It's the last show that it can Reflect podcast show
for god after maybe I might go, I might take
a break until after Father's Day. But I do got
something else in store for y'all from the two one
(02:21):
six streaming live on Facebook and YouTube at ten or
TV ten twenty one. But yeah, we'mna be talking about
you could join the conversation, you know, like come in
like a subscribed Well you can text two on sixty
(02:47):
five oh eight thirteen seventy seven. You know, because we're
talking about networking this week, we why not go out
with a bang and talk about networking, you know, improvements,
cause you're not what they say your network is your network.
(03:08):
I don't know, I never looked up who actually made
that that that's saying, but it's you know, I know,
I'm pretty sure y'all have heard it, befolk, your network
is your network. But yeah, you know, that's them important
in life, you know. But of course during the show,
(03:32):
I'm gonna talk about you know, I got my QUOTEA today,
get into the show, hit you with the QUOTEA of
the day, and of course you're gonna we're gonna throw
some trivia in there later in the show. You know,
you better know that segment. And like I was just
telling y'all how I think I'm about to break from
(03:53):
y'all on the just the season finale, the importance of
networking building professional relationships in life. We could connect laters
through DM. You know, let's build these professional relationships, because
you know, it's the one thing I came up with.
(04:14):
I don't know if somebody said before, but I said
this last night. I say, Hey, you can never be
too well. I say, let me write hold. I said,
you're never too old to get better. You know that's
(04:35):
that's the limited yourself. You're never too old to get
to get better. Hey, b I'll be see you gotta
you gotta take your procrautionary measurements and be prepared. Proper
preparation prevents poor performance. But you know, I'm really, you know,
(05:02):
hoping y'all get something up out of this you know,
like I said, you can text two one, six, five
oh eight thirteen seventy seven, or you can leave a
hat comment, or you can use hashtag Voice, Show Opinion,
t NRP Show with your Boy Ricky D. But you know,
(05:25):
let's going ahead. That's going ahead, and start with the
quote of the day. I think this is just a
good one to us. A Swahili proverb quote too, but
it says a boat that doesn't go forward if each
one a boat doesn't go forward, if each one is
(05:45):
ruined their own way, you know. And I'm talking about networking,
so you know, we build them, partnerships them. Sometimes they
call sponsorships endorsement. Hey, that door is why over? Hey
come on through. How let your boy dm me at
Ricky D Dial Underscore or tn r P Show on Instagram.
(06:10):
Make sure you like to subscribe to the YouTube at
tn R TV T and twenty one part of the
tn R Think and Reflect because we you know, if
you you gotta think and reflect, man, that's all that's
all life is about. That's the only way you're gonna
get better because if you don't think about what it is,
you know what I'm saying, that happen and reflect on
(06:33):
it so you can improve it, because hey, we're trying
to be solution based in the world. You know, I
used to say, I use I still said, but you know,
come out wake up with a little empathy, you know,
or for some people that's a little too sensitive, so
you might have to say, you know, just make sure
you respect others because you really how you treat people,
(06:56):
it's really how you think about yours. I ain't gonna
say that's a sure thing, but more than likely it's
either based off of how you was raised how you're
being treated currently. But don't let that affect your day,
you know what I'm saying, because we gotta all start
(07:17):
rowing in the same direction, especially when you come from
you know what they would like to call oppressed communities,
and he speaking of oppression that I'm gonna I'm gonna
step I got something to speak on with opressing later
today because it started yesterday. But I'm gonna say that
for later if you stick around, tune in like in
(07:41):
It's Your Boy Ricky Dee that they can reflect podcast
show like subscribe. But yeah, man, that's a good quote,
though it's a Swahili poverb A boat doesn't go forward
in each one, if each one is rowing in different
directions in their own way, right, I just wanted to
make your mind that bad. But you know what it
(08:04):
reminds me of is like when I hear that, it's
almost like a person being selfish in his own way.
You know, Like that's almost like a person being selfish
because they're not really thinking about the big the bigger picture.
They just in it for theirself. Because that's the only
(08:26):
way y'all gonna end up rowing in a in a
in the wrong direction because you only thinking about where
you trying to get to. Of course that's the end goal.
