Any help is extremely appreciated and it helps the show
to continue running. Now on with the show, I need.

Speaker 5 (04:03):
I hope you're doing well. So sorry, I need to
get back to you now. It's been such a crazy
few weeks and I haven't been able to find a
decent moment on my own where I can actually send
you this message. So yeah, I don't know where to start.
Let me just start from the beginning. When I was
about four years of age, between four and five round

(04:24):
about the I and I distinctively remember this. This happened
a few times, that it wasn't just one event that
continuously happened throughout my childhood, and it's still happening. Okay,
So the first experience I had, I woke up from
a voice calling my name, and I followed the voice

(04:45):
and the voice was outside. It was always outside. I
don't know why. I always most of the times it
was outside. And I even remember I couldn't reach the
door handle because I was too short obviously at that age.
And eventually I had to a bore a chair from
the kitchen, climbed on the board chair, opened the door.

(05:06):
And as I opened the door, there were two entities
in front of me. They were human looking, but not
you know. I mean, this was back in nineteen eighty eight,
eighty nine, so you know, even though they looked up humans,
I knew they weren't completely humans. At that age, I

(05:29):
didn't really know what to think about it. I actually
believed they were angels for many years until I, you know,
eventually started getting into the UFO stuff, and then I
realized that something else was definitely happening with me. So
the entities both had very long, very long blonde hair.

(05:49):
There was also a light in the background that I remember.
The lady there was a It was a female and
a male, and when I opened the door, I got
such a fright because I couldn't understand why these two
entities or two at that stage, I thought it was
to people or two angels. I don't know what I
thought at that age, but I distinctively remember I looked

(06:13):
at them and I had this fear inside of me,
like really scared because I didn't know what was happening.
It was in the middle of the night. I'm standing
in front of a door that's open, and all of
a sudden, these two entities are in front of me,
and the female entity looked at me and she said
to me, don't be afraid. We don't want to scare you.
Don't be afraid. I remember those words, and then I

(06:35):
realized when I looked at her and I could hear
her speaking to me, I realized that her mouth, her
lips were not moving, so I couldn't understand how I
could actually hear how she's talking to me without her
actually speaking. Now I didn't know back in nineteen eighty nine,

(06:55):
at the age or five that there was something like
telepathic communication that I viously know today, But that is
what happened. That was my first encounter. I got a
very big fright. I closed the door without closing it completely.
I wet my pants, and I remember that I was
scared that my mom would, you know, be upset that

(07:16):
I actually wet my pants. So I went into one
of the cupboards, I grabbed a towel. I put the
towel around my body, and I climbed back into bed
and I pulled the covers over my head, and I,
you know, I just was hiding away. And that next morning,
I woke up and the chair was in front of
the door. The door was still half open. I still

(07:38):
had the towel around my body, and that, to me
was confirmation that it was not a dream because a
lot of I haven't spoken to many people about this before,
but whenever I have, they told me, you know, maybe
it was just a dream. But it definitely was not
a dream because there were physical things happening around me
that I could remember. After that encounter, It's almost like

(07:58):
I just started progress. So I would constantly at night, Yeah,
the voices call me and I would go outside. But
now the strange thing is that happened is I would
not recall everything, so as soon as I went outside,
I would also see the entities. At first, that started
with about two obviously to the female and the male,

(08:21):
and then I had some I have some memories of
some of the encounters where they were in groups, so
it wasn't just one or two of them. But when
I would go outside, it's almost like I can remember.
I walk outside, I remember everything, and then as soon
as I'm there and I stand still and I look
at them. The next moment I wake up in bed

(08:43):
the next morning, but then again the door would be
open the you know, all the signs are there that
it wasn't a dream. I definitely something happened. Now, I
never thought too much about it in my younger years
when I I started doing some research about this. Only
in my thirties I started realizing that I definitely have

(09:06):
some missing time that was accounted for. So my belief
is that they somehow got me. I was taken away.
Every single time this encounter happened, I was taken away
and my memories were wiped and I can only remember
certain things, but the more you put your mind to it,
the more you actually remember. So one of the other

(09:28):
encounters I've had is waking up in a very white room.
I was probably at the age of about ten eleven
twelve run about there, and I remember a lot of
these entities were sitting around observing me. A lot of
I remember it was some of these entities almost reminded

(09:52):
me of a doctor or someone scientific, because they had
like a notepad or something in their hands and they
were making notes. And the worst thing was that I
was completely naked, and I remember I crawled into a
corner trying to cover my body, and obviously at that age,
you know, it's not something you experienced when you're at

(10:15):
the age of twelve, and I would get very afraid,
and it's almost like, I don't know what, It's almost
like they put you into the sleeping state or something,
and then for some reason I would either wake up
too early and that's when I start remembering. That's when
I start recalling the memories. And I wasn't supposed to

(10:36):
wake up at that point in time. So anyways, when
that happened, I eventually, like in a split second, all
of a sudden, I was back in my room, but
I was still in the same position of, you know,
trying to hide my naked body, sitting in a corner.
But it went from a very bright white room with

