(00:57):
Tonight we're gonna be talking about thethat's in the worst places to live
within the US and how they kindof came to that conclusion, as well
as parasites, yes, and dailyhealth. We will be talking about parasites.
That's a big one for our healthand of course bs other day.
You know that's gonna be a choosingwhen y'all here we go. This is

(01:26):
daily health. Okay, ladies andgentlemen, let me go ahead and say
this now for anybody who might begrossed out by this particular topic for daily
health, today. I do apologize, but this is one that I felt

(01:47):
the need to really put out therebecause I'm not so sure this is a
well known thing. If it is, somebody correct me. I appreciate any
and all feedback. But yeah,so parasites, Yes, they are pretty
much running a monk in the humanbody. A lot of people do have

(02:09):
them. I mean, seriously,it's so common now to the point to
where now people are actually looking atsome natural remedies at helping to get rid
of these parasites. So just howcommon it is you ask, Well,

(02:30):
of the thirty two hundred and countingspecies of parasites, over a one thousand
of them or more can survive inthe human body. Now, if we
take risk a rough guestimate of howmany billions of people there are, Yeah,
millions of people probably are affected aroundthe world by now, and most

(02:53):
may seem to not notice. Andthe ones who seem to do notice because
they're doing a bit of suffering, and they notice because they're having, you
know, these noticeable serious illnesses whereto whereas other people are really not having

(03:21):
any symptoms or noticing any symptoms alittle to no symptoms at all. And
that right there, for me isa red flag because if we can't tell,
if we can't notice anything, wecould all be running around here with
parasites, a lot of them. Now, I know there are good parasites

(03:43):
and germs that we must carry, but these particular ones, no we we
we really shouldn't. So how commonparasites and parasitic infections are common and it
really does affect means of people throughoutthe entire world and they don't notice.

(04:04):
So what are the signs and thesymptoms? Like everything else, there are
many types of parasite, so theirsymptoms can vary, but common parasite symptoms
may include diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, unexplained weight loss,

(04:28):
increased appetite, muscle aches, fevers, chills, problems sleeping up there with
my paper, a fatigue, weakness, skin rash. And I mean,
any of us could be walking aroundhere with a parasite and no symptoms or
the symptoms may you know, appeara pretty good ways after you've had the

(04:54):
infection and actually possibly riding yourself ofthe infection and not even know it and
just accidentally possibly passed it to anotherperson who actually does develop symptoms so it's
a it's a touchy thing. Sowhat causes these well, common food sources

(05:20):
of parasites raw uncooked meat, includingfish, raw or unwashed fruits and vegetables,
raw aquatic plants such as watercress, unpasteurized milk, and juices. So
okay, we can get it fromwe can get it from our food.

(05:42):
How else can we get it?And? Common causes of parasitic infections include,
but are not limited to, spendingtime in areas with known parasites,
contaminated water, foods, soil, blood, or feces of course, poop,
not washing your hands before eating ordrinking, washing or bathing infrequently,

(06:06):
not very much, having a weakimmune system, contaminated bug bites, and
even sexual contact. So we reallyhave to be on alert when it comes
to our health because these are thingswe really don't want to be having to
deal with. But it looks likeit's becoming a very common thing. So

(06:30):
for all my listeners, I wouldreally urge you to do a little research,
take a little time. You're worththat, your family's worth it to
know. So how do you knowif you have them? If you have

(06:50):
symptoms of an infecsion, A healthcareprofessional may ask you questions something like when
did your symptoms start? Are yoursymptoms constant or do they come and go?
Do any friends or family members youspend time with have similar symptoms?
Have you traveled recently? Do youlive near wooded areas or areas with tall

(07:13):
grass? They're gonna ask all thesedifferent things. Some of these things they
ask, you know, during normalphysical examinations. It's becoming a routine.
So a lot of people, Ifeel are gonna, you know, be
able to get a handle on itif they do have it. So just

(07:35):
the name a few of the typesthat you could get a hole too that
you don't want to be fucking with. Yeah. One is called flukes.
The technical name is trematodes. Flukesare a type of flat worm. They

(07:55):
can spread through contaminated water or aquaticanimals, including snails, crabs, and
fish. They are There are manydifferent types of flukes and they may infect
your blood, urinary bladder, liver, lungs, intestines, and other organs.
Now everybody knows about this one,the tape worm. This has been

