the laws don't even come from elected leaders. It's from
the bureaucrats over two under government agencies. We have an

administrative state that is the basis for the authoritarian state.
We have unelected leaders of these various departments controlling every
aspect of our lives, mining anything, drugs, what we do,
our schools, everything. Unelected leaders they are to make laws,

but they have the ability to enforce. With the ability
of making laws even though they're not never been elected,
nobody void for them too. This is the downfall of
the country. That's the downfall of the deep state, isn't it.

It is the creation of the deep state over two
hundred federal departments, agencies, and bureaus that are run by
unelected political appointees who are unaccountable to the courts, the Congress,
the American people, and who rule much as if they

were absolute monarchs in the eighteenth century. They have virtually
unbridled discretion. They pass regulations that have the full force
and effect of law. As you mentioned, three quarters of
all of the law from the federal government that affects
us is not from those we elect, but from the

(03:10):
regulations that are promulgated by the unelected heads of the agencies.
And it's worse than just that, which is bad enough,
But the agencies also don't abide by the constitutional restrictions
that the Founding Fathers put in place to prevent courts

(03:32):
of star chamber and high commission the administrative courts they
knew from operating in America. What the administrative agencies do
is presume those that they charge to be guilty until
those individuals prove themselves innocent, which is extraordinarily difficult, if
not impossible, because the very party in an administrative agency

(03:56):
that accuses you of law violation is also the ultimate judge.
And when the prosecutor and the judge are one, no
justice is possible.

What they call a star chamber, don't you that's right?

And in addition, the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution was
intended by the Founding Fathers to present prevent the use
of general warrants in America. Administrative warrants what these things were.
In England they would use, and also in the colonies
they would have administrative officials, appointees of the Crown, who

could issue warrants at will, with no longer anybody.

Else going to anybody's house for anything. Now, the key
to it, I love this justice proudor stood, wrote unanimous court.
The Americans were entitled to be secure in their person's houses, papers,
and effects from intrusion and seizure by officers acting under
unbridled authority. And it goes on with that of a

general warrant. Now, the thing about that is.

That's exactly what happens to one of the things. One
of the things about that that's horrific, really horrible, because
it shows that they have absolute discretion to go after
people for political reasons. That's what we're seeing right now.
The warrants that the agencies use never have to they
never have to go to a court, an independent judiciary.

They never have to go to a court and prove
probable cause, which is what's required in every other instance.
Agencies issue their own warrants without probable cause, just based
on their own suspicion or hunch that something is awry,
and oftentimes that's polluted by their political bias. And so

(05:50):
you have the injustice of being forced to divulge secret
information pertaining to your finances and your relationships and businesusiness,
and they use them in punitive ways. So, for example,
if you're put under a cloud of suspicion by the
FTC Federal Trade Commission, they although it's supposed to be

(06:12):
non public investigation, they can send warrants to all of
the party's vendors and business part parties that you depend
upon to operate your business, And by sending those warrants,
they can intimidate those parties into distancing themselves from you
and basically deprive you of the resources to operate your

(06:36):
business and defend yourself against the very charges being brought
by the FTC. This is but part of the abuses present.
You don't have a right to a jury trial and
administrative agencies even when they take away your liberty and
your property, and it goes on.

Well, James Madison and Federalists forty seven, this was so
important a mystery more that you put in an article
the accumulation of all power legislative, executive judiciary in the
same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and
whether heraldry self apployed or elective, may justly be pronounced

to be the very definition of tyranny, very definition of tyranny.
That's what we had when you had all these people
descending on President Trump's that was a definition of tyranny.
If they could do it to him, they can do
it to any of us.

And it's no mistake that President Biden relies on the
administrative agencies to pursue his agenda, circumventing or avoiding going
to Congress, because he doesn't have to prove anything, he
doesn't have to persuade anybody. He just orders the administrative
state to introduce measures that have huge consequences to Americans,

not least of which is his recent executive order telling
the Department of Education to waive all of the student
loans five hundred billion to a trillion dollars. Right, taxpayer
money is going to have to be used to subsidize
those waivers, and it violates both the statute upon which
he relies, and then also it violates the separation of

power so doctrine, because plainly it's a major action that
has to go to Congress in the first instance. But
of course he doesn't do that. He rules like a dictator.

Instead, absolutely, absolutely, Now, the other thing that you talked
about here, and I thought was very interesting, the FDA
ban nutrients and disease risk reduction for sixty years so
drug companies could have monopoly. Now they're allowing a little
bit more. But there are a lot of nutrients have

been kept away from people because of these rulings, and
a lot of people have died because of it. You've
got the same thing where in California if a doctor,
if a doctor said anything about the COVID shots or
anything about COVID, they can lose their license. Is this
America where this can happen? You can lose your license
because of saying that things are not the way that

we're hearing, of expressing the truth about what some of
the figures are saying about the COVID dangers, the shots,
you can lose your license to practice medicine for that.
I know that they've had nurses thrown out of the
hospital for recommending ivermectin or hydroxy clark, when to the
patients that works, they've been thrown out of the hospital,

they've lost their licenses. This is not the America that
we know. People are trying to do the right thing,
but you lose your license for it. I mean, this
is horrible.