(10:57):
entities around me all of a sudden too being back
in my room. Now I don't know how they do that,
but that's definitely what happened. And then after that I
had many experiences, specifically in my I would say puberty
stage between the ages of let's call it twelve to sixteen,
where one evening I woke up and I was floating

(11:20):
above my bed, halfway to the to the ceiling, and
I know that there were entities around me. I couldn't
see them, but I knew they were there, and I
couldn't move. I couldn't scream, I couldn't I was completely paralyzed,
but I knew I was floating. I could actually like
move my eyes a little bit around to realize, you know,

(11:41):
I'm not on the bed, and I was so scared.
I just started screaming in my head because I obviously
couldn't scream, and I was saying in my head, please
just leave me, don't do this, leave me, put me
down and as soon as I did that, eventually, you know,
whatever what was happening to me stopped and I the
next moment, I was down in my bed again and

(12:02):
everything seemed fine. But this happened a few times after
that where the paralysis are like I would know as
soon as I am being paralyzed, I would know that
they are there. It's happened before, it's still happening now.
I haven't had any experiences now in the last I

(12:22):
would say two three months, but prior to that, it's
happened a few times where I would be in bed
with my fiance he would be fast asleep. I would
actually turn around and look at him because I just
get this funny feeling inside of me, like I know,
I know there's someone there, and I know something's going
to happen. Bam, the next moment, I'm paralyzed. And that's

(12:44):
how I know when it's about to happen. It's always
when I when I get paralyzed. And what I've realized
is that I can recall memories all the way up
to there, and it's almost like that they've they've got
some sort of a way to put me asleep or
to make me forget about about the memories, not to
recall the memories, so I would remember everything up until

(13:06):
being paralyzed and then again wake up in bed. Now,
separate to that, I have had many many other encounters
in I would say what I call dreams date I
don't know, also explain that, but it feels like a dream,
but it always makes me wonder if it is actually

(13:28):
really a dream or not. I have had dreams of
being in underground bases, fighting in underground bases, and I,
you know, it's almost like I you know, when you
get familiar, when you become familiar with the place, so
you would know specifically this is the route to walk

(13:51):
in this underground base. Now I was in this dream
that happened over and over and over. It would be
the same place. It wouldn't be the same story playing out,
but it would be the exact same place. And I
knew I was familiar with this place and it's definitely
an underground base. That was the one thing. I have
also had dreams of meeting a little boy on a

(14:11):
ship with blonde hair and blue blue eyes and looks
very very very similar to you know. I had this
feeling that he's my son. Now I was to explain it,
but I just this is the feeling I had. But
he did not look human at all. Even though he
had the blondie and blue eyes. He had the head

(14:34):
formation of a gray alien, what you would call a
gray so the big eyes, very big eyes, and almost
the what do you call it, strange shape of the face,
a very big head. And in this one specific dream,
we were joking. We were talking about something, and he
turned around and he said something to me, and I

(14:56):
turned around to him and I said, I laughed, and
I said, no, need to try again, because you still
don't look human enough. And then, you know these things
I've written down my dreams. I've actually got a diary
of writing down these things every time it happens to me.
And when I started following the pattern and what all
these dreams or you know, everything that's been happening, I

(15:18):
started realizing that there's something else going on. This is
not just dreams, because it's not like I go and
research or read these books prior to you know this,
these events, I never knew about any like any of this.
So I firmly believe there's something else happening. I for

(15:42):
some reason, I am involved in it. I don't know
what the involvement is, but yes, in sure, that's what's happened.
I have also had scenarios where and I've taken pictures
where I've woken up with bruises on my on my body.
I've also worken up with almost like a triangle three

(16:02):
dots marks on my arm, which I couldn't understand where
this was coming from. I've got those pictures as well.
And then just other than that is, you know, I
still firmly believe that this is continuing. I don't know why.
I don't know what the involvement is, but every now
and then something happens and I'm back in that dream again,

(16:25):
and I'm busy doing something in these underground bases and
I'm on a ship and I'm talking to these entities
and yeah, so that's my story. And the other thing
I need to mention as well is that I don't know.
I've tried to research blood groups as well. Now we

(16:46):
have got a negative AB negative in our family, which
I don't know. It seems like it's a if. From
the research, I understand it's a bit of a rare
type of blood group, So I don't know if that
also has something to do with it. I've never had
an experience where I've been completely hurt or like a

(17:08):
bad experience, but I do have some memories and experiences
where I firmly believe that I am involved in something.
I'm just not sure what. But anyway, I hope that helps.
If there's any more questions, please feel free to let
me know. The other thing is that I have done Okay,

(17:31):
this might sound strange, but I've done some tests just
for interest's sake. You know, one day I decided let
me play a game because I was thinking, what if
my kids are like me? You know, what if my
children are going through the same thing, Because I've got
a boy and a daughter, and I decided to one day,
let me play a telepathy game with my daughter to

(17:51):
test and see if she's got any like maybe hidden
abilities or I don't know. And this is a game
that we've played a few few times. We are said
to have you know, I'm thinking about a number, well,
I'm thinking about a color, and she gets this right
every single time, like she knows what I say without

(18:11):
actually speaking to her. So we've got a way of
actually communicating telepathically, not in sentences, full sentences, but the
you know, like I said, I've tested the grounds a
few times and I do find it strange that it
actually works. Yuh, let me know if there's any questions
from your side.

