Speaker 1 (00:14):
Yeah ahead, what's that to your part the soul.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
Sort boy to your last son side mother said jog for.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
Look, yeah you already know reflecting on thought light.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
In the course.
Speaker 4 (02:19):
Thin Reflect podcast, so that your boys that you beat,
just to let you out, No Facebook, it's probably this.
Probably you're gonna have to like me on YouTube at
t n r TV T and twenty one and on
twitch at t n R TV if you want to
tune in live, I might. I might stick around on Facebook.
Speaker 2 (02:40):
Just want it.
Speaker 4 (02:41):
You know, I'm gonna I'm gonna start hitting out with
the breaking news. You know, I'm a silly dude because hey,
but I'm a serious guy though. But yeah, we're all
the power of self reflection. I ain't really take no
notes because I want a freestyle because you know, the
current event. It's still going on in in a creation
(03:02):
of the executive orders that's being signed where they signed
and sealed. Now it's just and can they get the
final because you know the course the Senate rather than Congress,
they still have almost the real the last word.
Speaker 2 (03:22):
And while we had it while.
Speaker 4 (03:23):
I'm speaking on today's show, of course, it's brought to
you by Bavaria's Clothing collection donate to Together for One Foundation,
which is a nonprofit for inner city youth, teaching them
leadership entrepreneurial skills. It's still in the making, but donations
(03:45):
percentage of sales from Bavaria's closic collection goes to Together
for One Foundation, where we strive to be one. On
to Think and Reflect podcast show with your boy Ricky
d The Power of Self Reflection, Knowing Yourself Better. But yeah,
(04:06):
what y'all, what y'all been thinking about them? What y'all
been thinking about with the.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
With the.
Speaker 4 (04:17):
The executive orders, because it's been a lot going on
the mum hmm, Yeah, I've been. It's been a lot
of people like having like a little what you would say,
the feeling, a little feeling a little way about.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
About about the situation. I'm over here playing with it.
I'm blinding.
Speaker 4 (04:47):
And that's why I say I might take a little
small break from y'all too for a couple of weeks.
I might do another finish the money out and then
you know, fuck like gathers and things big because you
know one of you know the better, Like you say,
knowing yourself, you gotta self reflect if you don't sit
there and evaluates yourself on a daily basis. If you
(05:12):
don't evaluate yourself to reinvent yourself, you're just the same
old joke. How they like to say, you're just the
same old Joe. But yeah, man, you gotta reflect on
yourself to get better like that. Like just even with
the creation, it's like it's a lot of you know,
(05:33):
division going on because you know, people really like you.
When I when I say politics, because I got a
little sloggan while I say, you know you probably heard before,
but I say faith, fact, science, and politics.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
You know, when it come to life, we need the faith.
You know, anything starts with the faith, the belief.
Speaker 4 (05:54):
But to have that type of belief, you gotta you
gotta know something something true for about and then those
to know anything truthful, you gotta actually look for it,
you know, do the research, you know, which is the science.
But when when it's all said and done with with
the whole concept of life, society and and everything that
(06:19):
comes with it, it's it's a it's all about the politics,
you did, you know, it's it's all about the politics,
and people don't understand to me, like the real, the real,
(06:40):
true definition of politics. Let me let me pull it
up real quick. What's the true definition politics? Excuse politics
(07:22):
the activities associated this This is the one that most
people go off of. The activities associated with the government
of a country or other area, especially the debate or
conflict among individuals or parties having or hoping to achieve powers.
(07:46):
That last word is the key word to where what
makes politics seems so, you know, outstanding if you would
like to say, because people trying to achieve power, like
the only power you want to achieve is the power
of self reflection. Hey, I don't make this up, man, I.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
Just go with it. Flow with it, you know.
Speaker 4 (08:14):
But let me see if they got Okay, here we go.
This is the politics when I say politics is they look,
they got it almost at the bottom. But it's probably
the most important one. A particular set of political beliefs
(08:35):
or principle. No, that's not the one, Oh damn it.
