(00:02):
Welcome to Transformations with Tara. Thisis Tara Stepan and my guest and co
host is Jason D. McKean. He is the voice of over a million
own recordings throughout the world, andhe is a hypnotherapist, and he's a
reverend, and he's the own TaroWizard. He teaches tarot classes all over

(00:27):
the world and especially in Japan. They love him in Japan, and he
does a lot of them here inLa too. But yeah, it's a
really wonderful Jason. So welcome tothe show. Thank you, Thank you,
Tara, you know, and thanksfor like all of those like kind
of bio points, right, youknow, hypnotherapist, reverend, you know.

(00:50):
But you know you yourself are aa top metaphysician in the world.
What's what do they call you? What's the the American helped me out?
The American mystic, the American mystic, that's right, and uh and a

(01:12):
hypnotherapists as well, and like anamazing astrologer like you name it, all
the psychic sciences. It's like youyou know a lot about teacher think yeah,
yeah, mm hmmm, yeah,I'm an Eastern Western astrologer. Yeah,

(01:34):
so I do a lot of combocombo astrology. M hm. Yeah,
you know, I wonder if there'slike an Eastern and Western touro,
you know, sound like a thing. Well, I mean, you know,
there's a lot of different to rowdecks. You know, you could

(01:55):
maybe you're making up one. Yousaid it, now you have to make
it. Oh my god. Now, I just like, you know,
gave myself a new project all rightto dive into. So, oh my
god, what if I do?You know? There are some decks that
do have a lot of different medality, you know, like I love I

(02:15):
certainly, you know. My thingis the Italian decks, and I love
the medieval Scippines, and I alsolove the Marchetties all of those tarot cards,
and those are the ones that Itend to read from, you know.
And so the thing is with themis that the the Scippines, they

(02:38):
have a lot of U uh.What why I like to start with those,
like with some of my psychic classesand stuff, is that I like
to the symbolization on them. It'sreally incredible, uh, because I feel
that you know to to you don'tnecessarily need to know the touro, but

(03:00):
you need to maybe create a storyand so you know, I use them
to create stories with and so that'sa lot of times how I start things.
But yeah, so it's really funand and so there's a lot of
storytelling that you can create with likethe Skippini deck. But but they have

(03:23):
like there's Persian teers in the moon, you know the moon card, and
there's all sorts of different symbology allthroughout the deck that is pagan and shamanic,
and you know, there's a lotof stuff. And I know that

(03:45):
a lot of times they put Chinesesymbols, room symbols, Hebrew symbols,
they do a lot Arabic symbols, all sorts of different things all throughout these
decks. And a lot of thecards are like astrologically inclined. Uh,

(04:06):
you can like start reading super superlyin depth with them. Is really good
at creating those in depth questions withthroughout. He's just fantastic at it.
And I even loved to take Jason'sclasses because they're just fine. I just
love your classes too. Yeah. The the uh, what's what's fun is

(04:30):
is like even if someone like doesn'thave a question, you know, which
can happen, right, It's likea student will like be you get put
on the spot and it's just like, uh, you know, I don't
have a question to ask. It'slike, okay, we're just going to
start reading for you. Then youknow, we're and what comes up comes

(04:51):
up. And I find that usuallywhat comes up for someone is valid.
You know. It's like one ofthose areas that we may not like be
kind of consciously fixated on it,but we will. It'll be there,
It'll be in the mix there andit's like, you know, it's like
the trow has a way of pickingup on what needs to come out,

(05:14):
what needs to be talked about. You know. So if you're shy,
then you know, watch out becauseyour deepest darkest secrets. No, you're
you know, it's uh, youknow what's important, what's what's important.

(05:36):
But but yeah, it's like Ithink the trow has a way of getting
someone past their shyness actually to speakand being able, yeah, and to
really talk to somebody. It becomesin depth, does Yeah. I love
that, you know, very importantto everyone because you know, with our

(05:58):
different crowds, in our differfferent platforms, we are of the top ten percent
in the world of you guys listeningto our podcast. We are in the
top ten percent of three point fivemillion podcasts. Wow, thank you very
much. Yeah, thank you, thank you everyone. So anyway, and

(06:23):
it's fun. Jason and I havea lot of fun, you know.
I mean it started out being myshow for like I don't know, thirteen
years or something. Then I broughtin Jason because Jason's always so much fun.
And that's so true, eligible somuch fun. One he's you say,
I'm the white one. Yeah, the white one, the wise one.

