some follow up At the live show, I said it
was the eight year anniversary. Is actually the seven year
anniversary of this podcast. We just celebrated seven years the
(03:31):
major wrestling for the podcast. Can you believe that it's
hard to count when you drinking my ties?
Speaker 4 (03:37):
By the end of the show there was like fifteen
full My tiz, what do I do with these?
Speaker 3 (03:42):
Style of just bringing them out like the plastic cups,
it makes it more like lethal for some reason.
Speaker 1 (03:48):
Oh, I know, she's a cover place. Yeah, they added
the covers on the covers. Yeah, seven years of the box.
We appreciate you. We've never ever missed a week, can
you believe that? No, we do best of shows as
a free show every other week. Yeah, no missing of weeks.
Speaker 3 (04:07):
I can to listen to a lot of podcasts, and
I was a podcast fan before we started this podcast,
and I can't think of one that still exists or
consistently since we started, you know what I mean.
Speaker 4 (04:19):
Yeah, there's a couple of times, like literally maybe three total,
that we like change the format based on schedule, like
did a Q and a episode or whatever, but it
was still a new episode that week.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
Yeah. Seven is a weird one to really celebrate, right,
we don't really get all just acknowledging well, right, but
I'm saying that's why we're not really making a big
deal about it because all seven.
Speaker 4 (04:42):
I thought we decided that we were just going to
do the hundred one hundred episodes from now on.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
Ten years. You celebrate ten You celebrate.
Speaker 4 (04:50):
Ten years for sure, right, Yeah, you're sure, But the
next one, so we're three sixty seven right now, so
we're looking in about a less than a year, we're
looking at episode four hundred, four.
Speaker 1 (05:01):
Hundred, could be a little live specialist something like that. Yeah, guys,
my weekend started GCW Homecoming. Man, where do I start?
It was the main event, but we went on first,
but it was still the main event myself. Homecomings. You've
been to and done worked that since the five? Yeah. Crazy,
(05:24):
So this is kind of GCW's WrestleMania. So I needed
a WrestleMania esque entrance. Check this out. I had the deloreate,
but not just the deloriate. I Doc Brown and Marty McFly.
Speaker 4 (05:35):
Where did you find these?
Speaker 1 (05:36):
Where did you find these guys? They came with the car.
I rented the car. The drivers like, well, I could
dress up as Doc Brown. That's what I do. I'll
drive you to the ring. I said, it's actually perfect
because I kind of Marty McFly esque gear, which is
coming to whatnot as a major bandy And then like
a couple days before the show was like, well we
have Marty too, do you want to use him in
(05:59):
the match? I said, absolutely, I do so, Martina McFly,
Doc Brown, what an entrance to the lore And yes,
you could just you could just tell by that photo alone.
I spent more money on my entrance in gear than
I did getting paid for that match. I mean, not
even cloven BRISKI.
Speaker 4 (06:15):
I'll tell you this. I heard saw some of the clips.
It seems like the people maybe starting to sing along
to your song. Maybe they're starting to like what you're
bringing to the table.
Speaker 1 (06:26):
A little wrestling thing, the sing along the songs. Yeah, well,
it's certainly different from when I first started in GCW,
where like they genuinely hated me. I think they they
hate me but appreciate me.
Speaker 4 (06:38):
They like to hate you.
Speaker 1 (06:39):
Yeah, but this you talk about how I overbooked things.
You talk about an FWF style match. This match had
it all baby pouring some garage beer down shot mouth
photo Jesus. Yeah, so she can't have my garage beer.
She can't. She might have my title. Look at that
WWE has slim Jim tables. No, thanks to me, we
(07:02):
have garage beard doors over at gc dub So it
was as a wild night. Things got crazy. He was
running city Timmy Invincible Nick Well he came out, he
came out, dresses gauge. Place went nuts. Then he reveals
his Timey Invincible. They bowed he helped me out. We
beat up shots but then the king of the God,
(07:24):
nick Gage, made his return to GC. Can you believe?
And of course all the light tubes are painted green. Yeah,
I wasn't agreed to be like the lime garage beer,
so all painted green? What else we got d what's
the next shot we got here? Look at that pizza cutter, shatzi.
(07:46):
Nick Gage got on one knee and handed over the
pizza cutter, and Shotsy was was cutting me up with it.
I thought I had the matter with Jimmy Lloyd also
came out. Uh Matt was involved and Mark, you never
gonna believe what happened. I went to hit shot see
the case of garage beer, and last minute I had
hit referee at him. Poor referee.
Speaker 4 (08:06):
Let me ask you, referee Adam awake right now?
Speaker 1 (08:09):
I don't know that that's like. I mean, look, he
tried to put his hand up, but man steal fists
to have a chanceage. No, he did not go through
the door. But then after that man like here it
is scarlet kill across man who's coming for all your bookings.
(08:33):
He's coming to steal my spotlight, steal my thunder. It's
not gonna happen. But because of scarlet and kill across,
Shatzi is the garage beer champion. How do I not
win my own title? Believe? People say I don't give
back of this business. People say I'm selfish. I think
this is proof that I'm not. Who says that? I
(08:53):
don't know? But what hey, I know what.
Speaker 4 (08:55):
I'm seeing three people right there, and I'm seeing three
people on the left of.
Speaker 1 (08:58):
This call here, Oh, little six men. I'm thinking, a
little six men.
Speaker 3 (09:05):
You can Tommy can evince we can take my spot
from the merch table.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
To pull the curtain back. This was probably one of
my favorite matches of all time, Like just it was
like reaction at the reaction, its reaction. It was. It
was an f w F style match. The only thing
he was missing all lights go out.
Speaker 4 (09:25):
Yeah, I'll watch it on the on the on the pod.
Speaker 1 (09:29):
It was. It was. It was unbelievable, so much fun.
Look at all my gear destroyed? How to sell it
yesterday or what not? Couldn't save a single thing.
Speaker 4 (09:39):
I was thinking, you were looking pretty lean there, buddy.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
No, it's the angle. I don't like that that He's
like shooting from the top, Like how girls do it
so girls look lean? Oh god, I hate it.
Speaker 3 (09:47):
That shot you're up. It looks like you're someone cut
you with the waisted. I know it's like you know
how girls do those weird angles.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
Oh? I hated it, and I didn't realize untill afters like,
no carball.
Speaker 4 (10:00):
Oh I think you look the upper is big, and
then you got the lean waste.
Speaker 1 (10:04):
I don't like. God looks horrible. Yeah, great, great? Oh
look at that. There a little plug there for the
the major bendy that's coming soon to I believe we're
going to finally start that whatnot, the click major whatnot.
But what a night for me? And then Mark, you're
you know that's so brosky moment. Could I have drove
(10:24):
the six and a half hours to Boston? Yes, I
could have. We I actually was thinking about this. If
you were on first, you could have got at least
four or five. But my dad was there and it
was his birthday, so we were getting out to dinner.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
I would like you could at least drove like three or
four hours. Yeah, crashed like in Connecticut or something.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
But I figured I'd already wasted so much money, might
as well waste some more. Got a car service from
Atlantic City to Calhoun. What time did that take off?
Six fifteen pickup? Oh my god, yeah.
Speaker 4 (10:58):
You kind of just slept a little bit.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
It's great.
Speaker 4 (11:01):
It sounds okay, but but it's funny because what should
have been like a wildly lucrative weekend for you probably
ended up being a wash.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
On It would have been a wash based on the
Dolorian alone. Also, I couldn't. I couldn't sell merch at
GCW because we were supposed to be last, and.
Speaker 4 (11:17):
Then we couldn't sell merch at our show because you
were being mad about.
Speaker 1 (11:21):
Stuff rumpy wanting to make you guys go on first
instead of last, because let's just start it hot and
get everyone talking about the show, like I mean, you
had Nick Gage return after a year kill across debut
in the first show. That makes everyone talk about social media.
Everyone go, yeah, So it just fucked up my uh
(11:43):
my merch selling abilities because I couldn't. I couldn't sell
before right literally, Doc Brown didn't show up a half
hour before because I told we were last, and I'm
stressed it out about Brown. Oh my god, stress it out,
stress it out of a Doc wrop quote right there.
Speaker 4 (12:04):
That first damn.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
Film the whole thing. You'll see it soon. It will
be called Matt Cardona Unsigned coming to YouTube. Unreal anyway,
So yeah, Boston, let's talk about it. Boys.
Speaker 4 (12:19):
Really cool.
Speaker 5 (12:20):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (12:22):
You know we mentioned, I think me and Brian mentioned
on the podcast. There was a little bit of less
less pressure. There was nobody to hide. There was no
worry about whatever.
Speaker 3 (12:30):
I mean, I had pressures to build the wall and
get it up there. Other than that, though, let me
just say you guys that drives. I didn't get there.
It was all set up. It was probably the nicest
setup we ever had.
Speaker 4 (12:40):
Right, guys got up on a ladder his his own
damn self and tape those things.
Speaker 3 (12:46):
Yeah, you gotta do it your damn self, you know
what I'm saying. But yeah, huge, huge, thank you damn
my w C that let us borrow the original, he said,
we breck wall for this photo op. I think it
made so much of it, like, you know, just an
epic thing, you know that that that was there.
Speaker 1 (13:07):
Everyone in the p CW icons in different areas. I
don't know if they'll ever be in the same room ever. Again,
I don't know. I don't know if he is in
the room with them right now as we look at
this photo. But but no one's looking at the same Gama.
Speaker 4 (13:23):
I think Matt is the only one looking at I
don't even I don't think he is. No one is
looking at the right camera on this one.
Speaker 1 (13:30):
Yeah. So we even asked the major marks in the
Facebook group. They seem to like this new format, and
I get like people love the surprise element, but I
think they also liked Okay, I know Sam is going
to be there, I could bring extra items.
Speaker 3 (13:44):
That's why I think being prepared, as we're all collectors
right at the end of the day, so to be
prepared and bring what you want to meet these people,
I think is a much is much more enticing, right.
Speaker 1 (13:56):
And I thought all the interviews were great and drastically different.
You know, I was just going to say that sentimental
stuff with Tommy, you know. I I loved that we
people did a run and it came back out to
Barry Raven while Raven was on stage.
Speaker 4 (14:11):
That was great.
Speaker 1 (14:12):
Mark, can you try to explain to the fans how
Raven didn't know? Okay, what was all?
Speaker 4 (14:18):
Right? So we're doing the interview Raven and Brian. Uh So,
Brian always says he's friends with Raven, and I always
kind of think to myself, like, really, you know, are
you really But it's pretty clear by this interview, like
Raven does like Brian and legitimately knows Brian because he
remembers the first time he met him and told the
story on the stage on the stage, which is cool.
(14:41):
So he tells this big story where he puts over Brian,
and then Broskey you know, makes a joke and he goes,
but what about me? What about bros Key?
Speaker 1 (14:50):
Right?
Speaker 4 (14:51):
And everyone laughs and then Raven looks over and goes,
you were a good guy. Then everybody laughs it was
a funny joke. It's like, oh, okay, hah uh. He's
just messing with him. So then we're literally we're trying
to wrap up with Raven. We're like, well, well, Raven,
you know, you're a great guest, you know whatever, the
thanks for coming. And then he goes, wait a minute,
didn't you guys used to have a third guy? And
(15:14):
then Brian goes, yeah, Mark right there, and he looks
over him and he goes, no, no, not him, And
I'm thinking, oh fuck, I'm gonna get buried or something
right now. And then They're like Edge, you're talking about Edge,
you know, he was just a mascot, and he goes Finally,
Raven just goes, now, the guy that got over on YouTube,
(15:36):
but New York didn't want to push him, and then
we all kind of pause, and then goes.
Speaker 1 (15:41):
That was me. I had like an out of body experience.
Speaker 4 (15:46):
And then Raven looks at Brusken goes, oh, and then
I realized, oh fuck, He's done this whole interview and
had no idea who either me or Matt were.
Speaker 3 (15:59):
Also, he does another mac Cardona and zach Ryder are
the same person.
Speaker 1 (16:02):
Exactly like I've personally told Ravid, like the whole zach
Ryder YouTube story, like at NWA once but whatever. He
meets a lot of people, right, but very very funny,
and then he says, oh, you didn't have a beard
or something like that.
Speaker 4 (16:17):
So yeah, then he's leaving. He's trying to justify his mistake.
You didn't have a beer before.
