh, no, they're not getting any thing whatsoever,
even though we know that's a.
Speaker 9 (39:03):
Lie, we know it's a lie. Of course, it's a lie.
They're trying to hold onto a voting block. They're trying
to maintain power. That's one of the things that had amounted.
They're trying their damnest to hold onto power.
Speaker 3 (39:22):
This article from Fox News headline from Jonathan Turley White
Blue States is new anti ice laws are unconstitutional virtue signaling.
And here's the thing, it is completely unconstitutional. I mean, like, dude, okay, uh,
(39:44):
didn't we fight a Civil War to put an end
to the the question of supremacy. I mean, isn't that
one of the aspects about the Civil War that it
(40:10):
answered was supremacy. I mean, we've heard about the supremacy
clause the federal government when in dealing with the things
(40:31):
that they are supposed to be dealing in, and one
of those things being immigration. This is a question that
was answered during Obama's administration that this is a federal matter.
They have the ability to enforce the laws on this,
(40:52):
and they're the only ones that are able to enforce
the laws on this. But it's a question that's already
been answered. You know, we fought over it during the
Civil War. The Supreme Courts ruled in on this. The
(41:14):
federal government has jurisdiction on this matter. They're upholding federal law.
And for these blue states to write anti ICE laws,
it is very much unconstitutional because what they're trying to
hinder is ICE agents from doing their job. I mean,
(41:37):
that really is what the bottom line is. That's what
it amounts to. And yes, it's all over power. I mean,
that's what the whole thing's about. It is over power.
This headline from Chicago Sun. I wonder if this this
(41:57):
is in here, if this uh, this video that is
talking about Oh, it looks like it is. Oh, it
looks like it is headline Governor JB. Pritzker, you know,
the uh, the governor from Illinois my homestay. Unfortunately, but
(42:19):
Pritsker tells President Donald Trump to fuck all the way
off in viral video and I got to play this.
It looks like the video is in here. I got
to play this because I think this will just be
entertaining unless they bleep it out. If they bleep it out,
then it's just worth Let's but here you go. Let's
go ahead and listen to this. President Trump and his
(42:43):
boot liquors.
Speaker 10 (42:47):
Have torn down the US Department of Education from the inside.
Instead of helping to improve math and reading scores like
you all are doing and supporting our educators, they're making
it harder for students to get ahead. Books are being banned,
History is being erased. Republicans want to take billions away
(43:10):
from public schools and pump it into private institutions. They
want to punish teachers for telling the truth. They want
to criminalize educators for supporting LGBTQ students. They want to
turn classrooms into cultural war battlegrounds. And I'm sorry to
(43:34):
be vulgar, but Herrump and his cronies can fuck all
the way off.
Speaker 3 (43:44):
He said it, and they didn't bleep it. That's that's amazing.
And obviously no, I do not support that. You know
this governor in Illinois, I absolutely do not in any way,
shape or form. There's been some things happening in Illinois that.
(44:06):
I tell you what, it makes the blood boil. It
really does things that have just ticked me off. And
uh yeah, you know, here's what I would like to
see happen to these governors, to these mayors, those that
(44:31):
are not going to support the federal government in executing
the laws. Because what Governor Pritzker is doing and other
governors besides, is they are aiding in a betting illegal aliens.
(44:54):
That's a crime, directing their Congress to pass bills that
are straight up unconstitutional. Driving a wedge, it's aiding in
(45:16):
a betting that's illegal. You wanted to stop, then do
something about it. Absolutely, arrest them, do some criminal charges.
(45:48):
And you'll only have to arrest a couple of them.
I mean, I doubt one will be enough. Two might
be enough. Three that's a little better. You may get
these people to wake up. And even if they're not
(46:08):
going to assist, stop trying to hinder. You know, if
you ain't going to be part of the solution, just
don't be part of the problem. And that's what JB. Pritsker,
that's what some of these other mayors and governors are.
(46:29):
They're not just not being part of the solution. They
are intentionally and actively being part of the problem. And
there's something wrong with that. Holy crap, there is absolutely
something wrong with that. Oh that's a video. Okay, So
(46:51):
that is Tuesday's election will be early test of how
voters feel about Trump and the Democrats. Unfortunately, it looks
as of right now that these uh, these elections yesterday
that happened yesterday, it didn't go so well for Republicans.
