Speaker 1 (00:06):
Hey, thanks for listening to this Erskine podcast and be
sure to come back and listen to more at Erskine Radio.
Thank you. Judge Janine Perrot is the host of Justice
with Judge Janine. She owns The Weekend. She's number one
rated Fox Weekend program. Author of the bestseller Liars, Leakers
(00:28):
and Liberals loves those alliterations. She founded one of the
first domestic violence units to catch Internet predators and pedophiles.
Her latest book, Radicals, Resistance and Revenge, is sort of
a continuation of Liars, Leakers and liberals, but she really
eviscerates them, and when it comes to socialism and the
entire opposition, she exposes their attacks on our basic values.
(00:52):
That's what it's about, Judge Janine. You eviscerate the opposition
with logic and your smile. Nobody does it better. You
are so great. Your opening is just incredible. I watched
it last week and I said, when is she going
to mention more about mister Kolby, because then you're opening
your You're almost not nice to him, but you are
(01:13):
at the end, you said, and you expect an apology
and then you really dale in. I love that. Had
to watch the whole show to get to the end,
to find out your real feelings on it.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
Well, you know that's the idea in television. Know, you
keep him on the hook for as long as you
can't know not at all. Look, here's the thing, here's
the thing. Everybody expected James call me to be indicted
once the Inspector General said, you know what's wrongdoing here?
And the truth is that Bill Barr and I have
the admiration for him. I don't know him, but I
(01:46):
suspect he looked at it and said, eh, you know what,
DC jury in not so serious, and you know, maybe
I'll get some kind of a you know, credit or
benefit for kind of skipping past this one and not
indicting when I could have.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (02:00):
But I think the big one comes with the with
the Piza Court, defrauding the court, you know, spying on
an American citizen based upon lies and a dossier paid
for by Hillary Clinton in her pals uh, and then
money launded to a law firm and then Fusion GPS
and a foreign agent used to create lies that they
(02:21):
all knew was unverified. They knew it was a lie.
And you know, the shame of it is that when
you try to attempt to commit a coup, uh, you're
going to be found out about it sooner or later.
And in the book I talk about the fact that,
aside from the fact that they laid out the blueprints
for how to do it, the truth is that the
(02:43):
rats are now jumping ship and they're starting to point
at each other, Colly at McCabe and Brennan at Commy.
Speaker 1 (02:51):
And in your book, chapter four, the rats desert the chip,
right boy, you got that book, yes, yes, ma'am.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
And you know, as with any conspiracy, sooner or later,
somebody's going to break. So hope springs eternal in that regard.
And you know, the word conviction has special meaning to me.
You know, I've been a prosecutor and a judge in
a DA for thirty years. You know, I believe that
Jim Cally has to be accountable. And in the book
I also say there's no way the White House didn't
(03:21):
know about this, because the White House had to be
informed of counterintelligence investigations as well as the fact that
the FBI lovers there. Struck and Paige said, you know,
Potus wants to be advised of everything that we're doing,
so guys, let's get square on this. And by the
way Obama hated Trump, I mean you could just tell
(03:42):
by the way he talked about him and tried to
get Beyonce out there, as if Beyonce was going to
change everybody's mind. So it'll be interesting. The next few
months should be very interesting.
Speaker 1 (03:53):
Robert Owen said, we have a coup wrapped in a
hoax inside of Vendetta. I think that's the best description
i've heard o up to the oaks inside of Vendetta.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
Now, I love that. Right.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
Senator John Kenny just said, mister Komy is a meathead.
He wants something very clear to the point, said their kid.
He said it. Now. One of the things that I
loved about your book. You never you didn't give credit
to your co authors. But that's okay, sir Lancelot and Stella.
I know they were there helping you while you're there.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
Your standard picture on the inside there though they see
it on the cover, on the back cover, their picture
is and look they get a piece of the action.
These babies good good.
Speaker 1 (04:40):
You can write them off his text right off. Now
you got their picture in the No, I.