(06:44):
Oh ex definitely why you're making funof my beer. How long your
beard is though it always cuts off. We think you have a short bear,
right, Like I'm it's just likea goatee or something you know on
camera, But no, it's it'sjust it's just kind of tied up and
it's like, yeah, I haveto like even stand up, like it's

(07:05):
like it's like wizard length. Yes. Yeah. Wow. Anyway, we
were going to talk to you aboutbeltank, talk about wizards and everything.
Yeah, we're going to talk aboutbeltane and Jason tell us what beltane means.
Well, beltane is uh like literallymeans the fire of of bell or

(07:27):
bells, which is the the Celticfire god or sun god. Yeah,
bells and and so you know it'slike as as a uh one of the
points on the on the solar calendarthere, because it's in between what Ostara

(07:48):
and the summer solstice? What whatis that one? What is that one
named? Uh the summer solstice? And yeah, but it has a name
to it, right, It's notlike that weird sounding one in like August
mid summer's night. Yeah, it'smid summer. I like to call the

(08:11):
one in August like left Hansa orsomething like that. It's like it looks
like lasagna. Yeah, but that'sthe day as a harvest and seeing that,
so when and uh the summer solstice, yeah, yeah, right,
which is named what the summer solstice? Summer solstices? Well, they call

(08:35):
it the Midsummer's Eve. They reallyhave a super name for it. It's
it's a summer solstice, the summerWell, like youle is the is the
winter justice right right? There isa name for it. Yeah, it's
just in my mind. It's it'sat the moment, at the moment,

(08:56):
but yeah, maybe you know summersolstice, I guess, I'm I mean,
I absolutely love the peg and Sabbaths, but I would say that you
know, you know, I justlike to celebrate them because the moon phases
in the sun fases. Well, you know why we're we're spacing on it
is because like you know, Beltainthat that's like a fun one because it's

(09:18):
still it's kind of cool. It'sit's you know, it's May. It's
like, you know, you thinkof the Maypole people dancing around and with
the ribbons and all. But likeyou know, in June when the the
solstice hits, it's hot, andit's just like I'm not going to go
outside and like dance around, youknow, It's like I'm going to stay

(09:39):
in in the ac you know,I'm just gonna let Okay, it's the
longest day of the year, youknow, lightwise, and it's just like
it's good. It's good enough forme. I don't know what the if
there's a festivity around it around whichone around the solstice? Mean, yeah,

(10:00):
I mean yeah, oh yeah,no, it's a big it's a
big festival. Summer is huge, huge, I have a huge it's feasting.
I'm just thinking it's so cow it'sso so hot, you know.
Yeah, it's just so beautiful andwonderful. All right, Yeah, now
you can read the article Jason, you know, in a month and a

(10:22):
half, your article, right,So I did see that you posted one
for for for Beltane. Yes,I put out articles for yeah, all
the sevenths. But that's what Ido all. I celebrate all the phases
of the moon in the sun.Yeah. So so with with Beltane,

(10:46):
it is uh a time of offertility. It's like, you know,
it's like the planting is in processfor sure, and the uh, the
idea whether it's you know, likelike romance or you know, like planting

(11:07):
or romance your your offspring into intoothers. You know, it's the polite
way of putting it. But butthere's there's a creative fertility too that that
one can take on. It's kindof the olden days, you know,
when you hadn't met people all winter, and so you're supposed to meet people

(11:28):
and actually pick someone, and sothese like festive ceremonies like for people to
get to know people or to choosepeople. And they did have years,
you know, just like they havedifferent years of things being popular. They
had years where where bell Tan cameand they and I know in like some

(11:58):
of the countries that so celebrated May. First they would uh, choose a
mate, and if they didn't likethem, if they'd marry them or take
them home kind of they were kindof if they didn't like him, they'd
marry them. No, no,no, there they came together with or

(12:20):
maybe born they wanted to marry. You didn't really like that person. Within
the next year you could you bothcould choose someone else. So there was
like a year a year process oflike just figuring out if if this was
and whether you stayed at home ormoved in with that person. I don't

(12:41):
I don't know. I wasn't there, but you know, I mean they
oh I was there, I wasthere. Yeah, So I don't I
don't know. But but but generally, you know, you were supposed to
pick a mate because it's it's toreplenish the year and to find a find

(13:01):
romance. So it's the time ofseeking someone and being on so right now
looking for somebody. If you're notmarried, if you're not romantic right now,
you should be and then give yourselfa year. It's like this,

(13:24):
you know, h right right,yeah, well, yeah, I don't
know. In these days, ifyou have to give yourself a year,
but you know, definitely you shouldmake give it the old try. You
know, even if you're married andyou let things wane, you know,
start being romantic again and go ondates and you know, figure it out

(13:46):
because a lot of times you don'twant to throw good things away, and
even when you think that things aren'tgood anymore, you don't. That's right,
Love us love and you've got tostay in that. So that's what
Belt teaches. And it's all aboutyou know, the flowers. You know,

(14:07):
it's it's celebration. Yeah, andbecause it's like has that that spring
essence to it. It's it's ithas that that beginning part of the cycle.
You know, it's it's a it'sdefinitely one of where you know,
because in the winter it's still you'reyou're kind of planning it. You're you're
still kind of building up steam toactivate it. But it's like, you

(14:33):
know, get on the stick already, you know, this is this is
like a time to like just youknow, make uh, put it into
action and to start the process going. Because longing for it too, you
know, I mean because a lotof people, you know, what do
you want? You know, andif you stay home and just do things
at home, you don't necessarily meetpeople not out and out a little bit,

(14:56):
you know. And I'm definitely notone to talk about wanting to be
out and about a lot, becauseyou know, I think that people see
me out and about. I'm notalways be about now. And the finance
is that, you know, Iwhen I'm home, I'd love to be
love it, you know. It'sit's you have to do what you do

(15:18):
in life. And the thing isis if you want to mate, you
have to search for that mate. And if you want a great job,
you have to study and create thatwonderful career and those jobs. If you
don't want the job that you havenow, you have to look for the
better job. You know, thosesort of things. It just takes effort.

