Speaker 1 (00:07):
Nil, couldn't worry, not want your back and doors.
Speaker 2 (00:39):
All. Hi, y'all, and welcome to Monday Night's Treasure Vortex
(01:23):
with Gypsy Jewels from zero from YouTube's zero discrimination, as
well as our website, gypsydigs dot com and myself, Amanda
dig your degauze. I know that her and I have
been going back and forth and this is like our
time to be able to catch up and it's been
a lot of fun, and so we're gonna carry it
on for a little bit. Well, I know, I've got
(01:45):
a lot of stuff going on, so uh, we do
have people that we're gonna be booking, So yes, we'll
definitely get back to that, but for now, figured Winter Blues,
we're gonna, you know, get into the fact that likes
day's coming up, it's February. Her and I are going
to catch up on what's going on in life and
(02:07):
different types of treasure hunting, and yeah, we'll go from there.
But hey, Gypsy, how are you this evening?
Speaker 3 (02:15):
Hey, I'm doing great, doing great. I am in painting
right now because it's icky weather outside, but Sunday it
was absolutely gorgeous. I think I text you like the
what the weather was like eighty something degrees and it
(02:40):
was just absolutely gorgeous. So I did get to get
out a little Sunday evening for a short hunt or
was that Saturday evening?
Speaker 2 (02:48):
God, I just had to go back and look. So
you texted me on Saturday evening, Saturday, Well, yeah, that
it was eighty three.
Speaker 4 (02:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
I was gonna tell you, well, we're going to be
getting a foot of snow in the next hour.
Speaker 3 (03:04):
Yeah, oh yeah. Yeah. Well sometimes Texas, where I live,
and a lot of Texas, is just bipolar. So you
may have hot as can be one day and then
the next day, all of a sudden, this cold front
comes in, and that's what happened today and a little
(03:28):
on Sunday. So but I did get out Saturday for
a short bit and it was just so gorgeous. And
I've hunted this farm a bazilion times, my family farm
out there where this old home site was, and so
I got out there just to play around with the vortex,
and anyway, it was absolutely gorgeous. The sun was starting
(03:51):
the set casting that golden light. I love that. It's
one of the best times to hunt in Texas when
it's weather like that. And anyway, I got this hit
and I popped the plug and out pops this beautiful marble,
(04:14):
beautiful marble, and at the first marble I founded. Yeah,
I got a bonus at this first time ever I
found a marble out there, and I finded this for
the last twenty something years, this property and over and
over and over, and was going out there hitting the
stuff with the vortex and anyway, I popped out this
(04:38):
beautiful marble and oh man, it's like white with this
beautiful turquoise blue going through it. Just absolutely beautiful. Then
I dug down and got my metal object. I won't
tell you what it was because you might have to
wait for the upcoming video.
Speaker 5 (04:54):
Because I get but yeah, surprise, surprise, but yeah, And
so that was fun.
Speaker 3 (05:06):
Other than that, I haven't really been able to get
out much. I was able to upload a video last
week for those of our listeners. I got to get
in a night hunt a few weeks ago when I
was out of town, and it was I can't hardly
(05:30):
pass by a top lot, you know without going, oh,
I smell jewelry, I smell coin, you know, because it's
just an easy hunt because you know you're gonna dig
the trash there anyway because you might have a chance
of digging jewelry. So I ended up with a ring
at that toplight, which guess what. You know, it's the
(05:54):
month of February and the month of love. Love is
in the air, and with Valentine's coming up, and you
know how you and I find hearts all the time.
In fact, I watched one of your videos. I think
it was this morning TikTok. Think you were like showing
(06:14):
some of your old fines and you had like this
silver silver heart. Yeah, that's so pretty. I love finding
anything with hearts, and yeah, so that ring has a
little heart on it. It's like a little princess crown,
but it's the in the center shaped like a heart,
(06:35):
and so that was cool. And then I had walked
across as I was leaving another U during the day,
So the start of the video starts out with that,
and I found another ring at a playground tight lot
by the swings, and out pops a mood ring. That's
(06:57):
a heart spose two. So my my, uh, the two
hearts meet as one and that in that video, So
I hope y'all go check it out. It was a
fun night hunt. I found loads of coins and.
