(00:00):
Cool. Welcome to Transformations with Tara. And I'm Tara Sutton and my guest
today is Rebecca Whitman and she isMagnetic Abundance and she has written a wonderful
book and we're going to talk aboutit, and we're going to talk about
(00:21):
the seven Pillars of Success. AndI have Jason McKean and he is the
voice of over a million oms throughoutthe world. He has a big line
of ome CDs and own meditations andhe is the OM Tara Wizard, which
is classes in Japan and all overAmerica. Welcome Jason, Welcome, thank
(00:46):
you, Thank you Tara, andHi Rebecca, thank you to see you
today. Sarah so excited to behere. I had so much fun meeting
Tara at a networking event and Ijust filed a connection with her right away,
so I'm excited to continue the conversation. Yeah, it was really fun.
Actually, I wanted to talk toyou about like that trip you just
(01:07):
took and everything, but I don'tknow. We'll talk about it on the
air unless you want to. ButI'm an open book. Ask me anything,
okay. And it's part of theMagnetic Abundance right to be able to
have such great places that you seein the world and get new ideas and
(01:30):
gain a footing of what magnetic abundanceis. So tell us how did you
get into magnetic abundance, Rebecca.Yeah, well, it's something that I
did not think I would be talkingabout on a podcast. I'm so delightfully
surprised and humbled that USA Today rankedme top five entrepreneurs to watch in twenty
twenty four because I didn't even thinkI'd be doing this line of work.
(01:53):
I actually moved to LA twenty threeyears ago to become an actress, and
although I had small parts on hugeshows like Friends CSI in twenty four,
I didn't catch a big break.So I found myself working at children's acting
schools, which I really enjoyed becauseI don't have kids and it's so much
fun to help kids with their performingarts goals. And while the kids were
(02:15):
off at school, I would studywith great spiritual teachers like Michael Back,
with Esther Hicks, Louise Hey,Wayne Dyer, and I really started applying
the law of attraction to my jobat the kids' acting school, and before
I knew it, I was makingsix figures working part time. I didn't
apply it so well to my lovelife, and I had the habit of
(02:38):
choosing emotionally unavailable, narcissistic men.I married one just sure I would change
him, and we all know howthat story turns out. Three years later,
I filed for divorce painfully, andas my marriage was slowly unraveling,
my dad was slowly dying, andI would fly back and forth from LA
(02:59):
to Cincinnati, Ohio, where Igrew up, and I didn't know which
conversation with my dad would be thelast questions. He said, you know,
you should write a book. Theway your living life is really interesting,
and I think you should share shareit with people. So a few
months later, my dad had passed, my marriage was dissolved, and I
was sitting across the desk from myfinancial planner and he said, Rebecca,
(03:23):
you lost your marriage and your dad, and you had to spend a ton
of money on attorneys and a settlementout of court and all this stuff.
But yet you became a self mademillionaire this year, and I think you
should teach people what you did tobe so resilient. So that's what led
to the book How to make asix figure income working part time which led
(03:44):
to coaching women on how to gofrom burned out and overwhelmed to balance beautiful
and abundant. And now I teachwomen all over the world. I teach
one on one groups and I leadinternational retreats helping people, not just women,
attract magnetic abundance in their life sothey can find more joy and freedom.
(04:05):
Right, I mean yeah, becauseI mean here it is. I
mean your dad's dying and your marriagesdissolving. I mean, you know,
most people crumble under all that. It's pretty it's pretty rough. You know,
they don't get up to make moneyusually, so you do have some
magic there that you need to helpothers to learn, for sure, definitely.
(04:27):
And it was those two areas ofmy life were very unmanageable and painful,
but I focused on what I couldcontrol, which were my daily habits
like a morning practice, meditation, journaling, exercising, having very so a
(04:49):
lot of social visits with friends thatcould hold me up, different things that
I explained in the book about howhow to be resilient no matter what life
throws at you. And these arethese are the things that carried me through.
And because I had to really dosuch a deep dive into my prayer
(05:10):
and meditation and socializing and exercising.I really surrendered and that's why I think
I ended up making more money thanI ever made that year because I had
to really like surrender to the universethat year because everything was so unmanageable.
Yeah. Interesting, I mean itis. It's an interesting process that you
(05:32):
that you really found the pathway becausea lot of people don't find that pathway
during those times. Yeah, thankyou. Yeah, it is the pillars
that you speak of. You knowwhat, what's what's the first pillar?