But when you when it's other people around you, it's
a team effort, like they say, like they like the
same goals. Teamwork, make the dream work. Hey, I'm a
(08:49):
quote here. I got notebooks all around, just everywhere. If
you grab a note book of mine, best believes quote,
I don't care what I'm using it, folk, it's gonna
probably be a quote somewhere in it. The least I
got books, that's just note books just made for quotes too.
But that's enough. It's not like I'm bragging. I just
(09:10):
I get excited about accomplishments because you know, life is
about achieving. You know what, what's the what's the use
of living? I heard a man say, no I read it.
I read. But I did hear another man say when
I was doing my other little duties, he say, man,
what's the what's the use of working? Man? If you
(09:32):
can't enjoy? It was something or maybe that was what
I read. Way hold up to read. I read something
about it. If you work all day, you don't you
don't have no money. I think that was dal Carnegie
said it was. It was in one of my love
reference books. But yeah, man, that was the quote of
(09:53):
the day. It's the Swazi quote. If you want, if
you need to hear that again, a boat that and
go forward. If each one is ruining their own way,
leave a comment or join the conversation with hastag so
you can engage voice your pinion tn RP Show. But yeah, man,
(10:16):
it reminds me of a little bit about little selfishness,
you know, especially like you know, when there's people that's
let you, like, say, you go to work, go to school,
especially at home of course at home, but when you
know you got to go and be around other people
(10:39):
to make your situation improve. You got to figure out
how to work in cohesions with the people around you,
or hopefully you can get them to get understand because
it's hard to get people to understand you, especially like mentally,
because some people be in ay like they ruin up
(11:00):
other direction. You know what I'm saying, They not even
really thinking, like man, you know what if they just
trying to get to where they go, they might have
some problems from issues that need to be resolved sooner
than later. So that that is it's not like people
just don't care, but some people do be just intentionally
(11:20):
like selfish, me me, me, me, you know what I'm saying.
Some people U unconsciously might do it. Some people, you know,
but the key is to just recognize, think about it,
and reflect. That's why this is to think and reflect.
Podcasts Show with your Boy Ricky D. Yeah you already know.
(11:43):
You already know. Hey, let me let me hit y'all. See.
I gotta say, I suposed to have my board. I
supposed to know what everything is without even let me
see what we got right here. I'm about I'm about
(12:04):
to just go through the board real quick. More. Oh
that's I mean, it's dead. Oh that's what I'm gonna
start using that, so it's dead because hey man, we
can't be we can't be wrong. You did. Yeah, anyhow, man,
(12:32):
you know, I like to get on and talk about
what's going on a little bit of what's going on
in the world, because, like I was telling you all
in the last episode, I'm trying to trying to, you know,
make the concept more direct to the point, you know,
for it to be a weekly show. I try to
(12:53):
get you, you know, updates and stuff. But just stay tuned, man,
because I got something that the way the concept is
is evolving in two and it's gonna be more mm hmm.
I like to use the word information, but yeah, current
(13:16):
events man. And remember I was talking about oppression or whatever.
So yeah, of course, of course, Oh I forgot. I
got my over here too. Trump his terrorists, his terrorists
started yesterday. So hey Trump, Trump Trump, He Trump beyond
(13:43):
it man, that boy Trump is you know, I guess
he even feel like he he I guess if you
really look at it, some people might take it as
he just being like you could call that selfish cause
some people trying to say he doing it for his
own well being. It's not for the benefit. But man,
(14:08):
you have you know how they you know how your people,
you know, you go through you gotta you gotta go
through the hardship or you gotta go through the tough
time to get to where you trying to be, you know,
as a person, a business, an employee and employer or
whatever it is you're trying to do. You know what
(14:30):
I'm saying. So like, okay, say, for example, when you
you you you wain't you you training to lose weight?
