Speaker 13 (08:59):
Balman? Second, You're good in Live?
Speaker 14 (09:07):
Oh good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is Eric Bomman,
hosts of The Uncommon Sense Democrat right here on NBC
Radio KCAA on a what currently appears like a gorgeous
Wednesday afternoon. I hope everybody else is doing well, and
(09:27):
you've dried out a little bit from the rain and
the wind. And I'm joined today by Chris Roebluss, who's
a political consultant and longtime chair of the San Bernardino
County Democratic Party. And I mean a long time, not
(09:51):
quite as long as I was in LA, but he
is what he is, basically old.
Speaker 8 (10:01):
I need to say that it's my birthday today, so
I just got.
Speaker 14 (10:04):
A year older. Oh really, how old are you.
Speaker 6 (10:12):
Older than sixty?
Speaker 8 (10:13):
How's that?
Speaker 13 (10:15):
Well?
Speaker 14 (10:15):
So honey? So am I okay? Give me a little
break here. Well, anyway, it's gorgeous outside, and Chris and
I are here. By the way, we may be joined
by Karen Oakum, who's an old friend who's been on
this show quite a number of times, who usually comes
(10:39):
and joins us and talks mostly about LGBTQ and women's issues.
But I don't know if she's joining us not joining us,
so I don't quite know what the deal is with her.
I got a message to say she was going to
(11:01):
join us, but she's not on and I haven't heard her,
so I don't know what the deal is there's enough here.
There's enough here for Chris and me to talk about
(11:21):
without another person.
Speaker 2 (11:26):
And so.
Speaker 14 (11:28):
Chris, let's just start off with the simple part. What
do you think the first months, month and a half
of Trump two has been like?
Speaker 8 (11:47):
Well, like it would depend on your perspective. I think
I think the Democrats in particular.
Speaker 6 (11:53):
And most normal people would say it's been a frightening
and unpredictable Yeah, you know, if you're if you're a
Trump or or Trump's inside group, Uh, it's going probably
(12:17):
better than expected. But the truth is they have in
such a record short time made this country incredibly vulnerable
and in every respect vulnerable, secure wise vulnerable two uh, unemployment, UH, vulnerable.
Speaker 8 (12:42):
To two reception and it's just economic.
Speaker 6 (12:51):
Downturns Uh.
Speaker 13 (12:53):
I could go on and on.
Speaker 6 (12:55):
Health, health, and safety are now in jeopardy.
Speaker 8 (12:59):
The jeopardy everything is so is social.
Speaker 14 (13:05):
Let's not for that social. I mean most every one
of us end up depending on social security as we
get older. And now they're talking about, you know, cutting it.
Oh wait a minute, g O p rep. Trump needs
(13:27):
to do over, do over day after attacking Zelensky. This
is from a long time Republican congressman, I don't know
what you mean.
Speaker 6 (13:44):
That's what it's gonna take to at least slow this down.
Speaker 8 (13:52):
Congress to take actions.
Speaker 2 (13:54):
You know.
Speaker 6 (13:54):
One of the things that, ironically that they could do
is cut funding to the White House so that they
don't have any staff to do all of this. But eventually,
I was a government employee. I was a government employee
during the Clinton administration. I actually worked at the Department
(14:17):
of Energy, which they're just talking about right now as
of yesterday.
Speaker 14 (14:22):
Oh yeah, well, it's it's a pretty, uh my opinion,
is a pretty miserable experience right now. But I guess
we'll figure it out.
Speaker 6 (14:41):
Well, and it's going to start. You know, it's affecting.
It's affecting a group of people, right all these employees
of the federal government were people don't realize it. They
have spouses as children, they have parents, some of them
have parents that some of them have.
Speaker 14 (15:00):
Brothers and sisters.
Speaker 6 (15:01):
I mean, it's going to have a cascading of that
to to throw these people out on the street from
their jobs. Besides the fact that they're not fulfilling on
the job. So there's going to be a huge impact
that they the elon Musk, the doage people, they're they're
(15:22):
taking expleasion.
Speaker 14 (15:23):
Would you explain? Explain, explain, explain once again to our audience,
many of whom are not familiar with the term doge,
explain to them what that means.
Speaker 6 (15:39):
Well, this is made up and ironically a new department.
Speaker 14 (15:46):
Created that wasn't It wasn't created by Congress, No.
Speaker 8 (15:51):
Created by by special order of the President, no executive order.
