are here in northern California, thatwe're initiated days back by lightning strikes and

created and are created by weapons systems. So this is what they're telling us
today, and the reason I'm goingto go over this is very important because
this we're all going to face.So they're telling us today that we have

a high risk in northern California andwe have to brace for power outages amid
smoky skies. Now let's pause forthis in a moment, because power outages,
we all have to prepare for outages. I have a friend in Florida
right now, and we've talked aboutwhat they need to do for power outages,

and there are many things you cando. I'm going to throw out
a few ideas right now because manyof you won't have generators, but you
need to have things that you canopen up with a non electric can opener,
and things you can eat. Andyou have to stock up on water.
Right now. Of course, I'mhearing from my friends in Florida that

water now has been sold out andthey can't put any more gas. The
gas stations are closed because there hasbeen contamination, intentional contamination apparently at any
rate. The gas stations are closedout, so they're going to be the
military is going to be obstructing anyany evacuations. This is the plan,

This is what is happening. Thishappened here in our fires of twenty seventeen
where people were on their own,just as what we saw in Paradise,
and very similar to what we seein Mallie. But Malie has some additional
new technology that's been used on itas well. So getting to today,

prepare for power outages. I suggestthat everybody have a power outage party.
Tape all of your light switches soyou don't inadvertently flit them on, and
spend two or three days minimum withoutusing any electricity. That will include no
water usage as well. Take notesof all the things you will need because
you will need them. Make nomistake about this. Our power is being

turned off. In fact, we'rebeing transitioned off of the legacy power from
telephone poles and power poles and linesto microgrids. And we won't be in
microgrids guys. This is going tokeep commerce going and certain areas will be

on microgrids. Well, what isa microgrid? A microgrid are the transition
from electricity to renewables powered by solarand battery backup. Now, I want
to add this also, if youhave an electric vehicle or you have an
electric bike, do not store themanywhere near your home because these things degrade

and blow up. Many of youmay have noticed during the Hurricane Ida and
Florida that they were pulling out thecars which submerged in subterranean parking and had
been swamped by water, and theywere moving them out into wide open areas
so they could just explode at willand not further impact the devastation caused by

the directed energy weapon called a hurricane. So I can tell you that when
you're charging, even if there isn'ta fire, if you're charging electric bikes
in your apartment, stop stop,they're blowing up. Type that in in
search. The Department of Transportation willnot tell us this because they want the
transition from what they call fossil fuels, and we know petroleum is not a

fossil fuel. Nothing did not comefrom dead dinosaurs. They want the forced
transition to renewables that are controlled becausethey the weather is completely controlled. So
don't don't put these dirty bombs everywhere. This is what's happening. In the

and we're setting ourselves up to becarpet bombed because these can be targeted
with weapons directed energy lasers and blownup, just like what we've seen happening
with the expanse of fires. Withthe wireless electric smart meters, that's all

are burning, the smart meters.I noticed in Hawaii along Front Street along
all the commercial buildings, I wasseeing smart meters, and I'm going to
take the leap that there were smartmeters and the majority of homes that burned
in Lahina. So get these thingsoff. If you're in an area where
you can tell your utility company youwant the meters off, because I can

tell you back in twenty seventeen whenwe had our horrific fires here in Santa
Rose and we lost over five thousandhomes, the ones that seemed to have
survived here and there were the oneswithout the meters. Because Rothschild, who
controls all the utilities worldwide, canpost the frequencies coming into your homes on

these meters. This is why they'resetting up the global grid. The global
grid consists of not only the wirelesselectric smart meters, but the wireless gas
meters. And now everyone is gettingthe wireless water meters and the frequencies.

again, have a power outage party. This is important, this is urgent,

and twenty three, that we're beingwarned that thousands across northern California could lose
power today Wednesday in planned outages.Now, this is all planned. This
is all rigged starting the fires andthen turning the electricity off. And they
say that we're facing a critical firethreat while already dealing with poor air quality

amid smoky skies and growing devastation muchof the Sacramento Valley, that's the central
area in California where we grow mostof the veggies, and so forth for
the entire country and in the NorthBay area. The interior mountains are under
red flag fire warnings today through today, with dusty winds and low humidity predicted,

a combination that forecasters say could causefires and rapidly growing in size and
intensity. Pacific Gas and Electric akaRothschild run LLC, states, the largest
utility provider, warned that up toeight thousand customers across seven counties should prepare
to lose power Wednesday in a publicsafety power shutoff. This is a forced

shutoff. It is nothing to dowith our safety. All of this is
being created. Power is being shutoff, and if you don't have water
during fire season, you burn,you burn. We all need water.
So the majority of the affected residentsare now in Shasta and in Caloosa and

in Napa. There are a fewother areas as well, but I think
most of you listening know that Napais a wonderful city not too far out
of San Francisco. And they saythat the shutoffs are meant to stop catastrophic
wildfires and turning off the power whenextreme weather threatens are electric grid. So

I want to just put that outthere. We are being attacked by all
fronts, and we are no longerI'm no longer going to talk about the
use of weather as a weapon.It has been a weapon for many,
many decades. And for those ofyou that do not understand, go back
to sleep, because you're causing everyoneelse a problem when you refuse to understand

what we face. And it's ourjob now to be supportive with people that
are undergoing direct attacks, total loss, and much death. So we don't

There's a new methodology coming on boardnow about fighting of future fires. This
has already now started in Australia andit will become a firefighting mechanism in the
United States and worldwide. And whatthey're saying is because everything that has gone

wrong is caused by humans. Againthey talk about climate change. It's anthropogenic
global warming, all caused by humans, causing pollution, all a lie.
There are many actually revered leaders inthis conversation that actually believe in anthropogenic global
warming. If anyone you know believesin that, stop listening to them.