That the first them, first couple of work I was
gonna have you out cause I didn't like I need
(14:50):
I'm that's one of my goals. But I done did
the workout thing before. Like but when you you when
you got when you start getting reffed up, man, them
first them first few workouts, you be like, man. But
after a few little after after you get used to
it and then it's just come regular. Then you start
(15:12):
seeing the results and everything, you be like, oh okay, yeah,
you know, so you know, sometimes you gotta go through
it to grow through it. Man. So hey, I guess
that's what trump on. Man. I just don't want, you know,
people to take it the wrong way like this. It's
(15:36):
a it's it's a country. He just more the country.
You you know what I'm saying. It ain't no particular side,
you know or whatever, Like he got his agenda or whatever.
We all got agenda. It's like purpose, that's all. Then
agenda is is your purpose. There's probably something that's man then.
(15:56):
And I'm not trying to defending. I'm just trying to
you know, I'm a liberal, so I try to see
it from every angle, so you you know, it's almost
what you would cause trying to you know, being fair,
so you it ain't nothing you could do what you're
gonna you know, he in the in the officer at
(16:18):
the moment. So until like based off of the structure
of society, government and all of that, unless you're gonna
go live off the grid, you're gonna create your own anarchy,
you know, rebel whatever. I'm not promoting that, but I'm
just saying if then, but demand is just it. It's
(16:40):
the country. You gotta live by the rules, you know
what I'm saying, Like I didn't, I didn't, I know,
because they can. The consequences is be the thing that
we something, the thing that you that's that's like I'm
glad that I'm doing this episode on networking because that
was one of the things. Mean like, even though I
(17:02):
used to give my consequences for on my wrongdoings, which
was me just trying to you know, make a bug.
But then you get called in a little lifestyle and
sometimes you lose your purpose even though you was using
it for a purpose. But getting back to Trump before
I get off course, because that's that's part of the
they can reflect save the importance of networking, building professional relationships,
(17:27):
and it was just some of the things. But yeah,
he yesterday was the first Liberation Day. Let me let
me let uh, so this is what liberation. Liberation Day
is a day, often a public holiday, that marks the
liberation of a play, similar to an Independence Day, but
(17:49):
differing from it because it does not involve the original
creation of statehood. See these words like statehood. That's an
important you get what I'm saying. But the average the
average person that that's not always attempting or seeking to
be and better better in my in my form is
(18:12):
to be in like, you could be better. You could
probably be nicer, you can you can stop smoking. You
know that that's still considered being better. But my my
view is to be able to you know, like bam,
certain situations that the average person might get involved in.
(18:33):
They you know, I know, the BAM the solution or
the fundamentals the details to us. So you understand, you
get what I'm saying. But yeah, Liberation Day, statehood, they
commemorates the end of an occupation. They use Frank Franklin
Isllen Islands, or the fall of a regime as important.
(18:54):
You know, they trying to break it. So I guess
this is new for America, but it's been going on
in other nations. So April second was deliberation Day for America.
And I guess that's what he's doing. Like he and
he be and when you listen to him, he be
saying things to make you think like man, were doing
(19:15):
them better, Like we didn't know how we were being
taxed as as a government from other you know what
I'm saying, Like he hes some of this. It seemed outrageous, man,
But like I was trying to say, you gotta think,
like man, this, hey, what you're gonna you know what
I'm saying. So until the end, that's like the loopholes
(19:38):
start just learning how to maneuver based off the system.
That you're you're living in you know what I'm saying, Like,
that's all we can do because but that's where the
when I made that, when I read the quote and
I was saying, people rowing the other way. That play
(19:58):
a big part in in the whole concept of networking too,
because you know, you need that piece of man to
be able to network, you know, correctly. It's a lot
to it though, but yeah, he started the tears. He
I just seen he about to prevent a lot of
country from even coming over here, like it's it's about
(20:22):
to be wild. Like then we got you know, of
course AI part of the situation. But deliberation day man,
the act or this this is where I was talking
about with the oppression and this the other definition like
that the act or process of friending someone or something
from another's control, imprisonment, And I was gonna that was
(20:47):
I don't really they got slavery or oppressure. When I
when I wrote this, when I got this information, I'm like, hey, man,
that's kind of directed towards you know what I'm saying.
And that's that's where I Hey, you can be, but
you gotta really be you know what I'm saying. Like
you can't. That's like, that's probably why I wasn't a
(21:10):
great hustler, Like like I knew how and I could
get it. But the great part was because I didn't
put the hole into it, you know what I'm saying.
