Master can you can you share with us the origin
of the story on how your spiritual journey began?
Speaker 7 (03:42):
Oh, one of my favorite topics. I had to research
it myself to find out. I had to really, in
meditation discover from my spiritual guides just exactly who I
am and why I'm here. And I do it every
single day in the early early hours of the morning,

contacting with my guides and making sure everything's still the
way I thought it was the day before, because things
are often changing, and they assumed to change, and things
do upgrade and we all get upgrades. But years ago,
(04:26):
back in the mid nineteen eighties, I went took a
trip to the Jungles of the Yukatan, which is southern Mexico,
and I had an experience there while meditating at the
pyramids that were built by extra terrestrials according to the
(04:49):
locals down there, And sure enough, I had taken that
trip to find out the true nature of my being,
and that was the first time that I had was
taken out of the realm of the normal churches where
we go to Jesus and Jesus says, through me, you
(05:15):
will meet the Father. And I did that through the
Lord Christ. I met the Father, the Ancient of days.
But after that, I felt there was more specific teachings
I could get, and so the Beloved Jesus said, all right,
(05:35):
I'm going to introduce you to a host of allies
and friends called the extraterrestrial beings of light, and you'll
be in capable hands there. And so literally I sort
of left the regular church idea of things that you
go when you go to church every Sunday, and I
had my experiences. I also left the country that I

was born in. I was born in the City of
Brotherly Love, Philadelphia, and went down to the jungles of
the Yucatan to see if I could find something else
down there at those pyramids that everybody was talking about
then and now, And sure enough I did, and I

found out from beings that I was telepathically speaking with
that I had been there before during the times that
those pyramids and ones before them were being built, and
that I came with a group of space people for

the probably during the time of Atlantis, at that time,
in that place when those pyramids were being built by
Atlantean survivors, when the floods came and they were storing
away their knowledge. But I actually wasn't from the Earth,
It wasn't an Atlantean. I had come in spaceship. I

had to say what they said, Yep, you came in
the spaceship, and your name at that time was merk Merk.
I said, okay, and they said that stands for the Merkava,
which is actually an inner spaceship that all humans have
in them that they can use from their third eye
in their advanced chocolates to actually go into their own

personal spaceship and find out all this information on their
own after they do it with sincere meditation. And so
they said, you came here at the time when the
gorillas which I heard all around me founding like regular gorillas.
They're actually hower monkeys down there, but they sound like
a gorilla to me, but they were Hower monkeys. And

the Mayans at that time and the space people could
all talk to each other, including the Hower monkeys. They
didn't make noises like they do now. They actually spoke,
and I think it was all telepathically understood inside of
the minds of the people that were talking to each other.
And we were busy working together, and I had visions

of these and I took notes and I remembered all
of this. I had a big notebook because I was
there to collect information on who I was and what
I'm doing here. And so from all of that to today,
reaching a lot of different information, I went eventually in

the middle, I should say, of all that today about
back in nineteen eighty That was in nineteen eighty. In
nineteen eighty four, I met my next wife, who was
my greatest love, my twin flame from the Philippine. She
was a psychic surgeon. Her name is Moi, and she

was with me for twenty seven years. Taught me the
meaning of love, taught me about love, cared for me
as the most loving being I've ever met in my life,
and for some reason she said that about me as well.
She used to say her father was the most wisest
being she had ever known her life, but that I,

her beloved husband, was the most loving being. And when
she said that, I would just melt. I have ever known. Yes,
And together we traveled the globe as the star doves,
that's dovs, like the birds of Las Plomas, and we traveled.

She was ahead of the Theosophical Society at that time,
the president of the Oakland, California Lodge and also of
the Northern Lodges of California. And I was a practicing
nature pathic physician, and her as the Philippine psychic surgeon,
which meant in her way of doing it, she tuned

into a group of Venustian beings angels who helped her
do the surgery without blood and gut.

So we're talking, we're talking. We're talking about, uh, the
residence of the planet Venus.

It's not the physical planet like the Earth has a
three D people, this is a means that you couldn't
see with the telescope. They're in the etheric realms, but
they do live from that in that area and that

in the metaphysical knowledge about that, it's said that Venus
is the sister planet Elder sister planet of the planet Earth.
And from the time Imorials has been a help her
to the planet Earth, helping to raise the frequency, helping

to tend to it like an old elder sister would
do in a regular Earth family. Here and so we
traveled the world for twenty seven years until she had
We thought we were going to live forever. Final enemy
to overcome, if you call it an enemy, is death.
She didn't believe in death. Even as she was dying,

she said, there is no death. I'm just going to
another dimension. Don't weep for me, don't feel sad for me.
I will always be with you because I will always

She was taken to heaven, which I saw it was Venus.
He went back to Venus. Now she's known as Lady Venus.