Speaker 4 (07:13):
Anyway. Fun fun.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
Yeah, that's exciting. Yeah, that's definitely exciting. All I've done
is dig, dig, dig, dig snow, so.
Speaker 4 (07:26):
Lots of little ground frozen and frozen.
Speaker 2 (07:29):
Oh yes, yep. The grounds, well even the woods right now,
it's just so deep to get to. Yeah, so yeah,
it might be thought, but it's yeah, it's like two
feet to get out to it, two feet snow to
get to that area. So I did. I started a
path to the woods ouh back just to and then
(07:51):
it snowed and then I dug another path. So it started.
It takes a lot of effort to do that. So
I did this afternoon and I'm like, maybe tomorrow I
can get over there. But I did get to go
to a like conant consignment thrift store this weekend.
Speaker 4 (08:12):
Check that out.
Speaker 2 (08:14):
I didn't actually purchase anything. I did a lot of eyeballing,
and I remember, next time, I have to bring my
black light to look for UV glass. Oh yes, yeah,
so I was like, oh, I got you be.
Speaker 3 (08:26):
Glass, TUV Marble's uranium. I was just having a discussion
about uranium glass with a friend of mine that just
called a while ago, and he just sent me a
most gorgeous photo of a bottle that was just glows
beautiful green light. I just love, love, love fun and
(08:49):
that stuff.
Speaker 4 (08:49):
Don't you that glass.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
I shared to you. I do, and I'm pretty sure
there was some there, But again without my flashlight, I
you know, you can't really very if it totally was
or not.
Speaker 3 (09:01):
But you know what, I keep one in my car
for that very reason, and I've always forget to bring
it in.
Speaker 2 (09:09):
Well, if it was in my car, I would turn
around and go back out, because it's not like our
story here is not that big, so it'd definitely be
easy to just grab it and check it out, right,
But now I'd forgotten it entirely. But I did go
in and check it out, and so I look at
the paintings, the artwork, the sculptures, the glass, and then
(09:31):
you know they've got some new stuff. I do have
to say, I got some awesome the last time I
was there. I like some I think they call them
like heater socks, and they basically they're just so fuzzy
and they're so warm. So those are always great to
wear out in the boots when I head out and
I know that, yeah, the weather, I just winter is
(09:55):
hitting us in Maine and I'm sure most of New England,
and it's saying, hey, we're in that pattern that we're
going to get a storm every two days and and yeah,
can't wait for February to be done. But I know
you were talking about hearts, and yeah, so I was
(10:16):
just putting away twenty twenty four's fines, and I think
I put away three hearts. One that was silver that
was probably a pendant of some sort or an ear ring.
Let's see a pewter heart that might have gone on
a ring or a pendant, and then another pewter heart
(10:37):
and always find the pewter hearts at well mud larking.
For some reason, it was so cool that I was
trying to think. I know that some people have like
they had it like a mourning brooch, but it was
also I think, like a love thing that you'd carry,
like a piece like a clipping hair clipping in like
(11:00):
a pin. Have you seen those before?
Speaker 3 (11:03):
Yeah, I've seen those. Yeah, I take a little bitty
hair clipping and then yeah, uh huh, so I think
I have, I guess memories.
Speaker 4 (11:14):
Yep, that is really cool.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
Yeah, yep, I thought so. The one thing is I
mean the hair is long gone, but you can tell
that it was something like that. You would have put
something in it like that.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
And it was one of like is it open or
does it have glass?
Speaker 4 (11:32):
It's like a locket.