Where does one begin? Sure? The pillars are in order of importance in
(05:53):
my opinion, and how to builda balanced, beautiful and abundant life.
So it starts with spiritual and Iknow you guys are both master practitioners in
that arena. To me, havingthat reliance on the divine is what carries
you through and helps you live lifein a flow state where you can actually
(06:15):
enjoy life and not be full ofstress of trying to control and manage every
little detail. Because there's so muchgoing on in life right now, it's
so busy, So having that morningpractice is really important. And I met
a woman when I was a teenagerat a twelve step meeting. Her name
was Janet. I really think shewas an angel because she sat down next
to me and she said, I'mgoing to show you how to write in
(06:39):
a God journal, and she gaveme these life changing journal prompts, which
I immediately started using. A fewyears later, I added a few here
and there, and now I callit my Abundance Journal. And what it
helps you do is turn negative situationsinto positive learning experiences. It's a great
tool for reframing. It's a greattool for celebrating your wins acknowledging other people's
(07:03):
wins so you can learn from others. And I'm actually going to give this
as a gift to your listeners atthe end of the show, so be
sure you all listen till the endof the show because this has been the
number one tool for developing a relationshipwith spirit in my life. So having
that morning practice is the first pillar. The second pillar is exercise, so
(07:26):
important to take care of the body. I'm really big on exercising, supplements,
hydration, all things health and wellness. The next pillar is emotions.
I believe that all emotions come fromfear or love, or you could say
scarcity or abundance. There's either notenough of what you think you want or
(07:47):
there's more than enough. And ifwe can switch our mindset from scarcity to
abundance, we can start magnetizing moreof what we want. The next pillar
is romantic. Having a romantic partnerthat enhances your life and makes you your
energy amplify is so important. Youknow, our auric field is thirty feet,
(08:09):
so the person who's spending the nightwith you is definitely affecting your aura.
So having that loving presence is soimportant. I think it's actually better
to be alone than with somebody who'snegative or toxic. The next pillar after
romance is mental, and that iscontinuing to learn, so learning from Jason
and his awesome taro teaching, orlearning from Tara in this awesome podcast and
(08:33):
all her different ways that she doesreadings and teaches people about life and themselves.
So continuing to learn as mental. The next one is social, and
that is community. We are verylonely right now. There's a mental wellness
epidemic of loneliness, suicide, depression, anxiety. So having community, having
(08:56):
like minded people like the people wholisten to this show, people in your
yoga class, your church, yourtemple, your twelve step meetings, just
to lift you up and carry youthrough life. And then finally financial And
everybody thinks magnetic abundance means money, but actually money is the last piece of
the puzzle to come into place, because when you have friends and love and
(09:20):
you're healthy and you're spiritually connected, then money comes in easily. But if
you just focus on money, money, money, money, money, and
ignore your health and ignore your lovelife, and ignore your friends and your
ignore your relationship with the divine, then you can become really sick. And
money is the last piece of thepuzzle to click into place. And those
(09:43):
are the seven pillars. I loveit. I love it. They're wonderful.
Yeah, it's well well rounded, covers all of the all of the
bases, which is that's that's whatmakes the pillars, I guess, because
they're they're holding everything up. That'sright, they're holding or they're like seven
spokes of a bicycle wheel. Ifone is broken, the wheel doesn't work.
(10:07):
They all are very interconnected and theyall work together. Yeah. Does
uh do you find that that thepeople that you work with that there's a
a common beginning point as far asfor for most people, as far as
or do you steer them to againkind of that that first spoke or the
(10:31):
first pillar, that that spiritual one, so that they are getting in touch
with their their own core, theirown passions, their their own motivations.
