Speaker 1 (00:00):
You know why why I went to Florida. I want
to go to w w PC. No, how to go there?
A book, A Flight of Florida. Yeah, I've woctrayed in there.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
I love this.
Speaker 1 (00:10):
This is like a real Google Maps. W PC got
the I drove very first thing from airport. I went
straight to the w w PC. No one was there.
It doesn't right. I tried. The door was locked and
knocked on. Do you try to just walk in?
Speaker 2 (00:29):
Yeah? Yeah, that's some balls, ladies, gentlemen, boys and girls.
It's a board the Wrestling Classic and I am back
here with RB Rain City Toys for another special episode
of the tw C Show. We got a very special guest.
(00:49):
We got someone that I've been chatting to you for
the last couple of years or a year here and
we said, we do this, so we want to get
it done. U. Representation is probably what this is gonna
be about, because we got our gombury him out of
urgent saying how are you doing today?
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Pretty good? Brother? How you guys?
Speaker 2 (01:04):
Oh great man, that's Sunday relaxing, you know, before calm,
before the store, and before you know, my nephew gets
back and I think he's gonna be trapped with the
three kids. So it's taking it easy.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
Bro. If you come to Toronto, it's so much no
right now, Bro, you're gonna hate it.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
Were you born and raised in Toronto?
Speaker 1 (01:22):
Nah uh I was born in Punjab, India. I moved
to Canada in the twenty fifteen.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
In twenty fifteen.
Speaker 3 (01:28):
Oh, you have to ask you obviously, it's as a
standard question. Where's your pand.
Speaker 1 (01:34):
My pand is teven thousand? It's Punjab, Okay, it's close
to him.
Speaker 2 (01:38):
Research Okay, okay, when so like, let me ask you.
Then I ask everybody this, what were your earliest memories
of professional wrestling? When you what do you remember first
seeing the.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
Very first thing I remember The very first match that
I saw was Great College in twenty man Battle Royals
for the World Tivy Championship.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
Oh, when you want it in the Battle World.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
Yeah, I saw that this Pandubi dude just like beat
twenty people and vunder belts. I was like, hold me, shit,
I wanna do.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
Let me because you know you're the perfect person asked
about this and not many people I can ask about this.
It's a twofold question. One explain to the people that
don't get it. Just how popular Great Collie really is
in India?
Speaker 1 (02:19):
And two.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
Just show with that. Start with that, how popular is
the action India?
Speaker 1 (02:25):
Bro, great colleague. Let's say if you go down the
street right and see John Cena in Toronto or maybe
like in USA, right, you know, people are gonna go crazy.
If you go to India and you see Great Collie.
You can say it times ten. Yeah, Great Collie is bro.
He's on a different level. I saw him only once,
maybe I was in grade twelve. You know how I
(02:47):
looked at him. I was like, shit, it's kind of
a huge bro. Is bigger than my face.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
Yeah, because some people don't get it. I'm like, yo,
like he's really popular over there, Like he's actually like
make sure you know, there's a lot of like you know,
Punjabi or Indian wrestlers that are like actually American born
Canadian born, and there's nothing wrong with that, but they
build them from India. Well a great colors Like no,
like the fans, no, like he's from here, Like he
still lives there now, he's got a restaurant and stuff
out there last time I checked. Like he's fabricated in
(03:19):
the fabric of India.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
Bro. If you're born in India and just stay in
Canada or maybe in USA, bro, you always want to
go back to India because the culture and the way
of living right is way way different For me. I've
been living here in Canada for the last ten years, right.
I also go to States to do India shows, but
I always want to go to India and wrestle because
I want to wrestle in front of my people too.
(03:43):
Just see like how it feels because they see WXM
just started there, right, Yeah, yeah. I was talking to
a Raj party right right, and he was like, the
show was amazing. It's it's a different atmosphere when you
go wrestle in India.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
Well, the fans have a different like you know, a
lot of times people talk about the Japanese fan and
the respect they have for wrestling. I think in India
it's like, no, they love it like they love wrestling.
It's like it's like, we just watched the documentary on
Gama sing recently. It's on Crave. Everyone go watch it
and they talk about Kushti and like the history of
wrestling and how far back it goes. And I'm like, no,
in India, they love it. They love the idea of
(04:20):
like the competitive battle of fighting and wrestling like and
it's such a big like when they watch ww like
from like my audience alone, And I'm like the younger
fans like even in their teenagers still think it's like
everything can be fake, but when John Cena wrestles is real,
and I think there's a different kind of love for
wrestling in India.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
That's why. Yeah, it is because even though if they
know like everything is scripted on whatever, right, they still
love it. They can watch movies, right, you go to Sema,
you watch movies the same thing. It's a story. Yeah, right,
you go and you tell a story and everyone just
loves it.
Speaker 3 (04:53):
So you haven't just don't watch it. You haven't wrestled
out in India yet.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
Nah. So twenty fifteen, I came to Canada because I
was on a study permit, right, so after finish my studies,
then go and work permit. Finish my work permit, get
my PR. And the day I got my PR, I
started my wrestling training right away. The very next day
I was at this school.
Speaker 2 (05:14):
Was that your plan the whole time?
Speaker 1 (05:16):
Yeah? My parents were mad, they were they were mad.
They were like, bro, we sent you to Canada to
go settle, marry, have kids, settled down, and they were like,
they were like, well, what's wrong did.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
You so, like, at what age did you realize? Okay,
so you saw call you in the belt? At what
age you did you like in your mind? Like maybe
you didn't tell your parents, maybe you told a couple
of friends, did you know, Like I want to be
a wrestler, like this is I want to do what
they're doing.
Speaker 1 (05:42):
Okay, So as I said, right, I saw a great
colleague batter Royal the very first smash. Then I started
watching wrestling, right uh So then then I saw Triple
Agh for the very first time because I know John Cena,
but iased to undertake it. They were super popular in India,
right because when used to go to the PlayStation to
play SmackDown Pain bro a lot that games gave.
Speaker 2 (06:02):
There comes a Pain in one of the top games ever.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
Yeah, this is the best. It's elite. So I used
to play the game maybe like every day for like
five to six hours, right, and one day I was like,
why I'm not in there? I should be in there, right, Yeah?
So then I saw Triplege in the game. I was like,
his finishing is super cool. So then I went on YouTube.
I sauch Triple Age. I washed all of Triplege's matches
(06:27):
from maybe like nineteen ninety seven to until maybe twenty
ten or eleven somewhere. Yeah, love is wrestling, the Triplege
is my guy. I'm gonna do what he does right
even at my India shows. My finisher is the pedigree
I love. I'm gonna do it. So I saw that
and I was like, you know what, I want to
do this thing. I don't want to do a job
(06:47):
because because my dad owned three stores right back in India,
and I had an option either to stay in India
run those three stores, or go to me either Australia, Canada,
USA and do wrestling right. So I did some research.
