So tell us a little bit about yourself, Joshua.
Speaker 4 (02:14):
Well, I am a you know, I'm an afterlife researcher.
I am a trained medium. I've been doing this for
a little over ten years and I've done a number
of different I started out doing a lot of paranormal investigations,
residential investigations, doing things out in the field, and then

I've moved on to doing you know, more personal private
sessions for people working with some institutes, some facilities, some PhDs.
I wrote a book about it, and I have a
channel on YouTube where I share all of the stuff
that I capture. So I'm in there man.
Speaker 5 (02:57):
Okay, So what brought you to doing what you're doing today?
Like what happened in the life of a young Joshua
Lewis that one day he decided, Hey, I'm going to
be a paranormal investigator and I'm going to be a
median and I'm going to talk to dead people.
Speaker 4 (03:10):
I didn't plan on it, you know, I was very
much an entrepreneur. I did have a pretty you know,
crazy past. I write about it in my book, I
a Troubled Passed. I got myself into a lot of
trouble over twenty years ago and definitely had to work
my way out of that. You know. I went away
for a couple of years, and when I got out,

I had to you know, you know, make a living.
I had, you know, nothing, I had no job, no
place to live. I started from scratch, wow. And I started,
you know, working at some businesses and starting my own businesses.
And I made a good amount of money for myself
and I was very you know fortunate, and so I
(03:55):
kind of, at the age of thirty two, start, did
you know, kind of segueing myself out of worrying about
money so much and focusing on those businesses and really
started really kind of just focusing on the spiritual aspect.
And I saw on you know, TV, of course, there's
(04:16):
ghost adventures. I saw a couple of channels on YouTube
where they were you know, testing with voice recorders and
other pieces of equipment, and I thought, how interesting, And
I don't know what to believe of what these shows
and what they're showing us. So I decided with my partner, Nikki,
we decided to go out and start kind of testing
(04:37):
stuff on our own. I never anticipated on capturing what
I captured when I went out there. I started getting
recordings of our names being said, you know, other names
that I didn't know whose names they were. I heard
messages like looking for the light. I heard some messages
(04:58):
like get out. I heard you know, helped me all
kinds of things, and these were intelligent responses. So I
ended up asking a known medium, which I didn't have
any experience with mediums in the at that time, and
I asked this woman who I was friendly with. I
asked her to come out with us on a couple
of our investigations, and I never fed her any information.
(05:20):
I wanted to test her and you know, and she
passed with flying colors where she was giving us information
that I already had captured in those locations, and you know,
working with her over the you know, next few months,
I started to pick up stuff on my own intuitively
and so did my partner. And that's when I realized
(05:43):
that I also had some kind of ability that I
could tap into myself. So you know, I went from
there and trying to you know, find other amazing people
to help me kind of bring that out. And I
and I worked with some amazing uh you know, people
doing that, and you know, skip ten years later, here
(06:03):
I am, you know, I don't want to say I'm
one of the leading investigators or afterlife researchers, but I am,
you know, doing some pretty amazing things that I'm not
seeing anywhere else. So I guess there was a plan,
even though I sure as heck didn't know it, you know.
Speaker 5 (06:20):
Sure. Well, first of all, having served time and coming
out and turning your life around as a former cop,
I must commend you on the top. Thank you, you know,
and good for you. That's coming from my heart. Really
good for you because it shows that just because a
person makes some mistake doesn't mean that they're forever bad.
(06:41):
So congratulations, young men.
Speaker 4 (06:44):
No, thank you. I know that the recidivism rate is high,
you know, as far as people returning and not really
finding recovery, and you know that kind of thing, and
so you know, It's been nineteen years. I haven't had
a drink or drug and I just can continue to,
you know, work with others when I can. I'm you know,
far from perfect, and I don't claim to be, but
(07:06):
and I'm not holier than now, but you know I am.
I can definitely see that there was a higher power
guiding me, you know, and I feel very guided. I
feel protected.
Speaker 5 (07:18):
So tell me when did you find or discover that
higher power?
Speaker 4 (07:24):
Well, you know, I had a really spiritual experience one
time I share about in my book that you know,
I was pretty much this is a crazy story. I'll
just tell you really quickly that I was pretty much
bottomed out. I was around eighteen years old. I'm forty
two now, and I was I was. I mean, I
(07:44):
burned every Bridge family who wanted nothing to do with me.
Friends wanted nothing to do with me. I had definitely
harmed some people with my actions and my addiction. And
I was driving around at two in the morning crying,
and I was, I know where to go, I didn't
know what to do and I wanted to confess my
sins right And I was driving, I mean, there was
(08:06):
no one on the road, and I saw this church,
and I pulled into the church, hoping that maybe there
would be a priest or someone that might be somewhat,
you know, around or up. I even looked towards the
rectory that was there that houses the priest, and I
mean there was no one there, and the church, of
course was locked. It was two in the morning, and
(08:28):
I found that there was this grotto, this area that
they left open where you could go in and you
could light some candles, you know, and a couple of
pews that you can kneel. And so I lit a candle,
I kneeled and I was just crying, and I was
praying to God, and I said, you know, help me.
I'm telling you right now, I don't know where to turn.
(08:49):
I don't even know if I know you properly, but
I feel like I need to just tell you that,
you know, I want to confess my sins right and
out of nowhere, this little old lay walked into the
grotto holding a little dog, and she didn't say a
word to me. She just walked over to the candle.
She lit a candle, and then she kneeled next to me.
(09:10):
And the only kneeler that was next to me, and
I mean again, I didn't say a word to her.
She didn't say a word to me. But then she
put her hand on my shoulder and she looked at
me and she said, would you like to confess your sins?
And I'm telling you, man, if I was crying hard,
then I was crying even harder after she said that,
(09:31):
and I proceeded to just dump my soul out to her.
I'm telling her all the things that I had done.
And then she went around her neck and she had
this beat up necklace, this raggly old necklace that was
called a scapular that Catholics get on their first Holy Communion.
And she said, this was my father's on his deathbed.
(09:53):
He gave it to me, and I feel God wants
you to have this right now. And I said, I
can't accept that. That's too great of a gift. I can't.
She said, you have no choice. God wants you to
have it. And she put it around my neck, and
you know, gave me a smile. And as quickly as
she was there, she got up. She had her little dog,
(10:14):
and she walked around the corner barely, I mean just
walked out of the grotto. And I must have sat
there an extra maybe fifteen seconds or so, not even,
and then I got up to look and she wasn't there. Now,
I'm not saying that she was, you know, an apparition
or something like that. I think she was a real person,
(10:35):
but I will say that, you know, at that point,
that really solidified or was the cornerstone of my faith,
because I felt like whatever this God was out there,
he heard my cry and my plea to him that night,
and that he moved someone another child of his to
(10:56):
come and talk to me when I needed it the moments,
and it made me feel like my prayers are always heard. Now.
I still didn't get straight completely after that, but I
never forgot that moment, and when it was my time
to get right, I never forgot that moment and my prayers.
I always been praying to him since. So that was really,
(11:19):
I think my first spiritual experience.
Speaker 5 (11:21):
You know, I've had many guests on this show over
the years, and I would tell you a majority of
them would say to you if they were here, that
you were touched by an angel.
Speaker 4 (11:32):
Yeah, I feel like it. I don't know if it
was like I said, I mean, an apparition or something,
but I definitely feel like it was a manifested angel.
Speaker 5 (11:43):
We have to take a break in about two minutes
from now. But what is your forte? What is your
specialty when it comes to paranormal investigations.
Speaker 4 (11:54):
Well, I used to do a lot of, like I said,
residential investigations and stuff like that, and I I did
it in a very analytical way. But now you know,
being a train medium, I've done over three thousand mediumship
meetings with just my ability. But really I think my
forte is the ITC, which is the instrumental transcommunication. So

