Speaker 1 (00:04):
This was a recorded way before swamp people and all
the alligator hunting got so popular. But that guy was
an alligator man before being an alligator man was cool.
This is Jimmy C.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Newman.
Speaker 1 (00:16):
You ever look at a picture of this guy.
Speaker 2 (00:19):
Every time you see a picture of an old country singer,
it's always the ugliest guy you've ever seen.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
Wearing a jacket that's even uglier. I'm assuming the jacket
is to distract you from his faith.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
That a lot of rhinestones and flowers and what kind
of heterosexual guy goes out in public wearing that.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
Things were different. Times were different, Yeah, they were very different.
Then we were just talking about Jane Goodall and the reason,
well the reason we were talking about her should just passed.
He was ninety one. And uh, you know, she had
some opinions about the humid race, and I can't disagree
with all of them. But you would be surprised when
she announced that her favorite animal is not a chimpanzee.
(01:00):
She said dog holds a special place in her heart.
Dogs are her favorite animal and they evolved for us. Yeah,
well that's very true. As she said, chimpanzees are so
much like humans that some of them are really really
not nice, just like humans. And she was an anti natalist.
(01:24):
She didn't like the navy.
Speaker 2 (01:25):
No, she didn't like humans being born. She didn't think
you should have a baby. She wanted you to abort it, just.
Speaker 1 (01:30):
Because she was looking at the world of population and
there's way too many of us and we should have
the populations. Like she just said a minute ago, about
five hundred years ago, we should just lopped it right there,
and it called it off.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
See, I'm not down with the eugenics thing. I think
it's disturbing when you explain what it is, but at
face value, you got to admit they sell it real well.
They're like, you know, I saw these people around here annoying.
I'm like, yeah, I see that. It's like, boy, they're
just awful, right, I'm like, yeah, that's true. A lot
of these people are terrible.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
Right now, everybody things there's probably too many people on
the planet and a lot of them are bad. But
we can't all decide which ones should go. I know,
if I was in charge of saying who could stay
and who got to go, probably wouldn't batch up with Jolis,
would it. See that's sure.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
It gets tricky because then the next thing they say is,
shouldn't we have them kill their unborn children? It's like easy, easy,
I get it. I don't like there's not any room
in this restaurant. It's a forty five minute wait. And
I'm not saying we should kill their children. That seems
a little dramatic.
Speaker 1 (02:27):
And what you'll also find out is the people that
are okay with often just this, these these people over here,
you know, all the bad people in jail. We should
get rid of all of them. They're not there. They
can't you know, they can't act right. They can't live
with us anymore. So we get to get rid of
all the criminals in jail. Now, once we're done with
all that, they're gonna need a new target, aren't they
(02:49):
gonna need a new target? Sooner or later that target
gonna turn into a Walmart. It's gonna be you huh. Yeah,
it was cute things. Hey, I through pull or throw
thropple throupple. It's supposed to ryme with a couple, right right?
Apparently it's three people, all right, is it?
Speaker 2 (03:08):
Technically this is a Florida Man story, But I just
Florida Man brought to you.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
By Yeah, yeah, yep, me exactly.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
The Walton and Johnson's smartphone app downloaded today Apple or Android?
Speaker 1 (03:19):
Do you pet Yeah, we're still working on that app.
Mine works fine, but some people don't. And I don't
know if it's the app or their phone or MINEX.
Mine works fine too. Mine works. Everybody here at the station.
They keep saying, what's wrong with your app? And we
go to the app and it works. So maybe it's
what's wrong with your phone or you're not using it right.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
Maybe instead of telling everybody it doesn't work right, we
should just tell them to try it.
Speaker 1 (03:43):
Try it, yeah, download it all right.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
The contentious demise of a Thrupple resulted in the arrest
of a female member of the polyamorous trio.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
They just arrested one woman of the three. How many
was there? Two women?
Speaker 2 (03:55):
It all went down ten pm last Saturday night in Summerfield, Florida.
