Speaker 1 (00:16):
All right, welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. This is doctor
David Patrick Harry with Church of the Eternal Logos, and
today we have a special sponsored stream, a major shout
out to the Escaton Vigil for today's stream. The document
we're going to be going over, which are the prophecies
of Blessed Cheronymous Agathalos. We're going to talk about some

(00:40):
of the controversies surrounding this document. However, the Eschaton Vigil
has made these prophecies, which are short ten chapters translated
into English, available for free for the very first time.
So all these the ten chapters, well the introduction in
the ten chapters for the first time in English, presented
in their entirety, and you can download them for free

(01:04):
just by including your email for the for the website
the Eskatonvigil dot org Escatonvigil dot org. In fact, i'm
gonna show you so this is what we're gonna be
diving into today. It's actually kind of a very interesting
and could be controversial topic depending on how you're gonna
come at it. I'll break all that down here in

(01:26):
just a second to begin the stream. But we're gonna
be talking about the visions and prophecies of Blessed Hieronymous
Agatheglos and these are prophecies which we believe to be
from twelve seventy nine. So this is during the Byzantine era,
and there's some controversy and we're gonna I'm gonna discuss
that here in a few but these visions cover a

(01:50):
wide variety of topics, and we're gonna kind of introduce
the topic by going through this document here, but you'll
just see it discusses now, this is before fourteen fifty.
It discusses the fall of Constantinople, the predicted year when
it would happen, along with Greece's liberation from the Ottoman Empire,
the shaping of European history after its fall in fourteen

(02:13):
fifty three, Western Europe's Protestant Reformation through Luther Napoleon's action
is campaign in the fall of Russia, the partition of Austria,
and the German Kaiser's banishment after World War One, and
then you have Russian Sovietization, Germany's defeat and dismemberment after
World War Two, events of the next Third World War

(02:36):
in detail, before and after its results in the final
victory of the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church, the
Eastern Orthodox Faith. All of this is contained in these
ten chapters that we're going to be covering in this
right here, It actually kind of shows you what the
topics of the ten chapters are here. So Chapter one
the Fall of Constantinople fourteen fifty three. Events of the

(02:58):
Protestant Reformation in Germany, Italy and Spain. Chapter two more
on the reformations and consequences in Germany. Chapter three prophecies
on Rome, the Great Schism, the end of the Papacy
and destruction of Rome, and World War three. Chapter four
is Protestantism in Germany and a future blessings on the
Protestants as they turned back to the East, meaning the

(03:21):
Eastern Orthodox Faith. Are we in the midst of this
right now? I'll leave this up to you guys. And
then future events in Germany and Russia in World War three,
events in Russia under the Romanovs and the future Russian
czar invasion of Russia by the French under Napoleon. Chapter
six historical events of the Austrian Empire and Napoleonic Wars.

(03:43):
Chapter seven events of the Austro Hungarian Empire through its
dismemberment after World War One, the period or era of
peace under Christianity. Chapter eight, events of Russian its military
exploits in World War Three. Chapter nine, future of Poland
and the Roman Catholic Slavs events of World War Three,
and then chapter ten, the Roman Catholic Church under the

(04:05):
anti Pope, the future of the last Roman Emperor and
the Great Monarch and Christian allies. The reunification of the
Christians under the Eastern Orthodox dogma, and the post millennial
reign of Christ with the binding of Satan for a
thousand years. The entry of the future Monarch into the
City of Jerusalem. So these are the topics that are covered. Now.

(04:25):
You may be asking, Patrick, why is this controversial? You
said that a couple of times. What are you talking about. Well,
I have a little document that once we introduce these
prophecies and these visions of Agathengelos, I have on a
document a study guide that I put together on Essentially
the controversy were regarding these It has to do with

(04:48):
whether they're authentic or they were a forgery. And so
it has to do with this gentleman right here, Theoclitos
Polyides and he was a very erudite Greek monastic living
in Italy at the time, and he was traveling much
of Western Europe. And he is the purported translator of

(05:13):
these original documents from the Latin and so Agathenglos was
a Synabitic monk, and he apparently had these visions on
the victory of Orthodox the Orthodox Sunday, the victory of iconography, right,
anybody whose Orthodox knows that. And these visions apparently occurred

(05:36):
in twelve seventy nine and around seventeen fifty one, he
translated them into modern Greek. Now, according to academics, and
this is really the point of the controversy, there's not
as much controversy within the Orthodox Church. I need to
give a special thank you to the Escaton Vigil because
he was I was asking him about this after diving

(05:59):
into it myself, and I was attempting to find what
is some of the academic because some of these prophecies
are incredible, and according to sort of contemporary scholastic circles
and academics, they question the validity of these prophecies, claiming
that Theoclitis, who himself was a monastic, who himself founded

(06:23):
Orthodox churches in Europe and traveled across Italy, Spain, Germany, Russia,
and he was Greek. They claim that he just made
these things up whole cloth. Now, the Church on the
other hand, and the reason why we're going to present
this today, the church on the other hand, when I
was trying to find Greek sources and so let me

(06:45):
show you, I found multiple websites again thanks to the
Escaton vigil of Greek websites validating the authenticity of these.
So within the Church there's very little criticism of the
as being complete forgeries. But if you read any critical
scholarship or any academics, that is exactly how they present

(07:08):
this topic. They argue that Polyidis essentially just made these
up and attributed to an unknown monk and the thirteenth century,
and that the reason why these prophecies seem to be
so accurate is that he's actually writing them in the
midst of the eighteenth century, and so he's then for
he's validating these prophecies by talking about things that had

(07:32):
already occurred. But again, if that is true, it's still
interesting that after the mid eighteenth century, things like World
War Two and other aspects of Europe that are mentioned
in these prophecies seem to also come to fruition, So
did Polyidas make them up? Did he make them up?
And yet somehow it was semi accurate and some of

(07:53):
these later prophecies, And of course then it gets into
World War IIIE and talking about Russia, which court coincides
with with other prophecies that we've talked about, so regarding
some of the other materials, and Agathengelos isn't a saint,
So whereas we've done other books translated by the Escatan vigil,

(08:13):
this one comes with a little bit more controversy, maybe
a little bit more nuanced. However, arguably this particular work
by Agathengelos is one of the most popular and revisited
prophecies from the Byzantine apocalyptic tradition. And so I have
a little bit of this in the document that will
look over the study guide. We're not going to focus

(08:34):
too much time on it. But what it does is
it shows that Agathengelos, from the Church's perspective, the Church
does not argue these are forgeries. In fact, the Church
is validated that these are consistent with the fronum of
the Church. And then other saints and other figures within
the Church have also in their perspective, it validated these prophecies.

(08:58):
They're very popular in Russia, They're very popular in Greek
and the Russians are notorious for being very critical of
fake prophecies, and this is not one that the Russian
community has identified as a fake and a forgery. So
I just present this so that anybody who's watching this
knows the context. Right. I'm not telling anybody to believe

(09:21):
anything that we're reading today. I'm an academic, I'm an
Orthodox Christian, and I find that these works, these visions,
and these prophecies of Blessed Eronymous Agathungelows as very very interesting. Now,
whether they're forgeries or not, we will let that set
that aside. I'm gonna pose, actually, I'm gonna pull you
guys in the live chat today and see what your

(09:42):
guys's opinions are about the end of today's stream. So
about halfway through, I'm gonna pull you guys to see
whether you think it's a forgery. Do you take the
critical academic approach to this document or do you adopt
the tradition of the Church which has not condemned these prophecies. Now,
these are not dogmas of the church, right, And that's
one of the things that we've mentioned regarding these streams

(10:03):
on prophecies, especially eschatology is one. If you're prone to
be scared, or you're prone to worry and have anxiety
discussing potential happenings in the future, this stream is not
for you, right. These eschatology streams are not for everybody
that is find these are not necessary for your salvation.
These are not necessary for your Orthodox faith. But if

(10:26):
you are Orthodox and you're in a good spiritual place,
we'll find that these prophecies by Agathangelos are all about repentance.
And this is one of the reasons why the Church
sees it as sort of validating the front of it
presents a liturgical understanding. It condemns what he believes as
the fracturing of Europe through the Reformation, at least looking back,

(10:48):
that's what it looks like he's discussing. And I just
want people to you, if anything, this is pedagogical, This
is of interest for your own edification, for your own
education and interest into Orthodoxy. And so we're going to

(11:09):
be discussing and reading this document as I said, here's
a Greek site that validates its authenticity. Here's another Greek
site I found that validates its authenticity. Here's another Greek
site that validates its authenticity. Now these are all in Greek.
I've used my computer to translate all over to English.
But if you go over to the esctonvigil dot org

(11:30):
again today's sponsor a major thank you to the Escaton Vigil,
proud partner of Church of the Eternal Logos. If you
go down, scroll on the homepage. If you just scroll down,
you'll see the Prophecies of Blessed Agathangelos free download. You
just click that. You provide your email address for the newsletter,
and oh I don't have it up. Sorry, here we go.

(11:52):
That might be helped. So here's the Greek website validates
these Then that's why I'm saying the faith does not
really call it into question. Here's a Greek site that
validates these prophecies. This was another Greek site that validates
these prophecies. This was another Greek site that I found
that validates these prophecies. And then here if you go
to escatonvigil dot org escatonvigil dot org, this is the homepage.

(12:16):
Right here, you'll go here. If you just scroll down,
you'll see the Prophecies of Blessed Agathangelos free download, just
like the Escaton Vigil did for the Prophecies at Saint Cosmas.
You click free Download. You just provide your email to
be part of the Escaton Vigil newsletter and you'll be
able to download the document we'll be covering today. And

(12:37):
so here's the version that we're going to be looking at.
I thought this might be the easiest one to read,
and so here we go. The Prophecies of Blessed Agathangelos
Visions of World War III, again collected and translated from
the original Greek by the Escaton Vigil. This is the
first time all of these have been presented and translated

(12:59):
in to English. So anybody who's a native Greek speaker
out there, if you have the full version in Greek
and you look at our translation you think, ah, maybe
I wouldn't have done that, feel free to reach out
to the Escaton Vigil. We're always looking for people that
speak or want to translate from native languages such as Russian, Greek, Romanian,

(13:21):
Serbian into English. If you want to help the Eskaton Vigil.
We'd be more than happy to have any assistance. And
so this is the Eskaton Vigil's best attempt to translate
this into modern English. And so we're gonna read from
chapter one through ten today. And as I said, if
you want to download this and have your own version, again,

(13:41):
this is for the first time ever available in English
in a translation. You just go over to the escatonvigil
dot org eskatonvigil dot org, scroll down halfway down the
page it says free download. You enter your email address
and you'll be able to download these yourself. So anyway,
that's kind of this is the topic we're going to

(14:02):
be getting into. I wanted to read an introduction. This
is one of the better websites that I found that
really discusses this topic. You're not going to find this topic.
You're not going to find, you know, long live streams
like we're going to do today on these prophecies in English.
This is this is the only one. So I appreciate

(14:23):
everyone being here and being part of these these streams. Again,
a major thank you to the Escaton Vigil for all
their work and God bless you guys. I hope this
is this stream is going to be beneficial and educational,
and the point of all of our prophecy streams are
what to call people to repentance, right to call people
to repentance. It's it's it's essential to remember that these

(14:47):
prophecies are not you know, we're not dispensationalist, we're not evangelicals.
If you guys saw some of the craze recently, a
bunch of evangelicals thought the rapture was going to happen
last week. There's videos of TikTok some of these young
zoomer and millennial Christians like breaking all of their stuff,
breaking all like their MacBooks and their iPhones, thinking that

(15:08):
they're going to be raptured. Unfortunately for them that didn't occur.
So we obviously don't support raptured theology. We've got a
whole stream to go find my stuff on Christian Zionism
and dispensationalism. We discuss why all that stuff is heresy.
But the point from an Orthodox perspective is not to

(15:29):
have secret knowledge. These prophecies are not about a sort
of gnostic impulse to have a secret knowledge of the future.
The point of Orthodox prophecies regarding end times or eschatology,
is to call the faithful in the present to repentance
because it's through our individual hearts aligning with Christ that

(15:49):
we push the evil of the world back. And so God,
being outside space and time, he knows the beginning. In
the end, Christ is the alpha and the omega. However,
we we do have free will and agency here and
this is why repentance is so important. And this is
why spiritual warfare a topic we've been discussing lately and
we'll be discussing tomorrow. Father John Valadez of Death to

(16:12):
the World will be on with me tomorrow at five
o'clock PM Eastern Standard time, and we're going to be
diving into spiritual warfare and a lot of things happening
in comporary contemporary Western culture. But we then want to
as a collective, as the body of Christ, be called
back to repentance so that we push back the bringing

(16:33):
forth of Antichrist, the bringing forth of the new Babylon.
So that should be the takeaway for most of today's conversation.
But anyways, without further ado, let me begin to introduce
the visions of Blessed agath Angelos, who he is, what
we know from this translation, because really that's all we

(16:55):
know about his life. And I have in my study
guide I have the Steelmanned argument for one, the church's
perspective on why these things are authentic and they're not forgeries.
And I also to do the devil's diligence and provide
the critical voice and opposition, I steal Manned also the

(17:19):
academic critical perspective on why they believe it's a forgery.
And I think when we go through that and you
see the arguments of both side by side, I think
that it's though you can see the argument from the
critical scholarship standpoint, I don't see any of their arguments
totally debunking anything that the Church is saying regarding these prophecies.

(17:40):
So anyways, we'll leave that there. Major thank you first
and foremost to miss the fifth. Miss the Fifth throws
in gifts five total crew memberships. Thank you so much, brother.
I truly appreciate that. God bless you. And Emerson also
became a total crew member. Thank you so much, brother,
joining the codal crew. Enjoy all the unique YouTube emojis

(18:05):
and the chat. And I also want to tell everybody that.

Speaker 2 (18:13):
Oh gosh, there's a bugge in here. Gosh dang.

Speaker 1 (18:18):
See, whenever you do these spiritual I swear whenever I
do these prophecies or.

Speaker 2 (18:22):
Things on spiritual warfare.

Speaker 1 (18:24):
Weird things happen. And today I've been sworn by bugs.
I've killed probably twenty thirty bugs in this office today.
Very weird, very weird phenomenon.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
I don't even know how they keep getting in here.

Speaker 1 (18:35):
But anyways, what I was gonna say is, help me
raise money. Today's gold YouTube goal to raise funds is
so that I can get to Nashville and Florida. I'll
be speaking at the Athens in Jerusalem Conference and Palm Coast,
Florida with Jay Dyer, father Deacon doctor Anonaiyas Metropolitan Jonah

(18:58):
And I ask that you guys support my work if
you so choose, so if you're in a position that
you can, those funds are literally being reserved to try
to help me travel also to debate com in Nashville
and meet up with the Wilsons and Jimbob and many
of you Orthodox people. So that's what I just want

(19:20):
to say. That's the point of today's goal. So if
you enjoy the content, if you enjoy the work we
do here on church of the eternal Logos to put
all these information together. Please support but greatly appreciate it.
All right, so what are we getting into today?

