Daniela Baumann is a German-born entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker renowned for her transformative journey from financial hardship to business success. Born in 1966, she initially pursued a career in dance, performing and choreographing shows across Europe. In 2008, facing significant debt and as a single mother of two, Baumann discovered pole dancing, which inspired her to establish LOFT1, a chain of pole dance studios in Switzerland. Over a decade, she expanded LOFT1 to 15 locations, creating empowering spaces for women to build confidence and achieve financial independence.

Beyond her business ventures, Baumann founded Women Leaders of the World, an organization that connects female entrepreneurs through events in cities like Dubai, Munich, and Zurich. She also serves as the Regional Director of Global Woman Club Dubai, furthering her mission to empower women globally. As a speaker, Baumann shares her story to inspire others, emphasizing the importance of self-love, resilience, and pursuing one's passions despite adversity. Her book, Keep Going!, offers insights into her experiences and practical advice for aspiring entrepreneurs.