Well, people usually hire me becausethey're stuck in one of the areas or
more so, in order to getthem unstuck, I teach them a framework
(10:54):
called the four a's of transformation. The first A is awareness of where they're
stuck and awareness of their old pattern, an old story. So let's say,
for example, that somebody is hiringme because they want to manifest their
soulmate. You know, one ofmy courses is how to manifest your soulmate
(11:15):
in midlife. And they are stuck. They keep dating the same guy over
and over and over again. Hegives changes clothes and addresses, but he's
the same type of person. That'swhat happened to me. Maybe they have
an old story, like all thegood ones are already taken. I'm too
old that all the time. Yeah, I'm unlucky in love. My picker's
(11:37):
broken. Whatever their old story is, we talk about that, We bring
it to the surface because a lotof people don't even know what their old
story is. They're not aware ofthe words that they say and how their
words manifest. So the first dayis awareness. The second A is acceptance,
not to judge, not to say, oh, I've had so many
(11:58):
classes with Jason and with Tara,I should know better. I shouldn't be
saying all the good ones are alreadytaken. I've studied the law of attraction
and beat yourself up. No,no, no, accept it. Okay,
I just realized I have this oldbelief, this old story that all
the good ones are already taken. So the next AA is acceptance. The
(12:18):
next A after that is action. So what action are you willing to take
to get a different result? Youknow, maybe you are willing to go
on one Internet data week. Maybeyou are willing to break up with that
old boyfriend that fits like an oldpair of outdated genes. You know,
(12:39):
it fits comfortably, but it's outdatedand not working anymore. So what action
are you willing to take to changethis old habit? And then the final
A is an affirmation. And that'skind of like the magic fairy dust that
I throw on I flip the oldbelief into an affirmation. So if the
old belief is all the good onesare already taken, we flip that into
(13:01):
an affirmation like there are more thanenough choices to find my soulmate. I
have so many options, you knowwhatever. The opposite of the old belief
is that resonates with the client, and then every time that old belief comes
up where they think all the goodones are already taken, then they will
(13:22):
say, I have so many choicesof potential soulmates. So that is kind
of how you rewire some old patterns. And you can do that literally with
all seven pillars of abundance, becauseusually somebody has a limiting belief or an
old story in each of the sevenpillars on why they can't get it to
a level ten. Yes, yeah, I know it, and it just
(13:48):
goes round and round and round.Yeah, souly that I love thing,
and the money thing, and thehealth health is as well, and the
health thing. Yeah, those arethe three areas where people tend to get
stuck, really stuck. So yeah, and the thing, you know,
because people don't want to eat anapple, they don't want to eat even
(14:09):
one little blade of lettuce. Yeahshe does, you know, tastes so
much better, but he does haveno nutritional value. Not about training yourself
to actually like the healthy things, the healthy food, the healthy people,
you know, the healthy work situations. Because we get trained based on our
(14:33):
childhood to be comfortable and the familiarright, family are familiar. So it's
about breaking out of those old storiesand old paradigms into the next best version
of yourself. Yes, beautiful, that is beautiful. So so so you
(14:54):
have a book. Let's talk aboutyour book. Yeah, so the book
has seven pillars of abundance. Iknow, I'm on a virtual screen.
Seven pillars of abundance. And thecool thing is after each chapter, because
I'm such a big believer in affirmationsI give you if you're stuck in that
(15:16):
area. Even if you don't hireme as a one on one or group
coach or go to my retreat, you can get three affirmations to get you
unstuck. So after each chapter there'sthree affirmations. So for example, spirituality,
I am a spiritual being having ahuman experience. I have a connection
(15:37):
to the divine that gives me peaceand ease. I am able to go
with the flow and know that everythingworks out for me after, so you'll
get twenty one affirmations that are lifechanging. Plus in each chapter I give
you practical tips, tools and strategieson how to have a breakthrough in one
of these seven pillars. Very nice. Yeah, And sometimes I feel that,
(16:03):
you know, like, because Iam around a lot of spiritual people,
is that you know, the spiritualpeople I need to bring back down
to earth that you live in earthlife, and so to actually source on
creating what is really great upon theearth, and that is you know,
great food, great experiences, greatlove, great you know, uh,
(16:29):
money and security and you know, and then with the people who are too
earth based, is to help them, you know, really release the gravity
off their body to experience, youknow, a more joyful, amazing experience
of knowing that you know, thevibrancy of everything is just theired it is
(16:56):
all around you, and if youtap into it, it's just much more
fun than just thinking about money orbeing anxious about what's in it for me.
Yeah, yeah, I mean it'ssuch a balance because if you're just
in your spiritual life, which isjust the first pillar, then you're out
of balance, right, You're justfocused on your relationship with the divine and
(17:21):
you're missing out on the sensuality oflife, the food, the fabric,
the music, the beautiful artwork, you know, all five senses. So
a great way to get people outof their ethereal world into their body is
to get in touch with your fivesenses. You know, what are you
seeing, what are you smelling, what are you tasting, what are you
(17:42):
touching? And how can you reallyenjoy that and be present in the moment.
