(00:02):
Welcome to Transformations with Tara. Myname is Tara Septan and my guest and
co host is Jason de Muckin, and he is the voice of over a
million own recordings throughout the world. And thank you Jason for being on the
show. He's just a reverend,a wizard, the own Tara Wizard.

(00:25):
He is, has a lot ofmeditations, a lot of music out there,
a lot of own recordings. So, hey, good morning, Tara,
thank you for having me on Transformations. Yeah, it's great. Yeah.
So today we were going to talkabout recharge, and we thought recharging

(00:51):
everywhere in your life, you know, recharging with life, recharging your health,
recharging your money, recharging your youknow, attitude. We can recharge
everywhere, can't we. Yeah, recharging your relationships. Yeah, there we
go. There's there's a lot toit, a lot to it. So
where where do we start? Right? Where do we start? You know?

(01:15):
Is there a foundational aspect? Ithink that you know, it's like
we have to come to like acertain intention within ourselves to like, you
know, want to do it,to to want to to recharge, to
take the time to do it rightright, recharge your time, you know,
and to like you know, likereset ourself to to make sure that

(01:42):
our own energy level is it ishigh, so that that we can then
extend ourselves, you know, outout into the world. But uh,
you know, how does one rechargethemselves? Well, you you know,
you can be forced charge yourself,or you can you know, I've been
going to that, or you canbe you know, doing on your own

(02:07):
recharge. So that's the thing ineverything, is that we if we take
a moment to breathe deeply and decideto recharge our life, it's a really
good thing if we decide instead ofit being decided for us and then scrambling

(02:27):
to try to fix whatever it isit's broken. I mean to be clear
right as far as like, youknow, when when one is like being
forced or whatever, it just feelslike, you know, we can like
kind of wear ourselves down, right, you know, it's like a you
know, we can get you know, uh, just be at a at

(02:53):
a point where it's like, okay, we're we're just kind of like being
forced to just to slow down andto you know focus in on you know,
something specific within ourselves. But yeah, that that idea of of just
deciding, you know, it's like, you know, I I need to

(03:15):
focus in on on an area youknow, of of like either self care
or something so that my own beinghas enough sustainability, you know that that
energy, I mean that that's ahuge part of it is is that just
the continuation the uh so that we'reable to stick to you know what it

(03:42):
is that our our goals are andnot burn out? Right, Ye?
So so what's what's a what's agood way to what it was like on
the fence about if they need torecharge or if they're they're you know,
don't know if they if they're likein a place of needing some self care.

(04:10):
Well, a lot of people getreally confused, you know. I
mean we live in a very organicworld where we can become confused by what
we eat sometimes and you know, like I talk about you know nutrition,
you know, true nutrition is isreal food. It's not party food,

(04:34):
party voodoo. Yes, I meanI do I love party food, but
it's not true nutrition. So thatusually is you know, something that needs
to go out, you know. And I can't imagine, I mean,
just like with the little health crisisI had a couple of weeks ago.
I can't imagine if I hadn't been, you know, like I I met

(05:00):
the barn every day and so Iget miles you know of walking, and
I get a lot of I mean, I'm very like regimented about my food
and I can't imagine if I wasn't, because you know, I would really
be in big trouble. Yeah.Yeah, as far as you know,

(05:25):
sometimes we want to kind of smooththings over with comfort food and just like
you know, I just want to, like, if I'm not feeling well,
I want to eat something that youknow, puts a smile on my
face for the moment, but maynot be fully you know, you know,

(05:47):
healthy for you, you know,as far as like coming back to
a place of strength for yourself, right right right, So yeah, I
mean you know, and and youyou you tend to take some of that
for granted if you just are robust, you know, and then all of

(06:08):
a sudden it's just not there. You know, the slippery banana peel comes
along and it's like, oh mygod, do I have a chance to
recharge here or I am I completelydown and have to get back up and
try to figure it out. Yeah, and so yeah, that's not fun
either. So you know, makethat that choice right, Make that if

(06:30):
it's a hard choice, make thehard choice right to reclaim you know,
a place of health rather than justyou know, doing something that feels like
it's it's easy, right, andthat you know, you're you're looking to
like just soothe the momentary. It'slike, you know, sometimes it takes

(06:56):
a little bit too to get backup to operating speed, right. But
I would say vitamins. Vitamins arereally good, you know, have it,
making a health food shake every day. That's a good way to like
start kind of recharging your life.Like just make different little steps every day.