You know, with your wife by your side, what did
you discover? What was your greatest discovery?

Ah, we are loved by an infinite power. There is
the supreme power in the omniverse, and that if we
tune in deeply in our mourning meditations to develop our
inner the inner light which is within us. That the
light and love go hand in hands and can bring

healing and blessing of every kind and abundance and joy
to each and every one of us.

Why is meditation so important when trying to connect with
with the greater spiritual realm?
Speaker 7 (16:56):
It's the only true channel because all the other channels,
Like if you were on a TV, you could tune
into all different kinds of channels and they'd all have
their different subject matter. One may be a certain persuasion

and you may like it or you may but this
particular one within yourself, within you, because each person is different.
Although there are guides and there are certain rules like
you need to be quiet and breathe deeper. And then
there's beautiful guides in the past who have taught us
(17:38):
about the chakras and how they use each one. And
there are certain breathing techniques and affirmations that can guide
you to what you're looking for. But and find that.
All the great spiritual teachers say, without some form of discipline,
every morning, specifically before the sunrises, to take yourself and

sit in quiet, silent meditation, doing your best. You'll learn
on your own every day, and in time you'll be
able to contact your experience, your guides, not somebody else's,
and your informations. Like the Internet, you could go anywhere,
everywhere and get all kinds of guidance, and some of
it good, some of it whatever. You like the beautiful
(18:24):
song that you just played. And so the best guide
is the inner guide, our own self. But for a while,
some people don't trust that, so they continue to look
outside themselves for the answers, when all the great teachers
say the answers are within the kingdom of heaven.

You know, there's a beautiful song that was written by
Michael Jackson called the Man in the Mirror, And basically
what it says is that you know, every problem can
be answered, and the answer is the man in the mirror.
And of course when you look in the mirror, you're
looking at your also. You know, I find it very
I find it very, very odds not the word I'm
(19:06):
looking for. It's very comforting to know that we're not
left in the dark. No matter what the problem is,
We're not we are hopeless, we're not helpless. The answer
is there. We just have to have faith.
Speaker 7 (19:21):
Yes, And when the man looks in the mirror, what
looks at him are the eyes, and the eyes the
windows of the soul. And that's one great form of
meditation right there. And move a little closer to that
mirror and stare at your own irises until you go
deep into yourself and see who you really are. And

then you'll have to hold on if you're standing up
looking in the mirror, because you might want to collapse
and say, oh my God, is that me? In fact,
I did meditation similar to that, and I saw a
praying manace looking back at me, and I became actually fearful.
And I'm not too fearful unless I see a water
rattle snake, or or I get caught in the undertow

in the ocean. Then I could get afraid. But when
I saw a praying man is staring back at me,
a big one, not the little ones you see in
the yard and started talking to me and saying, don't worry,
my son, I'm really your higher self. I said, oh no,
don't tell me that. That's frightening. You look horrible. I
(20:27):
don't want to be a praying manas in my higher self.
And I said, well, maybe not your highest highest self,
but I am one of your future selves. I do
live on another planet and I'm here to comfort you.
I said, well, I'm not very comforted. In fact, I'm
scared to death. And it's slowly let go. And so disappeared,
(20:49):
and I realized, huh, I just had a magnificent experience
and I was too afraid to enjoy it. Well, how
could I not be? But then I started researching that
on the Internet and found out loads of information of
other people who have had similar experiences with trained mantislike
(21:10):
beings and that they are benevolent beings and on and on,
and I thought that was quite interesting. But the eyes
of the windows of the souls, yes, and our souls
find out lots about it to that, so that was
very wise.

Russell, Well, why don't the visit of the extraterrestrials of
the guides that you communicate with and other people communicate,
whether they are grays, whether they are the Nordics, or
whether they're the praying Mantises. Why don't they end all
the cloak and dagger and mystique and just make themselves

knowing to one and all.

Well. Because the life on Earth can be it's not
in the plant. The earthlings have to develop on their
own without interference. The Star Trek movies they have. They
have a ruling which happens to be true. These extraterrestrial
beings are not allowed to come in here and all

of a sudden say here we are, and we're here
to help you with your every need, or on the
other hand, we're here to take over and dominate or whatever.
They don't do that. We're protected from what you might call,
you know, God, God, we see as a generator of
dimensions go O D. It's the great, the most high,

the energy that protect Heaven, the energy and the angels,
and on the throne of God. All of that is
protecting the Earth so that it can go through all
these wonderful experiences that we have now on planet Earth.

But if there's the but if they are not supposed
to interfere with what we do here on this planet.
How can they guide us? Because by guiding.
Speaker 7 (22:58):
Us, the knowing, the overtly direct, take it all over
land and everybody knows about it. Maybe you've seen that movie, Uh,
that was redone. I keep forgetting the name of it, but
the last one had Canal Reads in it. I think
that's how you pronounced his name.