I use my ability to connect with the spirit, the soul,
and then I use equipment to go further in capturing
their messages through the equipment.
Speaker 5 (12:31):
I think that these are very exciting times for people
who investigate, research, or question the paranormal and all aspects,
all aspects in between, because technology seems to be catching
up with the paranormal investigators and researchers and offering them
some quite amazing instruments.
Speaker 4 (12:50):
I agree, I totally agree, And if it's used the
right way and it's not AI, then yes, it is
an absolute amazing tool that can be used.

what what what is it like to be a medium?
How do you feel about what you do?
Speaker 4 (15:40):
I mean, I feel, excuse me, I feel extremely blessed.
I feel it's an honor. It's definitely not always easy.
You know, I had a preconceived notion of what mediums
were when I first started kind of doing this work,
So I kind of thought that I thought, you know,
(16:00):
I don't know what I thought. I thought that it
was like that they could just hear everything, and and
that they're they're they're feeling everything, they're seeing everything, and
all that stuff, But it's it's more subtle. The you know,
the information comes in through a feeling, comes in through uh,
you know, a vision. Uh, it comes in through you know,
(16:24):
subtle thought. So you know, I am clairvoyant, I'm Clare audience,
I'm clear sentient, I'm Claire cognizant. So these are the Claire's.
I guess you know that I have right, But you know,
sometimes it's just so very subtle. The other day I
had a woman I was giving a reading to, and
you know, I'm an evidential medium, So in addition to
(16:45):
giving you know, positive messages that are coming from the
loved one, I also have to give you know, factual
stuff that I have to get that kind of validates
who they are, and a lot of people want to,
you know, validate their loved ones. So she this woman,
she was asking to speak to a loved one. And
the way I work is when you you know, have
(17:06):
a reading with me and I get on the phone
with you. I don't want to know who we're talking
to yet. I don't want to know the relationship. I
don't want to know any of that. So I'll say, okay,
when I'm ready, I'll cue you, and you say the
loved one's name three times and that's it. And then
I want you to kind of just stay quiet for
ten minutes at least, and I don't want you to
(17:27):
say anything. I'm going to give you what's coming to
me now, whether it's one hundred percent right or half
right or all wrong. Don't give me any feedback. And
that's the way I like to work. So after the
ten minutes is up, I'll say, Okay, did any of
what I just said make any sense? And they'll say
yay or nay. And so I you know this woman,
she gives this name, and I said, I could see
(17:49):
this as a tall kid six'. Two he looks like
he's in his. Thirties he feels like your. Son it
seems like your. Son he's got some facial, hair some
blonde hair, tips AND i see him wearing this and doing.
That AND i, said you, KNOW i got a couple other,
facts and THEN i, said does that make? Sense she, goes,
yes that's my. Son and that's everything you just said was.
(18:10):
Right so, right there is a good sign that we
are connecting with the loved. One and then she asked
him questions AND i was giving her some, answers and
then at one point she, Says i'm just going to
ask you one question for validation, Purposes, josh AND i,
said no, problem and she, said, well what about his?
Car that's ALL i want to ask. You what about his?
Car AND i, said AND i looked AND i asked,
(18:31):
him and he, says you, know what about the, car.
Mom it's sitting outside and it's a Faded. Mustang AND i, said,
well his Faded, mustang older Faded mustang is sitting. Outside
and she, screamed and she, goes that's exactly, right you,
Know and that's and that's. It and though on each
call that's pretty much what, happens but it comes in
(18:53):
so quick like a, thought you. Know it's a quick,
vision a quick. Thought so you, KNOW i could doubt that,
sometimes and the LONGER i doubt, it you, know the
information starts to get. Wrong so IF i just trust
the ability AND i say what's coming to, me THEN
i would say ninety something percent in the time it's.