I was still trying to be legitimate based off of
society and try to earn them perks like going like
(21:31):
even in sports like just you know, that's another segment.
But the guy, the Travis Hunter dude from Colorado, they
you know, they got him at the top of the
draft or whatever, and he played two positions. So if
you know, if he if he probably just man't focused
on one position, he probably become great because he's good anyway.
(21:54):
So yeah, that's so. You know, the current events, Trump's
them tariffs started. I wonder how that's gonna affect the
country though, And I know most of y'all been noticing Target.
They say Target losing billions. Target about to be going
out of buildings in a minute, because if they losing
(22:14):
billions in months, that mean they was one hundred something
billions of dollars up if they could keep doing. Yeah,
and for you TikTok, because I mess with TikTok sometimes
but by April fifth if if they not bought, they
(22:38):
shut down again. That's why I go over on TikTok.
But I don't really like in Dodge in TikTok. The
only thing I really like TikTok is to seeing what
they got on the TikTok shot for real, for real,
I use it and then it make nice litve little cuts.
(22:59):
They call it final cut. You can take your video,
you know, tweak it a little bit, you know what
I'm saying. But Amazon and some other company what's the
name of that app? Loving they being for it though,
So I guess TikTok they like, hey man, all they
(23:21):
gotta do is sell majority of it, you know, and
still on the percentage of it, Like they just can't
be the majority owner. You did so, hey man, you
made your money, you know, gone to stored off. Create
another app, you know, but create make sure to see
(23:43):
if you can create your headquarters, because if you could
do it once, you could do it twice. Yeah. So
it's another app though that like for the people that
used TikTok to monetize like for just being on there,
(24:03):
It's called flip. So I'm what I'm gonna do is
I'm gonna edit the well. I might leave the link
in the comments, but if you subscribe to YouTube, it's
gonna be in the description. I'm gonna put the link
to it. So you know, we work together. We gotta
(24:26):
do this together. We gotta do it together.
Speaker 3 (24:29):
Bron Like, hey, man, I don't know what y'all on,
but I know what I'm on.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
But y'all context two one, six, five oh eight, thirteen
seventy seven. You dig if you want to be part
of the conversation. But like I say, this just the
season finale, the importance of networking building professional relationships in life.
You know, you can always It's not like you're using people,
(25:08):
but you know, that's how you grow. You know, you
might know how to do this and not. That's all man, people,
it's just how we look at life. Man. I guess
because out of age that this is one of the blessings
that comes with being able to age. You know, rest
in peace to those that's not here with us. You know,
(25:28):
don't nobody want to lose loved ones and things and such,
but to be able to age. I like to say,
cause I don't like when when you get old that
means you ain't no good. I'm trying to age. Like
fine wine, I'm gonna go. You gonna go through your
ups and downs, your bumps and bruises. You're gonna have
to keep figuring out. But the goal is to just
(25:49):
keep going because it ain't no if you can't. You
can't be too old. It ain't you know, you ain't
never too old to be better. Put it like that.
But yeah, man, I know y'all probably if y'all was looking, y'all, hey,
(26:12):
when you hear something, you gotta see what it is.
But yeah, you know, I hope y'all over on station
Head while I'm talking. Y'all need to go and download
the station Head. But app like T and R Radio
because that's gonna be one of our best friends too.
Were gonna, you know, we're gonna just a little music,
(26:36):
you know, tune in and talk a little bit, you know.
But yeah, you can always listen later to the Thin
and Reflect podcast show though on spreaker by our Heart
Radio or where you find most podcasts on streaming platforms,
(26:58):
but I prefer you go over the speaker or make
sure you like and follow us on iHeart Radio at
the Thin Can Reflect Podcasts so with your boy Ricky
d shot fire. You gotta be ready because they out here. Hey,
(27:22):
that was a classic. I seen somebody posted a video
on one I think it was Instagram, and it was
the Super Mario Brothers and they was like in the
in the post was talking about my first my first
form of anxiety, and they were showing like at the end,
(27:45):
you know, if you if you know Mario brother the
old one, he used to be trying to get to
all of them, get through all them fire lines and stuff. Man,
that was anxiety right there. Yeah. But again, you know,
don't forget to when you after you get finished downloading
(28:09):
this breaker app so you could get the notifications, just
go back because we're gonna we about to take a break.