I wanted to go to Australia first. I was about
to five for Australia and then my mom said, you
know what, instead of Australia, just go to Canada. And
(07:09):
I was like, okay, ww's in States. If I go
to Canada, it's right next to the States, right close,
way better. So I chose Canada. I came here, as
I said, I got my pr the very next day.
So until I got into the wrestling school, right, I
had no idea like you had to take bumps and
you had to train like seven days a week. You
have to do nothing. You know what I thought before,
(07:32):
before I wanted to be a wrestler. What I thought,
I was like these guys go one once and like Monday,
they go on TV. They rustle for one day. That's
it at all. They just make sure a ton of
money and that's it. They just chill six days to chill.
One day they work and that's it. And what their
job is go beat the other guy. That's it.
Speaker 2 (07:53):
That's so cool.
Speaker 3 (07:55):
So Argine, when you were deciding to pick a country,
obviously you weren't having the disc nession with one media
about you're gonna go wrestle in Australaia or Canada?
Speaker 2 (08:03):
Are you?
Speaker 3 (08:03):
You were just picking a country right now.
Speaker 1 (08:05):
So they were picking the country for me to go study.
So when is that Australia. I guess that was maybe
like twenty ten or something. So I had my Twitter account,
so I was reaching out to promotions, right, Okay, I'm
gonna wrestle. I'm coming to Australia, cand of wrestle for
you people. And I don't remember the name, but one
of the proportions said, yes, you can come here and
(08:26):
train with us and see how it works. I was excited,
but then they changes to Canada and it was a
whole different thing. So then on the day I got
into the wrestling school, my coach said, go take bumps.
I was like, what hit yourself on the back? Like,
why why you to fall down? Because there's three type
of bumps, right, you gotta take a back bump, face rolls.
(08:50):
I was like, Wow, it's a fantastic it's not wrestling.
Speaker 2 (08:54):
Yeah, let me ask you this.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
Then.
Speaker 2 (08:56):
Okay, so you came here, you're studying. Yeah, when did
you start find?
Speaker 1 (09:00):
You know?
Speaker 2 (09:00):
Like, okay, I got to find a school. How do
I find one?
Speaker 1 (09:03):
Like?
Speaker 2 (09:03):
What school did you find? Like, give me the outlet
of how this worked for you.
Speaker 1 (09:07):
So I was in school. So when I was in school, right,
I really didn't want to study, but I have to
graduate to go to my work permit. Right, So what
I did was I had a friend group. I told
them I don't want to study, can you do my
assignments and my finals? So I had my friends do
my finals and my assignments right. Even though when we
(09:28):
were in the class right doing the test and everything,
I used to like hide my phone under under the
like papers right and sending me answers. I used to
send them pictures of the text. Okay, these are the questions,
send me the answers, wait them to send me answers,
and write everything and then just get out of there.
Speaker 3 (09:45):
So this is how I.
Speaker 1 (09:45):
Graduate my school because I've been to Seneca in Thestor
York University. So like that. Then my work permit, I
had to just do some job to get to get
the pr. So while I was on my work permit,
I searching around, like what school I can go? So
I found the school name Super Kicked. It's in downtown Toronto.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
Yeah I know exactly what Chaco.
Speaker 1 (10:07):
Yeah yeah, So it's run by Chris Chambers. He was
my first coach. I trained there for about two years.
I learned a lot, learn learned a lot there. So
I trained for two years. After two years, I got
my green light. Uh and now for past year year
and a half, I've been doing indie shows here in
Canada and States.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
How much of a shock was it? Like the ropes
are uncomfortable, the Matt still hurts a little bit, like
what you see on TV is not really what it
is once you start doing it.
Speaker 1 (10:37):
So the very first thing I felt because whenever we
were on the ropes, right, they said rope burns this
and that, but my back was just good. I never
got into rope burn on my backs and bumps. My
back was good taking bumps. But for my very first bumps, right,
I used to put my elbows down and I got
the tennis elbows. They hurt, like hell yeah yeah, once
(10:59):
we got the even right now, I guess I have
something on mela. But if you see it, that happened yesterday.
So what happened just happens.
Speaker 2 (11:09):
Yeah. Have you had any major injuries yet?
Speaker 1 (11:12):
No? Nothing yet.

(12:20):
taking your physique seriously? Like, were you already doing that?
At a younger age because you want to be a wrestler.
Was that something like once you went to the school, Like, okay,
now I also have to get a proper gym thing going,
proper diet going, because you look great, you earn shape.
Look at your page. Now you did some extra work
for aw got your pictures and stuff like tell me
about when did you start realizing, okay that I need
to be in shape, Like we're going to the gym,
(12:41):
Like were you always the gym guy?
Speaker 1 (12:43):
Was this something I was not so before I got
into the shape, I was too twelve? Right? Yeah? Then
I want to fold at a train. You know why
why I went to Florida. I want to go to WWPC. Yeah,
no clue how to go there? A book a flight
to Florida. Yeah, I've walked it in there.
Speaker 2 (13:00):
I love this.
Speaker 1 (13:01):
This is like a real Google Maps us w PC
got the address. I drove the very first thing from airport.
I went straight to the w w PC. No one
was there. It was making a long weekend, right. I
tried the.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
Door was locked and knocked. Do you try to just
walk in? Yeah? Yeah, that's some balls. That's only the
that's the only you only have those type of balls
when you're an immigrant. I'm telling you because when you're hearing,
you're scared about getting in trouble and like, no, I
can try to bring the door that you.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
So the door was locked. I was like, what should
I do. It's a long weekend. I'm not sure if
someone's here or not. Right, So I waited for half
an hour. I saw three people walking by, right, I
just rushed towards them. So so I got this guy
named Huntly. Yeah, Huntly, he works for Next Week. I
guess he's a backstage producer or something.
Speaker 2 (14:01):
Yeah he is, he is.
Speaker 1 (14:02):
Yeah. So so I talked to him for like about
half an hour. So now he we talk because he's
on my Instagram, right, I follow him and followed me back.
He listened to my story and he was like, bro,
you did some good ship, so that that's why you
are here. I'm like, yeah, I told him I want
to be in ww what should I do? He just
(14:23):
get me in? It's right there, just let me in.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
I came here just job for you.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
I didn't tell him I came from Canada. I told
him I came from India. So I just want to
be here. So let me in. Then he said, now
it doesn't work like that. I didn't know it doesn't
work like that. So he said, okay, you gotta do
this thing. You got to apply online at ww recruit.
I said, okay. So I spent maybe like three or
more more four days there. I went to Universal Disney,
(14:57):
came back to Canada start training. So then I played
for another maybe like six months. I came back to Florida.
This time I drove from Toronto to Florida. It took
me two to three days to get there.
Speaker 2 (15:09):
That's crazy. Good for you. You know, that's so nice
because I always used to like when I was younger,
and I'm just honestly, when I was like twenty two,
I always like i'd be like going through some time.