I'm sorry, I don't know which movie you're talking about.

is the day there stood still.

And those were marvelous stories based on the truth. If
we were to have that happen where they landed on

or Russia or India or wherever, and they started making

contact with that government, they'd have to land anent any
every other government. Otherwise they say, oh, they chose favorites.
They're over there with that country. The rest of us
are left out, so they're not here to make mass
contact yet, but there will be a time when they do.
Because it's been that way before. During the time of Atlantis,

and the Muria and even Egypt when the pharaohs were there.
The pharaohs were extraterrestrials leading the people, and sometimes that
went well and sometimes it didn't, depending on whether they
were working with the negative ones or the or the
positive ones, and there is a difference. And so we
would prefer that we receive visitation from the most highest ones,

from the ones who were really benevolent, not from anything
in between or lower, which they're all out there too,
So rather than being picky, we don't get any of them,
but we can reach them within. We can learn all
about this by study, by research, but also by our
own inner meditations.

Once again, there's that word meditation. What is the difference
between meditation and prayer.
Speaker 7 (25:15):
Well, prayer is like repeating words or going down into
your soul. And you know a lot of people pray
fervently to God, and I believe it. I would not
want to criticize the word prayer. That's all we have
at one time. But there's another way of not just

you know, folding our hands and saying, oh for our
father who are in heaven. Well, Jesus taught us to
heaven is within us, so we don't need to talk
to some being that's up in some place called heaven. Rather,
we are that being that is within us. And later
we learned that God isn't just in us as a
separate being somewhere that the actual saying no, oh ye,

not that ye are gods. It's true, we are the
gods that we're waiting for.

Well you know it. Also it also proves what the
Bible says in Genesis when it says in Genesis when
it says that God said, let us create man in
our image, in our likeness. So if we are created
in the image the likeness of God, then we ourselves

does that mean?

Well, it technically means that I am not of this Earth.
I am also available to other planets and other dimensions
within this galaxy as well as Planet Earth in my
higher life form.

So would you be like an ambassador.
Speaker 7 (29:56):
For the e T s Oxactly? Yes, I I'm actually
an elder senior Ambassador due to my many many many
lifetimes and this particular body, even many decades of doing
this service.

What has been your greatest success as an emissary.
Speaker 7 (30:21):
What a question, Rob, That is a wonderful question. Ah,
my greatest success, yes?

Or your greatest accomplishment? How's that.
Speaker 7 (30:37):
Greatest accomplishment? Well, that's what I was looking for. I
don't know. I'm gonna have to let my intuition answer
that so that I don't think too hard on it,
because nothing's coming to mind. I'm thinking of all these
different things. But my intuition is speaking, said, let us answer,
And I'm going to step aside and let that feminine

part of myself that operates on the intuition and answer
from there. And I would say that, or my intuition
would say that it isn't involving the times that my
wife and I were accompanied with dozens of people and

we were traveling the planet together and doing light work, specifically,
meaning we were taking crystals that came from the Earth
and programming them with our love and our light. All
of the people would do their own private lit meditation
with their crystals, and we would go about in the
(31:43):
various temples and vortexes of the Earth and plant the
crystals as seeds of light, sending love and light to
Mother Earth into all life forms and then when we left,
we were all ecstatic and we would go around the
(32:05):
Earth doing that purposely. I can say that that is
one of the greatest accomplishments I was involved in.

Now, what is the galactic Federation and what is its
role in Earth's evolution?
Speaker 7 (32:25):
Oh, another very deep question one I would love to answer, okay,
because that question takes some complexity to understand and to
reply to. In that there are people who consider different

terms of that, such as an intergalactic confederation or just
galactic confederation. But there are many different terms for it.
And specifically that is a group of planets that came
together in the higher realms of the of which the
(33:08):
Earth is not a part of because the Earth it
was and still is. I think if we look around
we can say, yeah, yeah, yeah, I can see that
a fallen planet, a backward planet where people still kill
each other and go to wars with each other and
and take advantage of each other and lie to each other.

Let us not have to go along with that. So
the galactic planet that we're coming out of, that the
galactic or intergalactic confederation of beings of higher light, beings
who exist in dimensions of light and love not all
this other stuff are sort of like the governors or

the senators and not centers that can be pushed out
of rooms and knock.

Now yeah, well well said, well said.
Speaker 7 (34:10):
Light beings who governed the world. And they're way above
being able to be accosted by lower life forms because
they're light beings. They just disappear, which they're already in
a different dimension anyway. And their plan and their program
is for sponsoring different programs of light, like the so

called Cabinet of the presidents around the world. I know,
you folks there in Canada have a group of lovely
people looking after you from what I see, and you know,
taking away taxes instead of charging arms and the leg
for tax and healthcare, giving health care to all beings.

