Segundo um levantamento realizado pelo Secovi-SP, o sindicato do mercado imobiliário do Estado de São Paulo, cerca de 88% das ações judiciais protocoladas no Tribunal de Justiça são por inadimplência condominial, ou seja, falta de pagamento do aluguel. Em maio deste ano isso representou aproximadamente 1.200 ações, um aumento de quase 43% comparado a 2020.