Go take a peek and listen to some old episodes.
You got to listen to some older episodes. You gotta
become a supporter. It's a small feed, monthly fee you
have to pay, and you can listen to some older episodes.
(28:30):
We got like a good seventy eighty shows and and
I feel like I came a long way. But the
media is something I wanted to do when I went
away the last time. I gotta you know got caught up.
I was in in broadcast school. They call it media
now though, so and I used to be on them though,
(28:51):
but they they was marching. I just was that's that
halfway crooked lifestyle. Halfway crooking ain't gonna get you no where.
And I pray you don't want to be a crook.
I'm just because I think it's different. I always tell
people it's a difference between committing a crime and being
(29:13):
a crook, because a crook is just who that They
ain't trying to be bad. They just them new little
shit they call the demons and shit like and the
devils them. Motherfucker is the crooks like they just always
plotting on how to get over on somebody. Even if
you know what I'm saying, the goddamn manipulators is, you know,
(29:38):
just always plotting man dom crooked. Hey man, you gotta have,
like I say in the beginning, man, come outside with
some type of respect or some type of empathy. Man.
And I promise you you know what I'm saying, And
you might even have you might even have moments where
you get upset. But if you if you think like
(29:58):
that first, you will get over the You will get
over it sooner than later. So try it, man, just
try it. But don't forget to go grab your back
of that brute you for your coffee. Gor make coffee
that is dark French roast, bitter root. We got some
more flavors coming in, of course. Don't forget the shot.
(30:21):
Bavara's clothing collection always. I'm gonna leave a link in
the bio and the description so you can visit the website.
Grab you some coffee while you're putting on that fresh
Bavars listening to some good Think and Reflect podcast. Hey,
(30:42):
I'm just saying, man, hey, hey, you gotta put you
gotta make some shape. But in the meanwhile, you gotta
do what you gotta do, man, because it all adds up.
You know, it's really just making life be able to
be simple, man, and you can make it make when
you trying to make it simple, like like instead of
(31:05):
just it's different forms are simple because you could just
be simple and you know, go to work. But just
being around different networking events and hearing different people talking,
they telling you different situations to make you think about
stuff you probably wouldn't think about, Like hey, man, you
(31:25):
might be working for a company and they might be
a payroll away from having to lay people off. You know,
that's why people get laid off because or like now,
don't look how the people getting because man, it's deep.
But content is content and is always there to be used.
(31:45):
So that's just one form. You know, you can always
refurbishit or whatever, but don't forget to go get you
a bag of that bruise you for it, And we
got them wind breakers and multiple colors on the website,
like Bavara's clothing collection, go shop Bavaria's a coclosing collection,
(32:06):
a consistent show of dashing spirit bravery. To rule the kingdom,
you must team the jungle, meaning this right here. But yeah, man,
this this, this, this the little thing I'm this where
I'm about to fall off into. You know, it's probably
be weekly two end. I might have a special a
(32:29):
little yeah, I'm trying to word it right, but yeah,
it's sports corner from the two one six. But right
now we're about to just do the sports corner for y'all.
And of course with the draft coming up, you know,
everybody's just talking to and they and they and they,
(32:57):
they got all these like man, this is the weirdest
pre draft maybe because the Browns haven't had a first
round pick in three years, so we ain't really been
part of the conversation when it comes to the draft
like rd first, like one of the other year the
(33:19):
first pick was the third round and then our GM
he ain't he might grab something here and there, but
at the same time, you gotta let people grow. So, yeah,
the draft coming up, and if you didn't, you probably
wouldn't think I was a Browns fan. Looking at MI.
(33:41):
I always got to remind y'all, I am a Browns fan.
You know. I'm that ain't got nothing in the way
it do. But it don't, you know, And I told
you manytime. It's like I always like like, I'm that's
something I gotta fix in myself. Like but I like
that for people to you know, understand. But they say
(34:02):
the point your point of view sometimes can cause problem.