There are some place I believe Canada is one. I
know Scotland cur is one. I remember when my wife
and I were there, even the foreigners like us, we
would be foreign in Scotland. If you fell ill, he
gave you treatment and medication at no costs whatsoever, not

a nickel. And they do that to all the people
that lived there. They consider them. Right here in this
very advanced country of the United States, we're not even
close to that yet. But once again back to the
Galactic Confederation. So they are the planets themselves, not just one,
not just the people of governing people living on but

is one. And then you also have the Pleaodeons and
Arcturians and serious and different ones that are a part
of the Intergalactic Confederation of Love and Light who actually

of the fallen planets such as Planet Earth one that
they're trying, they're tending to is a sick and waywardly
planet that needs their extra attention and love to bring
them back into orbit so they're no longer considered a

ruin the world in their right mind would want to
land on Planet Earth and say hello, everybody, we're here,
because every weapon and every every type of weapon they
had would be aimed at them because a lot of

those people running those governments, they don't want some extra
tressor force coming in and taking over. They wouldn't be
able to do their tricks anymore. Everything would have to
be purified, so all that has to be straightened out
before they land. But they actually have colonies already inside
the Earth, such as underneath beneath Mount Shasta, beneath some

of the mountains there in Peru, South American area, below Tibet,
they have inner Earth colonies of extra extraterrestrials and these
galactic intergalactic beams and their ships that are not seen
by the naked eye of Earth, beings that didn't seem

can go right into the inner Earth and and break
bread or sit and have conversations with everybody in there
and say how how is everything going down over here?

similar to the divine plan that Canada, Great Britain, Australia,

of places that would like to be a part of
it and want to be a part of it, and
have affirm that that there will come a day when
we all get together, lay down our arms and turn
them into farming instruments. No more weapons. We just farm

and grow food for one another, and we live, and
we live in a time of peace and plenty. A
return to the garden of Eden might be an easy
way of understanding the divine plan for the future. So
that there will come a time and I believe that
fervidly in the in the marrow of my bones, the

we see in the cover on the outside, the illusions
we see around us on the streets of Los Angeles
or wherever, that there will come a time very soon
when that will happen, when we when even the national

that are performed either by yourself and your meditations or

Lady Venus, who are beings that came from the from

They can actually in meditation help you by doing DNA
regeneration techniques that help you to again meditation and greeting
techniques that you do on yourself that raise the level

all the magic, all the the giver of life and
codes that can do the heating for you. So if
you develop your pineal plan and your pituitary plan, your
crown chock or your third eye, and you begin to

see these lights, you work with with light that is
able to enhance your DNA in such a way that
you can deal everything that happens to you. Some people
get settled down with diseases, serious disease or malformations or

bones or flesh or whatever, but too proper DNA manipulation
might call it yourself doing it yourself, or having higher
beings do it for you. If you trust them and
you're with them in your meditation, they can alter the

DNA in such a way that you have more light
and more life, flooding the zone, the X zone, flooding
the zone that guards or guides the knee if it's
a knee problem, or the prostate, or the heart plungs,

and all of a sudden, they oh, I have a
miraculous heaning. I'm no longer ill. It's the same energy
that Jesus had in other Hindu sanskrit sages to do
by laying on his hands, because they're able to affect
the DNA that way.

the with the state of our medical community, not enough doctors,
overwhelming patients at hospitals, emergency wards, senior homes are you
know are hard to get rooms for, why don't these ets,

time we need their help. And I don't understand why
we have to do all this meditation, all these all
these hoops that we have to jump through in order
to get their attention in order for them to help us.
I find it hard to understand that something is benevolent

when we don't get help. People are dying of hunger.
People don't are dying because they're not getting the proper
medical attention is scarce. People are living without homes, they're
living intents, we have wars going on. I don't understand
why they just don't knock off the hoops and ladders

that they want us to do in order to get
individual help when they can actually, if they're really there,
and if they ask, if they are so powerful, why
they just don't help.

Well, that's a very good question. And I have also
been in a state of mind where I've asked the
same thing. I was given that once again we're subject
to the divine plan where these divine beings have come
up with this idea of evolution, where human beings are

working out their own evolution, but helping and being on
board of directors of various elements to help society. I
see that you know, there are people can they can
be fed, or they can be shown how to feed themselves.
They can be given you know, if you're going you

try to drop off food to them that somebody else
comes up and gets it. There's many reasons why this
isn't just turned over like that. That has been tried before,
and it failed during the times of Atlantis and the Muria.

But we've surpassed that times were not those times anymore.
I believe that we've come to the point where the
evolution that we have gone through, caused by the pain
and suffering that we have all seen in this lifetime
of ours, the government is not doing anything. In fact,

He wants to be an authoritiser, he wants to be king,
he wants to be the ruler not only of the
United States. But I think that in his mind that
is not very sound. He likes to think of being
next to God, if not God himself.

that are of the light ask ourselves every day how
did we ever get in this mess? And it's very
similar to what you're asking about, uh, which the answer
comes back, well, you created it yourself. You allow that
entity to be the one that's guiding your country now.