It's the last one. The assumptions or principles relating to
or inheriting in a spirit, theory, or thing, especially when
concerned with the power and status in a society. That's
(09:00):
when I say politics, that's what I be talking about.
Your whole theory of the yin't and the yang basic.
But yeah, man, self reflect in not reation, but getting
back to the point, you gotta do what you gotta do, regardless, regardless,
So don't get caught up into the That's part of reflecting,
(09:24):
understanding on life. Like, hey man, I'm in charge. The
only power we really want to have is the power
we have within ourselves. So when we get that, when
we get that understanding together, like and we admit to
you know, our bloopers, the states and errors we make
(09:46):
in life trying to.
Speaker 2 (09:49):
Just beat it.
Speaker 4 (09:50):
You know, you just some of us are curious people.
I know I'm a curious person, but my curiosity and
did wrong. But you know, in this stage of my
life life, it's probably one of the best tools. It's
probably one of the best tools for for my life
in the yard because I like to know things, always
(10:12):
like to know.
Speaker 2 (10:13):
But it's like.
Speaker 4 (10:15):
I want to I want to be informed because while
we living, you want to know how everything is, even
though you might not be applying everything to it. Like
this part of the reflecting, you know, getting to know
yourself then and the best way to know yourself better
is what to learn yourself. So if you not, if
(10:36):
you not every day trying to figure out, like we know,
we gotta do what we gotta do to survive, because everybody,
even if you have a business, you still have to
that business has to provide for you to be able
to live at the standards of how you want to live.
This is what always say, because like a person can
(10:59):
have a mansion, but they gotta put that work in
the living. Person can have can make that money to
be in the mansion, but prefer to be in a
one room shack, depending on their family or just.
Speaker 2 (11:13):
Their self.
Speaker 4 (11:15):
Who they are, that when they figure out when they
starting on, theyselve, Okay, but I know to make this work,
I gotta do what I gotta do. So and when
I say do what you gotta do, I don't. I'm
not promoting to go do no ill legal activities and nothing,
but go do.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
What you have to do. Depending on how you want
to live.
Speaker 4 (11:38):
You know, so you might only need to work one job,
but you need you work so you want to live
a certain way, say you need to go work two jobs,
or you need to have a business and you need
to put into work to make that business become what
it is. Or you know, you just or you ain't
gonna have that life that you want to live, and
(12:00):
some people continue to want to claim the ladder, but
that's just that's when it comes with the more you
reflect on who you are, where you think you want
to be, who you like prefer to be around. Like yo,
the key word is is standards. But I kind of
jump right all the way to Usually I go through
(12:22):
my segments and stuff. I ain't hit y'all with it
because I'm freestyling. I'm freestyling today, y'all, but I usually
be having my notes for y'all.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
But you gotta excuse me, man, because the no creation
it's got everybody going so buck while.
Speaker 4 (12:38):
But I've been busy, you know, Like I say, I
want to live a certain way, so I gotta do
things when I have to do things. But you can
shop Bavera's Closer Collection dot com so we can get
this together for once, going for the youth, and y'all
can continue to listen to me on to They and
(12:58):
Reflect podcast show with your boy Ricky d.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
Shot Fired.
Speaker 4 (13:04):
Hey, when you do something that you enjoy doing, because
I enjoy I get to talk to my to my
people whoever want to listen. You know what I'm saying,
and then the audience get a little bigger. Then you know,
we get to communicating. You know, Voice your Opinion has
tag Voice your Opinion t n RP Show to tune
(13:27):
in to engage on the conversation, or you can text
four four ohnine nine nine five A five.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
But yeah, man, in not creation.
Speaker 4 (13:40):
Man, that's if if it ain't trying to self reflect
right now, if you ain't doing no self reflecting with
the with this process like it's it's like it's about
to happen. It's gonna happen overnight before you know it,
Like they about to invest in AI infrastructure. What the
(14:02):
DEI they that's over with. So no more equal opportunity.