Speaker 3 (11:34):
It's a glass Okay. Yeah. I have found a couple
of those metal detecting and I never had found any
you know, hair or anything in it, but I think
that was most common that they would put a tiny
little lock of hair in there.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
Yeah, And then I was thinking cool, you know, I
was still hoping eventually to find I thought I had
found a locket, but it actually it just looks like
a lockett and I don't think it ever open. And
then it went back to the property owners. So I
know that for twenty twenty five, it would be a
lot of fun to actually find a lockett with you know,
a pure and and there's something that would be awesome.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
It would be cool. I've found lockets before. In fact,
I remember one of my videos. I found a silver
locket that was on my aunt's property and it might
have belonged to her grandmother. And it's beautiful silver. There's
(12:34):
nothing in it. If there was any kind of photo
or anything, it's it's gone long gone, but I found
a couple of lockets, but some that were just like
gold plated. I think I found one that was like
gold field and then a couple of silver lockets. But
those are so fun to find, but I would love
(12:56):
love to find one with you know, an old photo.
Speaker 2 (13:00):
There, whether it's in a case or you know, someone
I know at the beach, they put them in a
bag or on the river, you know, if they're putting
their jewelry, and you know, I know that when you
what is that river that you.
Speaker 4 (13:17):
Search the Guadalupe.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
Yeah, and you found that bag of like jewelry and stuff.
Speaker 3 (13:23):
Like the jewelry, yeah, yeah, where they stuck it away
and didn't mean elise it, but they lost it.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
Yeah, Now that would be probably a good Like if
there was a lockett with a picture, there's a better survival.
Speaker 4 (13:36):
Oh yeah, the better right.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (13:40):
That particular bag, unfortunately was full of sand and it
had leaves it.
Speaker 2 (13:44):
On the a I remember that was so gross.
Speaker 4 (13:49):
Gross.
Speaker 3 (13:50):
But yeah, I found you know, those phone cases. I
found a lot of those that still were the phone
and there was money toocked away and then was able
to get them back to the owner. But I've heard
of people finding those with like jewelry and them as well,
and the old are neat because you can usually find
(14:10):
the owner if if it's got one of the fine
phone find things that you can return it. If it doesn't,
probably not going to find it. Be able to find it,
depends if it's leaked out, you know and ruin the phone.
But I would love to find Yeah, that's that's something
(14:31):
that would be on my bucket list to to find
one with jewelry like that. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (14:37):
I think I've returned like four phones now, as long
as you know if they're if they're wet, as long
as you let them dry out for a while and
then try to plug it in, there's a good chance
that might come on. And and most of them have.
I mean, I think I found it all. I think
I found like an old, old, old Nokia that was
(14:58):
there was no way it was going to work. And
I remember you get to the farmer and this was,
you know, in a farm field, and I was like,
and he's like, I think I lost that like five
years ago. And I was like, oh, now it's probably
more like, you know, ten years ago. But absolute, yeah, yeah, absolutely, absolutely.
Speaker 3 (15:20):
Absolutely funny. I can't tell you how many phones. I found,
oh my gosh, out farm field. In fact, one of mine.
Just like the end of last year, I found like
a flip phone out in the farm field. It's in
my video, you know, and I mean it's weird, how
you know, it makes you think about what are we
(15:43):
leaving behind, you know, in history, because you can think about,
you know, years and years and years ago, you're not
going to be fun. And you know when did the
cell phones come along? The flip phones first, and or
the real old knocked or what is it like nineteen Yeah,
that's an cut and then up until you know, now
(16:08):
everybody just about has a phone and they're constantly losing them.
So that's one thing we frequently find. And then the
same thing, like you know, the pool tabs and stuff
that we are constantly finding.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
Still, have you ever found a pager?
Speaker 3 (16:28):
I might have found one, is it?
Speaker 2 (16:34):
I don't think.
Speaker 3 (16:35):
Yeah, it was a motoroa.
Speaker 4 (16:37):
I have a.
Speaker 3 (16:38):
Motoroa, a motorola one one time, and it was only
part of it.
Speaker 2 (16:44):
Jesus, But it's crazy to think because those are it's
been a long time ago.
Speaker 3 (16:49):
Yeah, it's been a long time ago too.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
When I found you found us?