It stands for Department of Government Efficient.
Speaker 6 (16:00):
See, and it was announced before he took office. That's
another thing I hope we can discuss, which is the
the pushback from Democrats, which you know non existent. But anyway,
Department of Government Efficiency, I would and that's a misnomer
(16:20):
if I've ever heard one, because there's nothing efficient about
not doing anything. But that's what dot and that's how
everyone's pronouncing it.
Speaker 13 (16:29):
Doage.
Speaker 6 (16:30):
Dodge is another way he could look at it, and
they're dodging any kind of inquiry. But but here's the thing.
The devil's in the details, right. So well, Trump put
Elon Musk, the richest man of the world, in charge,
and he had a little problem because he had to
(16:51):
he was getting paid a salary while being the richest
man in the world taxpayer dollars. So he eventually said,
I won't take anything. But they've hired this group of kids,
really twenty somethings that are loyal to not even Trump,
loyal to Elon Musk. Hence you're getting all of these
(17:13):
means out there that are saying, who's really the president,
and it's President Musk and his little crew of of
blood jumps twenty something, Yeah, who don't know who, probably
didn't even take government classes in school. I don't know what,
(17:35):
No one knows who, their background, nobody, they were never vetted.
Musk was invented at it at all. You have somebody
with more power, basically the presidential power. And that's questionable too,
because it's a question as to whether president, the office
of the president, has the power to not spend money
(17:59):
allocated by Congress or fulfill on congressional laws, laws that
were enacted to produce something by the government. But he's
abdicated his his job, basically prompt that is, to this
unelected guy and his little tiny team of terrorists. And
(18:23):
I don't and I use that term specifically. They are
terrorizing the federal government.
Speaker 14 (18:28):
And boy, it's really depressing though.
Speaker 6 (18:40):
It is the only you know, what I my hope
is is that the did people start to see what
they bought into by electing this guy. You know, most
people don't understand how government works, how the federal govern
what works. And I can understand that people wouldn't have
(19:04):
firsthand knowledge of.
Speaker 8 (19:05):
How it works.
Speaker 6 (19:07):
It's the you know, it's not something that you encounter
other than you know, occasionally through some kind of service
that you get like that, like you were pointing out
the the security check, right, But the damage that by
(19:28):
giving this clown and by clown, I mean Trump and.
Speaker 8 (19:34):
It's a facto also.
Speaker 6 (19:37):
Elon Musk. By giving these these clowns full control over
the federal government.
Speaker 8 (19:46):
They're destroying what makes the country great.
Speaker 6 (19:51):
It's so ironic. All of their messaging is is exactly
they're doing exactly the opposite of what they claim to
stand for, the complete opposite.
Speaker 8 (20:08):
Yeah, And it's just it's just.
Speaker 6 (20:12):
Going to take time for people to start to feel
the effects of it, because because you're not going to
feel the effects. And of course a I D U
s a I D first one, you know, that's an
indirect benefit to to residents of this country. You know,
you don't feel it directly, but eventually they will. I'm
(20:32):
just hoping the media's left of that and people like
you and I can point out, well, we had protections
for that, but you voted for Trump and they cut them.
You know, you with the Department of Agriculture programs, inspection
of produce and meat.
Speaker 8 (20:57):
You know, health and human services are going to get cut.
Speaker 6 (20:59):
It's it's going to be atrocious to anyone that has
a family member or themselves that is a beneficiary of
these programs.
Speaker 8 (21:08):
They're going to start to feel these effects and it's
not going to be pretty, very.
Speaker 14 (21:18):
Very sad and very depressive or when you think about it.
Speaker 6 (21:27):
Definitely I think about it, but then I try to
think of something called my solution. Since I cannot have
a direct impact on what's happening on.
Speaker 8 (21:40):
A day to day basis, we do have elected officials
for that.
Speaker 6 (21:46):
My focus is on the local level and working at
this level. As I've pointed out to people, if you
think about it, if you had a city government or
school district that was united and against what's happening, there
could be more lawsuits and more pushback at the local
(22:10):
level to the federal level. Just like the state is
starting to push back. But thank god, our state.
Speaker 8 (22:17):
Is up to speed.
Speaker 6 (22:21):
Rob Banta and the governor have filed already challenges in
court and we'll see how that goes. You know, that's
that you want to pray for.
Speaker 8 (22:34):
That's the courts, well, the courts at the the courts
at the lower.