Speaker 2 (04:45):
Wouldn't I wouldn't dare but you're going to get trouble
with be me. Not a chance.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
Mark Twain once said, and I've got to quote him
because he's one of my favorite authors of all times.
When approaching Heaven's Gate, leave your dog outsid. Heaven goes
by favor. If it went by merit, you'd stay out,
your dog would go in. I love that, now, I
love that.
Speaker 2 (05:11):
You. Well, do you have a dog?
Speaker 1 (05:13):
Back up, course I do. I sent a couple of
pictures of Petunia and Spunky, who were both white, both
big white standard poodles. And now we've got another one
who's a party poodle. Is named Boo Boo. He's about
seventy pound poodle Standard poodle. They don't shed. They're extremely smart,
very very good.
Speaker 2 (05:34):
Just yeah, my best listen. My dogs can drive my car.
Every time I drive around with them, they put the
back windows down so that they see a dog. They
know how to put the windows down. I have to
lock the windows so they don't put them down.
Speaker 1 (05:46):
Petunia and to hide the food, because she had food
motivated and we hid in the microwave oven. She watched
my wife. She took the chair over, she went to
the microwave. Hit the door opened it up, took the
food out, and shut the door. Now that's smart. Now,
one of the things that you did was that you
worked with a lot of work and you set up
(06:08):
one of the first domestic violence units to catch internet pedophiles.
You had nobody bigger than mister Jeffrey Epstein, high priest
of the deep state? Are we ever going to learn
the exentire extent because there's so much news that we're
not hearing what really happened at the Vegas shooting. We
don't know that the whole investigation was just scuttled. I
(06:32):
talked to Megan bart about that, she works there, and
it's still nobody has got the end of it. Are
we ever going to find out? Or as Epstein thing
goes so deep that nobody wants to go down that
rabbit hole?
Speaker 2 (06:44):
Well, you know, I think, and again I'm putting my
hope in Bill Barr, but I think that you know
the Epstein case, and if you watch the show, you
know I was disappointed when the medical examiner ruled that
it was a suicide as opposed to pending. She did
it before the toxicology was back. She did it before
all of the investigations were completed. And that was the
(07:05):
you know, the FBI, the DJ, the Inspector General mcgil
in prison.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
You can't break all those bones in the neck without
jumping from a higher distance. And there's no way you
jump from a higher distance. So it just didn't make sense.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
Well, the old round the bunk, the bunk bet is
five and a half feet tall, six feet tall. Let's
assume me jump. Let's assume me jump from the top
of the bunk bet. He's not going to land on
both these symmetrical no, So he had to kneel on
the edge of the bed. And so he's four feet
tall at the bottom half of his leggs are about
(07:37):
two feet I suspect, and so if he leaned forward,
there's no way you're going to break the higher bone. Look,
I've tried many intentional strangulation cases homicides, and it's always
a high eid bone that gets that gets broken. In
hangings and suicide, it's very different. It's a different ball
of wax. And by the way, I got to say
one more thing. I had a case with a woman.
(07:59):
They said she committed suicide. You know, I'm looking at her,
I'm like her nails are done her eyebrows are perfectly tweezed.
She was wrapping Christmas presents when they found her. I said,
this woman is in committee. She's not depressed. Sure enough
the m he said, Oh no, it's suicide. Two years
later I convicted her husband of killing her. And you know,
suicide is just a little too easy, especially in this case.
(08:21):
But it could be true. I don't know. I don't
know enough, but what I do know leads me to
believe that there's more to this.
Speaker 1 (08:30):
The guards falling asleep, the whole thing, no videotape, he
was on suicide watch for a very short period of time.
None of this adds up, Judge Janine.
Speaker 2 (08:39):
Yeah, right, well get this. He's on suicide watch. But wait.