You gotta create your opportunity for real. No, you know
yourself better.
Speaker 2 (14:12):
Like I'll I be laughing, but I be dead serious.
Speaker 4 (14:15):
Though, cause you know, I don't you know, things you
gonna get upset, things gonna like, you know, get into
your soul what I like to call it, because sometimes
your spirit ain't balanced thinking about what's really going on.
So when you when you get a hold of yourself
and then you can stop, you know, reflect, think about it.
(14:38):
Because everybody, some people got it together. You know, like
I tell people, some people be in a position to
where they might feel like they don't but it's always
good to get better. Like it's always great to be
better because I know every day I get up, my
goal is to be better. You know, you just it's
(14:59):
priority is over pleasure. If you think like that, it's
gonna get better. Because I sit back and reflect on
how I was at once a point of time in
life and the way I live nine life, my life
is better. It could be always be worse, but I
just off of where I know I come from, and
(15:19):
you can see always say I'm a great beard.
Speaker 2 (15:22):
No, so you know I come I go to sleeve.
Speaker 4 (15:25):
You know. It's people like I was just saying, like,
you know, some people be like I gotta get this away,
Like they start thinking they got too much to something.
So if you think you got too much of something,
you live in a great life based off of society.
That means and you should be appreciative and grateful, especially
if you put the hard work in. Now, if you
(15:48):
somebody that's living like that based off of something, you know,
off of you not putting in no hard work, kind
of spoiled, I don't know, you might need to start doing.
Speaker 2 (15:57):
Some more reflecting too. I'm just saying, but this is
your boy, Ricky D.
Speaker 4 (16:07):
Only they can reflect podcast show live on YouTube and Facebook.
Like I was saying earlier, I'm on Facebook. I'm probably
about the bag off. But you can make sure you
like a subscribe on YouTube and if you like a
twitch person, go follow me at t n r tv
on Twitch so you can tune in live. But yeah, man,
(16:29):
we self reflecting, Like I kind of wanted to just
get straight into it. I usually I could have put
my notes together for y'all, but I just wanted to
talk to y'all today. I guess my soul was telling me,
you know, just speak to the people who want to
just speak to them. Oh you see that hall of
that mic. Always they don't do not ever want to
(16:51):
get along. And my boy, rock star, rock star, I'm
having fun today just to think and reflect. Podcasts show
we live four for all nine nine nine five eight five.
(17:14):
Make sure you check text the topic, tune in comment.
But if you are checking me out on Facebook, make
sure you hit them stars while we're on it.
Speaker 2 (17:34):
But we're gonna come. We're gonna be on Facebook with
the breaking news. Like I say I might.
Speaker 4 (17:39):
I might give y'all next week and then I'm gonna
take like a couple of weeks off, put some things together,
you know, make the show the experience, you know, even
better than then the last time.
Speaker 2 (17:53):
See that.
Speaker 4 (17:54):
See I gotta see people up. There's so many copyright laws,
like I even even with the Captain, I might have
did too much with the Captain because I might be
working through one platform promoting almost promoting another platform. And
I'm really just trying to send y'all to where you
(18:15):
can find me. But yeah, we're gonna figure it out.
Then I'm on everything, you know, because just the thing
can reflect podcasts and we reflecting today. But when you
get a chance, go over to brew Euphoria Coffee, put
the Lincoln the bile and get you a bag brown
(18:39):
or whole beans, whichever you prefer. They can reflect podcasts.
Sow with your boy Ricky d Live. You can also
tune in later to hear the discussion or what I
(19:00):
had to talk about on the Spreaker app. Make sure
you like Think and Reflect podcast show. I do not
own the rights to this music. That's what my boy man,
(19:23):
that's my boy. Hey, but hey, you gotta do what
you gotta do. I'm just kicking with you all today. Man,
we're thinking and reflecting. I'm waiting on y'all to come
into something. Let me see if y'all over there on
Facebook so you want to Oh, but I'm gonna play
(19:58):
my boy. Oh my boy got something new. Let's see
what my boy. We're gonna sample my boy on here. Hey,
I just listened to her for the entertainment. It's my boy. Yeah, yeah,
(20:32):
this is no cap. I guess he got a new
one out. I like the little young dude, see because
I could listen to him as entertainment, even though some
but he got he got mad for us, No cap
shout out, no cap.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
Mm hmmm, the one that played this song.