Speaker 2 (19:35):
Here's a little introduction.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
Ernomos, which I believe to be really just the name
Jerome if we're going to anglicize it. So, Jerome Acathangelos
is one of the greatest profits in the history of
the Orthodox Church. He left us long and detailed visions,
many of which were fulfilled with great accuracy. He was
born in the year twelve hundred AD. He was a priest,
monk confessor born in Rhodes. He lived as Cinnabinic in

(20:03):
a Cinnabinic monastery for fifty one years. His prophecies deal
primarily with the fall of the Byzantine Empire to the Ottomans,
its capital Constantinople, eventual restoration back to life as a
Christian capital. By his own testimony, he states that in
his seventy ninth year of age, he was at Messina
of Sicily, where at dawn on the first Sunday of Lent,

(20:25):
known as Sunday of Orthodoxy, he experienced a majestic vision
by which many future events were foretold to him. And
now we covered some of these in the opening. These
visions were composed in a book titled Visions of Agathangelos.
It was copied by an Italian monk in Messina in
the year fifteen fifty five and then translated into Latin

(20:46):
by Theoclitos Polyides. Now again this is the point that
we are told by academics. These are non believing secular academics.
They claim that this never happened, that Theoclitis Polyidus forged
and made this document by himself, and the goal was

(21:07):
to galvanize the Greek Orthodox community in diaspora due to
the Ottoman takeover. But we believe and according to Polyidas himself,
these visions. This manuscript was translated by an Italian monk
in the same city that Agathangelos was in the year
fifteen fifty five, and then brought into modern Greek by

(21:32):
Polyidas in seventeen fifty one. So that is the way
that the Church understands it. Even though academics like to
challenge that point. We'll get into their argument here in
a few various additions were then printed in Venice. This
is thought to be one of the last major collection
of prophecies in the Byzantine apocalyptic tradition. It was one
of the most important iracular compositions, but still generally unknown

(21:55):
to many in the West today. Timing of the vision.
What is amazing about these collection of prophecies is that
the year and time in which it was received a
little interesting fact which no previous commentator has ever highlighted.
Yet it was claimed to occur on the Sunday of
Orthodoxy in the year twelve seventy nine a d. This
is exactly a quote time of times and a half

(22:20):
of a time, or twelve hundred and sixty days after
the birth of Christ, measured using the solar calendar years.
Since Christ is associated as the light of the world
and son of righteousness, it is no wonder that the
solar calculation of three hundred and sixty five point two
five days per year for the prophetic year or time

(22:40):
is confirmed here in the year the vision was received.
It is almost as if the year and timing of
the vision is stamped by the signature of Christ himself,
the author of the quote times prophecies of Daniel in
Revelation as the man clothed in Lenen and Daniel twelve
or the sun like Angel of revelation tension, and many translation,

(23:03):
translations and manuscripts show the year twelve seventy nine a
d As the year of the vision. The calculation using
the time statements hidden in the apocalyptic books of the Bible,
confirms that the vision was given to Agathangelos exactly upon
the completion of the time time times and a half
of a time from the birth of Christ, based on
the solar calendar. So here's a little the math that

(23:25):
he did there. That is, this vision was given around
the month April twelve seventy nine a d. The Sunday
of Orthodoxy, exactly twelve hundred and seventy eight point three,
seven years after the birth of Christ, starting from ONEAD,
since there is no zero AD on the first Sunday
of Lent, the Sunday of Orthodoxy commemorating the victory over

(23:47):
a conoclasm after the Seventh Ecumenical Council, in the victory
of the Church over all christological heresies. All right, background
of the vision. So you can see I titled today
orthodox nostradamus or forgery, because Agathangelos is actually referred to
as the Greek nostradamus. As we'll read Agathangalos combined all

(24:11):
his prophecies into a book composed of ten chapters. By far,
it contains the most detailed and extensive apocalyptic prophecies to
come out of Eastern Orthodox Christianity. I would almost equate
Agathangelos as the Greek Nostradamus, that is, in terms of
the symbolic mythological style of his prophecies, the accuracy of
many of his fulfilled prophecies respect to the shaping of

(24:32):
European history after the fall of the Byzantine Empire, and
especially the fact that he divided his prophecies into ten chapters.
The proof of divine inspiration is demonstrated through the fulfillment
of many of his prophecies, and here we talked a
little bit about what each chapter is about. The introduction
to his book provides valuable insight into the content, and

(24:55):
we are told that we must combine his prophecies to
tie up some loose ends in the pacies of Ezekiel,
Isaiah and Revelation. The opening paragraph says the following, Oh, Agathangelos,
servant of the Lord, add the following prophecy to those
by the prophets observed carefully. The visions of Ezekiel and Isaiah,
and realize that parts are missing from chapters thirty eight

(25:16):
and thirty nine of Ezekiel, that they may become completed,
for these events will happen at the same time. Following this,
add this complete prophecy to the one by the son
of Zebedee and compare your apocalypse with the ones by
the aforementioned prophets. We notice in the above prophetic excerpts
from Agathangelos was given information that is that will be

(25:39):
crucial in piecing together prophecies of Ezekiel, Isaiah, and revelation
by other Byzantine era Orthodox prophecies. He is told that
the prophecies he was about to receive for his own
Greek people were related to the Hebrew prophecies, such as
they fill in missing pieces of information not contained within
those prophecies. Since quote time times and a half of

(26:02):
time or twelve hundred and sixty days passed into the
birth of Christ during this vision, perhaps then it was
to be an intentional act by Christ himself for further
unceiling of the prophecies in exactly twelve sixty days from
his birth for the benefit of the Eastern Orthodox Christians

(26:23):
in which we would in which would only be further
interpreted as a future appointed time. The most completed first
ever English translation known to date into the English language
by Helen tisma Atto, is based on the original translation
by James Palliatos, a hire monk of the Order of
Saint Benedice in Milan in fifteen fifty five, who translated

(26:48):
from the original Greek into other languages, and the Greek version,
reprinted in nineteen oh eight won out of the twelve manuscripts,
a copy was attached saying, it is not given to
just anybody to know the content of the pre present text.
And I will say here that the escaton vigil then
contacted me and we chatted a bit, and he highlighted

(27:10):
that this scholar, this is a PhD. Helen tisma Auto,
and she has a couple books regarding Orthodox eschatology and
Orthodox prophecies, and she validates, or at least she does
not support the critical academic belief that this was a forgery.
She and her book makes the case for this being legitimate.

(27:33):
So I just wanted to throw that out there. Her
completed translation, shown below are the introduction of chapters one, two, three, four,
nine and ten. These can be found in the Great
Monarch in World War Three and Orthodox, Roman, Catholic and
scriptural prophecies and when the days are shortened. The current
prophecies shown here are taken from the nineteen seventy three

(27:55):
book The Sharp and Coming Two Edged Sword, written by
Neilio's so Trio Polos, a priest monk from Mount Athos.
All right, so it looks like we had a question.
Somebody sent in a comment over on the Dono chat. H.
Brossei throws in ten bucks. Thank you so much. H.

(28:16):
Brossey says, hope you're good, brother, I am, thank you
very much. Wanted to let you know I put in
an order for a signed book and a shirt as well.
If I like the shirt when it gets to me,
I'm going to order a shit ton of them. I
really like the choice of graphics for them. Well, thank
you very much. H. Brossey. I actually you're one of
the last to get a shirt because I just closed

(28:38):
many of those printful items. Reason being is I'm actually
working with an Orthodox gentleman named Rob. He knows who
he is. Rob and his lovely wife are actually designing
all new designs for my store. I'm only going to
sell black T shirts, and it's going to have a
brand new Orthodox, kind of a hardcore Orthodox aesthetic to it.

(28:59):
So and then within the next month or two, I
expect to have a totally new store up on the website.
In fact, i'll show you guys here in a minute.
I just updated the website and we were kind of
in the process of building a new one out at
the moment, so i'll show you guys that. But I
do appreciate ahe Brossey forgetting the book, and I will
remind everybody if you'd like to get my new book,

(29:21):
Return to Babylon from Adam to Antichrist. It is available
on Amazon as ebook, paperback, and hardback. If you'd like
to get a signed copy, you can do so at
my website and that will come eventually. I've ordered fifty
five copies. They're supposed to get here like the first
week of October, and then I can sign all those

(29:43):
and get those out. So if you would like to
purchase a signed copy of my new book, you can
do so through the website. If not, you want to
save some money, just go through Amazon and I'll share
all those links here. In just a few, but thank
you so much. H Brosse really appreciate it. Brother Colt
Quinn throws in five no comment, thank you very much

(30:04):
for the support. I do appreciate it. Okay, let's get
back to this. So we're not going to read the introduction.
So I was going to go ahead and continue through
this document. It gives it a little bit of an overview,
and then we're actually going to read all ten chapters
in today's video. So we're going to do something and
just like this. You know, even those chapter presentations, it's

(30:27):
only a handful. It's not the whole thing, right, it's
chapters one, two, three, four, nine, and ten. Well, we
have all ten chapters plus the introduction. Today. We're going
to skip the introduction, but we will read all ten
chapters here. So opening introduction to the vision oh a
Gotthanglo servant of the Lord. Add the following prophecy to

(30:47):
those of other prophets. We've kind of already read this anyways,
I'll read the whole thing. We'll just read this whole introduction,
observe carefully the visions of Ezekiel of Isaiah, and realize
that what parts are missing from chapters thirty eight and
thirty nine of Ezekiel, what they may become completed, for
these events will happen at the same time. Following this,

(31:09):
add this complete prophecy to one by the Son of Zebedee,
and compare your apocalypse with the ones by the aforementioned prophets.
What they saw and said and wrote about for the
benefit of the Hebrews. Therefore, you too do the same
for the sake of the Christian peoples, whom He purchased
with his own blood. So that the new ordering of
all these prophecies opens your eyes and instructs you to

(31:31):
the effect that you entertain no more doubts concerning the future.
And here's the author's analysis of the text. It is
in this introductory paragraph that we discover some valuable information
on how the prophecy and vision is interrelated to many
key biblical prophecies of the Old and New Testament. First
notice the reference to the son of Zebedee. This is

(31:51):
a reference to Saint John the Theologian and implies that
he is the author of the prophetic contents of the
Book of Revelation. This is a contested topic by some
Christians who deny he was the author of the apocalypse,
but we seem to have from the words of Christ
and the Vision that this is the case. Another thing
we noticed is that Ezekiel thirty eight and thirty nine

(32:13):
is related to the Vision and must be combined with it.
These are the prophecies of Gog and Magog speaking of
a future invasion of Israel by northern country. Many scholars
have suggested this is not Russia, but the territories that
reside in modern day Turkey. Remember we've talked about this before,
about the central role of Turkey regarding these these prophecies,

(32:35):
and how you know, Anatolia in that central those central
Asian steps all you know, just north of the Holy
Land in the Middle East. This is the sort of
major folkrum for much of these these prophecies, and that
essentially Turkey will be the battle site, this will be

(32:55):
the battleground. And so this author is obviously very aware
of some of the other ofphees and books that we've
already covered here and is highlighting that fact. However, some
clues in the two chapters indicate this occurs after a
long period of exile among the nations, not just to Babylon. Regardless,

(33:17):
the introduction to Agathangelos's prophecy suggests that this particular Greek
apocalypse must be combined with those in Revelation Ezekiel thirty
eight thirty nine and from Isaiah. Thus we are told
right from the start that this particular vision was going
to fill in critical missing pieces to some of the

(33:37):
prophecies in the Apocalypse Ezekiel and Isaiah for the benefit
of the Christians. And I quote new ordering, such that
it would open our eyes to get a clear picture
of events to come. This opening paragraph makes it very
clear that Agathangelos's visions are interrelated to key biblical apocalyptic
events that would be brought on to his own Greek nation.

(34:00):
Throws in five, Thank you very much, brother. He says,
no offense, but the statement that these prophecies are adding
things missing from scripture is a bit of a red
flag for me. Well, fair enough, fair enough, yeah, I
you know, keep a critical mind, guys. I'm not telling
anybody to wholesale believe anything or you know, take anything

(34:23):
at face value. You have a critical mind. That is
totally fine. That is totally fine. That is that is
how the introduction presents it. Whether that is the actual
case or maybe that's a sign of pre last I'll
let you guys come to your own opinion. In fact,
as I said, I'm going to post a poll about
halfway through today's stream, seeing what you guys think. Do

(34:46):
you think that it's a legitimate or do you think
that it is a forgery. And I'm going to present
the those two arguments here in just a second once
we get through this quick overview. So thank you very much,
rebel Umbrian. Do appreciate the support, brother, and fair enough
predicting the fall of Constantinople in the year fourteen fifty
three AD. Here's a quote from the prophecies. Read, O,

(35:09):
Son of Man, the divine resolution and judgment against the
sinfulness of these people of God. And know exactly that
the sin of such ungrateful a people is shouting before
the throne of God. And on account of this sin,
God feels pressure to chastise these people. And it continues.
A Constantine began, and a Constantine shall lose the Byzantine

(35:30):
kingdom of the East. Son of Man, Start counting the
number from the first Constantine until the twelfth time of
the same name. You will find out the number year
in which it will be fulfilled. God has decided and
fixed the divine resolution, determined to be genuine, shall be irremovable.
It will come to pass during the four hundred, during

(35:52):
the fourth hundred of years after the millennium, within the
fifty second to fifty third in which you're the vast
kingdom shall fall into the hands of the Saracens, and
the house will be spoiled, the Holy Church is profaned
and the believers persecuted until the eighth century. Until eight
centuries is what it should say. The eighteen hundreds decisively,

(36:16):
because God wants that the people should understand His justice
and feel the weight of His omnipotent hand and repent
and returned to rush back to His embrace. And then
afterwards they will become spiritually able and well acceptable. And
in the manner the Jewish people were subjected under Nebuchin Neezer,
so also will this people be subjects through the impious

(36:38):
Agrinines the descendants of Agar until the determined time, and
they remain captives under the yoke until the approximate completion
of the four hundred fourth hundred of years. And here's
the suggested interpretation. These prophecies are from chapter one of
the vision. It foretells the decline and fall of the

(36:58):
visiting Empire down to the exact year of fourteen fifty three.
The historian Briennios maniately, I think I think that's the
wrong word. I'm not sure that maybe he was just
wrongly translated. Minutely described the moral decadence of the sins
of the people of Constantinople. In the period of its capture,

(37:21):
the Byzantines look to the West for assistance with the
Islamic threat. Instead of preaching repentance and orientation to God
for salvation from the continued attacks by the Turks, the
leaders of the Eastern Church and the Byzantine Empire turned
to the papacy in the West for help. However, the
Pope demanded the submission of the Eastern Orthodox Church to
him and to his teachings of infallibility, i e. The

(37:44):
Council of Florence. That is, quote, make an image to
the beast unquote Revelation thirteen fourteen. Since Agathangelos was an
Orthodox Greek monk, it appears that he was given the
task to document prophecies which predicted the punishment for his
own fellow Greeks. The next part of the vision calculates
the exact year of the fall of the city and

(38:05):
the approximate duration of the Greek slavery and subjugation for
four hundred years. We know that Constantinople fell to the
Ottoman Turks in fourteen fifty three a d. The prophecy
provides the calculation to determine the year as follows. In Greek,
there are twelve letters for the word Constantine. Constantine the
Great was the first emperor and Constantine Paleologos was the last.

(38:30):
Byzantine Emperor Agathangelos, who wrote his prophecies in twelve seventy nine,
predicted that its fall would take place in the fourth
hundred year, after the year one thousand, from the fifty
second to the fifty third year, while its liberation would
occur after nearly four hundred four hundreds of years. After
fourteen fifty three and eighteen twenty one, the uprising against

(38:53):
the Ottoman Empire began in Greece, and in eighteen twenty
eight the first government of the Greeks was formed. The
liberation in a urgence of other Eastern European countries from
the Ottoman soon followed all the way up to the
beginning of the nineteen hundreds. This liberation period coincided with
the literal ending period of the twelve hundred and sixty
years of Tribulation. After the appearance of Mohammed Agatheglos predicted

(39:18):
many things in his ten chapters of Visions that came
to pass accurately, such as this one. In addition to
the fall of Constantinople, he predicted the Protestant Reformation, Napoleon's
campaign and fall in Russia, the partition of Austria, the
fall of Germany and World War One, Russia's Sovietization, and
Germany's defeat and dismemberment in World War II. He does, however,

(39:41):
predict many things that still remain unfulfilled, which are specific
events of World War III and the victory of the
Apostolic faith in a period of golden renewal for Christianity.
These unfulfilled prophecies seem to support the idea of post
millennialism versus a millennialism described in Revelation, which seems to
be a recurring theme being introduced into the Byzantine apocalyptic tradition.

(40:05):
We will analyze and discuss more of these unfulfilled prophecies
by Agathangelos in the coming days, the spread of the
Orthodox Faith from east to west, and so anyways we're
gonna read. I'm gonna read just a couple more of these,
and then I want to present the case for its authenticity.

(40:25):
So the spread of the Orthodox Faith from east to west.
The terrible century shall forward the golden tenth number. Then, honey,
when milk will flow in everything, the sea storm shall cease,
and for full fifty years shall peace reign, Truth shall triumph,
and the sky shall rejoice in true glory. The Orthodox
Faith shall be uplifted and shall spring from east to

(40:48):
west in order to be blessed and praised. The barbarians
shall be overcome with fright and wholly trembling, shall headlong flee,
speedily abandoning the world's metropolis, Constantinople. Then God shall be glorified,
and man shall see the works of his omnipotence. Let
it be so, and it shall be so Amen. The

(41:08):
monosyllabic golden numbered dilutes the confines or decomposes limits. Peace
will become manifest upon the earth. The destruction of the
offspring of Agar will ensue. Following that will come the
triumph of the Apostolic Church. The end of sorrows is
promised to commence in fifty five years. On the seventh day,

(41:29):
there will be no more exiles, no more wretched people.
And following that, after your return to the nests of
your forefathers, I will lead you to self sufficiency, the
restoration of the Byzantine Empire foretold. Here's from chapter one. However,
son of Man, do not have any reason to fear,
for it will return back anew toward my divine mercy

(41:50):
and grace, and you'll become in the future more glorious
than you have ever seen or ever been in the past.
Under command of this worldly power, which will eventually be
destroyed by the Saracens. God will add a future appointed time,
conquer and submit once again countless new nations and most
of the original ones which were part of the Byzantine Empire.