That's when Devon driscoll, age twenty six. I bet she's
Devon advised she wants her ex boyfriend and her ex
girlfriend to get kicked out of their home.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
Well. When I say home, Billy Had, I mean a
double wide. That's a home.
Speaker 2 (04:12):
It was purchased by Devon's mother back in twenty twenty
three pricey two one hundred and seventy two thousand dollars.
Speaker 1 (04:18):
Oh well it's a twenty twenty three yeah, I mean
if she bought it new. I don't know if you
bought it usual or not. But they can get on
up there pretty good. But they do come with the
garden tub. So Devin picks up the phone. She calls
the cop.
Speaker 2 (04:29):
She explains that she is in a polygamous relationship with
the two but has since broken up and she wants
them out of her house. Devin's former partners, we're just.
Speaker 1 (04:40):
To get together thing, you know, like a managa tuag,
just for a couple of hours and then we'd go back. No,
they were all living together. Yeah, they were a love
full throple.
Speaker 2 (04:49):
Devin's former partners were Anika Boulevar, age twenty five, and
Christopher Rosario, age twenty seven. Bolivar and Rosario have a
daughter together, so obviously they're a little more closely connected
than Devon is now. As for the two becoming three,
it's unclear when Devin got involved with Chris and what's
the Anika During the disturbance late Tuesday, Oh I thought
(05:10):
it was Saturday. Tuesday, Driscoll supposedly allegedly purportedly struck Bolvar
in the head while on the homes front porch. Stook
him with what it to her? It's two women. These
are the Rosario's. The guy struck her with what? Well,
I didn't say it, just said, struck her in the head.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
Could have been a ban joe. Sounds like a hand.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
Bolivar said she pushed back in self defense, which caused
Devon to fall down a couple of steps. Oh boy, Rosario,
that's Christopher provided police with a similar description of the incident.
Speaker 1 (05:38):
Now.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
Devin denied shoving Bolivar in the face and has been
judged the primary aggressor by deputies who arrested her for
simple domestic battery.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
Now that's a misdemeanor.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
After being booked in the Marion County jail, Devin Driscoll
was freed on her own recognizance in order to have
no contact with Bolivar.
Speaker 1 (05:56):
Problem is Bolivar's living in the house. That's going to
be tricky. And Rosario living in the house, well, they'll
probably do that thing like they're doing those TV sitcoms
back of the day. They'll just draw a line down
the middle of the house, and that's your side, and
that's my side. You don't come over here.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
On an application seeking a public devendor, Devin Driscoll stated
that she had three dependents and forty nine hundred dollars
in monthly income. Court filings do not indicate where the
former threepole members are now domiciled. So really, as with
most things of interest in Sumter, Marion and Lake Counties,
Jordian Pennington of Village News dot Com was the first
(06:28):
to report, great job.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
Jordian, you did a good job on the story. I
think Sheila Jackson Lee pronounces that domocile domo. It's like
a homicide similar, but it's homo side. Oh, homicides and domo.
Be careful. Homos are everywhere these days. I just never
know where they're going pop up. You never do, know. Well,
(06:50):
there's a lot of weird news today, Yeah, every day lately. Yeah,
but it's just a want today Like this one.
Speaker 2 (06:56):
A letter carrier turned mail thief posted Instagram photos showing
off all the stuff she sold that was stupid.
Speaker 1 (07:03):
Yes it was. You know.
Speaker 2 (07:04):
One great way to get caught for a crime is
to publish it. Online and then people do all the time.
And then there was the fatal story of the right
of way fight in the quick trip parking lot.
Speaker 1 (07:14):
Who had to ride away? Well, that's the question. They
had to fight it out to decide.
Speaker 2 (07:18):
This happened in Denton, Texas. Ever been h Yes, I have.
One man is dead. Two people are behind bars after
an argument over the right of way at a twenty
four hour gas station.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
Dead over a parking place. Yeah that, oh god, Oh
that would just upset me immensely if I got killed
over a parking place. This actually happened to me earlier
this week. You got killed.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
No, I was getting a protein shake and I was
trying to park my car and it was one of
those real crowded parking lots and it was clear as
day I could just pull into the parking spot.
