In this episode, I talk about a substitute teacher at a Las Vegas High School who was involved in a physical altercation with a student. This has led many to question who was wrong in this situation. In general, physical violence is not an acceptable means of resolving conflicts, especially in an educational setting where safety and respect should be paramount. Ultimately, both the student and the teacher bear responsibility for maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment, and any physical altercation is a breach of that responsibility.