Right what was like the first time that you realized
that you were talking to someone who was basically dead
but somewhere else. EXISTING i DON'T i.
Speaker 4 (19:23):
Don't think there's any greater. Feeling for, me there wasn't
BECAUSE i always wanted to know exactly what's going on
on the other. Side does consciousness survive the death of the. Body,
so you, know watching movies and watching, shows and you
Know John edwards and crossing, Over Sylvia brown and all
(19:43):
these other, characters you, know and some amazing. Things it's always,
interesting are we?
Speaker 5 (19:49):
Good oh, yeah, YEAH i heard a.
Speaker 4 (19:51):
Sound you, know it's always interesting to. Me BUT i you,
know unless you have that personal, experience and it really
doesn't hit. You so WHEN i really was making contact
with someone and the information was, RIGHT i just couldn't believe.
IT i still can't believe. It it's been ten plus
years AND i STILL i still, am you, know blown

away every time this.
Speaker 5 (20:14):
Works what about have you ever had a person request
of reading with a child that was, Deceased and how
does dealing with a child or communicating with a child
different from that of communicating with an.
Speaker 4 (20:27):
Adult, well, YES i. HAVE i have many people that
are paid members or members or followers that have lost.
Children some of those children are you, know actual children
that died around the age of maybe ten or twelve or.
So some of them are of, course you, know like
(20:48):
that WOMAN i just mentioned her that was an adult
child of. Hers but you, KNOW i had this one
woman that she lost her son who WAS i think
nine eight or nine to to, cancer and uh AND
i was AND i AND i connected and his energy
was just so, strong and you, know there was no,
(21:10):
Oh i'm stuck Or i'm looking for the, light there
was none of. That it was it was always a
positive message that was coming. Through he shared about that
he was with her family members on the other. Side he,
SAYS i miss my. Mom i'm around. HER i love,
her you, know and and he would and he, would
but he would also say things that that that was
(21:32):
happening currently in her. Life so things that was was
going on in her life he was able to comment
on as he was seeing. Them and, these of course
are things, happening you, know since he's been. Passed SO
i thought that, that you, know that made such a
big difference to her because you, know she's grieving the
loss of a, child which no one should have to.
(21:54):
Do AND i don't understand what that pain would feel.
LIKE i HOPE i never have, to AND i am
a fond so but you, know she she really her
grief started to really. Transform and of course she was
still missing her child and feeling that, grief but it
wasn't the same as it was. Before it now was
starting to really make a big difference in her.
Speaker 5 (22:16):
Life, okay so let let me ask you. This what you,
DO i would imagine is very taxing on. You you,
know it must drain you. Tremendously how do you prepare
yourself for your your day at work and how do
you protect yourself from not going too far and just
(22:38):
draining every ounce of life force out of.
Speaker 4 (22:41):
YOU i, mean that's a good. Question it, is it is,
tough it is, taxing it is it can, be you,
know draining on some. LEVEL i would say that if
you don't have a connection with a higher, power With,
god your you, know understanding Of, god a personal one
(23:02):
on one. Connection if you, don't you, KNOW i have to.
Meditate so meditation is a big. Deal SO i won't
even do a reading or a session for someone Unless i've,
meditated and SO i. PRACTICE i first started DOING, tm
which is transcendental, meditation and THEN i did that for
(23:24):
about seven years UNTIL i found my, Guru Paramahansa yogaanda
who wrote the Book The autobiography of a yogi and he.
Teaches he's no longer, living he died IN i think fifty,
eight but you know he's still helping his students from
the other, side there's no. Question and his teachings On

Korea yoga k R i y A Korea, yoga and
that's a form of. MEDITATION i think it's the highest
form of meditation as far AS i. Feel and that's
What i've been practicing since two thousand. Nineteen and you
know it talks about energization and recharging your life. Force

so you, KNOW i don't know how WELL i always do.
THAT i am a, FATHER i still own a couple of,
businesses but this is my main. Thing BUT i try
to make SURE i balance it out AND i don't
overbook myself AND i don't try to bite off more
THAN i can, shoot you, Know but that's WHAT i.

Yeah have you ever had somebody sit down or connect
with you by a telephone or zoom Or, skype however
you do, it ask you to connect with, someone and
when you do make that, connection the person on the
other side is, no don't want to talk to.