But what about what about? What about the children? What
about the children who have had nothing to do with this,
absolutely nothing?

And you see the picture when when he's gone, we
have an opportunity. And that was going to be my
answer to you in regards in regards to what can

together together and ask for the help and create these

circles of light, these beings will land. That isn't a
divine plan. This is supposed to happen soon. I don't
know what exactly what that means soon, but soon when
instead of the calm before the storm, the storm comes
and then comes to calm. So once this storm passes

us over and all of us get to see how
bad it can really get and how terrible the worst
dictators around the Earth. I'm thinking of a few others
we have around out there too, and North Korea a
few other And when we see that, when we refuse

to have these kinds of leaders but we have, we
can't resist it with arms and anger. We have to
do it with love and light. Somehow we're going to
get together. We're going to lay down the arms and
lay down the green. And that's when the Intergalactic Confederation

will land in full regalia all over the world, and
a new presence, a new blessing will come. And that's
when the true hospitals of light. Maybe you've heard of
the meds, I'm sure you yes, and they are there
are healing capabilities out there now, like the med beds

that can heal everything. They have them in the starships
where you just lay down for us a few buttons.
The Egyptians have them, and all of a sudden, whatever's
ailing you is gone. Even if you're dead or just
recently died, it can bring you back to life. All
kinds of regeneration will begin to happen because these things
are available. And I, for one hear the anguish and

the pain and suffering that you're remitting and calling out
for help for the earth, and they say, when the
calls go up enough, it's going to happen. And that
has to happen. Also with what why do we have
to be saddled for four more years of this crap
when we don't want it now? The majority, the vast majority,

do not want this stuff, and so you know, but
here we are suffering to it every moment, every day.
But it's supposed to all be an illusion and we
don't really suffer because then we go to their level.
But I'm there with you, Rob, I share every bit
of anguish that you're saying. But I've been given the

idea that we will come out of this, and that
there are these beings of light and they will come.
They are helping us as best they can at this time,
and that when it's the divine plan, when the world
works out, it's karma works out, it's it's hell, it's fates,

of the story on how your spiritual journey began?

Oh, one of my favorite topics. I had to research
it myself to find out. I had to really, in
meditation discover from my spiritual guides just exactly who I
am and why I'm here. And I do it every
single day in the early early hours of the morning,

contacting with my guides and making sure everything's still the
way I thought it was the day before, because things
are often changing, and they assumed to change, and things
do upgrade and we all get upgrades. But years ago,

back in the mid nineteen eighties, I went took a
trip to the Jungles of the Yukatan, which is southern Mexico,
and I had an experience there while meditating at the
pyramids that were built by extra terrestrials according to the
(04:49):
locals down there, And sure enough, I had taken that
trip to find out the true nature of my being,
and that was the first time that I had was
taken out of the realm of the normal churches where
we go to Jesus and Jesus says, through me, you
(05:15):
will meet the Father. And I did that through the
Lord Christ. I met the Father, the Ancient of days.
But after that, I felt there was more specific teachings
I could get, and so the Beloved Jesus said, all right,
(05:35):
I'm going to introduce you to a host of allies
and friends called the extraterrestrial beings of light, and you'll
be in capable hands there. And so literally I sort
of left the regular church idea of things that you
go when you go to church every Sunday, and I
had my experiences. I also left the country that I

was born in. I was born in the City of
Brotherly Love, Philadelphia, and went down to the jungles of
the Yucatan to see if I could find something else
down there at those pyramids that everybody was talking about
then and now, And sure enough I did, and I

found out from beings that I was telepathically speaking with
that I had been there before during the times that
those pyramids and ones before them were being built, and
that I came with a group of space people for

the probably during the time of Atlantis, at that time,
in that place when those pyramids were being built by
Atlantean survivors, when the floods came and they were storing
away their knowledge. But I actually wasn't from the Earth,
It wasn't an Atlantean. I had come in spaceship. I

had to say what they said, Yep, you came in
the spaceship, and your name at that time was merk Merk.
I said, okay, and they said that stands for the Merkava,
which is actually an inner spaceship that all humans have
in them that they can use from their third eye
in their advanced chocolates to actually go into their own

personal spaceship and find out all this information on their
own after they do it with sincere meditation. And so
they said, you came here at the time when the
gorillas which I heard all around me founding like regular gorillas.
They're actually hower monkeys down there, but they sound like
a gorilla to me, but they were Hower monkeys. And

the Mayans at that time and the space people could
all talk to each other, including the Hower monkeys. They
didn't make noises like they do now. They actually spoke,
and I think it was all telepathically understood inside of
the minds of the people that were talking to each other.
And we were busy working together, and I had visions