It's a psyops. I can tellyou that right now. So I'll move
on because what we have to understandis the shifting fire strategies in the fire
in the error of climate change,which is weather weapons. So we're told
that human activity is suspected to havecaused fires. We need a transformational change

a big rethink close to the forestand public lands due to an increasing warming
climate, which is being done bymicrowaves. I'll go into that and a
bit too. But due to anincreasing warming climate, fire season could be
all year round, and they're goingto be denying human access, which is
known as the wild Lands Project.This is the confinement of us into these

kill zones they call smart cities.Don't call them smart cities. They are
kill zones. These are confinement areasthat not everyone will survive to be moved
into. We don't survive the frequenciesin these five G wireless, completely wireless

they say that ultimately, of course, in the Wildlands Project, humans will

will be forcibly relocated into the citygrowth boundaries known as kill cities aka human
settlement zones. People call these fifteenminute cities. Well, I went down
to my city and I asked theengineering department to tell me what is fifteen

minutes exactly? Because I said,my fifteen minutes. If I'm on a
kill bike, an electric scooter ora bicycle, or if I'm walking in
someone else's jogging or on some kindof transportation, what does fifteen minutes mean?
It means two miles two miles.Now, this is in my city.

We are going to be confined withinthese human settlement zones of high frequencies with
no cars, no transportation, foottraffic only, and the older people and
younger people will be killed. Now, I just found this in the UN
on the UN website about aged ageism, and they say it's a global challenge,

twenty one and it's for the youthand people over sixty years of age.
And they say the report was releasedby the WHO, Office of the High

expose agism for what it is,an insidious scourge on society, an
insidious scourge the young and the older. And they say that agism seeps into

And we've talked about I've talked aboutin the past the fact that the United

many methods the few years that wewere under mandatory lockdowns, another economic
and health blow to our survivability.And now it appears that we could be
going under another lockdown soon with newtypes of scares, with different variances.

the CDC does not promote our health. The CDC is a corporation and it
is promoting vaccines. So I don'tknow why everybody considers the CDC to be
the go to on answering health concerns. They are all about vaccines. I

don't know how that got all twistedaround either, but it did so again,
the new strategy of fighting fires isto close down all public lands,
all camping, all private lands andpublic lands to be closed down for our
safety because of fires. Everything isfor our safety. So I want to

was trying to search these this morningto make certain that these were all still
viable, but my computer locked upon me. But I'm going to go
over these anyway, because I dothink that they are viable. And this
is a warning. And this isthe FEMA Executive orders. So Executive Order

one one zero zero four allows theHousing and Finance Authority to relocate communities,
build new housing with public funds,designate areas to be abandoned, and establish
new locations for populations. We areseeing that happening now. I don't know
how many of you might just benoticing these five stories buildings being built in

your cities. I'm noticing dozens,dozens, dozens, And I started noticing
this in twenty nineteen when I wentdown to my local building and planning department.
I asked to get individual yearly statson how many five story buildings have
been built and how many apartments thatequates to These are all apartments. These

are being built by out of towncorporations and they're using slaves building labor,
undercutting the local building force. Ihave been watching people protesting at these buildings
because they're paying half of what theywould have to pay the local builders under
their agreements with their unions. Sowe're being forced into relocations and we will

be moved out of the WOUI,which means Wildland Urban interface. They're shutting
off our water supply, et cetera. But I will continue with some of
these females orders. There's another orderthat allows the government to take over all
models of transportation and control highways andseaports. Or we're seeing that happening because

in the fire zones, they're shuttingdown the roads, they're not assisting with
evacuations, they're closing off the abilityto exit. We're watching the death blows
happen to all of us now.Also, another executive order allows the government
to seize and control communication and media. What have we been seeing the seizing

enormity of what you and myself andeveryone else and our children's face. And
there is a slight work around themand to get to that. Also an
executive order that allows the government totake over all electric power, gas,

earlier, off of the traditional deliverysystem of electricity. We're being forced onto
renewables where there will be more lysiumion batteries. I've done shows on lysium

So they went to that. AndI will say to you that another
situation where a patrol car was drivingup through this extremely wealthy area of multimillion
dollar homes that were literally destroyed ina few hours. As that patrol car

at the crime scene before it wasburned down. People ran out and asked
this patrol, this police person,what is going on? They have family
and they have children, and whatdo they need to do? And he

said, I'm not authorized to tellyou. And then they said if you
were us, what would you do? And he said, I would leave
immediately, and he named a streetnot to drive out on because he knew
it would be congested. They participatedin this. It was a stand down.
Just is what we're saying. Thisis war. So evacuations are headed

up by our military. Make nomistake, start recognizing what you're seeing.
You don't prevent evacuations, do you. You don't stand down to help people
that need to get out. Youdon't turn off all the sirens. You

water tanks at the top of ahill that were there for firefighting water purposes