Speaker 3 (16:55):
Yeah, because I remember my dad having to have a
pager for the because he worked for the hospital growing up,
and always thought I was cool saying you know, and
now we're like, oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
Well we think about it all the time too because
of the home yep, go ahead, when we're talking about
home phones, and like you have the home phone number
and if you hate, if they couldn't get a hold
of you at home, then so be it. You'd have
to wait for them to get back home to return
the call. And now we're aging ourselves because for anybody listening, yeah,
(17:33):
that's younger. I do have to say with the whole
Valentine's coming up and whatnot. I know that we were
talking about the bucket list last week and there is
like one thing. So I always try to have a
love token.
Speaker 3 (17:51):
In the.
Speaker 2 (17:53):
Goodie bag. So if I go to haunt the different hunts,
I have the goodie bag that people can pick from.
I always try to have a love token because it's
like one of those things that I hope to eventually find.
And that if anybody's listening, who doesn't know what a
love token is, so it would be a coin that
basically they the person who had it, you know, kind
(18:14):
of took the surface off it and carved something into it,
whether it's initials or a picture or something like that,
and then they'd give it to someone that they loved
and that would be like their token. They'd also hold
it and wear it, and it was a lot cheaper
than going to the jewelry store or things like that
and buying something if you actually had a coin that
(18:36):
you know they could carve. And it is on my
wishless bucket list to find in twenty twenty five, and
I'm really hoping, really hoping. I know a lot of
people who do the England trips I've seen. I think
each group I have like kind of watched who's gone
(18:57):
have at least found one person has at least found
a love token each time they've gone. And so I
don't know if maybe I'll have to wait until I
get across the ocean, or possibly could find something like
that around here. I know, I think I said on
the bucket list the hammered coin, I'd love to find
(19:19):
that in the diamond ring. Haven't found the diamond ring,
and I know you said I think you had what
else I'd love to find a pine tree or a
tree coin, or a fujio. That's one thing I still
(19:39):
haven't found actually, or I might have, but you can't
see anything on it, so I can't really confirm if
it is a fugio or not. But I know, yeah,
I think i'd love to find a gold pocket watch.
I would love to find a gold coin or some
(20:01):
big silver finding like the peace dollar or an eke
what else. Things like that would be a lot of fun, Morgan.
And then like the heart heel plates, so oh yeah,
some other things that have hearts. Yeah, so the heel
(20:21):
plates have the hearts. I've seen like a skeleton key
the end of it actually have a heart. I've seen
buckles with hearts, sash buckles, so the women's sash buckle
that would go on our dress or whatnot. I've seen
those be hearts. I've found a heart hairpin. So many hearts,
(20:51):
lots and lots of hearts. Obviously, the Victorian era, I
think had you know, the angels and the cherubs on
certain things. Yeah, and the winter here has been rough.
I can't wait, I think. And that's the problem is,
I think I'm starting to actually daydream about getting out
(21:15):
walking the winter paths going. I wish I wish, I wish,
I wish for those that haven't. If you're detector, I
don't know if you if you're using a detector with
batteries and it has been put away now for a while,
you might want to take the batteries out of it
if you're not planning on using it for a while.
(21:36):
I know that I have fixed a couple older detectors
that the batteries had been left in it, and obviously
the batteries kind of spilled out and it got all
junked up inside, and that's a pain in the butt
to clean. I think. I also in a pinpointer, I
had to kind of pick the battery out, pick the
(21:59):
growl out of it. So if you've got some stuff
stored away and you don't think you're gonna use it
in a while or whatnot, you definitely might want to
take those batteries out. So it is a conversation we
usually have, but ah, we have it lately. And then
how many of you people like to find, like I know,
(22:21):
the different consignment stores and the Goodwills and the things
around they have like those jars the old like spaghetti
jars or salsa jar or peanut jar and inside of
it is like just a mess of everything, so like
you can see coins in it, and you could see
watch bands and ring and lock it and buckles, and
(22:44):
I'm just curious how many people like to get those,
because in my mind, each one of those jars is
kind of like a little treasure hut. I know, for
my dad for Father's Day and Christmas, I try to
put it one of those together for him to be
to go through and whatnot. But like, oh, those are
(23:05):
a lot of fun. I love looking at them when
I'm at the different stores, the consignment places and whatnot,
and they seem to do pretty well. I know that
I've seen some with marbles that don't really do that
great because it looks like some of them are newer marbles.