It's horrendous because people's lives are lost and there's injuries
from failure to properly treat because the government stands in
the way. We've got a situation on the federal level,
like you're pointing out, where we have government colluding a
big tech to censor truthful information and critical information critical

of the vaccines and information pertaining to effective alternative treatments
ivermectin and hydroxychloroquin for example, and.

Both were both chief drug companies. Don't make a money
off of it. We've also got a deal where you've

with our enemies, people who have avowed to destroy us
and who want to and who are committed to using

even during the pandemic, he was funding the sources indirectly
through eco Health and UH the University of North Carolina.

And and so you've got a degree of corruption that
is so profound. But agree with a degree of complicity
with America's enemies, UH and and and and furthermore, a

number of deaths, the number of injuries, the ongoing injuries.
And then also he's part and parcel of this movement
to suppress information that was adverse to the vaccines and
advocate use of vaccines even where it causes more injury
than it does good by far in the case of children.

when as effective early treatments, which the science overwhelmingly supports
that conclusion. So as the other thing, not having people
ivermectin and hydroxychloric when available at every street corner, which
we should have. Every pharmacy in the country should have

had that available. Doctors should have been free to prescribe,
but instead we have this censorship resist regime where doctors
have been persecuted around the country for taking steps to
save their patients by merely prescribing and recommending those treatments.

supposition that individuals who are presumed, who presume themselves to
be brilliant and capable of deciding for each of us
what's in our own best interest, act in ways that

are profoundly deleterious, And in the case of Fauci, for example,
it is largely inexplicable to any rational mind that a
person who's an American citizen would sell out our entire
country for the purpose of engaging in gain of function research,

fully aware that he was doing it with an enemy
of the United States, and fully aware that there were
high risks that there would be a pandemic resulting from it.
And in fact, many years before the actual outbreak, he
was questioned on video about whether he thought there was

an unacceptable risk from gain of function research of this
sort that a pandemic would happen, and he said, in
so many words, that a pandemic may be necessary for
the benefit of scientific research. So here you have somebody's

be willing to suffer and die so that he can
develop further research. Now, in point of fact, I think
it's even more evil and manipulative than that. His economic
connections suggest and his associations suggest that he was intent
on profiting from the pandemic. But these answers must come

There ought to be criminal investigations undertaken, and under a
justice department that was not entirely biased as the president is,
and under a system of equal justice under law, where

criminal investigation, and he certainly should be examined thoroughly by Congress.
And that will happen if we have a majority of
Republicans in the House in the Senate. It may not

there's some fourteen prosecutors that are Soros backed that have

Loudun County, the Louden County Commonwealth's Attorney and our Attorney
General and others have taken steps against her because of

her failure to prosecute criminals, hardened criminals and allowing them
to go free. It's a disgrace. And even the Loudun
County District Court judge who I mentioned in the article
was instrumental in removing her from two cases because of

overt evidence that she lacked impartiality required of the prosecutor.
These are people who violate their constitutional oaths of office,
who violate their statutory requirement that they prosecute criminals, and
who are part and parcel of a conspiracy through Soros's
past acts and funding sources to achieve a violation of law.

That is an obstruction of justice. Refusing to prosecute is
an obstruction of justice when it is a regular pattern,
and you see these people in case after case after case,
allowing people who commit serious crimes murder, robbery, larceny, and

all manner of other petty crimes arson, even which is
not a petty crime for example, rapists have been allowed
to go scot free, and of course they are recidivous.
In some of these areas. Ninety eight percent of the
crime that is occurring is due to recidivus people they've

have an epidemic of crime in America that is created
by George Soros and far left political people who refuse
to insist on prosecution. Indeed, they are complicit in this

protecting the criminal justice system and ensuring that criminals are
prosecuted and are not released after conviction, we should insist
on those activities being declared criminal. I think it may

an obstruction of justice that may result in either impeachment
or removal of prosecutors. I salute that Fairfax County Circuit
Judge who I mentioned before, I said district judge, Circuit
judge who is responsible James Plowman for removing Buddha edge

These people, I mean, these people are reprehensible. Who are

then they fulfill the plan. They don't prosecute, they let
criminals go free. They prosecute. Actually, as I point out

a sober way has to realize that this is an
overt effort to obstruct justice and destroy the criminal justice system,
and the logical consequences of their actions invite us to

hold them accountable. They are putting people on the street
that they know, based on their prior history, and indeed,
many instances their recidivist activity will have a high probability
of committing crimes again, and then when they do, they
let them out again. And this goes on and on,

and people are just constantly victimized with no relief from it.