Speaker 5 (21:00):
Known in the moment in a moment, nor all the rights.
Speaker 2 (21:16):
I won't let you down.
Speaker 5 (21:17):
Can you got my word? Fuck it?
Speaker 6 (21:20):
I give you the dictionary erased amount of times I let.
Speaker 5 (21:23):
You hurt, And let me show you how that no
mean more been crossing round.
Speaker 6 (21:28):
I can't find nothing like your I like your body
when it's nothing on your I like your body when
it's nothing on them as okay, but it ain't got
nothing on you. You can't leave this moment twice. I
won't you let me feel I can give you a
me feeling.
Speaker 5 (21:43):
You can't get from help.
Speaker 6 (21:45):
When you were drowning in your sins, I taught you
how to swim.
Speaker 5 (21:47):
If you have a need to come to know I'm
so class made sure right?
Speaker 7 (21:54):
What just so?
Speaker 2 (22:05):
Yeah, that was kind of nice. I liked that.
Speaker 4 (22:07):
That was no cap feelings. Y'all know teing already. I'm
trying to get that together. I got a few things
in the store. Man, God willing he give me the
time to bring it to fruition so y'all could be
part of their experience.
Speaker 2 (22:21):
Because that's all you know. I'm having fun. I love
doing well it. I love it.
Speaker 4 (22:25):
You know if you love it, if you could do
it with like joy behind it, man, that's your purpose,
because that's all we be searching for is a purpose.
Speaker 2 (22:34):
Your purpose. If you can find a purpose, the purpose
is eventually.
Speaker 4 (22:38):
Gonna give you the peace of mind to where you
finally you know, put like like love what you're doing,
like we all know, Like that's what I was saying
in the beginning of the show.
Speaker 2 (22:51):
We all love or know we gotta do what we
gotta do, or we're gonna be homeless?
Speaker 4 (22:56):
Do you want to be homeless? I guess I'm pretty
sure not. But let me get y'all. I'm about to
give y'all a quick quote because I usually hit y'all
with a quote of day. But I'm a free style list.
Lily see you see he oh, look at this. This
it's something to think about. This from a book called
(23:17):
Words of Wisdom. I got this book out of dollar
Tree for a dollar. I should have gave you all
my seat. But this section is like different sections in
the book, but I got booked full of quotes, so
I just read and grab something that I know that quotes.
Speaker 2 (23:32):
But okay, what's today the twenty third? That's five? So oh.
This is my mother's name too, her first name Lillian.
This is Lilian Dick. Dick.
Speaker 4 (23:47):
Life is like a coin. You could spend it any
way you wish, but you only spend it once. Lilyan
my mother. I was just talking to my mam and
dude this morning, and we I be trying to be
a good son because always been a knucklehead son. I'm
the oldest too, so just I be really trying to
(24:10):
get over to like the spoiled kid, almost like because
I was the only time for almost like eight years,
you know, so that's you you would get used to that.
But then I got used to having siblings. I tried
to be like I wasn't a responsible big brother, but
I was an encouraging big brother. Like I always used
(24:32):
to tell them, like, hey, man, don't don't do that.
Do that, you know, like lead them in the right direction.
That's probably why their lives is, you know, more peaceful
in a way in the mind, like because you know,
I gotta I got a background check, you know, like
it's it's a horrible thing, you know, but man, we
(24:55):
make decisions and we gotta live with them. But you know,
with the do the world that we live in. Reflecting
just thinking about that, you know you can.
Speaker 2 (25:06):
You can. You can change your life. Man.