(15:39):
We keep creating that effort because itnever really stops. They may as
well just get in your mind thatyou're going to create great effort. We're
talking about dressing for the job thatyou want in the world too. And
I've got like some some jobs comingup that I'm the wizard, all right,

(16:00):
and so here I'm in in thisthis wizard robe, and it's like
dressing for the job that I want. Well, I'm dressing for the job
I want. Here's the Integraton onmy my love that on your T shirts.
That's uh, the the official Integratron, the one in just outside Joshua

(16:22):
Tree, Yeah, Yucca Valley.Yeah, And we used to go when
nobody was going. And you knowit's a it's uh that astrophysinessist that you
know, they didn't use any nailsor anything, and no metal, no
metal to hold together the wood like, so it like has a resonance to

(16:44):
it. It's amazing this building andLanders Landers, that's right officially the Integratron.
It's it's uh, it's this whatsonic. It's it's a it's a
place where it's this round like roomthat if you're on one side of it

(17:07):
and another person is like whispering onthe other the wall or something, it's
like it just travels throughout the wholeroom. It's it's crazy. You know
sound healings and are amazing. Ohmy gosh, so they did crystal Ball
healings and oh my gosh, youjust you're out just it just passes right
through these vibrations. It's like it'sintense and they have a pal it's just

(17:33):
incredible. It is everybody should experience, you know, at once for sure.
And yeah, and I've been luckyenough to go like three times,
so it's been fun. And Ithink i've been there even more. I
think I've been there a couple oftimes when it was closed and I was
like, what, ye oh,that's a track making the trek there making

(17:57):
the pilgrimage woman, and it's like, sorry, it's on Monday, closed
or whatever. I went once withJason and Sue and we went you know,
Jason's wife, Sue, and wewent out to Joshua Tree afterwards,
and oh my gosh, it wasso gorgeous. So I've never been in

(18:19):
Joshua Tree and Joshua Tree is Imean, you just enter it. It's
just like it thanks It's so beautiful. It's like traveling back in time,
you know. And in some ofthese these places, it feels like,
you know, a t Rex couldlike you know, pop up and be
like yeah, yeah, I cansee that here. I mean, it

(18:41):
just was really it was. Itwas divine, you know, like all
the parks, you know, theyjust have their areas that are so divine
you just can't even share just howamazing they are at the time. You
know, you can't even take apicture that really shows it, although we
did get me Yeah, well youcan make like the Heavenly God chorus sound,

(19:07):
you know that. Oh you knowthat's that's a part of sharing it,
right, if you're telling someone,if you're like it's like, oh,
you should have gone because it wasamazing. It was like we just
turned a corner and oh yeah,I mean I never I never expected it

(19:30):
with Joshua Tree, that's I guessthat's you know, expected with Yosemite.
I mean I was awestruck at Yellowstone, you know, up there in Wyoming,
and you know some other places inthe world and you're just like,
oh my god, this is justincredible. Yeah. The Grand Canyon,
Oh, I love the Grand Canton. You know, these these these places

(19:52):
where you like again like you'll liketurn a corner or something like in Sedona
when you're like driving through and thenall of a sudden, the red rock
start appearing. You know you hearthe sound, right. I was watching
a movie last night and they weresaying something about, you know, somehow
on your bucket list, like beingin the Grand Canyon. You know,

(20:14):
at the when sunrise comes on Year'sDay and you know I was there in
are stay this year, like,oh yeah, that's so cool. I
love it. That's not my bucketlist anymore. But it was just great,
you know, so great to bethere, so amazing, and it
was cool, like thirty degrees likethe desert can be yes, especially New

(20:41):
Year's Day, but beautiful, gorgeous. So with with the again, you
know it's that sound Jason. Canyou say, oh, the voice of
angels? Right? Yeah? Talkingabout everything I do want to from a
Jason's new pop song. You know, it's so funny. We miss a

(21:06):
window in our lives because Jason shouldhave been singing useful I have been singing,
and it's been doing the home andyou know happen. But the one
of them, whereas all of themhave sold lots and lots. But the
thing is that, you know, that pop song is really beautiful Jason,

(21:32):
what is Time to Let Go?Yeah? And uh, it has like
you know a lot of like kindof spiritual undertones in some of the messaging
there, you know, and it'snot about like, you know, like
letting yourself go. You know,it's not like where it's like, you
know what I'm not going to likeanymore. I'm just going to McDonald's for