Speaker 3 (16:22):
Tommy Uh called me on the way home yesterday and
we're shooting the shit about the show and stuff. We
were laughing about that, and then he said during the
meet and greet, a fan came up and they had
the Chelsea Green like cactus jack shirt on. He goes
to Tommy goes, that's not Mick. What is who is that?
He goes, that's Chelsea Green goes, oh she's hot. Who's
hitting that? And he goes, that's Cardona's wife. He goes, oh,
(16:44):
good thing. I can say that to him, And then
he said, uh, I don't have you ever seen Tommy's autograph,
But it's like a big tea and like a scribble
and a deep Okay, So Raven goes, I keep seeing
you sign. I keep thinking you're writing tasks. He goes,
whatever happened to him? Do you keep you keep touching him?
Is he still in the business? Come on, swhere to go?
Speaker 1 (17:09):
Do you keep in touch with He goes, he's the
lead aw commentator right now?
Speaker 4 (17:16):
What does Raven do day to day?
Speaker 3 (17:18):
Like I relate, like you don't you know in this
documentary you don't really get that, Like there's a lot
of you know, deep deep stuff and insight on him
in his life and why he is the way he is,
but uh, you don't really get like what his like
day to day is now, Like what he doing like
watches TV shows and movies and I know he goes
like physical therapy and stuff. But he didn't drink, so
(17:39):
he's not he's not like he's sober for like twenty
something years.
Speaker 4 (17:42):
Right, so uh yeah, let me see the outside in
his backyard? Is he gardening?
Speaker 3 (17:48):
And that's nothing? Did he lives like uh out? You
know they're around Atlanta, Like I want to say, like
outside of Atlanta, this beautiful house.
Speaker 1 (17:54):
You see it all in this dark After after interviewing him,
I definitely want to watch that documentary, like I'm a
lot more interested. So well, and then we had Samman.
Yeah with the epic the epic entrance drinking the garage
beer is poured out Edward's throat.
Speaker 4 (18:13):
Oh man, what an epic?
Speaker 1 (18:14):
Which is? Which is? You know?
Speaker 3 (18:16):
You have Sam Man, You have a podcast sponsors by
garage Beer. This is a match may in Heaven.
Speaker 1 (18:21):
This is all? This is it? Right?
Speaker 3 (18:22):
This is all you need? Yeah, we could have been
done right there. We get into the show.
Speaker 1 (18:27):
You know, we're arguing with samn live on stage. Does
he have a Llegens contract? Does he not have a
legens contract?
Speaker 3 (18:32):
And we're gonna say that the United States government says otherwise.
Speaker 4 (18:36):
That was the moment that I realized this is what
happens with Mitch because.
Speaker 1 (18:41):
These Legends, Yeah, they just want mine.
Speaker 4 (18:43):
We'll come right in the eye, go no, I don't
have a Legends contract.
Speaker 3 (18:47):
So Mitch goes, oh sweet, I'm gonna say, any old
time wrestler you say, hey, can I make a figure
of you? And do you want money? They're all just
gonna yep. And then like, regardless of and I don't
blame them. I'm just saying that shit's going on regardless
of the legality of what their situation is. Yeah, for sure,
but epic. And then the interview was so fun and
(19:07):
he was great and he had people, you know, laughing
their asses off.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
Yeah, we're gonna put all the interviews up solo on YouTube,
but Patreon will get the full show because we had
the cosplay contest was really cool. We had Andy Wong
on stage.
Speaker 3 (19:21):
I had a pretty much bully hacking to wearing the
shirt that I got him, by the way, because he
was gonna go out there. He would have been light
blue T shirt guy.
Speaker 4 (19:30):
He did that once at the cap show, right, he
came out in like something.
Speaker 1 (19:32):
Yeah, maroon maroon shirt guy. We got that Billy pack,
We got that everyone who helped us out. Dowkins and
his buddy.
Speaker 3 (19:42):
I said that we would not bet Dan Monick Mysterio
who's in the chat, came early and helped me build
the wall. Everybody, a bunch of dudes came helped me
built the wall. We had like a We had like
an ECW wall pit crew. I can't believe the n
YWC sent the team to paint like a little touchups
yet to make sure because it's very fragile. By the way,
it's very fragile. But did somebody need to drive five
(20:03):
hours to paint? Probably not no, but hey, hop notch.
I appreciate it. Shout out to my father in law
Mikey too, that we had like a We had like
a pow wow last Wednesday where we built the basically
like a kickstand for this wall to make it like
free standing, because then I want to have seen it's
drilled into their entrance right that doesn't move, you know.
So this is like I keep telling people, it's like
(20:25):
it's like the door and an APA pre tape. I
had to figure out how to make it stand alone,
you know, freestand so we built a lot of scraps
we found in my garage. We made this like kickstand
device thing that was actually pretty sweet.
Speaker 4 (20:36):
Hotard here had a great costume, but he basically has
turned heel on the whole major mark community, so they
all boot him off.
Speaker 1 (20:44):
Not his fault. He won the the VIP contest for
the third time for the well he had a hell
of an entrance.
Speaker 4 (20:52):
Yeahah, he did a good job.
Speaker 1 (20:54):
A hell of an entrance.
Speaker 3 (20:56):
Man caused by contest of fun do we.
Speaker 1 (21:01):
Have Dudley one winner? Dudley the winner Hell of the time.
Speaker 4 (21:07):
Messaged Spike and told him. He said he was flattered,
So that's great.
Speaker 1 (21:12):
New Jack something said, Oh, Neil's here is nue Jack.
I'm like, it's not.
Speaker 4 (21:19):
He was a little hot that people said.
Speaker 1 (21:22):
I mean, I think she's definitely. I can't believe did
make the draft than this guy. But how did not
make the draft to enter the cosplay contest? But I
thought new Jack got robbed Spike.
Speaker 3 (21:36):
I think overall his was the best costume, like accurately, yes,
for sure, A lot at the tail.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
Yeah, that costume very good. But hell of the night
and we're trying to bring you another show. We'll talk
about it later. Because I got a Q and a
kind of about the.
Speaker 3 (21:52):
Things I was gonna say for weekly purchase, but I
got I had this tt D print. When I got done.
Oh nice, it's really sweet night. I wanted a couple
like special ones, so I just told my god. I
was like, I'm double it, so like an eight x ten,
So then it's sixteen by twenty. I didn't realize how
freaking big that is, so it's massive. I got that already,
put it in my gym, and then I had six
(22:13):
of them, and Tommy was so taken back by it.
He asked for one and he's not like that, so
I was like, yes, please take it. I was so
happy that he thought it was cool. And then this
is my first ever Kendo stick.
Speaker 1 (22:25):
Oh.
Speaker 3 (22:26):
Then I got signed by the guys blue Sharpie. Ye, Tommy,
I'm gonna try to, like, you know, put it somewhere
that's badass.
Speaker 4 (22:34):
Yeah, all the Kendo stick guys, right.
Speaker 3 (22:36):
It's very fitting. Right, we have the three kendowstick guys there,
like why not?
Speaker 1 (22:40):
You know? Yeah? I love it, man.
Speaker 4 (22:42):
I wonder if we sold kendow sticks.
Speaker 3 (22:45):
We could have by that surprisingly affordable on eBay. That's
the first time I ever had to purchase one.
Speaker 4 (22:51):
Right, because they're just they're practice swords, right, is that
the deal?
Speaker 1 (22:55):
Basically? Right? I used to buy him in high school
all the time. I got a karate store for They
hurt like a motherfucker.
Speaker 4 (23:00):
You're not supposed to hit people with it. They're made
to like practice fencing or something.
Speaker 1 (23:04):
Right, All right, Well all of the show, guys, Thanks
to everyone who came. But we're gonna keep the ECW
talk epic hangout after Oh god, it was epic. Uh man.
Speaker 3 (23:14):
I made the ringside raffle like very hard like stiff
ECW questions, I was gonna did that at the at
the after party.
Speaker 1 (23:21):
That was super fun.
Speaker 4 (23:22):
So and then NXT showed up and Brusky stood his grounds.
Speaker 1 (23:26):
Our bagging Baldo for a job. I saw. It was crazy.
Speaker 4 (23:29):
I was.
Speaker 1 (23:29):
I was. I went in there and ate some of
their food that I left. Yeah, all right, So some
more e CW talk. Check this out Major Mark Andrew Quinton.
He found the no News new Jack loose. Oh.
Speaker 4 (23:43):
I put this in the Major Market Purchases of the Week.
Speaker 1 (23:45):
So, I mean, this is this figure. We don't know
exactly what happened, why it happened, but there was a
mold obviously with no noose that the regular release has
the noose around the neck, and all the repaints have
a noose, right or no?
Speaker 3 (24:01):
Not the last one because has the that shirt that
the dude was wearing.
Speaker 1 (24:07):
Got it? Got it?
Speaker 3 (24:10):
So he messes me about this. So he I mean,
I have eBay saved searches for this, but I just
check it every night, like I don't need one that bad. Yeah,
he had alerts set that popped up eBay by now
twenty eight bucks.
Speaker 1 (24:23):
Yeah, but that is the most wild boom. This is
a situation where the seller didn't know what they have.
I have no idea. How are you supposed to know?
You know? Well, I mean if you're a fan, you
would know you have a die hard, diehard fan.
Speaker 4 (24:36):
By the way, what you have? Look who's back in
the chat? Thomas Kelly's bad Wow Wow came out of
his cave. But he says, we know of nine loose
and three mints on card.
Speaker 3 (24:47):
I haven't don't think it was I didn't think it
was that high. Are you counting my loose and my
mient on card?
Speaker 1 (24:54):
He must be Yeah, my mint on card I have
is like destroyed like the bubbles crack. But you still
I think I'm gonna get it grated just because of
what it is. I just get a grade so low,
but I just want to preserve it.
Speaker 4 (25:07):
It's pretty cool.
Speaker 1 (25:08):
I think it's very very cool.
Speaker 4 (25:10):
And if you remember, guys, we have a video on
our YouTube called the Story of the rarest New Jack
Action Figure. It's thirty six minutes. We talk about Brian's
quest to find it. We talk about everything we know
about the figure. So it's like literally a sit down
documentary about this figure. It's one of the most in
depth videos we've done on about rare figures. So check
(25:31):
that out on our YouTube. It's one of our better videos.
Speaker 1 (25:34):
I think, could you put the link mark so people.
Speaker 4 (25:37):
I'll put it in the link below.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
Yes.
Speaker 4 (25:39):
I actually also put it in the chat here for
people who are watching live.
Speaker 1 (25:43):
So last week I talked about my five back. Maybe
it was last week of two week ago. My five
back l J and Hogan had no sticker. We weren't
sure from this. L jan stand guy on Instagram says
he has his no sticker five back, and then d
has provided me some other five back photo. Is no sticker?
Is it like fifty fifty? I don't know if it's
(26:03):
fifty to fifty. There's no so I don't know. I
don't think it just fell off. I think they produced
some without but there's really no way to tell. But
it's not like mine is the only one without a sticker,
which makes me if it was missing, then it'll be like,
oh god, yeah they go. I feel like I gotta go.
Youep you talking about getting it great to get it
graded because mine signed, and then and then sell it
(26:25):
because I have one signed. I'm sorry, I have one graded,
but it's not signed. So I don't know what I'm
gonna do with the signed one because I want the
sticker on it. To me, it's not complete without the sticker.
Speaking of l j n's major mark, Philip Blee, he
started a big Rubber Guy Facebook group Guys Big Rubber
(26:47):
Guys Collectors. I think that's pretty damn cool. It's a
free little group because it's about five.
Speaker 4 (26:53):
He started the fucking Facebook.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
Yeah, hey, where was Cisco at that show? Wow? What
a bitch? Huh where Cisco? What the hell was there? Ema?
Was there?
Speaker 4 (27:09):
The whole fam?
Speaker 1 (27:10):
Maam, this is email and everybody.
Speaker 4 (27:11):
They tried to leave.
Speaker 1 (27:12):
We said, no, pull up a seat. Yeah, my hot
wife the hot mess. Chelsea Green was recently in Ireland
filming a little uh. I think it was just an
autograph Saturday meet and greet a Smith's toy shop and
they did a little commercial. They're just killing him dog. Well,
I mean she's yeah, the stores got to provide paint.
Pants's got somebody do something here. But she said that
(27:36):
she did this whole meet and greet in gear because
she was told they were filming a commercial, but they
didn't film a commercial, so they're just all in gear
for this meet and greet and they just did a
couple like social clips. She thought she was film like
a real.
