Tony on one podcast. This isDaily Help. Hey everybody, and welcome

(01:07):
to another episode of the twenty onone podcast. And today we will be
getting into your daily health or I'llbe talking about extreme heat conditions and what
pre existing conditions should be addressed duringthat time because the United States has been

(01:32):
hit with a heatwave, so we'regonna talk about that. And also in
the news will be discussing the headof Japan's top pop agency resigning and we're
gonna talk about why. So that'sgonna be interesting. So we're gonna get
offensive this. Yes, so fordaily health, what pre existing medical conditions

(01:59):
should be a dressed in extreme heatconditions, well, in the oppressive grip
of extreme heat, it becomes crucialto address pre existing medical conditions that may
exacerbate by such conditions. Now we'retalking about unte nom uncle, now,

(02:24):
Papa, now, Grandma now,and even the kids, cause you know
kids, they have some kids havepre existing conditions as well, and especially
those who have to work out therein it, so please be careful.
So we're gonna address those today.Now. Individuals suffering from cardiovascular disease,

(02:52):
now that's including heart disease, hypertensionor heart failure needs special attention, as
high temperature can strain the heart, leading to complications. Now, respiratory conditions
like asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary diseaseor COPD for short, pose unique challenges

(03:15):
due to the impact of heat onbreathing capacities. Now that's walking your fine
line right there, guys. Soyou definitely gotta be careful. And I
suggest if you're gonna be out there, you just gotta take a walk,
or you gotta go to the store. Use an umbrella. I know,

(03:35):
normally it's just for rainy, butit can protect you from the direct you
know, UV rays, So that'sthat's always helpful. It's gonna keep you
a little bit cooler too, Sothese individuals may experience difficulty breathing, increased
coughing, or even exacerbation of symptoms. Heat sensitive conditions such as multiple sclerosis

(04:01):
or autonomic disregulation disorders require careful monitoring, as elevated temperatures can trigger excessive fatigue,
dizziness, or even heat intolerance. So we really gotta be careful and
we really have to monitor those, especially those loved ones that you know have

(04:27):
a lot of issues. The oneson breathing machines they got through little oxygen
tanks. The diabetics like those youknow there's hot headed and older for their
blood pressure, they that's not gonnamix well with its heat. So individuals
with diabetes or kidney disease must payclose attention to hydration levels, as extreme

(04:51):
heat can lead to dehydration, electrolyteimbalances, and potential kidney complications. Now
everything else going on, we don'tneed the heat impacting and just stirring up
trouble because that's basically what it is. It's too hot. And lastly,
individuals taking medications that can affect athermoregulations, such as certain psychiatric medications or

(05:19):
diuretics, should be aware of theincreased risk of heat related problems and take
appropriate precautions. Now, giving thesefactors, addressing these pre existing medical conditions
becomes paramount to ensure the well beingand safety of individuals in extreme heat conditions.

(05:43):
Now, we've, like I saidat the beginning, we've been dealing
in the US with a helified heatwave. So everybody be careful. I
know everybody's looking forward to the winner. We'll deal with that when we get
there, but be careful and takecare of yourself in its heat, cause

(06:06):
it is nothing to play with. And that's for your daily help news report,
current events. It's just and theheadlines. All right, this is
your your news report. This thisthing is getting out of hand, missing

(06:33):
with the youth. It's out ofhand, and at some point it has
to stop. We're dealing with allegedabuse all the way around, from teachers
to celebrities. Where's it gonna stop? Well, today we have another one.

(06:54):
The head of Japan's top pop agencyresigns after admitting late found there's sexually
abused minors for decades. Now I'mgonna start right there. I don't see
how that makes sense within itself. Why she's not in trop like seriously,

(07:15):
cause when you say that, that'skind of what that is, right,
So they head of Japan's top popagency Johnny and Associates, stepped down Thursday
after admitting that her uncle, thecompany's late founder, had sexually abused minors
for years, following months of internationalscrutiny and independent in the investigation. Julie

(07:41):
Kate Now, pardon me, missJulie, I'm probably gonna butcher your name,
but here we go. Fujishima,Julie k Fujishima. Yeah, we're
going with that, the niece ofJohnny Kitsagawa, and I'm an leave that
right there, announced her resignation ina news conference Thursday, saying that the

(08:05):
company would compensate the victims of heruncle's abuse. According to the public broadcaster
in hk Okay. But see,I'm still stuck on the part of why
is she not in jail? Youknew and you did nothing? How the
hell is that? Okay? Wherewe do that at? So it's not

(08:28):
just happening within the US, It'shappening in Japan. Japan too. See
with the invention of social media, cell phones. That's damned their computers in
your hand, little miniature computers.Yeah, with all of that, this
stuff is bound to come out.So why are we not when we find

(08:50):
ourselves in a situation to where weknow something's happening and do nothing. But
see, this was the first timethat the agency has addressed the media about
the scandal. The issue was spotlightedin a BBC documentary earlier this year,
and received fresh attention in April aftera former Star trainee came forward with allegations

(09:16):
that he and multiple other young menwere abused by Kitagawa. Now he died
in twenty nineteen at the age ofeighty seven, so he's been doing it
for years. There's quite a fewvictims. Now that he's dead, he

(09:37):
doesn't he doesn't have to pay forwhat he did. He's already gone and
we don't know what's happened, wherehe went or what he gotta deal with
now because of this. But hereon earth he doesn't have to face that.
But his niece, that should besome serious time. You have secrets

(09:58):
like that, We don't. Wedon't do that like that. Now,
Fusushima will be replaced by Norah Whoki. I'm not even gonna try to pronounce
their name. So pardon me thereone of the company's performers who begin his
career as a singer with the agencynearly forty years ago. HM. See

(10:24):
these numbers, now, I'm curiousabout how many victims there is. He's
been doing it for decades. MNow, this guy started his career there,
there may be a possibility that hemight have gotten touched as well.