He was in a cell with a guy named Nicholas Tartaglione,
who is a cop who was in my jurisdiction when
I was a DA. He was a cop. He's always
slapping people around. I mean, you know this guy in
a cell with Jeffrey Epstein, he slapped the hell out
of him, and that's what Epstein said. Epstein said that
Tartaglia beat the hell out of them, all right, So
(09:02):
they say, oh no, he committed suicide. Okay, committed he
tried to commit suicide. So let's assume they try to
commit suicide. He must be depressed. Six days later, he
snaps out of it. He's not depressed anymore. I want
to know what the hell they're given their patience? Of
course not so then they send it to this special
housing unit, and the housing unit they move the other
inmate out. I mean, it's all belonging.
Speaker 1 (09:24):
It absolutely will be right back with Judge Jedine Perrot.
The show to watch on POKS. The playbook for Democratic
Party is Russia, racism and now recession. Russia didn't work.
Racism is not going to work, and recession, no, it
(09:44):
doesn't look good for them on that. So they have
nothing that they're running for. So you've written a book Radicals, Resistance,
and Revenge. You've got three rs that are a lot
more interesting and a lot more logical. Their siren song
is a siren song of socialism. That's your chapter twelve.
People are wise to this, they're wising up to the socialism.
(10:06):
They're getting nastier and nastier, and they're getting actually more violent.
What can be done? What is going to happen with this?
Are they eventually going to start, the people starting to
wake up. This is not a huge ground swell for socialism.
I can't believe it is. We fought the Nazis who
were socialists. We fought the North Koreans who were socialists.
(10:27):
Those are two big wars. We fought the Vietnamese because
North Vietnam was socialists. We've got problems with every socialist country.
And you've got the socialist countries who are You've got Cuba,
they haven't had a new car in Cuba, and god
knows how long you've got North Korea they can't even
turn the lights. Thought, you got vns well where they're
eating animals, how the zoo? Now, give me a break.
(10:49):
Can't people look at that and see the success of socialism,
doctor Judge.
Speaker 2 (10:53):
Janine, No, no, you know why because the socialism in
America is going to be so different and right about
the radicals resistance and revenge. Yeah, it's good. They're going
to run through the lily fields in life. Would be great, yeah, right,
until they run out of other people's money. Look that
if you two and a half years ago, was it?
I think when Bernie Sanders said he was a democrat,
(11:15):
socialist everybody went, oh, and now everybody on the left
is a Democrat socialist. What the hell is that? Socialism
for Democrats? I mean, you know they believe in it.
It's acceptable, and you know, young people are being raised
and learned, you know, educated to think that this is
a good thing. And in the end, I mean, if
(11:36):
you've got any any sense in your head, our system,
our economy is soaring, you know, people there are more
jobs than people to fill. Am Afican, Americans, Hispanics, Asians.
Never never has the metrics been as good as they
are right now, and they want to bring in socialism.
I fear for this country when people think socialism is
(11:58):
a good thing. And you know, I was with a
friend of miners from Eastern Europe this weekend and she
just went off the charts and she said, how could
you Americans not know we all came here because of socialism?
And I felt bad for her, I really did. But
what that you got understand that these socialists are being
funded at local levels, in local campaigns. So don't just
(12:21):
plan on voting in the national race. You want to
vote in a local race and a statewide race because
the Socialist Party is funding all kinds of people to
run for office and the school boards especially so that
they can get these kids, you know, to support and
endure socialism. It's lunacy.
Speaker 1 (12:42):
One of the things that I've seen is that you've
got a lot of funding by George Soros and his
sort of people who are running for prosecutor, people who
are running for judge ships. So if you have an
election for prosecutor and judge ships, these are extremely important.
These are the areas that they're trying to target.