Speaker 4 (25:08):
Because who the creator was, I like to call him
her hit him. I think it might be more her
because you know her is usually do to birth, you
know what I'm saying, But it's something else out there
that gave her. But yeah, any y'ad they forgive, you know,
to forgive, do you know what I'm saying. People say
(25:29):
they don't forgive, but they forgive. But to truly forgive.
You gotta try to do your best to forget, because
if you don't try to forget it, it's gonna be
hard to forget it. That's why you gotta just start
doing things that just make you only think about like
the good, good stuff. You know what I'm saying, like
(25:51):
moving forward in life, like just keep moving forward shopping
verse cause hey, I'm always cause that's what I started.
The first business I ever like thought I had that
ever the mature person was marketing. So you know, I'm
always trying to market something. You know, I'm gonna try
to because marketing is really just your your presentation, like
(26:14):
how you come outside every day, like how you like
to fix your food, but you you've given it a
twist to where you using it. I ain't even gonna
go I'm gonna let y'all figure it out. But we're
gonna brand Bill Grind to Shine over here power, you know,
because the show is powered Mind and presented by the
(26:35):
Shigns Marketing You Think and Reflect Podcasts show on Spreaker
where you can voice your opinion every Thursday at two pm.
Speaker 2 (26:45):
But like I say, we might be taking a hatus, but.
Speaker 4 (26:48):
I still tune in if I was you, and the
best thing to do is to like and subscribe on
YouTube at t n R TV ten twenty one, to.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
Think and reflect TV that worked TV channel. Boy.
Speaker 4 (27:04):
You know you can't you gotta create like if you can,
it's simple to like, Like I always say, easy life,
simple life, and then it's the adventurous life. I lived
the easy life and I ain't getting nothing but time
taken away from me. That it was used because a
(27:25):
person like me that liked to learn, like but to
learn how to do outside but always went back, always
is to go home thinking.
Speaker 2 (27:33):
I had a plan with that too.
Speaker 4 (27:36):
So every time I, like people that know me, every
time I got in trouble, it was actually a different way,
but it was the fact that I was still doing
the same thing, which was trying to make fast money.
So the fast money just did not work for me,
you know what I'm saying. So then you know the
simple life, Like if I go work a job or something.
(27:58):
If I if I go work at a like a
location like where it's positions and stuff, I'm gonna get
a braise. I'm gonna get promoted because my work ethic,
you know, because I'm a I'm more an adventurous person,
entrepreneurial type spirit Like I sometimes I just think, really,
(28:21):
what happened was I love the people I grew up
around like I naturally love them. But sometimes you be
like man when you start understanding life. Because it's things
that I do for the people that come behind me
that probably look at me like man, like daddy, because
you know I got daughters, they probably be like man.
(28:42):
But that's where we think and reflect, like you know,
the power and all our stuff we learn in ourself
the more like if we just get up and live
every day with a regular routine, Like routine is cool
when you have a mission or a plan or a goal. Rather,
routine is cool because it's like, okay, you dedicating yourself
(29:05):
to something.
Speaker 2 (29:06):
But like when you don't want it to just be routine,
like with no end to it.
Speaker 4 (29:12):
You get what I'm saying, Like everything is almost routine
because most people wake up the same time every day.
Speaker 2 (29:19):
They move cut the way the clock set up.
Speaker 4 (29:22):
That's why I say time is an illusion, but it's
also one of the best tools ever created. It could
cause dysfunction and disturbance in people lives because it causes
anxiety at the same time, but when you plan. You
(29:43):
know what I'm saying, even though the plan might not
always go as planning, you move more peaceful.
Speaker 2 (29:49):
You get what I'm saying, Like peace is also easy
to obtain. Why I'm mentioning that, But.
Speaker 4 (29:56):
That's where like the power how they say politics when
I was talking about there's people trying to achieve a
power to be political over yourself, like know your rights
when you're wrong, to be accountable, you know things of
them sorts.
