Secrets. It is our duty toshine the light of truth, to bring
(00:42):
justice to the restless souls whose liveswere lost to their hands. Rise up
against the evil doers of this worldso that their souls may have peace.
We will not surrender, We willfight. We will stand for what is
right because we are the justice Warriors. Hello, Justice Warriors. Tracy and
Heather here today, and today we'regoing to bring you a case that is
(01:06):
very important. This family reached outto me a while back needing help because
they have a loved one who disappearedover a year ago. And this family,
where are you guys located again? We're in Oklahoma. He grew up,
(01:26):
Yes'm okay? Where the where ourmissing person grew up? In Oklahoma?
But the missing person went missing fromOkachoby, Florida area. And this
family has been calling the Okatoby LawEnforcement police Department or Sheriff's department. I
(01:46):
believe it was the Sheriff's department.Okay. So they've been calling for help.
They've been asking for help, butthey're telling them that they cannot file
a missing case over the phone, that they have to come in in person
and do it. And so thisperson's been missing for over a year.
They don't have the resources or themeans to make the trip to Okachobe.
(02:12):
It's been a year, and I'mjust going to introduce you here to mister
Clint Metters. We're going to lethim introduce us to the case and tell
us the specifics. We're hoping thatyou are justice warriors. Our listeners will
be able to help us generate somelead so this family can figure out what
happened to their loved one. Goahead, Clint, I'll let you go
(02:34):
ahead and tell what's going on here. Yeah, So the last anybody has
heard from him was October the eleventh, and he sent a text message on
October eleventh, and nobody's heard fromhim since then. We've got to call
in around and found where he wasstaying at the sun was it Sunset Harvey?
(02:58):
What is it? Southern Sun RVPark there in Okechobee. We contacted
them and they said that he basicallydrove out in one of his vehicles,
had never returned. He had lefta Dodge Diesel one ton and his camper
and a boat was still remaining there. And I guess since he had missed,
(03:21):
he wasn't there to make his payments. They had called a towing company,
BJ's Towing or BJM or something likethat towing, and they told his
vehicles back in November and then heldon to him for thirty days and then
auctioned them off in December, andnobody's heard from him since, so we're
(03:44):
just trying to locate him. Hewas last I mean, he's got a
ninety nine green Ford Explorer that heleft in and so that vehicle is missing
as well. Okay, and nowspeaking of that vehicle, I did run
a vehicle sidings report on that vehicleand we found that the last time that
there is any recorded siding of thatvehicle is on October eleventh, twenty twenty
(04:09):
two, which is the last timeyou heard from him, and the last
time it was cited was in LakelandHighlands, Florida, at South Florida Avenue
and White Lane. So we're reallyjust reaching out to our Floridians right now.
We're reaching out to everybody and hopingthat somebody had seen him, somebody
knows what happened. And Clint, can you tell us a little bit because
(04:30):
there's some there's a little bit ofbackstory here, and I want to be
careful because we don't want to makeaccusations toward anybody. But there was something
going on that makes us all alittle bit suspicious. Can you tell us
about that? Well, I mean, uh, me being in Oklahoma,
I'm just it's just hearsay. Everythingthat I have heard is basically that he
had gotten into a dispute with oneof his neighbors than they both had been
(04:55):
drinking, and I've talked. I'vejust heard it from the neighbors there that
I've spoke with. But I can'tget a hold of who he had the
I don't I can't find the nameof the person that he had to dispute
with. It's still I still don'thave his name. So I'm trying to
figure out. I'm trying to figureout who that guy was, where we
(05:18):
could visit with him to see ifanything, you know, he may have
known anywhere where he was or lastbeen seen. Yeah. That's We've just
been trying to get a missing personfiled or reported and and having any luck
doing that either. The Glades Countysaid there we're going to facts us a
(05:42):
report to fill out and send back, and we have not had any luck
with that. Okay, but nowcorrect me if I'm wrong. But isn't
there some sort of uh legal didn'the our our missing person? His name
is Kevin Kilgore? Tracy? Canyou hold that picture her up again for
me, just real quick. It'llbe just a second because I lost it.
(06:03):
I was looking up where the vehiclewas last seen lake and that's pretty
far away. I think that wedidn't we how far was it from the
southern because we didn't map that out? And Clint, how far was it
from where he was saying? Whenabout forty five? I think? So
I can pull it up here andsee exactly now which one is he?