Them, no it is very it's very, rare but, yes
that has. HAPPENED i did you? Know There's it's interesting
you asked that BECAUSE i did have a woman who
was she lost her husband to, cancer and WHEN i
got on the phone with, her she was just so

frantic and SO i, Mean i'm not judging, her but you,
know she was just so like kind of difficult to
work with and you, know very needy in a way
that was just LIKE. WHOA i could feel it like big.
Time SO i do the session with the guy asking
(25:21):
for her. Husband and WHEN i reviewed the, session he was, like,
like this is you, know it's too. Much she's too.
MUCH i CAN'T i can't do what she's. ASKING i
can't be around her all the Time i'm traveling the.
Cosmos you, know she just only thinks about. Death AND i,
(25:43):
mean let me tell, you that was a really hard
session to have to do and then to share it
with her BECAUSE i didn't want. TO i didn't want
to tell her that the guy didn't come. THROUGH i want,
to you, KNOW i. CAN'T i have to be, honest you,
Know and SO i shared. HER i shared with her
what what came. Through and he wasn't being, mean he
was just being Very it sounded like very, truthful and he,

Says i'm around, them BUT i just. Can't like she
wanted him to still help with the kids and stuff
in a way that LIKE i don't even think he could,
do and you, know she just it was very, tough
and she's, like, WELL i don't know IF i like,
this AND i don't know if that was, Him and
that was so. RARE i, Mean i've done over five
hundred box sessions AND i would say only maybe two

or three of them have gone something similar to, that
which is extremely.

Rare so it seems that people don't realize that when
you're communicating with the other, side is that they also
have free.

Will, YEAH i, mean free will is something that's been
given to us here and it's not taken from us
just because we, die you. KNOW i think the misconceptions
of death is that when you, die you're you're either
in heaven or, hell, right and that when you are
in heaven that you're just given all the secrets to
all of mankind and all of the other, side and

that you get your wings issued at the gate and
you're just instantly an. Angel and that's just not the
way it. Is it's a beautiful, place but it's. Not
it's still an evolving journey for, you even on the other, side.

So that you don't get your wings and you don't
get a harp and you don't just sit around and Sing. Kumbaya,
no that's not WHAT i.

GET i get. Them you, know some people that did
the work here had a faith that was strong while
they were. Here they're going to be in a more
adjusted place when they. Pass there's no question people that
die with, resentment, anger, fear, jealousy you, know fear really
(27:47):
being the undercurrent there when they when they, pass they're
not going to necessarily be stuck and they're not going
to be even in, hell but they're going to still
have to work through some of that. Stuff it's not
just because death is the great. Escape Even Parah. Mahansa he,
says if death was the great escape that people think it,
is let us all go drown ourselves at once in

the ocean and become. Angels, Hey, josh you are who we.

Wall where does where does reincarnation fit into the greater
scheme of?
Speaker 4 (30:15):
Things well, AGAIN i refer back to my Guru. Paramounts
he talks about reincarnation something THAT i absolutely believed in
prior to even finding. Him and he talks about it
in his book and in depth and at, length and
and so again we're kind of referring back to WHAT
(30:37):
i was saying. Before if we die with unfulfilled, desires
if we die with a lot of karma that we've
picked up by our own free will, actions there is
a very good chance that we're going to have to
come back here to keep working on that. Stuff so
(30:58):

side and a negative entity or a demonic endy has

troubles in their home with some kind of, thing and

MOSTLY i, MEAN i would say ninety something percent of
the time that of What i've captured has been positive
and love. Filled and if there is anything normally, negative
which is, rare it's it's normally more of a human nature,

you want to. Say that's really what it. IS i
did have a, case well it's not a, case it's.
Here it WAS i had SOME i had the the
residence of the HOME i live in that were kind
of these old school an old school, couple and they
didn't like the work THAT i was, doing and so

they were, deceased of, course and so that was a
really interesting. Case but you, know it's very rare SOMETIMES
i have. HEARD i have heard it's very. Rare BUT
i have heard some of my spirit guides, say you,

said very, protected very. Guided SO i just trust in that.

same locations that are, haunted and they all get these different,

hang around own and take the abuse that some of

off when you are, fearful that is a form of.
Energy and so if you're in a fearful, place your
energy is going. Up but it's the wrong kind of.

so you get this fear energy that's kind of coursing
through you in, adrenaline and you get scared by a
sound or a noise or whatever it, is a shadow
in the corner of your eye. Periphial then you know
that can give a spirit a. Charge and so if

to give them a good scare, tonight you, Know i'm
going to say the words, demon And i'm going to
say the words, devil And i'm going to say this and. This,
now these people don't know that it's just some old
guy Named larry that never wanted to leave and he
lived down the, street let's, say and he just decides

don't know. That they hear that word and they, go,

oh we got a demon on. Right and, again that's what.
Sells that's what. Sells that's what gets the views and the.
Clicks it's not the love, filled peaceful communication THAT i.

number of people that you've communicated with on both sides
and the messages that you've, received in your, opinion what
would be the ratio of good communication from the spirits
compared to bad communication with?

Higher good is that because you attract the good.

little bit more as being the positive guy that you

negative people on the other side that you know that

bit better than the average person that may not have
a faith in a higher, power may be a little
bit on the, fence may be more prone to, fear

you have to start the. Book so they were really
pushing me to start the. Book and then WHEN i started,
it it took me two years to write it BECAUSE
i put a lot of work into, it and there
were things THAT i didn't want to put in there

he's too heavy of, information AND i would kind of
go past that point and Then i'd be brought back
to it where a spirit would, say like a guide would,

I am a trained medium. I've been doing this for
a little over ten years and I've done a number

residential investigations, doing things out in the field, and then

sessions for people working with some institutes, some facilities, some PhDs.
I wrote a book about it, and I have a

Like what happened in the life of a young Joshua
Lewis that one day he decided, Hey, I'm going to