I'm like, fucking man, I'm just gonna drive to the headquarters.
Doesn't driving Vancouver and go to the headquarters. It would
be a fun road trip. Make some stop, see something,
see their grand canyon, go meet some friends and stay
with some family along the way. It'll be fun. Never
(15:31):
did it, but you actually did it. That's fun.
Speaker 1 (15:35):
Also, the whole ship that was me but just me
and you know.
Speaker 2 (15:39):
What, Yeah, what kind of car do you have.
Speaker 1 (15:42):
I have about out the A five. It's a two
dole car. Okay, it wasn't comfortable, but it got me there.
Speaker 2 (15:47):
No, that's all fucking honestly, I love it. I love anything.
I'm hearing you now like I like feel like I
want to be your friend after hearing this is saying.
So you drove back to Florida. You drove again after
six months?
Speaker 1 (16:00):
Do you know where I go? Very well?
Speaker 2 (16:02):
PC?
Speaker 1 (16:02):
Yeah, PC, very full stop straight to PC.
Speaker 2 (16:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (16:07):
So this time the door was locked again.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
And but okay, So just to give your heads up,
I don't think the door is ever open. Everybody that
goes there has a pass card and you have to
scan it and then the door opens. So no matter
what you do, you go, that's gonna be locked.
Speaker 1 (16:24):
But I.
Speaker 2 (16:26):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (16:27):
And then so I went back there. No one was
there again. So I saw some guy. He was a
medical guy. His his car was broke down right in
front of the door.
Speaker 2 (16:37):
So what are the chances?
Speaker 1 (16:38):
Yeah, I boosted his car. I gave him my battery.
His car started working again. I told him I came
from India, can you guys? He said, Nah, I cannot
do that, but you gotta apply online. I was like, okay,
and then you go back. No. I stayed there, so
I did maybe, like, so I stay didn't for Orlando
(17:01):
for five days? I did like, Oh No, I stayed
there for a month. I did five indie shows during
my time I trained there. I met a st.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
Great, great guy.
Speaker 1 (17:12):
Yeah. I went to Hostel Champions and.
Speaker 2 (17:16):
I've been there too. Yeah, that place is great to
have been there with. I forgot the guy's name and
the girls name, but I was there. I did some Yeah,
she's great.
Speaker 1 (17:26):
So I met Bobby Fish. I made connections with the
Babbat tender. Oh, bro, he's tall.
Speaker 2 (17:32):
He is tall, like this.
Speaker 1 (17:34):
Guy I ever seen, like after you saw colle you. Yeah,
but he was a kid right right, but right now,
and I'm an adult and know wrestling. I was like, wow,
he said, put me in a headlock? How can I
putune a head lock? Jump to get your head?
Speaker 2 (17:53):
Yeah. So you spent some time down there, and that's
actually good. So the second time you went, you like
got to train with some people you go to meet.
You trained with the as a House of Champions met.
Speaker 1 (18:03):
Yeah. During the time I was there, there was a seminar,
seminar of a squ Gabe Plowski and Natalia down in Tampa.
So that was my very first seminar out of wrestling, right,
So I attended to the seminar. I got a chance
to show them what I can do. They saw him
a three minutes match because of course rustled this guy.
(18:24):
You you must know. His name is Bulletproof Troop.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
Yeah, I know him. I know Blake bullet Troop Troop.
Speaker 1 (18:29):
Like, yeah, yeah, russell him. How was that it was good?
Speaker 2 (18:35):
What was the feedback you got from the seminar then?
Speaker 1 (18:37):
So they said your wrestling is good, but you gotta
if you're representing a country, right, because because it was
only me Indian who was there. Right, I did so
many shows in the USA. Every place I go, it's
only me who's brown.
Speaker 2 (18:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (18:50):
Everyone else is from like different places, right, even in Canada.
Super rare to see like brown people. Yeah, so they
saw me. Natalia said, you gotta work on your physique.
It said, you gotta work on your physique. Gabe, same thing,
you gotta work on your physique because I was too
twelve and I was just eating right because my old
(19:10):
coach said you gotta get big, So I was just
eating like whatever. Yeah, So I came back to Canada
and I found this gym called Freebird. I asked the coach, like,
I went to USA for wrestling, I want to get
selected for a major company. And the feedback that the
god is your wrestling is good, but you gotta work
on your physique and your character. Right?
Speaker 2 (19:32):
Can I ask you what what year was that that
you went down there? When was the summinar?
Speaker 1 (19:36):
Like three last December?
Speaker 2 (19:39):
Last December? Yeah, okay, okay, so you came back and
you're already looking great. This is great.
Speaker 1 (19:46):
I've been working out seven days. I haven't taken any
days off, like seven days. I'm at the gym even
right now, I'm at the gym. Yeah, once we finished.
Speaker 2 (19:55):
So you just so if you don't mind me asking,
so what year did you start wrestling?
Speaker 1 (19:59):
Then?
Speaker 2 (19:59):
So like if to Orlando twice already the second time
you stayed there a few years ago? Okay, so not
that long. Yeah, you know that's pretty good. For two
years that you're like greenlit. You're out here, you're training
with a steel in Italian guys like that's you're doing
a lot.
Speaker 1 (20:15):
When I get to a major company, right, shine.
Speaker 2 (20:18):
Yeah, how do you how do you meet Roger how
did you and gender connect?
Speaker 1 (20:24):
So as you see my social media, right, I posted
so much, so many of my clips are wrestling, So
I guess he saw one of my clips that I
wrestled in Montreal and I was making my entrance right
so I had like big smile on my face making
entrance and my T shirt had Punjab's map on it.
So I guess Ginger saw that story that video and
he started following me right right away after it. So
(20:45):
what does that Ginger Madle just followed me.
Speaker 2 (20:47):
I was like, ship, He's very supportive. He has a
really big like I've had many conversations with him on
the year and interviews and off the year, and like
it's always about like we really need more representation, I
feel like more being Indian wrestlers. And he knows what
he accomplished, but he thinks it should be bigger. Like
you'll even say it a lot of time, Like at
(21:07):
one point in w W have like six seven of us.
Speaker 1 (21:10):
Now there's nothing.
Speaker 2 (21:11):
Why is it like no one at all? Like yeah,
and it's still it is still a big market, like
whether they and I feel like w W goes to
like this up and down thing with India, like one
min it is a big market, then it's not. It's
a big market, then it's not. So like I don't
know if he's given you the advice. But being ready
at all times because you never know when it's gonna
go like this again is a big deal. Uh great
(21:32):
dude though, Yeah, super humble.
