The Moodment

The Moodment

Having reset my life, I decided to leave the corporate world and pursue my passion for helping people live their lives to the fullest. I am a certified life coach specializing in digital detox, self-care, and building actionable life plans. In 2019, I opened a wellness boutique and followed it up in 2023 with a women's cannabis wellness retreat company and a line of cannabis apparel. I have realized that our wellness largely depends on our MOOD. This inspired me to create a MOODment through my podcast and blog to empower individuals to achieve what they truly deserve by shifting their moods. The podcast balances between being a little woo-woo and 100% practical. It will cover topics such as astrology, fitness, wellness, essential oils, stress, digital detox, self-care, meditation, sleep, nutrition, and more. If you are tired of the monotony in your life and seek to transform through a straightforward approach, be sure to subscribe and listen to my podcast.