(07:20):
Walking is good. You know,I love my gym too, But
you know, sometimes the walking isthe first step of keep moving forward,
because that's what we do on theplanet is progress. So we just have
to keep moving forward in a progressive, good way. And that's why it's

(07:43):
always so good as far as thepositive reinforcement of words. You know,
Jason and I were just laughing beforethe show because we went out for this
little tiny look like it wasn't evenopen. It's so dark in there,
but it's a little coffee shop, and so we went in to have a

(08:05):
tea and Jason was running around, running me around to like pick up prescriptions
and stuff, and so, youknow, because Jason's a good brother.
He's a very good brother. Anyway, So anyway, we're in and I'm
in pretty pretty bad pain still, and I'm We're in this coffee shop and

(08:26):
this guy and Jason says, it'sthe pickup line. But what did he
say? You look? You look, you look like you're gone, like
you're resting in peace. You know, it's not much of a pickup line.
I mean, you know, butit's because I was kind of laid

(08:50):
back and you know, closed myeyes and you know, and it was
just like, you know, anybodyhe's going to be doing the curses here
was like, what in the areyou doing? I didn't say that,
but it was like, yeah,no, not yet. I don't even

(09:13):
know what I said. Yeah, words are powerful words. I mean I've
felt witch hecks right there, Likewhat yeah, because I was like,
I'm gonna walk out the door. You know, this is a pretty good
time. But mm hmm, yeah, Well what did you tell him?

(09:41):
Did you like kind of pep uplike instantly from that and say no,
I'm not dead yet. I thinkyou laughed. I think I laughed and
in Oh my god, say thatto everybody. I think I said something
like that. Yet on him, that's interesting for a stranger to to say

(10:07):
that. You know, it's likeyou look like a conner. Jeez.
Yeah, it's closing my eyes.I'm in pain. Can't you see that?
All right? Yeah? Yeah, but it was nice. It was
nice to be out with Jason. And you know it wasn't contagious, so

(10:30):
yes, so it was all good. So words, you know, they
have an impact certainly, you know, and you know what we what we
tell ourselves to to, you know, because we can be recharging from what
we feel, you know, likehas been an over exertion of our own

(10:54):
energy, or you know, ifwe've been in fighting mode for a little
bit, you know, if we'vebeen in crisis mode, if we've been
just pushing ourselves so much, it'slike, okay, you know we can
we can pull back, all right. And and yet the words, you
know, if we if we tellourselves you know, I am I am
so tired, you know, wecan are there other ways to rephrase it

(11:22):
so that so that we don't likedo a self programming on ourself that that
is like detrimental over the long haulof it, you know, can we
give ourself phrasing that is like no, I may be like tired now,
but I'll be back. I'll beback into it, you know in a

(11:46):
few days or you know, it'slike it's important for me to love on
myself for for a little bit hereand and not to push myself. Well
yeah, and the thing is isthat, well I think that really,
you know, you could be askingfor a healing and you know, because

(12:07):
I certainly was, you know, always like to be super strong, and
so I you know, it's justthat what's the healing, what's the crisis
going to be? Point B?And you withstand the crisis point of the
healing. So because there's always goingback and fixing whatever's kind of broken,

(12:28):
so you have to be ready forit. And so yeah, it's it's
been in bed for a couple ofweeks and yeah, slow me down a
little bit enough to take care ofyourself. And and the thing with I
notice, you know, as atherapist and stuff is we get you know,
because I teach everybody to be focusedon you know, focus mind and

(12:50):
strong mind, and it's all aboutstrengthening through hypnosis and meditation, you know,
you you focus in and what youwant those goals that's us, your
health, your money, you know, relationships, you know, whatever it
is you're focusing in. Instead ofyou know, being uh waiting for outside

(13:13):
stimulation, you're you're creating it withinyou because you know, we create our
reality. And so the thing isis that we can do that with with
being well rounded and because a lotof times we'll just be on the success

(13:33):
train and we want to be takingcare of ourselves. And then sometimes I
see people taking such good care ofthemselves they don't do anything else. But
you know, I mean, sowe have to be a well rounded and
try to get you know, itall in. It's fitting the puzzle pieces
together so that we have a greatlife. We want a great life.