And we are spiritual beings having ahuman experience. We're going to be
spiritual beings forever, so we mightas well enjoy our human experience while we're
here. And you know, oneof my favorite spiritual teachers, I think
(18:03):
I don't remember you guys. Mightknow you guys are such students of spirituality,
but I think it's a bug ofa geeta or something. But it
says that the rarity of a soulhaving a human incarnation is like a turtle
putting its nose through an inner tubein the middle of the ocean. Like,
there's so many souls out there thatwould just love to be in a
body and have this human incarnation. It's so rare and such a great opportunity
(18:27):
to be here and to really appreciatebeing here and all the beauty that comes
with being on the earth and havinga body and all of that. Yeah,
well, I just read a bookcalled Soul Writers where I asked three
spirits who I knew very very wellin life, and they were very prolific.
(18:48):
Two were huge, you know, metaphysical authors, and one was a
wonderful healer from Ireland. And yeah, yeah, you were just in Ireland,
I know. Anyway, So thething is is that it's eighty seven
questions about the other side, andso it is it's about, you know,
(19:12):
we're so lucky to have a bodyand to experience the life, and
so they you know, they basicallythey tell us all about that in their
way. And it was it's funbecause since I'm so prolific in automatic writing,
you know, it's really great tohear Jess Stern talk about you know,
(19:36):
who's a great author wrote Yoga,Youth and Reincarnation in eighteen sixty five,
is on the New York bestseller list, one of the real forerunners of
Eastern thought in the Western world. And you know, I feel that it's
it's just so fun to hear theirtalking about things because they studied it on
(19:59):
Earth, and now I'm trying toget them to talk about it on the
other side, to tell us.So I was maybe my role all the
time just to be here. Whowere the three great teachers that you channeled?
Jess Stern and he made Edgar Caseyfamous with The Sleeping Prophet, the
(20:19):
book The Sleeping Prophet, and YogiYouth and Reincarnation and a lot of other
bestsellers he had. And then DickSutton and who I was married to for
thirty two years. And then wehave Patrick Smith and he wrote You Were
(20:42):
Born Again to be Together, andwe wrote Soul Agreements and some other books.
He was They were well, youknow, well liked in the world.
And and then the Irish. TheIrish Seer was Patrick Smith, and
we met him in Ireland and knewhim quite well. He married a friend
(21:04):
of ours and so he he's thethird person in my spirit guide. She
orchestrates all of it. Oh,this sounds amazing. I want to read
the book. Yeah, it's kindof it's a fun book. Everybody's liked
it so far that's reading it.So it's been fun that way, very
informative, you know, it's it'slike having that perspective from the other side
(21:27):
from uh, you know, peoplewho know how to to speak and communicate
really because they're they're professional writers. It's very concise. Yeah, but there
their voices come through it very verystrong, and I knew them all too,
and I'm going, yep, thatthat is exactly that person, right
right. Yeah, it's fun.Yeah, I just let them go,
(21:51):
you know, I just okay, there's my hand. They can you know,
they can write whatever they want, talk about what that, whatever they
want. Wow. Where your bookavailable? The book is available on Amazon
and Audible. Okay, Yeah, did did you enjoy did you do the
(22:11):
voice reading it? I read it? Yeah, I did. It was
enjoyable, but also very meticulous becauseif you like, smack your gums or
if there's you know, the michits your shirt or I mean, then
then they had to re record. So it was a it was a two
(22:33):
day process sitting in a tiny littlestudio. I enjoyed reading it because I
believe it or not, I don't. I didn't prof read my book.
I hired someone else. Like itwas like giving birth. I channeled it,
put it on the paper, andthen I was done. I'm a
huge believer of done is better thanperfect, and I'm a recovering perfectionist,
(22:56):
so today I strive for imperfection. So I didn't want to be that person
who went over the book over andover again. So very good, got
it done, hired an editor. So reading it out loud, I was
like, oh, wow, thisis actually pretty good. I really enjoyed
it. Did you add that?Did you go oh wow, I can't
(23:17):
believe I wrote that. That's reallygood for you listening out there, it's
like, really pay attention to thispart. Because I was hitting the nail
on the head here. I waslike that too. I mean I just
thought I was just such a nonwriter, and I got sucked into it
very early I started writing. Ihad a friend who was an editor of
(23:41):
New York magazines and every magazine shewas involved with, like Woman's Own and
American Woman and l Magazine, andI think she was on Cosmo for a
little bit. Anyway, she wouldhave me do all these articles on numerology,
astrology, handwriting analysis, you nameit. You know I would do
(24:03):
them for and so, I,you know, I had to like get
my writing ability up, and itwas. It was tough. And so
then when I started my column.I did Cause and Effect, which was
in nineteen ninety one. I didif you had a question, I would
my spirit eye would would either bringin someone who loves you very much or
(24:29):
your spirit guyde and they would talk. They would write through my hand and
answer your questions. And so thatbecame very popular for well, it's still
popular, but you know, becamereally popular when I was doing it,
and they all questions came in allover the world and so so yeah,
that channeled information. It got realeasy. So I just started really trusting
(24:52):
what I started putting down on paper. And then now I've done the moon
articles for twenty years, so youknow, I've I do all the phases
of the moon, you know, talk about them, especially the fullman.