(42:10):
The prophecy on Protestantism embrace of Orthodoxy this is one
that I find very very interesting. So this is a
claim that one of the fracturings of what he considered
Western christian or he highlights is what appears to be
a reference to the Protestant Reformation, and that in their
attempt to defend themselves and resist the papacy which is

(42:34):
filled with an Antichrist spirit, that they themselves will become
the heads of heresy. He talks about this, and so
it appears like he's talking about the Protestant Reformation and
the sort of subjectivism that has led to the pluralism
in the multiplication of churches and denominations within the Protestant faith.

(42:56):
And he talks about how this is going to be
a shame on the West, and that because of this apostasy,
the West is going to fall apart, but also because
of it, the West will become Orthodox and sort of
regain a prominence. And as we read previously that even
their forefathers and their previous ancestors didn't have. So here's
a prophecy on Protestantism's embrace of Orthodoxy. But you, Germany,

(43:21):
be informed that one of your sons of the same
blood turns against you, cast away in abhorrence. The Latin
dogma becomes the head of heretics. I see our friends
disposed introducing so many novel heresies. There are shades of
the wings of the White Swan. I see the religious
holidays pushed aside, the faith crippled and limping, your church

(43:43):
without a leader, like a tiny vessel without a rudder
and a captain, and your faith without spiritual foundations, terrible
is the corpse, Oh God. But you, son of Man,
you do have reason to feel amazed, because it's precisely
from this very heretical Germany and through her doings, that
the truth and the veritable worship of the Orthodox Faith

(44:05):
will be extolled at some future time. It's precisely Germany,
which more than any other nation, will support most firmly
the Apostolic truth, the Eastern Dogma will shine through Germany.
So very interesting. And Germany, you know, you guys know
that my wife is German. She's a Volga German. They're
like part Russian, part German. But I know plenty of

(44:28):
Orthodox guys over in Germany, and Orthodoxy, just like what's
happening in America, is occurring in Germany. Based on what
I've heard. I've heard people in Scotland and England, but
I have heard in Ireland and Germany in particular, they're
having a very similar experience that we're having in America,
with all these young men finding the Orthodox faith so interesting, interesting,

(44:52):
little prophecy. Here, here's a prophecy on Russia's restoration after
the fall of communism. Russia, come on, wake up from
your sleep. Behold your most technically advanced military instruments are
filling the air with melodies. Oh, sister of mine, go on,
join your voice to mine and defend the advocate the

(45:14):
eternal truth emanating from him, because it was in you
that the sign of such a luminous glory was kept alive.
And again, we're gonna read these. These are just from
different chapters. We're gonna read the whole chapters. Here in
a few prophetic fragment on Russia from chapter eight. I
see you happy old Russia, but it's in your interest
to allow the error to assume the enormous empire. Oh,

(45:36):
holy young lady, the baby that was pushed aside will
return towards your throne and peace and glory. I can
see it clearly. Prophecy on Germany in World War Two. Germany,
Germany a last Germany, because I see you in disagreement
and divided and full of intimity. Number s upon you
shall destroy the Roman haughtiness. S could mean the Saxons

(45:59):
or England or their victory over Germany and World War
two on the false peace. All of you consider it
a good idea to draw up peace treaties, but you
are laboring in vain. I introduce a brief suspicion of hostilities,
a brief truce, and I do not think about a
true piece. Mars is threatening with the terrible destruction the
people will think that the end of the world will

(46:20):
arrive soon, predicting a war called the Three Year Woe.
The three Year Woe offers calmness and to you, the
cessation of the terminated evils. He seems to suggest that
World War IREE will last three years, and that's something
that we've also heard as well, that the Antichrist reign
compared to all our previous prophecy streams, is three and

(46:42):
a half years, a three and a half year reign
of Antichrist, and we've heard others talk about a sort
of three year war, three year period. So we see
another commonality with other things that we've already read. I'm
not going to get too much into this num or
stuff that he has, and I'm not going to read

(47:05):
this whole thing on the Roman Church. We'll come back
to that after we read chapter three. So this is
what we're going to be getting into, guys. And remember
you can get a full free version first time in
English by going to escatonvigil dot org. Escatonvigil dot org.

(55:21):
All right. Now, with that being said, let's let me
just cover real quick. We've already introduced the prophecies we're
gonna be looking at. Let me introduce to you guys
now the document I put together. So much of this
we've already covered. I'm going to be very very quick

(55:41):
and so we can just get into the reading of
the of the prophecies here. But this is the prophecies
of Blessed Hieronymous Agathangelos Hirabunk and Confessor UH. This is
everything that we know about him. Received his vision on
the Sunday of Orthodoxy. UH life and calling. Born on
roads for formed in a cinematic communal monastic life, fifty

(56:03):
one years in the monastery, known for confession, strict fasting,
and obedience. Receives his vision at seventy nine years old.
Is a priest monk whose word is received for edification
not to satisfy curious curiosity. His voice echoes the frontima
of the Fathers liturgical setting Sunday of Orthodoxy. I thought
this was interesting to give a context for the prophecies

(56:26):
and the times that he received them right. So why
that day matters? The first Sunday of Great Lint celebrates
the triumph of Orthodoxy, vindication of Holy icons in the
victory of right belief over air. Well, what is the theme?
What is the theme of these prophecies. It has to
do with believers falling into air. It has to do
with the Byzantine Empire becoming gluttonous and decadent, not focusing

(56:51):
on Christ and repentance and seeing that the incursion of
the Ottomans was a judgment by God. But instead of
repenting they turned to the West. They're willing to submit
to the Papacy for financials and military support. Again, false belief.
He's criticizing the Papacy and the Catholic Church as false belief.
He's talking about the ill vide, the ill consequences that

(57:15):
are going to occur in Europe due to the Protestant Reformation. Again,
the head of heresies ill belief. So symbolically, looking at
this it's prophetic that it occurs on this day. Now,
whether it's a forgery or this is authentic, I'm going
to present those two cases here in just a second.
You can see the symbolic importance of a vision like

(57:36):
this in these prophecies, these ten chapters of prophecies occurring
on the Sunday of Orthodoxy, and so placing the revelation
on this day roots the message in the life of
the church, tying repentance, right worship, and right doctrine to
the promise of renewal. Structure of the vision providential history.
Past disasters are understood as fatherly chastisement. The faithful are

(57:59):
some to return to God. Conditions for mercy, repentance, prayer, fasting,
alms giving, confession, and unity open the way for divine help. Again,
a typical theme we see in all these prophecies is
about repentance, right realigning individuals back with Christ. That's how
we fight it off. The Lord may raise up a
ruler and allying people, often signified symbolically as a northern

(58:21):
blonde nation, as.

Speaker 2 (58:24):
His providence at work.

Speaker 1 (58:25):
Now this is interesting because when we looked at some
of those Greek websites that I showed you guys concerning
whether these are real or not. One of the things
that they really focus on specifically is the occurrences of
Agathengelos keep referring to this the blonde race and then

(58:47):
being a sort of heroes of Orthodoxy. Some have speculated
that these are the Russians potentially, and that the reason
that the blonde race will you know, be the defenders
of the faith has to do with the Russian Orthodox Church,
the Northern blonde nation. That's what some speculate. So you'll

(59:11):
see that when we read through Ark of Restoration, after
period of humbling and purification, comes a Christian reordering of
society before the final eschological trials. Core theological themes that
I saw obviously repentance common in all these prophecies. Synergy
God's grace works with our ascetic struggle, our fast, our prayer,
our alms giving, our confession, and the mysteries our appointed means.

(59:34):
Ecclesial unity, healing of factionalism. That's what he hates, obedience
to the church, bishop's clergy, and laity called to one mind.
In Christ divine pedagogy, suffering is permitted as purification. Deliverance
allows humility, and then sobriety about times and seasons. The
oracles worn against date setting, which is ironic because some

(59:57):
of the dates that it provides are so credibly accurate,
but directing attention to watchfulness and virtue. Right, just what
Saint Paisio's always tells us in those prophecies, that these
are symbols, these are warnings. These are not descriptions of
a historic timeline per se, but visions of events that
could unfold due to our lack of repentance and our

(01:00:20):
unwillingness to uphold our faith and follow christ moral counsels.
You know, basically the stuff that you would expect. So
there's the content we've already talked about that transmission reception.
How the church remembers its preservation. The version is copied, translated,
and disseminated by pious hands so that faithful might be warned, consoled,

(01:00:43):
and steadied. Through God's providence. The oracle spread amongst Orthodox
peoples and diaspora communities, becoming a common idiom for repentance
and hope, and the text has fortified the persecute, inspiring
alms giving, fasting and Preserverantan gosh I can't speak and
kept alive the desire for holy order, perseverance. Man words

(01:01:11):
are not flowing to me easily today. Perseverance How the
church reads Agathangelos read with the blessing of one's spiritual father,
brings questions to confession, way the oracles, by the scriptures,
the Holy Canons, and the patristic mind. This is Andrew
of cesarias sobriety on revelation. Again, Andrew of Cesaria has
one of the famous works in the Byzantine Apocalyptic tradition.

(01:01:33):
I'll show you that it's the last section I have
as a quick overview of the Byzantine Apocalyptic tradition, which again,
this work, the Prophecies of Blessed Hieronymous Agathaglos, is essentially
the last work. If it is authentic, it is the
last work essentially of the Byzantine Apocalyptic tradition. By their fruits,
look for repentance, humility, and charity, not excitement, novelty or factionalism,

(01:01:57):
and no calendars, resist anxiety about date. As we just said,
here's the prophecies from So this is the argument I
put together, the Steelmanned argument from the Orthodox Church's perspective
on the validity and veracity of these visions. And then
the next section is going to be the academic critical take.

(01:02:17):
So here's the church's perspective. It sounds like the church.
The doctrinal consonants, the oracles preach repentant fasting, alms giving, confession, unity, obedience,
and sobriety about times and seasons. There is no novelty
against scripture, the fathers, or dogma. The ethos matches Andrew
of Cesaria's measured eschatology. Okay, so just from an Orthodox reading,

(01:02:42):
it already sort of conforms to the Byzantine apocalyptic tradition.
You see pastoral aim and curiosity. The text consistently subordinates
curiosity about the future to moral conversion, a hallmark of
authentic Orthodox prophetic exhortation, humility, a voice the seer speaks
as an elder under obedience, not as a self promoting

(01:03:02):
wonder worker. Legitimate visions in the Orthodox experience typically arise
from such ascetical or hidden lives. Liturgical fittingness. The win
and Weear makes sense Sunday of Orthodoxy, placing the vision
on the first Sunday of Lent, when the Church celebrates
the triumph of right worship and right belief. It's theologically
apt since it ties purification of life and restoration in history.

(01:03:24):
Greek monastic presence in southern Italy and Sicily a thirteenth
century higher monk in Messina is historically plausible. The region
had Byzantine Greek monastic communities long after political shifts. The
setting is credible for a Greek elder in diaspora conditions.
Genre continuity with doctrinal drift falls within the established Byzantine

(01:03:46):
apocalyptic grammar. As we already said, symbolic ethnographies used rightly.
References to the northern blonde nation function as a typological marker,
not partisan sloganeering. Such coded nations are a standard Byzantine idiom,
easily available to thirteenth century monastics. The internal signs of antiquity,

(01:04:07):
lexicon and idiom. The work's liturgical vocabulary preference for biblical
somic terms of phrase and reliance on traditional apocalyptic topoi
fitate the pale Paleolagian spiritual malu rather than late early
modern rationalist rhetoric absence absences that matter. The text does

(01:04:30):
not hinge on post medieval technicalities confessional polemics specifics to
later centuries bureaucratic modernities. Its macro symbols can be read
forward without requiring later knowledge, and the transmission that fits
Orthodox history. Oral manuscript print pripeline is normal. Many Orthodox

(01:04:51):
texts circulate quietly for centuries and surface later in print.
Filioclia would be an example. Late printing date does not
imply late authorship. This is going to be one of
the critical academic marks as they say, well, look, it's
not in print until this date, okay, But from the
Church's perspective, that's not unusual. There could be an obscure

(01:05:11):
manuscript that was held by a collection of monks that
occurred in twelve seventy nine, and that by the time
of the Renaissance and the Council of Florence and the
Fall of Constantinople, they're looking back at this work and
they're like, whoa was agath Angelo's talking about the the
fall of Constantinople and you could see that. Then maybe

(01:05:34):
that manuscript began to spread, and then by fifteen fifty
five somebody translated into Latin, and then by fifteen or
seventeen fifty one Polyides translated back into modern Greek. That
is totally plausible from an orthodox perspective. This is going
to be an argument by academic critical scholars just suggest
it's a forgery. So keep that in mind. Diaspora custodianship,

(01:05:58):
Greek monasteries, brother hoods, and learned clergy often safeguarded texts
under foreign rule. Losses to war, fire or earthquakes common
in the Mediterranean, easily explained gaps, and surviving manuscript chains.
Editorial mediation does not equal fabrication. A later cleric can
translate paraphraser regularized in older texts for contemporary readers without

(01:06:20):
originating it specifically the original had it tallow Latin intermediaries.
And so one of the other arguments, as we'll see
from the academic critical side, is they say, well, twelve
manuscripts existed at one point and there were some inconsistencies
from one manuscript to another, Therefore it's a forgery. It's whoa, whoa.

(01:06:42):
It's very plausible that somebody could have translated the manuscript
and maybe added something or changed the word, or did
this or that, because we're talking about something in Greek
being translated into Latin, being translated from Latin back into
modern Greek, and then made manuscripts that spread over through
your there's twelve manuscripts, so again that doesn't mean it's

(01:07:03):
a forgery per se, providential correspondence, pattern matching across centuries,
uncanny staying power across upheavals. The text has remained a
well of repentance and hope. The Church often recognized authentic
interventions by their capacity to steady the faithful through many
historical turns, fruits as criterion replies to common ejections. But

(01:07:26):
it was printed later, so were many other Orthodox classics.
As already highlighted I see later glosses. Marginal notes and
explanatory asides are common. Scribulatorial glosses can accompany a text
without negating the genuine older core. It says nationalism. The
text primary register is ascetical and pastoral, where later over

(01:07:47):
politicized symbols. That is receptional overlay, not the heart of
the oracles. Where's the chain of custody? The Orthodox world
has endured conquests to conoclasms, sackings, earthquakes, fires. The absence
of a neat dossier is normal. That survives our What
survives are texts whose voice, doctrine, liturgical feel, and fruits

(01:08:08):
of the church. Are recognized. So anyways, this is the
affirmative perspective of the church. Now let me lay out
what the if you look up this, if you look
up the prophecies of Agathangelos for any sort of modern scholarship,
this is the argument that they make. They make that
Agathangelos is not a thirteenth century revelation, but in eighteenth

(01:08:30):
century one. They argue that he never existed. There is
no such thing as Hieronimos, the blessed Hronimos Agathangelos. They
believe that Theoclitos, Theoclitos Polyides, and or a small circle
learning editors who compiled, translated, and printed the text. It
retools older Byzantine apocalyptic motifs from early modern geopolitical and

(01:08:54):
pastoral aims, especially the Greek anti Ottoman mobilization early hard evidence.
The anchor problem this gets that their academics claim there
is no medieval manuscript trail, so they don't have the
original document. Because of that, they say there is no

(01:09:15):
verifiable evidence of its existence. They argue that the work
enters history in the mid seventeen hundreds through Greek diaspora printing.
Example given is Venus not monastic copy books, paraitextual backstory.
The Eternal Tale reads like a literary credential, not a
documented transmission. Maybe maybe, But again, as we said, from

(01:09:41):
the Ordox perspective, other texts have survived this way before
that we know are historical. So to me, okay, there's no.
We don't have the original copy and we don't have
a medieval lineage of the prophecies. Okay, so that's there. Again,
from the ordox perspective, that really doesn't mean much. But
from the academic perspective, they're saying, okay, there's a slight

(01:10:04):
against it. Here's another one. Anachronism cluster, geopolitical horizon, the
tech symbolic northern blonde nation and it's implied alignments mire
eighteenth century expectations about Northern Christian powers. Example, given Russia
not a thirteenth century map of alliances, maybe could be

(01:10:26):
hints of a post Reformation world in Western dynamics foreign
to paleologan late Byzantine concerns, rhetorical register, turns of phrase,
exhortation style, and popular pamphlet tone fit post Byzantine homiolytic prose. Well,
here's the thing. If it's a book of prophecies, then

(01:10:46):
the things he's going to prophesy are not going to
be indicative of his present time. So yeah, he doesn't
use the Protestant reforme. He doesn't use that term, but
it sounds like that's what he's describing. And if it's
a book of the visions of the future, well obviously
then he would be describing things that would not be
present during the Byzantine period the you know this twelve

(01:11:08):
seventy nine, which these visions supposedly occurred. So okay, fair enough,
but that doesn't that Again to me, that doesn't fully
negate it. But that's the argument philology and style. How
the Greek sounds, Well, they said it's the mixture of
learned vernacular features characteristics of eighteenth century Greek religious print. Okay, well,

(01:11:32):
Polyides was an eighteenth century Greek monk, and you know
he was a scholar, he was highly educated. So when
he then translated into modern Greek, which is again the point,
he's translating it into modern Greek. He's not trying to
translate it into you know, thirteenth century Greek. He's translating

(01:11:53):
in into modern Greek. It would make sense then that
the only printed version of it would have modern Greek
rhetoric and syntax and diction that would make sense. That
still doesn't nullify. All that does is give an affirmative
description of the way in which it is existing in
the present moment or how it emerges in the eighteenth century.