Speaker 3 (18:37):
Hello Shelly, and welcome to the show. Hi Nick, thank
you for joining us today. Calling from California.

Speaker 2 (18:44):
Yes, yes, I am originally from the northern Sierra abouta
area California, the Mountainous area, and that's where the first
part of my experiences are.

Speaker 3 (19:00):
Okay, wonderful. Your first experience is go back to the
nineteen sixties. Would you like to begin there for us, please, ma'am.

Speaker 2 (19:07):
Yes. As I said, I grew up in a lumber
town in northern California, up in the Sierra Nevadas, and
it was a town of about two thousand people, so
it was quite small. The first time I saw something
that I knew was unusual was someone and I was
about eleven years old, and I'd gone to stay with

(19:31):
my grandmother. My grandfather worked the night shift in a
lumber mill, and she got lonely and nervous being alone.
So I really liked spending time with her. And we
had both been laying in her bed, which had a
window that opened up to a mountain in the back

(19:51):
of her house. It was close and I'd fallen asleep.
I heard her trying to talk to me me and
I opened my eyes and she was kneeled in front
of the window that overlooked that looked out on this mountain,
and she told me to come and look, and so

(20:13):
I walked over and I kneeled beside her, and we
looked out and we saw a light above the mountain.
It was like staying right about treetop level, and it
was moving and it would move to the left and
then it would move to the right, and it was
going back and forth like it was searching for something,

(20:37):
or that's kind of what it seemed like it was
from what I could remember. The color of it was
predominantly reddish. And we watched it for a couple of
minutes and then it just stopped and it shot straight
up in the air. My grandmother looked over at me,

(20:58):
and I remember, it's just also vivid. She just said,
something wasn't right about that. That wasn't an airplane. And
you know, even being young, you know, you hadn't seen
anything like that before. So anyway, that was the first
time I saw something that, let's just say it was unusual,

(21:23):
and my grandmother and I both agreed that it wasn't
an airplane. So maybe about you know, since I was
so young, I'm sixty four years old now, so this
was a long time ago. I'm thinking it was probably
within the same year. The second thing that happened was

(21:45):
I was so I think I was probably about eleven.
Somewhere in that age, I walked. All I remember is
you know, it was boring in our town. There were
there was a little hut theater that had been left
over from the war in the fifties, and they turned

(22:06):
that into a movie theater. I remember I took a
walk on a street that was very very close to
our house. It was around it was getting late afternoon,
maybe almost evening, I know, I think it was before
dinner time, and the little street was very narrow, and

(22:28):
it was on a Sunday, and our town just closed
up tight. I mean, this was the type of a
town where, I mean, not much happened. People spent a
lot of time in their homes. The big thrill was
maybe to go to the local movie theater or go
out of town where we drove two hours to somewhere

(22:49):
to shop do clothing or grocery shopping. So there was
literally no one around that day. I think I passed
one person the little street. As I said, there was
a church on one side, and there was a quanct
Hut theater. And I remember that I was in that area,

(23:12):
right in that area, and I felt something funny. It's
like the air just seemed different, and I remember that
I started shaking. I don't know what all of it
was about, but I started looking around. You had a
fear that something was wrong. I started looking around, and

(23:35):
I think the first place I looked. I looked up
and above me was a black thing that it didn't
look like an airplane. It looked triangular and it was
very matt black, and it was just sitting there above

(23:55):
my head. I remember just really shaking really hard. You know,
you had that feeling in your gut, tremendous fear. I
started looking around to see if anybody was there to
help me, and I looked over and on the steps
of the church was the preacher and he I think

(24:17):
he was looking about like I felt. His mouth was
wide open and he was looking he was looking at
it and not saying anything. All I remember is when
I looked back up at it, there was a window
in it, and there was a face. I believe it
was human, a person, and it just had this grin

(24:42):
on its face, and it was just so bizarre. It
was just, you know, I was only eleven, so it
felt very menacing to me. Then the thing moved, The plane,
the craft whatever it was, moved almost directly in front me,
like and stopped again. Then it literally just disappeared. It

(25:06):
was like it didn't shoot off fast or anything. It
was just like it totally disappeared. All I remember is
I look back over at the church and the preacher
was going back inside.

Speaker 6 (25:22):
He never came out to me.

