this episode i was joined by my good friend Corban Boyle-Smart, we speak about a lot during this episode ranging from how he got into Coaching, being a PT, movie making & his Autism diagnosis

Corban speaks to me about how we should be seen for who we are beyond Disability, how we can do more to be inclusive & mindful while also speaking about how we can also have bad days just like Neurotypical people. it was interesting to have this discussion with him on the topic.

Corban speaks about how he got into being a PT, helping his clients thrive and seeing their achievements is something that spurs him on to become a better PT for his clients, due to the online base he has built he has now started to build a client base.

Corban speaks about his Autism diagnosis, what it was like for him and how he came to terms with his Autism starting to embrace it more, he goes into detail about how he got his Autism diagnosis through a private company.

Corban starts to go more into his personal interests such as movie making and it was great to be able to talk more with him about this
