James is a French conductor currently working in Helsinki Finland where he is the principal conductor of the Helsinki Chamber Orchestra to which he is also a founding member, and is the conductor of the Polytech Orchestra. He has been a guest conductor for groups such as the upcoming Israel Philharmonic, the Finnish National Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, the Lucerne Festival Strings, and the Gstaad Festival Orchestra, among others.