Yeah, I see the moon behindyou. That's a that's a beautiful thingating.
I think I'm going to have youanalyze my handwriting because my handwriting is
(25:15):
kind of like crazy. It's verysloppy. Well maybe you think you're going
you're thinking all over the place, maybe mm hmm. Yeah, I'm I'm
I can I can eaten it up. But I think it's like very juvenile
handwriting, Like it looks like ateenager kids. I'm just going to remind
(25:37):
you that you're not you're trying notto do perfection. Yes, I'm definitely
living that in my handwriting. Butbut do you write? Do you write
a lot? Though? I mean, because these days it's like, you
know, a lot of us arekind of typing stuff out. I do
because my journal is my biggest connectionto the divine that I do the gift
(26:00):
that I want to give your listeners. You a bud Ins journals, so
I write in that every day.And I also have an old fashioned planner
where I actually write my to dolist out, so I do. Right,
Yeah, it's good. I knowthey don't even teach it in school
anymore. Right, And I wantto write thank you notes. I bought
(26:22):
a huge box of thank you cardson Amazon with an intention of writing more
thank you notes, and I don'tdo it. But I think getting a
handwritten thank you note is so rareand such a nice thing to do for
people really really looks them up.So it's so old school it is beautiful.
I love it. Yeah, itis. It is wonderful to get
(26:45):
a hands written note. It's like, oh my god, people can write,
you know, Yeah, it wouldbe nice, like maybe even for
you and one of your sessions inyour seminars to do thank people with little
thank you notes. You know, what what do they? What do you
bring into my life? You know, because I have a friend who's dying
(27:08):
well, I mean she she hasa rare form of cancer, and she's
written me a thank you note recently. It's you know, so it was
a really beautiful thing. It's whenyou know, you get these little and
she does it through the internet too, but you know, the handwritten note
was like amazing. Yeah. Ithink saying thank you is just I think
(27:34):
that if you only had one prayerto say to the universe, it would
be thank you, because when you'rein gratitude and thanks, then the universe
just keeps giving you more. SoI love, I love the word thank
you. To say that after youraffirmations, really I feel like makes them
go out to the universe and broadcastright and to mean it, you know,
(27:57):
because so many people are so anxiousthese days, they don't realize that,
you know, you have to getinto the grace of saying thank you,
that it's a you know, it'sa it's really an empowerment. It
empowers you when you you go intothe graciousness of where you are and what
you're doing, what journey you've beenthrough, because you know, not everybody's
(28:21):
journey is not easy. So everybodyhas something they have to do they're dealing
with, you know. Yeah, yeah, so so Rebecca, how amight
you like this this idea of gratitude, right, this practice of gratitude,
because when when we speak of abundance, it's it's seems like it's the another
(28:41):
aspect of abundance, right, becausewe can be in a place of like,
well, I want this, Ineed this, I want want,
want, need, need need right, looking for that abundance, but to
to be in a place of gratitudefor what you are given, what you
acquire, you know what comes in? Right? That that is like it
(29:06):
feels like the essence of like thespiritual connection with what it is that you're
looking to bring in. How isit that that you feel that the gratitude
is a part of the equation there. I think the Buddhist saying is happiness
(29:26):
is not getting what you want, but wanting what you have, And when
you want what you have, thenyou get more of it. It's like
when you focus on the lack andthe wanting. The universe thinks of you
as someone who's lacking and wanting, and you get more lack. If you
focus on the gratitude and being sohappy for everything you already have, then
(29:51):
you become magnetic and you can drawmore of what you want in. So
there's always something to be grateful for, even if it's a basic as ten
fingers and ten toes, four limbs, your next breath, food and shelter,
the Wi Fi that you're listening tothis podcast, on the car that
(30:11):
you drive, just being on theplanet, like we talked about earlier,
having food to eat, air tobreathe, water to drink, indoor plumbing,
Like getting so basic with your gratitudeis something that is another way to
start amplifying your abundance. It feelslike part of what you can like bring
(30:37):