Speaker 3 (27:54):
I was gonna say, damn, Chelsea's old school bro, just
trying to make it.
Speaker 1 (27:57):
Yeah everybody, but wow, But yeah, I.
Speaker 3 (28:03):
Think then they got that because I mean obviously I've
seen the clip that they did get Yeah, but man,
I think wrestlers should always be in gear.
Speaker 4 (28:15):
Hey, you know what, I'm always in my gear on
that's true.
Speaker 3 (28:17):
Yeah, so toy, Yes, I agree with I don't necessarily
completely agree with you, but I do think when the
occasion calls for it, and it could be more fun
like this, why not, right?
Speaker 1 (28:31):
Yeah, speaking of Chelsea, you know we're building our house,
and I got an update for my tour. Check this out, guys.
I went yesterday. Look at those monsters.
Speaker 4 (28:41):
Okay, yeah, I need to talk about this. So I
just saw this picture this morning, and uh, okay. I
distinctly remember talking to people at the show Sunday and
we're all like, yeah, we don't think the room's big enough.
It's not big enough. I'll tell you that that's being said.
Holy shit. I was not aware that they were this fucking.
Speaker 1 (29:00):
I told you Florida ceiling coast to coast.
Speaker 4 (29:03):
I understand, but I didn't know how big the ceiling was.
So in my mind ceilings like eight feet. Yeah, I
had no idea. Bro, I'm thinking seven tops like like
your heads like here, you know, do.
Speaker 1 (29:17):
We have any more pictures of this deer? Is this
the other? Look at that? I'm in it.
Speaker 4 (29:21):
Yeah that's cool.
Speaker 1 (29:22):
How many shelves is that going to be?
Speaker 4 (29:25):
You can make it.
Speaker 1 (29:26):
It can make it whenever I want, But I think
I think it'll start with four or five. But yeah,
this is going to be like museum. And everyone keeps saying,
why do you use black? This isn't a and this
is no offense to I have a billy bookcase setup.
Right now, this is not gonna be a billy bookcase
fucking setup. I have professional lighting in here. Guys. What
(29:46):
do you think we're doing here? Black that is not
gonna do it favors his own thing, you know, Broskie
glass shelves, glass shelves, of course, glass shelves. There's gonna
be glass doors. Okay, there's no dust in here, guys,
Like right now they're building it. Look, I mean, that's it.
Speaker 2 (30:04):
Now.
Speaker 4 (30:04):
Here's the problem. When you show this picture, you don't
understand the size because there's no human to see the
size right right. So I would love next time you
go take a picture where you're like somewhere in the
room so we can get the some sort of like, So.
Speaker 1 (30:21):
The room is thirty by sixteen. Each case, my brain
each feet or something. Each case is two feet, so
there's fourty so there's fourteen feet in between the cases.
So like the picture that you're looking at right now
is like me at the door. Are those they're a
(30:41):
super sevens in the back. Those are the mats super
six in the back. Oh my god. So you have
six cases down one wall, six cases down the other.
But they're two feet deep and you saw how high
they are. So there's a lot of real estate. It's
still not big enough, guys, I know that, But what
do you want me to do? There's no basements in Florida.
Speaker 4 (31:02):
Well, Chelsea gave you the You do have an office,
so you'll have some stuff in there.
Speaker 1 (31:06):
Yeah. So I'm very very excited to uh to build this.
Billy Pick says, will you ever will even be able
to look at what's on the top shelf? Yes? So
what do we have to do? And I've already thought
about this. It's like sandwich style. Not what I'm gonna
have to do is sandwich style. So, like the bottom
row and the top row are like big, big fucking items,
(31:28):
you know, not like figures in the you know what
I'm saying, like a Star Wars helmet or something, or
like the Titan truck, right, something big, like a big,
big item, and then the small stuff is the more
eye level. A lot of strategizing gonna go into this thing.
Speaker 4 (31:46):
So hey, before you move on from this one thing
about Chelsea, we didn't mention that the NXT show in Boston,
Ethan was talking to me and talking about how freaking
over Chelsea was, he said.
Speaker 1 (32:05):
Has ever been done in history? A Canadian who's doing
an anti America angle gets cheered for beating the American
in America.
Speaker 4 (32:13):
Bro Ethan's had to grab the mic and try to
heal on them, and then he got back in the
ring and they started chanting Canada again. That's Chelsea is over.
Speaker 1 (32:28):
Yeah, so congrats.
Speaker 3 (32:30):
I mean, that's honestly, two people with a lot of
TV time the past couple of years, right against two
people that no one's ever really heard of it, you know,
whether it's America as.
Speaker 1 (32:39):
You say, you know, that's tough. It is tough. It
is tough. Two people are very good at their jobs,
are very entertaining. You know, absolutely, h guys. So last
week I opened a bunch of Mattel figures and I
posted this video on social media. I don't if we're
gonna play the whole video or just show some clips,
but like this leg issue with Mattel, it's not getting
(32:59):
better and I have no answers for it. So for
those who don't know what I'm talking about, deep to
be pictures here or a video? What do we do?
This will issue with the legs. You can't lift his
leg right legs. He just goes down like a spring.
Here's the Undertaker, see perfect Undertaker's good. Here's a Billy
Young one leg, two legs, he got to sit. Here's
(33:20):
there's an ultimate punk so it's you know he should
be able to do. There's great Muda one leg, second light. Nope,
here's great Muda one leg. Good, comes right back down
because the Sina that target back Roman Good. And then
here's Bruno Good. What's the deal here? This is inexcusable.
Mittel can help us out, thank you. The leg is like,
(33:45):
what the fuck the legs? Maybe Deacon can pop in
and say what exactly is wrong. I spoke to Mitelle
about that. I'm matell, I mean corporate Steve Rapsing, Robert
they they just urged me to let the people know
stop just bitching on social media. They really need to
email customer service because the customer service those those complaints
(34:08):
are taking very seriously. Someone bitching and moaning on our
Facebook group or Instagram it doesn't get the job done.
Speaker 3 (34:15):
So, I mean, we have the same kind of protocol
with our company, right right, Like if it's customer service
emails that come through, they're taking much more seriously than
just people being trolls.
Speaker 1 (34:27):
Can you pop in and explain kind of what's going
on here?
Speaker 2 (34:32):
Freedom Labs?
Speaker 6 (34:33):
Please hold yes, like put forward? Indeed, hey you guys,
Well all right, here's my guess. Each leg has a
ball joint, and uh, sometimes it's too tight. So when
(34:58):
Hebroski lifts the Ultimate Warrior leg, it's actually not rotating
on the ball joint. It's rotating the plastic of the
ball joint. So then it goes back.
Speaker 5 (35:09):
There's a friction on friction contact. The ball joint that
you're referring to is specifically for the hip joint is
a double barbell style hip joint and that is injection
molded in pom polyoxymethylene. And now with the new insert
molded legs with the pinless legs where it's basically internal,
(35:31):
those are those basically have to have new hips attached
to them, so it's not just a thigh and a
calf as and a knee. They also have to have
specific hips. So I think when they started implementing these,
I think it was that twenty twenty two or so
that when that's when basically this kind of issue it
didn't really people want to collectors want to say that
(35:55):
this has been associated with them transferring over to factories
in Vietnam, but this is a thing that happens with
various other companies as well. It just doesn't get brought
up as much because there isn't as vocal of a
collector base that you see in Mattelwe figure collectors. So
what's happening is that the PDC the POM there is
(36:18):
friction on friction contact because and this is only this
only applies to w Elite Collection figures and Ultimate Edition figures.
The Elite Collection figures and the Ultimate Edition figures, they
have d tents which are basically like ridges like notches
on the balls on the ball of the double bar
bell hip joint to basically they don't want to make
(36:41):
it too loose, but they do it correctly on main
event series figures. So hopefully eventually when potentially they can
maybe mold make a brand new tool specifically for the
double bar bells, I'm not sure. They probably have various
ones depending on the various different pelvises and as well
as hips. They're not all universal, but they should hopefully
(37:02):
eventually become to where it is universal for all style hips.
But the way to remedy this situation.
Speaker 1 (37:09):
To treat you can just boil it. Huh.
Speaker 5 (37:11):
Yeah, you can heat up the PBT, but it will
potentially eventually, I mean, it does somewhat have to do
with a cooling cooling of the PBC of of the
of the hips around the POM, but because of the
D tense, it most likely will transpire again even though
you will heat it. So the best way probably to
(37:31):
remedy it is to use polyseoxane oil or silicone oil
to basically lubricate it. That's what several factories used. Several
factories use that, and it is.
Speaker 4 (37:44):
Well, first of all, that's what I said. All right,
this is exactly what I said.
Speaker 5 (37:48):
And that's also what you can even apply that to.
Some people complain about the knees as well. I've seen
issues about largely on Main Events series figures. You do
see that with the with the single by axial disc
joint at the knees, sometimes in the elbows as.
Speaker 1 (38:04):
Well, with it's like really hard to bend.
Speaker 5 (38:07):
Yeah, it's a it's somewhat rigid. So you can treat
it with that or once again try to heat it,
but the heating probably won't successfully routy it. Like I know,
like the Super seven figures, they put like the lubricin
on those. I believe Boss Fight Studio also uses those
as well across their various action figures. So any pom
involved probably should be treated with that. But obviously that's
(38:30):
an additional labor cost on top of that.
Speaker 1 (38:32):
Is not great during assembly.
Speaker 3 (38:35):
I think because I'm an adult collector, Like they're just
standing and posed, and I think, so this doesn't really
affect me in a way that it's gonna bother me,
you know.
Speaker 2 (38:44):
What.
Speaker 1 (38:44):
I want it done correctly. Yeah, but like I just
don't like this is like thirty that are playing with
these things? Is that's that's that's the worst. Right. Yeah, So,
like I said, guys, you have to email customer service
to get this possibly changed. Complaining on social media is
just not gonna get it done. I'm not saying don't
do that, but if you want something done, you have
(39:06):
to email the customer service.
Speaker 5 (39:07):
Yeah, you can contact them via email, you can call,
or you can even fill out the form that's available
through the web.
Speaker 1 (39:15):
All right, Well that's that mark. What about your boy
hook coming back to aw with a figure vignette?
Speaker 4 (39:20):
Oh, they're super awesome with this. What do you guys
think of his entrant song? It's really unique.
Speaker 1 (39:26):
It's a new song. Yeah, it's not what's his name anymore?
Speaker 4 (39:32):
Is it playing in this video actually? Or did you
take it out?
Speaker 1 (39:37):
Oh? I think just the pictures.
Speaker 4 (39:39):
It's his new entrant song. It's really it's super unique,
like nobody in wrestling has ever had a song like this,
not action it is not No, it's pretty cool. It's
creative with the FTW title kind of hook wrestling hook.
Speaker 1 (39:56):
So these are vignettes. Yeah, I dug it. I dug
the incorporated the figures.
Speaker 4 (40:03):
That was really cool.
Speaker 1 (40:05):
I wonder if John Space Carlo made those I'm sure
not true name with his hook figures. In the spare time,
did you guys see Jason Baker posted his picture of
the Fiend Elite autographed with a nice little message to Jason, like,
of course, Jason Baker is the one who helped Bray
with the Fiend stuff and so much of that. He
still works with the Wyatt six. I thought there was
(40:26):
a nice, nice little message. I mean, obviously I'm a
homer for this, but the sharpie terrifies me that I.
Speaker 3 (40:33):
Don't even know what you do to preserve that. Ooh
that you know a good point, Like how do you
fight that?
Speaker 4 (40:40):
Do you think if you put that in an acrilla
case it would.
Speaker 1 (40:44):
I don't know what that that will stop?
Speaker 4 (40:47):
You know, there's no air getting to there's no particles.
Speaker 3 (40:51):
It's already like what this came out? This is probably
like eighteen right, No, he was Feend in nineteen to twenty.
Speaker 1 (40:56):
Maybe he signed this five years ago. Is this the
first Fiend figure?
Speaker 2 (41:01):
No?
Speaker 1 (41:02):
I mean they had such a whirlwind of him. He
said it was his first first ever one.
Speaker 3 (41:08):
I don't Maybe this is the one that had the
running change of the hair was like darker and blonder. Right,
that sharpie is barely five years old, and it's it's
still not it's not.
Speaker 1 (41:20):
Vibrant right now.