Speaker 14 (22:41):
Level and even at the appellate level have been pretty
good about this stuff. But we don't know what the
hell is Supreme Court's going to do. That's the problem. Yeah,
that's what we don't know. We don't know.
Speaker 6 (23:05):
And you know that the strategy here and there is
a strategy. And by that again I'm pointing to Trum
this is just not worry about legality and just do
everything and basically implement projective which he claimed he had
(23:32):
no knowledge of it.
Speaker 14 (23:35):
But basically he claims he has no knowledge of it,
but for God's sake, he spouts it all excuse me,
all the time.
Speaker 8 (23:50):
Absolutely absolutely, and.
Speaker 6 (23:58):
That there's a roadmap there.
Speaker 8 (23:59):
And this is this is the part that I hope
that we could talk about, which is the Democratic Party's
response to all of this. You heard, you heard a lot,
but there.
Speaker 6 (24:14):
Was no secret here.
Speaker 13 (24:16):
You know.
Speaker 6 (24:17):
All I can do is draw analogy to history than
and I wish I didn't have to say this, but
Europe appeased Hitler as he slowly took control of other countries.
An appeasement didn't work, UH, and it's historically documented that
(24:44):
it didn't work, and more and more territory and it
led to UH a longer term World War two. Right now,
while this is while this is more of an internal policy,
what have you? The same, it's true in my opinion,
and that is appeasement or hoping that it wouldn't it
(25:10):
won't go so far is ridiculous. And that seems to
have been what the reaction was by the leadership. I
don't know what else to say.
Speaker 14 (25:17):
That's what it looked like.
Speaker 6 (25:19):
There was no secrets what they were going to do,
but people, including Republicans, the ones that are reasonable, that
are left, didn't think it would go this far. Same
thing went with appointing or approving I should say the UH,
(25:42):
the the appointees to the to the department, they thought, well,
they they're not going to be as bad.
Speaker 8 (25:52):
Wants to give them the job, and they're all.
Speaker 6 (25:54):
Doing exactly the opposer of what they.
Speaker 8 (25:57):
Claimed at the hearings. It's absurd to believe.
Speaker 6 (26:07):
That these people are going to do and carry out
what they've already said and what the plan is in
twenty twenty five.
Speaker 8 (26:14):
That's exactly what they're gonna do.
Speaker 6 (26:16):
All you have to do is figure out how do
you counter that? And no one of leadership and that
I can see yet has done a damn thing about it.
And I'm shocked, but not surprised.
Speaker 14 (26:31):
What do you think they're well, I think they're trying
to figure out what exactly to do, you know. And
you have people who are saying, let's grab this bull
by the horns, so to speak, and let's send these folks,
(26:55):
let's send these folks down the barrel for lack of
a better word, and still they're not getting anything.
Speaker 13 (27:16):
Yep.
Speaker 14 (27:17):
Oh, the breaking news is that Chad Bianco is going
to run for governor. For those of you who don't
know Chad Bancle, and most of my audience should, he's
the sheriff of I believe, Riverside County and was nearly
(27:38):
ousted twice.
Speaker 6 (27:46):
I don't know, well, he's he's an extreme extremist and
a scary character and uhh, Riverside County should be embarrassed
and we'll see, because he may not be the only Democrat.
(28:07):
I'm sorry, he may not be the only Republican to run, so.
Speaker 14 (28:15):
There could be a blood bath on their end. Name God,
May God rest his soul. Put him on there. This
is let me see the time. Oh yeah, this is

(34:20):
the one good thing about not running for office anymore.
Speaker 13 (34:25):
Man.
Speaker 14 (34:27):
I don't have to worry about that garbage anymore. Well,
I wish that air conditioning would stop blowing along. It's
driving me nuts.
Speaker 8 (34:45):
It's a conspiracy.
Speaker 14 (34:48):
Oh, I'm sure it's Trump just saying.
Speaker 8 (35:03):
Mm hmmm, did you did you see? There's there's other
breaking news here.
Speaker 6 (35:11):
No, h the higher s is now on the topping
block and they're specifically looking at six thousand new hires
that were mostly serving small business in the bog of
internal revenue. And and Pete Hegsas is now ordering a
(35:34):
senior military and Defense Department officials to put plans together
to cut eight percent from defense but over the next
five years.
Speaker 14 (35:42):
Yeah, I did see that. I did see that this morning.
Pete heg Sas is a danger to America.