(21:56):
now, you know. And it'snot about letting and then I'm talking.
It's you know, it's it's it'sin that that realm of you know,
how we give ourself permission to twolike either if if we're we're being called
to like a new direction in ourlife, if we're you know, looking

(22:21):
to just not be so wound upinside of ourself, you know, where
we're so like, oh, it'sgot to be perfect, you know.
It's it's more along those lines andand and making sure that that we're we're
not just you know, holding onto to tightly, you know, to

(22:45):
the past, that that we canopen up to a new version of ourselves
as well. And you know, part of what what people get hung up
about is is they don't know thedetail. It's like, well, what
what what is that going to looklike? Exactly if I if I just
you know, move in a certaindirection. And it's like, well,

(23:10):
sometimes people want to pre experience andexperience that they're looking to figure out all
the you know, the variables ofit. And yes, if you're a
rocket scientist, you know you're sendingsomeone to the moon, figure out all
those those uh you know what whatcould possibly go wrong and all that,

(23:30):
you know, but if you're like, if you're holding too tightly, you
know, in in some of theseareas where we're not trusting our deeper self,
then then we're we're just holding ourselvesback. And and so it's it's
a it's an encouragement, you knowabout again letting go, letting go and

(23:55):
just uh, you know in theToureau that's like the fool card, right,
and one is not a fool isone is not an idiot for it.
It's just one doesn't know all thedetails. But there's that direction and
that's that north star on the compassto to move towards and to trust that.

(24:15):
So all of that, My explanationwas as long as the song,
because the song is only two twoand a half minutes long. You know,
I think my explanation of the songwas like three minutes. You choose,
would you rather just listen to thesong and you know you can shake
your booty a little bit, rightor you can like just like oh yes,

(24:36):
yes, the theory of that thatresonates right, right, that's very
funny. But thanks for bringing itup, you know, because it's a
it's on Spotify, it's on YouTube, all the streaming services, iTunes,
Time to Let Go by Jason dMcKean, right, and it is.

(24:59):
I mean, it's good. Imean, I'm Jason should have been doing
this, you know, and hewas playing music, but he wasn't singing
and he needed to be singing thewhole time, you know, and the
alms that's all. But you know, it's just funny, you know.
I mean, we just, Iguess, don't have that much time in
our lives to do everything we wantto do. But certainly, you know,

(25:25):
because I chose. I chose becauseyou know, you want to do
what you do well. And youknow I was pointing to landers and everything,
but it's just the magic of landers, you know. I'd like anything
that has to do with celestial interesting, you know, our spiritual lives and
bringing it down to earth and creatingit magic in our present life each and

(25:48):
every step and however we could dothat. Sometimes it's not being in our
conscious mind, it's being in ourshamanic selves to create, you know,
a symbolism system that helps us overcomeblocks and get on with our life,

(26:08):
our real life, true love andreal love and happiness, you know,
what we really want to do withour lives. So yeah, and people
are so you know, I'm mixedup about some of that, and it's
not fun. That's never fun tobe in the mixed up place because we
all get there and we all haveto get ourselves out of it, for

(26:29):
sure. And but yeah, Ibut I am really glad that I chose
when because I was really good athorses. I still have horses I have,
but I went to equine science foryears. I was wanting to be
a horse veterinarian, and then Iwanted to be uh you know, and

(26:52):
then I had a lot of kids, you know, I had to have
a lot of stub kids and Ihad my kids, and so then I
decided I should do some art justto run away from home, you know.
And so I went to art schoolfor three and a half years and
that was fun. But then metaphysics, you know, was always really great
for me. I would just loveto study it. It was just a

(27:17):
hobby at first, you know.I opened up the store the malvou Shamann
and bought so many books and itwas fun for me to buy books and
all sorts of gifts and oh gosh, at the time, you know,
it was the you know, goshit it became the Sea Shepherd. But
you know, I mean all thatit's some of those really good projects that

(27:41):
used to be you know, inthe beginnings of when I had the store,
so some nonprofit corporation stuff that Iloved getting behind, some foundations and
stuff. Yeah, So anyway,I I you know, just that was
such an easy growth for me,and it's just continues to be the road

(28:02):
for me. And I love it, love my career, and love always
learning something new and always sharing somethingnew. And we're always you know,
in the process of teaching others andhave fun talking about it sometimes that creative
spark that we we keep inside, right, it's like you know, we'll

(28:26):
we'll express it in different ways too, you know. I feel that,
you know, music to me issomething very very personal. I've I've had
a very long relationship with it,Like I mean since I was four,
you know, taking piano lessons andthen playing for my you know classes and

(28:48):
all two playing in bands, composingyou know, It's like I've I've pretty
much run the gamut as far aslike all the all the styles of music.
But but yeah, singing. Singingis a way of like connecting to
one's one's heart center. And uh, you know it's a very direct way