(10:45):
If not, then he must notbeen his type. I guess, cause
I do believe there's a type now. Thursday's announcement came just a week after
the independent investigation pardon me out,I'm getting time tied today, which was
commissioned by the agency, and theyreleased the findings now after forty one people,

(11:11):
including victims and other company employees. The expert panel concluded that Kitagawa had
repeatedly committed sexual assault over a longperiod of time, ranging from the nineteen
fifties to the mid This is twentyten, So from nineteen fifties to the

(11:33):
mid twenty tens, he was fundlingin and in in defiling the boys.
It's interesting how these people get canget away with this. It just I'm
confussled, Yes, I said, fucking confussled on this cause I am how

(11:54):
does this happen? Everybody's sitting ontheir hands and quiet? Or is that
everybody trying to cover their butts overthere? Which one is it? Cause
I wanna know the same for theteachers and stuff that where that's happening here
as well. But this makes nosense all these years, So I'm gonna

(12:18):
keep up with this one now.The panel said the abuse had continued for
so long in part because Johnny andAssociates was a family run business. M
we know that what happens in thefamily stays in the family. Yeah,
that's yeah, that's universal, Ido believe, now, meaning the founders

(12:43):
willed it outside power and faced littleaccountability. Now, for instance, Mary
Catawagua, the late former president ofthe agency and Johnny's older sister, had
known about the abuse but did nottake action. Now that's what they they
found in their report. Now,the investigators made a number of recommendations,

(13:05):
such as setting up a victim's compensationprogram, and urged uh Fujishima to step
down as president. See that's anotherperson all this time, quiet, that's
how this was going on. Everybodybeing quiet, nobody's speaking up and saying
anything, and these little boys isis getting fandangled. That's not that's not

(13:26):
okay. We gotta stop that now. During his long career, Kitagawa headed
Japan's biggest talent agency and was knownfor setting up popular boy bands and launching
the music and acting careers of manyteen idols. He was a powerful figure

(13:48):
in the media and entertainment industry fordecades. So yeah, he would at
that power. It was abusive powerwhere he was drunk off power. He
was higher power. He thought heit was okay for him to do whatever
it was he wanted to do,and he wanted to play in little boys
booties. So that's what he didfor years, and his family knowing and

(14:11):
did nothing. Every last one ofthem should be in trouble. I'm gonna
have to look up definitely the lawsor ye if y'all listening to this,
y'all let me know what y'all think, Or if y'all ran across this and
you have an opinion on it,don't hesitate. If you're listening to this
via YouTube, leave me a commentin a box below. Everywhere else you

(14:37):
can comment comment there or follow meon social media, let me know what
you think about this. Cause thisthis is it's crazy, and it's happening
more often. It's like the levelof power were made people afraid that they
would lose their careers if they didn'tcomply with with the demands. Mkay.

(15:01):
That seems to be something that doeshappen in each case a powerful person.
Everybody is afraid to lose their jobor maybe even their life or and this
is a family secret, so thatcan get very volatile. But somebody has

(15:26):
to have the strength to stand upand say, hey, look, no,
this is not going down like this. We can no longer do this.
We gotta break this curtains right here, We're not doing this anymore,
and go ahead and say nope, you need to stop, you need to
quit. And the next you needto stop and quit is gonna be you

(15:48):
know, calling the authorities. Hey, look, this is what I know
now as a right now, they'restill allegations, but it goes back decades
now. In nineteen ninety nine,a Japanese magazine published accounts of other young
men and boys who claimed they weresexually abused by Kitagawa. He sued the

(16:12):
magazine and was awarded damages. Nowthat was according to their local media,
and he was never charged over theallegations. He had reportedly n denied all
accusations when he was alive. Butthat's the way they that's the way they

(16:33):
gonna do. People like that aregonna take it to the grave. They're
not saying shit. They mmm. They not really incriminate theyselves. Oh,
that's why somebody has to be smart, use morals, cause sometimes money ain't

(16:55):
m money is is not worth itthe rest of ruining some young boys the
life. That's not okay. That'svery unacceptable and it must and eventually it
will have to change. But he, like all the others who have allegations

(17:19):
against them, if it turns outto be that they aren't in fact true,
they should be held accountable for whatthey did and those are currently still
doing. But seriously, that's gottastop. M The head of Japan's top

(17:44):
pop agency resigns after admitting late founderwho is her uncle, sexually abused minus
for decades. Where's the accountability? That's she knows for Today, you have