Speaker 1 (07:46):
But there was this guy that really needed to get
around me.
Speaker 2 (07:48):
Oh yeah, as soon as I started parking my car,
he just had to, he insisted. And as soon as
he did that, somebody else pulled out their car and
then they couldn't move and I couldn't move because this
guy needed to get in between us, and then we
all Honestly, I'm you know, one of those guys.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
I just enjoyed it. I enjoyed watching how frustrated he was.
Gunfire never erupted.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
No, this was in a white part of town where
we were getting protein smoothing. Oh okay, yeah, me and
my friend Sam, we're having smoothies the other day.
Speaker 1 (08:11):
Didn't you just get out of the car real quick
and let everybody know that you lift? And I think
everybody would have scattered at that point. Well, that's the thing.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
I had the top down on my convertible and I
was wearing one of my muscle teas, so I think
people can see that I lifted.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
Yeah, that's real obvious.
Speaker 2 (08:24):
Anyway, We now take you to Dtton, Texas, where one
man is dead and two people are behind bars after
an argument over the right of way at a twenty
four hour gas station that turned fatal. Unfortunately, meet Alfred
Jackson Junior, aged twenty six, and Olivia Guster, aged twenty four.
Speaker 1 (08:39):
Each stand accused of murder.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
According to the Denton County Jail records, Alfred faces one
count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and evading
arrest or detention. The incident occurred at one in the
morning on Sunday, when there was a nine to one
to one call. The dispatchers were told there was a
fight happening in a parking lot. Officers responded that's where
they found Fernando Toby Carranza, age thirty, suffering from an
apparent gunshot wound. I guess you know what happened to him.
(09:05):
Looks like you got shot. And the victim was rushed
to a nearby hospital. He's not alive anymore.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
M M. There's a goufundme for his funeral now.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
The slain man was remembered as a person who led
a life full of promised love and kindness. But also
he really needed that parking spot. Yeah, everybody did. Witnesses
at the scene told law enforcement two people connected to
the shooting had fled, and police later stopped their vehicle
on University Drive, about two and a half miles away,
where Jackson allegedly ran from the officers during the traffic stole.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
Oh boy, but I guess you see what happens next
because they caught him. Yeah, they usually do. Yeah. So
that's one of the reasons is that I generally like
to park far away from wherever I'm going. If you
go to the grocery store or whatever. I don't try
to find the closest parking space like most people have
a tendency to do. I like to park way out
there because it's better for your health to walk a
(09:56):
li bit more and also to not get shot. How
have you and I never talked about this before? Oh honey,
there are so many things we haven't talked about. That's
exactly what I do.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
I like to park in the back of the parking
lot because I don't want people to scratch my car.
Speaker 1 (10:09):
Because you thought it was a good ideal when I
first suggested it years ago. I don't know. I don't
think he ever heard that. I don't usually listen when
you talk. No, And I know you're always bad mouthed
in Florida, and aren't we all for good reason? But
when we come back, I'll tell you what Florida's done
that's actually good. I like Big D the governor. They're
doing a good This isn't about Ron.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
They call him Big D, but he's really sure. I
remember he had the stilts in his boots.
Speaker 1 (10:34):
Social distingcing social distingcing, social distingcing Walton and Johnson Radio Network,
Florida for a few minutes. Congratulations to Florida and to
Anthony Sabattini, he's one of yours. Kill oh, I know
who that is? What happened His resolution to name a
(10:56):
road in Florida in honor of the great Charlie Kirk
just past five oh unanimous. Lake County is the first
local government in the nation to name a road after
Charlie Kirk. It looked like it's a pretty short road, though.
I mean, they could have, you know, picked a bigger one,
but they got this part of it done. Why do
(11:19):
you have it, Billy. I'll look at the size of
this road. I mean, just this little marked off area here,
it's any tiny little piece of road.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
Bill.