Speaker 1 (21:34):
So once once his gender start following me, right, I
was holy that that's the guy I was in India
when he when he got the title. Right, Yeah, it's
the same guy I used to watch the TV. Now
he's he's friends with me on Instagram and I'm talking
to him. That was unreal. And just after that, I
also made connections with sing Brothers. Yeah, both parties are
(21:56):
like super they're like down towards people because whenever. But
then because last time they came to Toronto for the show, right,
because we did the same show. I picked up the
airport on the way. I used to like pick their
brains a lot. No, you're supposed to bring the whole time. Yeah,
then her puddy did work out together. I love you.
Oh they love Cardio. They did. They do too much body.
Speaker 2 (22:19):

Speaker 2 (24:14):
Yeah, we've talked, you've seen interview clips, have done, You've
seen stuff done and one of the biggest things that
I think you. I think you. I think you realized
I was Jubb and You're like, oh wait a minute.
And then I was like, just.
Speaker 1 (24:28):
The first thing I saw your first name, right, I
was like, okay, there's a guy named Justin who does
interviews and stuff. Right then I opened your profile it
said just to love. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (24:40):
So then I uh, that's how we connected. But like
doesn't tell me how much, like how much does representation
matter to you and how much pride you have them,
Like I want to bring India to like the w W.
I want to be that representation, bro.
Speaker 1 (24:54):
Represent Representation is whenever I go go to any show, right,
even to any training center or any show, it's it's
it's Indian, Indian Panjabi guy is always me like just myself.
Everyone else is from like different races, different color of
color of people. Right.
Speaker 2 (25:09):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (25:10):
So I say, if I go wrestle in front of
these people and with them, right, I gotta show them
what we can do because because they're gonna see me
and they if I do good, they're gonna feel like, Okay,
if this guy do good, Indian people does good. Right,
So if I don't do good, they're gonna be like, Okay,
all the people must be like.
Speaker 2 (25:26):
Hen, yeah, you're representing an entire culture. Like if other
Indian kids want to do this, if you're about like, oh,
we've had Indian wrestlers and they weren't good.
Speaker 1 (25:35):
Yeah, so I have to make sure I look good.
My my beard, my hair. It's it's own point. I
smell good, I wrestle good, and I do things that
make people like proud of me, right because whenever I
have I have matches, I don't really go for like
big moves and stuff. I just want to create a moment,
right like people remember that moment, like O, this thing
happened in the match.
Speaker 2 (25:55):
Yeah, no, that's important. And also like I like that
you said that, Like I want to look good. At
want to like I want to rustle good, I want
to smell good. Like there's a lot of stereotypes, especially
right now in Canada about Indians, and you don't want
to be that stereotype, right, Like you want to Yeah.
Speaker 1 (26:11):
If you talk about that. So after the whole thing happened, right, like,
they hate about Indian stuff, like for the past couple
of months. Right, I did my very first smash in
downtown Toronto, like after this whole thing happened, and people
just hurt my name and they start booming me right away.
Speaker 2 (26:27):
Yeah wow they heard.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
My name, argue saying, and they were just booing me
like crazy crazy. So okay, okay, so I did the thing.
I'm trying to go for a high five. They when
they do high five, right, I put my hand away.
I was like, I got you now, boom me now,
so I give you more reasons to.
Speaker 2 (26:44):
So you you you fed into it, you embraced it.
Speaker 1 (26:47):
Yeah, like okay, boom boom me down.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
So like, are you usually a good guy most of
the time though?
Speaker 1 (26:53):
Okay, so when anybody first started, right, I was here
every show I go, but like recently, every show I
go to they just want me to be a babyface.
So I'm a baby face now. I guess.
Speaker 2 (27:05):
I guess it's more fun being a bad guy from
what I know.
Speaker 1 (27:09):
So show I was a here, right, So I got
into the thing like okay, I'm gonna give you guys
high five and alas as I took my shirt off,
I have it on my video. So I took my
shirt off. There was like a group of maybe three
to four girls. They were booming like crazy, and the
guy who was recording the match right ver sunning right
next to them. I took my shirt off. They were like, ah,
(27:29):
I don't want to boo him anymore.
Speaker 2 (27:30):
He looks I'm not on camera though, Like, wait a minute,
wait a minute, he's fit. He doesn't look like the
rest of them.
Speaker 3 (27:41):
Walk in song Do you have a walk in specific
like a specific song like to walk into.
Speaker 1 (27:45):
Or a song. Yeah. My theme theme song as of
now is it is called Big Dogs by Hane man
Kind and the Limits with the Current nodulars. This is
a song of current, so it's it's a mix of both,
but it just looks super good when you hear it.
People get right into it, like because it's a mist
of English and Punjabi. Right, so people like, okay, what
(28:06):
is happening?
Speaker 2 (28:08):
Let me ask you this. How was the experience at
AW AW?
Speaker 1 (28:12):
Oh so I did extually work for w W and
aw all.
Speaker 2 (28:17):
Tell me about both? Tell me both, tell me all
three of them. How is your experience at w W.
How's the experience at AW And how's the experience of DNA?
Speaker 1 (28:24):
Okay, my experience with DNA wasn't really good. That's just
me being honest, right, because DNA personal experience. I didn't
like it because how you can go to casing, how
you can eat food where you have to stay it's
it's it's like not not good, right, Yeah, because the
first thing that said, once you go out there, right,
(28:44):
let's say, if you need to stay at backstage as
DNA for like twelve to fourteen hours, you can't eat
at all until all this stuff and talent has eaten
the food, right Yeah. And by the time everyone has
eating the food and you go out there in the
cashing like hungry as hell, there's nothing left. Then you've
got to go to McDonald's. I'll like goo. So I
went to tn islannniversary when they came to Montreal. Yeah.
(29:08):
My breakfast, dinner, and lunch was all McDonald's and I
stayed there for three days. I was like, oh man,
I was getting that bad. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:16):
And then how about AW AW was very comfortable actually,
because you go to aw you talk to this lady
called Amanda.
Speaker 1 (29:25):
Amanda was super humble too the night.
Speaker 2 (29:27):
Yeah, Amanda Hubert, Yeah yeah, yeah, okay, And how is
the experience back? Do you meet anybody cool? Do you
have to talk to anybody cool. Did you guys get
any little like? I know, sometimes you do extra work,
like once when William Regol was at AW, like you
would give a pep talk to all the extras sometimes
do they do any of that?
Speaker 1 (29:45):
Yep. So AW is different than w W. The main
difference is if you go to AW, they said you
can go and talk to like whoever you want. Just
don't go to like Tony Tony kind and just be
like okay, hire me and yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:57):
Don't do that. But you can talk to everybody else.
Speaker 1 (29:59):
Yeah, you can go to to like whoever you want.
You can be in ktering, eat whatever. You can just
go big brains and right. But if you go to WWE,
they say you do do not talk to anyone. If
someone comes and talk to you, talk to them. Otherwise
you just don't go to like random people and start talking.
Speaker 2 (30:14):
Yeah no, I've heard that. Yeah, but were you like
big I at w W when you got to do
actual films. It kind of like whoa, this is it?