Speaker 2 (30:11):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (30:12):
It feels good like when you can even if you
just do it to yourself, because some people don't even
admit to their self, let alone the victim. You get
what what I'm saying. So if you can, if you
can start learning, that's this is just my opinion. You
can voice yours and using hashtag voice your Opinion t
(30:34):
NRP Show on most social media platforms. Just hasstag to
voice your opinion t NRP Show and hopefully I'll see
you when I go check the hasstag or you can
like and subscribe on YouTube. It was somewhere else I
would see. That's why I should have took my notes.
I'm making sure I don't never go without my notes
(30:56):
though that the notes keep me on track, you know,
from winging off again. That's why I'll be like, man,
I might have to give me a co host or
start because I ain't been really reaching out, but I
want to start doing the interviews. So if you want
to be on the show, reach out to me at
t N RP Show on Instagram, send a direct message
(31:18):
and I'll get back with you, cause I know most
people are on Instagram or you if you're over on TikTok,
just send me a message Facebook and some we'll get responded.
Speaker 2 (31:28):
Because I want to. I want to, you know, I
enjoy it. You know, I want to talk to some
people that got something to talk about, like I'm talking
about like things.
Speaker 4 (31:39):
I don't want to be in your business, but if
you want to showcase your business, this is just another platform.
I mean, I'm freely inviting. So if you know, tune in,
check in DM and do it all. You know, I'm
gonna have some cousin I'm gonna do. I'm gonna do
my investigating. I'm gonna I'm gonna do some investing. But
(32:03):
then you see that the rock Star work Boy, Sugar Free,
rock Star Sugar zero and this is your boy, Ricky
Deal and Think and Reflect podcast show.
Speaker 2 (32:18):
I ain't even been using my keyboard. See, i'll be
having fun we live, so we I might.
Speaker 4 (32:25):
I might do this one like this more often when
I go live, because I'm just I'm chilling, y'all interacting
me off here, Okay.
Speaker 8 (32:42):
Baby.
Speaker 2 (32:45):
That boy.
Speaker 5 (32:52):
Maybe they'll.
Speaker 2 (32:56):
The time y'all.
Speaker 5 (33:00):
Saying I'll be with you just to see you.
Speaker 2 (33:04):
You can hear about.
Speaker 5 (33:07):
You got the judging.
Speaker 2 (33:08):
I forget you.
Speaker 5 (33:10):
Don't reflect or not jump of mine. I'm yards me.
Speaker 2 (33:13):
I'm for backing.
Speaker 9 (33:16):
I'm close mine, So I can't see you in the job.
Would your little mister dammit? Gunnald's gods third on open
so I can't see.

gotta be honest. That's just knowing yourself better because I
can admit it. I can admit it. Okay, we got
(35:39):
a few. Okay, I'm I'm gonna roll. I'm rolling with
National Hand right to day because I I kind of
I take pride in my hand right, like I got
nice I say, I got nice hand right.
Speaker 2 (35:57):
It starts, oh yeah see and is my birth Yeah,
I'm gonna keep that.
Speaker 4 (36:01):
I'm gonna keep that to myself. It's my birth year,
birth year when it when it actually first started. Oh oh,
before I go shout out to my auntie, Marylyn vi
Ane said, Happy a birthday to my auntie.
Speaker 2 (36:13):
Merrow turned the big seventies. She probably loves saving me gouna.
I ain't making it to the eve man.
Speaker 4 (36:19):
But you know, Ricky just Ricky Be's moving and shaking,
getting back to that adventurous thing. You know what I'm saying.
I be adventurer idee. But let me tell you all
about this hand right. Handwriting has been important to his
because I always tell my kids, like said, you know,
in schools now, they don't really teach them handwright.
Speaker 2 (36:39):
I bought them some books to teach them handwright, but
they don't teach them that.
Speaker 4 (36:46):
And I say, you gotta have a signature, but it's
a Handwriting has been important to history, being used to
craft documents of war and peace, independent and principles of government.