(06:25):
Clint, He's the one on theright. That's his dad, Cecil on
the left, and he's on theright, So he's the one with a
yellow shirt. No, no,no, So I guess it's backwards and
where I'm looking at it, butyellow, the yellow shirt is his dad,
Cecil Kilgore, and the other thered and white and black shirt is
(06:46):
Kevin. So that the one inthe hat and the plaid shirt is our
missing person. That is Kevin.Yes, Tracy, So you'll get the
spring back here. I want everybodyto see it, Tracy, what speak
there? We go okay, Okay, I got you. I hear GI
mean to talk to you like adog to speech. All I do is
(07:08):
have three little small icons up atthe top. Okay, all right?
So this is him? A nicelooking guy there. He looks to be
a little younger. Has a tattoo. It looks on his left arm.
What is that tattoo on his leftarm? I'm not he he got that
(07:29):
tattoo? What was it? Acoy fitish I believe? Is that right?
I'm going to expand this and makeit a little bit. Where do
you have the perception tattooed out onthe back of his hand or the wrist
or somewhere. He had the wordperception tattooed on one of his arms.
I don't know if it's like Ithink it's on underneath his wrist. Okay,
(07:53):
Kevin is how old is Kevin? He was born in May eleventh,
nineteen seventy eight, So I guesshe would be forty five. Yes,
okay, And so how do youknow how tall he is? He's pretty
he's like five five, maybe fivefour somewhere in there, say five or
(08:16):
five, because he's got to beat least as tall as me. Talk
for a second because whoops, I'vegot no I'm not muted, am I
No, I've made it a littlelarger so you could see, okay,
boyfish on his left arm, he'sgot brown hair and brown eyes. Yes,
(08:41):
do we know for sure that's hisleft arm or is the camera?
Yeah? Yeah, okay, itlooks like it is. Yeah, okay,
brown hair, brown eyes, fivefoot five toyfish tattoo on his left
arm. Perception on his right arm? Is that what you said? Here
we go here's can you see thatbetter? The tatue? Yeah, yeah,
(09:03):
yeah, that's good. I kindlydo it, okay, So it
goes a little bit further. Itlooks like it's wrapped, okay, wrapped
okay. And so we know thatthe last time anybody heard from him was
on October eleventh, twenty twenty two, in the morning actually, and then
I ran the vehicle sightings report. He was in Lakeland Highlands at South Florida
(09:26):
and Avenue in White Lane in theafternoon. So that's going to be after
he sent the last text message toplan. Was he not arrested? And
we know that that altercation did infact take place because was he not arrested?
Yeah, he was. I thinkhe was arrested July of the fourth.
(09:48):
Let me see where I can getmy notes. I think it was
right around the July of the fourthor fifth of twenty twenty two. I
think I've got it right here.Yeah, he had a Bell bondsman and
actually had some attorneys hired to helphim. And as far as we know,
the attorneys have been looking for himas well. They can't find him.
(10:09):
He just stopped all communications some forsome reason. Okay, okay,
So whatever has happened to him,of course, I understand you guys are
really probably worried that somebody has murderedhim. I'm just you know, yeah,
you don't think he's still with us, Is that correct? I mean
(10:31):
yeah, I mean we're just wewe would like to believe. So,
I mean, like I said,I'm not sure how to even check the
all the jails or the hospitals orthe morgues to find out if anybody's found
him or if he's you know,in any of those places we've okay,
(10:52):
Okay, Well that's what I'm trying. That's why I called. That's why
I called you guys, to tryto appoint me in the right direction.
Help me. Yeah, and sowe are we are going to we are
going to do that. We aregoing to start looking into this for you,
and we're we're not you know, obviously, we're not going to charge
you for that. We don't youknow, we don't do that. You
(11:13):
know. We we do this becauseit's our passion and and it's what we
do. It's just what we do, isn't it, Tracy. It is.
So we will start looking into thatand trying to figure that out for
you. Of course, you know, I'm sure we're all hoping that that
that he's in jail somewhere just Idon't know, and his dad and his
(11:35):
aunt have said that they have checkedall those places and that he's nowhere in
there. So okay, okay,Well, like I said before, I
wouldn't hard to check him again.Yeah, yeah, but we're just we're
just really hoping at this point thatthis podcast, this this broadcast will reach
(11:56):
somebody that will have some information thatmaybe is in the Lakeland Highlands area that
knows Kevin, knows where he maybe or what happened, and can just
kind of give this family some closure, let them know, hey he's okay,
or hey he's not okay, whateverit is, they need answers.