Speaker 4 (41:21):
Ah, it looks good.
Speaker 3 (41:22):
No, but it's not like vibrant like a fresh sharpie.
Sure you know that's true. How is it that they
become like a scientist. I'm trying to think, like, how
do you preserve this?
Speaker 4 (41:31):
This seems like a million years ago, but we were
literally three years into the podcast covering this figure coming out? Right.
Speaker 1 (41:39):
Yeah. Richie Steamboat, son of the legendary Rick of the
Dragon's seam boat. He posted More's paste dub the paystetub
for wrestle Mania three Rickey Steamboat versus Macho Man. You
see what that says? Fifty fifty thousand dollars? Think about
(42:00):
that in nineteen eighty seven, right, or is it eighty eight?
Is eighty eight? No, it's eighty seven eighty seven fifty
thousand bucks eighty seven is like, oh my god, well cool.
Speaker 4 (42:15):
My favorite part of this is the two hundred dollars
draw he did that night.
Speaker 3 (42:20):
I had a like I couldn't I'm like wow that
and that didn't stop until like what twenty ten or eleven. Yeah,
that was the thing. You could take two hundred cash always,
no matter what you were doing.
Speaker 4 (42:34):
Yeah, that was it. That was the That was the amount.
You couldn't say, like, hey, can I have one hundred
and eighty?
Speaker 3 (42:39):
No, you could any dimension between one and one and
two hundred.
Speaker 4 (42:44):
But he took the draw seemingly to get gas and
some snacks on his way.
Speaker 3 (42:48):
And it's also like it's like, I mean, like, is
this walking around money? But it's also like the proof
that you were there, that you worked, right.
Speaker 1 (42:55):
You know.
Speaker 4 (42:56):
Well, when this came out into the Dan says, that's
one hundred and forty two thousand dollars today.
Speaker 1 (43:02):
Wow, that's nuts. One match. Yeah, I mean one of
our chief first started.
Speaker 3 (43:08):
We would take bro Skinn would only take twenty bucks
because you were forced to take something. So we would
take twenty bucks because we were like, oh no, we
want to check to be as big as big as possible.
Speaker 1 (43:18):
Here you get a five hundred dollars check and you
take two hundred. You get three hundred dollars check, which sucks.
Speaker 3 (43:23):
So but then Gallows was like, no, this is all
not true. But g was like, if you take it all,
it won't be taxed or whatever. But it's not true
because there's still proof that you got paid on there.
That was a Gallows. So then he tricked us into that,
and then we would take the full two hundred after
that because he was like that, you know, you're saving money,
but you're not. You're not, yeah, because there's proof right
(43:46):
there that you got paid. Like it doesn't make it
doesn't mean like you got less.
Speaker 4 (43:50):
In one of our chats, Brian Malonis, longtime wrestler, talked
about one of the times he did like extra work
years ago and the extras got paid by this briefcase.
Speaker 1 (43:59):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, what's his name? Sergeant Slaughter used to
walk around with it.
Speaker 4 (44:04):
He said, set up a briefcase of cash.
Speaker 1 (44:07):
Yeah, everybody doing it sometimes, right.
Speaker 4 (44:11):
Such a really random thing, and then like just to
you get your extra pay and then people are taking draws.
It's super interesting, wild to me because that's definitely not
how it's.
Speaker 1 (44:22):
Not how it is now. Also posted the Shytown Rumble
WCW nineteen eighty nine. He got twenty five thousand for that.
Speaker 4 (44:30):
Holy shit, I didn't see this and this is my
favorite match.
Speaker 1 (44:34):
That's cool. Twenty five What are these details? I'm trying
to I'm having what not flashbacks? Mark?
Speaker 4 (44:48):
There's a bunch of dates here like New Orleans Talent
Event one thousand.
Speaker 1 (44:53):
A lot of a lot of figure news, a lot
of collectible news this week. Also our good friend David
Peck did you see he saw the two sets of
the All Stars? Wow? What for one hundred and ninety
six thousand, four hundred twenty dollars. Wow. This solidifies this
series is one of the most valuable sets produced of
any cards from the nineteen eighties. That's pretty cool. So
(45:16):
he sold these on Heritage one hundred and ninety six
thousand dollars. Oh good for him, man, damn. And you
know what, this isn't his only set, right? Yeah? You know?
Speaker 3 (45:27):
So why he's the guy man, he had the foresight
to see that wrestling cards were gonna be on the
up and up.
Speaker 4 (45:33):
I wonder what his We could have been.
Speaker 1 (45:35):
Buying these at eBay for nothing for years, I feel
nothing nothing. So I bought a book of the whole set,
like while the pod was going on early, and they
just weren't in good shape. So I ended up selling them.
Speaker 4 (45:45):
Yeah that, but what do you think?
Speaker 1 (45:47):
Like?
Speaker 4 (45:48):
I wonder did he buy these real low?
Speaker 1 (45:50):
So yes made a year profit? He's had these for years?
Oh wow, people were laughing at him because he was
buying these ingrading them.
Speaker 4 (45:56):
Right, it's wild, So that's like full ass. Probably he
bought a fucking house.
Speaker 1 (46:03):
It wild out of collectibles. That's sorry.
Speaker 3 (46:06):
Let's let's clip this segment for people that make fun
of us for doing a podcast about wresting glass.
Speaker 1 (46:10):
Well, guys, check this one out. Jeremy Badawa shares lcg
Auctions recently sold AFA graded vintage Action figure items. Check
out these these prices d at all or no can
you see that? I can't, Mark? Can you read those
prices with Lou.
Speaker 4 (46:25):
Skywalker fully extended saber not graded twenty thousand.
Speaker 1 (46:31):
Not graded at twenty thousand dollars figure No.
Speaker 4 (46:35):
I'm sorry, no, no, no, there's none graded higher? Sorry sorry, no, great,
So it is great. Twenty thousand Kenner Superman pitch piece.
It's a mock up prototype, one of one ten thousand.
Speaker 1 (46:48):
That's cool, right, Hold on a second, Mark, you're reading
the wrong thing. That was Those were the opening bids.
Look underneath what they were sold for. Holy shit, okay,
sold for that.
Speaker 4 (46:59):
Luke was a one hundred sixty one thousand, the Superman
was ninety seven thousand. Then you have a what nineteen
eighty three Masters Universe Gray Skull AFA ninety highest graded example,
so it's a graded fucking Castle Gray Skull thirty three
bids started at ten thousand, went for two hundred and
nine thousand dollars.
Speaker 1 (47:20):
That sick.
Speaker 4 (47:22):
And then the nineteen eighty four Superpowers Batman twelve back
AFA eighty five first release, none graded higher. So this
is just this is a standard release Superpowers, but graded
very very high, and it's sold for sixteen thousand.
Speaker 1 (47:40):
So guys, I'm telling you these things are collectibles. There
are investments, get them graded, preserve them, not every single figure.
You never know. But this is just wild that the Toys.
Speaker 4 (47:53):
Brian investment in grading company.
Speaker 1 (47:56):
Maybe should yeah, read Jeremy's I'm not gonna read the
thing right now. What do you surprise? Got something greater
there there? So we'll save every weekly pursures.
Speaker 4 (48:04):
Last night at lcg Auctions, toys took center stage. We're
at the very beginning. As a toymaker and manufacturer of
over twenty five years who helped change culture. I'm telling
you the future is toys as pop culture, art, card
and collectibles combine to be the next big asset class.
Of course, this is my opinion, but I believe nothing
has impacted the lives of nineteen seventies to two thousand
(48:27):
kids more than the impact of toys on our imagination.
In our pocketbook, we are a lifelong fandom. From Masters
of the Universe to Pokemon of Star Wars, to Squish Models,
Hot Wheels, Barbie Hello, Kitty Wrestling figures in so much more.
Of the world of rare and vintage toys is set
to make the most significant impact on the hobby and
as an alternative investment class in the generation ahead.
Speaker 1 (48:49):
I agree. I agree. And last, but not least, for
follow up, guys, we have a little power Town update.
You know, we pretty much don't want to say bury
Powertown last week, but we let them know our thoughts
Powardtown did not publicly respond one bit, but Ricky Morton
(49:09):
publicly responded, and he's not happy either. I'm pretty pissed
off the way they have handled the conductive business. I'm
sorry that they have your money tied up. I can
tell you this, I have not received a dime from
this company. I didn't see this wow stuff. You didn't, Ricky,
so like to be fair, no company paid Major and
(49:32):
a few others Doah. The goods could be you know,
down payments or whatever. But right and and we we
also talked about last week the thought that some of
these figures or all these figures could end up on
you know, cheap websites. If if Howard doesn't pay now
(49:54):
coincidental or not, the T shirts are already showing up
on those sites. That's a little scary. So I don't
know what's going on with Powertown. I hope, I wish.
I'm begging that they'd come out with some sort of statement,
some sort of update, but they're not. They're just I
feel like I don't even know what I'm looking at
(50:14):
right here, d what is this.
Speaker 4 (50:16):
Power Time Wrestling? Take a look at factor?
Speaker 1 (50:19):
What are we showing number four? They showed those twenty
twenty four.
Speaker 4 (50:22):
This is their packaging sitting on a desk.
Speaker 1 (50:25):
Seemingly these were supposed to be, according to Powertown, arriving
by boat in January, by air in January. Right. Who,
I'm so confused.
Speaker 4 (50:38):
I don't even know what's January twenty six is what
they meant?
Speaker 1 (50:41):
No, that was never clarified. But yeah, I hope something happens. Listen.
I hope we get all these clothes. I hope they're
fucking awesome. I just don't see how Powertown could ever
make a figure again with a pre order model.
Speaker 4 (50:54):
Well, I'll tell you this, Broski. I told this to Brian.
The episode title last week is Powertown is Capital Letters
in Trouble. Yeah, and all of our faces looked pretty.
Speaker 1 (51:05):
Serious, serious faces, bro.
Speaker 4 (51:07):
And there's a lot of views on that episode already,
and the comments finally, finally people are happy response.
Speaker 1 (51:19):
Yeah, I they just wanted us to be mad. I
guess I'm passed.
Speaker 4 (51:25):
I'm not ready to bury the words.
Speaker 1 (51:29):
Let's go to the news. Bud By Major Restic Figure
podcast has a new tag team, Push Garage Beer, Scratch
that figureage and scratch that beer. Rige with garage Beer.
Every tag team needs a name, and here it is
Major Garage Beer. Garage Beer is light, refreshing and made
(51:52):
with the highest fall. You can choose between the Light
Beer or my favorite, the Lie and.
Speaker 4 (51:59):
With only ninety five calories, it's the smart beer to drink.
Speaker 1 (52:03):
I'm Brian Myers, the most professional drink.
Speaker 4 (52:06):
I'm smart Mark Sterling, and I love be You flavored beer.
Speaker 1 (52:09):
I'm always ready Matt Clonagon, and the Major Garage is
always open.
Speaker 4 (52:20):
Last time we partnered with Garage Beer, things got a
little out of hand.
Speaker 5 (52:28):
But this time we're doing things.
Speaker 4 (52:30):
More professional, classic, more class.
Speaker 1 (52:38):
These guys, guys, why can't we enjoy them?
Speaker 4 (52:41):
More polished?
Speaker 1 (52:42):
Good idea.
Speaker 4 (52:45):
It's a crisp, refreshing partnership. Yeah Hilton, integrity on teamwork
and focus.
Speaker 1 (53:07):
All right, guys, you know, even though I'm not the
garage beer champion, I still support garage beer. I love
garage beer. We all love garage Bear loves.
Speaker 3 (53:17):
It my annual block party to go to Caloons because
obviously we had our date lined up way before that.
Speaker 1 (53:24):
Liz was just serving garage beer. Still all the neighbors
and everybody, Oh man, yeah, nice. Well use a hashtag
majeor garage beer. If we choose your picture of video,
you will get a prize. Who won this week, Mark.
Speaker 4 (53:35):
I'll tell you pal, Tommy's a bien, he said. Congrats
to the first ever garage beer champion Shotzi Ye rare
boy card there he got the nine of Wow, he's
got nine out of fifteen for the rare rare rare Shatzi.
By the way, I need Schatz's adress still, I have
her cars here.
Speaker 1 (53:56):
Got it? Uh? Guys? We found out this week that
l j N figures they will be coming to Canada,
but as a Walmart exclusive. Interesting, which I think is
more more orders, more will be made, so in the
States there'll be a Target exclusive in Canada. Wait a minute,
a minute, are you skipping?