to people too, is that awareness, that understanding of like getting down to
a like the foundations too, youknow, because what you just spoke of
is like it is the it isthe foundation of like everything else that we
build on in the world. It'slike we have to have of, you
(31:00):
know, health, We we haveto have our health to be able to
do anything right where we're like feelinggood, because if we're not feeling good,
then you know, we can havethe biggest dreams in the world,
but we're not going to pursue thembecause we don't feel good. And so
exercise making sure that you know, our physical being, that we're sustaining it,
(31:25):
that we're eating eating right nutritionally. You know, I think we're talking
about Cheetos earlier, and we probablywon't get the free Doo lay endorsement of
the program, but that's okay, because you know, we do we do
want to promote like, uh,you know, the the sustainment of of
(31:49):
of well being. M Yeah,it's like it's like my coffee here,
it's not coffee, it's a it'sa little macho lot. But I just
started to make a macho latte thismorning and I thought, you know,
because it'd be kind of fun tohave one, and it was like,
why, I don't really know howto make it. And so I started
making it and it was like, well, you know, I need to
(32:09):
put a little bit of a supergreen in it, and then I put
in you know, black women andcoriander, and I started just putting all
sorts of stuff. So that's whatI'm drinking. So it's no longer a
much drink. Yeah, and soit's hilarious. You know, I just
can't get away from like, ohno, it can't be that. It
(32:30):
has to be you know, Ihave to make it healthy. Yeah,
so you go the other way. That's that's why you're glowing. I like
making you know, healthy concoctions too, So yeah, yeah, but it's
it is getting really basic with yourgratitude because how you start the journey determines
(32:52):
the journey you have. So ifyou start the journey and you're not grateful,
if you're in anxiety and depression andyou're wanting to fill the god size
hole in your heart with getting thebig house or the big career, the
soulmate when you get it, you'renot going to be happy because happiness is
a decision. Happiness is an insidejob. Nothing on the outside is going
(33:15):
to fix you. So how youstart the journey determines the type of journey
you have. And to me,the whole point of life is, you
know, to be of happy, enjoy a service, and not to be
so self obsessed that you're always thinkingof your your acquisition and your dream,
(33:35):
but to enjoy the journey because wenever know when our departure data is and
we want to make the most ofevery day that we're here. It's true,
yeah, because you just never know, because it is like what is
it that you want to do thatyou keep putting off? You know,
like that trip to Ireland that youjust teck? Yeah, yeah, you
(34:00):
know, my interest is piqued. What happened with Ireland? I just got
back there. I actually had avision of traveling the world with my soulmate,
and I married my soulmate Ben ontwelve twenty one, twenty one at
twelve twenty one PM because I amall about alignment. That's why you love
it, get your life aligned inthese seven areas. And my vision was
(34:24):
to travel the world with him.And we've only been married now for just
over two years, and we've alreadygone to Fiji, Mexico, Portugal,
Spain, and now Ireland and we'regoing to did you just say only we've
only been there. It's a lotof places so far. It is a
lot we're going to keep going. And it's so funny because my first husband
(34:50):
had tremendous anxiety. I didn't evenask him if he liked to travel.
Oh boy. Before I married himand I had this vision, I actually
hate to travel. I have extremeanxiety getting on planes and like going through
the security line and all this stuff. So I was like, Wow,
this is really going to be tough. I guess I have to travel the
world alone or with friends because Ihave wanderlust. I want to like see
(35:13):
the earth while i'm here on it. And it's so great that I'm living
this vision now with my current husband. Yeah, it's nice. So where
are you gonna go next? That'sa great question. He asked me that
on the way back from Ireland onthe plane. I'm like, I don't
know. I'm still assimilating. Actually, next is I'm going to Blize because
(35:35):
I'm hosting an international women's retreat there. It's a luxury wellness retreat where we're
going to be doing a deep diveinto these seven pillars and really helping women
level up and all these areas oflife. And there's going to be yoga
and sound bath and a beautiful ceremonyin front of a waterfall. So Belize.