Speaker 8 (35:56):
Ah, they're going to destroy this country, won't they already.
Speaker 14 (36:04):
Have They haven't. They haven't even started, I know. And
because Trump, because Trump believes he can do whatever he
wants to do. He doesn't care about what Congress cares.
He just cares about what he says.
Speaker 8 (36:30):
That that's the you can you can blame the the
Supreme Court for that when they when they ruled that.
Speaker 14 (36:41):
That it couldn't be prosecuted, right, especially the way they
ruled mm hmm.
Speaker 6 (36:52):
And that is you know, there's so much coming out
and so much discussion. I can't remember who it was
that was saying this, but muh, the there's danger again,
drawing analogies to the bymar Republic and its demise and
(37:17):
the rise of the nazis all all they need. All
someone needs to start silence is permission. And the permission
doesn't have to be direct permission.
Speaker 14 (37:32):
And you saw that.
Speaker 6 (37:35):
In the January sixth.
Speaker 8 (37:39):
Assaults on Congress no overt while while it wasn't.
Speaker 6 (37:46):
An overt statement, it was pretty darn clear to anybody
that's reasonable exactly what Trump.
Speaker 8 (37:53):
Was telling them to do.
Speaker 6 (37:56):
And they and to to a a s all of
them tried to defend themselves when they were prosecuted fairly
and righteously. All claimed but I was told the President
told me to And that's all it takes is for
(38:17):
some authority figure to give the inkling, if not more
or even less of quote unquote permission for people to
take made into their own hands.
Speaker 14 (38:34):
Where we're.
Speaker 6 (38:37):
Right, he's very capable. Now he's claiming to be a
king right now because and there's more irony, Mister state's rights.
We should let the states decide things.
Speaker 14 (38:51):
What does he do?
Speaker 6 (38:52):
He doesn't just interfere with a state, which he's doing
in California, by the way, he's specifically interfering with the
City of New York's congestion pricing program, right, I mean
It is just unbelievable that this man has no conviction
everything he said. People should realize everything he's ever said
(39:14):
that he believes in is to be asked. It will
change as the winds changed, and as his mood changes,
And that should have terrorized. He scared people enough that
they would not have voted for him, even if they
wanted some of the things he promised, because you can't
count on a guy like that. One of it will
(39:36):
come after you next.
Speaker 14 (39:38):
One of his sen one of his senior staff, said
that whatever the last person said to him last is
what's on his mind.
Speaker 8 (39:53):
And that's when he was younger, right, No, that's when
he was president.
Speaker 14 (39:59):
Well, right, he was younger.
Speaker 6 (40:00):
Than he is now.
Speaker 8 (40:01):
That's that's my point.
Speaker 14 (40:04):
He was younger.
Speaker 6 (40:05):
Now he's he's much older. And he's clearly uh, not
running things.
Speaker 15 (40:12):
They're just putting papers in front of them, design.
Speaker 6 (40:16):
And he's letting other people run things.
Speaker 8 (40:19):
No, this guy, you know, which is what he kept claiming,
what's happening.
Speaker 14 (40:24):
With with Joe Biden? Right of course, yeah, of course.
Speaker 6 (40:30):
And and it's pretty clear here he's not running things.
Speaker 8 (40:35):
He's not running anything.
Speaker 6 (40:37):
He's just signing papers and putting other people in charge,
and I'm he may not be dealing with a full
deck of his faculty.
Speaker 14 (40:48):
That's what I think. My opinion is he is. He's
fact His attacks on the teacher's union means he's faculty less.
He doesn't have any faculties. Yep, we're a new facculty
(41:11):
for that matter. To say that.
Speaker 8 (41:16):
I didn't hear a thing.
Speaker 6 (41:20):
That was that was your your your.
Speaker 14 (41:25):
Email must have been Oh Eric, my engineer says, don't worry,
I gotten it.
Speaker 15 (41:39):
Oh hey, joy, since your fan and and how things
have gotten worse and the agencies that are that are no, no, no, no, no,
no no no.
Speaker 14 (41:58):
The price Todays has gone down by seventy five percent,
the price of chickens has gone down by fifty percent.
Does quote any story you'll see? Well, we have about
(42:25):
forty fifty two, probably about fifty minutes to go. So
is there anything else before we go back to this nutcase?
Is there anything else to talk about in the current
environment that we want to cover for the audience to hear?
Speaker 6 (42:53):
It's just so well. I think the only other thing
is what's happening with the people opposed peace thought.
