(00:01):
This is the FCB Podcast Network,Jeff Brown. What's going on? Everybody?

(00:49):
This is your man Jeff Brown, and you tune into another exciting episode
of the Jeff Brown Show. Weare back. Took a couple of weeks
off to kind of regroup and refresh, and you know, I got the
lovely side of the show with mealways my partner in craft. She's like
my radio wife, my radio sister, radio everything. You know, she
just plays all these different roles. But even outside of what we do on

(01:11):
air, she's just a phenomenal, phenomenal friend to me. None other than
my beautiful co host, none otherthan the legendary actress and comedian herself,
Miss Coco Brown. The smile, yes, the smile she has. All
her teeth is white. I've neverseen every a person who has thirty nine

(01:34):
teeth that is all white. Neverlike never like yeah, yeah, yeah,
you know, some tea, butthey teeth be like they tooth be
like white, the the other onebe like yellow, kind of like tennis.
You know what I'm saying. It'slike, you know, it just
be so funny. But Coco, her teeth is all white. There's nothing,

(02:00):
there's nothing yellow in her mouth. At all. So if you need
a good smile, go to herpage and uh get a picture, let
her, let her, let herbless you like that? Okay? Then
and then I got some powerful, powerful women on the show with us today
to promote their conference, the Wealthand the Wealth and Wellness Conference. Their

(02:25):
theme is no lack, none otherthan help me introduce or welcome, I
should say, Tabitha and Tunisha, the hopes and the visionaries for this wonderful
conference is getting ready to come upon Saturday, November eighteenth, seven Beta
Conference Center in Mayfield Heights, Sohigh. No lack. I like that

(02:46):
no lack, talk about no lack? What? Why is theme no lack
during this season? Why do yousay that? I think it's kind of
timely though, Why no lack?First, I want to say thank you
for allowing us this opportunity culture. You're amazing. So let's talk this snow

(03:07):
lack. We are definitely living ina generation where everything is I want to
instantly start this account, you wantto instantly start this business, and you
think you know and in three seconds, it's about the fire. It is
about the jump. That's not themodel, that's not the model that got
ever laid before us. We haveworked to do. Like you were saying,
you know, we have work todo. We don't have to have

(03:30):
a resource, financial resource available tous when we're sentered in christ. We
don't have to have health disparities that'snot centered towards us. Health disparities is
such a lack that you know,we can't go upstairs. We can't.
So people can't even bless their hearts, they can't even get in cars.

(03:52):
Some people need that extra girth inthat extra room. We don't have the
lack in our health. Right,I'm gonna throw it to you in regards
to the lack of because I'm I'min a wellness component. Someone definitely try
to keep us in close, closerto our lane. So Tea, yeah,
so yeah. So when I talkabout the no lack for the financial

(04:15):
peace, after being in the financialindustry for over twenty five years, I
was able to see a lot ofthings, you know, I was allowed
to see a lot of people inlacking positions and just overall, starting from
when you open your first account towhen you're about to expire. How the
no lack has been something that hasnot just been a cultural thing or a

(04:36):
race thing. This is a thingthat affects a lot of our society.
So the note for us in thisconference is to get people to change their
one their mindset, change their behaviors, and have an action plan. And
a lot of this derives from usingresources, using our abilities, using our

(04:59):
fan families. And so the wholeprocess when we think about a financial lack
is because we're only thinking about ourselves. And when we start to think past
ourselves, then we have resources,we have tools, we have connections,
we have a multiplication of abilities thatwe can increase abundance in our lives.

(05:21):
And so coming back to the themeof the family, this conference is not
just for women. It is formen as well. Is a conference to
bring us back where we're using allthe resources in our household and that family
piece is crucial. And so wewant not just our females to come out,
we want our men to come outbecause we believe in the greatness of

(05:43):
men and we believe that they arealso a foundational block of our households,
our families, our friendships, ourbusinesses, and we all need to get
on the page that there is abundance. How do we tap into abundance and
how do we make that resourceful throughour execution of our plan with our families?
Yeah? And how do you maintainit? Because a lot of times

(06:05):
people get it, but they don'tknow to maintain it, right. And
you see that especially in church. You know, we we we've we've we
listened to the era of prosperity messagesand God has go do this, Gods
go do that. You know, you give this amount of money and you're
gonna get this big house, You'regonna get this big car. But we

(06:26):
you know, these prophecies and howpeople minister the people when it comes to
prosperity and wealth. A lot oftimes people don't have the the the mindset
or the knowledge to maintain what isbeing said that they will ultimately obtain.
Not saying that they can't have it, but you know, maintaining. And
it's interesting y'all talk about wealth andhealth and wellness. I'm recently on a

(06:50):
fast, right, I am doinga meatless diet of fast where I'm not
eating any meat. I started,uh this this would be three weeks this
week, Yeah, because I startedtwo weeks ago, so Monday started to
be my third week. Yeah, yep, yes, yes, yeah,
yep, yep. No, youknow, no, no liquor for me.