Speaker 1 (30:23):
Okay. That was my very first time backstage at w W.
I was looking at all those faces that are seen
on TV. Right, the very first person I saw CM punk, Yeah,
sets roll in l A and Night are through and
they were sitting in ktering like I was sitting here.
Len Knight was sitting right next to me. I was like,
oh we should that's all right, I see this gind
of TV every week. Now next to me eating is food.
Speaker 2 (30:44):
Yeah, but is kind.
Speaker 1 (30:46):
Of busy backstage because they have all the wrestlers right,
and the restlers have their.
Speaker 3 (30:52):
Right.
Speaker 1 (30:52):
Yeah, they're just talking and talking and talking about this
stuff that's going to happen in the at the show.
But aw aw kind the same thing, but people a
lot more comfortable there.
Speaker 2 (31:01):
They were relaxed.
Speaker 1 (31:02):
Yeah, you can go like whoever talk? And I was
looking for people so I can make connections. The very
first person I saw to make connections is Sunday do Oh.
Speaker 2 (31:11):
Yeah, he's great. He's a good connection I have for
a w does a lot of the creative and the
booking stuff, so it's good.
Speaker 1 (31:16):
Yeah, I saw Sunday. This is the dude, see SNA
I'm saying because I wanted to read Sutnam. Right, he
wasn't there because I was in London for Dynamite and
All Out in Toronto. He wasn't at the both shows, okay,
And I'm like Okay, Satnam is not here, so who
else I can go and talk? Then I then I
saw Sunday Do I like sprint towards him? Right? I
(31:39):
was like, my name is Sergion.
Speaker 2 (31:41):
That came from media. I just love the margin I
came from. You know, it's so good because it makes
it seem like you have such a long journey to
make it here.
Speaker 1 (31:54):
Yeah, even though I have a Canadian citizenship now, No,
I know, no matter what you say, No.
Speaker 2 (32:01):
It's better though, trust me, it's better than it's like
I'm just in Canada. Like it's like this guy busted
his ass all the way from India to be here.
Speaker 1 (32:09):
Yeah, So I told him, can I send you my
stuff and you let me know what things I need
to go on the next level or to be in
a major promotion or to like how what should I
do to make myself better? Right, so I can reach
more people? So he said, okay, he gave me his email,
So we go and talks. We'll see what happens. Right.
(32:30):
But then then then I saw Sheldon Benjamin and Bobby Lashley.
They were like together. Yeah, I didn't know Sheldon Benjamin's
biceps are way bigger than Bobby Lashley's.
Speaker 2 (32:43):
They are. But you know what, like Shelton is very slow,
like he's very like big, but he just looks like
he just looks smaller because we're so used to lastly
being like the big but lash he's kind of gone
smaller over the years.
Speaker 1 (32:56):
I told him, I told him, bro Tea doesn't do
you any justice right now. You're like very big, small dude.
Speaker 2 (33:04):
Has there anyone he's great? Has there been anyone you
wrestled yet? That was really cool and the independence that
you were, like, damn, I'm really lucky that I got
to wrestle this person.
Speaker 1 (33:15):
No, okay, only one guy, his soul Taker.
Speaker 2 (33:18):
Maybe the soul Taker. He's like an undertaker character.
Speaker 1 (33:24):
He did a small promo. The promo was crazy, like
what a RV he was.
Speaker 2 (33:29):
A he's a caller. He used to call himself something
else and then they told him you have to my
soul taker. You can't be the N word taker, And
that's how he got believed. Like he's very viral on
the internet because people used to know him for that.
Ye I wrestled him and the promoted put me over.
That's awesome. You beat the soul Taker. Let me ask
(33:51):
you let me?
Speaker 1 (33:53):
Yeah, yeah, what are you saying? Then I posted a
picture pegging soul Taker. Soul Taker failed to take the prove.
Speaker 2 (34:00):
So that's awesome. Where to wrap this up, I'm asking
two more questions. First things First, what like I'm excited
for you now that I'm going to talk to you
or I feel like I'm more like I want to
follow your journey and like now getting to know you personally,
like I want to see you succeed, Like it's like
you're a great guy. This is awesome. What goals do
(34:20):
you have for twenty twenty six? Twenty twenty five almost done?
So what do you feel like?
Speaker 1 (34:23):
Okay, twenty twenty six, I'm gonna make my physique like
way better and I have so when I was in Orlando,
I talked to Booker and he said, if I want to,
I can be in Texas and wrestle for a Reality
of Wrestling, right, And I see so many people from
NXT they go to like Reality of Wrestling and they
wrestle and get opportunities. I was like, Okay, since I
(34:45):
know Booker, I can I can go there. But before
I taken a big step, right because I still have
to talk to Sunday that to see what is happening
right or what he needs. I just want to make
myself look good, and whenever a wrestle, I want to
show people like a story right, like as the same
movie like Emotions, roller Coaster and stuff like that. So
(35:06):
I'm gonna make myself look good, do a good storytelling
for matches, like how we put the match together, and
just represent my people because I have to represent two
countries now, not one, have to represent India and Canada
at the same time. Yeah, something different.
Speaker 2 (35:20):
Yeah, you know, it's really cool. I like I just
keep like if I can give your invices, just keep
doing what you're doing, because I feel like, even like
when I sit here, like whoa, that's crazy, it's working
for you. Whatever you're doing is working.
Speaker 1 (35:31):
Show.
Speaker 2 (35:33):
There's three pieces of advice I got at the very
beginning from different people. One my friend Cleo Thomas, told
me to just start what you've already done, like if
you have an idea to start doing it you figured
out along the way. The number two was like you
have to actually enjoy what you're doing and love it.
If you're doing it just to make money, you're gonna
be miserable. You're not gonna get what you want right away,
but eventually you'll make money. But if you love it,
you're keep doing it. And the third thing actually came
(35:53):
from the Bollywood boys, the Single Brothers, and they told me,
just show up. If you can be somewhere, just be
if you're not even booked or not doing anything, if
you can be in that town it's WrestleMania weekend or
there's a show like, be there because just being there
will open up opportunities. I feel like you do all
three of those things already. You're ready on top of it.
HEYOC boy, the Wrestling Classic justin. I'm here to show you,
(36:15):
guys the new officially license ww plush toys that are
available now at Walmart dot ce online. Guys, you get
yourself a jay Usoo. He's got the hair, a little
mullet going on here. He's got the glasses, probably the
coolest one that I think out of them all. I
actually really like the jau So we got some legends,
we got some guys like Hull Coke. We've got joke
A Menia, got the Hulks to handleballers and all. We
got the American Nightmare Cody Rhoads. Cody Rhodes is up
(36:37):
in here. Look at the details and the jacket and
all that fun stuff. We got the Tribal Chief himself,
Roman Reigns and guys. I'm only showing you some of them.
