Hannah grew up in a little town in west-central Indiana and took an early interest in mental and physical wellness, as I struggled with depression throughout my teens. I studied Psychology at DePauw, where I went to my first in-person yoga classes, took a NSCA Certified Personal Training course, and began teaching group fitness classes in 2009.