(07:13):
Haven't been drinking. I've done anythingthat has you know, uh,
have played you know. I ain'tgonna say have hurt my body, but
pretty much things that that are thathurt, not hurt, but more so
weigh in on our health. Yeahright, yeah, because we don't take

(07:34):
in consideration that those things that weare consuming are actually harming our body.
Yeah, food, all kinds ofstuff. Yeah, so I'll do Yeah,
they're harming us spiritually, yep, because it's clouding, its clouding us
on the inside and it's hard forus, you know, on the hell

(07:54):
side. So what I speak towardsis our organ health. So we don't
want to take into consider iteration. We only want to look at the weight
component. We're not looking at theorgan hell. So when we're talking about
adding alcohol ongoing and I'm not sayingthat this is your position, but when
you're adding that alcohol in an ongoing position until we get to the sorosis

(08:15):
of the liver, now, yeah, I have thirty years of background working
in the medical community, so that'sbeen my background, and I've seen that
disparity on and on and over andover again, and we don't. Yeah,
I want to impede and impart theknowledge that what we consume and what
we eat grossly affects our spiritual connection. Because when we're heavy, when we're

(08:39):
latent, we're not focused, we'renot surrendered. So you're focusing, you're
surrendering. You're allowing your body todie unto itself and allowing what God has
inside of you to come out inFlorida, So that's opening up your spiritual
clarity. Absolutely, absolutely, we'retoping poor when you begin to open up
that spiritual clarity, now you andbegin to really hear the voice of God

(09:01):
and know what you're to do,who you're being to be in community with.
We're not just seeking from our friendsand family, we're hearing direct Yeah,
and that's in our spiritual clarity, right. Yeah, But never take
that food out. That's just awhole nother component that's vital to live in

(09:22):
that well position. And that's whatyou're doing. And a lot of times
when people, you know, beginto fast, they think, oh,
you know, I'm just gonna takethese couple of things out. There's so
many mother dynamics that's happening behind onyour behalf because you're obedient and God,
you know, with you surrendering Cruciferand your flesh, that allows him to
open up and he's honoring that becausehe's honoring that. But yeah, and

(09:48):
it's about discipline, it's about yourmind, it's about your heart, it's
about you know, just realigning andthe whole Now. So yeah, I
get that. And and I've lostI've lost some phenomenal weight. And I
was at a church service and Ibought a I gotta take a break,
but I bought a suit back inAugust and it was it was fitted,
it was fitting. I wore toit. It was yeah, but now

(10:16):
it fits me perfectly because I hadgained weight, you know, hosting events,
doing this, eating this, drinkingthis, doing this. And then
when I went on this fast started, like I say, two weeks ago,
I've seen the pound ship, myface getting smaller, the whole nine.
Now I was. I wore asuit Sunday and it was perfect.

(10:39):
I was like, all right, yeah, let's go. So it also
makes you feel good about yourself whenyou focus on your health. Listen,
ladies, we're gonna be right backwith Tabitha and Tunisan as we talk about
the wealth and the Wealth and WellnessConference coming up Saturday, November eighteenth.
A little bit more and then we'llbe back with my girl Coco Brown,

(11:01):
because I know she got something tosay about wealth and wellness. Because Coco
is like slim goodie right now too, So we'll be about that more of
the Jeff Brown Show with Coco Brown. This is a Jeff Brown Show.
Welcome back, Welcome back, Welcomeback. Man. Listen, we talking

(11:24):
about the Wealth and Wellness Conference. No lack, No lack, and you
gotta connect to find out how tonot have lack in your life with my
friends Tnisa and Tabitha. Now,Tabitha, I was reading a little bit
about your bio. You know, you big in the wellness Okay, you
you got boc fitness. Talk aboutthat a little bit. You know what
I'm saying. And we got thefinance. Listen. I believe in being