I didn't plan on it, you know, I was very
much an entrepreneur. I did have a pretty you know,
crazy past. I write about it in my book, I
a Troubled Passed. I got myself into a lot of
trouble over twenty years ago and definitely had to work
my way out of that. You know. I went away
for a couple of years, and when I got out,

I had to you know, you know, make a living.
I had, you know, nothing, I had no job, no
place to live. I started from scratch, wow. And I started,
you know, working at some businesses and starting my own businesses.
And I made a good amount of money for myself

you know, kind of segueing myself out of worrying about
money so much and focusing on those businesses and really
started really kind of just focusing on the spiritual aspect.
And I saw on you know, TV, of course, there's
(04:16):
ghost adventures. I saw a couple of channels on YouTube
where they were you know, testing with voice recorders and
other pieces of equipment, and I thought, how interesting, And
I don't know what to believe of what these shows
and what they're showing us. So I decided with my partner, Nikki,
we decided to go out and start kind of testing
(04:37):
stuff on our own. I never anticipated on capturing what
I captured when I went out there. I started getting
recordings of our names being said, you know, other names
that I didn't know whose names they were. I heard
messages like looking for the light. I heard some messages
(04:58):
like get out. I heard you know, helped me all
kinds of things, and these were intelligent responses. So I
ended up asking a known medium, which I didn't have
any experience with mediums in the at that time, and
I asked this woman who I was friendly with. I
asked her to come out with us on a couple
of our investigations, and I never fed her any information.
(05:20):
I wanted to test her and you know, and she
passed with flying colors where she was giving us information
that I already had captured in those locations, and you know,
working with her over the you know, next few months,
I started to pick up stuff on my own intuitively
and so did my partner. And that's when I realized
(05:43):
that I also had some kind of ability that I
could tap into myself. So you know, I went from
there and trying to you know, find other amazing people
to help me kind of bring that out. And I
and I worked with some amazing uh you know, people
doing that, and you know, skip ten years later, here
(06:03):
I am, you know, I don't want to say I'm
one of the leading investigators or afterlife researchers, but I am,
you know, doing some pretty amazing things that I'm not
seeing anywhere else. So I guess there was a plan,
even though I sure as heck didn't know it, you know.
Speaker 5 (06:20):
Sure. Well, first of all, having served time and coming
out and turning your life around as a former cop,
I must commend you on the top. Thank you, you know,
and good for you. That's coming from my heart. Really
good for you because it shows that just because a
person makes some mistake doesn't mean that they're forever bad.

So congratulations, young men.

No, thank you. I know that the recidivism rate is high,
you know, as far as people returning and not really
finding recovery, and you know that kind of thing, and
so you know, It's been nineteen years. I haven't had
a drink or drug and I just can continue to,
you know, work with others when I can. I'm you know,
far from perfect, and I don't claim to be, but

and I'm not holier than now, but you know I am.
I can definitely see that there was a higher power
guiding me, you know, and I feel very guided. I
feel protected.

So tell me when did you find or discover that
higher power?
Speaker 4 (07:24):
Well, you know, I had a really spiritual experience one
time I share about in my book that you know,
I was pretty much this is a crazy story. I'll
just tell you really quickly that I was pretty much
bottomed out. I was around eighteen years old. I'm forty
two now, and I was I was. I mean, I
(07:44):
burned every Bridge family who wanted nothing to do with me.
Friends wanted nothing to do with me. I had definitely
harmed some people with my actions and my addiction. And
I was driving around at two in the morning crying,
and I was, I know where to go, I didn't
know what to do and I wanted to confess my
sins right And I was driving, I mean, there was
(08:06):
no one on the road, and I saw this church,
and I pulled into the church, hoping that maybe there
would be a priest or someone that might be somewhat,
you know, around or up. I even looked towards the
rectory that was there that houses the priest, and I
mean there was no one there, and the church, of
course was locked. It was two in the morning, and
(08:28):
I found that there was this grotto, this area that
they left open where you could go in and you
could light some candles, you know, and a couple of
pews that you can kneel. And so I lit a candle,
I kneeled and I was just crying, and I was
praying to God, and I said, you know, help me.
I'm telling you right now, I don't know where to turn.
(08:49):
I don't even know if I know you properly, but
I feel like I need to just tell you that,
you know, I want to confess my sins right and
out of nowhere, this little old lay walked into the
grotto holding a little dog, and she didn't say a
word to me. She just walked over to the candle.
She lit a candle, and then she kneeled next to me.
(09:10):
And the only kneeler that was next to me, and
I mean again, I didn't say a word to her.
She didn't say a word to me. But then she
put her hand on my shoulder and she looked at
me and she said, would you like to confess your sins?
And I'm telling you, man, if I was crying hard,
then I was crying even harder after she said that,
(09:31):
and I proceeded to just dump my soul out to her.
I'm telling her all the things that I had done.
And then she went around her neck and she had
this beat up necklace, this raggly old necklace that was
called a scapular that Catholics get on their first Holy Communion.
And she said, this was my father's on his deathbed.
(09:53):
He gave it to me, and I feel God wants
you to have this right now. And I said, I
can't accept that. That's too great of a gift. I can't.
She said, you have no choice. God wants you to
have it. And she put it around my neck, and
you know, gave me a smile. And as quickly as
she was there, she got up. She had her little dog,
(10:14):
and she walked around the corner barely, I mean just
walked out of the grotto. And I must have sat
there an extra maybe fifteen seconds or so, not even,
and then I got up to look and she wasn't there. Now,
I'm not saying that she was, you know, an apparition
or something like that. I think she was a real person,
(10:35):
but I will say that, you know, at that point,
that really solidified or was the cornerstone of my faith,
because I felt like whatever this God was out there,
he heard my cry and my plea to him that night,
and that he moved someone another child of his to
(10:56):
come and talk to me when I needed it the moments,
and it made me feel like my prayers are always heard. Now.
I still didn't get straight completely after that, but I
never forgot that moment, and when it was my time
to get right, I never forgot that moment and my prayers.
I always been praying to him since. So that was really,
(11:19):
I think my first spiritual experience.
Speaker 5 (11:21):
You know, I've had many guests on this show over
the years, and I would tell you a majority of
them would say to you if they were here, that
you were touched by an angel.
Speaker 4 (11:32):
Yeah, I feel like it. I don't know if it
was like I said, I mean, an apparition or something,
but I definitely feel like it was a manifested angel.
Speaker 5 (11:43):
We have to take a break in about two minutes
from now. But what is your forte? What is your
specialty when it comes to paranormal investigations.
Speaker 4 (11:54):
Well, I used to do a lot of, like I said,
residential investigations and stuff like that, and I I did
it in a very analytical way. But now you know,
being a train medium, I've done over three thousand mediumship
meetings with just my ability. But really I think my
forte is the ITC, which is the instrumental transcommunication. So