(08:16):
something that's been going on for along time and will known and people have
had to deal with the tape wormsthe technical term is cystodes. These are
of course adult tape worms, andthey are long flat worms that live in
the intestines. They feed off ofthe nutrients that their host gets from eating

(08:37):
food, and they spread by layingeggs in their host body. The eggs
then leave the host body when thehost poops. The eggs then spread through
infected food and water or uncooked undercookedmeat. I'm not sure how to hell
our poop go from there to theundercooked water, unless it is our water

(09:00):
system or possibly lack of and howeverthe system is or whatever it is.
M round worms, nematodes, roundworms, or small parasites that live in
your intestines. They spread from infectedpoop of soil. There are many different
types of real worms, protozoons, and then we have m obia. I

(09:31):
might be saying that wrong, Ciliatypes, flag of lads, spara zones,
I'll am, I might have butcheredall of them, but it is
what it is. They're just someof the different types that you may come
encounter with that you really don't wantto So that brings us back to the

(09:54):
natural remedies. A lot of peopleare beginning to want to go organic and
do remedies because if you know, they don't want to take antibiotics, you
know, and things like that,or even regular medications because of the side
effects and things like that, becausewith this that's exactly what they're going to
pretty much have to kind of giveyou is antibiotics. So for those who

(10:18):
like to do things the natural way, there are some remedies that claim to
help get rid of parasites, butthere is not enough scientific evidence to support
their effectiveness though, so I suggestsyou to be very careful. The best
way to treat a parasite infection isto use a medication prescribed by your doctor

(10:39):
which can kill or paralyze the wormsand make them pass through your stool and
then you can be rid of them. But some of the natural remedies that
are often suggested for deworming include berberine, and that's a compound found in herbs
like barb very golden seal coctus. It may have some anti parasitic effects,

(11:07):
but of course, you know, more research, you know is needed to
confirm this and to confirm its safetyand effectiveness. Also, paprioses, these
seeds may have some anti parasitic properties, but the evidence is kind of limited
and mostly based on animal studies. One trial in Kenya, however, found

(11:31):
that children who ate porridge with groundpaprioses had fewer intestinal worms than those who
did not eat it, So Imean that's some good news right there.
Now. Also, they have onthis list as pumpkin seeds. These seeds
are reaching a compound which may paralyzethe worms and make them easier to expel.

(11:54):
Of course, however, the evidencefor this effect is also weak and
mostly based some animal studies, butit's hope. Next up is wormwood.
This herb contains a compound which mayhave some anti parasitic effects. However,
wormwood can also be toxic and causeseizures, liver damage, and the kidney

(12:20):
failure if taken in high doses orfor a long time. So again I
say, talk to your doctor firstbefore you do anything. This is your
health. And they also have garlicdown here. Now. I don't know
about y'all, but garlic is thebomb on quite a few foods, So
it's one of my household kind ofreally enjoys. So if you like me

(12:45):
and my family and you eat alot of foods with garlic on it,
you can thumbs just want up andshare this and today we eat garlic,
so we you know, might begood. Garlic is known for its anti
microbial properties and a lot of peoplelike myself, believe that it can kill

(13:05):
or expel parasites. And of course, however, there is no conclusive evidence
to support this claim, and garlicmay cause side effects like stomach upset,
bleeding an allergic reaction in some peoplewho may be allergic to it. If
you're allergic to it, don't eatit, don't even don't even fool around
with it now. Other natural remediesthat are sometimes recommended includes an eyes or

(13:31):
annis, barberry, black wallnut, clove oil, coconut oil, kerk,
human curled mint, gold thread, golden seal, great fruit seed extract,
oregano oil, and aregund great oregongreat. Now, however, I'll say

(13:58):
this again, none of these havebeen proven to be effective or safe or
deworming. But we all know thewives tells and the home remedies. A
lot of things do actually end upworking, but the FDA don't think takes
time to actually check into it andsee if these things actually work, so

(14:20):
we should encourage them to do so. It could be very beneficial to the
lives of all of us and generationsto come. Now, if you suspect
that you have a parasite infection, you should consult your doctor for a proper
diagnosis and treatment. Do not relyon natural remedies alone, as they may

(14:43):
not work or make cause harm. You should also practice good hygiene and sanitation
to prevent reinfection or spreading the affectionto others. Now, I will leave
the links on social media. Ifyou're following me, you can check into
this yourselves. If you would likedo more research, leave me a comment.