(12:18):
Yeah, is there any way thatwe could put his picture of his vehicle?
They let me do that for you. Also, I have a question
now. He lived in Blades County, Okay. However, when I looked
(12:39):
it up and from I know whereLakeland is, but I don't know Lakeland
Highland, but it still looks likeit's close to Lakeland, which is in
Polk County, which is Yeah.I just pulled up the map and it
was about one hundred miles from wherehe lived. Yeah, because was last
(13:01):
scene. Okay, okay, that'sthat makes more sense. Right around that
time was when you guys were havingthe bad storms maybe what was it Hurricane
Ian or something like that. Yeah, that was that was last year.
Right. I'm I'm not living inFlorida at the moment, but okay,
yeah, I wasn't there for Ian. But yeah, see I live in
(13:26):
Tennessee. So which is interesting becauseI also saw, if you remember,
when I was trying to look, you know, when I was pulling him
and looking for him and stuff therethere, it looked like he had some
uh some sort of a tide toLouisville, which is not that far from
me. So at some point ifwe, you know, if we feel
like it might be worthwhile, thenI may make a trip down to Louisville.
(13:48):
Okay, yes, that sounds good. That is the vehicle. That
is the vehicle scene at Lakeland Highlands, Uh at South I'm sorry in Lakeland
Highlands at South Florida Avenue and WhiteLane on October eleventh, twenty twenty two,
which is the last date that youheard from him. Hey, Cla,
(14:11):
can you tell us to I knowthat your last communication with him was
a text message? Can you tellus about those text messages real quick?
Well, one of them was theylooked like they were I mean it just
randomly sent me a picture of hisvehicle with that boat on top of his
(14:31):
explorer there, and then the onebefore that was I think he was just
joking around or something and sent apicture of that guy that was working on
his body. But the one thatI'm sorry, Yeah, I was gonna
say, didn't you also say hesent a picture of like a gas station
(14:52):
or something. Yeah, Well thegas station was in the background of that
picture of this green explorer there whereyou can can you see the background of
it? Can we put it Tracy. Make that picture of the one with
the gas station in the background withhim working on Can you can you make
that big so we can look atthat? Is this it? Uh No,
(15:16):
that's the actually the intersection that Igot from Heather. That's the lot.
That's the street view of the intersection. Okay, and now let's go
and that's his car. Let's see. Let me scroll through here. Gas
station. I mean, I canpull it up on my phone if I
(15:37):
can figure out how to share myscreen. I just hold it up to
there. That's all I do.Yeah, I'm I'm talking on it as
well. Oh I see okay, yeah, no, okay, here's what
come to me for that? Allright? I I don't have Oh is
(16:02):
it the one where the boat is? Like right there? Is that the
parking lot? You pull it backa little bit because we can't see nothing
but a bright light right now.I know that's because that's all that's on
there, right light, right light? I think is that the gas station
he's talking about? Yeah, SoI don't know where that is if anybody
(16:26):
could, if anyone recognizes where thatis. I'm not sure where that is
because okay, so what I'm goingto do because you really can't see it
very well on this YouTube. Chance, you know, on the camera,
we're going to create a missing person'sflyer. We'll put the pictures. We'll
put those pictures on the flyer andif anybody has information, and I'll repeat
(16:51):
this at the end of the podcast, but you can call our office Justice
Warriors Podcast Office at six one fivefive four eight zero. We will stay
in communication with the family and wewill forward any information that you provide to
us to them. We also heardthat he was down by Vero Beach.
(17:14):
Some guys supposedly had seen him workingon his truck there on the side of
the road. Actually that was inhis RV part. Hi, go ahead.
I have a question now, thepicture that he's sent to you on
your phone, do you still havethat photo? Yes, I do,
(17:34):
so you can kind of swipe upand see if he was sharing his location
and see if he wasn't sharing anylocation. But well, but if if
you swipe up, maybe it'll sayyou know what we're talking about though,
right on like iPhone where you canswipe up and see a location sometimes on
(17:55):
the photo, let me look, get me to go look right now?