I use my ability to connect with the spirit, the soul,
and then I use equipment to go further in capturing
their messages through the equipment.

I think that these are very exciting times for people
who investigate, research, or question the paranormal and all aspects,
all aspects in between, because technology seems to be catching
up with the paranormal investigators and researchers and offering them
some quite amazing instruments.

right way and it's not AI, then yes, it is

I mean, I feel, excuse me, I feel extremely blessed.
I feel it's an honor. It's definitely not always easy.
You know, I had a preconceived notion of what mediums
were when I first started kind of doing this work,
So I kind of thought that I thought, you know,

I don't know what I thought. I thought that it
was like that they could just hear everything, and and
that they're they're they're feeling everything, they're seeing everything, and
all that stuff, But it's it's more subtle. The you know,
the information comes in through a feeling, comes in through uh,
you know, a vision. Uh, it comes in through you know,
(16:24):
subtle thought. So you know, I am clairvoyant, I'm Clare audience,
I'm clear sentient, I'm Claire cognizant. So these are the Claire's.
I guess you know that I have right, But you know,
sometimes it's just so very subtle. The other day I
had a woman I was giving a reading to, and
you know, I'm an evidential medium, So in addition to
(16:45):
giving you know, positive messages that are coming from the
loved one, I also have to give you know, factual
stuff that I have to get that kind of validates
who they are, and a lot of people want to,
you know, validate their loved ones. So she this woman,
she was asking to speak to a loved one. And
the way I work is when you you know, have
(17:06):
a reading with me and I get on the phone
with you. I don't want to know who we're talking
to yet. I don't want to know the relationship. I
don't want to know any of that. So I'll say, okay,
when I'm ready, I'll cue you, and you say the
loved one's name three times and that's it. And then
I want you to kind of just stay quiet for
ten minutes at least, and I don't want you to
(17:27):
say anything. I'm going to give you what's coming to
me now, whether it's one hundred percent right or half
right or all wrong. Don't give me any feedback. And
that's the way I like to work. So after the
ten minutes is up, I'll say, Okay, did any of
what I just said make any sense? And they'll say
yay or nay. And so I you know this woman,
she gives this name, and I said, I could see
(17:49):
this as a tall kid six'. Two he looks like
he's in his. Thirties he feels like your. Son it
seems like your. Son he's got some facial, hair some
blonde hair, tips AND i see him wearing this and doing.
That AND i, said you, KNOW i got a couple other,
facts and THEN i, said does that make? Sense she, goes,
yes that's my. Son and that's everything you just said was.
(18:10):
Right so, right there is a good sign that we
are connecting with the loved. One and then she asked
him questions AND i was giving her some, answers and
then at one point she, Says i'm just going to
ask you one question for validation, Purposes, josh AND i,
said no, problem and she, said, well what about his?
Car that's ALL i want to ask. You what about his?
Car AND i, said AND i looked AND i asked,

him and he, says you, know what about the, car.
Mom it's sitting outside and it's a Faded. Mustang AND i, said,
well his Faded, mustang older Faded mustang is sitting. Outside
and she, screamed and she, goes that's exactly, right you,
Know and that's and that's. It and though on each
call that's pretty much what, happens but it comes in

so quick like a, thought you. Know it's a quick,
vision a quick. Thought so you, KNOW i could doubt that,
sometimes and the LONGER i doubt, it you, know the
information starts to get. Wrong so IF i just trust
the ability AND i say what's coming to, me THEN
i would say ninety something percent in the time it's.

Right what was like the first time that you realized
that you were talking to someone who was basically dead
but somewhere else. EXISTING i DON'T i.

Don't think there's any greater. Feeling for, me there wasn't
BECAUSE i always wanted to know exactly what's going on
on the other. Side does consciousness survive the death of the. Body,
so you, know watching movies and watching, shows and you

these other, characters you, know and some amazing. Things it's always,
interesting are we?

Good oh, yeah, YEAH i heard a.

Sound you, know it's always interesting to. Me BUT i you,
know unless you have that personal, experience and it really
doesn't hit. You so WHEN i really was making contact
with someone and the information was, RIGHT i just couldn't believe.
IT i still can't believe. It it's been ten plus
years AND i STILL i still, am you, know blown

away every time this.

