We've had churches shut down, those that haven't folded on

mask and all of that. The judiciary has been virtually destroyed.
The educational system has gone, sports have been destroyed. Everything
America stands for has just been turned upside down. And

is this by accident? No, it's by plan. And the censorship.
You sent a video called Unmasked. It was an incredible video.
It was up on YouTube for let's less than twelve hours.
I think you know that it was up for less
than twelve hours. Why was it untruthful? No, it was
it untruthful, Sydney the video unmask.

No. No, they can't stand any semblance of truth in
today's conversation because that's what they fear the most. It
exposes all of their misdeeds and flat out crimes.

In some cases, that's flat out crimes.

The Anomalies vote spikes were for Biden and Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin,
Georgia in the middle of the night, twenty three times
more votes for Biden than for President Trump twenty three times.
Is that going to happen? No, No four extreme updates.
Zero point four percent of one percent. Chances that could
have happened, impossible ratio of votes weighted race distribution. Part

two the eyewitness video. Georgia talked about to shutdown at
tenth but they kept on counting. Suitcases were pulled out,
the same ballots were run through two and three times.
Cybersecurity and foreign China Iran servers were connected to the
Internet and they were encrypted, and they had servers counting
our election votes in Serbia, Canada, US and Spain. This

is incredible. What is the big deal about counting votes?
You just do the votes that you count them.

Yes, that would be the thing to do. It's just
ridiculous that we went through any of this, Absolutely ridiculous.
But then it was planned that way.

We had unsolicited mail in ballots, a lot of them
were unsolicited, had signature requirements removed in Pennsylvania, not by
the legislature but by the people in the election board
and by politicians. We had shredding at ballots. Poll watchers
were not allowed. Garbage bags full of Trump ballots were
garbage unfolded ballots were counted, which they had to be

folded to come in to fit in the oblem. Forensic
audits were not allowed in Americopa County, Arizona. As a matter
of fact, there's a lawsuit going on right now where
the legislatures suing the board of supervisors to just let
them look at the ballots. Unsolicited mail in ballots Americopa County.
Multiple ballots were received. I received a ballot for somebody

who had not lived in this house for five years.
Three fourths of the people in America believe that the
election was fraudulent, three fourths of the people. And yet
you put a video up showing how it was done
and they take it down. This is America, Sydney.

No, it's now what I call Marika me or Ika,
which is essentially a Nazi fascist.

Country, absolutely Nazi fascist country. And you've got a group
running around called Antiphah, which is basically communists because the
anti fa people during the Second World War fought the
fascists who were the Germans, and so you've got what
do you want, communists, which both are both sides of socialism. Now,

all the election lawsuits, Trump won two thirds of the
election lawsuits where the merits were considered. Of twenty two
cases been heard in the courts and decided on their merriage.
Trump and Republicans prevailed in fifteen of the lawsuits.

Nobody's talking about.

That, no ears because and I don't really know of
a single one where the court considered the facts of
fraud in any way in any way. I just don't
know of one.

Now.

The Supreme Court does have it, excuse me, how before
it right now? Our Michigan case, which includes substantial evidence
of fraud, but not all there is because so much
has come in since then. So I don't know what
they're doing and why they didn't rule on things before

January sixth. They really, as far as I'm concerned, abdicated
their ultimate responsibility to the people and the Constitution when
they fail to act before the sixth.

They have announced that they will soon consider major election lawsuits.
They're taking that to consider it now.

Now.

The key about that is they're not going to hear
these lawsuits until October.

Now, excuse me.

Is there anything that is pressing that we need to
do right now instead of wait till October. It's like, well,
let's sit back and figure out we need to take
a little vacation. Is that what's going on. They may
hear it in October.

Yeah, well, that would be the normal course of events.
If they ask for full briefing, and if they grant
their it and ask for full briefing and all of
that sort of thing, they could certainly decide it sooner.
They're the Supreme Court. In fact, they could have decided
it before January sixth, But they just stalled like everyone

else and not done. As far as I'm concerned, they
didn't do their jobs.