People have also long put peons or pencils to paper
to write notes, letters, poets, joiner, injuries, stories, and songs.
(37:09):
In addition, it is an artistic and personal element that
handwriting has that sets it apart from typing, making it
a noble craft to celebrate. In nineteen something, the Writing
Instrument Manufacturers No, it's seventy seven.
Speaker 2 (37:28):
I'm a seventy seventh baby.
Speaker 4 (37:30):
Writing Instrument Manufacturers Association established National Handwriting Day on John
Hancock's birthday, So I guess today here his birthday, John Hancock.
It is a day to acknowledge them and bring the
to the public awareness the history and importance of handwriting,
(37:52):
and the day to explore the magic of writing to
encourage people to do it more legibly. In two thousand
and seven, seventeen, Congressman Paul Tonko of New York and
Leonard Lance of New Jersey introduced biopartisan congreg Congressaonal Congressional
(38:12):
Mark Google Resolution to designate the day and to recognize
the cognitive, artistic, and educational benefit of writing. Yeah, because
you know writing like some of the people that study
like history, Because I study history, but I'm not like
a fluent study or history.
Speaker 2 (38:30):
I just like to know the history or something so
I know where to go, like with it.
Speaker 4 (38:35):
Try you know what I'm saying, Like if you I
feel like if you don't know. Look, I was about
to dip on y'all. See this why I liked a lot.
Speaker 2 (38:43):
But I like to know where it came from, so
I know where it's going. You get it.
Speaker 4 (38:50):
So if you know where it came from, it's easy
to know where it's going because you got to be
a See that's just my natural marketings and cognitive and
artistic matter. Because let me write, let me, let me strip.
See even my print, let me show y'all like my
sloppy print is nice. I started to take some notes,
(39:18):
so I started See I started to take some notes. Man,
I was gonna take some notes. Man, I said, no, Man,
I ain't even win. I ain't even win with my script.
I got a nice love look look roll calling. You know,
keep everything in order. We gotta that's part of knowing yourself.
(39:38):
Like I know, I'm a person that I work better
when I plan ahead. Most people work better when they
playing ahead. Planning their head ain't always mm hm says
you're gonna do something tomorrow, but you might do something
that's like when people be on the freeway Russian they
didn't plan. Like every morning I get up even when
(40:00):
I know what I got it. My plan is for
the start to hire a move. You know what I'm saying.
I even know the time that I kind of want
to go out and start. It ain't accurate, but I
know what time I'm gonna go start the car. You
get what I'm saying. I'm trying to be on that bod.
I've been reflecting for a long That's how I came
(40:21):
up with the name of my shoe Think and Reflect
podcast show Think In with the letter in Reflect podcasts
so where you can voice your opinion and you can
engage on most social media platforms with the hashtag voice

this little moment. I'm trying to set everything up so
I can be here with y'all more often. That's where
the radio because then you can tune in, we can
request songs. You know, you could, we could chop it up,
you call in, you know, topics to see that the
Think and Reflect podcast.
Speaker 2 (41:57):
So this is this is really like centered based. You know,
I'm a really free start with the TNR.
Speaker 4 (42:03):
I'm gonna just have a playlist, so I'm aa more
go off the playlist on the online radio station. But
when you come here it's about a topic. I'm gonna
stop being so silly too, because this is really like
a This is more like the platform where I really
want to engage with you all. I want to like hold,
(42:24):
like have real discussions, like talk about things, because it's
almost like a social group.
Speaker 2 (42:32):
You know when when people get together.
Speaker 4 (42:34):
And they have they talk, they have they talk over
things that you know, they let people know what's going on. Oh,
by the way, I want to I do want to
ask a question. You can leave your answer with the
hashtag tn r P show Just tn r P show along.
Speaker 2 (42:57):
But what shit.
Speaker 7 (43:00):
This?
Speaker 2 (43:01):
He just want to play? Guy, let me play.
Speaker 6 (43:04):
I'm in love with you?