(11:46):
healthy, wealthy and wise. Okay, I think those I think those three
are good combinations. I think theyrun in the family. So yeah,
it's a powerhouse. It is apowerhouse. It's a powerhouse that just sets
the foundation for everything in your life. So my fitness is the body of

(12:09):
price fitness. So I've been attachedto. I guess you would say,
uh, the industry of fitness allmy life. I didn't know back in
back and back back back in theday when Billy Blake's was owned and Donald
Richardson huge, huge fans from backin the day record, so they were
the catalyst. But then I Lordwas like, okay, we'll put a

(12:31):
little Kirk with it, you knowfrom stump back in the day. So
I've married. He allowed me toput those two together and says, this
is what the body of prist needsto look like. Let's get us fit,
let's be healthy that we can. There's so many artists that has poured
phenomenal work into the world, andhe says, let's put it all together.
Let the kingdom be built from theinside out, spiritually, emotionally,

(12:56):
and you know, adding that fitnesscomponent along with it. So it's high
impact, high energy molding transforming alot of times people when people hear about
it's like, okay, well, how are you gonna do that? When
you come inside and you're gonna seean understand you know. Again, there's
there's a lot of great work thathas happened on the floor, a lot
of breakthroughs that has happened on thefloor. I concentrate on transform transformation,

(13:22):
you know, I train. Iconcentrate on leaning the body out. It's
not always high cardio that we needto impact so that we can, you
know, manage our joint you knowhealth. Joint health is also very important.
So you're looking at ankles, knees, you know, your your shoulder
joints, you know, lifting access, excess of weight, being mindful about

(13:43):
our age, you know each operations. If we have no we have no
boundaries. Yeah, do all things. So we we have no boundaries.
And those are the areas that Iconcentrate on and specializing as well as those
who have dietes, those who havephysical restrictions. I have people who out

(14:05):
in the studio who are you know, coming in on a cane. I
had a client who came in whohad just reason had a traumatic spies issue.
She was able to get herself backto a point where she was actually
able to do abdominal work and burpsand begin to move her life forward.
To have another client who work downher diabetes and it's coming off with more

(14:28):
and more medications, a very healthypoint that I got to leave on the
table here, depression, anxiety. It just clears the mind because you're now
releasing the endorpens that's necessary to chemicallyshift what needs to transpire on the inside.

(14:50):
And you take the physical component whenwe're talking about depression, and you
begin to move back in a differentdirection, and you add the spiritual component
over top of that. Now wehave an opportunity to really dive into the
soul of that individual and open upwhat God really has for them. Yeah,
so that that has the opportunity andthen we can talk more about the

(15:13):
nutritional components that go along with it. Like you're talking got you, got
You, got you. I knowit's so much that I want to cover,
and I know that the interview isshort lived and we're going to try
to pick up a little bit more. But Tonisha, talk a little bit
about your because you were talking aboutfinances and all that good stuff. Okay,

(15:35):
give give my listeners, give mylisteners audience. Three good financial principles
that could change their life in twentytwenty four. Number one is having a
accountability partner. When we talk aboutwe create these goals and finances and we
say every year and different things I'mgoing to do this, I'm going to

(15:56):
say more, I'm going to cleanup my credit the pain point. So
there's a lot of pain points inour lives around finances, and we come
up with some creative strategies, butthere's no accountability. So Number one I
would say, you know, findaccountability partner is if it's a professional,
if it's a banker, or evenif it's just a friend, that you

(16:18):
are accountable where you're either talking toeach other weekly, monthly, quarterly to
enforce the goals that you have.Because if you're just making goals and you're
just saying, like you said, maintaining, how do you maintain that,
you maintain that by having someone tobe accountable to, So that would be
number one. Number two I wouldsay that you want to use the resources

(16:42):
in your investing, so you wantto learn how to say, you want
to get in places and rooms whereexperts are talking about things in the financial
spectrum. So that is education becausea lot of times we just don't know
what to do. Some times wehave the resources and we have the financial

(17:03):
means to do something, but we'rejust not in the rooms or we're not
in the places of what do Ido with this money? That I saved.
How do I do that? So? I say, make sure you
get in rooms of people that havealready experienced success with money and to learn
from them. Lastly, and notleast is when we're talking about streams of
income. Make sure that you findways to have more than one income for