When we've got something so major as the future of
the country hanging in the balance.

Did they not decide.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
The case of George Bush versus Al Gore quickly and
rapidly so that we weren't put under all this stress?

They should have. I don't know why they.

Did the Bush Gore.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
They did the Bush Gore quickly because they knew that
this was important. It would determine who was going to
be the next president of the United States. In Florida,
we've got the same sort of thing going on, except larger.
We've got four or five six different states and they
can't decide what to do. The Supreme Court are they
afraid or is everybody intimidated?

I wish I knew. The answer is that all I
can say is we've had a complete institutional failure of
all the institutions that were created in the Constitution to
protect the constitutional rights of the individuals against the government,
and they have, every single one of them has failed us.
Every branch. The executive branch failed us, the legislative branch

failed us, and the judicial branch failed us. Nothing worked
as it should have worked. It was all succumbed to
by massive fraud and whatever influenced China and Iran and
any other nefarious actor brought to bear on the process,
whether it be by blackmail or extortion or bribery or

just some form of corruption.

Doesn't every lawyer and every judge, and every politician and
everyone in the military take an oath of office to
the uphold and defend the Constitution. I'd hear these people talk,
and these politicians about the great democracy the America is.

We're not a democracy. They wouldn't want a democracy that's
a rule by the majority. We do not have a democracy,
do we.

No, we have a republic. We're supposed to have a republic,
and that's why we started very shortly after the election,

that we fight to protect our constitutional freedoms and the

Bill of Rights, an election integrity. I mean, we started
with the election integrity cases that we've brought, like I said,
one of which is still pending before the Supreme Court,
but it involves much more than that. We need to
be able to protect against free speech. There are a
lot of suits that should have been brought because of
the ridiculous mask policy. I mean, nobody should be breathing

their own exhausts. We don't plug the exhaust of the
car into the passenger compartment, but here we have humans
forced to breathe their own exhaust, which is causing all
kinds of medical issues from eye infection, strap throat thrush,
any number of illnesses have caught people have suffered with

because of the mask.

Oh, absolutely right.

I can't breathe.

In your own carbon dioxide is what's happening. And people
are passing out, they're having headaches, they're having all sorts
of different problems and those are minor. They're also having major,
major physical problems from it. But the Amendment one says
Congress shall make no law representing establishedment religion, or prohibiting
the free exercise thereof, or bridging the freedom of speech

or of the press, or of the right of the
people peacefully to a semble and the petition of the government.
We can't petition, we can't a symbol, we can't have
a redress for our grievances, and we no longer have
freedom of speech in this count. I'm looking at that
they're getting ready take away the Second Amendment by taxing
guns and ammunition. I mean, we have had the constitution

that they are taking oath to pull to defend totally decimated.

Yes, we have. I could not be more concerned for
the future of our country than I am right now.
Really never expected to live to see this day.

And then you've got the other problem where you've got
the UH people who are defending the police. And if
you're defending the police, without the police, we don't have freedom.
I don't know if these people will realize that we
don't have freedom without the police.

And what we seem to be dealing with or a
cross between authoritarian dictators and absolute fascists. And a lot
of people don't understand what fascism is, but it's the
use of corporations to enforce public policy that's contrary to

the will of the people. And that's exactly what we
have going on here. As soon as the airline started
mandating masks on everybody, I realized we had gone full fascist.
Oh and that's happening with other corporations too. I mean,
the Holder Department of Justice perfected that eight ten years

ago when they did what they called Operation Chow Point.
They put pressure on the banks to deny banking services
to pawn shop certain pharmaceutical companies. They had a list
of about thirty different entities, and they put pressure on
the banks to deny them services because even though their
services were perfectly lawful and in many instances constitutionally protected,

the Obama administration didn't like them. Well, the new administration,
the Trump administration, end at that policy, but guess what,
the corporations continued doing it and now they're doing it
even worse. That's why Facebook and Twitter and all of
those companies have deplatformed people. It's the ultimate fascism for