(13:56):
We want to recharge. We wantto like this on to hit our face
and recharge it. Not to giveus sprinkles just to recharge, not to
give us what wrinkles just to recharge, you know. I mean, it's

(14:16):
when we just have to know whento stop and when to go and where
we're going while we're heading to Yeah, being wankful, having a conscience,
caring about others, but not youknow, there's a there's a fine line

(14:37):
between uh, giving and receiving, and there's a fine line with everything.
Yeah, you know, you don'thave to give too much. You just
have to give enough. And youhave to know when when, you know
when you're doing your life not carryingother people's burdens, but helping them through,

(15:00):
you know, being a solution.Solution. My sister and I were
talking about this last night is peoplewho are solution oriented and people who are
fixers. We were talking about that, you know, wanting to fix people,
and some people are really good atit. You know, they they
fix you, they put you inall sorts of lineup to fix yourself.

(15:20):
And then but they're so busy doingthat that they don't have a whole lot
of time for themselves. They don'tyou know, they're they're not having any
fun. And then you have youryour solution people who all they're doing is
coming up with solution every moment, every moment. Jason and I are very
much solution people every moment, everymoment. That's just that's fine. A

(15:43):
solution for that, that's fine,A solution of that. Social with that,
you know, and that I havealways found that really works. That
but the fixer too is you know, like there are people in there that
get right in there and you wantto fix everything, but they have to
be careful overtax themselves. Yeah.Yeah, that's uh, you know where

(16:07):
again that balance of being able togive and receive too, to be on
that in that that flow of things. It's like the fixer can like look
to control things more and say it'sgot to be this way and here here,
let me do it kind of thing, because it has to They get

(16:32):
fixated on, you know, thefix right, and you know that is
that's not the point of it,right. It's like if if someone needs
to work on something for themselves, they they need to do the heavy lift
of it. It's like it's notabout someone else coming in and trying to

(16:55):
you know, enable all of thethe the the aspects of it so that
you know, one doesn't learn thelesson of it. It's it's like,
you know, and that's where thesolutions, Like you offer a solution and
it's up to the the other persontoo, you know, to work on

(17:15):
it and and find it within themselveshow to uh you know bring it about.
Yeah, And I think that's uh, you know kind of that healthy
boundary m hm of of kind ofknowing what a solution is and and not

(17:37):
like having to be the one whojust goes in and kind of micromanages and
and and you know fixes it.Right. There's there's lots of layers to
that. You know, if iflike if there's a crisis that is like
impending, you know, if there'ssomething that needs the attention like right,
then then it's like, you know, jump in and you know, do

(18:00):
what you need to do. Butbut a lot of stuff is not a
lot of stuff is. It's justkind of more the day to day things.
So, yeah, so you weretalking to your sister about that?
Our sister sorry, yes, oursister and I were talking about that,

(18:23):
yes, yeah, just last nightbecause we were just you're not talking about
the different personalities of people and peoplethat are you know, broken who just
can't fix, you know, theywon't fix, and how sometimes you know,
solution people are fixers get together orare surrounded by people who are you

(18:45):
know, crying for help, butthey could be helpless. You know,
they are not helping themselves, right, But the fixers usually deplete themselves,
yes, you know, and that'sthat's the you know, over time it
just doesn't doesn't work. Yeah, you know, and and so you know,

(19:07):
coming to a really realization about thatis part of kind of reclaiming your
own you know, power to youknow, be in a healthy space for
yourself recharge. Take some time foryou to re boot you Yeah, time

(19:32):
energy, rest, Yeah, somethingyou want to do. Shall we pull
a card? Yeah? That soundsreally good. I was just saying to
say, you know, it's becausethis is wintertime. You know, in
wintertime, we're supposed to be takingthis time anyway to do some of that
recharging before it becomes March twenty first, because March twenty first is the spring