Speaker 5 (54:15):
You skipping? Were supposed to be Title hn Toys was
the start off the news.
Speaker 1 (54:18):
Sorry, sorry, guys, I'm go back to the news place.
The Title and Toys showed off Bo and Blake, the
Beverly Brothers, which I'm actually shocked nobody's gotten these guys.
I think that, you know, the art works good, that's
something that ship like. I wish I had those kids, right. Yeah?
(54:39):
How did Zombie not get these done?
Speaker 4 (54:41):
I kept telling Zombie, I literally.
Speaker 1 (54:43):
Bitch not get these guys done.
Speaker 4 (54:45):
I sent Zombie multiple messages about the Beverly Brothers. These
guys should have been I could have been in the
Hasber line, and uh, this is my most wanted retro figure.
I am thrilled.
Speaker 1 (54:59):
That's cool. I mean that these guys totally fit the line. Yeah,
totally totally fit. So I'm interested in seeing how they look.
Speaker 4 (55:07):
The art looks great, and tyro One Toys has been
making great figures, so I'm I'm thrilled.
Speaker 1 (55:13):
I love a good body slam post.
Speaker 3 (55:14):
I feel like all the people making retros aren't doing
enough body slam post.
Speaker 4 (55:20):
Focos is there for him.
Speaker 1 (55:21):
Yeah, closed line, little body slam. Yeah, Foco Collectibles doing
a dude love check that out. Oh have merce their
magazine collection, bibblehead. They nailed that, tied Hi. What's on
his glasses? I think the raw is warlight or reflection. Yeah,
because the magazine collection. All right, I just talked about
(55:43):
Mattel the l j N's coming to uh to Walmart,
Major Mark. Tommy Skinner showed this off, guys.
Speaker 5 (55:52):
Uh, hang on, there was some additional stuff that was
elaborated in this some additional stuff.
Speaker 1 (55:58):
So yeah, is it important?
Speaker 4 (55:59):
Yeah, very important.
Speaker 5 (56:00):
I told I told for for some collectors. So yeah,
the LGN figures will be available starting in Q one
twenty six at Walmart stores across Canada, and they will
also have multi lingual packaging, so there will be most
likely packaging international packaging for international markets. So there's going
(56:21):
to be probably like five to six different languages, potentially
largely on the back, but potentially as a tribute, they
might have some some French, some some French across the front.
And also Steve said that the street Fighter segment will
have different packaging variants. The inner blisters will have them
the character facing either to the left or to the right.
(56:43):
That way you could do different face off combinations.
Speaker 1 (56:46):
And they're bringing back that arcade path's exact. Yeah, it's
it's not the.
Speaker 5 (56:50):
Same, Yeah, it's not the same dimensions. It is a
revision of the retrofest packaging that was used for the
game Stopt.
Speaker 4 (56:56):
By the way, the Breski did say this. He said
that about the Canada.
Speaker 1 (57:00):
Steve wearing you know it's shades. I don't know what's so.
Speaker 5 (57:05):
Yeah, the the show that he goes on is with
Nick Storm. He is the self proclaimed Australian icon and
he wears uh. He's basically like a I don't know
how old he is. He's probably like in his early twenties,
but he wears sunglasses and so magic almost was also
on this interview Q and A whatever you want to
call this chat, he also wore sunglasses and Justin Kendall
from Wrestling Figure News he also wore sunglasses. So that's
(57:27):
like the stick every time they come on here, that's
the that's the game.
Speaker 1 (57:30):
Back to are those two thousand? No not, I can
tell thee. I like that the versus style. That's that's
very cool. Actually, that's good. It's a great idea. And
are thinking to make these in foreign languages like they
do every other figure that goes to a different country.
I don't think we've ever reported on foreign language so far.
Speaker 5 (57:54):
So far these are only supported in the United Kingdom,
so it's not regulated that those have to be in
a different languages. Also, the l JAM figures will have
I forgot to elaborate on this during the comic Con stuff,
because obviously I was talking so rapidly. Is that they
have trap blister packaging. So similar to what like Nekka
does even Marvel Legends uses it. Is to where it's
going to be like the panel of the paperboard folds
(58:16):
over so it reinforces it. So it's like a two
millimeter card so it's going to be a pretty thick
figure and that way it doesn't really fall. So the
blister is encased over a layer of cardboard or paperboard
in this sense so that I'm sorry, I don't it
means it's reinforced. It's reinforced. I have an example here,
there's an example. I mean they used it for their
(58:38):
retro three to sixty five. So like it's in it's
like a double layer. Let me see if I can
double layered to where it's pretty thick and thick cardboard. No,
the blister is on like the first layer of paperboard,
and then there is a die.
Speaker 1 (58:55):
Cut layer of cardboard over die.
Speaker 5 (58:58):
Cut hole, and then it it's glued on top of Okay,
blister is not visible, so it will not fall off
the card one bit at all during trams.
Speaker 1 (59:07):
These are heavy boys. Yes, very very cool. I dig that.
Speaker 5 (59:12):
Also, that was discussed. I did notice it during the
compun stuff when we were discussing it. The Tiffany Stratton
is the first figure to obviously future figures will these
is the ultimate edition Wave twenty eight twenty six release.
These will feature this figure in particular will feature a
single bar bell waste with a PVC overlay. So this
(59:33):
will be similar to how like the Storm Collectibles Juice
and Liger is similar to how Boss Fight Studio does
their waste at the at the waist with the single
bar bell and it will have a soft PVC pelvic overlay.
Speaker 1 (59:44):
To get movement.
Speaker 5 (59:47):
Yeah, more movement, more for you're getting forward and backward movement,
similar to a AW Jazzer's figure, but those ones the
pelvis is done in a BS so this one is
a PBC overlay. So it definitely fits for female figures
because the bastlines are always different shapes and to their bottoms,
so definitely works out for them. So you'll be getting
not just three.
Speaker 1 (01:00:05):
Six Shell's ultimate being like that too sweet.
Speaker 5 (01:00:09):
Yeah, So not just three sixty rotation, but you're also
getting forty degree four and backward motion as well as
a lateral at least like ten degrees side to side
lateral movement. Also that was discussed about this h Cody
Roads the Defining Moments twenty twenty six Wave two. Cody Roads,
the wing Degal Championship they worked with They said they
(01:00:29):
worked with a belt maker, but I'm not sure if
they worked with Reggie Parks h exactly. I know Reggie
Parks owns these designs, so I'm not sure if they
worked with the WE brand or if they worked with
the Reggie Parks team exclusively for it. But the wing
Degal Championship, it will not on this sample because this
is an early paint model. This the final product will
(01:00:49):
have a VUM finish, a VM coding, vacumentalization, so the
plates will be have that shiny coating. Yeah, and also
the brackets on them center plate, those obviously are so
small that they could not be included on the on
the center plate, so those will be painted in gold
as well as the logo plate. So those would will
(01:01:10):
just be sculpted similar to what you see on like
the Hardcore Championship or the Eco Friendly w Championship to
where it is just raised, but it will be painted.
Hopefully it's able to be potentially done in chrome if
costs suffice, so hopefully that's that's doable. So that will
be coming in a quarter two of twenty twenty six
through Ringside Collectibles. Also that was shown was an FTP
(01:01:33):
sample stavee. We just got this in the current angle.
But it does have the forearm tape, the anti brachial
like tape around the forearm, so it is very event specific.
This is specific to just one event. He did wear
the singlet times, but it is specific to just one.
It's specific to one episode of Raw, which is the
January tempt two thousand edition of Raw.
Speaker 1 (01:01:57):
Well, it's a rough decision in my opinion.
Speaker 5 (01:02:00):
He did wear the gear once more in February on
February twenty eighth, two thousand of Raw and March thirteenth,
two thousand of Raw with both the titles. Now it
did not have not with.
Speaker 1 (01:02:11):
The tape ooh yeah, not for me.
Speaker 5 (01:02:15):
And this will be coming. This will be coming in
the first quarter of twenty twenty six, exclusively available at
least in the United States, State Walmart, so most likely
we will be available potentially through Smith's Toy Superstars. Also
that was shown was a fup sample of the Ultimate
Edition Jacob Battou So, yeah, it's in the closed box,
so just to show the pack out in terms of
the inner Blister tray. And he did show off the
(01:02:37):
new Torso a.
Speaker 1 (01:02:38):
Little thick listen.
Speaker 5 (01:02:39):
Yeah, so new thicker Torso, new thicker Pelvis as well.
So lots of new stuff being implemented across the Ultimate
Edition form factor and most likely will be potentially seeing
some new implementations across twenty twenty six and twenty twenty
seven as they plan out that far in advance. So wow.
And that's that was all that was discussed in terms
of MATEL coverage four that on Nick star Reviews YouTube channel.
(01:03:02):
So if you guys want to check out the live
stream and get more detail and more of more of
the I guess smaller details that weren't enough to report on,
you can potentially have your potentially they answered maybe some
questions that collector.
Speaker 1 (01:03:15):
Sid it's enough plug for this guy's YouTube channel.
Speaker 5 (01:03:17):
It's Friday.
Speaker 1 (01:03:19):
Did Steve say what he had for lunch on the
Jesus Christ.
Speaker 5 (01:03:22):
He did have a replica Peacemaker helmet.
Speaker 1 (01:03:25):
So oh okay.
Speaker 5 (01:03:26):
Peacemaker season one episode season two airing now on HBO
Max every Thursday, every Thursday.
Speaker 1 (01:03:32):
Okay, who paid for that?
Speaker 4 (01:03:35):
John Cena? Seems really cool.
Speaker 1 (01:03:38):
Guys. We've been saying since we learned about these algae
ans that they will be in the same universe as
the big Rubber guys Major Mark. Tommy Skinner got a
Dusty Rhodes prototype, I mean right next to each other.
Those not in the same universe at least I think so.
I mean, yeah, I actually got my prototypes in the mail,
but I have not opened them, so I will also
(01:03:58):
post some comparison photos. So I got the Dusty Hogan
and Sina because I wanted to see for myself. But
I mean, Tommy Skinner's did such a great job at
this photo. I mean that that that the proof is
right there. What else is to be said? You know,
I mean in the same universe one hundred percent. I
mean it almost looks like the lower bodies exactly the same. Yeah,
So I'm very very excited about these. And speaking of Motel,
(01:04:21):
the Retro four pack the Latest Wave is up for
a pre order this Thursday. Virgil Warrior, Harley Race and
Bobby Heenon. I love this set. I'll be getting it.
Are you all around or no? Only these only.
Speaker 3 (01:04:39):
The old school guys. Yes, but I don't like get
excited about I wan'll say that.
Speaker 1 (01:04:44):
Oh I do.
Speaker 4 (01:04:45):
I'm in on every one of them. I don't need
the Warrior, but.
Speaker 1 (01:04:48):
The Warrior is the one I'm the least excited about.
But I yeah, but it's like in the eighties Warrior
when those nineties.
Speaker 5 (01:04:55):
This is nineteen eighty eight depiction of Ultimate Warrior. It
does include the new pvc UH strap some more to
the Winged Eagle that was previously released. I think technically
about a year ago with the previous wave or something like.
Speaker 1 (01:05:08):
Yeah came with. So there is no shoal w w
F title like I.
Speaker 5 (01:05:15):
Mean, it will be. It will be the same sculpt
It would just be bolted in black as opposed.
Speaker 4 (01:05:18):
To I just don't really I didn't care about the belt.
I don't think it really fits. And then also he
is definitely not jacked enough.
Speaker 1 (01:05:25):
Well, the belt is the coolest part for me because
you could use that with your has bros. There was
no idea title.
Speaker 5 (01:05:30):
Yes, and it is raised does have like a uh
uh yeah, similar similar design to the vintage titles, but obviously,
uh detex cent, come on, it's on the existing it's
on the existing body.
Speaker 1 (01:05:46):
That's it was.
Speaker 5 (01:05:49):
This was first utilized, i think on the wave to Austin.
It's the clothesline mechanism. It looks like it has potentially
new lower legs with like lace boots with the test
on top.
Speaker 4 (01:05:59):
The rest of the guys top.
Speaker 1 (01:06:00):
Not.
Speaker 4 (01:06:00):
I feel like Harley Race is more jacked with the
crown looks right on Harley Race.