There's so many other ones that aren't here with me.
Speaker 1 (36:47):
Now.
Speaker 2 (36:48):
There's Sean Michael stonecall Steve Boston, the Undertaker, CM Punk
Area Ripley. This one's one of my favorites. Jake the
Snake Roberts with the snake. Little cool detail to have
the snake with him. I think anyone would enjoy playing
with this. Guy's got the o G gear and everything
as well, snakeskin boots. Of course I had to get
Brett the hit Man Heart the best, there is, the best,
(37:08):
there was, the best it will be.
Speaker 1 (37:09):
Can do like the thing of the wire hand.
Speaker 2 (37:10):
Thinking, I don't know, it's cool Brett Hart once again,
the details are really cool. You can pull the straps down.
That's another thing that's like a little interesting, you know,
if you want to be playing with these. It's his
retirement tour, last time ever. Says it on the shirt.
This is a very exclusive plus story of John Cena.
You can do the whole you can see me last
time ever? Pretty cool John Cena plushty. These are kind
(37:31):
of larger than your usual plush toys. They call them
full size because they're a little bit bigger than the
tiny ones that you can also get from Walmart. And
then we also got none of them The Final Boss,
the rock doing the people's eyebrow and everything. Check these
out Walmart dot CA. They'll be in stores select styles,
will be in select stores next month in November, and
(37:52):
then in twenty twenty six they'll be in some stores
in the United States. WW Officilations plush toys. These are
just some of the ones. I could show you the
a ton more. Make sure you get them all before
they do another drop so you don't miss out on
any of the any of the drops you mentioned storytelling,
So I do were missed if I didn't ask, uh,
did you grow up when watching movies and stuff like?
(38:12):
Were you like a Panjabi movie guy a Bollywood movie
guy or.
Speaker 1 (38:16):
I watched both Panjabi movies and Bollywood, but but more
into Bollywood movies. Though I love Khan as my guy,
my favorite.
Speaker 2 (38:23):
Yeah I do, He's my favorite. I do. I do, Yeah,
I do. He's one of my ghosts and that's what
are your? What are your? Like? Like the top three
favorite Bollywood movies?
Speaker 1 (38:33):
Then top three.
Speaker 2 (38:35):
I met Shot. I shook his hand. You know that, No,
they did. They did the toy Far Awards here in Vancouver.
It was like a Bollywood award show. And then I
went the last minute of my friends and we were early.
So like all these people walking there saw like Ubi
Shick and like Ashley Rye you know he shown actually
came to the crowd and like sort of slapping people's hands.
I shook his hand. I didn't even want to be involved.
(38:56):
It wasn't even like I was trying to get a job.
I just give like a firm hat chake click.
Speaker 1 (39:01):
Stop.
Speaker 2 (39:02):
Yeah, everything like stock like hind Show playing coma. But anyways,
going pop favorite movies.
Speaker 1 (39:11):
Okay, So for for Bolivard, it's Doom, uh Dungle of
Salman Khan and uh Kan's Batan. I loved it.
Speaker 2 (39:22):
Okay, Okay, I haven't watched Doungle. I've seen Doom and
I've seen Batan. I've never watched watch that one day.
The best thing is it I should watch I've never
watched it. Yeah, I always like I like Solomon when
I was a kid and stuff and then you got
like roided out or something. You could have moved the same.
I didn't like him and I missed I missed a
lot of those movies from that era, like I know,
(39:44):
the old skinny like Jack shirt, like someone from like Humbo,
Litricous and Norman stuff.
Speaker 1 (39:48):
But like then he just became really big and like
walk like this, like.
Speaker 3 (39:54):
Like Bodyguard.
Speaker 2 (39:55):
Yeah, all those movies. I didn't watch a lot of those,
uh Punjabi musical artists like all time? Who are your
top five? Like if I asked you now, like show
my top five favorite and jummy musical artist? Who do
you have?
Speaker 1 (40:08):
Okay? First one is de yeah, because he's represented Bajab
people like globally. Second k he's doing the same thing.
I love his songs. You can put him in the
first two. Love it bro his songs I listened for
a pre workout, during workout, and after workout because whenever
(40:30):
I listen to his songs, I get pumped.
Speaker 2 (40:32):
What's your favorite song?
Speaker 1 (40:35):
My favorite song of s is A forty seven?
Speaker 2 (40:40):
Okay, I think Mine's death Rude. I probably listened to
that one the most.
Speaker 1 (40:43):
Okay, go on fourth Namanu. Uh, he's a UKB based artist,
but he also came from my city maybe maybe close
to close to some somewhere. And fifth is Argent Dillo.
Speaker 2 (40:56):
Yeah, okay, And so the only one I didn't know
that was the fourth one that came from your city.
Haven't everybody else I know that listens to you? That's cool? Uh,
we don't what RV might know this better than I
know this. But Punjabi movies? Do you do you have
like a favorite Punjabi movie?
Speaker 1 (41:12):
Jacta and Juliet Yeah.
Speaker 2 (41:16):
One, two, three, four.
Speaker 3 (41:20):
Plus and second third one was okay?
Speaker 2 (41:24):
Yeah, I think I've only watched the first one.
Speaker 1 (41:26):
Yea, even second second one is better, but the third
one they I don't know what they did.
Speaker 3 (41:32):
Yeah, and you said carry injecta.
Speaker 1 (41:34):
Yeah, I guess they made these movies in Vancouver, right, A.
Speaker 2 (41:38):
Lot of them are made here.
Speaker 3 (41:39):
Yeah, you do come down here?
Speaker 2 (41:42):
Have you wrestled out here yet in Vancouver?
Speaker 1 (41:45):
No? I had an opportunity to be in Victoria, but
I'm like, okay, let me let me see like more
opportunities than than I'll be there.
Speaker 2 (41:54):
Have you ever hear let us know? Like, yeah, well
we'll hang out, we'll take you.
Speaker 1 (41:58):
We'll take you around Canada. Bite all. I'll wrestl in
Ontario and mont and Quebec. That's it. Then it just
both states.
Speaker 3 (42:05):
Do you have any family out here in BC?
Speaker 1 (42:08):
Uh No, it's so in Toronto. It's just me and
my brother. That's it. My mom my dad are in India.
Speaker 2 (42:15):
So now you're wrestling, and we're gonna wrap this up because,
like I said, I was going to but now I
got curious now that you brought up your parents again.
You're wrestling. You've done actually work for w W, You've
done actually work for AW ten and all this stuff.
Ye are your parents now kind of like okay, we
get it, or are they still like what are you doing?
Because now you've done some things that are pretty successful.
You met some pretty big names. Your friends are rag
(42:36):
which is cool, Like, you know.
Speaker 1 (42:38):
Okay, so if you talk about who made friends lit Bro,
there are a lot of people that used to wash
them on TV and now I know them. Raj Theaycy
Bollywood boys. You know Jora Joel, Yeah, I do know
Jora Jael. You know he used to Yeah, do you
know him?