(19:56):
equinox and everything comes alive then, you know, the fly hours, the
crops, the you know, allthe babies are born, supposed to be
all right, So I pulled Ipulled a card again. Look at this,
this idea of recharging oneself, andlook at that. Look at that

(20:21):
cups beautiful beautiful, Yes, rechargingvery nice. And it's it's so interesting
because the the imagery there in theWizards to Row, which I mainly read
from, it's, uh, thecups are the personalities the people that are

(20:45):
associated, usually like a mermaid typeperson you know, which is like,
uh, you know someone who inhabitswater, right, which is the element
of the cups the water, andit's the the emotional aspect. It's it's
the heart center where where one isis looking to inhabit that space with within

(21:07):
ourselves how we connect with others andand and how it is that we connect
with ourselves as well, you know, because you know when a more novice
student is like reading the teruro theygo, oh, it's like a new
love affair or you know some somethingthat that feels like it's you know,

(21:33):
always with someone else, and itcan be too where where the first part
of that is where you know, you have to have your own well full.
You have to have your own cupfull, you know, because that
that's what you're sharing with with othersanyway, if you're an empty well,

(21:55):
you know, what is it thatyou're going to share with others? You
know? And and so being ableto uh invest in in yourself, to
to know your own value, toto know what it is that that you
would be sharing with with others isto is to you know, make sure

(22:17):
that you're that that your cup isfull and and that it h it allows
for for you to then you know, be in relationship with with others and
and whatever those relationships are. Ifit's romantic, if it's business, if
it's just friendship, right, it'sjust uh shared likes and uh, you

(22:41):
know, hobbies, that that kindof thing. M hm yeah. So
that that ace of cups, youknow that that is like that, you
know, making sure your your owncup is full, right, right,
so you can dive right in tothe next. You know, it's right.

(23:03):
Emotionally being sound, be sound, yeah. Emotionally yeah, get with
your program. It's not just aboutthe physical, it's about the emotional,
your intellectual, you're spiritual, bringit into balance. So I got the

(23:29):
fool. It's interesting. That's anotherbeginning card. Beginning card, and so
it's at zero. So zero meansthat you need to start. That everybody
just needs to start. You know, you don't know necessarily where you're ending
up with things. Just start, you know. And so you know,

(23:52):
that's walking into the right circumstances foryou, whether it's reading a book,
listening to some programs, doing alittle research, you know, taking time
to prepare more wholesome food, youknow that sort of thing. Yeah,

(24:15):
I like to tell my students andall that that the fool is not an
idiot. No, it's just thatone doesn't know all of the details of
the journey forward yet. You know, you have to start at the beginning.
M. Yeah, there's no knowledgeyet. Or if you if your

(24:36):
knowledge, if you are knowledgeable, you haven't put it together into a sequence
where it's working, you know, because we have to actually move it into
into our space, you know, because we can. You know, you
hear people all the time give advice, but it's like, but do they
live advice? Can they? Canthey live it? You know? Are

(24:57):
they? Are they doing it?You? You know, I mean parents
remember back in the old days, like oh, yeah, don't smoke,
kids, don't smoke, yeah,or drink Yeah. Yeah, that's a
demise for sure. Yeah, thosethings. Don't do it. I'll be

(25:22):
your parent. Don't do it.So so walk the talk, walk the
talk. Mhmm. Yeah, justbe mindful for you. It's not about
rebelling against anybody else. It's aboutyou, just you. Yeah, it's
glamorous Hollywood or anything. It's reallytakes away your vitality, your stamina.