Speaker 2 (25:26):
To help me or anything. And I sat down on
the curb for a little while because I was very
frightened and my legs felt very wobbly. And then I
walked home, which was a short distance away, and again
I never saw anyone on the streets. I told my mother,

(25:49):
and you know, naturally, we were country people, we were
very simple people. She just told me that it was
an airplane. And I kept trying to tell or you know,
that it disappeared in everything, but she didn't want to
hear any more about it, and she was busy and
I let it go. That was that I Over the years,

(26:13):
I would continue to get dreams about what happened that day.
I think growing up, I always wondered as a kid
why the preacher never came and talked to my parents
and told them what we'd seen. It always bothered me.

(26:34):
I always felt very betrayed that I had to go
through that by myself. It was very traumatic for me,
and it still is when I think about it in
all honesty, because it you know, it's just something you

(26:55):
don't understand, so it sits with you. But one good
thing over the years that it did do for me is,
you know, our town was very conservative. I started feeling
very different than the people there.

Speaker 3 (27:13):
I was.

Speaker 2 (27:15):
I became very open minded about things. I was a
constant reader, and I was interested in mysteries and you know,
things where I could solve things. And I think that
always stayed in the back of my mind that, you know,
it encouraged me to be a searcher. I think so

(27:37):
in that respect, you know, it was a good thing.
I wish that I could be have been a little
bit more like some of the people I've heard on
your show that it was exciting that experience, but for me,
it was a frightening thing. But I did move on
from that as time went on. I went into you know,
I went on to college. I had wanted to go

(28:00):
into medicine. I had, like I said, I'd been very
open minded, and the little country doctor in our town
knew that and wanted me to pursue medicine. I had
been going into the hospital at the age of fifteen sixteen,
and he it's so unlike what we'd see today. He

(28:21):
allowed me to observe surgeries. I saw everything in the
operating room, and I was fascinated and thought I was
going to become a doctor, and was fascinated about the
human body.

Speaker 7 (28:43):

Speaker 2 (29:16):
So moving on. I guess maybe just to detour a
little bit from this story, and then I'll go back
into some of my own experiences. I would say, before
the bulk of the additional experiences occurred, I had a
very unusual experience happen in my home. I had moved

(29:39):
away from my town, I'd gone to college, gotten a job,
was married with a child, and I had not a
good relationship with my family. We are very different people,
and so we were alone at Christmas, or we were
going to be alone, and we had invited kind of

(30:00):
a ragtag group of friends over to share Christmas with us,
or just a holiday celebration. And one of the couples
was a woman that I had been helping. I helped
a lot of elderly people. I had gotten involved in
working with hospice for a time. She had her and
her boyfriend were in their eighties and we'd shared, you know,

(30:25):
a bottle or two of wine and had a nice dinner.
And Jean, her boyfriend, had been a navigator and he
had been stationed in the Bermuda Triangle area, and we
had asked everybody to share something interesting that had happened
in their lifetime, and Jean seemed a little ambivalent, and

(30:49):
we said, come on, Jean, share about some of your
stuff flying, you know, around the Bermuda Triangle and things
that happened to you. And he said, you know, there
was this one strange thing, but the military had told
me I should never talk about it. And we all
kept encouraging him that, well, you you know, you're eighty

(31:11):
years old, you've been out of the military a long time.
It's not like they're going to do something bad to you.
And so he finally agreed. Jean had flown a lot
of missions with you know, top brass people that were
going from one location to another, and he'd said they
were just coming back from a mission and there were

(31:35):
only three of them aboard on the plane, the captain himself,
the navigator, an engineer or something at the back end
of the plane. He said, they saw something on the
screen that showed an object coming towards them. They tried
to get you know, ground control to come on to

(31:56):
tell them why this thing was heading straight out man.
They couldn't see it at first, he said. Then they
did see that, they sighted it and they tried to
make contact but could not, and he said the thing
was coming straight at them. So they were told to
vere right and he said, or verr. I don't know

(32:19):
if it was east or west, and they did, and
he said this object shifted it's patterned and again was
coming straight at them. And he said they shifted a
number of times and the craft was continuing to come
at them. And he said he knew at some point

(32:41):
they were getting very very nervous because they knew this
thing was going to hit them, and they finally observed it.
He said it was a rotating ball of light. It
was spherical, and it was coming straight at the windshield

(33:04):
and he knew they were going to hit He said,
you know, they tried to prepare the best they could,
but he said this thing literally entered in through the windshield,
right between him and the pilot. He said they were
literally laying towards the sides of the plane so that

(33:29):
it would not hit them. He said, it's like it
came directly through the windshield. There was no breaking glass,
there was no smoke, there was nothing, There was no smell.
It just kept rotating and he said it looked like
there were just hundreds and hundreds of these smaller, little

(33:53):
tiny lights within this thing that were also rotating and
it was kind of a golden color, and they watched
it literally go between them, and he said they turned
around and it made an absolute straight shot through the

(34:15):
plane and he said the engineer was lying flat on
the ground and crying, and it exited the tail portion
of the plane. He said they got into contact with
the ground control after they told him to immediately land.
I'm not remembering where the location.

Speaker 6 (34:39):
Was, he said.

Speaker 2 (34:40):
When they got off the plane, they were all taken
into i don't know what they'd call it, a you know,
a debriefing a room, and there were three people there
and he said they were all told that this was
some sort of what they called ball lightning. And he

(35:04):
said he had never heard of it before.