(17:27):
your house. And you do thatby tapping into your abilities. What are
you good at? Doesn't necessarily meanyou have to go into full time entrepreneurship,
but there should be other things thatyou lean on so that when a
bad day happens, a loss ofjob, lay off those things that you're
like, you know what, Ihave thists of income. I remember my

(17:49):
dad saying a military term. Youknow, you need the Army, Navy,
Air Force, Marines. So youneed other resources and other things coming
into your household. So when thatday of fanom comes or the potential of
what we're saying, we don't wantyou to have no lack, those are
the resources and those things accountability, education and streams of income. Well,

(18:15):
there you have it. So listen, ladies, I want to thank you
personally for taking out time out ofyour busy schedule because I know you will
have so much going on as youprepare for this phenomenal conference, and again
you can go ahead and plug itto Nisha one more time. Plug the
conference, and then tell people howthey can follow you, how they can
purchase tickets. Actually, I gottasay this, I will be the special

(18:38):
guest MC for the event. I'mthe guest host, so I'm excited about
that. I will be in thebuilding and we're gonna have a good time.
So I'm grateful for that opportunity. So yeah, yours truly will be
in a building. So come outclean, come on out Cleveland, y'all,
come out to all my parties.Gonna come out to the Wealth and

(19:03):
Wellness Conference. Okay, come makeyourself better, Come educate yourself, come
learn, come get that physical bodytogether. As I am will well as
I'll be in that building and I'mhaving a good time and learning myself and
growing myself. So I just won'tbe on the microphone, but I'll be
there also learning and applying some goodknowledge and some good information to my life.

(19:29):
So ladies, go ahead and plugit and then tell people how to
follow you on social media. Absolutely, I'll go ahead and take it from
here. So what are you goingto experience by coming to the conference.
We're going to expose you to newideals. We're gonna do some problems solving
for your pain points. You're goingto learn how to invest in yourself and
your family and how to build acommunity of support. You will be able

(19:53):
to through this conference follow us throughthe firm Foundation Info backslash home again the
Firm Foundation dot info backslash home.If you go to that site, you'll
be able to order your tickets. You'll be able to get information about everything

(20:15):
that is concerning this conference. Again, it is a conference that is in
person as well as virtual. Butwe would love to see our Cleveland family
and those that are close by tocome in and do the experience in the
building. But for those that can'tmake it, for those that are out
of state, we do have virtualoptions, so come see us. You

(20:37):

All right, I'm just going toadd you can follow me at coach
Kabitha on social media Facebook, Instagram, you can follow bock Fitness BOC Body
of Christ Fitness. But I alsowant to share this before we close out.

(20:57):
If you yourself, if you're timingdoesn't match with the time for the
event. If you're out of stateand timing still doesn't match. If you
see this, you hear about it, you want to invest. This is
the time of giving. We're ata point of to give. So let
us release that opportunity. Because whenwe want the heavily bank accounts and things

(21:19):
to flow your way, you gotyou gotta open up our hands. So
open up when you hear this, open up your hands. Give this opportunity.
It's it's it's one meal away.It's just one meal ticket. It's
just one meal ticket. I willsay it again, it's just one meal
ticket. I love it. Oneticket. It's one meal ticket. Give

(21:42):
someone an opportunity to impart and impactinto the trajectory of their family. So
this is a conference that's going toimpact the trajectory of the family dynamic.
That is why it's called the FirmFoundation. It is taking us back to
the route. We got to getback to the roof and change and get
some new more and get these bricksrelayed because it's falling. So if anyone

(22:07):
cares about this, you want toknow more. You want to pour into
somebody, You want to pour intoyour children. You want your grandchildren to
be impacted and to be imparted intoto be changed. Invest that very small
investment and we promise, we promise. God never feels and what's going to
be unpacked at this conference life changingchanging. So thank you. Well,

(22:33):
hey, listen, ladies, youknow I'm with you all. I'm always
with folks that are doing great workin the community, that is investing in
the community, investing the people, making people better. That's what the brand
is all about. That's what wedo. You know, Coco Nae.
We crack a lot of jokes, but we definitely impot people. So we
definitely about information and make sure peopleare good. So, ladies, I