(01:12:15):
That doesn't nullify the historical argument. Okay, And theoclitis polyetis
and the editor as author hypothesis, so biographical fit. Polytis
is precisely the kind of mobile, educated cleric who mediated
Greek text in the eighteenth century diaspora. Translator's preface problem

(01:12:39):
claims of retranslations from Latin and discovery of older witnesses
are typical pseudopographic tropes used to legitimate new compilations. Okay.
Recurrent editorial voice, smoothing and explanatory paraphrases suggests manufacturer slash regularization,
not mere copying. Okay, So because he added some editorial

(01:13:03):
voice to his translation. Again, that doesn't necessarily mean that
he created it. But okay, that's their argument for why
they believe Polyides forged this in the eighteenth century. Reception
history as evidence perfect timing the oracle surgeon popularity during
the Russo, Ottoman conflicts and Greek proto national awaking precisely

(01:13:24):
when a prophecy promising Northern aid and Christian restoration would
resonate when these things were brought to Russia. So again
Polyides made his way to Russia. These were huge, widely accepted,
and very popular among the court of Catherine. The Great
Revolutionary Uptake, Rigus Ferrios and others mobilized the texts in

(01:13:47):
the seventeen nineties, treating it as a patriotic scripture, a
strong sign of contemporary utility rather than medieval providence. Okay,
but that's one person friction portability. The work behaves like
a pamphlet, rapid reprints, paraphrases, broad lay reception, unlike typical
medieval monastic leguer. Yeah, because the whole point was if

(01:14:09):
it is real, it was speaking about events that were
occurring at that moment. It would make sense that in
a diaspora community that is subjugated to the Ottomans, that
they would create smaller pamphlets and spread it across the faithful.
That would make sense from an Orthodox perspective. Yeah, Okay,
maybe that's a question mark for the scholars, but it
would make sense from an Orthodox perspective, divergent passages. Again, Okay,

(01:14:33):
there's twelve manuscripts, and some of them are a little
bit different, different words here or there. Okay, that doesn't
mean anything that would be totally normal silence where we'd
expect noise, No medieval citations, okay, fair enough, no liturgical footprint,
no stable, feast, cannon or senas arian entry for a

(01:14:55):
blessed heronomous agathangalos, and pre modern sources okay, fair enough. However,
if they're interested in how the church receives it, they
would also have to recognize that it's the church itself
that does not recognize us to be a forgery. But
they're saying that there are no pre modern sources for it,
which is, you know, there's no feasts, cannon or sanasarian

(01:15:18):
for it. It's not fully integrated into the Orthodox liturgical faith.
Therefore it didn't exist. Well, no, not necessarily, Athonite, Italo,
Greek gaps, catalogs and archives that preserve far more obscure
materials do not list the work or its author prior
to print. Okay. And then the last thing that I

(01:15:39):
want to share with you guys before we read it
is the biggest Byzantine apocalypt tradition. As I said, this
is the last work of that Byzantine apocalyptic tradition. So
what is it? If you're an Orthodox Christian, you've never
heard of the Byzantine apocalyptic tradition. This is a quick intro.
What is it? What are we talking about when we
talk about the Byzantine apocalyptic prophecies and visions? Well, it's

(01:16:00):
a stream of ecclesial and ascetical and pastoral writings that
use biblical apocalyptic imagery, especially Daniel and Revelation, to help
the faithful interpret suffering, repent, and hope in God's providence.
Usually derived through a humble, anonymous or revered persona okay,
so a humble almost anonymous agath anglos that fits. From
the Orthodox perspective, these texts are received as edifying, not

(01:16:24):
as dogmatic or canonical scripture. The core arc is that
sin leads to fatherly chastisement, which leads to repentance, which
leads to divine aid, which leads to a partial restoration
and watchful waiting for the last things. Why the Church
values bu isn't the apocalyptic tradition? It teaches medanoia repentance, fasting,

(01:16:46):
almost giving confession and fidelity to the feast slash fasts
as the real preparation for whatever God permits or grants
providential vision of history. It trains Christians to read events
through the liturgy and the psalms, not through fear or curiosity.
Sobriety about times and seasons. Authentic apocalyptic in the Orthodox

(01:17:07):
ethos resists date setting and sensationalism. It cultivates watchfulness and
peace of heart, consolation and trial under persecution, famine and
political collapse. These writings steady the faithful with the assurance
that Christ is Lord of history, you know, skipping forward.
Here's some of the famous works of the Byzantine apocalyptic tradition.
The first one is Andrew cesaria commentary on the Apocalypse.

(01:17:31):
The Church is Sober, Oh, the Church's sober baseline for
reading revelation, pastoral and nonsensational grounded prayer and virtue. Apocalypse
of Pseudomethodius, received in Greek interprets early Islamic conquest as chessteisement,
articulates the last Roman emperor as a temporary providential restore

(01:17:52):
before the final trials. The Greek Apocalypse of Daniel recasts
daniellic imagery to admonish the fai faithful, and warfare and
political upheaval ends with the Antichrist motif oracles associated with
Leo the sixth, The Wise Court colored collection distilled and
reused for centuries as moralized political counsel oracular cycles after

(01:18:16):
fourteen fifty three compilations that preserve the same grammar repentance,
first restoration by God's mercy for Orthodox living under foreign rule.
How does Agathangelos fit in this well being received on
the Sunday of Orthodoxy in twelve seventy nine. It fits
the historical timeline towards the endpoint of the Byzantine Apocalyptic tradition.

(01:18:37):
It embodies the tradition's grammar. It is liturgically framed. Its
tone is ascetical and paranetic. Signature imagery symbolic references to
the Northern Blonde ally function as typological shorthands for God's
use of ruler slash peoples as instruments, never as a guarantee,
always conditioned on repentance, spiritual fruits noted by the faithful,

(01:18:58):
consolation and trial, renewed confession, fasting, partial nursery, and perseverance
in this preserve and perseverance, oh my gosh, in the sacraments. Okay,
so that's the end of that document. That's a little

(01:19:20):
bit of the intro. Now let's get into the actual
let's see here. Okay, here we go. All right, Uh,

(01:19:41):
let me check some super shats real quick before we
dive in. Missed the fist, says more icons throws inten, Well,
thank you very much, missed a fist likes like he's
voted for continuing the icon Corny for icon corner for
the new studio. Uh Raniche throws in eight ninety nine
says I'm going being baptized on November. Okay, well that

(01:20:02):
could be a wide variety of days, but that's wonderful.

Speaker 2 (01:20:05):
Glory to God.

Speaker 1 (01:20:05):
Brother. My church father said, I need to work on
my repentance and behavior. This is a wake up call,
Slava Bolgu Absolutely, yeah, we all need to work on
our repentance. We all need to work on our behavior.
And that's really the takeaway from all these prophecies. H
Browsei throws in tent Thank you so much, brother, He says,
I don't like spending supers through YouTube anymore, but I'm

(01:20:27):
doing it. So everyone can see it. Dph is right.
Orthodox Depot has some really high quality stuff on the website.
Go check it out. Also by his book. Well, thank
you so much, h Brossei. I do appreciate the support,
and please, if you guys would want to support my
work and see what two years of research culminates in,
get my book Return to Babylon from Adam to Antichrist

(01:20:49):
signed copies at the website David Patrickcarrey dot com or
search YouTube. My book was the number one hot new
seller in the category of Science and Religion, Comparative Religion,
Religion and Philosophy, and Mysticism in Christian Theology. So I
made my way into four categories. Those are just hot

(01:21:12):
new I think those are books that were released in
the last month or two months, so it's a limited
it's a limited category. But I'm very very happy with
the response so far from everybody, and I've got a
lot of words of encouragement. So hopefully if you guys can,
if you did get the book and you've already started
and you've kind of seen the detail that was put

(01:21:33):
into it, please leave a positive comment on Amazon. That
is the biggest metric that will help Amazon recommend that
book for other people is to leave a five star
review and a comment. That is what boosts products on
their website more than anything. So if you guys could
do that, if that is in your heart, if you're

(01:21:55):
if you got it through Amazon, I would be greatly,
greatly appreciative of anybody who would be willing to do that.
So thank you guys, very very much, and if you're interested,
go get it. Okay. So before we dive in, where
are we We're right here. Okay, that's the wrong one.
Let's remove that. Let's go there, we go. We need

(01:22:18):
to go here. This is where we need to be, Okay.
So I just just so you guys can see Messina
where he gets you know, supposedly where these prophecies originate
from is right here, right near Venice. Okay, so that's

(01:22:43):
the location. This is Polyides. So he is again. If
you go to the Wikipedia page, it says that a
forgery presented as the prophecies of a thirteenth century monk.
So again, Wikipedia, going based on the words of secular actademics,
claims that this is a forgery and that it became
very popular at a huge appeal in the Court of

(01:23:06):
Catherine the Great and Saint Petersburg and greatly enhanced Philo
Hellenism in the European cities. Polyides personally visited and so
he went all over the place, and he ended up
dying in Germany. But he founded then the Holy Trinity
now Saint George Church in Leipzig. So if anybody out

(01:23:27):
there is a German Orthodox Christian and you go to
what's now Saint George Orthodox Church in Leipzig, Germany that
was founded by Theoklitos Polyides, just FYI little connection there.
I'm sure somebody out there probably knows that church, So
just throwing that. Okay, Now let's read these things. So

(01:23:50):
first thing, first, Chapter one, the Fall of Constantinople. I
will say this one is probably it's the longest. It's
a longer chapter. It's almost what almost four pages, but
we'll read it. Some of these chapters are shorter than

(01:24:11):
other and some are more interesting than others. But Chapter one,
the Fall of Constantinople in fourteen fifty three events of
Protestant Reformation in Jerdiley, Germany, Italy and Spain. I saw
under the feet of the Swan. Three Golden Royal diadems
large and gleaming from their many precious stones. And on
each diadem was inscribed a letter from the Latin alphabet

(01:24:33):
in black color. And behold, I saw that in the
parchment it was parenthetically noted and added. And I saw
the writing saying, thus, a son of man shall be
born on the twentieth day, and he shall be a king,
and he shall become a great emperor. And behold, a monk,
accompanied by a new book and read appeared, and the
Saxon leader defended his undertakings, and behold the Emperor did

(01:24:56):
not dare to overthrow him. And behold, the wise monk
was joined by and innumerable people, and he troubled the
Roman city, composed laws and doctrines, and the Emperor could
not resist him. The monarch, unable to help, foresaw the corruption.
And behold, I saw the Emperor lay aside the purple
robe and divide the two royal hierarchies, withdrawing immediately from

(01:25:18):
the world into private life. And behold, his son became
bearer of the Spanish diadem. And behold I saw that
his brother passed crowned as Caesar, into Germany. Then I
saw also in the scroll, and it said thus Son
of Man, the generation of this most mighty house shall
be completed with two Charles's no, O, son of Man,

(01:25:40):
that first in the Western House, then in Germany. Shortly
thereafter shall it become famous. And at last it shall
be completed, and through two women foreign rulers shall enter
into the secession of the Majesty of Austria. Having beheld
those thunderous threats written in the scroll, I wept most bitterly,
but in vain I and beheld an angel touching me, said, look, look, O,

(01:26:03):
son of Man, this branch sprung from the olive tree,
shall quickly wither. It was indeed twofold. And behold I
saw that it withered and was thrown into fire. And
on the first diadem was an H, the second was
in S, and on the third at D. And beheld
I saw three other diadems, similar, yet more humble and
not so richly adorned. Likewise, on each one were three

(01:26:26):
black letters S, B, and E. And around them on
the ground were smaller crowns, nearly thirty in number. After these,
I saw seven crowns fitted together, all composed of large
and small pearls. And behold that venerable white bearded elder
said to me, thus, son of Man, these diadems which
you see under the feet of the swan are indeed

(01:26:48):
the first of the three exceptional kingdoms. The others belonged
to the string, the three strong principalities of Germany. The
thirty crowns are dioceses which shall fall away from the
Church in the west in Germany. And the seven crowns
are the seven provinces of the Belgians, which shall break
the yoke of the power that holds them, and that

(01:27:10):
you see written shall take place in five hundred and
eighteenth year. And these were in the book. After the
swan went forth upon the earth, behold, there followed a
great smoke rising from the sea, which darkened the whole
fiery sky. But a little while after I saw two
living human forms coming out of the waves of the
sea and onto the land, and the appearances of two priests,

(01:27:33):
who bowed down to the earth a third time, saying,
thus it pleased you, oh Lord, Amen. Then they drew
near to the swan, and one held in his hand
a great book and a read The other held a
sculpted image like a statue, and a sharp axe with
which he struck the foot of the statue, breaking and
smashing them in detail. And behold, I heard a mournful

(01:27:55):
voice coming from the statue speaking to the one cutting
it softly said saying softly, yes, yes, Thus rightly do
you treat Western idolatry, which in a former age has
defiled the holy religions of the Almighty. And so quick
comment here anybody who's read the book you know by

(01:28:16):
Joseph P. Ferrell, who unfortunately is more gnostically oriented now,
but he was a patristics PhD. And he wrote, was
it three volumes of this book but God History and
Dialectic A shout out to Jay Dier. That's how I
came across this book. But in this he does a
wonderful job talking about how the Roman Catholic Church is

(01:28:37):
essentially the continuation of the Greco Roman tradition regarding statuary,
and that the introduction of statuary into liturgical services or
inside the church was a novelty that they sort of
created or continued from that ancient period, whereas the Orthodox Church,
with our use of iconography, we are the continuation of
the synagogue tradition which painted scripture on the world walls

(01:29:01):
of the synagogues, which we know is a historical fact. I,
you know, shout out to cleavedand antiquity. I was just
on his channel answering questions for Protestants, and icons came
up over and over again. And so it's a historical
fact that these early synagogues had icons. And you know,
to my amazement, some Protestants believe that it wasn't like
icons were invented at the seventh Ecumenical Council, or that

(01:29:23):
none existed before the year four hundred. None of that
is the case. But anyways, when he was talking about
smashing the statues or the statuary, and then he's talking
about you, thus rightly do you treat Western idolatry? I
can't help but think maybe this is a polemic against
the use of statuary. Let me know what you guys

(01:29:46):
think of that. Drawing nearer to the swan and kneeling
upon the ground, I began to read the writing on
the tablet and saw that it said, thus, son of Man,
read well, and act and write all these things wisely
for the abomination of Western Christendom, whoa woe unto you,

(01:30:07):
and woe upon you, proud and blushing city, and you,
the tyrant, swollen with arrogance, be shaken upon the mountains,
and in your loftiness exalting yourself, your pride has reached
the clouds of the sky. Yes, yes, you shall be
discarded or desecrated, plundered and torn apart. You shall be
divided like this image which you now behold. Your three

(01:30:30):
most honored diadems shall be snatched away, and the rest
which the swan tramples. And you shall remain a despised widow,
as a bastard and a harlot, as a lawless adulteress
of Satan, Rito's servant of God. And record everything very
well for future understanding. My enemy shall renounce you, but

(01:30:51):
my friends and faithful heroes of the Cross shall despise you.
Thereafter the traces of your blasphemy shall no longer be seen,
for the curse shall richly fall upon you. You, your
defiling idols shall be destroyed. From this present read. Your
haughty iniquity shall be recorded in this new book, which
you see in the hand of this living form, who

(01:31:11):
shall be born and shall be revealed triumphantly in Germany
in the four told century. Yes, Yes, for in this
book shall be recorded your abuses and your blasphemies against me.
Through though you know me well and know that I
am the Alpha and the Omega, and all things, these
things have you rebelled and profaned my holy worships, servant

(01:31:31):
of God. In the third century, on the solar day,
this prophecy shall be fulfilled, which you shall celebrate, and
you shall not forget even a single iota. For this
day was appointed from eternity, and you shall celebrate it
greatly with a worthy work, for it shall be in
your old age in eternal life. Therefore, remember, Holy, Holy,
Holy is the Lord of Hosts, God, King of Israel.