Speaker 5 (01:06:09):
Yes, yeah, it's uh, this is technically like like we've
said it before, it's the ecojection like model. But then
obviously it was used for brock Lesner and then it's
been fine tuned time and time again. Sammy Zaine's got
the same torso, but it's not the same torso. It's
a little too smaller so.
Speaker 4 (01:06:26):
Not I'm sorry to be super negative, but uh yeah,
the Warriors should be vain.
Speaker 3 (01:06:31):
Yeah, I mean like like Warrior t Hasbro is fucking warrior.
Yeah yeah, both of the.
Speaker 5 (01:06:40):
Yeah, Harley Race, he has the airplane spin mechanism that
was going to be first utilized for Czarro but eventually
was used for the Wave one, mister T four peck
mound to Wave one and uh Harley uh does not
feature irremobile crown true to the uh vintage form factor.
Speaker 1 (01:06:58):
Really it just molded on. Huh.
Speaker 5 (01:06:59):
Yeah, it's it's number one.
Speaker 1 (01:07:01):
I love that. I love it.
Speaker 5 (01:07:02):
And the cape is soft goods.
Speaker 1 (01:07:06):
I love it a lot.
Speaker 5 (01:07:07):
And also the cape it does look like it will
like peek out of the blister, so like they couldn't
cram it in. I guess they could have potentially spared.
I mean maybe, I mean this might be an early.
Speaker 1 (01:07:17):
Uh is that hor that's going to be straight? There's
no way they're dirty, right, Like, no, it's going to
be sandwich. Didn't they But guys, wait, hold on a second,
let's back. Haven't they switched to like.
Speaker 3 (01:07:31):
Yeah, it's one big layer big less, going to be
like smashed flattened.
Speaker 1 (01:07:35):
Okay, yeah, yeah, it's still not going to be great though.
There's no room. Looks good.
Speaker 4 (01:07:41):
I mean, I don't love that Heenan's doing the smart
mark post.
Speaker 1 (01:07:44):
But it's cool.
Speaker 5 (01:07:46):
He has the cluver mechanism similar to that of a
man ready savage.
Speaker 1 (01:07:50):
All four talents are no longer with us. Damn.
Speaker 5 (01:07:53):
That sucks but brand new. I think I think brand
new arms for I think both arms are brand new, potentially,
I know definitely. The fingerpoint obviously is in metallic metallic suit.
It's not just uh not just like a solid color.
It's actually metallic.
Speaker 4 (01:08:08):
He and hardly are Virgil.
Speaker 1 (01:08:10):
This is awesome.
Speaker 4 (01:08:12):
His arms are jacked enough for Virgil.
Speaker 3 (01:08:13):
Virgil did this, you know, we got in ring Virgil,
but like this was the real Virgil.
Speaker 1 (01:08:17):
You know, Yeah, he cares with the money. I'm so
excited for these four, exactly, absolutely dig it.
Speaker 5 (01:08:25):
And the Virgil also has like a metallic it's like
a purlscent white and he has an overhead body slam.
Speaker 1 (01:08:29):
So so sick.
Speaker 5 (01:08:31):
So all four available this Thursday, August twenty eight.
Speaker 1 (01:08:36):
Yeah, is a backer is a front all right? The
major news Ali Catch has been shipping. I don't have mine,
but she has been shipping. People have been receiving it.
This is from her match at Hammerstein Ballroom earlier this year,
where she unfortunately got injured and broke her leg. So
(01:08:58):
I guess if you want you can it too and
break her leg or bend her legs.
Speaker 4 (01:09:03):
Fundraiser for her not back yet, by the way, So
they'll not come out. Came out before she came back.
Speaker 1 (01:09:09):
Yeah. Wow, the figure came out before she came back.
Ali was not a part of a homecoming. She was
not She's not cleared.
Speaker 4 (01:09:16):
Wow, she was a part of the from the Vault
series because I just put up the Alley Catch interview
that we had a couple of years ago.
Speaker 1 (01:09:23):
Cool. Wow. And then at the big As Extreme bash
we showed off the Saboo render. Look at that man.
Brian Batty who was at the show, awesome hanging out
with baby came in.
Speaker 3 (01:09:36):
Was awesome to hang with them them there. Talked to
him too. I love this figure looks great.
Speaker 4 (01:09:45):
Thea was really cool.
Speaker 1 (01:09:47):
Yeah, people are asking what are big rubber guys extreme?
These are just gonna be like standalones on the site,
no pre order. When they come in, They're gonna come in.
So are all three of these gonna be at the
same time? I don't know. Yeah, people, when they come
in that we're gonna put him up all three of
what Well, next up Tommy Dreamer, the innovator of violence.
(01:10:12):
There it is super cool, super cool doing his little
trademark fistep pose as well as the d.
Speaker 3 (01:10:19):
DT Definitely get a nice DDT in there with that
left hand. Yeah, so looking great. And then of course
we have Raven removable flannel.
Speaker 1 (01:10:30):
YEP PVC piece for the flannel. This is great and
we were gonna do Sam Man, but he has a
Legends deal even though he thinks he does not.
Speaker 4 (01:10:38):
No, I don't, I never signed anything.
Speaker 1 (01:10:41):
So yeah, this is big rubber guys extreme again. These
will be in stock on collect Major not anytime soon.
We literally TTD rushed to finish.

gonna have to start collecting the lineup. Thanks guys. Today
I grabbed my first two, so you guys, the British Bulldogs.
Speaker 1 (01:15:12):
By the way, the variant baby blue Bulldogs, little underrated
piece of the big rubber guy collected. I agree, all right,
what's some stuff we got?
Speaker 4 (01:15:21):
So?
Speaker 1 (01:15:21):
I man, maybe a year ago. I gave these to
connect Afa graded a year ago. See that's why you
should go with cis.
Speaker 3 (01:15:29):
Well, No, he like forgot to send them. Has nothing
to do with that, but I just thought it was cool.
I don't have anything graded.
Speaker 4 (01:15:36):
You know what's the grade there?
Speaker 1 (01:15:37):
Pal? Oh it's another thing so nine point two five? Nice.
Speaker 3 (01:15:43):
It's on the inside. I don't know I'll be able
to show it, but you know, pretty cool. I don't
think I'm even displaying these they're just gonna go right
to my storage, and it's just something I wanted to have.
Speaker 1 (01:15:51):
They both got the same grade.
Speaker 3 (01:15:52):
I did Wave one and Wave two of my Super seven,
So it's like nice he dropped those off to me
at Callen and so shout out to connect getting it
done for me. I definitely have to pack up my
ECW prototypes, figure out how to get those categorized and
sent off to get graded.
Speaker 1 (01:16:08):
And I know a guy capsulated, I know, I know, geez.
Speaker 4 (01:16:13):
By the way, I decided to finally since just talking
about it, I finally decided to open the series two
right here after the show, I'm gonna open them up
for the first time.
Speaker 1 (01:16:22):
Geez, are we even friends? I got this from Ringside Collectibles,
the Royal Rumble Ultimate Warrior. I do like it. I
like he's you know, bending the Crusher.
Speaker 2 (01:16:33):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (01:16:34):
It's at a FOMA right now. When I display all
my figures, I'm not quite sure what I'm gonna do.
I do think the hair is a little too dark.
Speaker 3 (01:16:42):
Figure and it's very very fun with the crush represents
the pose down I remember watching the Little Kid.
Speaker 1 (01:16:48):
Very fun figure. I loved it. I got it from Ringside.
I also got a couple Elite defenders from Ringside to
put my some of my extra Chelsea Greens in because
those those Metel packet it's just sucking. It's like paper mache,
it's garbage.
Speaker 3 (01:17:03):
I mean they fixed the windows situation, which is wonderful,
but uh yeah, we're still dealing with that. Like it's
just a man hard life for admint art collectors, collectors
because it's just too it's too soft.
Speaker 1 (01:17:16):
Yeah. At the big As Extreme Bash, I got a
Leo Sparrow micro Yeah, look at you.
Speaker 4 (01:17:23):
Oh ship me too, I forgot that.
Speaker 1 (01:17:24):
I do have that as well.
Speaker 3 (01:17:26):
I sign one that's already hanging up next to my
VSK and then uh a, Lucy is in the Creator
Pro collection on the desk.
Speaker 1 (01:17:35):
I'm not quite sure if I need to keep this though.
Speaker 4 (01:17:37):
Yeah, he's in the Major Pot Bro.
Speaker 1 (01:17:42):
Screenshot of Brosky sellad his micro bowler or what. Yeah,
I'm not quite sure about Leo.
Speaker 4 (01:17:49):
Leo is so in the Major Pod family.
Speaker 1 (01:17:53):
The raining and defending FBF Tag Team Champion Bro. But
was he wearing like this style gear? He's only ever
worn the green stuff. All right, I'm on the fence.
Someone convinced me why to keep Leo Sparrow.
Speaker 4 (01:18:06):
Because he's done so much with me. He's basically a
quasi major pot employee.
Speaker 1 (01:18:11):
He belonged to.
Speaker 3 (01:18:12):
Leo party, to our caloons, he puked in the way home.
Anything else from you guys, I have one more thing.
I mean, I showed off my little acw gets. You
know that a lot of stuff there. So I did
get for whatnot from the guys at Caloons, but also
from my personal collection like that Caine.
Speaker 1 (01:18:28):
But my lawyer, Michael Dawkins was on a special mission
to get me these. Michael Dockins.
Speaker 3 (01:18:35):
I was so nervous about him, I said, you know,
I just bring him kloons, don't even ship them.
Speaker 1 (01:18:39):
But take a look at the autographed many Brown TNA
Marvel figure for that bow. It's period the Alpha male
Moni Brown. Uh.
Speaker 3 (01:18:52):
And because I'm such an entrepreneur, I got three of these.
This one I'm keeping going in the collection. Two will
be for all and whatnot. Wow but bad ass cats,
shout out Dokins. As always, it's going in my defender
here to be preserved and saved.
Speaker 1 (01:19:09):
From dark Parlor on uh Instagram. I picked these up
for my funk Go sign collection. The Big Red Machine,
Caine Wow Signed, and our Boy xpox Po. So I
think there's gonna be a little signed. I love funkos.
(01:19:29):
We do have a little collection. Go. I have a
decent amount of them. So I think what I'm gonna
have to do is the guys who I have loose,
I might as well as go get a min on car,
like like a macho man. You can't get it signed,
so I just have a loose macho man. I think
I'll get a h a min on car or mini box.
Macho Yeah. I think I think it needs to be
(01:19:51):
a uniform. I ag, okay, mark anything for you nothing,
all right? So last week I think it was on
the show I talked about a save search maybe two
weeks ago that I got it. You know, someone was
talking about it and I bought it on online. Check
these out, baby, I finally got them Series one, just
(01:20:12):
Toy Bendham's mint in box. I put them in nice
acrylicsse are not great. I was like, how the hell
do you have an acrylic for that? Already know I
bought acrylics. I have cryllocks for all the major Bendish
selection crylics. And this is the real first run where
the cards are part of the card, right, you know,
not where they're perforated, is it? And you got the
(01:20:33):
whole set. The whole set is rare. I don't see
that razor remote. Now they're not ten out of ten
minut but there's they're in decent shape. Right. I think
two of them I might have to replace. I might
have to replace the doink and the luger. But for now,
in these acrylics, they just look top notch.
Speaker 4 (01:20:53):
Honestly, they look great.
Speaker 1 (01:20:54):
They look great.
Speaker 3 (01:20:55):
So this is the series, one of those weird packagings.
I just have always loved it.
Speaker 1 (01:21:00):
So this I feel like I needed this because we
basically start our toy company based off these figures. Sure
I have them, you know, they're right over the ARX
ray in my room. I love because and the Dointy clown.
And while I was putting some things in a crylic
I put these in acrylics. I want to show these off.
My signed Major Bendy's Matt Hardy and my signed Major
(01:21:22):
Bendy's Jeff Hardy. Now these are gonna be on Collectmajor
dot com any day now in stock so Nick.
Speaker 3 (01:21:30):
Was very overwhelmed with the snaffho we had Yeah, they're
shipping factory over, you know, the Earl and bad news.
We discussed it, so now we're back on track. We
can put these Hardies up because they're in stock. Absolutely.
Speaker 1 (01:21:43):
And then guys, I got a mother load of a
package from Hastel Toy. I'm gonna quickly show this off.
Speaker 4 (01:21:49):
Oh damn, I didn't get a has.