The American people share are more in common than the
radical left would have us believe as a people. As
a nation, we've stalked, staked all of our enduring the
self evident truths containing second paragraph of the Declaration Independence,
that all are created equal, all are endowed by God,

not government, with certain and alienable rights, among them individual
rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, unique
in all the world. The Republic of the United States
its instituted for the purpose of securing those individual rights.
And the only just powers possessed by the government are

those to which the people have consecrated. Now, that was

doing is disabling people. They're taking children, they're breaking them,
They're making them think that based on race, they must
be divided, that a person who is a person of
color has no hope of ever succeeding in America because

of systemic racism, and that a person who is white
has no hope of shedding racism because just by virtue
of their skin tone, they are hopelessly oppressor of everyone
who is of color. And so they teach you to
hate yourself, hate each other, hate your country, hate free enterprise,

and make you a person who doesn't want to work,
who doesn't want to defend his or her country, who's
confused as to what gender he or she is, and
thinks that any number of a million different pronoun options
are the way to define yourself. This is ruinous. And
then they condemned the flag, and they condemn our history,

they misrepresent it, and they destroy the future generations. Why
because that's how Marxists achieve a revolution. If you can
create mass discontent, if you can take generations and spoil
their futures and make them angry, you can make revolutionaries
out of them, and then they will help overthrow the

(32:45):
government and create them. And that's what we're really talking
about here. I mean, let's not be foolish. That's why
they do this. You know, people are perplexed, why on
earth are they doing this nonsense. Well, it's a planned
to take down our country. It really is. Because they're

dissatisfied with the greatest empire of liberty in the world.
They want a socialist state, they want authoritarian rule. They
don't want people to succeed, they want them to be
dependent on government, and they want dictators in government. What
they ultimately find out is what happened after the Bolshevik Revolution,
which is, oh, gee, we've got more than one of us.

Who hear who wants to have absolute power? Well, that
just means a blood bath. And then the strongest among
us will be the dictator. This is where they want
to go.

want equity, that's coveting other people's things. They've broken every

the things I wanted to ask you about is what's
going on? And I think I know an answer for it.
But this inflation that we have and the situation that
we have of having our savings destroyed going to the
grocery store and every time you go there, everything's going up.

And they've got this new inflation where you open up
a bagup, say of chips in there, like six chips
in there. It's a shrink eage. In other words, so
you go to order, you know something, you used to
have six in it. Now it's only got four. So
that's another part and form of the inflation. Gas prices
here are five dollars a gallon. Elsewhere they're even higher,

someplace a little bit lower. But this inflation is taking
all of our savings. What can be done on the
inflation situation? It's destroying the country? Mystery, Mark, I think
one thing, we've got to rein into this spending, this
ridiculous spending. You can't spend, spend spend. As a senator,
what would you do to vote for our control constrain

be done immediately in order to bring down inflation, in
order to get gasoline down to two dollars a gallon again,

it's going to continue to go down. The way we
inspire a supply side revel which will also lower prices,
is we cut taxes, we cut regulation, and we encourage
overseas manufacturers to come back to this country to create
an economic boom, a mass manufacturing boom. And then the

third critical thing is we have we have the largest
stockpile of fossil fuel in the world under our feet
in this country. We can knock gas prices down to
two dollars a gallon simply by opening the spigots and
letting oil and gas and coal to be produced in
this country. To make us energy independent, to allow us

to capitalize on our relationships with Europe by having liquefied
natural gas be exported to Europe. We can become an
energy exporter again like we were in the Trump years.
And we can we can do a number on Putin,
primarily by replacing him as the primary source of oil
and gas to Europe. Now, look, this whole idea of

climate change is in fact a trojan horse for socialism
to destroy the fossil fuel backbone of the American economy,
to make us dependent upon the very international sources that
want to kill us and weaken us terribly, and they're
doing that. So all of these steps taken immediately would

(40:25):
have the effect of dramatically bringing down inflation and creating
an economic miracle, a boom here in this country where
we would see upward mobility back again. We would see
people who would have experienced the opportunity society that America
has always been, and we need to make it stronger
and more available. And the only way to do that

is to trust in people, allow them to innovate, give
them the freedom they need so that they can do
what they perceive to be the best way to solve
all these problems, just because the government is not providing
a plan, which is the worst way of solving any problem.

you a plan. Let a thousand people, a million people,
a ten million people compete in the marketplace to come
up with the best way to solve any problem.

the beast and to use all of the power and
persuasion that I have to bring about the change is