Speaker 2 (42:56):
I know a lot of the brown guys, A lot
of them. I don't know these five like, but like,
do you are your parents more proud now? Are they
right now? Do they support more or are they still
like not cool? But you should be studying your combat.
Speaker 1 (43:11):
My dad is like, okay, you you're doing wrestling, but
are you going to make any money out of it?
So that that's what my dad says. But my mom
is like, super chill. She's like, okay, do whatever you feel,
do what makes you happy. So you know what if
you talk about this. When I went to Orlando, right,
because I spent I spent one month there, so I
figured out something because wrestling from my point of view,
(43:32):
is way better in States than Canada, right, because you
have way more shows to do. I spent I spent
one month in Orlando. Then I was like, okay, I
want to go back to Orlando or or I wanted
to stay like longer, but I could not since we
just cannot work once we're in stage, right, yeah, because
you don't have a work permitted and stuff. So I
came back. Then I made a plan. The plan made
(43:54):
this Okay, I'm going to go back to Texas this
time and train with Booker T. But before I go,
I need money, right, because without money, you just just
can't go up.
Speaker 2 (44:01):
You need to save up and you need to be
able to afford it.
Speaker 1 (44:04):
Saving up its for like temporary thing. Right. So I
have this plan. I'm going to open up a cafe
in Brampton.
Speaker 2 (44:12):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (44:13):
So I'm going to open up a business so my
parents can feel little relieved, Like, Okay, my son has
a business, right, so he doesn't have to go out
like do job like nine to five or something. So
I'm going to open up a cafe. As soon as
I open the cafe the very next month, I'm going
to be in Texas's the cafe.
Speaker 2 (44:32):
Run and you're going to be in Texas.
Speaker 1 (44:33):
Yeah, because I just want money to come in every month, right,
because I want to just stay there and to wrestle.
I just I don't want to bother myself because of money, right. Okay.
So let's say if I'm training in Texas, go there
for like two to three weeks. What if the fifth week,
I'm going to get a bigger opportunity? Right? But do
you like, no money, I have to go back to Canada.
(44:53):
I don't want that to happen, right, So I thought, Okay,
I'm going to open up a cafe. Since I have
a Canadian citizenship, I can stay in eight for like
six months. Right then after come back for a day,
you can go back and stay for another six months.
Speaker 2 (45:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (45:05):
So that's my plan for future. I'm going to open
up a cafe. Maybe in like two to three months.
It's going to be up and running. Then you will
what is have you been back to India? Ah? Okay,
only once? Maybe in twenty twenty two. I guess just
before I start start wrestling. I went to India. I
went to India, I stayed there for three months, came back,
(45:28):
and ever since I came back in twenty twenty two,
I'm in. I'm in wrestled.
Speaker 2 (45:33):
That's that's good. So you started wrestling after you came back.
Speaker 1 (45:37):
Though, Yeah, okay, well maybe.
Speaker 2 (45:39):
Next time you go you can wrestle WXAM or something.
You know, that'd be pretty cool.
Speaker 3 (45:43):
He had papers to you know, cheat off and coffee
he could.
Speaker 2 (45:49):
And it was thank you so much for doing that.
We'll do this again. I went, as more as you
do more things and you progress more, and like like
another cool stuff happens, we'll running back again. I thought
this was a lot of fun. I'm I think it's
really cool. I think what you're doing is really cool
with the representation is really cool. I honestly, and like
I this is just me. I don't mean this to everybody,
like I support everybody, but also knowing you're actually from
(46:09):
India and knowing your story and like you drove to
the PC, like it just makes me want to support
you even more because like other people don't even have
the courage to do that, you know, they like I'm
just gonna drive from the PC. I'm just gonna go
there and see what happens in my life now, and
that's what I love. Like I always say, my favorite
wrestlers love wrestling, Like as I got older. When I
was younger, I didn't really care. But as I got
(46:31):
older and I'm more and I'm like, my favorite wrestles
are the wrestlers I love wrestling. I just you when
I know they love it and they care about it
that much, they can be maybe not even the best,
but I will support them harder because I know they
love it, you know. So it's it's super cool man,
And I am wishing you the best of luck with
everything you are doing the fiction. Hopefully I can help
wherever I can help.
Speaker 1 (46:49):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (46:50):
Yeah, maybe we'll meet up sometime soon.
Speaker 1 (46:53):
Right, So before we go, I have to ask you
guys questions as well.
Speaker 2 (46:58):
Mm hmm.
Speaker 1 (46:59):
So first, just who's your favorite wrestler.
Speaker 2 (47:02):
Of all time?
Speaker 1 (47:03):
Yeah? And why?
Speaker 2 (47:06):
Okay, So I'm gonna Macho Man Ready Savage my favorite.
I think it's because I was a kid and I
saw him on TV and he was so crazy, weird
and wacky that like out of this world that I
I think I continued watching wrestling because of characters like
the Macho Man and the Undertaker, but I started appreciating
wrestling more as I got older because of wrestlers like
(47:29):
Brett Hard and Shawn Michaels. Does that make sense?
Speaker 1 (47:31):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (47:32):
And then also I was a kid, and also I
was a kid when Stone Cold was the guy, so
like I was like this a school saying suck it
and getting in trouble.
Speaker 1 (47:38):
So well did that?
Speaker 2 (47:41):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (47:45):
Mine was Brett Hart? Yeah yeah, just actually, like one
of my first few memories of wrestling, who I actually
started probably was a.
Speaker 2 (47:55):
I think I got a call, No it is, I.
Speaker 1 (48:04):
Guess something happened to the stream.
Speaker 2 (48:06):
Yeah, come back. I think you might have to close
to come back in.
Speaker 3 (48:12):
Yeah, so mine is Brett Hart. You know that's probably
being Canadian. Born in Canada. He was like our pride
and joy, right, But I remember liking one two three kid.
Actually he was like one of the first few memories
that I had of ar wrestler. But Brett Hart, he
was kind of like he was our role model, role model,
he was our idol. I wanted to be.
Speaker 2 (48:32):
Like also being Canadian, like like I said, like Mantra
Man was like out of this world. Brett Hart was
like I could be like him, Like I guess someone
I can be like. I can't be like Mantra Man
or Dad like the Undertaker, I can be like Brett Hart.
Speaker 3 (48:43):
It's like what Jake Cawley was to India is what
Bret Hart was to us in Canada.
Speaker 1 (48:47):
Canada.
Speaker 3 (48:49):
He was such a big deal.
Speaker 1 (48:50):
Yeah that's nice. So I have a question for myself.
So whenever I do Indie shows, right, I noticed one thing.
When I make my entrance right, I get like mixed reactions.
But as soon as since since my physical looks better
now I take my shirt off, I get reactions right away.
I can listen to people like okay, they're complimenting me.