But any of the ones that like, you know, you're
looking at a jar and oh there's a buffalo nickel,
and oh there's an Indian headpenny and ooh could that
(23:30):
be gold? I see a coufflin, those can be pretty
exciting to do. And I know a lot of people
do those what is it the coin roll hunting? And
I've thought about doing that, but I'd have to give
the bank like heads up notice that I'd want, you
know whatever, to be able to search through, but I
think I think there's some people that do that. But
(23:53):
we're also looking for other ideas of it's winter. What
are the types of treasure hunting are you all doing?
And I know right now I think Gypsy has a customer,
so that's why I am I am chatting. Mm hmmmm mmm.
(24:16):
I'm trying to think of what else. Well, I've even
seen a lantern part with a heart on it before
I know what else. I've seen a bottle STARp over
a heart, and a pin with a heart I've seen,
(24:38):
I've seen them, but I've never found one but a
clay pipe with a heart on the side of it.
I think they have found them across the ocean. They
have like a really pretty heart with like almost like
a cross pattern in it on the clay pipe. I've
(24:59):
gotten a glass bottle with a heart on it. I
find it that was actually a really cool bottle. And
as I look over, I see the poison bottles and
those are not bottles of love.
Speaker 4 (25:16):
Yeah, so I don't know, all right, I'm back.
Speaker 2 (25:22):
I'm like, I don't know how much more people want
to listen to me ramble Well.
Speaker 3 (25:26):
I don't know what you were rambling about, but did
you touch on your bucket list stuff that we were
talking about last time that we didn't get to finish.
Speaker 2 (25:36):
Yep, sure did. I was seeing that the I would
love to find a love token and that a lot
to do with.
Speaker 4 (25:41):
Oh, that's on my list too.
Speaker 3 (25:42):
I would love to find one of those as well.
I would love love to maybe well, love token would
be perfect.
Speaker 4 (25:52):
For Valentine's so.
Speaker 3 (25:56):
Ned one of those.
Speaker 4 (25:59):
In text.
Speaker 3 (26:00):
This is probably a little more slim, but I will
say I am just found out that I am going
to dig Stock, so you never know, North Carolina. So
I just found that out. I haven't announced it or anything.
And but.
Speaker 2 (26:23):
Anyway, hey, what do you know the March one?
Speaker 3 (26:31):
Yeah, it's March I think sixth, seventh eight. They're somewhere
in their eighth somewhere in there. Anyway, Garrett, they already
got just got me booked, so to go. And I
think Aqua Sigger and I are the people there representing Garrett,
(26:52):
So it'll be fun great to always see Aqua Sigger
and Miguel from Garrett will be there as well, so
it'll be fun to hang with him. And just spoke
with him and Steve in the day. And it looks
like I'm going to Arkansas too, to the Ozark silver
hunt there. Silver board hunts coming up pretty soon after,
(27:17):
I think the weekend after I get back from from there,
from from North Carolina. So kind of starting to get busy.
Speaker 2 (27:30):
That's awesome, awesome, always fun. I don't have anything planned
at this moment in time. Oh man, well, I know
that there's a whole bunch going on. You know, there's
obviously Bone and we'll probably have Justin on and he's
usually the hunt master. We'll have him on here and
(27:52):
probably the next month or so.
Speaker 3 (27:58):
Very hot too.
Speaker 2 (27:59):
Oh is that the show me?
Speaker 4 (28:02):
Yeah, that one was a lot of fun.
Speaker 3 (28:04):
I really enjoyed that.
Speaker 4 (28:05):
That's exciting. Looking forward to that one.
Speaker 2 (28:09):
Very exciting. That's one that's on the list that I'd
hope to make eventually.
Speaker 3 (28:13):
But I would love it if you could come make it.
Speaker 4 (28:19):
That would be amazing.
Speaker 2 (28:21):
Mm hmmm. What else I was saying that all the
other things that we've seen hearts on, like bottles, bottle stoppers, buckles.