Speaker 8 (43:03):
About Ukraine.
Speaker 6 (43:05):
Oh, that's that's incredibly important too, m H. And the
fact that Ukraine, it's just incredible right now that many
many people are quoting the fact that President blaming Ukraine
for Russia invading it. Of course he didn't put it
(43:27):
that way.
Speaker 14 (43:28):
You know, isn't isn't that isn't that crazy? Ukraine started
the war?
Speaker 6 (43:37):
And and and then this is this is the thing,
you know, he's he's always said such an outlandish thing
in the past, which is why people treated him like
like he was just it was it was hyperbolieve where
he was just bombastic buttectingly.
Speaker 2 (44:44):
Expected to be expectingly expecting, respecting to be expecting, expecting.
Speaker 1 (44:52):
Copt to be expecting.
Speaker 14 (45:42):
I'm okay, I don't know how long I lost, you
guys for or oh I lost, but uh I was saying,
while all this chaos that's going on in Washington, what
(46:04):
about what's going on in California. Our governor is running
around like a nut no offense governor, and people are
just people are just not understanding what's going on. Chris
(46:36):
Any thoughts.
Speaker 8 (46:38):
Yeah, uh, well, I think most people have been paying
attention to the aftermath of the fires.
Speaker 14 (46:49):
Yeah, And do you think people in northern California are
paying attention.
Speaker 8 (46:56):
No, No, that's the southern California think for sure. But
they're definitely looking at gas.
Speaker 14 (47:04):
Prices a crisis.
Speaker 6 (47:08):
Yeah, you know, those things are are definitely hitting everyone
read them faith.
Speaker 13 (47:17):
Right.
Speaker 14 (47:24):
Well, I think it's something to worry about. And I mean,
in my opinion, he's busy trying to become the next
president instead of running the government of state government. And
(47:50):
I spent five years working for the governor of California
through some of the worst crises, financial crisis, energy crises, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
That's why I know a little bit about it. And
(48:14):
this looked a little bit CD to me. And you
could say CD, or you could say see me. But
whatever it was, Governor Davis wanted he never stopped being
focused on his job. A week or two ago, I
had Gary South, his chief consultant, on and we talked
(48:43):
a lot about these things. And Gary said, for as
much of a climber as Gray Davis was, he always
understood the end of every day that the thing he
(49:05):
was going to be judged on first and foremost was
on his governorship of California. And I think he was
even the stuff he wasn't responsible for h Anyhow, we
(49:31):
have about five minutes less maybe six minutes, So let's
see what else we have. What do you think about
Kamwell of running for governor as opposed to running for president.
Speaker 8 (49:50):
Oh, you know what, I if that's something that come up.
Speaker 6 (49:54):
I hadn't hadn't heard.
Speaker 8 (49:55):
That, but I know she's back to California.
Speaker 6 (50:00):
That would be interesting.
Speaker 8 (50:01):
I think she get a lot of respect and goodwill
from from the party, from from the state party.
Speaker 6 (50:11):
I don't know about the Progressives whether they'll go along,
but she certainly has earned some respect for putting herself
out there and running that campaign in such a short
amount of time. She could probably get the nomination.
Speaker 14 (50:29):
Yeah, I think you're right, or at least the enforcement.
Speaker 6 (50:35):
Yeah. Is that something that I have not seen? That
not that I'm no speculation or no.
Speaker 14 (50:44):
That's something that's been talking about for days.
Speaker 6 (50:48):
Yeah, that one, I guess I didn't think paying attention
to to Ontario and uh and and the national I
had not seen that. But makes perfect sense, makes perfect sense.
Does she have a has she opened the committee? Is there?
Speaker 14 (51:07):
I don't think she's done any I don't think she's
done anything like that. She still has her presidential committee.
Speaker 6 (51:17):
I don't know what the California rules are on answering
the fun Probably you can't.
Speaker 14 (51:23):
Anything anything, Anything that you can port in a federal
committee goes into a state committee. There's no no two
questions about it. Oh yeah, okay, it's when you go
the other way that it's problematic. Besides, why else is
(51:53):
Jakim Jeffrey's asking for money? Just now? Oh, I see,
because there's three seats that are going to be in
special elections, and if he can get those three seats.
Speaker 8 (52:10):
M well, that's that's the whole game right now, is
just to see what.
Speaker 6 (52:19):
You can make in the in the off yere election.