Speaker 2 (11:28):
Yeah, that's a map on your screen. That's a that
could be a huge road.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
You're not. It's not to scale, no, but I can
see how big Orlando is. It's right next to Orlando there,
and and of course it's to the west of Orlando
because it is to the east. It'd be okay, how
long is it? How long is the road? It doesn't say,
And I'm not concerned about that. The thing is that
they designated and they put a sign up and everything.
Look at this sign, This is great chart Kirk Memorial Highway.
(11:53):
And it's big too. It's not like you couldn't read
that if you were going too fast. Wow. Yeah, I
like that. That's cool by Lake County Board of County Commissioners.
Well I want to go check that out.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
I like that. I want to go drive her out
at it. I'd like to get pulled over there. Well,
I'm sure you will.
Speaker 1 (12:10):
Yeah. So you know, it's important to have goals, you know,
I will tell you this. Also, I was just taking
a look at some of the news on Fox News
doing the break and this the intriguing politics. And maybe
it doesn't intrigue everybody, not me as much as some
because I don't have all day to you know, to
figure this out. But there's a battle going on between
(12:31):
and has been for a while between the new young Democrats.
They call themselves the Squad. Some people just call them
you know, communists, yeah, and lunatics and you know far
left wing, you know, crazy people. I like AOC for example,
And we talked about this earlier. Chuck Schumer has to
be careful dealing with AOC during this shutdown because he
(12:55):
doesn't want to give her credit. But he doesn't also
he doesn't want to make it look like he's attacking
his own part. Nancy Pelosi was just on and she
was downplaying the fact that some people suggest that AOC
is actually driving the government shut down, like she's basically
in charge of the Democrats in the House, and people
(13:15):
like Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi, you know, they don't
want her getting a lot of credit for that. So
Nancy Pelosi comes on TV and it's.
Speaker 2 (13:22):
From the Republicans that AOC is directing this, and she
said that senators are welcome to go to her office directly.
Speaker 1 (13:29):
She is she driving up such a ridiculous name. I'm
just quoting what AOC said. She said, go to her
office directly. Do you think there's any credibility to that
direct She's wonderful, she's a real directing the shutdown.
Speaker 2 (13:43):
Not to detract from the point you're making, but what
Pelosi just did, isn't that.
Speaker 1 (13:47):
Endangering the life of the journalist.
Speaker 2 (13:49):
We've been told so many times it's right if you
mock a journalist like Trump often does while being questionous,
that you have endangered their life.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
Only if a Republican is doing Oh got it. Yeah,
So the reason they're not. They make it sound like
they're defending AOC. She's not drag. What they're doing is
they're trying to take away any credit that she might
claim for doing just that, because with her voters and
the younger people out there, they're going to see this
(14:18):
as her leadership. This is AOC in charge, and that
just lifts her, you know, future in the political world.
Speaker 2 (14:27):
Do you see what happens now when you call the
White House comment Line?
Speaker 1 (14:38):
Thank you for calling the White House comment Line.
Speaker 3 (14:41):
Hello, America, this is White House Press Secretary Caroline love It.
Democrats and Congress have shut down the federal government because
they care more about funding health care for illegal immigrants
right than they care about serving you, the American people,
until Democrats vote for the Clean Republican Continuing Resolution to
(15:02):
reopen the government.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
You get the idea. Yeah, that's the actual voicemail. So
that's that's a recording though, because she's not at work, right. No,
she's not actually answering the phone, okay, because you know
they got to shut down, right exactly. Yeah, if she
was up there answering the phone, she'd be doing it
for free.
Speaker 2 (15:18):
Well, I think she, I think she wouldn't be answering
the phone. Anyway, Belle got her job. I'm not really
sure you're getting the point of that. Billy just answered
your call. No, that's a voice. It's a recording bill
yet it's like logated. Yeah, yeah, but it was her
quick reminder.
Speaker 1 (15:32):
Kids.
Speaker 2 (15:32):

girls too.