Yeah, Joe Biden was mentally incompetent and is mentally incompetent,
and they shoved them up our nose with fraud so

freest country on the face of the earth to live
in fear of their own government. It's the government that's

by us. We have simply lost all of that, and
we've got to regain it. I don't know exactly what
it's going to take, but we were starting to work
on it with great deliberation right now, and we've got
to have everybody involved that. You know. I used to think,
I know, I was never political. People said when I

wrote the book, oh, it was a political book. I said, no,
it's not. I really thought the Democrats would be the
ones wanting to listen to it because it's about criminal
justice reform and fairness in our judicial system. But no,
only the Conservatives would listen. I couldn't understand that. I
still don't understand that. But that's the way it is,
because the others have gone so far left and authoritarian

and dictatorial and flat out fascists that we've they've taken
our freedoms away from us. Within a year, I could.

Tell that this is persue. But most of us, not
only have they taken our freedoms away, they've taken our
hope away, which is even worse. And the other thing
is people are stressed and this is causing physical problem,
physical illness. As all goes back to the COVID and
that's what brought all of a lot of this. In

Pennsylvania November fourth through seventh, nineteen percent of the vote
edition were for Trump, but the votes were five hundred
and seventy eighty fourteen votes for Biden, three thy two
hundred and ninety for Trump. That's incredible. In Arizona, twenty
two thousand and ninety three mail in votes were received

the day before they were mailed. How can that happen?

How in the world that happened to accomplish?

And two thousand registered voters lived in a vacant lot.
That's in Arizona alone.

Yes, a lot of them lived at the ups mailbox
places too.

Thought I thought Licensed July, you thought Licensed to Lie
showed a lot of fraud and deceit. It was nothing,
and it wasn't just one thing on this last election,
they pulled out the stops on everything. Now, didn't President
Trump realize that the mail end voting was going to
be fraudulent? I think he should have If he didn't,

There were a lot of things that should have been
done that weren't done. Lou, I don't think President Trump
ever really got control of the of the executive branch
of government, any of it. I could not be more
disappointed in the Department of Justice than I am right now.

I really believed and trusted Bill Barr. I thought he
was a fine man. And for him, I say there
was no evidence of widespread fraud, tells me he simply
refused to look at the very best. That's the best
interpretation I can make of.

That is a generous interpretation, overly generous.

And then the other one is Robert Ray, the FBI director.

He is the Christopher Ray.

The FBI has just become a mere shell of itself
of what we thought. You know, we watch all these
FBI movies and all of this and how great they are,
and it has been totally destroyed, totally destroyed. I would
hate to be an FBI agent today, really because We
are many dedicated FBI agents, but the.

Top is just rotten.

Yeah. Christopher Ray was Andrew Weisman's supervisor at the Department
of Justice when I wrote Licensed July, so when licensed
facts were happening, when the cases were happening. So, yes,
he is a big problem on you. When he was appointed,
he should not have been. I don't know who gave
President Trump advice on appointees, but that person should never

have had that job. And everything, every bit of our
government needs to be cleaned out from top to bottom.
And that means our regular citizens, American citizens who love
this country and want to follow the law, need to
get active today in their local politics and start reclaiming
the country for freedom and building a culture of freedom.

We've got to get more involved in schools if they
ever open again, or start your own. We've got to
get more involved in city council. I told one of
my neighbors last night, I said, get ten people together
and go sit in every city council meeting and start
speaking up. The same thing with county commissioners meetings. Get

a group of you and your friends together and go
to every single meeting. Watch them like a hawk, speak
up on the issues that are important to you. Vote
them out of office, campaign against them, get the word
out to all your friends by any means available. Go
to the new social media platforms that are not restricting speech.

to fight Dominion Voting Systems that has now sued me

it's getting real interesting. People have followed boy.

One point three billion from Dominion. I mean, why would

Such a high lawsuit? Would why would they do such a.