Speaker 8 (52:26):
Yep, see how many seats you can grab.
Speaker 6 (52:29):
That and and hopefully, and that's my hope. Sadly, you
have to live with the consequences of all of these
crazy implementations in the White House. But at the same time,
hopefully in the next two years, people actually start feeling
(52:50):
people that supported this guy are feeling the effects of
the the damage he's done.
Speaker 14 (52:57):
I say, you started, I see you start to say
what I was thinking.
Speaker 6 (53:04):
Yeah, yeah, that's uh, this is what I tell my
clients that said, well, you know, there's always the The
good thing is there's always another election around the corner.
Many of them are just two years away. Some some
maybe you know, bite that the same apple as four years.
Speaker 8 (53:22):
But there's always another election in two years.
Speaker 13 (53:26):
Right.
Speaker 14 (53:27):
Yeah, Well, RFK Junior has suddenly after all these years
of bringing being a pro l G B t Q advocate,
now he's introducing policies that are that have wild anti
(53:48):
trans website.
Speaker 6 (53:53):
Uh what have.
Speaker 14 (53:56):
Let me say this correctly has depart ah. Sometimes these
words trip me up. His Health Department launches vile anti
trans website featuring right wing influencers who are reflexively anti trans.
(54:28):
It doesn't surprise me at all. He's a nutcase, yep.
And he's hoping, he's hoping the spring before this to
the presidency. Yep.
Speaker 6 (54:45):
Absolutely, Jesus Chris, I.
Speaker 14 (54:51):
Don't really care what you and your wife do. I
just don't care. That's your business. You can do whatever
you want to do. You're adults. Well, I thank you,
of course, I might left, I might, I might ally,
(55:17):
I'd laugh behind your back about some of them, but yeah,
by they.
Speaker 6 (55:30):
Well, I'm hoping to not have to go down to religious.
Speaker 8 (55:37):
Uh it's why here.
Speaker 6 (55:39):
But I will point out, uh h.
Speaker 8 (55:43):
O Francis sent a letter because I am Catholic, act all.
Uh sent a letter to the.
Speaker 6 (55:51):
The US bishop regarding this deportation and math, math and immigration.
And I was never more proud to be a Catholic
at that point and.
Speaker 8 (56:08):
For that letter. The only problem is we've got a
lot of a.
Speaker 6 (56:14):
Right wing conservative bishops in this country. But the new
head of the US Bishops, the US Conference of Bishops,
I have forgive me for not knowing his name, but
he was the Bishop of San Diego.
Speaker 13 (56:32):
And this guy.
Speaker 6 (56:34):
Talks the talk. He is.
Speaker 8 (56:38):
All about.
Speaker 6 (56:40):
H immigration, immigrants, supporting them, and he's now the spokesperson.
Speaker 8 (56:48):
Or the Catholic Church in this country and he's.
Speaker 14 (56:53):
That is that Ryan?
Speaker 6 (56:56):
Yeah, Yeah, that's very exciting.
Speaker 13 (56:59):
You know.
Speaker 6 (56:59):
The place to get get news about the Catholic Church
is from the Jesuits. It's called American I believe that's
what's called the magazine. I mean I look it up
right now and they the American Magazine is what it's
called the Jesuit Magazine.
Speaker 14 (57:19):
The Jesuit publication we're talking about. We're talking about Jesuits
have a long history. They have a long history of
being liberal all that considering how I had been around but.
Speaker 8 (57:36):
There they weren't always but but yes, absolutely, But you
know I went to Loyal High School here in Los Angeles.
Speaker 14 (57:44):
And loyal or loyala mara amount No loyal.
Speaker 6 (57:49):
In high school?
Speaker 14 (57:51):
Oh I say high school?
Speaker 8 (57:53):
Yeah, yeah, all right.
Speaker 6 (57:55):
Well fortunately they still have teaching at that time.
Speaker 14 (58:01):
Well, this is Eric Bauman, host of The Uncommon Sense Democrat,
right here.
Speaker 8 (58:05):
An NBC Radio CACAA.
Speaker 14 (58:08):
I'm joining my guests Chris Robles. We have been talking
about all the stuff that's going on in Washington and
a little bit of what's going on in California. And
we'll be back to talk to you again soon. I
certainly will be, and Chris joins me a couple times
(58:32):
a month. So thank you, my friends, and I look
forward to seeing you next week. God willing, Bye, Nan
Speaker 8 (01:00:03):
And