Works what about have you ever had a person request
of reading with a child that was, Deceased and how
does dealing with a child or communicating with a child
different from that of communicating with an.
Speaker 4 (20:27):
Adult, well, YES i. HAVE i have many people that
are paid members or members or followers that have lost.
Children some of those children are you, know actual children
that died around the age of maybe ten or twelve or.
So some of them are of, course you, know like

that WOMAN i just mentioned her that was an adult
child of. Hers but you, KNOW i had this one
woman that she lost her son who WAS i think
nine eight or nine to to, cancer and uh AND
i was AND i AND i connected and his energy
was just so, strong and you, know there was no,

Oh i'm stuck Or i'm looking for the, light there
was none of. That it was it was always a
positive message that was coming. Through he shared about that
he was with her family members on the other. Side he,
SAYS i miss my. Mom i'm around. HER i love,
her you, know and and he would and he, would
but he would also say things that that that was
(21:32):
happening currently in her. Life so things that was was
going on in her life he was able to comment
on as he was seeing. Them and, these of course
are things, happening you, know since he's been. Passed SO
i thought that, that you, know that made such a
big difference to her because you, know she's grieving the
loss of a, child which no one should have to.
(21:54):
Do AND i don't understand what that pain would feel.
LIKE i HOPE i never have, to AND i am
a fond so but you, know she she really her
grief started to really. Transform and of course she was
still missing her child and feeling that, grief but it
wasn't the same as it was. Before it now was
starting to really make a big difference in her.
Speaker 5 (22:16):
Life, okay so let let me ask you. This what you,
DO i would imagine is very taxing on. You you,
know it must drain you. Tremendously how do you prepare
yourself for your your day at work and how do
you protect yourself from not going too far and just
(22:38):
draining every ounce of life force out of.
Speaker 4 (22:41):
YOU i, mean that's a good. Question it, is it is,
tough it is, taxing it is it can, be you,
know draining on some. LEVEL i would say that if
you don't have a connection with a higher, power With,
god your you, know understanding Of, god a personal one

on one. Connection if you, don't you, KNOW i have to.
Meditate so meditation is a big. Deal SO i won't
even do a reading or a session for someone Unless i've,
meditated and SO i. PRACTICE i first started DOING, tm
which is transcendental, meditation and THEN i did that for

about seven years UNTIL i found my, Guru Paramahansa yogaanda
who wrote the Book The autobiography of a yogi and he.
Teaches he's no longer, living he died IN i think fifty,
eight but you know he's still helping his students from
the other, side there's no. Question and his teachings On

Korea yoga k R i y A Korea, yoga and
that's a form of. MEDITATION i think it's the highest
form of meditation as far AS i. Feel and that's
What i've been practicing since two thousand. Nineteen and you
know it talks about energization and recharging your life. Force

so you, KNOW i don't know how WELL i always do.
THAT i am a, FATHER i still own a couple of,
businesses but this is my main. Thing BUT i try
to make SURE i balance it out AND i don't
overbook myself AND i don't try to bite off more
THAN i can, shoot you, Know but that's WHAT i.

Yeah have you ever had somebody sit down or connect
with you by a telephone or zoom Or, skype however
you do, it ask you to connect with, someone and
when you do make that, connection the person on the

Them, no it is very it's very, rare but, yes
that has. HAPPENED i did you? Know There's it's interesting
you asked that BECAUSE i did have a woman who
was she lost her husband to, cancer and WHEN i
got on the phone with, her she was just so

frantic and SO i, Mean i'm not judging, her but you,
know she was just so like kind of difficult to
work with and you, know very needy in a way
that was just LIKE. WHOA i could feel it like big.
Time SO i do the session with the guy asking

for her. Husband and WHEN i reviewed the, session he was, like,
like this is you, know it's too. Much she's too.
MUCH i CAN'T i can't do what she's. ASKING i
can't be around her all the Time i'm traveling the.
Cosmos you, know she just only thinks about. Death AND i,

mean let me tell, you that was a really hard
session to have to do and then to share it
with her BECAUSE i didn't want. TO i didn't want
to tell her that the guy didn't come. THROUGH i want,
to you, KNOW i. CAN'T i have to be, honest you,
Know and SO i shared. HER i shared with her
what what came. Through and he wasn't being, mean he
was just being Very it sounded like very, truthful and he,

Says i'm around, them BUT i just. Can't like she
wanted him to still help with the kids and stuff
in a way that LIKE i don't even think he could,
do and you, know she just it was very, tough
and she's, like, WELL i don't know IF i like,
this AND i don't know if that was, Him and
that was so. RARE i, Mean i've done over five
hundred box sessions AND i would say only maybe two

or three of them have gone something similar to, that
which is extremely.

Rare so it seems that people don't realize that when
you're communicating with the other, side is that they also
have free.

Will, YEAH i, mean free will is something that's been
given to us here and it's not taken from us
just because we, die you. KNOW i think the misconceptions
of death is that when you, die you're you're either
in heaven or, hell, right and that when you are
in heaven that you're just given all the secrets to
all of mankind and all of the other, side and

that you get your wings issued at the gate and
you're just instantly an. Angel and that's just not the
way it. Is it's a beautiful, place but it's. Not
it's still an evolving journey for, you even on the other, side.

So that you don't get your wings and you don't
get a harp and you don't just sit around and Sing. Kumbaya,
no that's not WHAT i.