Speaker 6 (35:06):
And he asked them, you know.

Speaker 2 (35:10):
Why, you know how it could do that, and he
said they never really gave them any explanation. He said,
they told them that they were never to talk about
what happened between themselves or between anyone else to anyone else,

(35:35):
not their spouses, you know, friends, anything, and they would
be in a lot of trouble if they did. And
he said, you know, he just accepted that he and
the other two people that he was with They didn't
fly on any other missions together after that, and that

(35:59):
he just kind of put it to the back of
his mind and accepted that's what it was. So, you know,
that really piqued my curiosity, and it was like something
revived in me about my whole situation with it. Was
just you know, how someone can take something that was

(36:22):
so amazing occurring in their lives and not question it
and not you know, ever talk about it with people.
So I think it revived that whole situation for myself,
And so it stimulated something in me to I had

(36:44):
already been involved with hospice, and I had been around
dying people and felt energy with these people and just
connections with on a bigger level than the experience instance
they shared in their lives, but with the death process itself.

(37:04):
And I guess something I didn't mention is as a
small child, and I would say probably by the time
I was five or six years old, I had already
started having feelings in my life that important thing about

(37:27):
life was that we had to learn to navigate it
to make the death process easier. I don't even know
why that became a focus in my life, but death
was something to me that I had a fascination with

(37:48):
from the time I was young, at a very very
young age, five or six years old, that I thought
about it a lot. So I always I had a
lot of nightmares as a child, a lot of heavy
duty dreaming about things, things that I had never been
exposed to. I dreamed a lot about a place with

(38:11):
tall mountains, like would say, I know you'd mentioned nick
about Egypt. I took it to be after I started
to see pictures. I was dreaming about a lot of
things that I never had really any experiences with. So
I started delving heavily after that into Egypt, into death,

(38:37):
into many things. And I was seeing a therapist at
the time, and I told her about the things that
I'd been seeing, and she told me that she thought
that meditation would benefit me to call myself to stop

(38:58):
the visions that I was seeing. I started meditation and
getting heavily into meditation. Then she shared that in addition
to being a psychologist, she was also a reiki master,
and she felt that some of the things I was
telling her, she felt that I was a very good

(39:20):
candidate to go into reiki for whatever reason. That after
practicing meditation with her in this group for a while
followed not one of these ragtag silly programs where you
become a reiki master in a weekend, which is so foolish.
It required heavy meditation and reiki practice on a regular

(39:47):
meditation in group. I mean it was very intensive. I
went through this practice for well over a year and
a half and I felt I started to realize that
meditation with a group of people was extremely powerful. You
come into a group of like minded people and you

(40:09):
said an intention. Much of our intention was set on
the world. We all felt the world needed prayers and
needed group energy healing of any kind that we could give.
So much of our meditation focused on that, or we
focused on healing people, and that would just come a

(40:34):
calm and a sense that there was some sort of
unified energy. I would see a lot of pictures. I
was a very visual person, but also I started to
hear things, and I was reassured that, you know, I
was not schizophrenic. I was not you know, I was

(40:54):
not going crazy. And then through studying reiki and laying
hands on people, I started to feel energy in people
and or start to see pictures. I'll give you an example.
Just one of the things I'll give you several examples.

(41:15):
The first was a woman that came into our group.
I did not know her. Most of the time, we
did not talk with each other about our lives. We
were there for a specific purpose, like minded energy and
to practice meditation reiki. So I did as I said

(41:35):
a lot about these people. We laid hands on and
I started to see flowers, just masses of flowers, raining
down on this woman's body. They were pink and white,
and felt that it was some sort of a ceremony
was happening. After everything was over, we always asked if

(41:58):
there were any you know, things that had occurred to us,
what we had felt, and I brought up that I
saw this person laying as she was with flowers raining
down on her. She looked somewhat surprised and told me, yes,
it meant something to her, and that she had Apparently

(42:20):
she was a Buddhist. She attended what they call a
sanga sanga and it was a group thing, and the
night before they had been in a ceremony, some sort
of a ceremony where this monk had gone around and
sprinkled everyone with pink and white flowers, and they came

(42:41):
down over their heads and onto their laps and their bodies,
and so she found what I said very interesting. There
were other times we did what were called reiki, a
long distance practices with others, and on several different occassians
I would go into a meditative state and then see

(43:06):
this person that I may or may not know, and
feel myself placing hands on them. And on two different occasions,
I felt a woman's heart that I knew something was
wrong with it, that it was bigger than it should

(43:27):
be for her body. I could feel it was very
It was shaking me up because I knew this was true,
but I didn't want to frighten her. And I did
tell her that what I didn't tell her what I
saw exactly. I just told her that I felt that
she needed to go have a physical exam, that I

(43:50):
felt that it would be a really good thing for her,
especially you know, at her age, to have an EKG.
She got back to me and did tell me that
she had an enlarged heart. They did find that, and
she was very serious conditions. She died six months later.
There were other situations like that, and I mean, it