(35:58):
I'll be going there in October.October, Okay, So how can
they find you to sign up forthe Belize seminar. Yes, well,
I'm going to share my link treewith you and the show notes. Everything
to do with me is in mylink tree, my website, my podcast.
I have three openings this month fora complimentary coaching call. They go
(36:24):
very quickly, so if you feelcalled, definitely make sure you snag one
of those three spots. So it'sall on my link tree. Okay,
in your link tree and through Instagram. No, you can share it in
the show notes, but my linktree in my Instagram link in bio.
Yeah, if you go to myInstagram at Rebecca E. Whitman, it
(36:45):
is my link in bio as well. That's fantastic. Do you know,
do you like incorporate like Kundalini activationas well in in you know, your
work shops. I just did aan abundance It was it was like a
(37:06):
combination to row and in Kundalini activation. Uh event for it was it was
Live've done it online as well becauseit works online. But uh, you
know, to to kind of getthe energies moving right for people to to
clear stuff out to make room forthe next you know what what it is
that they're they're looking to bring. That sounded like a really cool. That
(37:29):
sounds really cool. Uh, Iwant to go. Yeah, we don't
do Kundalini yoga, but I am. I am definitely a big believer in
movement and moving the energy in yourbody and changing your physical state definitely makes
you more open for breakthroughs and change. Yeah. Yeah, sometimes it's like
(37:50):
this, this particular one, itwasn't the yoga. It was just a
an activation, a Kundalini activation.Uh. My my friend colleague Alaire,
she she liked did that part ofit. I did the the integration afterwards
where it allows for people to sharetheir experience, and then with the Terreau,
which helps bring awareness about you know, what what the blocks are and
(38:15):
if if we're like have the mentalblocks or the spiritual blocks, you know,
to to come into that place ofawareness where we can start working on
switching things up, you know, changing it up so that we're not just
on rinse and repeat, just doingthe same patterns over and over that we're
(38:36):
really looking to, you know,go for the next level in our life.
That sounds amazing. The next timeyou do the workshop, let me
know. I'd love to. I'dlove to attend. I love the tarot.
It's so funny because right when Igraduated from Princeton, I moved to
New York City and I took atarot class and I wanted to be this
(39:00):
was trendy then in the mid ninetieswhen I graduated college, I wanted to
be that girl and like the cutecafes in the West Village going up to
people asking can I give you areading? I love it. I got
distracted with other things, with actingand then eventually sales. But yeah,
I really admire the Tureau. It'ssuch a great methodology to teach and to
(39:24):
help people with, Yeah, tocultivate awareness, you know, and and
again that that full being, theholistic approach to it. You know,
it's like in my experience, youknow, working with Terra and you know,
for for years and years and years, it's like, you know,
it's it's like you become aware oflike the full being, the spiritual being,
(39:47):
the physical being, all all ofthat wisdom you know, comes to
the fore in it, and youknow, so it's it's it's helpful,
you know, to people so thatthey can get to the next level.
Yeah. Yeah, it's very interestingthat you guys are brothers, brother and
(40:08):
sister and you're both psychic. Solike what happened when you guys were growing
up, Like who realized first thatthey had like the yeah, yeah,
the whole family now is into psychicstuff. But yeah, Jason really yeah,
I taught a boot camp, psychicboot camp, and so he was
(40:32):
part of the boot camp. Andyeah, so the tureau, he was
really good at it. You know, I see what modality you're really good
at. So I really pushed himfor that one, and so he took
off with it. It was great. Well, that's so great to watch.
It's now been ten years, elevenyears. I've been doing it professionally
(40:57):
for ten years or so. Yeah, Like prior, I was an artist,
a musician, you know, soI've always been a sensitive, you
know, individual accomplished artists. Andalso you know, it's like I've always
been interested in that which runs deeper, you know, not just the superficial,
but you know, psychology, philosophy, all these things, and I
(41:22):
get to use it every day now. Well, and it's like those curtains
behind him, you know, Ozstepped out in front of the curtain,
you know, because he was thewizard. He was amazing behind the scenes
and you know, producing great meditations, the Ome, you know, like
it's an over a million cell sellerout there. Yeah, the Ome Recordings.
(41:49):
And you know you think, oh, but he came out to share
himself even more so it's you looklike a wizard. Yeah, yeah,
no I am. I have thebeard and everything wizard. Yeah. So
(42:12):
