While we don't have any new games to discuss this week, Sean and Marc saw a certain box office smash on Sunday (The Super Mario Bros Movie) that they'll have some NON-SPOILER thoughts on for this episode of Video Games 2 the MAX.

Yes, the long-awaited Super Mario Bros film has been released and it has broken quite a few records in its wake. Sean and Marc discuss why they enjoyed the film, Sean's experience watching it in 4DX, and their thoughts on why Movie critics apparently severely dislike it.

The guys also debate whether there will be a Nintendo Cinematic Universe made around the success of the film, or if it should just remain centered around Mario and his part of the Nintendo clan. What films could realistically spin off of it? And should there be any other type of media made as well?

There's also some other movie news as well since the Five Nights at Freddy's Movie has a release window, Opening Night Live and the Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters finally have a date, no more Alice games says EA, Persona 3 Remake and Jet Set Radio Future get more possible validations, and more!

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