(47:13):
And one of the reasons is kind of clear. I mean, unfortunately,
this whole Magi movement is all about Trump, absolutely, But
you know, I I do believe that it will move
beyond Trump. I think it will last after Trump is
no longer president. I really do. I think this is
a movement the will outlast President Trump. But here's one
(47:39):
of the theories that I heard on this was it
Unfortunately the Republican Party didn't really put up very good candidates. No,
I didn't keep track of everything. I didn't keep track
of every race. I didn't really hear a whole hell
(48:00):
a lot about it. But I mean I could kind
of understand this, you now, because unfortunately, okay, look, doing
this is expensive, I mean, not this, but you know,
running for Congress, running for president. You know, it's expensive,
costs a lot of money, it really does. And sometimes
(48:26):
the only way to get this money in order to
pay for a campaign is to go to donors that
want nothing more than to control you and the people
whom would be better at the job, better equipped, that
(48:46):
would do more to represent the American people. Unfortunately, on
the scale that others are able to do it, they're
not able to get the voice out we as the
American people. We need to do more to research those
that are going to run for public offices. We really do.
(49:10):
It's our responsibility that the wrong people get out to
allow the right people to get in. And when you
see a right person, you need to do your job
and vote them in the office. And then it doesn't
end there because then you got to do your job
(49:32):
to make sure they stay in office. But it doesn't
stop there because if they're not going to do their job,
then you need to look for their replacement and get
them the hell out. It's our responsibility. It's not theirs
to run and then we just elect whoever hasn't art
(49:52):
next to their name. No, it's not that simple. Government's
in our hands, and we need to make sure that
we are doing the right thing. We need to make
(50:12):
sure that we are paying attention. We need to make
sure that the people who should be in office are
going to office, those who are not supposed to be
in office are not going to office. That's what we
need to do. All right, Let's go ahead and move on.
(50:33):
Oh yeah, here we go. We're going to get into
talking about Letitia James. This is kind of interesting. We're
going to be talking about arctic frost, and we're going
to be talking about Boseburg or however the hell your
pronounce his name, and we'll get into all that right after.
This is just a couple more minutes and I will
(50:53):
be right back.
Speaker 7 (51:06):
Woke up this morning.
Speaker 9 (51:11):
Something in my.
Speaker 2 (51:15):
Reach for my soda?
Speaker 5 (51:20):
Tell you, no, lie, soda sorta? Where to go my
last can? Now?
Speaker 3 (51:32):
I'm so soda.
Speaker 2 (51:35):
Sold feeling brue. What's some man supposed to do?
Speaker 3 (51:45):
Fridge is empty wall, that's there.
Speaker 11 (51:55):
This ain't living, This is a seal, So that soda?
Where to go my last can? Now?
Speaker 2 (52:11):
I'm so so the soul feeling boot what some man
supposed to do?
Speaker 11 (52:23):
You gotta give myself together, Gotta find a way.
Speaker 3 (52:32):
This ain't right, Gotta make it.
Speaker 11 (52:37):
To soa sola, where'd you go? My last can now I'm.
Speaker 2 (52:48):
So so the sua feeling bou what some man supposed
to do?
Speaker 8 (53:20):
Where'd you go?
Speaker 11 (53:24):
Sorta sort.
Speaker 2 (53:29):
Feeling.
Speaker 1 (53:43):
Have you ever had an ailment that a normal over
the counter remedy just couldn't fight? If this is the case,
then boy, have I got the solution for you.
Speaker 3 (53:52):
That's right.
Speaker 1 (53:53):

broken leg, Tussin. Tussin is the ultimate cure, all guaranteed
to stop anything that ails you. Tussin available wherever OTC's
are sold.
Speaker 3 (54:12):
All right, and we are back. We're going to go
ahead and dive right into it. This is going to
be the last segment of tonight's episode. Headline and this
is from the Daily Caller. Tis James is fighting another
DOJ probe for selective enforcement against Trump's businesses, the NRA,
(54:37):
And this is coming from some unsealed documents. Selective enforcement.