(01:31:54):
For after three hundred years it shall be fulfilled. So
it is for you, and it shall be men. Now
here's the interesting part. Three hundred years from twelve seventy
nine would be fifteen seventy nine, which would be after
the Protestant Reformation, and so some of the reading of this,

(01:32:17):
some of the reading of this would insinuate that again
he's talking about what's going to happen occur in Germany
a lah Luther through the Protestant Reformation and the idolatry
that's going to come forth, and the heresy that's going
to come forth from them. So interesting. That's chapter one.
That's chapter one, guys, And you know what, before we

(01:32:38):
go further to let me just put the poll up
regarding the authenticity. I told you, guys, I'm curious what
you guys think of this document, and so I'm going
to place a pole at the top. Do you think
the visions are authentic? Okay, I'm asking basic. Do you

(01:33:11):
think the visions of Agathangelos are authentic? I'm starting a
poll now and I will conclude the poll at the
end of the stream. We'll see what we get. So
guys vote as we move through it. We still got
nine more chapters to read. But as we moved through it,
let me know what you guys think of this text.
As I said, this is one of the more popular

(01:33:32):
of the Byzantine apocalyptic visions of that Byzantine period, and
it's something that a lot of people in the West
have never heard of. If you were Greek or Russian,
you've probably already heard of the Agathunglos. If you're a
Western convert, probably never heard of it. So chapter two
more on the Reformation and consequences in Germany. So here

(01:33:55):
we go Germany Germany. At last, Germany, where I see
you in discord and greatly divided and full of enmity.
The mark upon you s shall overthrow Roman pride and
shall enfold you in the embrace of Antichrist. He will
give you power and satisfy you, and you will think
yourself to be zealous and Orthodox. But I see you deceived,

(01:34:17):
and I clear this to you without exaggeration, plainly, that
you shall remain without priesthood, just as the Jews who
killed the Son of God in the city of David. Okay, well,
what Christian faith doesn't have a priesthood? Protestantism? Yet truth
stands as it is, I know it. You shall be

(01:34:38):
powerful through such an occurrence. You shall indeed be approved
among newly arisen heresies. But you shall be blaspheming for
your apostasy. Yet your later people shall be more fortunate
and more fruitful than those before you. I praise and
will continue to praise your simplicity, because you love wine
as your faith, and the revelation of the Gospel makes

(01:34:58):
up for the lack of Sarah order. But oh God,
the end undoes the entire good beginning. I see apostasy
entering upon you, and snatching away the root of your zeal,
in diminishing it, your friends alienated, and introducing such new
heresies as numerous as the colors of the wings of
the white swan. Upon you shall be fulfilled, as evident

(01:35:21):
the martyrdom of the Divine Lamb, who is slain for
our redemption. I see the feast neglected, the faith limping,
the sacrifices, and holy rites despised, your descendants distorted, distorted,
and horses loosed without bridles, a small ship without a
rudder and without a pilot, your church without a guide,

(01:35:42):
and your faith without a foundation. Great is the fall,
grievous the fate, Oh God, Yet marvel o, son of Man.
God defends the heretics and supports their endurance, because from
the very heretical Germany, and through her truth must later
be exalted, and the unerring worship of the Orthodox faith. She,
more than other people, shall firmly vindicate the Apostolic truth.

(01:36:05):
So it shall be unto you, Amen, and the East
shall be your fortune. The Eastern doctrine shall shine within her. Amen. Amen. Amen. Interesting, okay,
so interesting, little condemnation of Germany, And so you could
easily see how that relates to Protestantism, despise for the sacraments,

(01:36:30):
no priesthood, doing away with the fast than the feast
all again, indications of a sort of Protestant faith and
claiming that they then have a religion that's like the
Jews who killed Christ. Maybe there's a little dispensational twist
in there, very interesting. Total depravity throws in forty dollars,

(01:36:52):
Thank you so much, are total depravity? Total gravity? Sorry apologize,
total gravity throws an agent risk forty dollars. Thank you
so much for that, God bless you. I truly do
appreciate such support. Let me just check on the Dono
chat all right, now, pull up stream labs real quick,

(01:37:13):
just double check. Doesn't look like anything came through yet. Okay,
let's continue forward here. So we're gonna get into chapter
three now of the Blessed Prophecy or the Prophecies of
Blessed Hieronimos Agathangelos. So chapter three prophecies on Rome, the

(01:37:35):
Great Schism and the end of the papacy and destruction
of Rome in World War three. So this is in
regards to a timeline kind of all over the place
for this one. So chapter three oh, vinglorious city. Surely
you have been stained with human blood. Your kings poured

(01:37:56):
rivers of blood through righteous martyrdom, and the faithful of
Christ ran like flocks to the slaughterhouse's victims all out
the Colosseum. Where now is your piety? Where is your zeal?
Truly I see you blushing. Yet your lack of mercy
has made you unworthy of restoration. And already you exist
as lawless and sacrilegious. Because you have blaspheming against the truth.

(01:38:18):
God has forsaken you. Christ rejects you, and the devil
rules over you. He is proud like you and a liar.
You have become his prey, his daughter, his concubine, therefore
being want and you shall be utterly defiled and brought
to nothing. The East shall humble you, and you shall
be its captives and subjugated. Your apostates shall scrape the

(01:38:43):
crowned heads of your shield, monstrous beast of the underworld.
Your purple garment shall be torn by them, the tiara
cast beneath their feet, and your triple kingdom trampled by
their raging horses. Your dominion shall cease, and you shall
see the levitical right transformed, and the world shall behold
your change. You have hidden the eternal truth and colored

(01:39:05):
it with lies. You have despised my holiness which I've
established in the east. You turn into a tavern of
pradition and a din of thieves. You introduce novelties into
the faith of men and plundered my church. Yes, yes,
stone upon stone shall not remain on your walls, and
you shall be desolate, like the holy city of David.

(01:39:27):
Yet the East shall shine upon you. You shall be
tested by fire and shall become a cornerstone. This will
humble your arrogant neck, and you shall come into worship
to serve alongside my altar that reigns in Byzantium amen
alas wretched East, you shall be likewise until the eighth century,
for I see you oppressed and betrayed by the Latin

(01:39:51):
enimity Rome apostate. Then you shall be humbled. When you
bare the storm. His abominations shall turn into sorrows, as
with a woman and childbirth. Your sigh shall cease your pleasures.
Your self sufficiency shall turn into rivers of tears and
throbbing of your heart. Your unbridled appetite shall turn into

(01:40:12):
fasting and repentance. You shall wail like a plague ridden wolf.
A bridle shall bind your teeth, and your jawl shall
be crushed with bit and rain. A ring of hard
iron shall pass through the isthmus of your nostrils, and
your profane lips shall drip with destruction. The viper and
birth shall mark the end of your glory. Amen headred

(01:40:34):
seven headed Hydra, Babylonian Tower. The eternal run shall avengeance
destroy you, son of man. Unite the time and court
the centuries, and you shall see all revealed without contradiction. Therefore,
wait a little longer be strengthened and established, for the
glory of the eternal God shall afterward be revealed through
you to the world. Be faithful, be steadfast unto death,

(01:40:58):
and you shall have the crown of life. I'm in
so very interesting stuff. Whoa WHOA Silent just gifted fifty
total crew memberships. Oh my gosh, Silent, whoever you are,
thank you so much, brother. That is an incredibly generous

(01:41:22):
gifting of memberships. Thank you very very much for that.
That is very generous of you. Truly truly appreciate it.
Let's go. Let's go, you get a membership, You get
a membership, You get a membership. This is like the
Oprah Winfrey Show today. Holy crap, silent, Thank you so much, brother,

(01:41:44):
God bless you man. All right, well let's continue on.
So that was chapter three. You can see the Agathangelos's
animosity towards Rome, looking at Rome as a hostate, bastard
child of Christ who has turned its back and has
become a den of vipers. And it is the new

(01:42:08):
Babylonian Tower according to him. So some pretty pretty strong
language there, and pretty strong language there in chapter three. Okay,
Chapter four Protestantism in Germany and a future blessing on
the Protestants as they turn to the East. So very
interesting chapter. And I pose to you, guys, do you

(01:42:31):
think that this is talking about what's occurring right now
in the West in regards to so many Protestants conferring
to Orthodoxy. In fact, I have a thumbnail. I'm going
to be doing a stream on how Orthodoxy is dominating America.
We're dominating apologetics. We're getting so many converts right now,
the churches are overflowing. So that's a stream that I'm

(01:42:52):
going to do here in the near future. But this
is talking about a future point in which these Protestants
of j are going to start converting to the East.
So it reads, Oh deep and boundless knowledge, Oh unfathomable abyss,
Oh mysteries incomprehensible. I speak to you, Germany, for you

(01:43:12):
shall be the center in which wonders shall be seen.
Your arrogant shepherd shall be revealed as worldly, emerging from
among the Truscans, Oh wretched providence of the ancient city.
You shall be emptied of many private souls. You shall
be the first to be disqualified. The Etruscan shall come
to rule over you, and by your example, those like

(01:43:35):
you shall follow your supporters, who shall not be steadfast,
Oh Germany. When the Saxon leader forsakes you, know that
a son of yours, from your own blood, shall turn
against you and loathe the Latin doctrine. He shall become
the head of the heretics. He shall advocate, and in
your uproar he shall prevail. Lamentation of a headache shall

(01:43:57):
be upon many who think to resist. The glory of
truth shall be revealed through you. So again, right there,
it sounds like he's talking about Luther, that someone will
loathe the Latin doctor. Of course, he didn't really loathe
the Latin doctrine. But they shall become he shall become
head of heretics. Well maybe that's Luther. Hear what says

(01:44:17):
the Angel of the Seven lamps, and he walks in
the midst of the seven golden candlesticks and holds the
seven stars in his hand. Quote, Yes, I have heard
your sighs. Your weeping has come before me. I will
chasten you in an order to exalt you, but I
shall not destroy you for the sake of my glory,
for I have compassion on you. I will place oil

(01:44:40):
in your vessels. Your lamp shall shine before me and
shine brighter than the sun. For you awaited my coming
with patients, and did not rest upon a soft bed,
but on a plane one. And I am your bridegroom,
and you shall be my beloved, my dove, and you
shall seeing my beauty in the morning. I'm in, And behold,
I saw four pillars of marvelous size, coming forth from

(01:45:03):
the sea and standing upon the earth, supported without foundation.
And behold, one was of alabaster, one of topaz, another
of hennix, and the last of sapphire, and behold, four
living beings in human form stood up, stood upon the

(01:45:24):
four pillars, And behold a most beautiful infant, clothed in
a white robe crowned with roses, cried out with a
loud voice, saying, Germany, Yes, Yes, be ready to defend
those who are like these four pillars, whom the Holy
Spirit has sanctified and from me has ordained for my glory.
I am the one who is the Alpha and the Omega. Amen.

(01:45:45):
From them you shall have salvation, and your praise shall
be immortal. A new hymn shall be gathered to you,
by which you shall be able to exalt the truth
of God, and place under your feet the injustice which
you hate with such a labor pains. Your heart shall rejoice.
Your sun shall Your sun shall shine, and your moon

(01:46:07):
shall not fade, and the stars shall give their light
on your horizon. Your night shall be bright and peaceful,
for you shall cast off Latin pride and behold its arrogance,
humbled and falling in pain, so that it may sing
with you the Hem of the East, which is my dwelling. Amen. Okay,

(01:46:28):
interesting stuff there. Chapter five Future events in Germany and
Russia and World War three events in Russia under the Romanovs.
The future Russians are invasion of Russia by the French
under Napoleon. So interesting chapter here, Chapter five, Oh, Ancestors

(01:46:52):
and Descendants. I heard a voice speaking from an unknown light.
Look to the south, servant of God, And looking up,
I saw a new sin, new victory, a new dreadful power.
And behold an eagle was flying to destroy the frenzied
vandal lyon the tyrant of Germany, the terror of princes,
the merciless tiger, the arrogant lucifer, the enemy of the

(01:47:12):
human race. And behold, a triangular stone, rejected by the builder,
became the head of the corner, conquering, overthrowing, crushing, destroying,
and humbling. The beastly goth, who, fleeing recklessly, terrified, exiled
and great pain, wanders seeking help from the barbarians, being
stripped of administrations, falling from powers. As one in despair

(01:47:36):
gives up his life in dangers and sufferings. Seeking to
rise again, he plots ambushes for the harm of the
newly shining war leader, and through he himself is the
cause of the evil. Yet he is not incurable. The
new trophy bearer is pulled from the entanglement, and with
proper prudence he has prophesied. Or rather, he yields to

(01:47:57):
the counsel of the woman, the concubine, who, after an
unlawful marriage, he lawfully binds and raises her to the throne,
and proceeds to risk danger. Before his time is ripe.
The lion rises and turns to his homeland. But alas
he painfully leaves behind his life lifeless body, he who
not long before had terrified the world. And behold thus

(01:48:20):
in the glories of the once renowned lion Amen another Cyrus,
another Macedonian, the monarch of the Russians. He becomes the
conquer and defender of distant land, subdues the Barbarians, expands
the borders, then gaining territories and providence. With chariots, he
makes the kingdom dreadful and necessary for the whole world.

(01:48:41):
He becomes the new dreadful Emperor. The world watches he
becomes free himself, and furthermore, he has the authority to
transfer the crown to another, and to give the scepter
to his own friends. What the lion conquered, the monarch
rejoices in peace, but barely does he reach the number
fifty of his When he departs the kingdom, retiring from life,

(01:49:03):
a lowly woman is exalted to the throne and inherits
the supreme hero. The reign is short, with all pride,
but without glory. It passes to another second Peter, an
unfortunate lord. He is soon compelled to follow his father.
Two women from the Russian monarchy will hold power. The
second will be glorious, the third fortunate. Adopting the third

(01:49:24):
Peter to the crown. The fourth Peter begins to achieve glory,
but the fifth is destined to spread the victorious sign
of Christ and Byzantium, and will destroy the power of
the Ishmaelites. Then, with an unheard uproar from the west,
the empire is confirmed upon the Bavarian. He will cast
from the throne, imprison high priest, and having deposed more

(01:49:47):
than three from the throne, will give the diadems to
their sons and brothers, so that he may avenge the
rejection of God, of the faith and of the Church. France, humbled,
crafty as a fox, will lose her te hail. Yet
the favor of Augustus is granted to you in grace
and faithfulness. Yes, yes, you will marvel for the new

(01:50:07):
council cares for your restoration. It raises you to the
throne of your ancestors. But by treaties and agreements you
will receive your lost glory. Amen. Around the thirteenth year
of the seventeenth century, behold, I saw a lowly and
imperfect subject rise, influenced by the planets, from astronic Livonia,

(01:50:27):
from Corland, I say, semi goul, becoming ruler and master.
He is exalted by the second divinity of Gothonia and
rises to the highest rank. The ungrateful commoner is elevated
to leadership. A womanly reasonable delusion makes him a tyrant,
and with insatiable arrogance, the vile man boasts greatly the

(01:50:50):
fashions and idea to the highest heaven. But what then?
The wretch falls from the throne into dung and remains
a miserable exile until the number fifty. A captive fortune
shows him slight affection, and he appears as restored. Through
the day of his restoration seems uncertain, it is certain

(01:51:12):
that his son will be shown secure in dominion. Once
vanity has lesson pride subdued, he will not dare to
exceed the do bounds. The fear rooted in him will
make him attentive, and from the urgent danger he will
escape through eager prudence and understanding, and will be able
to live for some years in peace, though afterwards he

(01:51:32):
will be forced by a painful death, to leave both
the government and his life to his son. So it
sounds like they're talking about Napoleon there, about his ability
to conquer his resistance to God, and that he's going
to live in exile. Yeah, Josephine exactly, shout out to Vigo.

(01:51:54):
Yeah exactly, Little Josephine. Wow, I didn't know that you're
telling me for the first time. Nice Trump reference, Craig,
well done. Bryce gasper throws in five says there was
a shooting in Grand Blanc, Michigan at an LDS church
this past Sunday. Seems to be an ex member who

(01:52:15):
did two dead and three missing in the fire. Next
member of what so I saw, I've seen convicting reports
he was a former marine. I'm curious if he was
an intelligence agent. I'm curious if he knew the difference
between Mormons and Christians, because obviously, as an orthodox Christian.

(01:52:36):
We don't even see Mormonism as Christianity. But if somebody
was possessed by a demon just to cause terror, I
could see that it's saying a Church of the Latter Days,
you know, Church of Jesus Christ, Latter day Saints, that
they think it's a Christian church. And so, as of
right now, it does appear to be an attack on Christians,
even though again Mormons aren't Christians. We don't know. I

(01:52:58):
haven't heard the fullness of what exactly. Oh, he was
an ex Mormon. Okay, okay, he was an ex Mormon. Well, okay,
now look at the Mormons. So we had the Mormon
who chopped up his parents and their dog. That was
two months ago. Then we have a trans Tyler Robinson.