(44:12):
is a frightening thing when you see these things. But
there were also good things. So I continued, and still
I will still do reiki with people. I try not
to alarm them if I see something and just casually
say that I think it would be good, that it

(44:34):
would be good for time for a checkup or things
like that. But it is one of the hard parts
of seeing things. I at a after that, I think
what I really realized is that I had a gift
of some sort and I did want to learn from

(44:57):
I did want to learn other things. I had met
another woman who turned out to be a therapist as well,
and I went to her and I found out that
she was a shaman. She had practiced with one of
the most well known shamans in the world actually, and

(45:17):
I hadn't gone to her for that reason. But I
had felt a lot of dark energy from some of
these things that I was going through, and she started
to teach me how to protect myself. She said, I
was a very open person. I've always been a very
honest person and that and sensitive, very sensitive, ever since

(45:39):
I was a very young child. So she taught me
methodology for protection and for anyone out there that is
getting into areas such as reiki, meditation, shamanism, all I
can tell you is what I learned is the most
valuable thing that has ever been taught to me. Because

(46:03):
people that are very very sensitive people, the people that
other people say, you know, they'll say to them, you're
too sensitive, or you know, people that are hurt easily,
they're traumatized easily. I think these are the people where
I think there are such things as entities out there

(46:26):
that can come into Naura, our sphere of being, and
can't affect us greatly. So whatever you do, please do
not go into these practices without knowing how to protect
yourself and how to cut chords. These have been life

(46:49):
saving things for me that have allowed me to continue
to learn and openly want to know more about things
in life. So I will tell you I did go
into shamanism, and again what it showed me is there

(47:11):
are worlds that we can access, but we must do
them very very carefully. I took a course from this
woman that I had gone to see, and several courses. Actually,
the one that was most where I had my most
amazing experiences. It was called journeying. We met in a

(47:34):
large group. I knew none of these people other than
the teacher and Shamanism works a lot with the drum
and instruments. It's a very Shamanism is a very primitive
thing that has been around, I mean from the beginning
of time. I mean Aboriginals, American Indians, many many other

(48:01):
cultures from the beginning of time. Their shamans are the
people that healed them and guided them into making decisions
for themselves, contacting other worlds. So in this process, the
way it worked, we were journeying for other people and
we would sit with this other person in their presence

(48:24):
and talk to them just a little bit, and they
would tell us why it kind of that they wanted
us to journey so that they In my case, the
woman I sat with, she wanted to know the answer
to a question that was bothering her and she needed
help resolving this. So what we did we lay on

(48:49):
these mats and we cover our eyes and the teacher
would she started beating this drum along with a couple
other people there. And what the drum does is it
entrains the brain and it is almost like it puts
you into a state of meditation. It was one of

(49:12):
the most fascinating experiences I have ever encountered in my lifetime.
Soon after, we learned ahead of time how to journey.
Before we journeyed, we find a spirit animal or a guide,
someone that can help us go into this journey. And
once you've found that, then you undertake this. And the

(49:36):
drum starts beating. All of this sudden, it was like
a movie screen going across my mind, and I saw
myself walking out in this desert place. I was walking
towards this large bonfire, and I could see this man

(50:00):
around the bonfire, and he had these large almost like
they were large wings strapped to his arms with feathers
all over them, and he was moving around the campfire,
and his arms were tilting up and down towards the

(50:21):
earth and towards the sky, and he was dancing. And
I watched him, and I saw him start to move
towards me, And when he came to me, I could
see that he was an Indian man. And I knelt
down on my knees and I looked up at him,

(50:44):
and he told me to open my mouth, and he
placed a seed in my mouth, and when I closed
down upon the seed, I saw my I didn't see
myself as human anymore. I saw myself as this black bird,
and I was in the air and moving through the air,

(51:09):
I could see the different greenery and hills and streams
and everything below me. And I found myself in this
spot that felt familiar to me. It was a place
that I had been two years before in Sedona, Arizona,

(51:29):
and it was what they considered a vortex area. And
my husband and I and another couple had hyped to
this area and sat on this flat plateau overlooking this canyon,
and we had all commented how we had felt. My
husband was not religious, not he and the other couple

(51:51):
didn't believe in any of these things, but we all
agreed that there was very, very strange energy here. So
I'd remember just looking out and looking into this canyon,
and this bird was flying and dropping this seed, like
playing with it, and it was rolling down the canyon.
And then he picked up the seed and dropped it

(52:12):
on this plateau where I had set, and it just
cracked open. Then all I remember is the drumming stopped,
and we were told to go back and speak with
the person that we were journing for and to tell
them what we had seen and see if it rang
any bells with them. So I told her and she

(52:36):
just looked very shocked. And she told me that the
question that was in her mind was she was just
leaving a job, but she had been scheduled to go
on a trip, and it was a trip that she
was really looking forward to. But she had gotten a

(52:57):
new job, and she was afraid to tell the people
that she had scheduled this trip because she really needed
the job. And she said, what you told me was
exactly what I needed to hear. She said, basically, where
she was scheduled to go was to Sedona, Arizona, and

(53:19):
that she was meeting with a shamanic group and they
were going to this special place that was considered to
be a vortex place. And she said, what you told
me was the exact place that I was supposed to go.
This is where they were heading, they were going, This

(53:41):
was one of the places they were going. So anyway,
we were both totally shocked. We were, I mean, we
were dumbfounded that this had happened. We hadn't expected it.

