(00:01):
Hi, It's Monday, July eighth, twenty twenty four, and this is
the SOOS short from the SOOS Showat James Lot Junior. I am James
Lot Juniors Reorganized. And that's along title. There we go. You
got your intro. Hi, everybody, I wanna talk about this because I
use them sometimes. My mom usesthem where I used to live in San

(00:23):
Francisco, we use them sometimes TVtrays, little trays. First at thing,
some gratitude. Go to my motherBenita, who just had her birthday
a year ago. We were toldto say goodbye to her. She wasn't
gonna make it, and she miracleshappened and she made it and she's still

(00:46):
with us and she is here, and so we got a second chance.
Taken chances happen. We get tocelebrate her birthday. And to my friend
Sharon, it's her birthday tomorrow andshe's a long time friend and she's turning
the same just me. So she'sjoining the club and hey, birthday to
her. If she's listening, allright, TV trays, I say yes,

(01:12):
it could be actually great assets toany space. One if you live
in a small space and can't affordto have tables and so like that to
sit and eat on or put stuffon. A TV train's good. TV
trays can be stored easily. Canthey fold up? They can be.

(01:36):
They can put between things or inthe closet. Are off the side,
so they're they're handy and they're convenience. You can pull them out at whereever
you need them. You can placethem wherever you need them. They're not
heavy or anything. One of thecautionary tales though with the with the TV

(01:57):
tray is do not keep it outand and then have a million things on
it. It becomes a catch alllike a cowertop or a full length desk.
That's the risk you run with those. TV trays are meant to be

(02:19):
temporary, and so that people forgetthey're meant to be temporary. Now someone
said an me once, but Idon't have a nightstand, so I have
a TV train. It's my bad. That's fine cause you're using it.
You have a lamp on air.And again they're they're good for their multipurpose
or it uses, but other thanthat they should be put away. Check

(02:44):
your mail, open it all upon the TV tray, then put that
mail already to be close with thetray and put it back by it goes
each your did, then each youdid, and then eat it, finish
your food, wash those dishes, put the TV training. That's that's what
it's supposed to be. Just atemporary solution for household living. You put

(03:09):
away. You you want to organizepictures or papers again, you bring them
out, you set them up easyto organize stuff on them. Then you
then you actually organize and then youput the trades back. It's like because
it's just because surfaces. We've talkedabout the show, I mean a ga

(03:32):
jillion times, countertops, tabletops, desks discusses all that stuff. They are
it's easy. They are places tocatch everything, and we cluttered. I
have to watch myself because I'll evendo neat piles on my desk. And

(03:58):
that's that's nice, that's a that'sa step forward. But even with that,
you gotta watch out with that.Have you have twenty piles and you're
like, are these piles are allthings you're working on? So I have
not? I have not. Ihave drawers. I have my room.
Since we've done this show, Igot a new desk. My friend Tony
Moore, friend of the show.Bought me a new desk for my birthday.

(04:23):
Very sweet. I love my newdesk, and I reconfigured my office
and so I got drawers near mydesk so I can easily put stuff organize
them in my drawers, which Ido so stuff off my desk. I
have a couple of a big calendarthat I work from that's on there.

(04:45):
Now there, it's been really hotLos Angeles. Here's an example of something's
been really hot Los Angeles. Myoffice is in the corner of my giant
room, and that little corner isa little hot pocket over there. It's
just hot. So I was like, okay, I'm a ceiling fan.
That does help a little bit.But there are times when I'm doing a

(05:09):
live show and I have all mylights on strikes and even warmer and hotter,
I need some assistance. The othertime my desk, I realized,
ooh, I have this fan setup. The cord is short, it
won't go all the way to mydesk. However, I put a TV

(05:30):
trade next to my desk, saton there and I had cool sailing and
fan during my shows and that worked. Then when my shows were over,
put that fan back where it wasand folded off the TV tray and put
it away. Now I have twoTV trays in my room that I use
for stuff. They're behind a door. Now for you say, cause I'm

(05:55):
using, I'm just a big componentof you know, clearing door behind behind
my door, there's nothing else. It's these two trays that sit there.
Then I pull out when I need. They actually don't really even against the
wall and a door opens all theway. Still, you know what I'm

(06:17):
all about. You shouldn't have muchbehind the door. You shouldn't, but
these are just this is really theway my room's set up, which is
really convenient throughout the way. Icould put them in a closet at some
point somewhere maybe, but right nowthey're fine that I'm bothering anybody. And
I can still open the door allthe way. That's the whole thing.
And there's nothing like having a doorwhere you can't open it all the way.

(06:40):
So I do. But TV traysremember it's supposed to be temporary,
tempoorary and said not permanent. Theyare permanent for usage for temporary times.
There we go. I was like, I'm James, I Jr. I

(07:01):
am for higher virtually or in personhere in Los Angeles area. A lot