(01:53:21):
Again if he was the shooter. A lot of questions
going on there. With Charlie kirk assassination. He was also
raised Mormon. So and here's the interesting thing about Mormonism.
I know this is off topic here, so pardon me,
guys for the stream. We're going to go on a
little bit tangent. But remember the Jim Cavesal did a movie.

(01:53:43):
You know, the guy that played Christ in the Passion,
Mel Gibson's Passion. He did the movie I talked about
a couple of years ago about child trafficking. Remember it
was like a big movie. I forget the name of
it right now, but I did a stream covering a
review of it, and they got banned on YouTube. They
got banned on YouTube for talking about child trafficking. And

(01:54:04):
one of the gentlemen there that was like, behind that
story is about somebody in the comments probably knows what
I'm talking about. So the gentleman that that's about the
guy working for the federal government trying to stop the
child trafficking. He was Mormon. And so one of the
interesting things, which is like a secret within the intelligence world,
is how many Mormons are actually recruited by the intelligence agencies.

(01:54:28):
Sound of Freedom, Thank you rebel Umbrium. Yes, Sound of Freedom.
So people thought, and I doped down this rabbit hole
after this movie came out because the guy was Mormon,
and there was a comment I don't know if he
was in the live chat during the stream or something
that said I needed to look into the Mormon connection
with intelligence agencies and federal workers. And so I did

(01:54:48):
my own deep dive. Was this wasn't a stream. This
was just my own personal deep dive, and I found
that that is the case. There were based on the
percentage in the population, the number of more working for
the federal government or in intelligence agencies is pretty high.
I was actually astonished, which then is very interesting because

(01:55:11):
there's thoughts that this Tyler Robinson who assassinating Charlie Kirk,
maybe part of like an MK ultra program. Apparently he
was recruited by the CIA. He was a four point
zero college student, he dropped out, kind of a weird guy,
dating a man, he's a homosexual, a lot of weird
things going on with him. But I'm just finding a

(01:55:33):
very interesting connection. You know, we typically think of Mormons
as like the nice people from Utah that don't really
make a scene. But I'm beginning to connect maybe there's
some workings behind the scenes and the intelligence agencies and
activating maybe some of these Mormons, maybe they've been recruited specifically,

(01:55:55):
Mormonism is the all American national cult. Yeah, fair enough. Yeah,
Tim Ballard, that's all right, bats Yeah, Tim Ballard was
the Mormon that that movie was about, and apparently it
was Mormons who produced the movie. Glenn Beck is a
Mormon and his his was it Angel Films or something.

(01:56:18):
They did the movie Nefarious and they did Sound of
Freedom quality films by the way, for a you know,
for a smaller production company and filmmaking company. But interesting
stuff there. We need to keep our eyes. We need
to keep our eyes on the Mormons. Yes, Tim Ballard
is Mormon. Yes, yes, you can fact check me on that.

(01:56:40):
I'd be happy to know if I was wrong. But yes,
last time I looked into it and that movie came out,
he is Mormon. So anyways, anyways, it is what it is. Okay,
moving to the next chapter here, chapter six. We got
five more chapters to get through. The Chosen was made

(01:57:01):
by Moore. I thought chosen. I thought the director was
the son of like a Baptist priest. I thought it
was Baptist that ran the show that chosen. No. I
think Nefarius is a great movie. I'm a fan of
the movie Nefarius. I think it's a great a great
movie on some of the dynamics regarding demon possession and

(01:57:24):
spiritual warfare. So all right, anyways, okay, we did enough
a little tangent on the Mormons there and stuff going on.
So Anyways, I did see the shooting in Michigan. I
want to find out more info about the shooter because
did you see Eric Swallwell, US senator shared a photoshopped

(01:57:46):
image insinuating that the shooter at the Mormon church was
a Trump supporter. He shared an image of a camouflage
shirt and then it said like Trump twenty twenty four on.
It turns out that that was photoshopped, that wasn't real.
We don't know if he was a Trump supporter not.
But why is the US senator sharing sharing photoshopped images online?
Very interesting? Very interesting? Okay, back to Blessed Hieronymous Agathenglos,

(01:58:12):
Chapter six, Historical events of the Austrian Empire in Napoleonic Wars. Okay,
I heard the voice of an angel, the one guarding
the second gate of the world, saying, thus, son of Man,
look up toward the north, and see what the great
kingdoms will rise up against Western Roman doctrine. They will

(01:58:32):
despise it and become beast like enemies. They will establish
new laws and declare a new faith. And behold, a
third frontier ruler became king and is raised to the
highest rank of fortune. So says the angel of the Lord,
and behold a new frontier king quickly becomes a threat
to the Austrian woman. Sounds like Muslim immigrants. That's the

(01:58:53):
biggest threat to Austrian women or Muslim men. Ah, anyways,
AnyWho a threat to the Austrian woman. And behold he

(01:59:13):
nearly harms and subdues her, for it was given to
him to discipline the Austrian power. And behold he violated
treaties and with tyrannical transgressions, attempts to seize the profession
the possession of another. But, oh, French, where are you going?
The new king leads you into slaughter, and you, like
pitless victims and wolves hungering, will leave your lives in

(01:59:36):
the colder mountains, and your ventures will appear forsaken. Consider more, Oh,
miserable French. The Bavarian becomes Caesar. He is crowned with
the laurel crown of the Great Charles. But alas a
painful example, around the thirteenth year, his life and his
reign come to an end, and the clouds divided into

(01:59:56):
four parts. And behold a mighty arm holding a sowred
terrified the whole world. And behold a voice saying, oh,
ancestor and descendant of Austria, you are fortunate, and you
shall be likewise until the seventh century. You will see
your people departing. Your fortunes will increase, but in your
fortieth your glories will cease. I see your greatness weakened,

(02:00:24):
your authority dislocated, your treaty scorned, your decrees cast away,
and your secession ending in a lone woman, hero son
of Man, that the Angel of the Lord says to Austria,
your lamp will be cast down, your torch will be extinguished,
and you will remain in darkness. For you have been
shaken from your former standing. And the one who holds

(02:00:45):
the seven stars in his hand, with one blow, will
strike you and throw you to the ground and crush
you like a tablet of clay vessel. For you have
fallen asleep as one drunken from the poisonous cup of
the proud Harlot. You have become adulterous like her. You
think you are you are in a dream. But behold,
you have awakened, and yet sleep with open eyes. The

(02:01:06):
smoke of adultery darkens you and swells your mind. You
will not awaken until the time of your desolation, in
which you will see destruction and annihilation, just like the
painful fall of the city of David in the third
century of your exaltation, you will fall, Oh, Austria, to
a proud and perverse woman, yet exalted beyond measure. This

(02:01:28):
is the angelic messenger tells you, for the successor woman
hastens to abolish the greatness of your ancestors and abandons
the paternal dwelling. And behold a bagpipe whistled proclaiming these words,
Oh unfortunate woman, monster against nature, and cast off offspring. Yes, yes,

(02:01:51):
another eve, another simp samramis another Jezebel. Shall the successor
woman appear to be? Sounds like Western feminism. Sounds like
the feminism that's taken over the West, including France and Austria.
Austria admit so many misfortunes. You imagine yourself happy, blessed

(02:02:12):
in lawlessness, and holy in abominations. Already the heavenly craftsman
Chance chastens you so that the world may understand your counterfeit, holiness,
and hypocrisy, and those of your ancestors. You're like ravenous
wolf clothed in sheep's clothing darkened the world and took
what was another tyrannically seizing the goods of others under

(02:02:34):
the veil of humanity. The sacrilegious mocked God under the
guise of reverence, unjust, troublesome, violators of the law, under
the appearance of justice. Yes, yes, behold, you shall be miserable,
and your house shall be left desolate, and you shall
not see me again until you seeing Blessed is he
that cometh in the name of the Lord wretched Austria. Amen.

(02:02:58):
So very interesting stuff there, and we have a super
chat that came in from Snagglebeast. He says, God bless
doctor Dph. My baptism and chrismation is approaching. My sponsor
needs to wait to finish the physical therapy and then

(02:03:20):
he can schedule maybe as early as next month. Thanks
for all you've done. You, Jim, Bob, Jay and FDA
were a big part. Well, thank you very much, Snagglebiast.
God bless you, brother. And it's wonderful to hear of
your entry into the church. That's wonderful. God bless you brother.
Thanks for the support. Chapter seven. Let's get into chapter
seven now, could be could be events of the Austro

(02:03:48):
Hungarian Empire through its dismemberment after World War One, the
period or era of peace under Christianity, and it reads
chapter seven. I look toward the noise as I commanded,
and beheld, clouds of many transparent colors appeared. And under
the clouds was a monstrous peacock, with its tail fully
spread out, richly adorned with those translucent cloudlike colors. And behold,

(02:04:13):
the peacock had a vision of great beauty, and the
face of a noble woman, and the head of a
fertile woman. And behold, an unknown voice said, son of Man,
go take the axe and cut down the excessive jawl
of Austria, whose beard has grown to cover her injustice.
I began to wet most bitterly, and beg that the
life of the peacock be prolonged. And behold, it answered me,

(02:04:37):
you ask, worthily, servant of God, Austria will act arrogantly
until the fifteenth until the fiftieth number. And behold a
mass like a mass, like a ball of red thread.
And it said to me, son of Man, take this
ball and go to the sea, stretch it from one
end to another. And you will see the proportional riddle.

(02:05:02):
And beheld, behold, I took the ball and stretched it,
and I counted the sixth century, and I discerned the
number that passed the number eighty. And I saw a
rooster pecking at the eyes of the lion who had
snatched the crown from his head, and violently took the
scepter from him, and overthrew the lion's kingdom, becoming a

(02:05:23):
complete ruler and heir of the Western daughter. I considered
the number thirty, and I saw the seventh century the
unlawful exchange between Austria and Etruia. Etruia, I don't even
know what that is. And behold, three youthful roosters devoured
the ball, and the powers of Etruia Etruria vanished because

(02:05:48):
of their own frog's poison. And behold a young king,
wise and strong. And I saw the king in the
full seventh century after the fortieth number, making treaties with France.
And beheld, I saw the king become a violator of laws,
a despiser of treaties, a breaker of agreements, becoming independent
among the rulers, a usurper of foreign possessions, and an

(02:06:10):
instigator to another's property. Then, with elected votes, as the
supreme lord and full will, he hands over the maiden
the diadem of the German Empire. Through the unfortunate Bavarian.
The French hurry with a makeshift army, and with much
fury enter Germany. But, oh, unfortunate ones, what will become

(02:06:32):
of you? Where does your pride lead you in stretching
out your victory? The high, cold mountains wretches do not
benefit you. Enraged, yes, you will be abandoned by the
makeshift dance you began. Thus spoke speaks the oracle. I
see a dreadful whirlwind, arise, pestilence, golden bribes, destruction, plague

(02:06:54):
and war, shallow peer, for the world is being destroyed
from within. Then the ball turns and the strongest falls
to the ground. These words followed the oracles. They seem
to be making treaties, but their labor is in vain.
I proclaim a brief truce, but he do not count
it as true peace. Mars brings dreadful destruction, and the
end of the whole world seems near. And behold a

(02:07:18):
trunk of a cedar tree suddenly shaken, cracked terribly like
the sound of a shield, and rising from the midst
I saw a monstrous lizard emerge in varied colors, so
wondrous that even a trained painter's hand could not depict it.
Emerging from the trunk and approaching me. It lifted its
head and said these words to me, son of Man,

(02:07:39):
I speak wonders to you. Do not forget to mark
my prophecy. Know that the kingdom of the Kingdom of
Ferdinand is short, and the crown you see upon my
head shall remain in possession of his brother. He himself
will hand over the authority of the two acquired kingdoms
to his brother. And you will see after this the
fiftieth number. And behold, a most terrible earthquake occurred, and

(02:08:04):
I saw before me a fiery human figure turning in
all directions, gazing with an angry face and terrifying the world.
Then turning to me with a cheerful face, he said
these words to me, son of Man, I am the
Harlot Sabothia. Once for a time an adulteress. I did
not repent. Therefore I condemned to be despised and finally ashamed,

(02:08:26):
and under the sick fill up the arrogant. I see
myself subjected and captive because he loves me. I know
this son of man, that through him I shall be
despised and scorn. But oh God, the lombard power benefits him.
Another alliance with me casts off fear, bends the head
and neck to submit to the newly risen sun. Yes, yes,

(02:08:48):
preparations are being made. Saint Mark is terrified, but there
is a remedy on his behalf from Corfu. The wondrous
advocate causes astonishment, and the excessive pride of the ally
is defeated and falls, and a splendid peace treaty is made,
glorifying and praising the triumphant in defending Saint. Hearing the story,
I pondered briefly. But while I was pondering, behold I

(02:09:11):
saw a dreadful warrior standing near me, who said, the
Ottomans bring ruin to Ellyria, and Paeonia flees from them.
A terrible womb. Pain will soon seize the royal woman,
who is unfortunately deprived of her only sister. The wife
of the Etruscan, perishes unexpectedly, yet she ought not mourn

(02:09:32):
her fate. And behold, an eagle descended to the earth
and vomited four little spheres like large nuts, and I
saw them open, and behold, a boy, said son of Man.
The third young woman of the Ionian lineage will die
from a virus. She is concerned with establishing her sister's
son in the succession of the government. But the laurel

(02:09:52):
crown Caesar is not accepted as a peacemaker. It appears
to me that in some manner the Bavarians will hold
a shit in the fifth year of division becoming widespread
in the world. And behold the eagles spoke, Thus, unfortunate woman,
you will not rejoice over your children, even if they
are five. Through the horizon guarantees three of them. And

(02:10:14):
behold a firing pyramid, a black inscription upon it, containing
these words dangers, deaths, individual corruptions, famines and plagues, invasions,
civil wars, violations, earthquakes, celestial signs shall appear. But, oh God,
may it not be that Caesar's rewarded be returned with
violent evils. That Caesar's reward be returned with violent evils.

(02:10:39):
Yet he told me the end of these evils shall
not finish with the life of the royal woman. After
her end, the Saxon shall see division. The Bavarians in
the fifth years shall have shares. The King holds the balance,
and from the spoils is redirected, and with the treaties
and agreements he receives a portion. The heretical Germans in
exchange for Caesar Universe take the cause and are there

(02:11:02):
and are forcibly released from former agreements. The king shall
not have a child from Alexander, and not from Augustus.
He shall see the monarchy prolonged. The dreadful age shall
bring forth a golden twelfth number, and afterward honey and
milk shall flow everywhere. The troubles will subside, and for
a full fifty years peace shall reign, Truth will triumph,

(02:11:25):
and Heaven shall rejoice in true glory. The Orthodox face
shall be revealed, and it shall leap from the east
to the west and be praised. The barbarians shall tremble,
and all together trembling, they shall quickly flee, abandoning the
metropolis of the world. Then shall God be glorified, and
men shall behold His almighty power. So be it, and
so shall it be a'men. So one of the things

(02:11:49):
I wanted to mention too. We got three chapters to
finish reading. But I don't know based on all the
other prophecy videos that we've done, I don't know how
closely you guys have been following some of the recent events.
I just want to catch you up on a few
things to keep your eye on. One is Trump's rhetoric
regarding Russia and the Ukraine War. Though it sounds like

(02:12:12):
Trump has vowed to not use American soldiers, he has
essentially said game on to Russia in a very arrogant
display that of his speech recently at the UN, essentially
saying that he'll sell no limited number of weapons to
the EU or NATO so that they can then give
them to Ukraine. And in addition to that, I shared

(02:12:37):
this with the Escaton vigil. I don't know if you
guys saw, but Turkey is escalating its aggression towards Greece.
One of the prophecies that we've been worrying about is
the territorial dispute between Greece and Turkey regarding some of
the islands there in the Aegean. And we've been waiting

(02:12:58):
for Turkey to make its advance and begin to claim
Greek territory as its own and uh, just this past week,
last week that was actually the case. Turkey is now
i guess, vocally claimed it's possession of these Greek islands
in the territorial dispute is now in full effect. And

(02:13:22):
the reason why this is important regarding our prophecies is
because we believe that Turkey will attack Greece and eventually
Greece will get back Constantinople. That's even part of the
prophecies today with Agathengelos. But it's important to just keep
in mind that what's going on with Israel, and supposedly
there's some peace agreement that Trump and Netna, who are

(02:13:43):
supposed to be a part of today, it's going to
go nowhere. Essentially, it says, essentially it's a Trump's plan
for Israel to pull out of Gaza, but then says,
if Hamas refuses the deal, then Trump says Netna, who
can do whatever he wants. So what do you think
is going to happen? Netanyahu and the Likute party, who

(02:14:06):
literally propped up Hamas so that there would be a
terrorist organization in Gaza so that they could have perpetual
war against them, They're going to say that they declined
the treaty. Israel's going to add some caveats to the deal,
it's not going to get signed. Netanyahuo's going to continue
on his genocide and ethnic cleansing, and so all of that.