(22:56):
thank you again. I look forwardto hanging out out with you on Saturday,
November eighteenth, because I'm gonna keepthe way down and guess what,
I'll actually still be in my fast. So hey, as long as y'all
got some some salad or something forme, I'll be okay some Saturday and
some give me some grass. Seehow you talking about she won't give me

(23:18):
some grass? She actually do youknow what I'm saying. You don't give
me some you don't give me somegrades. Yeah, if you give me
some grass. Make sure I havesome Italian dressing. Okay, Hey,
y'all will be right back with moreof than Jeff Brown Show the Wealth and
Wellness Conference Saturday, November eighteenth.Make sure you all go holler at my

(23:38):
girls, Tabitha and Tdition. Weran back for more beat Jeff Brown Show
with Coco Brown. Come on now, this is the Jeff Brown Show.
All right, we're back, whenwe're back. That was a wonderful,
wonderful interview with the young ladies. No, I say young, but they're
not young. They're young. They'reyoung, but they're young. They're young.

(24:00):
But there you know what I mean, Tise, Tabita man phenomenal learned
about wellness and health is incredible.Soko, what is going on with this
strike? You know we've got abouty'all. I thought y'all was coming to
an end. You know, compsationthat y'all had a tentative agreement as well.

(24:26):
We've never had we never had atentative agreement. Well, I've seen
the writer. The writers got pasttheir strike, but we've yet to get
to attention. They actually have puttheir foot down now. The last post
that I received from Sagatra was sayingthat they're going to the table this week
with that final offer, and atthis point I don't know what that means,

(24:48):
but it's like because I'm like, okay, if they say no,
then what are we gonna do?Right? Yeah, because there's an issue
with this AI situation. Yeah, and I think that's the big hold up.
Do you do you do you doyou see this ending anytime? So
in your other's opinion? No,no, no, no, I don't

(25:10):
know. Well, I mean whatwould a what would a pathway? What
would a pathway be? Like,Okay, we understand that we're moving it.
We're living in a technology world rightnow with AI? So AI is
here? How you as an actress? What do you see? Can you?
Can you? Uh? As aas an actress? Is there way

(25:33):
for you to work with Are youeating up? By six minutes? Negro?
I know what that? No,my phone is my phone is rigging.
My phone is rigging. All thesepeople calling me? I'm sorry.
Is there a way for you asan actress to work with AI in some
type of way? I mean where? I mean, what do you think

(25:56):
is you want to recreate my imageof my voice and not pay me for
it? Right? So, that'sthe biggest thing. You know. My
thing is there's benefits to AI.You know as as a writer. You
know, I know the writers werelike, heck no, in a sense
of you can't take something that AIwrote and roll with it. You still
have to bring in human beings tobring emotion and feeling and realness to it.

(26:22):
With me, with the AI,the thing that I don't like with
it is that you can put mein one episode, take my image,
take my voice, basically, recreateme in a graphic stuff, you know,
in a graphic an avatar, andthen you can stick me to a
bunch of stuff and not pay me. That's insane. Now you now,

(26:45):
you all as actress and actors andactresses, you all are experiencing not really
being paid enough money through streaming, right because I know there was there was
even on the music side, they'regetting like two million strings. But it
don't it doesn't, it's not equivalentto anything. So have you all reached

(27:07):
some type of agreement with that?Has has that been put on the table
as I honestly don't know. Iam guilty. I have not had a
chance to reread the new terms andconditions that they are going to the table
as a final offer. Yeah,I just got the email a couple of

(27:29):
days ago. I haven't had achance to send on the media to see.
I mean, we're basically saying thisis it. We're not budgeing,
this is it. So how isthat gonna pan off? I have no
idea. I have no idea,but I'm seeing a lot of But I'm
seeing a lot of actors and actressesdoing like independent stuff. I'm seeing them
on like social media platforms, andso I'm assuming that they're making their money

(27:55):
that way. It may not.I don't. I'm not. I think
it's not the money we would normallymake, but it's keeping us working.
It's keeping us working, it isproviding somewhat of the income for you know,
I feel I don't because I don'tknow how their contract works. But
I feel for the people behind thescenes, you know, our crew,

(28:15):
because if you're union, they're verystrict on where they can and cannot work,
and I don't know if they havethe benefits of being able to go
and take their talents and whatever overto a non union or independent feature without
being penalized. With me. Thefew features that I've worked on since the
strike is because they were able toget the waiver before they cut the waivers