(15:05):
Let me know what you think aboutthis. If there are any other
topics you guys would like to hearabout, talk about, or you want
to know about, let me knowand I will definitely get right on that.

(15:26):
You have to listen me to DailyHell nice report, current events.
It's just and the headlines the bestin the worst places to live, and

(15:48):
this is one of those top tenranking situations here. I mean, I
know everybody's listening from some of everywhereand some of y'all where y'all live,
might be on this list y'all, let me know. Hit me up and
let me know if y'all agree withthis list, or tell me or tell

(16:08):
us what it is you actually seeabout your state. Now, according to
some sources, the worst states tolive in within the US are based on
factors such as crime rate, tohealthcare, education, environment, inclusiveness,
and voting rights. Now, differentsources may have different rankings and criterias,

(16:30):
so this is not a definitive list. But here are some of the states
that appear frequently in the bottom tenof various the rankings. Here we go
Arizona. Now they're ranked as theworst states to live in by CNBC.
Now they're saying that it's high CRMEcrime rate, poor air quality, low

(16:56):
health resources, and lack of inclusiveness. Now, hey, if you're in
Arizona, let me know, letme know your residents speak up for your
state. The next one is Texas. Okay, yeah, Texas a little
rough, but it has its beautyand charm. But it's ranked as the

(17:17):
second worst state to live in byCNBC and I be times. Now they're
saying it's because of restrictive voting laws, lack of antidiscrimination protections, high unensured
rate, and low environmental quality. Now I'll say, yeah, I'm from
Texas. And I'm looking at thisand I'm like, I lived there on

(17:41):
my life pretty much. The roadswas the worst there. Then you've got
the healthcare because it's slow as hellif you go to the emergency room.
But you know what, I don'tknow where they got their statistics from and
put it all together, but that'swhat they got for Texas. Okay,
So my people in Texas, y'all. So it's not my opinions. This

(18:02):
is based on my research. Thisis what's out there. Now. Next
up, it's Oklahoma. Now it'sranked as the third worst state to live
in by CNBC and Ivy Times. They're seeing the low health outcomes, low
health resources, low voting rights, and low inclusiveness. Dang, Oklahoma,

(18:25):
you know, dang. But okay, so we got next South Carolina ranked
as fourth fourth fourth worst state tolive in by CNBC and Ivy Times.
They're saying it's through the high crimerate, low health resources, low education
quality, and low opportunity. Damn. And it's so beautiful there, some

(18:48):
of it, yeah, I cansee, but it's kind of got me.
That one got me. Okay.Next up is Missouri. They're ranked
fifth worst state to live in byCNB cn I be times, high crime
rate, low health resources, lowenvironment quality, environmental quality, and low

(19:10):
inclusiveness. I would have thought differentfor that one. But okay, and
number six where I live now,of course, Louisiana really worst state to
live in by CNBC and i'be times. They're saying it's high poverty rate,

(19:32):
low health outcomes, low education quality, and low opportunity. Okay, it
depends on where you live here thatsome of that fits, you know.
Low opportunity would of course rule smalltowns. Yeah, that's gonna be kind
of difficult. That's that's like basicstuff right there. Low education quality,

(19:55):
not with all these colleges and peoplegraduating left and rate um, low health
resources. Hey, I think it'sthat low low health outcomes. I don't.
I don't think it's low. Idon't think it's that low. And
poverty rate huh here and there?Yeah, every state's got there's But okay,

(20:21):
well you know what, boot weon that list, But you know
what, it's all good because wegot some of the best food down here.
Yell. Okay. So next upis New Mexico. They're ranked the
seventh worst state to look at NewMexico CNBAC and I be times high crime
rate okay, low health resources okay, low education quality and low opportunity New

(20:52):
Mexico. Are they hate you ony'all to say what that is? Because
nobody's politicians are talking about this stuff. They're talking about someone the stuff.
Okay. Indiana ranked as the eighthworst state to live in bombassy and the
twentieth worst state to live in bymoney In and they're saying low health spending,

(21:18):
low health outcomes, low environmental quality, and extreme climate huh. Okay,
anybody from Indiana chime in on thatin box comment if you heard this
on YouTube, let me know yourthoughts on this. And last, we
have Nevada tenth worst to live inby CNBC and they're saying it's low childcare

(21:45):
access, low air quality, highcrime rate, and low education quality.
Dang Nevada. So I'm gonna sharethe links to this so if you guys
were follow me on social media, you'll be able to go and you can
dig into this for yourself if youwant to and read up on this.