(25:52):
Yeah, it's really interesting. Ifind it all the time. You know,
we have resources, is that ourfingertips with the Internet. But you
know, that's such a fast, you know, world of information. It's
just like becomes too much for people. It's saying, Okay, I gotta
turn that off. It's a lot, it's a lot. Yeah. I

(26:17):
mean it's to you know, havea balance in in that as well,
how much you know, information thatwe take in and that we're not just
constantly like plugged in to it.But you know that, you know,
I have to kind of like youknow, look at at the energies right

(26:38):
of like the ace of cups andthe and the fool and there again there's
there's kind of this beginning type ofenergy and you know, do I like
am I a good student? AmI a good like? Like just like
trusting a path kind of getting Oh, I don't know, I don't know

(27:02):
what's going to happen, you know. I mean it's it's a mixed bag
with with me, you know. And it's not because I'm like just so
like you know, looking at allof the you know, variables and ins
and outs and all that, becauseyou know, I can I can dive
in. You know, I don'thave to know everything about something. But

(27:23):
but like I feel like I'm avery kind of reticent wizard, you know.
Like it there's there's like certain thingsthat I'm just like, I don't
know, I you know, it'slike and and so it takes like getting

(27:48):
up to a certain point where it'sthat tipping point for me too to go
in a certain direction. Mm hmmr. And that's that's my path.
Huh. You're set in your ways. It's not it's not just being set
in in my ways, right,Like I I think that I've I've gotten

(28:11):
better over the years. But Imean it's it's interesting because Leo too is
like a fixed sign mm hmmm.Right. And it's like, you know,
I mean, I I understand mymy basic core of of who I
am, right and and yet justkind of like diving into something new and

(28:34):
all, it's just like, well, I don't know, let's let's kind
of see the spark of creation.Well that's that's kind of the push and
pull of it though, too isthe you know, because I I love
that aspect of of creation and creatingthe dragon energy. It's like, let's

(28:56):
go for it right in the cavein creation, So you want to hide
and create sometimes it's it's kind offinding like a comfortable environment of creation too,
you know, rather than just kindof being too exposed out into the
elements. I guess right about yourself. I mean, do you feel that

(29:18):
that you're uh, you know, because again it's like permission to trust,
right, I mean, because bothof those those energy, especially the fool
energy, is about you know, trusting the spark, well, trusting that
you're not going to walk off theledge, You're going to actually find the
path, but in the direction thatyou even wants or that you know,

(29:41):
one doesn't die when they step offthe ledge, you know, when they
step into the unknown, that youknow they're supported. Well, everything is
sorry to like burst that bubble foreverything. No, I don't think everything
is unknown, though, I thinkthere's I think that too is a balance

(30:03):
of what is known and what isunknown, and then how it is that
we we bridge that, you know, so that so that we're so that
we're on a on a friendly basiswith both that that that allows for the
permission and not the just the fear. Yeah, no fear. Now we're

(30:29):
on an adventure. We've got tobe in the adventure. Okay. So
I mean, but that's your corespeaking right about the adventure. That's my
course speaking. You know, everybodyknows that. Yeah, pretty Polanish when
it comes to life, like let'slook at the good set ooh food yum,

(30:51):
but you know, but not partof moderation. I can be really
happy with the plate of potatoes, you know, instead of cookies. Yeah,
but but not just a potato likelike, how do you like your

(31:11):
what what's the best form of potato? Is it mashed potatoes? Is it?
Like? I love everything, youknow, I mean it's all moderation,
right, mm hmm, yeah verymuch. Yeah. I like food

(31:33):
that makes me feel good for sure. Yeah, yeah, mhmm. You
know, I mean to like pieover cakes sometimes and that sort of thing.
But fruit fruit pies or or chocolatefruit? Are you chocolate? I

(31:56):
mean, you know there's something tobe said for like a bust and cream
pie or you know, I likebut I like pumpkin pies. You know,
has to have whipped cream, hasto have whipped cream. Mm hmmm.
It's like it's it's not the samewithout it isn't. Okay, No,

(32:20):
that's your h that's your being setin your ways. Maybe it's a
good way to be set in though. I mean it doesn't. It doesn't
leave you like hanging. Well myset, I have to say that my
my go to sauce was always lawVictoria sauce. You know, the green

(32:45):
god that is right divine, andso I've always gone green sauce. And
then you're in New Mexico and allthe green sauce is so hot. Oh
my gosh, they're just burning. They're gonna burn out here. And so
the thing is say, is Ilove Victoria. So it's really funny.