Speaker 2 (54:37):
I can tell you that this has not been the
only experience. My husband and I have traveled extensively throughout
the world. I had told him I wanted to go
to sacred places. We've been to Delphi in Greece, amazing
energy there. A similar thing happened to me and to

(54:58):
my husband, And when we went we went to Machu Pichu,
and we went to a nearby area where a meteor
it hit and we went to the bottom. These things
happened again. And so I believe that somehow we open
up a portal in our mind. Some of us can

(55:20):
do this. I believe all of us have this ability.
It takes practice, and you kind of need to know
what you're getting into. It can be a very frightening thing,
it can be a very mystical and amazing thing for
it to happen. But again, I guess the thing I
can leave you with is that before you go into

(55:44):
these things, you need to know how to protect yourself,
because I believe there are good things out there, but
there are bad things as well, and they can leave you,
you know, in a bad state of mind if you
don't know how to get rid of them. I guess
that's my story, and I really believe that there are

(56:10):
other parallel universes and many things that we do not understand.
We can have access to them. It's fascinating and I
feel very blessed that in my lifetime I have been
able to see and experience these things and have had

(56:31):
the support from people that have believed me and have
supported me.

Speaker 6 (56:38):
In all of this.

Speaker 2 (56:40):
So thank you Nick for letting me share. And I
hope that maybe some of this will help other people
out there know that they're not crazy, that the things
they saw are real, that they will be better able
to accept themselves continue on their journey of discovery like

(57:05):
I have. You know, I just saying that I don't
know if that craft I saw was military, you know,
some beginning military thing that was happening, or if it
was something else. But if it was military, the thing
that always was amazing to me, For one thing, I

(57:27):
felt that this man, if that was a man in
that craft, how cruel he.

Speaker 6 (57:33):
Was to have done what he did to me. By
I mean, he had to know he.

Speaker 2 (57:39):
Was frightening me to death. But the other thing was
that based on the time being around nineteen sixty eight,
which was fifty three years ago, if that was the
military that fifty three years ago, it's mind boggling to
me that the military had perfected cloaking because I know,

(58:05):
without a doubt in my mind that that craft didn't
just move off, but you know, like shoot in the
air rapidly it disappeared. It was almost like it moved
in front of me just so it could do that
and show me that. I look back on it and

(58:28):
think they have had this ability for that many years.
So what else have they perfected? I mean, it's mind
boggling to me what they could have done since then
if it was the military.

Speaker 3 (58:43):
And if it was the military, you know, it's how
they actually was able to develop this kind of technology
so far back.

Speaker 2 (58:50):
Exactly, Yes, I totally agree.

Speaker 6 (58:55):
But we were our little town was it.

Speaker 2 (58:59):
Was rounded by nothing but forrest lumbered people. So we
were in a very remote area in the Sierra Nevadas,
but we were an hour and a half from Reno, Nevada.
And I do know now, you know all of the
things that were occurring in Nevada. I did not know

(59:22):
then or up until maybe ten years ago. I you know,
I had really not pursued the UFO thing until my
friends shared that about seeing it in the military come
through his plane, and that's when I started flashbacking and

(59:42):
wanting to know more. So I just thought i'd mentioned that.

Speaker 3 (59:47):
Jean's account itself is interesting. I mean, it makes you
wonder how many I mean, I know there is so
many other serviceman ex servicemen retired who have accounts like this,
but they've been told don't speak about. And I get
a lot of emails from pilots that just really want
to tell me, as opposed to having it go on
the air or me put it in a blog or
anything like that. Just want to tell me. And it's

(01:00:09):
such a shame because I've got so many accounts I
cannot release.

Speaker 2 (01:00:12):
Wow, So it doesn't surprise me. You know, there's somebody
out there pulling the strings. But I've got meditation and
at least it calms you, you know, you can be
calm and find a place in yourself. And I do
believe in reincarnation, so our other parallel universes. So I

(01:00:34):
feel that this is not it, and that gives me
some peace of mind. I agree with you.

Speaker 3 (01:00:41):
I think, you know, it's a bit like I've always
looked at it as being you know, a lot as
far as life goes, kind of head to a library
and you pick a book, You pick a difficult book
to read because you want to learn from it. And
I think pretty much that's what life is. Kind of
go into life, you choose a life you want, no
matter how difficult, no how traumatic, and that's part of
your process, you know, that's part.