Speaker 4 (28:34):
Oh, I've never seen a bottle.
Speaker 3 (28:35):
Oh yeah, I have seen a bottle stopper. Never mind,
I don't have it if I have hard on it.
Not very many, but you found several, like a perfume
bottle stoppers.
Speaker 2 (28:46):
Maybe, yes, yeah, yeah, I think I have a couple
of beads that are hearts. Again, that's not metal.
Speaker 3 (28:56):
Found some beads, some buttons, uh with hearts on them,
stuff like that. I'm trying to think what else you
know what I want to find?
Speaker 4 (29:10):
Now? I think you've found one, didn't you.
Speaker 2 (29:14):
The He'll play with the heart? The heart one I
have not found yet.
Speaker 3 (29:19):
You found which one?
Speaker 2 (29:22):
The clover and the hexagon?
Speaker 3 (29:27):
Okay, I'd like to find either one of those.
Speaker 4 (29:30):
You're still on my book list.
Speaker 2 (29:33):
And then I have lots and lots and lots and
lots of plain ones.
Speaker 3 (29:37):
Oh well, yeah, I've been around a lot of people
that have dug them up right in front of me.
Speaker 4 (29:47):
You know.
Speaker 3 (29:47):
It was just a matter of being in the right
place at the right time, two steps over. Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 2 (29:57):
That's crazy.
Speaker 3 (30:01):
You never know it might be next or you may
be next.
Speaker 4 (30:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (30:05):
So I would love to find a.
Speaker 2 (30:06):
Heart one, hopefully for Valentine's Day. What is Valentine's Friday
or Saturday?
Speaker 4 (30:14):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (30:15):
I just like through the phone.
Speaker 3 (30:19):
Take myself out for a Valentine's Friday.
Speaker 2 (30:23):
Maybe you can get out, Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 3 (30:26):
Depending on the weather. We're doing a lot of rain
coming up next week, so I'll see.
Speaker 2 (30:33):
So I was I was also talking about the other
types of treasure hunting, like I know that there's a
bunch of people that do the queen roll hunting.
Speaker 3 (30:42):
Oh yeah, do you do that at all? I've done
a few videos on that now. I was doing half
dollars and dollar coins, but I haven't found anything that
exciting yet. But I know a lot of people do
that and they found some great stuff.
Speaker 2 (31:05):
That's what I heard. Our bank needs a heads up notice,
so I just haven't haven't bothered. Yeah, like you got
a pre order ahead of time or whatnot? So right,
And then I was talking about them the jars. Have
you seen Like if you go to the consignment stores
or any of those things, there's like you have jars
(31:28):
and marbles, but you also all have jars of like
just random like you could look at it and there's
cufflinks and watch and I was saying how much those
are like little treasure hunts and a jar those are.
Speaker 3 (31:41):
Fun to find, those little kind of grab bag jars. Yeah,
or grab bags, and I have found a few things
like that, like I think like par of silver earrings
or like a little silver necklace. No gold that I recall,
but yeah, in the past i've I've found some little
goodies and those those are fun.
Speaker 2 (32:03):
Yeah, I was saying that, so you know my dad,
I think a lot of parents are this way. You know,
they don't want gifts at Christmas or anything like that.
So what I try to do is put one of
those jars together. So I'll find stuff all year long
and throw it in a jar and then like at
Christmas time, that's what I give my dad and then
(32:23):
he has a he can go through, so it's not
like you know, I can't return it. Sorry a great yep. Yeah,
they were a lot of fun, especially when the winter,
you know, if you're at the different places. I know
for myself, like we do the goodie bags or we
(32:45):
pass on to the next haunts and stuff. So at
times grabbing those jars there are a lot of fun
to go through and then I separate them out and
give them either put them in a jar for yeah,
to pass it along or to go to the different haunts,
or to go in the goodie bag that I give out.
So speaking, I don't have a single goodie bag right now.
(33:07):
I'm gonna have to restart. Not a single one. Last year,
I I did. By the end of the year, we
were I was done, they were gone. Which is I
don't think I've ever I don't think I've ever not
had any.