(22:07):
But we're gonna move on to thebest states and tell me if y'all agree
to this, you know or not. Now, according to some sources.
The best states to live in withinthe US are based on the same factor
as we just talked about while ago, and some have different rankings, so
you know, it's not a definitivelists. Here we go. New Hampshire

(22:30):
ranked as the best state to livein by US News and home Snacks.
They're saying it's because low crime rate, high opportunity, high education quality,
and high fiscal stability. Okay,New Hampshire, So everybody from New Hampshire,
you know, patch yourself on thebag. Hey, I've never been

(22:52):
able to say this right, evenwith teeth, but I'm gonna say it.
I'm gonna butcher this. So ify'all from this place, don't don't.
Don't hate me. Massachusetts shoe shits, two sits. Yeah, that
place, y'all know what I'm tryingto say. Health ranked is the second
best state to live in by USNews and home Snacks. They're saying it's

(23:14):
high healthcare quality, high education quality, high innovation, and high inclusiveness.
All right, all right. Hawaiiranked as the third best state to live
in by US News and the fourthbest state to live in by home Snacks,
citing it's high healthcare access, highhealth outcomes, high natural environment,

(23:41):
and high voting rights. It's ahigh rid it predator, y'all. Just
y'all just trying to sell it,ain't you. But y'all go ahead up
there in Hawaii. Patch yourself onthe bag, you know, all right,
New Jersey, then wait one daynman, hold on now, I
ain't trying to find nobody from NewJersey. But I thought the crime was

(24:03):
high as helder. I mean thatpart was my opinion. I thought the
crime was high as held. Butthey're ranked as the best state to live
in by wallet hub and the fifthbest state to live in by US News,
saying it's high education quality, highhealthcare access, high public safety,
and high GDP per capital. Sothey're doing well in the product area.

(24:30):
Okay, m won't tell me something. Okay, New Jersey stand up,
you know, check about if thisis right. Because I showed a health
thought y'all had a lot of crimetoo, But okay, good for y'all.
Next up is Minnesota, ranked asthe fifth best state to live in
by US News and the sixth beststate to live in by wallet hub.

(24:52):
Now they're saying it's high healthcare quality, high opportunity, high infrastructure, and
high natural environment. I'm liking tosound this natural environment. I'm a country
girl, so that sounds good tome. I don't know about y'all.
And then we have Idaho ranked asthe third best state to live in by
US News and fourth best state tolive in by World Atlas. Now they're

(25:17):
saying it's high fiscal stability, higheconomic growth, low crime rate, and
low cost of living. That definitelysounds good. Okay, Idaho, check
a bow. Yes, y'all doingit? Okay. Next up is Wisconsin,
ranked is the eighth best states tolive in by US News and the
seventh best states to live in byWorld Atlas, and they're saying it's due

(25:41):
to high healthcare access, high educationquality, high natural environment, and high
opportunity. Sounds good, y'all,Wisconsin. Okay. Connecticut ranked as sixth
best states to live in by walletHub and seventh best states live in by
Home Snacks, and they're saying it'shigh healthcare quality, high education quality,

(26:06):
high public safety, and high GDPgross domestic product per capita. Okay,
So y'all, y'all up on y'allproducts too. Okay, Connecticut, y'all
take about um road to Highland now. They're ranked seventh by walid Hub and
eighth best state to live in byHome Snacks. They're saying high healthcare access,

(26:32):
high education quality, low crime rate, and low poverty rate. Okay,
Rhode Island, y'all, kitty VirginiaOkay, they're ranked eighth best states
to live in by home Snacks andninth best state to live in by US
News, and they're citing its lowunemployment rate, high education quality, high

(26:55):
fiscal stability, and high inclusiveness. All right for you, Um, Okay,
So I just need y'all to staythat way and and and because y'all
just had some man shootings and whatnot. And I mean, am I role?
Somebody let me know? Um?But yeah, um, kudos to

