wisdom of Taro to guide you on your journey to
self discovery and love. I'm Tara, your host and guide

in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth.
Let's repeat that two more times. Breathe in deeply, hold
for a moment, and exhale slowly. One last time. Breathe
in peace, hold and release any tension. Allow your shoulders

to relax and feel yourself settle into this moment of calm. Today,
we'll focus on a guided affirmation meditation inspired by the
Tarot cards Strength, the Chariot, and Ace of Cup. These
cards carry powerful messages of courage, resilience, confidence, and emotional abundance. Together,

they will help you release self doubt, build confidence, and
open your heart to love. As you continue to breathe deeply,
close your eyes if you feel comfortable, and visualize the
first card Strength, see a radiant goddess gently taming a
golden lion. A symbol of inner courage and compassion. Repeat

after me, either aloud or in your mind. I am strong.
I face challenges with courage and grace. My strength comes
from within, and I trust myself to navigate whatever comes
my way. Feel this affirmation settle in your heart. Imagine
yourself standing tall and confident, knowing that you possess the

strength to overcome any obstacle. Now let your mind transition
to the second card, the chariot. Picture yourself holding the
reins of a magnificent chariot, moving forward with determination and focus.