Speaker 1 (01:21:52):
What Damien Demento? What the frick? Mitch? Wow, I got
read different Jake the Snakes. Oh my god, I don't
know how necessary this is, but I got three of them.
And then we talked about the last week. I got
the diesel in the OS. Wow, two diesels in the
(01:22:14):
AS so, isn't there there's four diesel or three? Another
there's another diesel? Yeah, so I just got the regular diesel,
the one that's supposed to look at the Hasbro and
the OS.
Speaker 3 (01:22:28):
I have to say this, man, people keep doing comparison
shots and that Mattel Retro diesel and then all those Yeah,
that Metel Retro diesel sucks in comparison.
Speaker 4 (01:22:38):
Yeah, it's not like that when you get it and
you're like, well, we always needed a diesel, so I'll
take it, right. But man, then when you compare it.
Speaker 1 (01:22:45):
Yeah, and I was so excited when that figure came out.
But and the last thing I'm going to talk about
is every week I want to talk about something I
got from CS, the Granting Company. And Chris Jericho has
been in the news recently. Is he staying in a
WS going to WW I have his prototype right here
(01:23:06):
on release prototype. Let me get the exact name, WF Carnage.
This whole set was unreleased. I have the whole set graded.
I'm not quite sure what I'm gonna do with these.
If I'm going to sell them, I'm keep My plan
was to get them graded and sell them. But now
that they're graded, they look so nice.
Speaker 4 (01:23:28):
It's a great conversation, like when you're giving somebody a
tour and you're like, these are unreleased.
Speaker 1 (01:23:34):
Are they like one of one's or you know, I
think they're one of ones.
Speaker 4 (01:23:38):
See, that's what makes you the Michael Jordan. You can't
get rid of that ship.
Speaker 1 (01:23:42):
Yeah, I don't know if I'm going to keep it.
I don't know. Let's see, when i'm real estate, you know,
when I look at all the real estate, will I
have room for them? But there's a lot of them.
There's like I think ten or twelve of them. That's
the problem. And you can't just like keep some of
them right like or nothing.
Speaker 4 (01:24:01):
If you have like a shelf of like you know,
miscellaneous wrestling oddball prototypes, you know, whatever the heck, you know,
they could go in the back.
Speaker 1 (01:24:10):
Yeah, but the thing with these shelves is that they're
two feet deep. I can't really have things in the back,
you know, I do not. If it's not eye level,
you won't be able to see them. It's like, what's
the point?
Speaker 4 (01:24:22):
Maybe a little stand.
Speaker 1 (01:24:23):
I have to get. I have to get a lot
of risers.
Speaker 4 (01:24:27):
Mean you're gonna spend thousands on those.
Speaker 1 (01:24:29):
Yeah, thousands on risers. It's gonna be ridiculous. That's all
I have for for weekly purchases.
Speaker 4 (01:24:36):
All right, Well we got some cool major Mark purchases
of the week. All right, all right, we saw him
this week here aiming Amerrigan. Huge huge purchase for him.
(01:24:59):
Check this what life told me about this about a
new ass house.
Speaker 1 (01:25:03):
This week.
Speaker 4 (01:25:03):
I bought a one thousand square foot toy room and
enough display cases to fill about three quarters of it.
There's also a really nice house on top of it.
But who cares about the house.
Speaker 1 (01:25:14):
I expect the.
Speaker 4 (01:25:15):
Room to be a major vlog worthy in early twenty
twenty six.
Speaker 1 (01:25:18):
We're going to have to do it.
Speaker 4 (01:25:20):
So look at the rest of this. So it's in
the basement, redone right, nice walls, there's some more.
Speaker 1 (01:25:26):
You know.
Speaker 4 (01:25:26):
What scares me though, the dehumidifier in the corner there.
I don't like that around the toys, you know what
I'm saying. If you needed the humidifier, that's scary.
Speaker 1 (01:25:35):
I thought that was mini fridge. Looks like a d
that could be.
Speaker 4 (01:25:40):
Some more of it there. He's got a little couch
ski so that looks like a huge ass room.
Speaker 1 (01:25:45):
Yeah, Dan, that's big, so good for Emon.
Speaker 4 (01:25:50):
Pete b Shishkoh Shishko's cousin. I didn't realize this, he said.
On Wednesday, August twenty at twenty twenty five in Las
Vegas at the Cauliflower Alley Club, I was able to
share a moment with two men who shaped the very
foundation of hardcore wrestling, Abdullah the Butcher and Cactus Jack.
(01:26:11):
What makes this even more surreal is the timing, exactly
thirty years to the day of Cactus winning the IWA
King of Death matches in Japan. That's I had the
honor of getting this photo signed by him, and he
even inscribed it with thirty years ago today. On top
of that, I also had Abdullah sign a photo of
the very first match he and I ever had together.
(01:26:34):
So Peter B. Shishkoh it's a former pro wrestler who
wrestled Abdullah the Butcher. That's really cool, A memory that
will stay with me forever. These men broke barriers, carved
the path, and inspired countless wrestlers who came after them
to be able to sit beside them on this day
at this place. Is a reminder of just how deep
this legacy runs.
Speaker 1 (01:26:53):
Pretty cool.
Speaker 4 (01:26:56):
We got a little, we got a little. This is
really unique.
Speaker 1 (01:27:00):
This is very cool.
Speaker 4 (01:27:01):
Tony Daubert my purchase of the week original programs from
Jim Crockett Promotions nineteen eighty five to nineteen eighty eight,
all in mint condition. He also adds when wrestling, I
know me too. Yeah, I love the idea. I used
to think when I was little, programs were so lame.
Now I think what I think that the coolest thing.
Speaker 1 (01:27:20):
I love them.
Speaker 4 (01:27:21):
I never got the problem, like, no, I want a shirt,
and now all those shirts are crappy and thrown away.
But I could have had that.
Speaker 1 (01:27:27):
Program time capsule.
Speaker 4 (01:27:30):
Bro Look at this, Broski, I'm not happy with this.
Danny Blanco our pal there. I was at GCW Homecoming
Night one and witnessed history as the first ever garage
beer champions crowned. To celebrate, I had SHATSI the beer
thief signed my major garage beer turnbuck All.
Speaker 1 (01:27:45):
It's kind of epic. Now, all the people on that
is that who's in the bottom left corner, Heath Slater.
Speaker 4 (01:27:52):
Okay, I didn't realize he signed Heaths later nowadays, That's
what I'm saying. We already talked about this one, the
no jukee, no congrats to Jack. Yeah, all right, take
a look at this what Ryan Sturdevant Cowen major wrestling
(01:28:12):
figure podcast big as Extreme Bash at Cawloon purchases more
items to add to mine and Fat Lenny's collections. I
collect the micro brothers and signed pictures. Lenny collects everything else.
The banners were the highlight of Lenny's night. Dreamer, Raven
and sad Man were awesome to meet, so he bought
the uh.
Speaker 3 (01:28:29):
Banners are beautiful by the way to wrestling and Yeah.
My local company got them done in real vinyl like
bet like just really nice, you know, additions to the
stage in the set and everything.
Speaker 4 (01:28:40):
I want to try to buy mine off of Rocking
with Dance so I can hang in my garage. I
told you you should have put a bit, but then
I also thought I could just recreate it and buy
it myself. And also it would be cheaper.
Speaker 1 (01:28:54):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (01:28:54):
Check out this one. Nice little meet greet with this one.
Dylan Wade started a new collection because why not? Signed
Neka ninety TMNT Figs met Corey Feldman Saturday at Mad
Monsters Expo. The TMNT nineties movie is still one of
my favorite movies, even though I'm a film snob.
Speaker 1 (01:29:12):
Now that's cool.
Speaker 3 (01:29:14):
I love the movie. I think it still holds out
Cary Felderman stuff signed and the color of the guy.
I don't know, it's just it's perfect.
Speaker 4 (01:29:21):
I agree. And also I think I would be starstruck
if I saw Corey Feldman. He's just like one of
those eighties stars that I grew up watching. All Right,
last one here is the pretty cool piece of history.
Jeffrey Crnniac Nostalgia is the name of the game. As
an oddball item purchased this WrestleMania fourteen press kit. There's
(01:29:43):
a lot of promotional materials hyping up Mike Tyson's role
as well as media contacts at Titan Towers. Never knew
I wanted this until I saw it. Pretty unique, right, Wow, yes,
very that kind of shit.
Speaker 1 (01:29:55):
It's like I would love to just flip through that.
I don't think I want to own that, but I
would love to.
Speaker 4 (01:29:58):
Well, if you can find a cool display, or who
have an attitude error display or something like that, I
fit's perfect. All right, major display of the week. I
thought this was a really cool way of doing this,
and it sort of made me want to do it.
Check this out. Wow, hey, Eric Green says, my little
slice of relaxation. This is my belt slash fig display.
(01:30:19):
It centers around two different belts, the Winged Eagle and
the Big Gold. Along with that, I added the most
notable carriers of said championships. Mix in my love of
Hogan stuff, somemattos. My hasbros and gloobs and even a
little bit of baseball, and my child is on full display.
Anytime I was stressed out, I love that time arranging.
So there's some more picks here. I love the the
(01:30:42):
winged eagle part and the big gold part. Right, So
you got some magazines there with Brett Hart at the belt.
You've got he got an Eric Green, Big Green with
some cards. He's got the Hogan with some uh whatever.
So the are a bunch of hogans, the winged eagle
(01:31:03):
white one.
Speaker 1 (01:31:04):
I dig it.
Speaker 4 (01:31:05):
Look at all the all the winged eagle champions there
rules not all of them, but sec a good amount
of them. Uh some retro some globes. Yeah, pretty cool.
Speaker 1 (01:31:18):
To the edge to say that's right. All right time yep,
all right, up next to Q and A.
Speaker 4 (01:31:36):
Yeah, it's his dog dropping a new Q and a
jingle for you here twenty twenty five less goal. It's
the juvene for the Major Pond.
Speaker 2 (01:31:47):
Here is your chance to ask all you want, like
the death match King, You'll be riding high that you're
the one that got the major prize.
Speaker 4 (01:31:55):
If you hate j are do you ready to rock
the post attack?
Speaker 1 (01:31:59):
Ask Major? Al Right, guys asking you questions on social media,
use the hashtag ask Major pod. If we read your
question on air, we'll give you a prize.
Speaker 4 (01:32:14):
Brian's question from Chris DG. Can we discuss Majorfest again,
Is it realistic? What would be some plans for the event?
Kind of had a mini major Fest this weekend, right.
Speaker 1 (01:32:23):
They'll want to do it. I'm not saying it's not realistic.
A lot of planning would need to be done.
Speaker 4 (01:32:30):
We either have to hire somebody to run it, or
we'd have to all be retired, and that.
Speaker 3 (01:32:34):
Would be we could do it like one week, like
for sure, we could do it. Maybe we could just
we like hire Ed Gonzales or something.
Speaker 1 (01:32:42):
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (01:32:43):
You'd have to hire somebody to run this.
Speaker 1 (01:32:45):
But we could definitely be a shit show. We could
do it.
Speaker 4 (01:32:49):
It'd be great. Toy vendors, vendor guess, some sort of something,
A couple of panels.
Speaker 1 (01:32:58):
I always say downstair concert at night.
Speaker 4 (01:33:00):
Had to beat yea, it has to be in Northeast.
I think presentation not an f WF show, a live
FWF presentation.
Speaker 1 (01:33:08):
What do you mean?
Speaker 3 (01:33:08):
What's the difference me versus Matt screaming about storylines. I
wouldn't be really do it?
Speaker 4 (01:33:12):
No, no, no, we do and then you put pictures
on the screen. I think you think about it.
Speaker 1 (01:33:16):
No, it would be great.
Speaker 4 (01:33:17):
A live FWF show Chris Crowcock is like, yes to it.
Speaker 1 (01:33:23):
I do feel like if it was going to happen,
it would have happened already, right.
Speaker 4 (01:33:28):
I know we're busy.
Speaker 3 (01:33:30):
Well that's what I'm saying, Like when you were less busy,
I think now like, okay, I can't say, like, let's
do it in June of next year. I have no
idea what Yeah, well I'll be it. What I'm doing
with teenage, you know, I just don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:33:43):
You know, just coming off of his Royal Rumble entry
and it's hard to do that. He's on a big
run with the with the New York.
Speaker 1 (01:33:49):
Even me trying to plan like the Indie Mania thing,
it's like, it's more work if you want it done right.