(29:10):
of of expressing not only like anidea, but but just a feeling as
well. And and so you know, I'm I'm feel feel fortunate in being
able to carry a tune, youknow, so that people can listen to
it, Yeah, because I neverdeveloped but you know, definitely a voice

(29:37):
as well. Well. You know, my dad was an opera singer.
So oh what a weird coincidence.Yes, our dad was an singer.
Yes, very good voice. Andthen our brother is a voice, amazing
voice. It's a very funny voice. Fun and she's so funs for calling

(30:02):
is a comic and I'm sure yeah, totally man, she totally funny.
Well, life is still still early, you know, she could she could
do that, become a stand upmedian. Let's let's bring that up to
her next time. Well start filmingher. Yeah, I get you,

(30:25):
she's great, she's great funny. But that that creative spark, right,
huh, because you know it's liketaking something that you know, I mean,
one can just like create art ifthat's their their their goal, but
too to take that that creative sparkand also infuse that into metaphysics where where

(30:47):
there's uh a psychic science or manyof them, you know, in your
your case, where where you're channelingthat creativity into those modalities and and and
then you know, sharing it withothers, you're you're teaching, your counseling,
uh, the hypnotherapy, these areall there's a lot of creativity in

(31:12):
all of these things. You know, I find that that TAU is like
the most important creative work that I'vedone, you know, so far.
I guess in this life. Youknow, it's a it's it's very connective,

(31:33):
but it also there's there's a lotof you know, creative energy that
that is created in it. Soso again, you know, like at
at this time with Beltane, rightbecause it is a time of activating that
that spark, you know, puttingit towards you know, the you know

(31:53):
relationships. They're absolutely creative, right, Oh yeah, they can be if
you want them to be. Sparkfrom the spark of creativity can be a
creative project or it can be acreation of of people, it can be
a creation of children. M Yeah, It's like when when you get together

(32:21):
with with other people, it's like, you know, it's like you you
create an energy field, you know, and it's like it calls upon you
two to be interactive in that. You know. It's like, you know
something as as counselors, you know, we have to remind people that,
you know, it's never just aone and done kind of thing. It's

(32:42):
like a person sitting around going,I want a relationship. You know,
it's like, okay, you know, here's a person you know that you
can relate to. And it's likeit's it's never just a static thing where
it's like yep, we're just ina relationship now. It's it's it's ongoing,
it's moving. It's ever like youknow, growing stuff doesn't grow,

(33:06):
well, if it doesn't grow, then then it becomes stagnant and it like
trade your partner. Well yeah, according to like the Beltane official rules.
Right, it's like, okay, let's give this a year, but hey,
we can make them up as wego along. It's all right,
buddy, I gave you a year. You're out of here next right,

(33:35):
Well yeah, but learning to likeourselves just our alone time too, you
know, I mean, and beingcreative on our own Yeah, really strong
point of developing the self. Yes, I'm all for that. Would you
say that that's our first relationship,Well, it is. It is because

(33:59):
you know, I mean, we'vecome into this world to create ourselves for
sure, and creating our own realityis very important, very you know.
That's why when people say weird thingsor they you know, start making it,
creating a mess around them, they'remessy Marvin's you know. I mean
it's like, okay, messy Marvinis going to have a mess to clean

(34:22):
up. So be careful what yousay, what you're doing. You know,
there's consequences to everything. Make surethat those consequences aren't you know,
you don't want to be so careful. You're not risking anything in life.
But at the same time, it'slike, you know, if this is
a bad thing or a good thingperiod, you know, yeah, that's

(34:45):
just just my creative brain has alreadycreated like a book series called Messy Marvin
and you know his messy world adventurousright of like you know all these messes
that Marvin can create a people,do you know a messy Marvin? Well,

(35:09):
I know that people get themselves intomessy situations. There's there's no Marvins
that are just kind of there thatyou're like channeling. Yeah. Oh well,
there's definitely people who die who havecareful messes they didn't clean up in
this life. I mean, mygod. Yeah, so yeah, there's

(35:34):
a lot of that sad Yeah, even dying of a you know, being
sick and everything. You know,we have to be really careful about how
messy we create that. We haveto be on the well on the wellness,
you know, and our will halfwaymm hmm. Yeah. And those

(35:57):
are choices. Those are choices ofyou know what how you how you create
wellness and you can't be too fardown the road. You really got to
stop it in time, you know. Those are those are big things.
M hm. So so getting backto Beltane, you had read something earlier,
you know, before we went liveabout yeah, go on some of

(36:19):
the aspects you know, can youcan you re a quaint with that?
Did? Do you still have itin front of you? Oh? About
Blotane? Oh yeah, And thenI wanted to say about the Massy Marmon
thing. You know, I amdoing hypnothesia, you know, I do
hip hypnotherapy, and you know,Jason has a line of hypnotherapy. Uh