You know, this is actually one of the accusations that
Komy has had against him being indicted in the investigation
and the uh you know what's going on with him.
(55:00):
This is one of his exact things that he's claiming
selective enforcement, right, but that's way too high anyway, Let's
go ahead and continue because there's a point that I
want to make. Oo mm hmmmm. Okay, So this next
(55:40):
article from just the News, and this goes back to
the other the other case that is against her headline.
Federal judge denies New York Attorney General Leticia James's request
to monitor d OJ media contacts in criminal case. And
(56:06):
if convicted, you know, she faces up to sixty years
in jail. That seems like a lot as it should be.
But the federal judge presiding over the New York Attorney
General Letician James's mortgage fraud case has denied a defense
motion that would compel DOJ officials to log any correspondence
(56:31):
with the media. They submitted the motion after reading a
port that US Attorney Lindsey Halligan sent a number of
encrypted single signal messages regarding the case to a reporter
for Lawfair. The defendant does not demonstrate that it is
(56:53):
necessary for the court to order the government to track
communications with the media in any particular form with the
judge wrote on Friday, let me see here, I think
there is another one before I yeah, let me go
ahead and make this point. Headline from Washington Examiner, Cruz
(57:19):
says that Biden's FBI's Arctic frost investigation makes Watergate pale
in comparison. Now, I'm going to be honest with you
about something. I absolutely am getting to the point where
I hate the gate. I hate the gate, I really do,
(57:44):
because every single thing they throw a gate at the
end of it to make us sound holy crap, this
is so much worse. YadA YadA blah blah. You know,
Russia Gate, Biden Gate, the auto pen gate. I mean,
they throw a gate after everything, and I hate it,
I really do. It is so overused it isn't even funny.
(58:05):
It truly is getting to the point to where it's ridiculous.
Can't we come up with another nomenclature? I mean, can't
we do something instead of throwing a gate at the
end of everything. It's just it's ridiculous. But here's the thing.
As Ted Cruz said, the Arctic frost investigation makes Watergate
(58:27):
pale in comparison. That's actually pretty freaking true because what
Nixon did was nothing compared to with the Obama administration
and the Biden administration has done against Trump, and not
even against Trump. It was against more than just Trump.
(58:49):
It was against Trump supporters, it was against podcasters, it
was against your average every day person. It was against
different organizations, it was against a lot of different people,
people who dared to disagree with the Democrat Party. And
(59:21):
you know, at this particular point in time, we're not
seeing a lot happen. I mean, granted, we are seeing
some things. I mean, because we got a Bolton that
has been indicted, Komi has been indicted, Leticia James has
a couple indictments, you know, So I mean, the ball
is at least rolling, and that's that's a bonus. That's
(59:43):
a huge positive thing, it really is. But it isn't
enough because this this corruption, this attack on conservatives, on Republicans,
this thing was huge, and the level of indictments that
we see really do need to be comparable to the
(01:00:09):
amount of people that were involved in this, because it
wasn't like Komy was the only one in the FBI.
It wasn't like Letitia James was the only one that
went after Trump. It isn't like that these people acted alone.
There was a lot more people involved with this, and
we need to go after every single one of them
(01:00:34):
because this was huge, This was bad, and if we
are ever going to ensure that nothing like this happens again,
or at least make it to where it hurts them
and they know that we're serious, because you know, what
we're seeing in retaliation isn't law fare. This is the
(01:00:55):
roosters coming home, the chickens coming home. The rooster, the
chickens coming home the roost That's what this is. This
is the f O portion of f A. That's what
this is. This isn't retaliation, it's justice. And as long
(01:01:17):
as we stay right there and not do the things
that Biden administration and the Obama administration did against Trump,
Trump supporters, other people in Trump's administration, as long as
we don't do that go down that road. This is
nothing more than righteous anger, righteous indignation, whatever word you
(01:01:40):
want to put put in there. But it's not retaliation.
We're not doing the same thing against those that did
this that they did against Donald Trump in his administration.