GET i get. Them you, know some people that did
the work here had a faith that was strong while
they were. Here they're going to be in a more
adjusted place when they. Pass there's no question people that
die with, resentment, anger, fear, jealousy you, know fear really

being the undercurrent there when they when they, pass they're
not going to necessarily be stuck and they're not going
to be even in, hell but they're going to still
have to work through some of that. Stuff it's not
just because death is the great. Escape Even Parah. Mahansa he,
says if death was the great escape that people think it,
is let us all go drown ourselves at once in

Wall where does where does reincarnation fit into the greater
scheme of?

Things well, AGAIN i refer back to my Guru. Paramounts
he talks about reincarnation something THAT i absolutely believed in
prior to even finding. Him and he talks about it
in his book and in depth and at, length and
and so again we're kind of referring back to WHAT
(30:37):
i was saying. Before if we die with unfulfilled, desires
if we die with a lot of karma that we've
picked up by our own free will, actions there is
a very good chance that we're going to have to
come back here to keep working on that. Stuff so
(30:58):
that's where, reincarnate you, know really. Is he says. That
and again this may be hard for people to kind of,
process is that anything that's happening to us is really
a result of. Karma so even if it's health, issues financial,
stuff you, know, whatever it is the death of a loved,
(31:21):
one maybe you, know, regardless it's it's karma that it's
attached to, them and karma that we. Have and so
and that could be stuff that we've done in this,
life or even, crazier it could be stuff that happened
in a previous life that we did that is still with.
Us and so that's WHY i always say to people

that you, Know i'm grateful to share this work on
the channel in the book AND i talk about it
the Way i'm talking about it right now and. Interviews
but you, know the whole goal of this is to
help people understand that this isn't like a dry run.
HERE i, mean we're we're we really are men to
learn to communicate with our higher, power whether that Is, Buddha,

Alah krishna Or christ and to establish that connection and
to work on ourselves self. Appraisal that's really what we
are meant to, do is to try to continue to.
Improve here is the place to do that. Work here
and now is the place to do. That and you,

know and if you come, back it's not because you're
being you, know told that you have to come back
because of unfulfilled desires and karma that you've, accumulated but
because you want to come back and help. People and
that's an. Option but you know a lot of people
do have to kind of come back here to keep
working on.

Themselves has there ever been a, Time, joshua when you've
somebody's asked you to communicate with someone on the other
side and a negative entity or a demonic endy has
tried to intercept your your. Connection you, know early on
WHEN i was.
Speaker 4 (33:04):
Doing those residential cases and STUFF i would, GET i,
guess more negative stuff, sometimes you, know people were having
troubles in their home with some kind of, thing and
so we would get some kind of. MESSAGES i believe.
THAT i, Mean i've heard messages come through that you,
know are you, know they talk of, Evil but it's

MOSTLY i, MEAN i would say ninety something percent of
the time that of What i've captured has been positive
and love. Filled and if there is anything normally, negative
which is, rare it's it's normally more of a human nature,
negativity not a demonic kind of. Feel so it's just
kind of a person being a typical ahole or whatever

you want to. Say that's really what it. IS i
did have a, case well it's not a, case it's.
Here it WAS i had SOME i had the the
residence of the HOME i live in that were kind
of these old school an old school, couple and they
didn't like the work THAT i was, doing and so

they tried to kind of hinder it early, on and
they were, deceased of, course and so that was a
really interesting. Case but you, know it's very rare SOMETIMES
i have. HEARD i have heard it's very. Rare BUT
i have heard some of my spirit guides, say you,
know like the devil doesn't like the work That i'm,

Doing so that's, interesting you. Know BUT i, feel LIKE i,
said very, protected very. Guided SO i just trust in that.
PROTECTION i trust In christ and In. God so that's
WHAT i.
Speaker 5 (34:44):
DO a lot of THESE tv shows go to the
same locations that are, haunted and they all get these different,
readings they get these different EVPs and so. On i'll
give you an, example The. Waverley why would these spirits
hang around own and take the abuse that some of
these paranormal investigations subject them. To wouldn't it be easier

for them just to cross over into the light instead
of the repeated interruption by people who are paranormal as thrill.

Seekers, WELL i, mean first of, all some, people some
souls on the other, side don't go into the light
because they're afraid of. Judgment so you, know there's the
free will factor, again and so you don't lose that
even on the other. Side so some, spirits some souls

may just want to hang around in a place that
there's darkness and they just want to be. There some
of them want to mess with. PEOPLE i mean just
picture some old curmudgeon guy that's deceased that hangs out
At Waverly hills and when he sees a team of
(35:57):
four coming in that's going to investigate the place for the,
night and he sees. Them you, know when you give
off when you are, fearful that is a form of.
Energy and so if you're in a fearful, place your
energy is going. Up but it's the wrong kind of.
Energy it's not. Love it's either love or. Fear and

so you get this fear energy that's kind of coursing
through you in, adrenaline and you get scared by a
sound or a noise or whatever it, is a shadow
in the corner of your eye. Periphial then you know
that can give a spirit a. Charge and so if
this old curmudgeon sees this and, says, Oh i'm going

to give them a good scare, tonight you, Know i'm
going to say the words, demon And i'm going to
say the words, devil And i'm going to say this and. This,

you have to start the. Book so they were really
pushing me to start the. Book and then WHEN i started,
it it took me two years to write it BECAUSE
i put a lot of work into, it and there

he's too heavy of, information AND i would kind of
go past that point and Then i'd be brought back