Speaker 2 (13:00):
You are so smart, you know that that is exactly
what they're doing. They're going to take no, I really
mean it. They're going to take the cores out oft
of justice and law and order. And they do that
by putting in Das Das and in Queens we almost
had a socialist and it was like a week or
two later that they finally noticed the you know that
(13:22):
the I think it was the Republican candidate actually want
But they're doing this with judges as well. Open up
the jails, you know, I R R everybody you know
think about it. What is their incentive then to even
show up again if they're facing jail time. I mean,
you know, crime will be rampant in this country and
it's all about chaos and anarchy. And that is a sad,
(13:45):
sad commentary on where we are right now and the
disrespect for law enforcement and the military and ice. You know,
there is one thing that separates us a civilized society
from a barbaric want, and that is the blue line,
right the rule of law and the thin blue line
the cops to enforce the law. And you know, we've
(14:08):
got it. We've got to wise up to what's going
on in this country because it's not good the direction
we're going. But I have faith that, you know, the
forgotten men and women are going to come out in
November and they're going to vote, and they're going to
be able to, you know, make sure that the man
who's a tip in the spear right now is not
beholden to anyone. And Donald Trump gets re elected again.
(14:30):
But that's all of my book. You got to read
how it's going to be done.
Speaker 1 (14:33):
And I think that two questions. Number one, you need
to talk and we need to tell people more about
what's happened in Montgomery County, Maryland, where you've had seven
seven rapes of young girls, all by illegals who should
have never been here in the first place, and it's
terrible that they make in in the sanctuary. Most of
Maryland's become sanctuary like it has in California, destroying the country.
(14:56):
Not only diseases, not only the strain on, but also
the crime which has come in is just endemic. Now
you've got the other situation. I wanted to ask you about,
how in the world can mister Trump hold up under
what he's been holding up under. He looks younger. It's
like he's almost like a vampire who feeds off of
(15:16):
every rally he goes to. He feels the people's energy
and these rallies. It's amazing to watch him. The man's
seventy three years old to Janine and look at him,
he looks like he's twenty. I know he doesn't smoke,
he doesn't drink because of his brother Fred. He's amazing
to see the energy that he has.
Speaker 2 (15:36):
Well. Look, I've known the man for over thirty years.
You know he never slept. Okay, I mean my then
husband was this lawyer and he'd call it all hours
of the night and not like al it's Donald again.
But in any event, this is a guy who was
born to fight. He was born to do this, and
you know all the people who were running against him.
(15:58):
And I can't wait for the debates. I really can't
grab your popcorn. Whoever it is, he's going to slice
him up. If it's Joe Biden and that Democrat client.
Speaker 1 (16:09):
It's overall before it starts.
Speaker 2 (16:11):
Yeah, And he doesn't have the slightest idea what state
he's in it any given moment, and I mean both
physical and mental right, and and you know it is
going to be it is going to be amusing. But look,
Donald Trump is a unique individual. He is determined to
do this, and he's doing it for all the right reasons.
And we ought to be grateful for the fact that
(16:33):
he has decided to take all this the incoming every
day and is still willing to do it again. And
his family is paying a price as well, but they're
pretty tough also. So we'll see how it goes. And
you read my book, you'll you'll there's a lot of
there's a lot of footnotes. There's two thirty pages of footnotes.
That way, if you fight with a liberal, he got
(16:54):
all the facts in there too.
Speaker 1 (16:55):
So radical resistance and revenge, it's the left plot to
remake America and make no mistake, they're trying to remake America.
This is the truth. And if this is remade, then
you're going to lose your insurance. I mean, we have
so many things to run against it. It's just incredible. They
just keep putting their foot in their mouth on everything.
And I think the big key is you're going to
(17:17):
see a lot of the black vote going for Trump
this time because people have jobs and they understand that
the Democrats have kept them, beholding to them. A government
big enough to give you everything you want, is big
enough to take it away, and that's exactly what they have,
and they're beholding to the master called the government. This
is not good. And they know that they want entrepreneurialship,
(17:38):
they want to make it, and this is helping them.
I've had a number of people on who are black
who are saying, we just cannot abide by it anymore.
So you've had the same thing. You've had a lot
of different people on who are black who are saying
this is resonating with the black population. This will make
a big difference because they lose that group, then they
have lost the election. Judgeane, thank you for being on. Hey,
(18:04):
thanks for listening to this podcast. We got lots more,
so be sure to come back.