of these and I took notes and I remembered all
of this. I had a big notebook because I was
there to collect information on who I was and what
I'm doing here. And so from all of that to today,
reaching a lot of different information, I went eventually in

the middle, I should say, of all that today about
back in nineteen eighty That was in nineteen eighty. In
nineteen eighty four, I met my next wife, who was
my greatest love, my twin flame from the Philippine. She
was a psychic surgeon. Her name is Moi, and she

was with me for twenty seven years. Taught me the
meaning of love, taught me about love, cared for me
as the most loving being I've ever met in my life,
and for some reason she said that about me as well.
She used to say her father was the most wisest
being she had ever known her life, but that I,

her beloved husband, was the most loving being. And when
she said that, I would just melt. I have ever known. Yes,
And together we traveled the globe as the star doves,
that's dovs, like the birds of Las Plomas, and we traveled.

She was ahead of the Theosophical Society at that time,
the president of the Oakland, California Lodge and also of
the Northern Lodges of California. And I was a practicing
nature pathic physician, and her as the Philippine psychic surgeon,
which meant in her way of doing it, she tuned

into a group of Venustian beings angels who helped her
do the surgery without blood and gut.

sit in quiet, silent meditation, doing your best. You'll learn
on your own every day, and in time you'll be
able to contact your experience, your guides, not somebody else's,
and your informations. Like the Internet, you could go anywhere,
everywhere and get all kinds of guidance, and some of
it good, some of it whatever. You like the beautiful
(18:24):
song that you just played. And so the best guide
is the inner guide, our own self. But for a while,
some people don't trust that, so they continue to look
outside themselves for the answers, when all the great teachers
say the answers are within the kingdom of heaven.

You know, there's a beautiful song that was written by
Michael Jackson called the Man in the Mirror, And basically
what it says is that you know, every problem can
be answered, and the answer is the man in the mirror.
And of course when you look in the mirror, you're
looking at your also. You know, I find it very

looking for. It's very comforting to know that we're not
left in the dark. No matter what the problem is,
We're not we are hopeless, we're not helpless. The answer
is there. We just have to have faith.

windows of the soul. And that's one great form of
meditation right there. And move a little closer to that
mirror and stare at your own irises until you go
deep into yourself and see who you really are. And

looking in the mirror, because you might want to collapse
and say, oh my God, is that me? In fact,
I did meditation similar to that, and I saw a
praying manace looking back at me, and I became actually fearful.
And I'm not too fearful unless I see a water
rattle snake, or or I get caught in the undertow

in the ocean. Then I could get afraid. But when
I saw a praying man is staring back at me,
a big one, not the little ones you see in
the yard and started talking to me and saying, don't worry,
my son, I'm really your higher self. I said, oh no,
don't tell me that. That's frightening. You look horrible. I

don't want to be a praying manas in my higher self.
And I said, well, maybe not your highest highest self,
but I am one of your future selves. I do
live on another planet and I'm here to comfort you.
I said, well, I'm not very comforted. In fact, I'm
scared to death. And it's slowly let go. And so disappeared,

and I realized, huh, I just had a magnificent experience
and I was too afraid to enjoy it. Well, how
could I not be? But then I started researching that
on the Internet and found out loads of information of
other people who have had similar experiences with trained mantislike

beings and that they are benevolent beings and on and on,
and I thought that was quite interesting. But the eyes
of the windows of the souls, yes, and our souls
find out lots about it to that, so that was
very wise.

Russell, Well, why don't the visit of the extraterrestrials of
the guides that you communicate with and other people communicate,
whether they are grays, whether they are the Nordics, or
whether they're the praying Mantises. Why don't they end all
the cloak and dagger and mystique and just make themselves

Well. Because the life on Earth can be it's not
in the plant. The earthlings have to develop on their
own without interference. The Star Trek movies they have. They
have a ruling which happens to be true. These extraterrestrial

to help you with your every need, or on the
other hand, we're here to take over and dominate or whatever.
They don't do that. We're protected from what you might call,
you know, God, God, we see as a generator of
dimensions go O D. It's the great, the most high,

the energy that protect Heaven, the energy and the angels,
and on the throne of God. All of that is
protecting the Earth so that it can go through all
these wonderful experiences that we have now on planet Earth.

to interfere with what we do here on this planet.
How can they guide us? Because by guiding.

are left out, so they're not here to make mass
contact yet, but there will be a time when they do.