(49:12):
Something right, Sometimes they Okay, we're gonna go out with
them stuff like that, like like a lot. Right. So
I was thinking, since my gimmick is the Punjabi gabru,
how about if I mix my gimmick the Punjabi gabru
with the Michael Moran from three six five on Netflix.
They changed my look a little bit. Also the way
(49:33):
I wrestle. What do you think have you Have you
seen something like that before?
Speaker 2 (49:37):
You could a little bit. Maybe let's be with indies
or right, you can try it out and let me
tell you something. Is that Like this is just my opinion.
I'm not saying this. Sure one, I feel like they're
immediately always gonna boo a little bit because Punjabi music
starts playing and right now there's like hate towards yeah,
especially international Punjabi people, like if we're born here, we
(49:59):
kind like sometimes like I will face a little bit
of racism and then I'll talk and they'll be like,
oh no, he's from here, like the nicer right, So
that's one thing. So I think i'mi And also like
in wrestling, and you know, gender a great colligue in
wrestling for the last fifty to sixty years if you're
from somewhere else, you're a bad guy. If you're from India,
you're from Japan. Most of the time you're a bad guy.
(50:22):
And I think that's what like wrestling fans are like
immune to think like, oh the Benjamins, this guy must
be a heel. He's a bad guy, iron cheek, gender
moha bad guy. Right, so that's gonna happen. But also
too and you don't say anything because I don't want
you to get in trouble. But nowadays on the Indies,
not everybody's in shape. Everybody knows how to do the moves,
they do all the flips, they'll do all the fancy stuff.
(50:43):
They're like, oh, I can do four fifty splashes, and
but there'll be like like one hundred pounds. They'll be skinny, pale,
they don't look good and it's very and you know,
and even the top off nowt is some of them
don't know how to talk. There's no passion when they talk.
They don't want to cut a promo like even you
you might not be the best, yeah right, yeah, you
might get better, but I already know like if you talk,
(51:03):
you're gonna talk with a lot of passion and like energy, right,
some people don't.
Speaker 1 (51:09):
Yeah, I was a heel and I was wasn't talking
right then they I lost my title. I came back
to the same show, I did a promo and they
start fearing me right away. I like, how I got there,
what I did? What am I right now? And they
start loving me right right right at that point.
Speaker 2 (51:26):
So like, if you have passion and you have energy,
like people will fuel your energy. So like, I think
nowadays a lot of wrestlers are skinny, scrawny, independent wrestlers
that know how to do all the cool moves, but
they don't want to talk and they don't have a physique.
So I think why you get boot at first is
because we're like trained to think like the foreigner is
a bad guy. But also on the flip side, when
you take off futurely like, oh, this guy works hard,
(51:48):
he's in shape. You know, we should respect the fact
that he's actually making an effort to be like look
like a bigger star. Like if I'm a parent and
I'm with a little kid, I want that little kid
to look at you and be like I want to
get big like this guy like he looks great. Right,
And then also like and if you talk, then they're
like you too, because you generally like I just talked
to you today and I'm like, I like this guy.
(52:08):
This is great. Like when you left for two seconds,
we're talking to each other like, no, he's great, this
is awesome, you know.
Speaker 1 (52:13):
What I mean?
Speaker 3 (52:14):
Like like that, you'll get more opportunities. I believe with
your physique the way you when you know your parents.
Speaker 2 (52:22):
Yep, that's Lodge talks about it all the time. Drew
McIntyre talks about all the time, like these are the
guys Cody, Like that guy left WB got that go
either laughed or whatever, got in better shape and they
got came back and had bigger opportunities. There's something to that.
It's still a TV business. Perceptions have to be. Like
you said, like a lot of the stuff that they
(52:43):
said to you with physique, physique, physique right, like you know,
so like that says something, Uh yeah, but I know
I'm rooting for you, man, I'm exciting. This is cool. Yeah,
we'll see where it goes from here and we'll stay
in touch. We'll see what happens. It's a pleasure talking
to your origin and if it makes you feel better,
My full name is Amath pal Justin. I have a
(53:03):
brown name too that My full name is Amat Paul
Justin Singh Till. Justin's my middle name. Just to let
you know, ever makes you.
Speaker 1 (53:12):
Feel better, I would have never guessed that in one
hundred years.
Speaker 2 (53:18):
You know, a lot of people don't know my first name,
but that's that's my first name.
Speaker 1 (53:22):
I was.
Speaker 2 (53:22):
My mom named me after a meta buch and my
dad and brother all have Paul, So girlfa, I'm Amat
Paul like Paul justin sing it's not just Justin Till.
Speaker 1 (53:32):
Yeah, do you have a thing in your name?
Speaker 2 (53:34):
Like, yeah, I'm Paul Justin Singh Thillo sings in there.
Speaker 1 (53:38):
Damn. But you got the longest name. I got a
long aass name, Argin deep thing, So I just take
deep out.
Speaker 2 (53:44):
Okay, Yeah, I just I was went by justin my
entire like, only people close to me are like girls
when they're trying to be funny, will call me by
my first name.
Speaker 1 (53:51):
That's it.
Speaker 2 (53:52):
The last time we're India, yeah, I was like fourteen, man,
I'm thirty four now like twenty years you should go
back now it's gonna be I know, and I kind
of want to. But but if I go back, I
want to go with like friends or something. I want
to see the rest of India. Like I don't want
to just go to the band chill like see family,
Like I want to go to like Dilly and see things,
Like I actually want to go to India, So like I'll.
Speaker 1 (54:13):
Do that one day, go and WX have their next show.
Speaker 2 (54:17):
If I get to go there for wrestling, that's the best.
Then it's like, then I'm doing killing two birds.
Speaker 3 (54:21):
With one should go to.
Speaker 2 (54:24):
A wrestling show, do that stuff and then go sight
seeing and go see things after. Like that would be
the best. Because I was telling RV before like I'm
in the stage of my life like I'm not at
the age at where I just want to sit on
the beach and look at the water. I'll get there
one day. I know that if I want to go somewhere,
I got to be doing something. There needs to be
in something reason I'm there. You know what the Traine thing.
Speaker 1 (54:46):
Even though I came from India, right, I never step
out of Punjab.
Speaker 2 (54:51):
Only see so sometimes when our families go, we just
chill them in job the whole last. Yeah, that's my problem.
I and I love it, don't me wrong. I don't
remember that much as a long time ago. And I
know I'm gonna love it, like I know if I'm
infant drop, that's probably where I'm gonna feel the most home.
But like, no, I want to go see Mumbai. I
want to go see things like you know, like put
me on the put me on the fifteen hour train.
I want the experience, right, like you know that's right. Yeah,
(55:15):
but thank you so much. I appreciate it. We'll stay
in touch. Thank you so much. You guys, have a
good workout.
Speaker 1 (55:22):
Yes, thanks guys. By