But yeah, them Browns, they got the second pick. They
basically saying Tennessee gonna take the the cam Ward or
that somebody trade for them. But I'm just man Browns.
Whichever quarterback is available, it's the door go first. I
prefer to door though, And they trying to throw all
(34:25):
these other running backs in there from but all these
other quarterbacks, but it's some I'm thinking running backs because
I was watching videos on the running backs, you know,
because you know sports corner from the two one six
is on the way. I ain't gave it. I don't
know what day is gonna be done, but I gotta
(34:45):
make so it worked with my COMPI dre But yeah,
you know the Browns, they they got like six six
picks in the top one hundred or something hundred. But
they got some good picks that they can build off of.
I feel like, just go get your door, because your door.
(35:06):
I never really thought about this part. I just like
his game. I feel like he's he Dion's son. So
he they try to say in athletic man, you just
he got some athletic he make he weary yet because
of some type of athletic ability. You know what I'm saying,
you don't get that far. Yeah, your father was part
of the the train. He was the glow, the kaboot,
(35:32):
what they call him, the front part of the train.
But anyhow, the god still been. You know, he playing
with the other athletes. I don't care who, but he's
playing with the other athletes like people make so much
trash into like stuff in the trash, just trying to
(35:53):
make headlines or click bait or what they call it.
You know what I'm saying. I'm just ben, I'm being honest, integrity.
But yeah, the Browns got the second pick. Man, I
just want the quarterback, probably get a running back because Chub.
You know, they needed gonna get Chub. A couple I said,
(36:15):
two years, seven million, four million, guaranteed the resting bonus
like three point five and guaranteed money, you know, for
the two years. And but he can make up the
seven million two years. I think that's a decent contract
for his situation. Plus he just made some money. But
it's it's a few of your nice young backers. But
(36:37):
the way they've been blowing up the running backs and stuff, man,
it ain't it ain't really all that caked up to
be what they trying to make it out to beat. Yeah,
it ain't all that caked up. Like it's some nice backs.
I like the the Kleb dude. He he he a
(37:00):
big back, but the best back even he I think
even better than the Genty dude because Genty is a
little dude. Man, I ain't know he was that little.
He five now, but he like two fifteen. But he's
short like you. He just looked. I don't know, man,
and the field dudes. Maybe the shortness might help him
(37:22):
too though. But this man, now, the one Guy Hampton
or Marion Hampton from North Carolina. He a bruiser like
he coming at you. He elusive enough. He got a
nice little speed. He ain't got no checks. But the
rest of them running backs, man, they cool. They ain't
(37:43):
all hyped up like it all depends on what team
they go to, because they they kind of got him
over hyped a little bit. Yeah, man, because I was
(38:10):
just reading something. I don't know if that yeah, because
you can live check on Facebook if you're on Facebook watching,
But yeah, man and other news John Morant because it
was talking about somebody has It was something halfway but anyway,
(38:32):
John Moran. He they on him because you know, he'dn't
got in trouble for the guns or whatever. He pointing
the fingers like he got pissed those John Morant. Man,
the boy be balling though, I ain't know he was
gonna be the monster that he is in the NBA,
but he a monster. But yeah, they on him about
(38:55):
that man so hopefully he hopefully that that get handled
and no, hopefully it works itself out, man, because you
don't be wanting to see people like lose like he
just beginning, he loaded like he loaded. But man, at
(39:17):
the same time, at the same time, you don't want
you want to keep that going because you know that's
that's that's generation though you already created. But why not
make it even better for the the one because I
think he got kids too. But don't forget, man, go
(39:40):
like on I think we only got the Instagram at
the moment, but search sports Corner from the two to
one six. You could go like and follow on Instagram
ant sports c two one six podcasts Sports Corner from
(40:00):
the two one six because I love them sports man.