Speaker 5 (43:06):
Ooh girl, howsby resting. I'll be reading just to see you,
just to see you, see your booboot, keep.
Speaker 9 (43:15):
My eyes closed, just a field dollar, I keep my
heart monorab baby, this anty much he ad see for you,
it's you for me feelings God's doing in gouds, it's us.
Speaker 8 (43:37):
I'm in love.
Speaker 2 (43:39):
Howsb Resing. I'll be waiting.
Speaker 6 (43:44):
And I don't know want you.
Speaker 5 (43:49):
The thing has been cool.
Speaker 2 (43:55):
So just like a little.
Speaker 4 (44:03):
He got got that gave me like that, any little questions.
So it's say, list five things you do for fun?
So if you so, if you got, if you if
it's list five things you do for fun. That's what
we're gonna reflect on one night. That's what we're gonna end.
(44:24):
We ending the show with that. I usually kick in,
you know, but this was I feel like I got
some good thoughts out, some good understanding, like and I
hope y'all understand like because it, you know, I really
do be like, can't always been like the dude for real,
(44:46):
like because I like always tell y'all, I grew you know,
if you know me, I grew up in you know,
I used to be in the streets, but I was
one of them dudes. And some people said that it
ain't good to do that, but I ain't. I wouldn't
never trying to be the man in the streets, not
that form anyway, you know. So I just felt like
(45:08):
having him, you get it, You get enough to add up.
But then you usually you can have bigger goals, like
you know, you set you set bigger goals and just
things ain't going my way, but they, you know, they
that's just life. But as long as you keep adds you,
you know, your life get better. You look back and
(45:28):
you be like, you know, dang, you look around, you
start appreciating things you have. You know, you really, of
course we all want I ain't gonna say we want more,
but we want better. And to know yourself better is
to reflect, like the power of it, like thinking back
on it, you know, really understanding who you are. Look
(45:53):
back like cause some people might have walked across water peacefully.
But a lot of a lot of people they might
have done some things that wasn't as moral, you know
what I'm saying. And then that's based on a person's standards,
because in some cultures, spending.
Speaker 2 (46:14):
On the ground is unmore, you know what I'm saying.
So when I use the.
Speaker 4 (46:17):
Word on moral, they just don't think so egregious, you know, hey,
cause you got some people they just go straight to
the maximum like you be like, but just just knowing
you could have did you could have handled that situation
better or different, And the only way to correct that
(46:41):
is the kid, it's always reflecting yourself. And what I
like to say sometimes is, you know, reevaluate yourself daily
so you can reinvent yourself. It's a growth process. It's
just learning to become, you know, the better version of
you based on off of knowing the things you did
(47:04):
in your past that you can do better today or
that you won't do again tomorrow. Yeah what I'm saying.
So with that, you know, I'm gonna go on ahead
and leave y'all. It was good talking to y'all. And
this is another episode of the Think and reflect Oh
hold up, I gotta let y'all know what we're gonna
(47:24):
be talking about next next week though, I'm gonna be
ready for y'all. I'm gonna be talking about We're gonna
be talking about what my list said. Yeah, we're gonna
be talking about breaking out of your comfort zone. That's
that's the that's probably the first step in learning to reflect. Like,
(47:48):
once you start reflecting, then you you're gonna you're gonna
learn how to come about your comfort zone.
Speaker 2 (47:56):
So you know, you look you got.
Speaker 4 (47:59):
That's the only way you're gonna know yourself better because
some of us are comfortable with who we are and
we ain't really trying to become better.
Speaker 2 (48:07):
Like that's that's like the one saying, you know, I
can't I can't stand with the pursple. I'm just who
I am.
Speaker 4 (48:14):
Well, maybe you need to take a look at yourself
to see if who you are it's like a likable
person by other people, like you supposed to love yourself
for who you are, but reflect on who you are.
You know what I'm saying to become a better version
of you. You get what I'm saying. And that's the
Think and Reflect Podcast show with your boy Ricky D.