Speaker 4 (33:28):
Pretty crazy I can't.
Speaker 2 (33:32):
Yeah, I'm like, I don't even have any stickers. Who've
got out where I've got? Yeah, I've got to do
some hard I know I'm behind. I do have patches.
We have Treasure for tex patches.
Speaker 3 (33:48):
I think I've got a patch left, but I'd kind
of like to put it on. I'd kind of like
to put it on I don't know, a hat or something.
Speaker 2 (34:00):
Yeah that I have. That's cool, that's cool. Well, I
know that we've had, you know, normal running shows for
the last few weeks. I think today is going to
be just a little bit earlier of a show.
Speaker 4 (34:22):
Okay with that, I am I am right.
Speaker 2 (34:29):
Well, we thank you guys, and we are I am sorry.
We're all over the place on how we're doing this.
It's great in my mind because I'm like, yeah, I
finally get to catch up with Gipsy and.
Speaker 3 (34:47):
Well, it's always nice to get to catch up with
you because we hardly have time during the week anymore.
Speaker 2 (34:54):
So no, yeah, no time. It's like when when my
head hits the pillow, it's done. Oh my, and we're
all just been crazy. So but yeah, I'm dreaming. I'm
dreaming of digging. I'm sending you warm weather thoughts so
you can get out. It will be at least be
(35:15):
at least a month, if not two before we can
get out, unless we go south.
Speaker 3 (35:21):
Hopefully, yeah, hopefully if it rains tomorrow, it just all
rains out and gets on through here and the sun
comes out and it's pretty again, because then it'll be
perfect weather for digging.
Speaker 2 (35:33):
Yeah. Yeah, And that way, the ground is actually like
wet and you've got good right, yes, which is what
you miss in the middle of the summer when it's concrete.
Speaker 3 (35:46):
Yeah, it's so dry and can't you need to use
again that ground?
Speaker 2 (35:53):
Yeah? Well right now, do you have is there like
many bugs? Is there anything like that out.
Speaker 3 (36:00):
Many?
Speaker 4 (36:00):
What else do you have?
Speaker 2 (36:01):
Do you have any like insects at all?
Speaker 3 (36:05):
You know, that's funny that you say that, because when
I was out of town a few weeks ago, it's
usually about ten degrees warmer there than it is here
is for their south. And when I was there, I
did get two mosquito bites, but it was shocking because
(36:27):
their heads like, no mosquitoes. They were saying, no mosquitoes.
And then all of a sudden, we had like one
warm day there and then.
Speaker 4 (36:35):
Boom they came out.
Speaker 3 (36:38):
But it wasn't bad. It wasn't bad at all, you know,
not like it gets normally, like you have to just spray,
spray spray. So I wasn't even wearing any any repellent
because they hadn't had it, so they weren't expecting it,
so you know how that goes sometimes. But yeah, anyway,
(37:04):
I'm glad that Yeah, there's none here right now whatsoever.
Speaker 4 (37:08):
Thank goodness.
Speaker 2 (37:12):
Yeah that's good, and I mean we don't have any.
Speaker 3 (37:18):
They went and did hibernation for the winter.
Speaker 2 (37:21):
Oh yeah, yep, absolutely absolutely. All right then, well, I
hope everybody has a wonderful evening and a great week.
Hopefully if you're in a digging area, you can dig.
And if you're in any area with snow, I'm sorry,
now's your time. I guess to take a break and
(37:42):
rest up. I don't know right, find alternate treasure hunting ways.
Speaker 4 (37:50):
So right, what'sh your name?
Speaker 3 (37:52):
To see you today? So it's always fun. A lot
of people don't think of those as treasure hunting, but
it is. Yeah, you know, different forms.
Speaker 2 (38:01):
Totally, totally is. But all right, well, is great catching
up with you.
Speaker 3 (38:08):
It was great, And thank you all for tuning in
and listening. We appreciate you and you all have a
great week and happy Valentines and hope you find some lovely,
lovely treasure val Happy Valentine's folks.
Speaker 4 (38:31):
Bye, good night, bye,
