I'm Wendy Celviik. You're certified Aroma therapist and certified Roma
Therapy Coach. Today we're talking about ditching those nasty chemical
cleaners and going natural with your cleaning routine. So let
me ask you. Have you ever flipped over the label
on your cleaning products and wondered what the heck half

those ingredients even are? Some of them are indifferent disruptors.
They can mess with your hormones. Yep. That means every
time you're wiping down the kitchen counters or scrubbing the bathroom,
you might be exposing yourself to things that are throwing
your system out of black. But don't worry, I got
you covered. You can make some super simple, effective cleaning
products at home with essential oils. Not only do they work,

but they smell amazing and you won't need to air
out your house after cleaning. Here's one of my go
to recipes from my book Natural Essential Oil Remedies and Recipes,

It's seven dollars and seventy seven cents. So the all
purpose cleaner you can use and make is a half

cup of distilled water, a half cup of white vinegar,
ten drops of lemon essential oil, and ten drops of
Thieves essential oil. Or you can make your own Thieves,
which is a blending together rosemary, lemon, cloves, cinnamon and eucalyptus.
You put that all together in a spray bottle and
you clean away. It's safe for countertops, bathrooms, floors, basically

everything but granite. And for you clean freaks who want
streak free windows, try this window cleaner. Is one fourth
cup white vinegar, one fourth cup rubbing alcohol, one fourth
cup distilled water, and ten drops of peppermint essential oil.
Spray in white for a beautiful, streak free shine and
you'll ditch that ammonia smell for fresh peppermint. These recipes