(02:14:27):
All three of these events, the Ukraine Russian conflict, which
is really the Western powers. Remember the way the powers
divide up is Europe, America and Israel against the great
powers of Russia, China and Iran and other countries. And
so we're seeing all this stuff beginning to line up.
So just keep your eyes on these things, guys. You know,

(02:14:49):
today's stream wasn't a catch up on all things regarding prophecies,
but I just wanted to make that point as we
moved through our conversation today on and why certain events
that are occurring in many things that Trump is doing
is actually coinciding in a negative way with some of
the stuff that we'd expect. So just keep your eyes open.

(02:15:12):
Be repentful. You know, this is the time to be repentful.
Get if you're not, if you've kind of fallen out
of your prayer rule, if you haven't been attending services.
All of these actions these are sort of catalysts for
us to come back to the church and strengthen our faith.
So I just say all of that. Now regarding this document,

(02:15:35):
there was Okay, it's for chapter ten. So when we
get to chapter ten, I'm going to read his interpretation.
But let's go on. So chapter eight, Events of Russia
and its military exploits.

Speaker 2 (02:15:50):
In World War Three and future happiness.

Speaker 1 (02:15:54):
I heard a voice coming from the north which said, thus, Russia,
awaken now from your sleep, for the word of the
Angel of the Lord has reserved for you. And in
the morning the sun shall lamp the sun. Your lamp
shall be filled with pure oil. And before the sun
appears in the eastern zodiac, you shall be revealed. Oh

(02:16:15):
beloved and dearly loved one, behold your finest war instruments.
Fill the air with melody. Now again, I find that
interesting because if agath Angelos is having this vision in
the thirteenth century, he's talking about aerial warfare. I mean,
this is before the invention of cannons, right, I mean
cannons are after the thirteenth century, if I'm correct, Maybe

(02:16:40):
I'm wrong. When somebody fact check me when we're canons invented,
I have no idea. Okay, they recurred in the thirteenth century.
Oh it's in China. Uh, where's the earliest Okay, So

(02:17:08):
by the end of the fourteenth century they were widespread
in eur Asia. So in Europe the first one documented
is one hundred years basically after Agathangelo's Okay, okay, So
that's interesting, because what's he talking about with your finest
war instruments? Fill the air with melody? It sounds like missiles,

(02:17:29):
sounds like airplanes. Huh drones maybe? Yeah, yeah, Terra says, drones. Interesting,
could be u your warriors and heroes nearly sing the
songs of victory, calling you to reshape the world from
corrupted flower with the sincere seal of Christ, who on
a certain day delivered you from the darkness of perverse idolatry.

(02:17:52):
Take up arms quickly, my sister, go and defend the
eternal truth from him. From him, for in you was
preserved the sign of such radiant glory. But here, my
beloved sister, know that you shall be troubled by the
Haggarins in the seventh century and shall count nearly for
the And here's something to keep in mind. When they're

(02:18:13):
talking about like the seventh century, they're not talking about
the six hundreds. I believe what they're talking about is
the seventh century after the year one thousand, so that
would be the seventeenth century, that would be the sixteen hundreds.
So that's if you're confused while we're moving through. At
least that's my understanding of how this is being enumerated

(02:18:37):
here throughout this work. So he's not talking about the
six hundreds, he's really talking about the sixteen hundreds, because
this use of seventh and fourth century, fifth century, this
has to do with the centuries after the year one thousand.
That was from my understanding. And you shall count nearly
to the fortieth number, and you shall see that you

(02:18:57):
will be victorious and shall bring them down and the peninsula.
You shall have the victory, and you shall pass through
Helos and crush Turrica, and sooth fear and terror in
the midwifing lands of the Tatars. Yet from your conquest
you shall not have joy. The second woman will grant

(02:19:18):
the Samaritan scepter to the Saxon, a king thrice crowned,
who will go into exile. But afterwards he appears as
the ruler of Austria, O beloved city, Pure Virgin I
see you deflowered, Let you breaks its own horn. The
rooster a shame, trembles in wrath. The greater Bishop, the

(02:19:38):
crooked rival, feels the shame of his fall. The wretched
old man, exiled and captive, shall understand the burden of
the Eastern Woman, and the Samaritan race shall recognize her strength.
The reign of the royal woman ends abruptly. In the
fortieth year. An innocent babe, an unfortunate infant cast down
from the throne with his parents, also becomes an exile.

(02:20:02):
For a third young woman shall reign. God declares this
to me. German nation lawless vandals. Yes, yes, I shall
see you trampled, and the rooster shall not crow as
the usual hour, the Russian legions shall appear stronger than
the former system, coming to strike the border of another
within the German center. Yet the intervention is ineffective, serving

(02:20:22):
only to delay to the enemies. The greedy king fears
the old the other's glory and wisely maintains his position,
remaining unmoved. However, after the fiftieth number, he takes the
reins again with strength greater than before. The new king,
confirmed by Russian calmness launches a new invasion. Oh what
birth pangs of the mother, Oh harsh calamities which you,

(02:20:46):
wretched Austria will endure. The fierce King seeks a way
to immortalize his name, lest his memory perish. He opens
the path to the French and urges them to travel
to the lands of the Rhine. The Supreme Governor of
the United Provinces will stand upright even in collapse, but
will not be able to hold any complete authority from them.

(02:21:06):
The wicked French revealed the Seal, and in the following transformation,
the United States are urged to profit through payment. Although already,
my beloved sister, I see you universally summoned. The young
Queen is glorified, and in the most prominent treaties, she
makes peace with the French and becomes a true mother
to the troubled administrations and the solar number of the

(02:21:28):
golden twelve. The time is written, it is clarified and
made clear. I see you prospering. It is better to
return to the vast kingdom swiftly to the successor, Oh
holy Maiden, the rejected infinite shall rejected infant shall return
to the throne peaceful and glorious. This, indeed, I see

(02:21:50):
so interesting. I would like to see what the original
manuscript says here for United States. I don't know if
this was a a translation based because even if it
was written in seventeen fifty one, I mean, what we
refer to as the United States didn't exist until seventeen

(02:22:11):
seventy nine, seventeen seventy six, I guess at the beginning.
But so i'd be curious what the original word was
for the United Maybe this was the territory of the Americas,
is what it was meant here? I don't know. I'm
curious what the original Greek says here or what Polyides's

(02:22:34):
translation from the Latin says here. I wonder if that
it's referring to the area of the United States. I'm
not sure. Some might have to look that up for me.
It could be United Provinces in Holland. Yeah, that could
be it. That could be what it means. Interesting. Yeah,

(02:23:02):
I'd want to see what the original manuscript. If somebody
does research, I would be happy to know what the
original manuscript says there. On towards the last, the second
to last paragraph in chapter eight, okay, chapter nine, future
of Poland and the Roman Catholic Slavs. Now, just a
quick reminder, guys, if anybody wants to get this document,

(02:23:24):
you can download it for free right here at this
link Agathangelos dot Esctonvigil dot org. Click that link and you,
guys can download this for free. Just provide your email
address for the newsletter and you get a free download.
All right, Poland, restless, rebellious sons, I see you limping

(02:23:47):
in the region of Via. The arrogant king overshadows you,
and I see the disputes tear your heart apart, But
do not fear. An intelligent patrician from among you, raised
from Russian authority and brought to the throne, will bring
an ind to misfortunes and make you prosperous. Oh, Poland,
he will bring you peace. You shall be reconciled with

(02:24:09):
the French and the Vandal, and you shall be under
the truce with the Prussian. The reinforced and firm treaty
with the Russians will make you unyielding, and you shall
be blessed. New arrangements, new agreements shall appear in the
European realm. The sea and land will be joined on
behalf of the French, and the Muses shall seeing a victory.

(02:24:29):
The Aquitanian, however, behold, is already hastily preparing to enter
the French succession. Among the three brothers. Three monarchies shall
appear divided, and shall remain in the in their possession.
Then Monos syllabic golden number dissolves the covenant. Peace shall

(02:24:51):
appear on earth, the corruption in the land of the Hagarenes.
Then the Apostolic and Glorious Church shall triumph. I heard
a radiant voice coming from the mountains toward the Dalmatian shore,
saying thus in five and fifty the end of sorrows
has been declared, And behold, she is no longer exiled,
no longer wretched. Returning to the gulf of the Aegean,

(02:25:15):
you shall come with rejoicing, and then from your ancestral
dens I will raise you into self rule. The three
year misfortune shall offer peace and for you the end
of past sorrows. He who took heed of your head
will care for his own people and flock, But repentance
will not help. Son of Man. Unite the fifty first

(02:25:36):
with the thirty fourth, and you will see the complete calculation.
May it never be that the much suffering and opposed
blood of the Byzantines should be solidified. The Angel with
Mary and John, with the great first Martyr, who is
first among our nurtured ones, dedicated grants intercession. Yes, yes,
he shall rise to hahigh rank. The faith of his

(02:25:58):
father shall expose the misfortune favored by the French and
the Samaritans. He shall be seen at the height of
self rule. The loss shall be found, and the estrange
shall be taken up again. Then, with envy put to shame,
the ruler remains assured, and he will rejoice in God
and offer sacrifices of thanksgiving. Then in peace he will
offer entreaties before those who fear God, and he will

(02:26:20):
unceasingly serve him alone as the only good one. For
his mercy endures forever a broken and humbled heart. God
will hear and behold. A son of Man was lying
distress with four small children, and grieving. He lamented a
sorrowful dove, a dove nearby, saying the laments of the prophet,
And behold the raven of Elijah with outstretched wings. Said

(02:26:43):
thus the thirty fourth quickly comes to an end, son
of Man, join the fifty first and the second of
the thirty fourth. Then understand what it is for you
of your own, the steadfast blessedness which the Holy One
offers you. And the Son of Man, as if waking
from deep sleep, lifted his thanks to heaven. And behold

(02:27:04):
I saw him sitting on a white horse, holding a
sharp sword in his hand, going forth ahead of many
generations well ordered. And behold a double door opened. And
behold he was followed by the dove and her chicks,
And with one leap he entered into the innermost part
of the goal, the garden. And beheld he fell before
the risen divine image and gave things. I heard a

(02:27:25):
great resounding voice saying, behold, thus is the man blessed.
He who fears the Lord. Your wife shall be like
a fruitful vine blooming in the recesses of your house,
your sons like young olive plants around your table. You
son of Man, have hoped in the Lord, and you
shall not be laughed at nor put to shame forever.

(02:27:45):
So let it be, and so shall it be amen. Distress,
pains and captivity shall bring upon you a blessed reward
now for a little breakdown on one any of this,
because it is kind of obscure. Here is this whole
thing On the fifty one and thirty four, Agathengalos provides

(02:28:05):
a mysterious prophecy of numbers which in an interesting riddle
for us to try to interpret. They are made in
reference to a new future, happy era of humanity and Constantinople.
Here are the two passages. Okay, we just read those.
What did Ayathangelo see in the importance of these numbers?
And why were they split up? As such? How are
they related to the events in Byzantium or Constantinople. The

(02:28:28):
possible mathematical equations are thus eighty five, so one of
them adds up to eighty five years. Another one plus
two adds up to eighty seven years to the present day.
This prophecy adding thirty four plus fifty one plus two
has been uninterpretable. I proposed a solution to this prophecy
from an older blog post titled linking the times and

(02:28:51):
dates of Daniel Revelation using the prophetic golden number thirty
four and fifty one. The numbers fifty one and thirty
four have hidden significant as well hidden significance it should be,
and when they are combined, it appears to match the
year in which the Byzantine Empire fell to the Ottomans.
If we follow the commandment and combine the numbers fifty

(02:29:11):
one and thirty four by first taking the second digits
of each number and then combine it to the first
digits of each number, we have fifty one and thirty
four one four, five three, fourteen fifty three ad very ominous. Indeed,
these sequences of numbers, combined together and unscrambled, revealed the

(02:29:32):
year the Byzantine Empire collapsed to the Ottoman Turks. So
interesting stuff there, and so that should help give a
little bit of a better perspective on what's actually being said.
Octavian throws in a super chat over on dono Chat.
Thank you so much, Octavian, He says, off topic, I

(02:29:53):
really enjoyed your episode on Stephan the Great. Well, thank
you so much, Octavian for the generous superchat twenty bucks.
I do appreciate that. And uh yeah, check out if
you guys didn't see the Great King of Moldovia, Defender
of the Orthodox Faith, Saint Stephan the Great, check that out.
If you guys didn't see that, Okay, so that's what

(02:30:15):
the author here, who's this whole site Byzantine prophecy dot
com is all about Orthodox prophecies and this guy has
multiple articles Jonathan Fotius. I assume he's Greek. He knows
a lot about the Greek prophetic tradition and stuff like that.
So anyways, that should give a little bit of an

(02:30:37):
insight into what all these numbers mean, because I was
confused by when I first read it. To this this
article helped. Okay, So moving now to chapter ten, the
last chapter of our prophecies today, so guys smashed that like,
if you've a joyed today's stream, a special thank you
to Escaton Vigil and please support my work. I would

(02:31:01):
greatly appreciate that. I'm trying to raise money to get
to debate con in November and for all the travel
arrangements to get to the conference in Florida on Athens
and Jerusalem with Father Deacon doctor and an aas dire
Father Vladimir Metropolitan Jonah. I think I think that's the
list of speakers so far. So uh, if you can,

(02:31:22):
if you feel generous, if you support, if you enjoy
my work, please feel free to support me and help
me get there. Also got to say again, you're going
to get a lot of these. Check out my book
Return to Babylon From Adam to Antichrist, The Ultimate Orthodox
Defense and Critique of Transhumanism from an academic and theological

(02:31:43):
philosophical perspective. You can get it at Amazon. I'll share
that link right now. You can get it at Amazon
or my website, whichever one you guys prefer. Where is
that link? Oh, here we go. So here is the

(02:32:09):
Amazon link if anybody wants to get it from Amazon.
And then here is the link from my website if
anybody wants to sign copy. Again, my copies are going
to be coming in here in the near future, so
here is the link for signed copy. It looks like
the Amazon link is almost too big to share, so anyways,

(02:32:29):
there you can get signed copies for my website or
get one from Amazon. So anyways, all right, back to
our last chapter. Guys, this has been a lot of fun.
Let's read through it, and then I'm going to read
the interpretation from that website. So the Roman Catholic Church
under the anti Pope, the future last Roman Emperor or

(02:32:52):
great Monarch and Christian allies, the reunification of Christians under
the Eastern Orthodox dogma, the post millennial reign of with
the binding of Satan for a thousand years, the entry
of the future monarch into the city of Jerusalem. So
that's what this chapter is about. Last chapter, and then
we're gonna read a little bit on the interpretation of it.