It's a lot a lot of work. And I just
don't have the bandwidth to do it. And I don't
want to do it half assed.
Speaker 4 (01:34:00):
That's how I feel. Could we do it?
Speaker 1 (01:34:03):
Yes? I wanted to be the kill cross it Mike
get booked on any media. But that's about it.
Speaker 4 (01:34:12):
Matt's question from Lapuma any plans on bringing back the
Tin Roof Show in twenty twenty.
Speaker 1 (01:34:16):
Frights, but Lapuma he keeps saying he's the one who
started the campaign to get it shut down.
Speaker 3 (01:34:24):
Really he's on too close to the holidays and on
January live shows. Nobody was saying that to Lapuma put
that narrative out there.
Speaker 4 (01:34:31):
Yeah, Lapuma, you ruined it, buddy, he.
Speaker 1 (01:34:35):
Seriously. I mean, we can let people in like that
is the plan, but certain stars up the line that
we're working on and be epic. The plan is to
do tin roof in January, but if we do it
the first week ind of January, we can have Lapoma
say it's too close to the holidays, like January is January?
(01:34:56):
What's it? When Christmas is over, it's over, it's over.
Speaker 3 (01:34:59):
So but we're working looking at something similar to I
guess we didn't really touched on this, but I do
think coming off the success of the Big As Extreme Bash,
this is the new business model of live shows, booking talent,
promoting it, letting you know who's there, who are you
going to meet, what's happening. I think one person, and
it could be three or four, you know, depending on costs.
(01:35:21):
And that's that's kind of And then the one exception
I think will be the WrestleMania show because there's just
so many people accessible to us. Usually at WrestleMania live shows,
we have too many people where we're like, oh no,
I don't know if this person even beyond the show
because we have so many options where flip flop you
do something like Kowloon's like who is in driving distance?
Speaker 1 (01:35:43):
Or you know that we're not going to lose our
shirts on. It's there's not enough options, you know. So
that's the difference. You know.
Speaker 4 (01:35:51):
We never talked about this, but to peel back the curtain,
the Kloon Show was almost going to be Brett Hart.
Speaker 1 (01:36:00):
Yeah, we tried.
Speaker 4 (01:36:01):
Initially didn't imagine that like that that we were like
kind of close, yes, right, so it would have been
a full ass show with Brett Hart and then the
meet and greet and the signing with with Brett Hart
and stuff.
Speaker 1 (01:36:13):
Well that's how the idea started, Like, I this is
what I wanted to do, like a big, big name
like that, and we're not gonna get to every name
that we tried to get, but we tried to get
a couple of big names and then Brian said, but
what about this E c W. We get a couple
of them. I'm like, okay, we're a few of them,
and it worked out. The fans loved it. It was
a very special night. But we we have some names
planned for January.
Speaker 3 (01:36:33):
Let's do like a w W one we get like
double J and Vampiro and like we could be WW
two thousand, That's what I'm saying, Like, yeah, like we
could like, yeah, I think this is gonna be. The
options now are a little like we burnt ourselves out
on the old style and now I think we're all
like reinvigorated about what this could be.
Speaker 1 (01:36:51):
And there's a lot of options, you know, because each
show would have a theme in theory, right, I think
the Mania will be the one where it's like the
Who's who for all rock with is that hypro Mojo
rally was not invited to? Like maybe we can finally
get our ruthless aggression theme show, right, imagine that you have? Yeah,
(01:37:12):
that's what I'm really boned up for something like that. Yeah,
and maybe we were able to do more often too,
because we can make them actually profitable. Right, But if
the January one works out, it could be fucking I
can't wait. Yeah, speaking of Epic, I want to do
VIP tour Epic Universe.
Speaker 4 (01:37:35):
Yeah, so fun, Brian, I'll be with shoes at Hooters,
but that one roller coaster that changed my life, Like,
I feel like Brian wouldn't even go on it, but
it's so good. My question, Joe Sullivan Awesome, Joe is
we have so many Major Film Club reviews in the books,
and I know f WF is dead, but if you
did an f w F of just major film club toys,
(01:37:58):
who would be each of your ever want drast picks?
And why is it bel dar.
Speaker 1 (01:38:04):
Wait? It was the question.
Speaker 4 (01:38:05):
You're doing a fig fed with only movies.
Speaker 1 (01:38:08):
Re reviewed on our show and there wrestling.
Speaker 4 (01:38:13):
Yeah, I think I'm going Robin Hood just because I
want Kevin Costner guys having.
Speaker 3 (01:38:19):
To whimpy looking though, I'd have to go with like
a Dick Tracy figure or something a little.
Speaker 4 (01:38:23):
More Dick Tracy would be cool.
Speaker 1 (01:38:26):
Did we do Last Action Hero? Last Action? Here is
your top guy? I would have to pick Danny because
it's me.
Speaker 3 (01:38:33):
Pick Arnold because an automatic automatic freaking top guy.
Speaker 4 (01:38:37):
Yeah, holy smokes, Yeah, Arnold would be great.
Speaker 3 (01:38:41):
Yeah is dead though, by the way, guys, holy ship someone.
I can't remember the context of it, but in the
group put in just the clip of Brosky debuting the
Ultimate Warrior and the PTSD I had just listening to
it was like it was too much, Like it stopped
me in my tracks, and I was just like, this
(01:39:03):
is never apartment. I missed that time of my life.
It was a moment in time. I don't regret it,
but I can't go back.
Speaker 4 (01:39:08):
I can't go back to I have an idea to
bring f WF back, to have it be profitable, and
have it be very little work for all of us,
and have it be profitable for our friends.
Speaker 1 (01:39:22):
Tell your story, walking Christopher.
Speaker 4 (01:39:25):
I told the Stebroski he actually liked it. He didn't
say no right away, which is he had to be.
Speaker 1 (01:39:30):
He was like maybe that.
Speaker 2 (01:39:37):
Doctor.
Speaker 1 (01:39:39):
I was like, it stopped me in my tracks. I
was like, I can't do this.
Speaker 3 (01:39:44):
The weird like anxiety I had about it, like like
flying back and forth to the impact and I'm like
more worried about by f WF show than like what
I'm doing there, Like it was demented.
Speaker 1 (01:39:56):
Fuck all right, let's go to some good aus keeping.
Good good housekeeping, guys. Go to YouTube dot com slash
at major devi Pod. We've got a lot of cool
(01:40:18):
vlogs and big, big hunts up there, Brian, I'm the
one where you just got the joke. Azuna did very well.
Speaker 4 (01:40:24):
Hey, let me do uh, let me do a backtrack. Okay,
a couple of weeks ago, we do the garage beer
commercial behind the scenes. Then you and Brian do a
great fig hunt in a great store with some edge stuff,
right one of the best stores in America. You and
Brian are back. You revisit a store that you've art
(01:40:45):
that you are before in Rhode Island. Then Brosky people
slept on this one a little bit, spends a ton
of money on some Ghostbuster stuff. Then Brian spends a
ton of money on some Grail action figures. These are
all different vlogs, by the way. And this week a
little TNA superstar fig Hunt.
Speaker 3 (01:41:09):
And guys Tommy Dreamer, I don't want to say use
the words correctly. They choose or eats a piece of
gum from a pack of basebook carts from nineteen eighty eight.
If that's not incentive enough, how about it unreal? And
then we're gonna have uh those three interviews up.
Speaker 4 (01:41:30):
Bright interviews will be up there. Yeah, from the live show.
Speaker 1 (01:41:32):
Are there any other fig Hunts in the can?
Speaker 4 (01:41:34):
Or are we good yet, No, were there there's one
from you in there?
Speaker 1 (01:41:38):
Oh, I did it. There's an unboxing with me and McKenzie.
Speaker 4 (01:41:40):
Mark, there's I'm boxing with Brian and Mackenzie.
Speaker 1 (01:41:43):

want to hear my idea for FWF and how to
make it a successful venture for us and our friends,
I lay it all out in that episode.
Speaker 1 (01:42:51):
Okay, let him breathe. You got the captain's line with
Joe Shoes. Joe shoes. He had Joey Celliban on this
this week.
Speaker 4 (01:43:00):

tomorrow with him. We'll do a Q and a return.
Where's he been?
Speaker 1 (01:43:14):
I haven't even seen? Is he stills?
Speaker 4 (01:43:17):
Question one? Mark Sterling wants to know he are you
still in the business.
Speaker 3 (01:43:23):
Well, I say this, if kill a Cross is getting
all Brosky's bookings, and Brosky's gonna go down and have
to get all Heath's bookings and become a shindy guy,
so kiss a domino effect kill Across.
Speaker 1 (01:43:32):
If anything is going to be opposite me, he's the
shindy guy. No, no, no, like people want me to
work kill Across my book I've already had to turn
down bookings. I'm like, how many times I wrestle kill Across? Seriously,
I had turned out a booking. I'm like, how many
times am I going to wrestle this guy? It's not
like he's I'm Morkan Ziggler here who I'll wrestle every day,
blindfolded kill Across. He fucking is leeching on my buzz here.
(01:43:56):
I don't want to have any more of it, I feel. Yeah,
the the Ultimate Gift has gone out. People have seen
it people yesterday.
Speaker 4 (01:44:06):
What'd you think, Brian? It's great?
Speaker 1 (01:44:08):
Right? It was a giant uh you know the cactus
Jack wanted dead or alive logo of us, but a
giant flag.
Speaker 4 (01:44:16):
By the way, I snuck in some extra prizes. Okay,
everybody gets a little extra if you're Ultimate.
Speaker 1 (01:44:23):
Well, people have been getting the Shatzi card. That was
the July card, which I also got card that was
the Jily card. Yes, okay, so we already have the
August card. So once in September that will be shipped out. Yep.
So you gotta be on major marks dot com. Guy.
So much cool stuff. And when you see everyone together
at these live shows, you see the whole community, you know,
(01:44:46):
it's great.
Speaker 4 (01:44:47):
Hey, rocking with Dan says he saw Heath this month.
He doesn't get why he hasn't been asked to be.
Speaker 1 (01:44:52):
Ever got because he's not in the business anymore, right,
we don't.
Speaker 4 (01:44:54):
We didn't know he was still in Like he's like, what,
like what.
Speaker 1 (01:44:58):
Am I gonna do? Like he's not a w legend
and he's not a current indie star right, Like he
doesn't fit either criteria. I'm not trying to be but like, fuck,
take a booking Jesus Jesus Christ all right, proslts dot Com,

Speaker 4 (01:45:52):

Speaker 1 (01:46:00):
Well, guys with with with Michael, Chippetta moving and Sylvia,
you know, taking her ball and leaving. I tried to
get her to stay with me. I said, you can

But I think it's official. We haven't signed the paper
where we did handshake deal. We did a mega power

able to get the win back. You know what I'm saying,
And that's what matter. Everybody gets blown up, but can
(01:47:07):
you can you recover from the blown right. I hung
with him two years old, main event singles match. We
did all the bells and whistles.
Speaker 1 (01:47:18):
Bobby's very good.
Speaker 4 (01:47:19):
I had to ask Broski for advice on how to
distract the ref I use. This advice was hard.
Speaker 1 (01:47:28):
Smokes uh plugs. This week it's one of those where
I like, why did I do this myself? Triple shot

Rocky Mandan also, you said it's not official, but Rockymandan
agreed to it three to four times, but you kept
asking himbout.
Speaker 3 (01:48:23):
Holy shit, say Broski put himself to bed and then
came back from the dead that I went to bring
my merch back to the hotel. Yeah, and I don't
know what happened.
Speaker 4 (01:48:36):
Then you claimed you went inside to eat, which I
was just lying everybody.
Speaker 1 (01:48:41):
Yeah, that was how long was I got for forty
five minutes or like two hours? Like two or three hours? Bro, Yeah,
it wasn't that long. Two hours, at least at least
two hours. I'm glad I woke up. I couldn't. I
didn't figure I had written you off.
Speaker 4 (01:48:56):
I couldn't believe it.
Speaker 1 (01:48:57):
They come back.
Speaker 4 (01:48:58):
We were saying, if either one of us did that,
there would have been posts.
Speaker 1 (01:49:01):
Posts, pictures, videos, burials. But I came back. It took
an hour two hours for me to bring it up,
and it came back.
Speaker 4 (01:49:09):

three hours.

But you can go admire it.
Speaker 4 (01:49:29):