(33:05):
When I was, I don't know, just come off the Alaska pipeline and
I was living in California and withhorse my horses, and uh, I
had two horses and I kept themup at uh the Joe Massina ranch.
Anyway, so I in Ohi,and so I was up there one day

(33:32):
and the people who owned Law Victoriahappened to be friends with let me be
there and they were at the house, and I just thought, that's so
weird. Why is my life likethis? Everything that I ever love like
that comes, you know, likealways kind of like came to me.

(33:53):
And if this is a lot ofVictoria's ausaly, you know, put I
used to put on everything I actuallydon't put it on everything now, but
I did for a lot of yours. So so did you, like,
were you like a Law of Victoriagroupie, like when you met them,

(34:14):
I love you kind of. Yeah. I was just like, I love
your green sauce. It's just mything. But yeah I did. Yeah,
And it's so funny, isn't thatfunny? Because yeah, what what
am I a group? You have? Not much? Yes? Awesome?
Did they have like a case intheir car trunk or something that's I hear?
Ye no, but you know itwas just like, oh, you

(34:37):
know these people there, they loneLove Victoria and the sauces was like that
sauce. Yeah, And I waslike, so, you know, my
socialization at that time coming off thepipeline was probably you know, like wide

(34:58):
eyed because you know, I've notonly been in Alaska, but then on
the Moon. Yeah, it's likebeing on the moon. I was in
the art yeah, Bove Pump Stationone in the Arctic, and uh yeah,
so it was my socials. Ohmy god, you could have used

(35:20):
like some really spicy hot sauce thenat that spice for sure? Yeah,
oh yeah, I'm I took itto the piplane for sure. Yeah,
those are the types of things youtake. Yeah, bring to the table.
It's like drinking law Victoria sauce.Could you bring me some lot of

(35:46):
Victorias your town? Yeah, bringingon the plane for me. So obviously
this show is being sponsored today bylaw Victoria. It's like get your green
on as far as uh, youknow, but but recharging right like that?

(36:09):
Uh, you know, there arethere are certain like go to like
comfort foods. Like if I'm eatinglike a whole pumpkin pie for the Thanksgiving
season, said season I did,I'm not in one setting. I'm not
eating it in one sitting, youknow. But if if one is like

(36:29):
kind of going to these these places, that is is like a recharge of
spirit, and you know, justthe it's it's like you know that that's
okay mm hmm. Yeah, weneed to recharge our spirit. We need
to recharge charge our bodies. HYeah, are are being you know needs

(36:54):
uh uh these these areas and andalso you know where we give ourselves that
that permission too, because it lookslike that that's like a a big part
of kind of that beginning. Youknow what, what's the spark right that
just like says, hey, comeon, do it let's uh, you
know, get out of the anyyou know, doul drums you might be

(37:17):
in or or whatever you know,or you know, if you're if you're
just so like involved in a inlike kind of that that crisis state of
like oh my god, you know, I got to like right, and
there can be you know, liketime where you have to recharge and you
have to mean that crisis state, and that crisis state is moving forward out

(37:39):
of it definitely, you know, just keep moving out of it. I
know that one. Keep moving outof it. Yeah, hang on to
don't hang on to any sort ofillness if you can help it. Yeah.
Our sister is really good on thatone too, boy, really good.

(38:04):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, excellent. So what what uh what do
you have cooking? Well, Ihave a new office area, so you
know, Jason and I will beworking out that and so that's in Los
Angeles. So you know, anybodywho wants to come in for hypnosis especially

(38:27):
you know, and any sort ofclasses will figure those out as we go
along. But it's gonna be fun, it's gonna be great. Yeah.
So so it's still kind of likejust being the details for being like kind
of ironed out right but when there'sa full like grand opening, you know

(38:47):
that that kind of thing. Yeah, we don't know who I have a
grand opening. Well yeah, wellwe can have some fun in it for
sure. Yeah. Yeah, I'mgonna be in my full wizard suit out
on the streets in a sign, you know, on on the on the
boulevard right right, We're putting Jasonout there. You show up pass,