I could talk sports all day. I could talk this
all day too, though, but you know some people shy
away from the truth. Hey, I'm still trying to learn
the truth too though, But you know from what I do,
what I do know, I'm gonna I'm gonna try to,
(40:21):
you know, incorporate it into my life because you only
can talk about what you know. Oh and before I
leave this Sports Corner and give y'all the holiday of
the day, we're gonna make We're gonna make liberation. That's
that's that's we're gonna know. That's that's April second. There
ain't no other way around but them Calves. Man. I'm
(40:43):
you know, I ain't trying to be a homer or nothing, man,
but the Calves is balling.
Speaker 1 (40:48):
Man.
Speaker 2 (40:48):
Hey, hey, I was I was gonna watch the game.
It was like five minutes left in the fourth quarter.
They was they was down. I'm like, man, so I'm like,
I hadn't even turned to somebody. I just checked the score. Man.
Then I got to do them taking some notes and everything.
Last night. Hey, if you follow me on Instagram or
(41:11):
on Facebook, I did that post last night. I went
to sleep about three and got my ass right back up.
It was four thirty. To be honest, I slept for
like an hour and a half. It felt like I
was sleep though, But you know, it was a commitment
I had made for my daughter, so I jumped up.
(41:35):
But yeah, man, holidays of the day, the actual holiday,
it's a few of them, though, But I think I thought,
I thought, I probably like today is April third, so
always remember on April third. One of the holidays of
the day is We Out Hate Day. Y'all already do. Hey,
(42:04):
y'all knew I was gonna cover wether. Let me let y'all.
Let me tell y'all what wead out the Hate Days?
It been around. I think it been around for like
two thousand and seven. We Out Hate Day as held
(42:25):
on April third each year. It's the day that speaks
of the importance of being kind and thoughtful towards others.
Like I was saying, man, come outside, little empathy, little respect,
You know what I'm saying, and the world be a
better place. You know, hey, I ain't nobody telling you
not to make no money, just make it with some
(42:46):
integrity behind it. But anyhow, this holiday is much needed
in today's world, where selfishness reign supreme. Look, hey, man,
stuff just be flowing. Mark Dane's came up with the
holiday in honor of his grandfather ROJ. Daniels, the inventor
of the roots root feeder. This revolutionary irgoration tool allow
(43:13):
nutrients to get to the deepest roots of trees and
other plants, thus helping them achieve peak health and have
a more bountiful harvest. The main goal of Weed Out
Hate Day is to connect gardeners and Kendy garden kids
with the natural world and around them. Yeah, because I
(43:35):
used to love get. That was something we they That's
the they we used to get. They to sell the
plants I wanted to do. They still do that, man.
I remember you used to be able to buy a
plant from school and stuff when I was a kid
dying weed all hate. They removes the roadblocks that prevent
children from achieving their full potential. Those who participate in
(43:59):
the sea only learned to kick out any negative influences
in their lives and bring in more positive aspects. It started,
it started, and it got. It was actually established in
August twenty ten. On August twenty eight, I like this
(44:22):
little It's okay. So then we got American Circus Day.
Who who do? Who? Ain't never used to like going
to the circuits, the Ringland Brothers or the what's the
Universal Circuits? The universe they was. They was a little
(44:46):
entire a little while ago, the Universal Circuits. It's also
before we go Independent Artists Day. I had to put
that one up there, because you know, in the and
the contracting independently, working, independently, growing, independently, trying to just achieve,
(45:11):
but you gotta be able to network and build it in.
But yeah, them the holidays of the day though. Man,
But before I get off into it, because I always
like during the show, I be kind of so when
it's time for to think and reflect for the segment,
I kind of better talked about it with all the
talking about But you know, don't forget to grab some
(45:35):
of that Bavarians man and too and download that station
head so you can get the TNL radio. But you've
gotta be subscribed to Apple or Spotify, preferably Apple. I'm
more of an Apple type of person. So hey, I'm
(46:00):
just saying, man, I'm just saying. I'm just saying about everybody.
Pah yeah, but the important man, don't that working, you know,
building a professional relationship the long hm h m m
(46:36):
m m.
Speaker 1 (46:39):
M m.
Speaker 3 (46:42):
M m.
Speaker 2 (46:45):
M m m m. Yeah, I'm gone, just man, just
(47:12):
you know, start networking. Man, I'm gonna make this simple, man.