Thing because it catches headlines? You know, these are a
headline being smear campaigns dressed up as lawsuits. That's all
they are. They're totally baseless. Everything I've said, I have evidence,
sworn affidavits to base it on. Oh yes, yeah, it's harassment.
It's an effort to suppress and silence me. It's an

effort to destroy me personally. All of it is just
absolutely hideous.

Do they even have an office anymore? They were hiding
and changing their offices for a long time.

Oh yeah, within a week of the election. The same
week of the election, they moved their offices across town.
Shredding trucks were leaving their offices like crazy in Denver, Colorado.
And I don't think I'd even mentioned Dominion by then. No,
there's a lot a lot going on there.

Now, let me ask you a real quick question. If
you had been able to have stopped Wiseman, and you
had a took in before the bar New York, why
did they not take his license?

Well, because the Department of Justice was defending him. The
New York Bar was obviously working in concert to try
to protect him, and they sent the grievance to the
Department of Justice Office of Professional Responsibility to decide it
without even telling us. That's what they were doing when
the Department of Justice was representing Weisman. So of course

they found no problem there.

Yes, so a lot of people. And that showed you
this was the ground play. And in License to Lie,
you talk about the ground play that set up so
much else. If you could have stopped it right there
and you gave out the plan and exactly what happened,

that bad. Even your own brother didn't believe it.

is their refusal to allow independent inspection of the voting machines.
There's a federal law that requires every county, every voting

a complete audit of whatever went on in the election,
so we can ensure and make people, you know, perfectly
comfortable in the validity of their vote in this country.
That is one of the hallmarks of a free society
is the security of our individual votes. One citizen, one vote.

That's the way it's supposed to be. That's what the
Supreme Court said years ago. The fact that they will
not let the dominion es and s, any of the
companies whoever they are, will not let an independent audit
and inspection happened by computer experts of their systems tells
me all I need to know about how fraudulent those

machines were. They were running an algorithm. We have testimony
of that in multiple places by multiple people, including forensic
experts who did get to get into the machines in
Antrim County, Michigan, and we know from several other counties
that were investigated that a certain number of votes were

flipped and it was roughly a twenty six percent if
I remember correctly, vote flip for Biden. Yeah, and you
have votes coming out with decimal points, Well, it doesn't
work that way. You don't divide a vote between two
people in any way, shape or form. Either Biden got

the whole vote or Trump got the whole vote. But
the votes come out with percentage points, with decimal points.
That tells you right there, there was an algorithm running
in the machine that changed the votes. And their machines
their own manual. Their own manual advertises the ability to
do that.

They had cartoons exchanging October October twenty third and November
twenty fifth, and many of the machines, especially in Michigan,
were reprogrammed.

all of these machines, many of them, were hooked up
to Internet accessed with thumb drives, different things loaded to them.

that whole election was just as dirty as it can be.

not going to be a forensic audit. And the legislature

the thirty three tho four hundred illegals estimated to have voted,

ninety three mail in votes received a day before they
were mailed. That's enough to flip the election, very very clearly.
You've got the same thing happening in Pennsylvania, safety, in Michigan,
safety in Georgia, Wisconsin, and many other states. So this
is exactly now. You look at the figures President Trump
won the majority of the He won so many more

of the black vote that has ever happened before by
a Republican. Same thing with the Hispanic vote. And you're
looking at how Biden wasn't running well excepting these few
states where they needed it for the election. Those are
the only states where he was running ahead of Hillary,
and he only ran ahead of Hillary at like three

Yes, And you can correlate the massive vote spikes for
Biden with the fake counterfeit ballots being run through the

out from under the table and counting after they'd lied
to everybody and told them they had to go home

the name of the video, but it's only sixteen or
seventeen minutes. That shows the data, the irrefutable data, just
data which doesn't lie in at least three states showing
how the votes spiked for Biden in the wee hours

being brought in. And Georgia claims it did an audit blooney.