(36:43):
m, P three's as well.I mean I do, and he does,
and I do it for sessions overthere in person at my treatment center,
and Jason can do the same thing. Anyway. The bottom align with
that is I do also do hypnosiawith an antithesiologist. And so therefore,
you like blocking whatever, you know, you just can't get slim, You

(37:08):
just can't stop cigarettes. You justcan't you know, get you know,
working on your wellness, working onyour success blocks you know, we are
doing hypnothesia where I'm I anethesiologists.Well, put you in a light trance
so that you can't block the suggestionthat you give me. You so anyway,

(37:29):
just to let you know, sowhen you say block them, it's
like where the mind like wrestles witha suggestion, Yeah, let's sabotage that
I don't I'm really happy, yeah, or I don't really want to be
skinny. I'd really like to eatfive Sundays right now because I'm rebellious,

(37:50):
and something in my head says,oh, yeah, no, I can't
take that suggestion to Whereas when you'rein a more relaxed state of mind,
you're not trying to you're not tryingto pin the parent on me. You
know, you're going to be ableto you know past that. I'm going
past that, and you're going tohave to be able to you know,

(38:15):
go oh yeah, I hate that. It's it's like a clear reprogramming,
just clearing. Yeah, it's justhelping you. It's just supporting you to
make the right choices. You wantthe support. You know, the support
comes in again. You know whateverwherever those fails have been, you know,

(38:36):
you're allowing them not to get toyou. So anyway, that's that's
the whole mm hmm. You know, it's it's really I'm always trying to
think of what's the next brain mindtherapy or technology that would that best help
a lot of people. So anyway, so we're talking talking about Yeah.

(39:00):
Beltane is a celebration of union ofsouls, the union of minds, and
the union of bodies. The Earth'smother calls for progeny to replenish the earth.
Flowers decorate hair everywhere, Maple ribbondances with two circles, innerweaving around
a decorated tree or pool. Clockwisedance circles bonfires or candles to spark the

(39:22):
sacred fire of union infertility. Yeah, so, and it's just from Earth
coming back from its long winter nap, and you know it's really it's Oh
and then when you when you getdone with the maypole, what you're supposed

(39:43):
to say at the end is tolove and be loved and then you and
then the maypole stays there until SouthHalloween. And that's how babies are made.
Kids acutely regulation people. We're havinga baby today in our family,

(40:07):
right, Yeah. Lots of myweddings, right, I don't know,
is there a last weddings? Yeah? Are there a lot of like May
weddings. I know they're June weddingsbecause we're having one of those two.
Yeah, there's a June wedding coming. I guess that that year long kind

(40:30):
of like you know, just let'ssee and let's wait and see what happens
kind of it accumulates, right, and then it's like it's like if it
works, it's like, Okay,we're getting married in May, getting married
in June, right, so Ican give you back next year. Doesn't

(40:52):
work out, yeah, so markthat on your calendar. Is that every
want? I mean, hopefully ifit doesn't work out, it's like it
kind of like they don't wait fora whole year, you know, if
if someone does isn't like working outlike the first week, it's like,
you know, don't torture yourself.Let's let it dry and make it so

(41:15):
work out. So I'm pulling acard a right to look at it again.
Kind of this this spirit right ofthe you know, because it there's
there seems to be like some themeslike like the the warmth of spring of

(41:37):
you know, summer, that's that'sjust around the corner, like enjoying that
being being out, you know, planting, having those seeds planted, and
you know, it's like one islooking to see progress in that right one
is one is not just planning somethingby you're you're in the process of activating

(42:01):
it. So so the five ofcups, five of cups comes up.
So I see the five of cupsis how we manage expectations, right,
because you know, it's like wewe can you know, start the process

(42:22):
right of of of our you know, our project, you know, even
even in relationships, right and andthat the cups they represent the the investment
that that we place into a person, into an opportunity, an environment.
It's like it's it's us. It'sa part of us that lands in that

(42:45):
cup. And you know sometimes youknow, with with the people, you
know, it's like not everything islike it doesn't land in a way that
ah, it is like matching ourexpectation of it, because it's like,

(43:07):
you know, we want things towork out, and you know, it's
like some some people they may notlike have like, let's say, the
same feelings that that we have forthem, right, and so are they
a welcome receptacle in that you know, can they hold what it is that
that we are giving to them? And and if they can't, you know,

(43:30):
if it if they're if if thetiming is not right, if they're
they're just not a willing holder ofthat which we give them, then uh,
you know, in this this versionof the card, it's like you
know, one like fixates on thatwhich they can't have, you know,

(43:51):
the things that are not working right, and and it creates frustration, it
creates problems, and and so it'sa reminder that hey, there's there's stuff
that is working out, but buthow we can like fixate on those things

(44:13):
that don't work out. It's like, look at that and weirdly enough,
I see this card as one ofbeing able to let go you know,
seems to be a theme for melately, where we we let go of
that which is not like working forus, and we just you know,

(44:36):
we can say, you know what, maybe now is not the time whatever,
you know, to kind of likekind of uh, you know,
soothe our own being right, sothat that we don't like just get desperate
that we don't like, you know, undo ourselves by saying no, I