Just get out meet you some people that you know, whatever,
picking some ideas things you want to try to do.
You know what I'm saying, Like because you know, I
like just growing up being in trouble like I always
(47:33):
built like some of my best. It's what you would
call some of my some of my favorite people in life. Man,
I met in the walls. You know what I'm saying,
based off of the networking part of it, the aspect,
the fact that it was more done for the sake
(47:58):
of damn we understan you know what I'm saying. Yeah,
we're doing this, but man, I really be wanting this
is why I'm looking for it. This is why I'm
headed that they got webinars, they got you know, they
used to be big on the seminars. I think the
seminars starting to come back, but the webinars, you know,
sign them, sign up for some stuff. It ain't simple,
(48:21):
specially if you already then created like you know, responsibilities.
You know what I'm saying, It ain't. It's hard because
you gotta you gotta, you gotta schedule, you know. So
that's where the schedules come in, you know. Like, but
it's it's a good experiences, man, It's it's good to know,
(48:43):
like you could turn to somebody that might know something
you don't know, but the technology is right there in
your hand. But to hear it from somebody like where
you can sit down the like human and human you
know what I'm saying, that's what we lose in that
human connection in the world sports, you know, sports and
(49:03):
people that I'm always into sports, so sports is one
of my biggest networking but being able to build relationships that,
you know, like even even the people like I was
in the in the in the criminal world or whatever
you know it was. But it's like, man, I guess
(49:24):
I'm just at a point in life where it's like, look, man,
I think this is you know, it's worth more than
to put time in doing this then to think that
it'd be cool in the moment. But it also it
corrupts your thinking, man, and then you start losing you
start losing reality, the actual reality. So man, get out there,
(49:48):
build you some connects because that I remember when I
went to broadcast school and they was like what you
here for. I'm like, man, networking connect connection. Hey, I
wanted to learned the skill set too, but I'm like, hey,
I want to know like this broadcasting. I like, I'm
marking in the media, so hey why not? So you know,
(50:12):
that was another situation where networking play the part. Like
I say, seminars, like even when you just bumping into
people at restaurants or whatever. Like sometimes it might seem
like you dipping in people conversations, but man, that conversation
probably was meant for you to hear, you know, so
(50:34):
you can build that connection and and learn, you know
what I'm saying, because we all miss out on a
lot being shot for real, Like I tell like, like
I ain't never really been the cat that was afraid
of rejecting. I think that's what helped me a little bit.
But it's also like a curse too, cause like like
(50:56):
always say everything, man's pros and cons to everything. So yeah, man,
you gotta build them networks. Man, Like if you don't know,
like cause you you have rved just before I go, Man,
you know the's saying. Man, it ain't what you know,
(51:18):
it's who you know. You know what I'm saying, Like,
you might have the skills, but if you don't know
the right people, them skills can become worthless. But today's
technology creates opportunities though, you know what I'm saying, to
where you can build your portfolio or whatever to be
able to put in front of the people you know
(51:41):
that you think need to see it. Rather you know,
like like me doing this like always say, I enjoy
doing it like it's fun, it's exciting. I don't want
to use the word fun, but like you know, the views,
like the views get big and it become like, hey,
that's that's the even better you know what I'm saying.
But the fact of the matter is it's something that
(52:05):
I'm willing to do and I enjoy doing it. You
get so, you know, But to even be where I'm
at right now, it's really because of people out of
met my you know, networking, the relationships the person be built,
you know, going to the webinars and them seminars or
even watching the videos like people be having a master
(52:29):
classes or whatever. So yeah, man, don't don't. Oh yeah,
you better know that trivia before I get ready to go. Man, Sonic,
did you know Sonic the Hedgehog has a real name.
His name is Okie Live Oakie Live Movie's movie viz
(52:53):
Hog Asshole. He got a real name. See, Sonic been
around for a minute because I was playing Sonic on
this is when I was a kid. And don't forget
all of this is power to present it by the
shines marketing communicating this key well we brand building grind

(53:14):

Pluto Prime, Pair of Mind. We can help you out

(53:35):

(54:00):
That's all about the Father's Day. But don't forget sports.
