Having produced, managed, and designed live music productions including, In the Pocket Live at Nublu, The Matthew Hurdle Memorial Concert, Is it Kwanzaa Yet, and Black Wonders of the World. Since 2013 Christin has served as Worship leader and lead vocalist at the historic Cornerstone Baptist Church in Brooklyn, for the past 3 years she’s served also as Production Manager for Sunday Worship. Growing up in a gifted musical environment, Christin began performing at a young age in Los Angeles and Little Rock, Arkansas singing at church and acting in children’s productions. She studied theatre at AMDA in NYC discovering a love of production as much as the performance. Turning her sights to that end, Christin dove right in, directing, managing, and assisting for theatre productions including, Giving Up the Ghost, When Divas Were Divas and At Buffalo the Musical. Christin is the creator of the Brooklyn concert series, Young Gifted & Black. She is co-creator and editor of the uncensored podcast, Bitch No Filter, where she and her co-hosts tell it like it is while discussing all the things you wish you could say about life, sex, and everything in between.