Yes, yes, okay, holdon Okay, so we have about nine
minutes left before this thing is gonnacut off on us. That's the only
downside of using Zoom unless you wantto pay for it. You have this
time limit. But you send mefrom an android and so it won't let
(18:22):
me. It doesn't do anything.Okay, all right, good, okay,
thank you. Okay, come backto us though. There you go.
We we couldn't see ye. Butokay, so just one more thing
real quick before we let you go, So can you can you talk to
(18:44):
us a little bit more about someof the the dealings you've had there with
the r V Park. I findthat, I mean I understand that.
I think that's kind of typical protocolwith you know that that they'll sell your
stuff off. But it's really fortunatebecause if something did happen to him,
we potentially lost evidence when they auctionedoff his belongings and towed away his cars
(19:07):
and all that. What has beenyour experience with the RV park when you
contacted them and told them he's missing? And are they being cooperative? Do
they seem concerned? What's been yourexperience? Yeah, I mean there have
been somewhat cooperative. Like I said, the biggest issue we've had is just
(19:30):
trying to get that missing person filed. The getting it filed and recorded that
he is missing, that's been ourbiggest issue. I'm not sure if there's
somewhere online that we can do it, or if they usually fax it or
email it. I mean, eitherway, we're just trying to get the
form or whatever it takes to actuallyget the missing persons report files where they
(19:56):
can start their process. You'd say, and did you tell me? Did
you tell me that? They actuallyhung up on his aunt and got Yeah.
So, as his aunt Stacy hadcalled them and they would tell her
that they are going to fax areport to her for her to fill out,
well, she would call him backand say that she never received it,
(20:18):
and like this happened a couple ofdifferent times, and she started,
you know, asking if they wouldrescind it, and they were like,
would you please just stop calling andhung up on her. So I have
a question, what activities does helike to do? Where would people find
(20:41):
him? It looks like boating,Yeah, fishing and boating and air boating.
I guess you'd say he's only livedthere for a couple of years.
He's he moved there a couple ofyears ago. And what's that. Yeah,
and he went to the Moose Lodgequite a bititen. I think they're
one there pretty close to him wherehe was saying, I'm sorry, I'm
(21:03):
getting other phone calls here, sookay. But I think the larming part
of all this is the fact thathe just left and left all of his
belongings. He left his boat behindand his truck behind and everything. He
owned everything, And it just itdoesn't appear from what you from what you've
(21:27):
been told or what you know,it doesn't really appear that he took anything
right. You just know he justacted like he was going somewhere and coming
right back and never showed back up, is what the neighbors are telling me.
Interesting, So Moose Lodge would besomebody that someplace that would be good
(21:49):
to talk. Yes, yes,we spoke with him as well, and
they said they haven't seen him andabout the same time him and he,
I guess. Yeah, he likedto drink quite a bit, so yeah
he was, Yeah, he was. He was there quite a bit.
(22:12):
He liked to FaceTime and drink andhave a good time all the time.
But yeah, he liked fish andso he had facetimeed me a couple of
times fishing and air boating with someof with a couple of guys there,
and I don't even know any oftheir names or anything. Okay, guys,
(22:36):
well we are running out of time, but I want to go ahead
and reiterate one more time. Ifanybody has any information, please call us
and let us know. You cancall us at six one five three nine
five four eight zero, and we'regoing to put up a missing person's flyer
with Kevin's picture and the picture ofhis vehicle and identifying demographics details on our
(23:03):
Facebook page which is uh Justice WarriorInvestigations Facebook page, and also on our
website which is going to be theJustice Warriors dot org. Again it's the
Justice Warriors dot org. So ifyou'd like to know more and you want
to look at this, uh thepictures that we have and read more of
the information, you can do sothere and you can reach us at six
(23:25):
one five three ninety five five foureight Oh. Thank you Clint for welcome.
Thank you guys, and we're goingto work to do everything we can
to help you. Like I saidbefore, I think a good a good
resource for you right now would beyou know, once you get your police
report filed, that's that's obviously goingto be our number one priority. But
(23:48):
the very the very next thing todo, I think is going to be
reach out to Monica Cason at theQ Center for Missing Persons. Equasearch is
also a really good resource, andwe can talk about that stuff later too.
Okay, thank you so much. All Right, you're welcome. Have
a great day. This concludes seasonfour, Episode five of the Justice Warriors
podcast. Please let us know ifyou have any information on the disappearance of
(24:12):