(44:57):
must have this. It's like pullback right and and again look at those
things that are are taking off foryou, so that you can focus on
those and and and allow for thosetwo uh you know, come into a
place of success for you. Right. Yeah, well I I I agree,

(45:19):
Like what that card is is allabout that don't fool yourself on who's
your friend or who's really your reallove partner sometimes, you know, because
it's the feelings can be a littlemuddled. And so the thing is is
that, uh, you know, when I have a whole line of h

(45:43):
MP three that I should really youknow, put out to you guys right
now is uh, it's too ifyou want a partner or a husband or
a wife. You know, theyare there on my website tarah insight dot
com. And the thing is isthat's the thing. Do not source on

(46:04):
someone that you can't have or isnot good for you. I mean there's
so many people like we want whatwe want and that sometimes you know,
you have asked for a really incrediblelife. You have to trust the universe
to give it to you. Ifthat's what you want, then you have
to trust it. It's what isyeah, so so yeah, so I

(46:32):
you know, for the source partof me, that's you know, on
all the moons and full ones, new moons, so so forth and praying,
you know how I do. Andit's it's like, don't put a
name or a face, say anythingthat you want, just ask for it.
The universe will give it to you. Your sentinels will give it to

(46:54):
you, your sentinels being archangels usually. And the thing is to say,
you have to ask the universe becauseyou have to be clear on what you
want. And that's with love andsince we're talking about battletine and love and
you know, just choosing somebody fromthe maypole. Yeah, but that's the

(47:15):
maypool of life. You know,we have a bigger maypole to choose from
to whereas we actually can connect ourfeelings, we can connect our the person,
and we don't. And if wealready have a person, then we
accept everything about them because you know, people aren't perfect and what yeah,

(47:37):
people aren't perfect anyway, but yeah, they're not going to be you know,
they're not going to get every checkon your list of what you want
to make. I mean, itjust doesn't really happen like that. And
so I don't know why. Idon't know why we're tested this way unless

(48:00):
unless that person, you know, they can like you know, have that
mete that you know checks off everybox and it's like, oh my god,
you won the lottery. Yeah, yeah, yeah, And you know
there is some of that, Thereis some of that. You know,
we can say that, you know, like you know, some relationships they

(48:20):
do check all the boxes. Butyou know, at the same at the
same time, you know, peopleneed to develop themselves and you know there
has to be you know, somerespect on people's time and energy you know
can't all go to you, butyou wanted to love it. But the
same is just sorce for the rightthing for you, Okay, And that's

(48:46):
you know, I try to makeit super general, so you're not sourcing
for somebody you already know who's notinterested or unavailable to you. Yeah,
I'd go for it. And becausethat's the hardest part of the sourcing is
not putting a name and face tothings to people. Because you get money

(49:08):
is an energy, call it inyou know, success, it's your effort
do it, you know, Imean all of it is just a you
know, like given a take, given a take, where are you willing
to put your energy? But anotherperson, you know, it has to

(49:30):
be somewhat karmic. You know, then you may not be on their same
path, even though it might besuper perfect the fit, the fit may
be really nice, but you justmay not be on their path, or
they might not be on your trajectoryeither. You know. That's the thing,
is that what is your trajectory inyour life? For your life and

(49:52):
your purpose in life. There's alot of purposes, you know, for
different things. You know, yourchildren, your parents, your friends,
your your work that you do,and and sometimes you don't really even know
what it is. It could bejust you know that you've lived such hardships
in different life times. Maybe you'resupposed to rest you know, the last

(50:15):
part of your life. But sometimesthe universe doesn't get it. When we
want to be invisible or we wantto you know, have a real simple
life, then they don't give youa lot of money to live that simple
life. So you have to askfor the right things. Hey, the's
a being beautiful dog. You mylittle granddogon anyway who runs anyway? Thank

(50:43):
you? They named him after you. So did you pull a did you
pull a card? Yes? Idid? Hey, hey, hey,
hey Mason. Now anyway, sowe have the Night of Cups. Wow,
more cups, more cups, morecups. So cups are about feelings.

(51:08):
So it's you know, coming maybeinto access with your feelings. How
about what will you say, Jason, Knight of Cups? And then all
you know, I I see theKnights as as like a like a Cards
of Action, where where one looksto activate themselves, you know, usually

(51:35):
nights they they find themselves in inchallenging territory, right when one might say,
oh, a battlefield, right,But you know it's like I think
that you know, just if ifwe're looking to like activate like a creative

(51:55):
spark, right, it's like, you know, we're looking to challenge ourselves
so that there's there's growth potential init, and that that's usually you know,
where it's not just a an easybreezy thing, you know, it's
like one one is looking to,you know, make sure that there's there's

(52:16):
a you know, a larger purposeto it. So with the Night of
Cups being that that Knight who islike looking to connect in that that heart
space, I think that you know, sometimes one looks to to magnetize what

