punched and the kids were horrified. It turns out the
people fighting they were all related.

enough money for him to go vacation at a Florida resort.
And it was a very nice Florida resort. It is
a really nice place here, the Trade Winds Resort in
Saint Pete Beach.

Well, he gets there and to enjoy and celebrate his
financial windfall, he's bragging a bit.

shorts and sneakers. The heavily tattooed man was apparently not
pleased when a skeptical patron challenged the man's story. Turns
out he was claiming all these lottery winnings, and you know,
some people said.

At the bar, you must be delusional. What followed was
a melee of sorts.

Uh oh yeah, a melee that resulted in felony and
misdemeanor chargers being filed against the man who is now
one of Kentucky state's wealthiest.

That's where he's from. But he was on vacation in
Short Kentucky. And it's not a Florida man report. It's
a taser report. That's correct.

The incident was captured on police body cam and it
was released to the public there for open records requests.

Officers had been called to the.

Resort in response to the unruly behavior of this gentleman
and his girlfriend. They described him as the guy with
the tats. Oh that's never good, basically trying to fight
everybody in the bar. This guy came and acting like
an a hole. I'm a millionaire, he said. One of
the witnesses responded. After being called out, he allegedly started
punching this other guy in the face. The men were
grappling on the floor, and that is when Deputy Nicholas
(16:53):
aria Staco arrived. Uh oh, yeah, that's correct. Yeah, he
was there to separate the pair. He said, I'm going
to make sure that y'all act right because they were
not acting right clearly. And that's the problem. You know,
at the Trade Winds Resort and beautiful Saint Pete Beach.

It right exactly here he got here. He is getting
tasered and taken down by the police.

He has been charged a battery on a law enforcement officer,
a felony by the way, resisting arrest, and misdemeanor, while
initially charged a simple battery for punching the other gentleman
in the jawn. That account was subsequently dropped by prosecutors.
But the failure to comply, that's gonna get you, tyson.
Here's what's interesting about this. He's free on ten five
hundred dollars bond. The gentleman actually spent a total of

about thirty years behind bars. His pre trial begins on
August eleventh, thirty years. Yeah, he's made this tasering happen. No, no, no,
in nineteen ninety five. I think you're forgetting the beginning
of the story. He's a criminal already.

This is just a thing. He went away to jail,
got out, won the lottery. Then this happened to him.
Speaker 1 (18:16):
Well he shouldn't be able to get the lottery money.
That should be dispersed amongst us, what like law abiding
citizens or how would yes? Because he should not have
come a foul of the law.

the lottery winning, before getting arrested again, he should have