(28:37):
off. And then, you know, luckily the skits that I do with
like Country Wayne and Big Ronnie andall that, that stuff doesn't even fall
under anything. So I'm good andyou know, and they compensate me well.
But I just, yeah, Isee, I don't know huge.
I feel for the crew, andI feel for the actors who have not

(29:00):
established themselves enough to still to beable to be a commodity where directors are
reaching out for their independence like thatand willing to pay them as close to
their quote as possible. I feelsorry for those actors that that's just all
they do. They don't have anotherhustle. I got to go and hit
the comedy clubs, hit the comedystages. You know, I'm gonna make

(29:22):
my money long as I can slinga joke. I'm gonna make my money.
This is this is this, thisis this is a weird time because
I'm seeing a lot of established actorssay screw it, and I see them
working on projects and and and who'sto say if they have the waiver or

(29:44):
not. Because I said, theminute they realize CAPS were getting these waivers,
and people in the industry had anissue with that that some people shouldn't
be allowed to work and some cannot. I know some of these things didn't
make that cut, didn't make thatdeadline, But I see a lot of
people going before I star, youcan hit me with a penalty and I'll
give you the money later. SoI don't know. It's one of those

(30:06):
things that people ain't sitting at homepulling their thumbs. People are getting their
hustle on. They are working,They're doing what they have to do.
But will the official veil of thestrike in soon? We gonna find out,
because they're apparently going to the tablethis week with their final offer,
like they ain't playing. So ifthey say nope, we still ain't budgeting,

(30:29):
I don't know what that's gonna leaveus. I don't so so so
this is a real big opportunity forreality TV shows to be produced. Reality
TV show, game shows, talkshows, because you know, talk shows
are basically about the writers, andthen you know, if you bring on
an actor or an actress as yourguest. I'm seeing a lot of them

(30:52):
talk about their upcoming projects. Theyain't biting their tongue no more. You
know, at first there was arule that you couldn't talk about anything mean
up. But I'm seeing that rulebeing broken, like people is like whatever,
I'm gonna do what I gotta doto survive, and y'all do what
y'all gotta do to make sure weget compensated while we surviving. So I
don't know, it's a it's asplit right now in terms of right those

(31:19):
standing ten toes down saying I'm notworking, I'm I'm with the strike and
all that great, and then thesun it's like, I'll be damned if
I start. So, I mean, I don't know. I think with
anything, the longer this strike goes, you'll definitely see a disparity. You'll
see a split and who's still tentoes down and who's gonna do whatever they

(31:40):
have to do to survive. That'sbecause we've had because we've had special guests
that was supposed to come on anddo interviews or they didn't do it because
of the strike. You know that. So so it's just I just hope
that you know, whatever happens, because I have friends like you, and
you know, I know, atleast the rays of the world and all
my people man, I want makesure that you're all good, you know,

(32:02):
right now to be a holiday Yeah, it's like the holidays is coming
up. You know. People wantto get back and relax, you know.
So yeah, it's a lot goingon. It's a lot going on.
Yeah, and you know, asI close, as as I close
out the show, I want totalk to people that's dealing that that are
dealing with some type of struggle mentalhealth. It could be depression, it

(32:27):
could be anything. As we aswe're come into the holiday season. Yeah,
my word to you today is don'tgive up. I just want to
have a transparent moment just here.Recently, in the last couple of weeks,
I've been heavy mentally, I've beendealing with uh some you know,
some some disappointments, uh some youknow, some some depression, uh some

(32:52):
some just some issues you know, mentally and emotionally and even spiritually, you
know. But yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it's a spiritual warfare
that the battle is on and I'mhere to let y'all know is real.

(33:12):
Yeah, everybody know that I'm reallythe guy who motivates everybody and I'm the
guy that make everybody feel good.I'm the guy that's cracking jokes. I'm
the guy who you know, who'sbringing everybody together and telling everybody it's gonna
be okay, right right right,But reality is I've I'm experienced exactly.