(52:38):
it is that they want, youknow, instead of like uh, feeling
like one has to do like ahard work or a a you know,
like like adding an intensity to it. It's it's kind of like where one
is is knowing what it is thatthey want, but they're also looking to

(53:02):
to magnetize it to them as well, so that there isn't an air of
desperation about what it is that they'rethey're looking to bring to them that there's
there's a there, there is athere isn't I want to say ease,

(53:23):
you know, of of like likea knowing it's like that is what I
want and that is what I'm goingto get. But it's not like I'm
I'm just like making myself crazy. You know, trying to get it mm
hmm. But but one is activelypursuing it, but pursuing it in a

(53:43):
way that that there is a aknowing within again kind of this that this
heart center. And I think thatthat that the heart is where we activate
courage. It's where we activate aan ability to to not overthink a process

(54:04):
too, to not like it's it'sjust a different intelligence center within us.
And it is annoying, but butwe don't trip up over you know,
getting there in our head, right, yeah, yeah, And it is
it's about you know, the cupis being offered. So so how are

(54:29):
you going to go forward in inthat search? What are in the in
your already existing relationship? How areyou going to you know, conduct yourself?
And so sometimes you know, we'reweak, we're not that strong in
our thought process or our bodies totake us into you know, a long

(54:54):
term thinking or long term thought processthe visualization of what exactly are we going
towards. But the bottom line isis to stay on track on what you
want and what you need. Andand sometimes you know, it's really not

(55:15):
about throwing things away. It's aboutdeveloping ourselves into being loved, to love
and to be loved. Yeah,so that's why I think of the night
of Cups beautiful, beautiful. Youknow, as we as we wrap up

(55:37):
too, you know, time timegoes fast. You're just just talking with
you, Tara, and you knowto everyone else here. You know,
it feels like, you know, because the that that fire aspect of you
know, because the you know, summers on the way the warmth as as

(56:01):
we let it in, as aswe take in that that warmth, it's
it's definitely that fires. It's activatingfor us. And and so you know,
making sure that we're we're putting thosesteps forward in in in that process

(56:22):
of creation. Right. Creation isis a process you know, where where
something is growing continues to grow, and you know it's it's not a time
of rest. It is one ofbeing being active in that pursuit. So
you find those ways to be activeand to you know, pursue you know,

(56:49):
those those areas that you're looking toto inhabit. Two. To build
for yourself. Yeah, building buildingourselves, building our creative self, the
life we want to live. Webuild it, how we speak, how

(57:13):
we conduct ourselves, how we think, how we move forward. Oh,
the process, but it really isthe best when we do it as best
as we can. So what's yourwebsite, Tara? It is Tara Insight

(57:35):
dot com. Yeah, and youcan get there Tara Setton dot com too
if you can spell it. Imean, you know that's hilarious as that
been so hard to spell as butit's that. Yeah, And that's on
all my you know, it's TaraUnderscore Insight on Instagram, and it's Tara

(58:00):
Insider Tarah Sutton on x and it'salso on LinkedIn. I'm I'm pretty much
out there on TikTok, you know. I I've come to TikTok very late,
So you can follow me there ifyou want, because I have a
lot of followers on where else, but so much on and but but there

(58:22):
get they get a lot of hits, you know when you put out everything,
So I don't that's fun. Allof it's a grand ride, isn't
it? Just like lots of loveeverybody. And you're follow Jason at Jason
d McKean and he is the owntarot Wizard Instagram. Right, Nope,

(58:43):
I am Jason Taro Wizard on onInstagram. Uh tomorrow, I have I'm
at an event at the that's benefitingthe veterans, the Veterans Administration there in
Los Angeles, and it's a it'sa it's an art auction there in uh

(59:07):
in Brentwood and UH. And thenI'll be in Bakersfield May eleventh, which
is the Mother's Day weekend, butit's the Saturday, and and that'll be
a Mystic fair. I'll be oneof the readers there. We'll be reading
all day. So if you're inBakersfield, there's no excuse for you not

(59:30):
to show up, none, zerozero excuses to show up and to get
a reading. Okay. And soat the Veterans Administration, it's in Benton,
Brentwood, at the Veterans Administration building, the big building there, not
not the hospital, it's at theVeterans Home. But it's a it's an
art auction. It's like there's there'spractitioners who are you know, reading and

(59:53):
like I believe there's a raki masterand other modalities that are being showcased.
But but yeah, it's it's uh. The auction is is benefiting you know,
the proceeds are going to the vA and the veterans. So so

(01:00:16):
this is my little lap dog ofmy grand dog to be just across my
leg. It's huge. They're bothunderd pounds. Makes since one and he's
two. That's so cute. Yeah, but they're very funny. Yeah.

(01:00:43):
Well, thank you Tara. Let'slet's I love to and everyone. Thank
you so much. Blessings, yea, blessings, lot's blessings, love everyone,
thank you. It's like now youhave to reach the controls right over