The pharaohs were extraterrestrials leading the people, and sometimes that
went well and sometimes it didn't, depending on whether they

would prefer that we receive visitation from the most highest ones,

from the ones who were really benevolent, not from anything
in between or lower, which they're all out there too,
So rather than being picky, we don't get any of them,
but we can reach them within. We can learn all
about this by study, by research, but also by our

father who are in heaven. Well, Jesus taught us to
heaven is within us, so we don't need to talk
to some being that's up in some place called heaven. Rather,
we are that being that is within us. And later
we learned that God isn't just in us as a
separate being somewhere that the actual saying no, oh ye,

not that ye are gods. It's true, we are the
gods that we're waiting for.

different things. But my intuition is speaking, said, let us answer,

part of myself that operates on the intuition and answer
from there. And I would say that, or my intuition
would say that it isn't involving the times that my
wife and I were accompanied with dozens of people and

we were traveling the planet together and doing light work, specifically,
meaning we were taking crystals that came from the Earth
and programming them with our love and our light. All
of the people would do their own private lit meditation
with their crystals, and we would go about in the

various temples and vortexes of the Earth and plant the
crystals as seeds of light, sending love and light to
Mother Earth into all life forms and then when we left,
we were all ecstatic and we would go around the

Earth doing that purposely. I can say that that is
one of the greatest accomplishments I was involved in.

Now, what is the galactic Federation and what is its
role in Earth's evolution?

Oh, another very deep question one I would love to answer, okay,
because that question takes some complexity to understand and to
reply to. In that there are people who consider different

terms of that, such as an intergalactic confederation or just
galactic confederation. But there are many different terms for it.
And specifically that is a group of planets that came
together in the higher realms of the of which the

Earth is not a part of because the Earth it
was and still is. I think if we look around
we can say, yeah, yeah, yeah, I can see that
a fallen planet, a backward planet where people still kill
each other and go to wars with each other and
and take advantage of each other and lie to each other.

Let us not have to go along with that. So
the galactic planet that we're coming out of, that the
galactic or intergalactic confederation of beings of higher light, beings
who exist in dimensions of light and love not all
this other stuff are sort of like the governors or

the senators and not centers that can be pushed out
of rooms and knock.

Light beings who governed the world. And they're way above
being able to be accosted by lower life forms because
they're light beings. They just disappear, which they're already in
a different dimension anyway. And their plan and their program
is for sponsoring different programs of light, like the so

called Cabinet of the presidents around the world. I know,
you folks there in Canada have a group of lovely
people looking after you from what I see, and you know,
taking away taxes instead of charging arms and the leg
for tax and healthcare, giving health care to all beings.

There are some place I believe Canada is one. I
know Scotland cur is one. I remember when my wife
and I were there, even the foreigners like us, we
would be foreign in Scotland. If you fell ill, he
gave you treatment and medication at no costs whatsoever, not

a nickel. And they do that to all the people
that lived there. They consider them. Right here in this
very advanced country of the United States, we're not even
close to that yet. But once again back to the
Galactic Confederation. So they are the planets themselves, not just one,
not just the people of governing people living on but

the planets, the evolved planets like Venus is one, Jupiter
is one. And then you also have the Pleaodeons and
Arcturians and serious and different ones that are a part
of the Intergalactic Confederation of Love and Light who actually

governing the omniverse with love and light. They consider any
of the fallen planets such as Planet Earth one that
they're trying, they're tending to is a sick and waywardly
planet that needs their extra attention and love to bring
them back into orbit so they're no longer considered a

threatening planet. And the guys, the extra tressers also say,
ruin the world in their right mind would want to
land on Planet Earth and say hello, everybody, we're here,
because every weapon and every every type of weapon they
had would be aimed at them because a lot of

those people running those governments, they don't want some extra
tressor force coming in and taking over. They wouldn't be
able to do their tricks anymore. Everything would have to
be purified, so all that has to be straightened out
before they land. But they actually have colonies already inside
the Earth, such as underneath beneath Mount Shasta, beneath some

of the mountains there in Peru, South American area, below Tibet,
they have inner Earth colonies of extra extraterrestrials and these
galactic intergalactic beams and their ships that are not seen

return to the garden of Eden might be an easy
way of understanding the divine plan for the future. So

these and how do they affect human consciousness?

Well, these are codes and DNA upgrades to our DNA
that are performed either by yourself and your meditations or
higher beings such as perhaps the Kumaras, Kumara Fananda, Kumara

Lady Venus, who are beings that came from the from
the lords of the flame in the of days ancient times.
They can actually in meditation help you by doing DNA
regeneration techniques that help you to again meditation and greeting
techniques that you do on yourself that raise the level

of DNA within you. And it said the DNA has
all the magic, all the the giver of life and
codes that can do the heating for you. So if
you develop your pineal plan and your pituitary plan, your
crown chock or your third eye, and you begin to
(45:40):
see these lights, you work with with light that is
able to enhance your DNA in such a way that
you can deal everything that happens to you. Some people
get settled down with diseases, serious disease or malformations or
(46:02):
bones or flesh or whatever, but too proper DNA manipulation
might call it yourself doing it yourself, or having higher
beings do it for you. If you trust them and
you're with them in your meditation, they can alter the

DNA in such a way that you have more light
and more life, flooding the zone, the X zone, flooding
the zone that guards or guides the knee if it's
a knee problem, or the prostate, or the heart plungs,

and all of a sudden, they oh, I have a
miraculous heaning. I'm no longer ill. It's the same energy
that Jesus had in other Hindu sanskrit sages to do
by laying on his hands, because they're able to affect
the DNA that way.