Speaker 2 (01:01:02):
Of your journey, right right, It's so true. I think
I remember, you know, as a kid, you know, being
we were, we were so isolated, that was no exposure
to anything. And I still remember as a freshman in
college reading taking a philosophy class and reading Plato's Allegory

(01:01:31):
of the Cave, and it was mind boggling to me
because I understood that book and could not stop getting
my hands on anything that had to do with Greek
philosophers or philosophers, but Plato and the Allegory of the
Cave really changed my life and made me realize, how

(01:01:55):
do you understand this book? How? I mean, I've never
been exposed? And then I read a you know, a
little thesis type thing on what the book was about,
and I knew what that book was about, and so
I started thinking, there's more to this life than than
what we think.

Speaker 3 (01:02:15):
I agree. What advice for our listeners do you have
when it comes to these techniques and practices? Obviously don't
you don't need to head to a desert and join
a drum circle? Is it something they can kind of practice?
Because I do have a lot of listens out there
which do like to know, all on their own separate
Journeysn't that sure?

Speaker 2 (01:02:33):
I would say Breath. I do a lot of breath
work I work with. I don't know if you've ever
read the book. I don't know what the author is,
but it's called Breath, and that would be a very
good book for you to read. It. It talks about
even military learning to work with your breath. And your

(01:02:53):
breath is your prana, it is your life, and you
can learn to use your breath to alter your physical
health as well as your mental health, and it is
a really good way to anything that you want to practice,
just sitting there listening to music if they're in a

(01:03:16):
meditative state, kind of just relaxing when they're out gardening.
Is learning to use your breath in your body to
help yourself, and in a more advanced nature, breath Because
I have studied through Vendanta, India, and I've been to India.

(01:03:37):
Breath work is integral to pronaiyama. Breath work is integral
to altered states. So I think breath is something very important.
Even if it's as simple as breathe in one two
three four, hold briefly, breathe.

Speaker 6 (01:03:57):
Out two three four.

Speaker 2 (01:03:59):
That is a simp method. But breath encompasses many things
and it's our lifeblood. And I'd really recommend people learn
to use their breath to calm themselves if they want
to go into different meditative states. It can be used,
like I said, with meditation, with reiki, with shamanism, anything,

(01:04:21):
but it helps you control yourself.

Speaker 3 (01:04:25):
That's a wonderful start. I just googled the book Is
it a Breath The New Science of the Lost Art?

Speaker 6 (01:04:31):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (01:04:32):
And what's the author?

Speaker 3 (01:04:34):
James Nesta, Yes.

Speaker 2 (01:04:36):
That's him. I think you'll find that book fascinating because
it I mean, it shows how the military has used
this for their Navy seals, but it goes all the
way up into you know, proniomic goes into all of that.

Speaker 6 (01:04:52):
So that is I think a.

Speaker 2 (01:04:55):
Beginning point just to have people be aware of the breath,
because so many of us hold our breath and we can't.
We're not functioning the way we should. So even if
you wanted to advance your states and go more advanced,
if you're holding your breath, you can't do it. You

(01:05:18):
have to learn to master your breath.

Speaker 3 (01:05:20):
A lot of people they have very shallow breathing as well,
which again isn't good. It's not good for your oxygen,
it's not good for blood circulation. Absolutely, I'll leave the
name of the book down in the show notes for
anyone else who would be interested, because yeah, I just look,
I'm going to get that myself.

Speaker 2 (01:05:37):
Yeah. I think it'll be really helpful. And as more
and more people come on that share not only UFO
type experiences, but share their altered states that they have achieved,
I think that they would be extremely interested. It will

(01:05:58):
bring in possibly another genre of people willing to tell
their experiences and.

Speaker 3 (01:06:05):
Yeah, a lot of my listeners they you know, they
are into the meditation and in various forms. And I guess,
you know, even for a drum you know, you can
just put maybe an app but some music on your phone,
like a drum beat.

Speaker 2 (01:06:18):
Yeah, you could, you could, and I've never you know,
I've never thought of it that way. I was limited.
Another thing that I mean, for your own personal if
you're wanting to explore Sandra Ingerman, if you know anything
about her, she is a very very well known shaman.

(01:06:38):
Possibly looking at some of her work. I know when
we were in when we went to see Machu Picchu
and Peru and other areas, our guide was a shaman.
I had specifically asked. And so a lot of these people,
I mean, they're in tune with nature. They are not
so affected by phones and media.

Speaker 6 (01:07:02):
And you know, they know how to go back to
what we were so that.

Speaker 2 (01:07:08):
They don't have to contend in their minds with all
of the you know, the TV and everything else that happens.
So their mind is in a clearer state. So maybe
that would also be helpful.

Speaker 3 (01:07:22):
Then, to be honest, I think a lot of people
need to turn off their TV and reconnect with nature.

Speaker 2 (01:07:27):
I know my husband is one of them. It's you
marry your opposites.

Speaker 6 (01:07:31):
Sometimes, you know.

Speaker 3 (01:07:33):
That's wonderful. Really appreciate you coming on, Michelle and sharing
your account for our listeners.

Speaker 2 (01:07:38):