(02:33:14):
In the north, on a hill, three hearths appeared, and behold,
I saw they fought strongly for the destruction of a
certain established one. And behold I heard the following words
in the Latin tongue. Many magnificent things must be seen,
but the former desires must not be extended. If you
desire to have gain or to acquire from the above,

(02:33:36):
call upon the sincerity of the heart, so that you
may be beautiful and blameless before the day rises. Toward
the morning, call upon your heavenly guardian, that she may
teach you onto perfection. On the Lord's day. It is
proper to honor the office, so that you do not
excessively pay the price of anathema. There the voice ceased,

(02:33:58):
and behold a unicorn appeared playing the liary, and I
saw a noble woman outstretch naked and shining, saying, depart
from me, Satan, and you shall be heard in the
day of distress. And behold, a young man approached the unicorn,
seeking to seize him with the liary, But the naked
woman said to him, now is not the end. Behold,

(02:34:20):
deceived by the rooster's voice, I see you sailing in
a ship and departing, And sadly you come back violently,
and you will be wretched, guilty of murder's death and calamities.
And you hope in vain. Sabbath observance is contrary to
divine law. You a daughter of sabotism. You will not
be able to obtain what you seek until you become

(02:34:43):
an apostate from sabotism. Even if you complete your thirty
fifth year, you will return to me nearly as a
miserable youth. Yes. Yes, the kingdom of the Teutonic rulers
ends abruptly without error. The German king is placed in secession.
He turns back to his own harbors, and the Bavarian
is set free. And behold, I heard an unknown voice saying,

(02:35:07):
son of man, take this little scroll and eat it,
and you shall be blessed and most wise, then go
and vomit it near the taverns, that is, among the cellars,
near those dancing and drunkenness and false tax, and you
shall see wonders. And behold, I obeyed, and I saw
that a certain blind man was singing, and said these words,

(02:35:27):
the moon's day, the day of Mars, the day of Hermes,
the third day of Zeus, which is near to Venus.
They turned to the sickle of the sickle to Saturn,
so that the sun is not seen over Rome. Which
of us, oh, my faithful, attends to the dawn, who
hastens to the hymn of the white form dove. Yes, yes,
the blind shall have light, and the bright seeing shall

(02:35:51):
be blind. Beware, son of man, beware, for here I
shall put an end to your desires. And behold, the gathering,
clothed in mourning, was being examined by the crafty Western guide.
And behold, a sharp sword threatened those taking the most
holy great name of Jesus and christological hypocrisy, and having

(02:36:14):
hidden impiety under the guise of virtue, the most defiled
citizens of Pentopolis, flatters of deceitful perverters. And behold, it
said to me, it's a long one, son of man,
do you see these are the ravaging wolves, These are
the insatiable dogs, who, before the sabotine executioner, and before

(02:36:36):
the crowned monstrous Serberius and Hades, shall pay the penalty.
Then no son of man, that this unholy satanic assembly
of the underworld, before the Fourth Age and to the
fulfillment of the book from their beginning, shall completely end
Like sorrowful victims. They shall be mercifully, merciless, mercilessly slaughtered

(02:36:58):
as living sacrifice, and with them another new nation similar
to them shall lose remembrance on the earth. The ungodly
school of the devil, which appeared as wholly among men,
behold as shall utterly vanish. The super luminous construct constitution
of divine providence shall shine upon the world, and nearly

(02:37:20):
between the end of the destruction and the boundless, unjust
and ravaging wolves, Oh poor, exalt the name of the
Lord your God, seeing glory to the great King of ages. Come,
o godly regeneration. Rejoice with sultry and lyar and with
small tambourines and trumpets. Sharpen your symbols, lift up your instruments,

(02:37:41):
blow your pipes and flute. Sound your liries with melody,
hasten with leaping in law dance, leaping and lawful dance.
Dance decorously before the throne of the Great King of Israel,
whom the blasphemies of the Sabotists defiled through many centuries,
Seeing even you, inventors of perverse heresies, and the Lord,

(02:38:03):
for he is good and as mercy endures forever, I'm in,
son of Man. Behold the end of your vision, which
is an angelic appearance reserved only for the faithful, who
undefiled have kept the law and honored the tabernacle of God.
Go servant of God, Agathangelos, and write everything faithful on
a tablet, and reveal all those who come after. Amen,

(02:38:24):
And behold a great multitude of heavenly spirits and ranks
led the dragon in mighty chains, and cast them into
the Tatarus of the fiery furnace, singing on the earth,
in the air and over the waters. Holy God, Holy Mighty,
Holy Immortal, have mercy on us. And so here this
gentleman has an interpretation of this chapter. Here this prophecy

(02:38:49):
seems to be very stern warning against the Roman Catholic
Church clearly targeted the Vatican in Rome. The first thing
we will notice is the strong parallel themes to chapter
seventeen and eighteen in Saint John's Apocalypse. In fact, given
this prophecy was written in twelve seventy nine a d.
It is one of the first that points directly to
the Roman Church two hundred and fifty years before the

(02:39:11):
Protestant Reformation. We know from history that the first identification
with the papacy was the Man of Sin by the
Catholic Church's own Yakima Fiore in the early twelve hundreds. Again, Shot,
I have a whole section about Yakima Fiori. You don't
know who Yakima Fiori is. You don't know about his

(02:39:32):
his millennial vision, his dispensational three sections of history, three
periods of history. Check out my book Return to Babylon.
I talk all about it. Actually Yakima Fiore in the
early twelve hundreds, but it was not until Luther and
the Reformation who called Rome the Harlot Church in Revelation
seventeen and the pope as the Antichrist. Regardless, Agatheglos's prophecy

(02:39:57):
here is consistent with the Reformation, identification of the Roman
Catholic Church as Babylon the Great and Agathangelo seems to
confirm these points through the prophecy as follows, You seven
headed Hydra Tower of Babel. Mystery of Babylon is the
great mother of Harlot's Revelation seventeen five. The Harlot rides

(02:40:17):
the beast in a seven hilled city. The seven heads
are the seven mountains on which the woman sitteth. Revelation
seventeen nine. You have turned yourself into a wine press
shop of perdition, and the inhabitants of the earth have
been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. Revelation
seventeen two. For all the nations have drunk the wine

(02:40:39):
of the wrath of her fornication. Revelation eighteen three. You
have definitely been stained with human blood, it says, and
I saw the woman drunken with blood of the saints
and with great blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And
when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. Revelation
seventeen six. You have become his conquest daughter and concubine.

(02:41:01):
For these reasons, Oleude woman, you will utterly make a
prostitute of yourself, the mother of Harlot's and abominations of
the Earth, Revelation thirteen. Revelation seventeen five. Your royal purple
the tiara, and the woman was a rayed in purple
and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones

(02:41:22):
and pearls. Revelation seventeen four. The east will humiliate you,
and you'll become her prisoner, an infernal monster, and subjected
by her. Your apostate will scrape off the crowned heads
from your AFT's body. The triple Dominion will be stamped
under the feet of their furious horses. Your dominion will
come to an end. These quote these shall hate the whore,

(02:41:43):
and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat
her flesh and burn her with fire. Revelation seventeen sixteen,
You infernal monster. Both these were cast alive into a
lake of fire, burning with brimstone. Revelation nineteen twenty. We
will see some of the interesting observations here. One a
possible reference to the last Roman emperor or great monarch,

(02:42:05):
with the phrase conquer of my sanctuary. This figure is
prophesied to conquer Hagia Sophia in Constantinople as it is
converted back into a Christian cathedral. Number two, Greece is
predicted to be subjugated until the eighteen hundreds. Number three,
oh number three Graces predicted to be subjugated until the

(02:42:32):
eighteen hundreds. Three coming to pass. Of these events, there
will be seven centuries later, which would technically bring us
to nineteen seventy nine, and Rome would be subjected and humiliated. However,
then he says that it would be purified by fire
and become a cornerstone of the Church, and once again
the glory of God will shine through the city of Rome.
Hard to imagine this coming from an Eastern Orthodox prophecy,

(02:42:54):
but it seems pretty clear that it is what it
says in the translated text. And then we're guarding the
last chapter or chapter ten. This is the final paragraphs
of the prophecy of chapter ten of Acathangelos's vision. It
provides some amazing insights for our benefit. If it is
in fact an authentic prophecy from our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ, one, all heresies are to disappear. This perhaps

(02:43:18):
is a reference to the coming prophesies Eighth Ecumenical Council
and the resulting elimination of Christian heresies. This is something
that Metropolitan Neophotos of Morpho has also talked about regarding
jurisdiction problems, internal conflicts, the fake Church in Ukraine, supported
by Patriarch Bartholomew, that we will have an eighth Ecumenical

(02:43:38):
Council during this golden age of Orthodoxy that's going to
spread around the whole world. In this eighth Ecumenical Council
will resolve all the internal issues of the church right now.
So this is not unique to Agathengelos. We've read multiple
saints of Mount Athos saying the same thing. Number two,
a most bright constitution of the Divine Providence will shine

(02:44:00):
in the world and illuminate it. We have another reference,
perhaps to a celestial event which is to coincide with
the halting of a global war and the spread of
Orthodoxy from the East to the west. This is a
common theme in many other Byzantine prophecies, such as from
Saint Methodio's and Emperor Leo. The Wise. Saint Cosmos the
Aetolian also references the desired event as well as during

(02:44:24):
a weekend when two easters coincide. The question we will
examine is if this event is related in any shape
from or from the sign of the Son of Man
in the heavens and the all of it discourse in
the Gospel. Now, of course, we just had an Easter
this year. This is why I twenty twenty five was

(02:44:45):
a year to keep your eye on where Western and
Eastern Pasca Easter lined up on the exact same day.
So this article I think was written in I think
it was like four or five years ago. When was
this written? Didn't have a date. I don't see a date.

(02:45:06):
It says April third, twenty twenty, so this was written April.
This was written during the lockdown. So this guy wrote
this article during the lockdown. All right, let's go back
to where we were. Chapter ten. Okay, number three. The
triangular stone which the builders rejected, has now become the
head of the corner.

Speaker 2 (02:45:27):
This is an obvious reference.

Speaker 1 (02:45:28):
To the Holy Trinity and perhaps the elimination of Unitarianism
for other forms of monotheism, specifically Judaism and Islam. Saint
Andrew Salos for Christ and Saint Cosmis predict massive conversions
of Muslims to Christianity after the liberation of Constantinople, perhaps
the Jews accepting Jesus as their Messiah. With the fulfillment

(02:45:50):
of Romans eleven. Four, there seems to be some sort
of event of significant importance set to occur with musical instruments.
All other Christian denominations are called to this event, even
inviting them to bring their own songs of praise from
their tradition to be performed at this event. Whether this
is symbolic of the joyful celebration of Orthodoxy or details
a literal event remains to be unseen. Five. Next, we

(02:46:14):
have the command for Agathangalos to record these series of
visions in a book for the benefit of future generations.
Number six. Finally, we finished with the devil being bound
up and cast into the Lake of Fire as the
angels sing the hymn to the Holy Trinity. The reference
to the heavenly army could be a reference to the
Great Monarch in his armies, which will sweep across the

(02:46:35):
Middle East to Asia as they conquer all these land
to become part of the greater Christian Empire described in
other prophecies. The conclusion of this entire book of visions
with the binding of Satan with a thousand years prevailing
Revelation nineteen and twenty is very significant here. The text
from Revelation nineteen first has the eradication of the two

(02:46:55):
bees symbolically represented in the Lake of Fire and Revelation
nineteen twenty. This is meant imediately followed by the binding
of Satan in the beginning of Revelation twenty one through three.
Why is the prophecy of Agathangelo significant on this topic
because I have stated before, the Byzantine apocalyptic tradition teaches
a post millennial theme. However, the Orthodox Church's official stance

(02:47:17):
is that the Saints live with Christ from the resurrection
to the Second Coming, and this is typically called a millennialism.
But this is in direct conflict to the major theme
in these Byzantine apocalyptic prophecies, where we find a common
theme on the destruction of the beasts and resurrection of
the Saints who come to life as Orthodoxy spreads around
the world, as the main narrative taught here looking around

(02:47:39):
at our world today as Satan bound on earth from
the time resurrection until the Second Coming, as the Satan's
coraign in heaven and is this binding binding simply related
to the ability to deceive and create heresy and division
in the church. Hence, it might be more accurate to say,
as ascribed in Revelation twelve, Satan was cast out of
heaven or the Church through his defeat in the Ecumenical councils,

(02:48:03):
and gave birth to the manchild slash God Man. And
afterward the dragon pursued the church for twelve hundred and
sixty years as it ran for protection in the monasteries.
But these twelve hundred and sixty years of persecution are
now almost complete, measured for the seventh measured for the
seventh Ecumenical Council in seven eighty seven. A d is

(02:48:24):
now the time in history, after the completion of the
twelve hundred and sixty years, when the true ancient Church
will come out of its sustainment in the wilderness of
the holy monasteries and be invited into the wedding feast
of unity. Because she hath made herself ready, are we
soon to expect the resurrection of the two witnesses of
Revelation eleven, who proclaimed the true faith during his testimony

(02:48:44):
of the councils before the beasts came out from the
Abyss and an attempt to destroy the Holy Orthodox Faith. We
can confirm, we can form our own opinions and conclusions
as preterists, historicists and dispensationalists, primal millennialists, a millennialists, and
post millennialists. But the fact of the matter is the
Byzantine prophecies, such as those of the great Orthodox prophet Agathangalos,

(02:49:08):
teach us that a time is coming for the many
heresies which came from the dragon's mouth and an attempt
to drown the Church to be finally eradicated. And when
this time period of history is realized, then Satan will
be bound once more and will be prevented for a
lengthy period of time to divide and conquer the Church
during its final golden age of renewal. And the history

(02:49:31):
of the church so interesting, And here's a this Byzantine
apocalyptic tradition, and this is doesn't look like an icon,
looks too new, but something certainly of reference here looks
like the devil the beast being bound here. So anyways, guys,

(02:49:51):
that that is going to do it for our stream
today on the prophecies and visions of blessed Agathangelos. I'm
going to check the So what is the consensus here
from the audience? So I asked you guys about halfway
through the stream, do you think the visions of agath
Anglos are authentic? And as of right now, with one

(02:50:14):
hundred and thirty votes present in the live chat, we
have eighty two percent that say yes and eighteen percent
that say no. So we do have some people that
are skeptical. Fair enough, Again, that's what it's for. Keep
your critical mind. I'm not asking you to accept everything.
But as we laid out, according to sort of critical

(02:50:34):
academian scholarship, they believe that this document was a forgery
from seventeen fifty one by Theoclidus Polyides. And according to
Church and the tradition that's been that's grown up around
this tax in these prophecies, they believe it to be
authentic vision of an obscure monk, Cinamitic monk from twelve

(02:50:56):
seventy nine, who is seventy nine years old, who received
it on the Sunday of Orthodoxy. And so if you
would like to get access to this text, the full
thing that I just read on first time, available in English,
go over to Eschatonvigil dot org. Escatonvigil dot org click
on the Prophecies of Agathangelos and you just include your

(02:51:19):
email and you will be able to download it yourself
for free, for free. So major thank you to the
Escaton Vigil for all your work. God bless you, brother,
God bless you in your family. And yeah, that that
is a little bit of an introduction to the prophecies
A blessed Agathangelos, you know, a tradition that greatly influenced
the court of Catherine the Second in Saint Petersburg and

(02:51:43):
had a you know, very interesting journey. So like according
to Wikipedia, again it's filled with the academic take on
all this stuff, so you know, take that for what
it is. But it says Polyidus. He then attempted to
mobilize the Greeks by verifying prophecies of the Byzantine Empire.
He wrote The Oracles of Agathangelos, a well known prophetic

(02:52:05):
work which was published with minor variations, widely in Greece,
either as a brochure or as a book in Athens.
He dates the Oracles back to the thirteenth century and
claims that the original author of this work is a
monk Leuronymus or Jerome Agathangelos of Messina in Sicily. The

(02:52:25):
later prophecies geopolitical events in the coming centuries, which Polyides
again this saying the true author It fascinated the popular masses,
who are becoming more optimistic about their liberation. Thus, the
supposed Latin translator of the prophetic work, Theoclidos, remains under
the shadow of the narrator Agathangelos. So then he stayed

(02:52:48):
in Dresden. After he traveled, he went to Russia, Germany,
he was all over Europe. He was in Turkey. He
became a monk at the Ivorn monastery in Mount Athos.
So this is a monastic. So remember that that, according
to secular scholarship, they're basically saying that an Athonite monk

(02:53:09):
just forged and made this whole thing up and then
spread it around the Greek Orthodox community. So if you
adopt the critical academic perspective, you would have to then
conclude that this monk, theo Clidos Polyides, concocted this whole
thing and basically lied to everybody about it. However, just

(02:53:33):
everything about his life that I came across shows that
he was a very devout Orthodox Christian, and he was
just very much interested in returning Western Europe to the
Orthodox faith. And maybe that's why he found these prophecies
so compelling and wanted to spread them. Not sure, but anyways,
towards the end of his days by seventeen forty one.

(02:53:54):
Again we're told he wrote this in seventeen fifty one.
Seventeen fifty to seventeen fifty one, he stayed in Dresden
and shortly afterwards settled after an invitation to the inhabitants
in neighboring Leipzig, where he founded the first Orthodox Chapel,
then the Holy Trinity, now Saint George. He died in
seventeen fifty nine in Leipzig. So very interesting, very interesting

(02:54:20):
little topic. So I hope you guys found that insightful.
Let me just double check, make sure I got everybody's
super check. Thank you all so much for the support today.
A major thank you to Silent. Silent gave a generous
support by gifting fifty total crew memberships. Thank you so much,
whoever you are, Silent, Thank you very much, Brother God
bless you man. I truly truly appreciate that Rebel Umbrian

(02:54:45):
throws in five says, does the Escanton Vigil version say
which prophecies are historical and what they refer to? It's
hard to tell future prophecies apart from fulfilled. I do
not believe that the document goes in and the document
does not interpret it for you. The Escaton Vigil just

(02:55:05):
translated it from the available Greek copies that he had
and presented the whole thing in English. As you saw,
some of the other translations omitted certain chapters. So this
is introduction and all ten chapters in English through the
Escaton Vigil. But no, it does not provide you a
lens of interpretation. If you want a lens of interpretation,

(02:55:27):
I do recommend this this web page right here. This
was one of the better ones. I think he even
has more articles on these prophecies or on agath Angelo.
So if you guys want to dive into that more,
here's the link. I'm putting that in the in the
chat right now. So that was you know, you're gonna

(02:55:48):
have to come up, You're gonna have to, you know,
use your own resources for interpretation. But if anything, it's
a call to repentance. It's a call for us to
grow deeper on our faith. John Kel, thank you so much,
Brother God bless thank you for being a total crew
member for the last two months. Really appreciate it. And
let me just check over on the Dono Chat real quick.

(02:56:11):