Let me ask you, Let me ask you this. With
the with the state of our medical community, not enough doctors,
overwhelming patients at hospitals, emergency wards, senior homes are you
know are hard to get rooms for, why don't these ets,

for a lack of better word, help us at this
time we need their help. And I don't understand why
we have to do all this meditation, all these all
these hoops that we have to jump through in order
to get their attention in order for them to help us.
I find it hard to understand that something is benevolent

when we don't get help. People are dying of hunger.
People don't are dying because they're not getting the proper
medical attention is scarce. People are living without homes, they're
living intents, we have wars going on. I don't understand
why they just don't knock off the hoops and ladders

that they want us to do in order to get
individual help when they can actually, if they're really there,
and if they ask, if they are so powerful, why
they just don't help.

Well, that's a very good question. And I have also
been in a state of mind where I've asked the
same thing. I was given that once again we're subject
to the divine plan where these divine beings have come
up with this idea of evolution, where human beings are

working out their own evolution, but helping and being on
board of directors of various elements to help society. I
see that you know, there are people can they can
be fed, or they can be shown how to feed themselves.
They can be given you know, if you're going you
(49:13):
try to drop off food to them that somebody else
comes up and gets it. There's many reasons why this
isn't just turned over like that. That has been tried before,
and it failed during the times of Atlantis and the Muria.

But we've surpassed that times were not those times anymore.
I believe that we've come to the point where the
evolution that we have gone through, caused by the pain
and suffering that we have all seen in this lifetime
of ours, the government is not doing anything. In fact,

you have a president in my opinion, who's a warmonger.
He wants to be an authoritiser, he wants to be king,
he wants to be the ruler not only of the
United States. But I think that in his mind that
is not very sound. He likes to think of being
next to God, if not God himself.

We told him where to go with that, didn't we?

Good for Canada? And what other islands off from?

one of the Gaza Strip to to and then he
wants the then he wants the Suez Canal, I'm sorry.
The Panama Canal like the guy's now played with a
full deck.

Oh for certain. For certain. And we here in America
that are of the light ask ourselves every day how
did we ever get in this mess? And it's very
similar to what you're asking about, uh, which the answer
comes back, well, you created it yourself. You allow that
entity to be the one that's guiding your country now.

But what about what about? What about the children? What
about the children who have had nothing to do with this,
absolutely nothing?

And you see the picture when when he's gone, we
have an opportunity. And that was going to be my
answer to you in regards in regards to what can
be done when enough serious mind such as yourself, get
together together and ask for the help and create these

circles of light, these beings will land. That isn't a
divine plan. This is supposed to happen soon. I don't
know what exactly what that means soon, but soon when
instead of the calm before the storm, the storm comes
and then comes to calm. So once this storm passes

us over and all of us get to see how
bad it can really get and how terrible the worst
dictators around the Earth. I'm thinking of a few others
we have around out there too, and North Korea a
few other And when we see that, when we refuse

to have these kinds of leaders but we have, we
can't resist it with arms and anger. We have to
do it with love and light. Somehow we're going to
get together. We're going to lay down the arms and
lay down the green. And that's when the Intergalactic Confederation

will land in full regalia all over the world, and
a new presence, a new blessing will come. And that's
when the true hospitals of light. Maybe you've heard of
the meds, I'm sure you yes, and they are there
are healing capabilities out there now, like the med beds

that can heal everything. They have them in the starships
where you just lay down for us a few buttons.
The Egyptians have them, and all of a sudden, whatever's
ailing you is gone. Even if you're dead or just
recently died, it can bring you back to life. All
kinds of regeneration will begin to happen because these things
are available. And I, for one hear the anguish and

the pain and suffering that you're remitting and calling out
for help for the earth, and they say, when the
calls go up enough, it's going to happen. And that
has to happen. Also with what why do we have
to be saddled for four more years of this crap
when we don't want it now? The majority, the vast majority,

do not want this stuff, and so you know, but
here we are suffering to it every moment, every day.
But it's supposed to all be an illusion and we
don't really suffer because then we go to their level.
But I'm there with you, Rob, I share every bit
of anguish that you're saying. But I've been given the

idea that we will come out of this, and that
there are these beings of light and they will come.
They are helping us as best they can at this time,
and that when it's the divine plan, when the world
works out, it's karma works out, it's it's hell, it's fates,
we will all step into a new regenitive light of
