WHAT YOU WILL HEAR

[0:45] Meet Dolores Hirschmann
Born in Argentina. Dolores is a South American Internet Marketing graduate, mother of 4 who currently lives in the United States. A firm believer that the message we deliver is essential to unlocking your scalable business model in order to make it grow.

[1:53] The beginning of Dolores as an entrepreneur.
Dolores says it ended the way it started. With the dream of being an actress, Dolores went to business school, where after graduating, her father promised to talk about her career as an actress, a dream that she put aside knowing her true passion for the world of business. In 1996, her thesis about internet marketing predicted that the internet would be a tool to have a more engaged community to meet our clients. Now she is the founder of Masters in Clarity.

[8:17] The mindset of lack.
Having a mindset of lack implies wanting to cover all the branches of the different markets without having a clear idea of the main business we want to build. Dolores tells us: The winning business is the one that you will put the most energy on.

[9:37] Clarifying your message.
Dolores's work involves listening to your ideas and putting them in order. Your mess is Dolores's party - that's why many people call her the "thoughts-organizer." - The main reason that prevents your business from growing is not having a clear message. If you don't know how to start clarifying your message, a good start is to think about what you would like to do for free throughout the day.

[16:26] Put everything under an umbrella.
If you have a million business ideas, start putting together the ones that work together and discard the ones that don't relate to each other.

[23:44] What's next for Dolores.
Dolores is an entrepreneur at heart. Now she focuses on digital implementation, where communication with her clients is her primary motivation.

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