(39:13):
yes, right, it's gonna befun. We're gonna have a great time.
You shall not pass this opportunity upright there we go like use that
whole wizardy thing. Yeah, definitely. Yeah, but no, I mean

(39:34):
if people want to like contact you, yeah, uh well, Tara Insight
dot com is always good. AndJason d McKean dot com. Jason d
McKean dot com. Yeah you wantme to spell it, yes, do

(39:58):
J A S O and D asin dragon and McKain m c k e
A N dot com. Yeah,Tara Inside is t A R A I
N S I g h T dotcom. And I have a lot of

(40:22):
you know, uh, appointments anddifferent sessions and stuff in my in my
website and look through and your Instagram. Underscore Tara Underscore Insights and Jason is

(40:43):
Jason Taro Wizard, Okay, andthat that's both because I have a Facebook
page as a Jason Taro Wizard andand my Instagram said, so I think
they're they're both on LinkedIn too.Hey am, it's uh, it's it's

(41:04):
so hard to like just kind ofkeep everything. I do everything. You
know. It's like I mostly focusedon on the Facebook and the Instagram.
Right, I'm on Twitter formally xx Twitter, and then I'm on TikTok,
but I don't I just upload ontotip TikTok. I don't do too

(41:27):
much on TikTok. Yeah, andbut it always you know, the reels.
They get a lot of views andstuff. It's it's fun and interesting.
And then, uh, what elseare we on Facebook? Yeah?
Yeah? Facebook? Yes? Andand also I've got like live classes,

(41:54):
yes, like like this month, you know, you know we talk about
like doing you know, new stuff. It's like I have a Tarot slash
Cundolini activation that I'm have going withmy colleague Melinda, who is uh an

(42:15):
activationist Gundolini and uh and to bringabout like abundance in our life is both
a process of clearing making space withinand then you know, calling in in
the new it's not just about overwhelmingourself. And again you know this this

(42:37):
idea of of like re recharging ourselves. It's like it's like we we we
look towards our our goals, whatit is that we we want to bring
in, right, But it's notabout just overwhelming ourself with within face for
it, so that we don't youknow, push it away that we don't

(43:00):
like say, oh it's too muchright now, I'd love to have it,
but it's just too much. Youknow. There's there's a lot of
stuff that that we can hold onto that we carry that it's like,
you know what, let's just youknow, move some boxes in the garage
too, you know, let's let'sgive it to good will, right,

(43:21):
you know, within ourselves and sothat we're we're you know bringing in new
energy, you know. And andso that's that's taking place at Healing Oak
Crystals March twelfth. And then I'llhave classes you know at Catman Do Boutique
in Santa Monica March tenth. Youknow who at any level can come in,

(43:51):
right, and you have your classesgoing on in Japan, right Japan,
I've got like ongoing online once butit's best if you speak Jabanese for
for that, and not that Ispeak Japanese, but Scoshy Scoschi and Chamans
and then Bakersfield in April after Easterit's busy. Yeah, yeah, it's

(44:17):
it's like you know, so thethe live that that's definitely has has an
energy of its own too. Soyou know when when we get the new
office up and all that, it'slike the live sessions, those are really
really potent, very very powerful.Yeah. All more a few more before

(44:42):
I got on the road. Yeah, almost that time again. Yeah,
so an any last comments, Iguess you know about you know, recharging
any anything that we haven't covered nowthat I just wish everyone well and there
recharge. You know, it's it'sall about just starting just step in,

(45:10):
you know, create the life youwant. Yeah. And and you know
also you know, before you knowit kind of you're forced to. You
know, it's like before you can'tyou know, do some of the things
you want to do. Yeah, yeah, make make some you know,

(45:30):
make a good choice for yourself.Again, it feels like it's it's that
that that first step is to makethe choice and to give yourself that permission
and you know that. Yeah, right, you can. You can allow

(45:51):
something to build and to you know, have a life of its own inside
of you. But it's it's energyand it's like it it can be,
uh, you know, a verypositive step in in your own progress as
well. Yeah, okay, thankyou Jason for being, thank you to

(46:15):
Yeah, thank you everybody for coming. Yeah, that's of love. Mhm h
