Both people coming into every new relationship drag some stuff from the last relationship as well as some going decades back so you both need patience.

Look at yourself where you were responsible for your last break up and have lots of communication with your partner to iron out such problems. We have to be patient with the fact that we are oversensitive in some areas and we have to acknowledge this to ourselves.


The kind of love it takes to solve issues, is the love for ourselves, having looked at where we ourselves have issues and tendencies and we overreact sometimes a way too
crazy and equally for the other human in our relationship to also be aware on this themselves

Always think, no matter what happens. I am choosing to love this person.
Guess very Bridgerton! As every day, you make a choice to love.

Truth is love is always a risk. But this is a risk worth taking.

I want you to really see where you can do better work on yourself. If you are single,
just think. Yes. I'm willing to take the risk but write down some of the areas where,
you know you were responsible for your last relationship breakdown.
Because we all have some responsibility.
Maybe you just pick badly. Yes. You wanted them to be someone they are not…..


Love is vital so if you are not in a relationship right now I feel it is time for you to start opening your heart and having a look around. Be brave, it will be worth it.