(27:19):
y'all. Um, So how dothey really how do they really just really
stay? You know, it's justthat's what it is. It's good or
bad. They go by the governance, um, and you know, the
economy, to healthcare, the education, the environment, to public safety and
opportunity. And hell, I don'tI can't argue with that. I cannot

(27:45):
argue with that. If you didn'tknow, now you know now the top
ten states with the most violent crimedrum roll. Okay, we have district
Columbia, Alaska, New Mexico,Tennessee, Arkansas, Arizona, Louisiana,

(28:08):
Missouri, South Carolina, South Dakota. Now, if you want to know
more about those statistics, I'm gonnadrop those links as well on my social
media comment Let me know what youthink about that. If you're in one
of those sites, do you feellike y'all should be on that list?

(28:30):
Why or why not? Hit meup? Let me know. I want
to hear it from everybody and see. Now that one is according to the
FBI's Uniform Crime reports, top tenstates with the most violent crime and the
rate is per one hundred thousand people. So that's kind of how they did

(28:52):
that one. But yeah, Imean there you have it, the best
and the worst states to live itand interesting? Right, what do you
think about that list? Do youagree with that? Last or note?
Let me know this has been yournews report, the kurrent events, dishes

(29:17):
and headlines. I'm awesome, no, mamma, All right, y'all,
y'all been waiting so patiently, y'all. I appreciate y'all the ass of the
day. Now. I don't knowabout y'all, but I like bread and

(29:41):
all like bread products. I don'treally eat too many of the ready to
eat meals they call them rtse um, I don't do too many of them,
um, unless it's like to youknow, bread that's on the shelves
or whatever, like the light bread, what do we bread or whatever the
case may be. But this iscoming out of Youngstown, Ohio. Sure

(30:07):
Bill Baking Company. They've been puton notice by the FDA. And the
interesting thing about that is now, normally when the FDA, you know,
give these businesses these notices, warnings, I should say, warning letters.

(30:30):
Now, they have about fifteen daysto respond to it, but more than
likely they are given a pretty goodlong time to get whatever the issue is
in order. Now that can beyou know, from months to years to

(30:52):
really just get in there and correctthe problem. We know some stuff takes
time, okay, but what theygot put on I don't notice for it,
y'all. Let me just say rodents, flies and listeria. Oh my,
And this is this year, people, This this is this year.

(31:15):
The warning letter was dated for thisyear. So yeah, these are the
ready to eat bread roll manufacturing facilityin Youngstown, Ohio. So if you
got some arties from there, Iknow, but no m because not only

(31:37):
are they in trouble for that, but they're also in trouble because you know,
with allergens, you have to separatethose things. You can't you can't
cross contaminate that because a lot ofpeople have allergen you know, problems to
seeds and peanut butter and you know, all sorts of things like that.

(32:00):
Now part of me, it isrequired that the facilities, any type of
facilities food processing plants, packaging plants, or whatever you want to call it,
but they have to assess that thathas to be in their plans what

(32:22):
they're gonna do about that. Theydidn't have that down. The facilities written
hazard analysis for the buns did notconsider allergen cross contact at all. Steps
were their sesame seed buns and nonesesame seed buns are made or on a

(32:44):
shared you know, basically cooling rackor table, whichever you want to call
it. But they're putting the sameplace and that can be something serious for
somebody. I hope everybody has gottheir appns for that one, because apparently

(33:06):
they didn't get this stuff done intime, so they are in trouble.
If you have any art RTEs.They come from that particular bakery. Call
that company. They have a hotline, call that company. They've had meetings
and everything else, and they didn'tget it together in time. So rodents,

(33:37):
flies in, loose loose sterea,Oh my, those are some things
nobody wants to deal with, andyou don't want that around your food.
Like that's that's bullshit for real. That is some bullshit for real. Rats
your nasty flies or nasty they allcarry jams and what we're my opinion is

(34:00):
that's whether listeria comes from from thenastiness. And for them to be a
company that's that's a huge slip upbecause they're gonna trying to say it's a
slip up, but we know, you know, I know that that will
some bullshit And this has been theb bullshit of the day. Y'all be

(34:25):
careful when it comes to y'all food. No, mamma, you have been