It's not the same, not even close. And yes, there
(01:02:05):
were even some judges that were involved in this. This
headline from justin News, Blackburn demands Judge Boseburg testify before
Senate panel. This headline from the Daily Caller Arctic Frost
accountability starts with impeaching Judge Boseburg because here's the thing,
(01:02:30):
and this is I mean, okay, this isn't how do
I want to word this. There's a lot of truth
to what I have to say on this, but it's
definitely not the complete story. Because look, the process is
the punishment, you know, because whenever you get sued, whenever
you know, different things like that end up happening, you know,
(01:02:52):
there's a you know, it costs a lot of money
to defend yourself in court. It really does, regardless of
whether you are guilty or innocent. The more hefty the charge,
the more expensive is going to be to get you
out of it. And that's just what it amounts to.
The process is the punishment. I mean, that's one of
(01:03:14):
the reasons why they went after Trump as hard as
they did, because they were trying to bankrupt him to
where he couldn't run for president for a second term.
That's what their whole point was doing. Make him look
bad in front of in front of voters. Weakened him
to where he wouldn't be able to win for term
number two. They failed. They're terrified, they absolutely are. But
(01:03:42):
here's one of the things though too. If they weren't successful,
then I mean, how many of these different indictments, how
many of these different court cases do you think really
would have gone through if these judges liked Boseburg, wasn't
(01:04:06):
wearing a robe, wasn't sitting on the bench. Because these
judges are just as much to blame, if not more,
because of this lawfair you know, there's a lot of
(01:04:28):
accountability that really needs to be made. There really needs
to be had with these various judges on numerous different levels.
You know, releasing violent criminals to walk amongst the public
just to commit another crime, to carjack somebody else, to
(01:04:51):
assault somebody else, to murder somebody else, they shouldn't be acceptable.
It really shouldn't be. You know, if you are a bartender,
and if you continue to allow somebody to dump drinks
(01:05:13):
down their throat and get belligerent drunk, and they get
behind the wheel of a car and they kill somebody
while they are on their way home or to wherever
it is that they're going, that bartender has a certain
amount of liability because they continue to sell to somebody
(01:05:35):
whom they knew they shouldn't have. They didn't take away
their keys, they didn't try to get them a cab,
they didn't try to make sure that they had a
different way home. Instead, you know, they allowed that person
to get behind the wheel of their own car and
kill somebody. There's a certain amount of liability there. I
(01:05:59):
get it. I mean, who's the adult in the room
at that point? It isn't the drunk, sure a shit,
ain't the drunk. So it's the person that sells them
to drinks. There's some amount of liability falls on them,
(01:06:22):
falls on the bar. Bars won't just let you get
ship faced drunk, not unless they know that you have
a way home, because they are held liable. Maybe not fully,
maybe not one hundred percent, but there is liability there.
(01:06:48):
The same thing should be going for these different judges.
You want to continue to let a criminal out on
the street, Well, there comes a point whenever they are
the ones that are liable for. So what that criminal does.
That Ukrainian refugee that died at the hands of a
(01:07:09):
crazy person whom had stood before a judge fourteen different times.
There's a certain amount of liability that she would not
be dead if these judges would have done their damn job,
and in the case of Bosberg, if he didn't allow
some of this criminal activity to happen, the weaponization of
(01:07:34):
the Department of Justice, if they didn't allow it to happen,
if they didn't give it teeth to allow it to prosper,
to allow it to actually happen, to render a verdict
whenever a guilty verdict should have never been rendered. If
they actually had to answer for the weaponization of lawfair,
(01:08:01):
if they were at risk of criminal charges because of this,
how much do you think it would change? You know,
kind of like the aspect of how long do you
think a government shut down would last if Congress didn't
(01:08:21):
continue to receive a paycheck during the shutdown. It's pretty
well in the same argument right there. If these judges
were held accountable, do you think they continue to do
the stupid shit that they're doing. There truly needs to
(01:08:42):
be accountability. That is the thing that is really missing
from government from these judges. I mean, lawyers have it.
You know, you screw up bad enough, you get taken
off the bar, you can go to jail. You know,
(01:09:07):
there's a certain amount of accountability for them? Why not judges?
Why are they so special? And that a good question.
I think it's a good question. And of course you
can head on over to the ho Host Show dot