(33:34):
Yeah. People think people like us. Well, first of all, people
look at social media and they thinkeverybody's life is so great and wonderful and
perfect, and you're like, pleasestop comparing. That is smoke and mirrors
people. I know some of thesepeople up there making you think their life

(33:54):
is peachy keen, honey, andI know they're going through purity hell behind
closed doors. The ones I respectis the ones that will show you and
be transparent in that journey, becauseyou know, you got people out here
trying to get unrealistic, have unrealisticgoals and how their life should be.
No, show them the real booboo. It ain't all peachy kin and
they're all rainbows and sprinkles and unicorns. Baby, It's a lot of darkness

(34:15):
their honey, it's a lot ofdarkness. And you know for me,
you know, I saw a postrecently I got, you know, diagnosed
with ADHD and here I am allthis time, I'm depressed or I'm flighty
or I can't be consistent, andI actually have a full blown condition.

(34:36):
And it made a lot of sensewith me, with a lot of choices
I've made in life and things I'vedone in life, that this is what
it was. And you know, coming from the era of being a seventies
baby, honey, you know,I was the talkative kid that couldn't sit
still. They just thought I wasfidgety and you know whatever, they didn't
know it was a condition. Andit took me fifty some years old for
me to finally know what's going onwith me. But it also made a

(34:59):
lot of sense. Yeah, Isaw a post last night where it said,
you know that you when you're goingthrough something, you call that one
friend with ADHD to get you outof it. And the person with the
little thing was all over the place, singing and acting stupid and actor silly.
Now I realize why all my friendscalled me to make them feel better.
But I also realized I didn't haveany I didn't have anybody in my

(35:19):
life. So I'm being your damncourt just to try to get your life
right. And I'm over here tryingto put the knife down. You know
what, I'm saying, yeah,y'all you honey. Everybody got this stuff
with them, Honey, it's justthe real ones who were able to show
you the transparency of it all.And don't have you out here trying to
achieve some unrealistic perfect life. There'sno such a thing, no such thing.

(35:44):
So I say to you, andI guess co Cooke will that for
the same sentiments. Please be diligent, don't give up, and find somebody
to talk to. Go pray, find somebody, sign somebody to talk to,
accountability partner, pray, Go workout, go run, go,

(36:08):
go, go to the movie,Go, go do something and regroup,
you know, get off something, get off of social media for three or
four hours, Go read a book, go do something to to to you,
yeah, to pour back to yourself, Yeah, pull back into yourself.

(36:29):
And again, the only reason Iwanted to have this moment was because,
you know what, I'm there,I've been there, I've been there,
I'm there. You know what I'msaying, And I'm yeah yeah.
And and like you said, Coco, everybody going through something, okay,
no matter whether you're rich or poor, whether you the biggest celebrity in the
world, or or whether you acelebrity or not. You know, we're

(36:51):
watching what's going on going on inIsrael. We're watching, you know,
what's going on with this Trump situation, voting, all this suff man,
everybody, the mask. You know. Just recently, young lady was shot
more than four times in a domesticviolence situation here in Cleveland. It just

(37:15):
it just it's just crazy. Somuch, you know, big time out
to her family and the uh,the the the alleged killer just turned yourself
into the police. So hopefully sheget able to get justice for for her
death. But there's so much thatit's going on, and your mind becomes
overwhelmed. Yeah, I just wantto let you know that God will give

(37:38):
you peace that surpasses all understanding, and he says it. Hey, the
Scripture lets us know. The HolyScripture says, lean not to your own
understanding, but all your ways, but in all your ways, acknowledge Him
and He'll direct your path. Ablues. Use the GPS. God has given
you. Don't abandon it, allowyou to direct you. Be encouraged,

(38:02):
be strengthened, because you will comeout of it. You will get through
it. You will ten toes. Now you are strong, you are worth
it. So with that said,Coco, what did you learn I gotta
go, we gotta do. Igreat, we gotta go. I learned
today that being obedient to God's instructionsis very imperative, uh, for you

(38:30):
to stay on the path so thatyou can receive your blessings. That just
getting cute physically going down to theDominican Republic to get a butt does not
mean jack if your soul and yourmind ain't right. Yeah, everything needs
to match. Your body, yourmind, your soul, it needs to
match. And you know, Ilearned today that's okay, not to be

(38:52):
okay, but you don't have tostay in that situation or in that condition
because because there is help available toyou through friendship, accountability, through prayer,
through your faith through God. Andat the end of the day,
it's not over. That's like all, and you're gonna have some good days,

(39:16):
You're gonna have some bad days. And at the end of the day,
you know, as long as you'restanding and you alive and God has
given me breath to breathe, youcan make it. You can come through.
So with that, Young listen, makes you follow us on, makes

in the world you can do aboutit, we all think Coco, we
